How "Marxist" Has
the United States
Become?

Although Marx advocated the use of any means, especially including violent revolution, to bring about socialist dictatorship, he suggested ten political goals for developed countries such as the United States. How far has the United States -- traditionally the bastion of freedom, free markets, and private property -- gone down the Marxist road to fulfill these socialist aims? You be the judge. The following are Marx's ten planks from his Communist Manifesto.

1. Abolition of private property in land and application of all rents of land to public purpose.

The courts have interpreted the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868) to give the government far more "eminent domain" power than was originally intended, Under the rubric of "eminent domain" and various zoning regulations, land use regulations by the Bureau of Land Managementproperty taxes, and "environmental" excuses, private property rights have become very diluted and private property in landis, vehicles, and other forms are seized almost every day in this country under the "forfeiture" provisions of the RICO statutes and the so-called War on Drugs..

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

The 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 1913 (which some scholars maintain was never properly ratified), and various State income taxes, established this major Marxist coup in the United States many decades ago. These taxes continue to drain the lifeblood out of the American economy and greatly reduce the accumulation of desperately needed capital for future growth, business starts, job creation, and salary increases.

3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

Another Marxian attack on private property rights is in the form of Federal & State estate taxes and other inheritance taxes, which have abolished or at least greatly diluted the right of private property owners to determine the disposition and distribution of their estates upon their death. Instead, government bureaucrats get their greedy hands involved .

4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

We call it government seizures, tax liens, "forfeiture" Public "law" 99-570 (1986); Executive order 11490, sections 1205, 2002 which gives private land to the Department of Urban Development; the imprisonment of "terrorists" and those who speak out or write against the "government" (1997 Crime/Terrorist Bill); or the IRS confiscation of property without due process.

5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.

The Federal Reserve System, created by the Federal Reserve Act of Congress in 1913, is indeed such a "national bank" and it politically manipulates interest rates and holds a monopoly on legal counterfeiting in the United States. This is exactly what Marx had in mind and completely fulfills this plank, another major socialist objective. Yet, most Americans naively believe the U.S. of A. is far from a Marxist or socialist nation.

6. Centralization of the means of communication and transportation in the hands of the state.

In the U.S., communication and transportation are controlled and regulated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) established by the Communications Act of 1934 and the Department of Transportation and the Interstate Commerce Commission (established by Congress in 1887), and the Federal Aviation Administration as well as Executive orders 11490, 10999 -- not to mention various state bureaucracies and regulations. There is also the federal postal monopoly, AMTRAK and CONRAIL -- outright socialist (government-owned) enterprises. Instead of free-market private enteprrise in these important industries, these fields in America are semi-cartelized through the government's regulatory-industiral complex.

7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.

While the U.S. does not have vast "collective farms" (which failed so miserably in the Soviet Union), we nevertheless do have a significant degree of government involvement in agriculture in the form of price support subsidies and acreage alotments and land-use controls. The Desert Entry Act and The Department of Agriculture. As well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Evironmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations.

8. Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of Industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

We call it the Social Security Administration and The Department of Labor. The National debt and inflation caused by the communal bank has caused the need for a two "income" family. Woman in the workplace since the 1920's, the 19th amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, assorted Socialist Unions, affirmative action, the Federal Public Works Program and of course Executive order 11000. And I almost forgot...The Equal Rights Amendment means that women should do all work that men do including the military and since passage it would make women subject to the draft.

9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.

We call it the Planning Reorganization Act of 1949 , zoning (Title 17 1910-1990) and Super Corporate Farms, as well as Executive orders 11647, 11731 (ten regions) and Public "law" 89-136.

10. Free education for all children in government schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc. etc.

People are being taxed to support what we call 'public' schools, which train the young to work for the communal debt system. We also call it the Department of Education, the NEA and Outcome Based "Education" .

Obama’s Brain Initiative Being Implemented on Soldiers, Soon Anyone With Memories of Trauma Will Be Silenced

Obama’s “brain initiative” is an incredibly scary project. Basically giving trauma survivors a high tech lobotomy with lasers, it effectively “erases” the memories- and such techniques are being used on soldiers now who are coming back from war zones with PTSD. Claiming that they can control mental health- they have been diligently trying to control the person who experiences trauma instead of eradicating the cause, this is a way to silence survivors and is basically an attack on the mental health of American citizens.

