Is it true? Is it a rumor? Could it happen again? This is an issue that comes up time and again with gold investors. Rather than speculate, it's best to consider the facts. Below is a timeline that explains exactly what happened and, more importantly, how today's investors should react and what they can do to make sure they're prepared, in case it happens again.  How far we've come - gold can now be purchased through automated teller machines. Photo by Joe Raedle/Getty Images May 1, 1933 – President Roosevelt's Executive Order 6102 required U.S. Citizens to deliver on or before May 1, 1933, all but a small amount of gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates owned by them to the Federal Reserve, in exchange for $20.67 per troy ounce. Jan 30, 1934 -- The Gold Reserve Act of January 30, 1934 required that all gold and gold certificates held by the Federal Reserve be surrendered and vested in the sole title of the United States Department of the Treasury and changed the value of the dollar in gold from $20.67 to $35 per ounce. 1954 - In 1954 the Treasury Department amended the Gold Regulations of the original Executive Order to enable the continuance of the exemption of rare coins from the gold confiscation provisions, and they expanded the definition of "coins" with a recognized special value to collectors of rare and unusual coins to include "gold coin made prior to April 5th, 1933 (Federal Register 4309, 4312 1954, as codified in 31 CFR Section 54.20) Aug 15, 1971 - The price of gold remained fixed from Jan 30, 1934 until August 15, 1971, when President Nixon announced that the United States would no longer convert dollars to gold at a fixed value, thus abandoning the gold standard for foreign exchange. Dec 31, 1974 - On December 31, 1974, with Executive Order 11825, President Gerald Ford repealed the Executive Order that Roosevelt used to call in gold in 1933. This was necessary because on the same day Congress restored Americans' right to own gold. The limitation on gold ownership in the U.S. Was repealed after President Ford signed a bill legalizing private ownership of gold coins, bars and certificates by an act of Congress codified in Pub. L 93-373 which went into effect December 31, 1974. Oct 28, 1977 - 1977 Congress removed the president's authority to regulate gold transactions during a period of national emergency other than war. However, the Act of Oct. 28, 1977, Pub. L. No. 95-147, § 4(c), 91 Stat. 1227, 1229 (originally codified at 31 U.S.C. § 463 note, as amended at 31 U.S.C. § 5118(d)(2)) amended the 1933 Joint Resolution and made it clear that parties could again include so-called gold clauses in contracts formed after 1977. Dec 17, 1985 – President Reagan signed into law the Gold Bullion Coin act which allowed the US Mint to produce gold coins from “newly mined domestic sources”. Gold American Eagles went on to become one of the most well known gold coins. So the question remains; could it happen again? Who knows? Of course it is possible; it has been done before and governments in times of stress simply change the laws. As you can see above, gold bullion was forced to be sold to the government in 1933. Then in 1974, that executive order was repealed. Furthermore, in 1977, Congress removed the president’s authority to regulate gold except during a national emergency of war. It is true that numismatic collector type coins were excluded in the 1933 confiscation. Whether or not they will again be excluded in any future confiscation is completely unknown. There is a logical thought process for excluding collector coins, in that the government was trying to obtain monetary control of gold bullion. The government had no interest in rare and unusual coins of special value to collectors. However, what the government has done in the past is not necessarily indicative of what they will do in the future. Bottom line – Confiscation did happen. Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen, Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew and other U.S. regulatory chiefs will join forces with Bank of England Gov. Mark Carney, U.K. Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne and British regulators in Arlington, Va., for the sessions focused on a major, hypothetical cross-border bank failure.
The exercise—the first of its kind—is intended to test the new strategy developed by international regulators in the past six years aimed at handling the collapse of megabanks without the taxpayer bailouts and market tumult that characterized the 2008 crisis.
Making the plan work, and convincing the world it can work, is part of the regulators’ drive to end the problem of “too big to fail” institutions—those whose collapse would o so much damage to the wider economy that policy makers would be forced to use taxpayer funds to keep them in business.
“We want to make sure we are able to handle an institution that previously would have been too big to fail,” Mr. Osborne told reporters Friday, during meetings here of the International Monetary Fund. “We are confident in this framework, but we are testing it.”
Monday marks the first time that various principals, or officials who would make the big calls in a real-life crisis, will meet in person for such an exercise, though they have spoken about it on the phone before and staff members have been working together, according to officials.
International coordination is vital for such a plan to work, since the biggest banks have tentacles far beyond their home countries. U.S. banks are heavily exposed to the U.K., and vice versa. More than 80% of the international assets and derivatives of top U.S. banks are based in the U.K, for instance, according to the FDIC.
The chief executives of 18 large U.S., European and Japanese banks are set to agree in principle at the Fed on Saturday to wait up to 48 hours before seeking to terminate derivatives contracts and collect associated payments from a troubled financial institution, said people familiar with the meeting.³