The Muslim Threat by the Numbers - The Number of Muslims Who Support Violent Jihad

Five thousand Muslims in France are suspected terrorists. That is a LOT of terrorists even though it only represents 1 tenth of 1 percent of the 5 Million Muslims in France. Still, that is a lot but the truth could be much worse, not only in France but also around the world and right here in the USA.

If 99.9 % of all Muslims worldwide opposed violent Jihad that would mean that 1.4 Million support it. As worrisome as many may find that number the Muslim support for Jihad is much, much higher. Let's ta a look at the numbers:

Accordiing to the lates Pew Research polls, 72% of Muslims oppose violent Jihad worldwide. In the U.S. 81% of Muslims oppose it. Though I did not readily find the numbers for France, I believe that it is safe to say that the rate of opposing Jihad in France is somewhere between the two figures and I feel confident that a figure of 77% is pretty close. Turning those figures around and applying them to the estimated Muslim populations tells us that:

Worldwide, that 28% of the estimated 1.6 billion Muslims either support violent Jihad or have no objections to it - a whopping 448 million people. In France, that figure comes in at 1,350,000. And in the good USA - where we are the number one ultimate target of radical Muslims - 23% of our estimated 3.2 million Muslims comes to 608,000 Muslims who either support violent Jihad or don't object to it.

Before anyone totally freaks out at those numbers, keep in mind that support and lack of objection does not mean actual active participation. Those numbers are surely much, much less - though one could rightly be worried that the numbers could rise quite a bit if the conflict escalates. Another thing to keep in mind is that those numbers do not include the number of people who support Jihad but do not identify themselves as Muslims. One need look no further than France to see how significant that group might be: A recent poll found that 16% of the entire population of France supported ISIS.

While it is true that a large majority of Muslims are peace loving people who do not support Jihad - those numbers above are sobering. Or should be.

A day when over 700,000 people are said to have taken part in marches across France in Paris, Orleans, Nice, Pau, Toulouse and Nantes, following three days of deadly attacks in the Paris area to commemorate the victims' memories, there was another attack which may be tied to the Charlie Hebdo tragedy, this time by unknown assailants who launched an incendiary device on the building of German newspaper Hamburger Morgenpost shortly after 2am local time when nobody was in the building, and which, as Bloomberg reports, had in recent days reproduced the cartoons published by Charlie Hebdo.

The newspaper confirmed the attack on its twitted feed:

According to Reuters, "a building of German newspaper Hamburger Morgenpost was the target of an arson attack and two suspects were arrested, police said on Sunday.

A police spokeswoman said that an incendiary device was thrown at the newspaper building in the night and documents were burned inside. Two suspects were arrested near the crime scene because they behaved in an unusual manner, she added.

AFP cites a police spokesman who said that "Rocks and then a burning object were thrown through the window. Two rooms on the lower floors were damaged but the fire was put out quickly.”

The newspaper said on its web page that there were no people inside the building when the attack happened. Whether the arson attack was connected to the Charlie Hebdo cartoons was still under investigation, the paper added.

Bloomberg adds that two male suspects aged 35 and 39 arrested in connection with arson attack and are being questioned, police say.

Unknown gunmen allegedly thrown around in the archives shortly after 2 clock from the back yard of the building on Griegstraße stones and an incendiary device. Some files are burned there. Luckily no people were in the house at the time.

Two young men who had behaved suspiciously in the area, have been arrested, according to police. The State Security has now started the investigation. Why the attack took place is so far unclear.

"There is no knowledge, no claim of responsibility or other evidence," police spokeswoman Karina Sadowsky said this morning.

Meanwhile across Paris thousands continues to march to pay tribute to the victims of the terror attacks from the past week.

I am not going to mince words, Common Core makes the claim that its philosophy and mandates makes a child college ready. THERE IS NOT ONE SHRED OF RESEARCH BASED EVIDENCE THAT PROVES THAT THIS IS TRUE! And you should not be surprised. Can you name even one Obama inspired program or edict which has improved your status as a middle class citizen of this country? I am waiting…. Please, just name one…. Let me review a few of Obama’s major initiatives which have not worked and are classified as abject failures:

1. His Iraq policies

2. His handling of the Ukrainian crisis.

3. The implementation of the Affordable Heathcare Act.

4. The effectiveness of Obama’s last two bail outs of Wall Street.

5. The general handling of the economy which has witnessed 146 million Americans on some form of federal welfare.

6. The destruction of America’s war fighting capabilities.

7. If we continue on our present course, we will be able to place Common Core in this slot.

I do not want to be accused of unfairly criticizing President Obama. So, again I ask, what has Obama done to help your family in any meaningful act by the government that he has had some measure of control over? I am waiting…. still waiting …. That is what I thought. Welcome to Common Core. And Common Core is just one more example of everything that this President touches turns to excrement.
The Value of American Education

It is easy to become a doom and gloom prophet with regard to American education. In many ways, American education is strong in many different areas. Generally speaking, the more education one receives strongly correlates with gross income. We can talk about reading comprehension scores, etc., all we want, but if the number of years of spent in school is matched with rising income, then the schools, in large part are doing their job. However, there is an elephant in the room and it is Common Core.

The American public is constantly bombarded with mantra that American education is decidedly inferior to its foreign counterparts. This is patently untrue. When the test scores of American students are compared to foreign students, it is not an “apples to apples” comparison. American schools, based upon mainstreaming nearly all children, tests everyone. Foreign schools test the students in high school who have not been tracked out to training for menial labor careers. In other words, these so-called international comparisons consists of all American children vs. the elite of some foreign country. The system of comparing American education to that of foreign countries is flawed on its face and renders the comparisons to be meaningless.

The results of international comparisons do not concern me because I know that the comparisons are not valid. However, there are plenty of reasons to be concerned about Common Core for a multitude of reasons. Here is a partial list of reasons:

Yes, there are some bad teachers and administrators, but this is the exception, not the rule. Today’s schools are filled with caring and competent teachers and administrators. The vast number of school board members selflessly offer their time and expertise because they want to make a difference. Then why is there the perception that our schools are so bad? The short answer is that the media has been pounding away at this notion since at least the 1980’s even though America still leads the world in research based innovation and it is not close! The opportunity to obtain a quality and rigorous education is still within the reach of most people.

One would be surprised about the corporate relationship that exists between certain media outlets companies that are profiting from education “reform”. This is a topic for another discussion. However, let’s suffice it to say that most teachers are doing a good job in the face of some adverse circumstances and these circumstances have a name, Common Core. Most educators go beyond Common Core in providing your child with an education and you should be glad that they do. However, Common Core is becoming an impediment to your child’s future. Fortunately, many of the politicians at the local level are seeing through the Common Core facade and are beginning to campaign on getting rid of Common Core (e.g. Arizona’s 2014 gubernatorial candidates).

The Future of Education

Common Core has created a number of spin-off educational “fad” programs which have greatly increased the workload of teachers. The long-standing duties of a teacher used to consist of their participation in curriculum development, lesson planning, implementation of instruction, assessment and reteaching if necessary.

One of the hallmark traits of Common Core is the incessant data mining that teachers and administrators are forced to perform on student performance. There is no question that some of these tasks provides useful feedback for the planning of future curriculum development. However, the overall approach is flawed from the beginning. No Child Left Behind and Common Core are both based on the notion that testing children makes them perform better. The mere notion of this concept would be laughable except there are many who buy into drinking the “Common Core” Kool-Aid.

The concept of school a label is also flawed. You child’s school may have a “B” rating based upon standardized test results. However, in most states, in most schools, it is only the sophomores who are assessed to measure the value of that school. So, are we to assume that children don’t learn anything new, or improve their skills, from their sophomore to their senior year? If this is true, then why would we continue to educate them? School ratings are largely meaningless. The A+ schools have merely learned to effectively play the “data” game. Despite the fact that this facade is transparent, society holds the careers of good, competent administrators hostage to this nonsense. If you doubt what I am saying here, contact your state’s Department of Education and ask them questions based upon these facts.