Numerous, major natural disasters remind us Earth is a fragile piece of real estate; economic dips and slips send tremors throughout global markets (at one point yesterday, the Dow plunged more than 460 points – a true Pepto-Bismol day); new or formerly 'dead to America' diseases are coming ashore; food is poisoned by GMOs, pesticides, aspartame, etc; and government stripped a record $3 TRILLION from our wallets in taxes this year. The list of dramas and traumas is longer than Walmart lines stampeding for the latest Christmas toy. Government tries to dictate our lives, invades every aspect of privacy, strips away our dignity and rips away Constitutional rights. They strive to replace decency with the unthinkable.
When a Texas city – God-fearing TEXAS – issues "subpoenas demanding pastors turn over any sermons dealing with homosexuality, gender identity or Annise Parker, the city’s first openly lesbian mayor"⁴ – you know the world is upside down. Ministers who fail to comply could be held in contempt of court. This is insanity.
Had the bilious conditions we are now forced to swallow been instituted overnight instead of incrementally, its authors would have been met with a lead-lined 'howdy'. Martial law and FEMA camps would surely characterize America.
Regardless of political persuasion, people are getting it. Even the 'sleepy Sadies' are waking to the rude screech of an imploding world. Nearly everyone sees that the America we knew just a decade ago has vanished. Believers know we are at the brink of Tribulation, maybe 2 toes in. Non-believers see the globe is a mess and are waiting for the hammer to slam.
A new poll released Oct. 15, finds 58% of voters feel things in the world are “going to hell in a handbasket.” That includes nearly half of Democrats (48%) and majorities of independents (61%) and Republicans (71%).⁵

Ever been turned down for a job or anything when they ask you if you are a US Citizen and you say NO? Been doing this for over 20 years and yes people think I a little strange but I do know who I am and I am not a US Citizen. I have read the Statutes. Statutes apply to Corporations and I am not a Corporation even thou all people are fabricated Corporations thru your name when referred to in all capital letters such as Dr Lic, birth certificates, all insurance and bank correspondences and bank cards and all court documents. Last time I checked I was a live, real red blooded human being The difference: Real live human being have inalienable God given rights. Corporations do not!

Tensions between America, Russia, and China have been growing for a number of years, and the countries are currently involved in currency and weapon war because of the devaluing of the dollar. Russian and China continue to wean themselves off of the petrodollar and they have been flexing their muscles to establish their own currency as the new world reserve currency in place of the falling dollar.   

Additionally, Russian Spetsnaz troops (special forces of the Russian Army) are now in our country training with our military and according to some reports there are 1,000′s of them!  Russian suitcase nukes have been reported to have been pre-planted for decades in certain areas of the country, and Russia has been upping their military activity in our skies and in our seas.  

If Russia and China attack like many Christian prophets claim then this could usher America into the New World Order. Either way, an economic collapse is right around the corner and, when it hits America, we’ll be weakened and ripe for attack from our enemies. 

Could America's days be numbered and our nation cease from being a superpower due to warfare, disasters and pandemics?  Events are about to unfold and crisis’ of unprecedented proportions are coming. Things will happen suddenly and without warning. It will strike fear into the hearts of American citizens and, sadly, many are ignoring the numerous warning signals of the coming WWIII disaster….

Various faithful Christian believers are seeing visions of a coming invasion in America. Including Dumitru Duduman, David Wilkerson, Henry Gruver, David Taylor, William Branham and more. Furthermore, there has been an increase in believers receiving dreams and visions about a catastrophe and a foreign troop invasion on our soil.

"And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. These visions deserve our utmost attention, especially considering the fact that the men prophesying them are godly men. I believe they are being ignored today just like the prophet Jeremiah was ignored in his day, yet every word he spoke came to pass. We must be awakened to the issues at hand and stop ignoring it. 

So what is the fate of America? Will America as we know it cease to exist in the very near future? What are the prophecies told by these men and are there any similarities to them?  Just how grim is Americas future….