The more Americans know about Common Core, the less they like the standards. In fact, just 33% support the standards while 59% oppose Common Core according to the annual PDK/Gallup Poll of the Public’s Attitudes Toward the Public Schools.

I cannot say that Common Core was created in order to fatten the wallets of people like Bill Gates and other opportunistic educational vendors, but that is exactly what is happening. Your child is their source of income and teachers and administrators are their unwitting employees.

Some schools now use radio frequency identification tags to track student location throughout the school day. Other schools use what is referred to as “human monitoring services” that read student email and then contact local law enforcement when it is deemed necessary. Amazingly, the parents of the children whose privacy is being violated will never know what data is being collected. And who is making the money?

InBloom is one of those companies who has access to your children’s most sensitive data. InBloom is a nonprofit corporation based in Atlanta, and they have granted themselves the authority to collect information from Atlanta’s school district databases and store it in the cloud. Did you as a parent give permission to them to store your child’s personal information?

InBloom has the backing of the enemy of the common man, namely Bill and Melinda Gates. Bill Gates has donated $100 million in seed money from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to InBloom. Is anyone else sick of Bill Gates yet? Whether it is the Ebola vaccine or being the original computer robber baron of the modern age, Gates seemingly has his hand in every pie. We need to get this despot out of our children’s lives.

This data mining insanity has already spread to several states. Every test score and every interaction with a digital learning tool is recorded. Data gathering includes health, fitness and sleeping habits, sexual activity, prescription drug use, alcohol use and disciplinary matters. Students’ attitudes, sociability and even “enthusiasm” are quantified, analyzed, recorded and dropped into giant data systems. New York State has already uploaded data on 90% of 2.7 million public school and charter school students. Let’s be clear, your child and their privacy is being data-mined for marketing purposes.

The insanity has reach a level one Colorado parent is not on board with this tyrannical violation of children’s rights. Aurora, Colorado parent, Lauren Coker, actually discovered that TS Gold assessors in her son’s public preschool had recorded information about her son’s trips to the bathroom, his hand-washing habits and his ability to pull up his pants. When Coker was not able to opt of the program because that would threaten the revenue stream to the school from Common Core, she had the good sense to pull her child from the school. Coker has tried unsuccessfully to get her son’s data removed the cloud that the school uploaded his data to.

The net effect of these intrusive practices, is that our country is being totally brought under the police state surveillance grid and something like the East German Stasi is overseeing these massive intrusions. It is bad enough that we are being forced to live in a burgeoning police state as our Bill of Rights is evaporating before our very eyes. Now our children are being assessed for compliance skills in a manner befitting the most authoritarian regimes in the history of the planet.
Teachers Are Leaving

Under the misguided No Child Left Behind, the rate of teacher defections from the profession grew to 50%as half the nation’s teachers were leaving education in the first five years of their careers. The early trend curve indicates that we are going to witness a huge spike in teacher defections, despite the bad economic times. To add insult to injury, not only do the majority of teachers hold Common Core in contempt, they are watching their profession become a less attractive choice for an educated workforce. Not only is the pay continuing to lag farther behind other professions, the work load is increasing exponentially due to the data-mining tasks being required of teachers. Teacher job protection is absolutely nonexistent. Teachers used to be afforded academic freedom protection because some of what they taught might be considered to be controversial. There is no longer any academic freedom or tenure. Even the annual contract of a teacher is not guaranteed. Under Obama’s Common Core, a teacher can be fired on a moments notice for any reason, or no reason at all.

Can anyone justify how having a revolving door of employees who are stressed out from overwork, are grossly underpaid and are given no voice in their working conditions is somehow good for our children and ultimately society as a whole? Everything that this President touches ultimately turns to excrement. Thank goodness for good teachers and administrators who work through these issues in providing a quality education. But how long can they hold out under these circumstances?

The Legislative, Judicial And Executive Branches Of Government Is Now Joined By A Fourth.... The Execution Branch

The hypocrisy of American police is beginning to bother even law and order conservatives. The New York Police Department is rivaling the black community in Ferguson in keeping alive the murders of their community members.

We are constantly reminded of how dangerous it is to be a police officer. A total of 50 police officers were reportedly killed last year in the “line of duty,” but the police themselves managed to kill 1,029 Americans during the same time period, most of whom were unarmed and innocent of wrongdoings.

In other words, any encounter between the public and the police is more than 20 times more dangerous for the public than for the police.

That should raise questions about the absence of restraint on the ability of police to use deadly force as a first resort. Yet authorities and white communities invariably defend police violence against the public.

If Americans had half-decent educations, Americans would know that power comes from precedent. The police, like the executive branch, have now established themselves above the law. The laws that apply to the public do not apply to police, US presidents, presidential appointees, NSA, and CIA.

The URL below provides two short videos of Montana police officer Grant Morrison shooting to death in separate incidents two unarmed drivers pulled over by Morrison in routine traffic stops. In both cases, Morrison’s first actions are to scream obscenities and pull the trigger. Morrison comes across as completely crazed. It is inexplicable that Montana permits an armed lunatic to roam the streets pulling over cars. You try doing that.

Clearly the police are privileged and, thereby, unaccountable.

According to news reports, during eight years of what is called the Iraq War more US citizens were murdered by the police than US soldiers were killed in the war. In other words, US police are a greater threat to Americans than enemy forces are to US soldiers who have invaded a foreign country.

The other day I heard a NY police commissioner on NPR defend the NY police violence against Eric Garner that resulted in Garner’s death. The police commissioner said that Garner more or less brought on his own death by not quickly cooperating with police orders. When asked if selling single cigarettes out of a pack was a sufficiently dangerous act to justify police use of prohibited choke holds, the commissioner said Garner’s single cigarette sales were depriving NY City of hundreds of millions of dollars in tax revenues that could be used for more and better schools and hospitals.

I was surprised to learn that selling “loosies” was a billion dollar business. Somehow that seems about as hard to believe as everything else authorities tell us.

Other countries manage to have police forces that do not indiscriminately gun down their citizens. Yet most Americans will support the police until it happens to them, but keep in mind that every time you get in your car you have placed yourself in far greater danger from police than you face from terrorists.

9 Key Components of the Shift Towards Higher Consciousness

Facing considerable political, economic, social and ecological crises, the human race is desperate for a transformation and a new direction.

Business as usual ensures that we are doomed to run a course of half-conscious self-destruction, as man-made catastrophes multiply and stress mounts in every aspect of life. We must overthrow our ignorance, as it has become a fearful master, goading us into war, pollution, waste and exploitation.

The social problems and entrenched patterns at the source of global issues are too vast and complex to be solved at the personal level, yet, paradoxically, the personal transformation of the individual offers a lonesome opportunity to avert the catastrophes we are engineering for ourselves.

Human consciousness has a critical role to play in our collective destiny and there is a seismic shift occurring here that is creating a rising class of conscious people better equipped than ever to deal with such a chaotic environment.

The shift. It is the dramatic re-ordering of one’s psyche, producing changes that greatly benefit the body, mind and spirit. It is marked by considerable expansion of awareness of the inner spaces of mind and heart, and of the inter-dependent nature of all things.

It is a reconstruction of one’s life and purpose rebuilt on a foundation of truth, peace, strength and flexibility, and it is brought about by a laborious and sufferable process of reflection and self-realization.

The end result of the shift is the experience of a new, world-centric perspective on life, the reclamation of mental and physical health, and the discovery of the strength, courage and fearlessness needed to wade through these interesting times.

Personal evolution is both the great duty and the great joy of all human beings and is a process of divine significance, frequently unfolding in overlapping stages and related developments.

Here are 9 key components of the shift commonly experienced by evolving people, not necessarily occurring in a particular order.

1. Contemporary Consciousness – The mass consciousness of production, consumption, submission and nihilism is where the shift begins. This is the consensus trance that we have been programmed to accept as real life, while obediently serving our worst interests without examination or question.

Contemporary consciousness is acquiescence to insanity for the sake of convenience. Breaking through contemporary consciousness is to strike the very root of our global dilemma. Numb, drugged, and senseless, this level of consciousness is a psychic plague blotting out our potential.

Some small piece of information gathered from the alternative press or from a documentary film eats at our understanding of how the world is set up, and the shift begins. This sets the stage for a deep and serious personal crises to erupt, and often engages a ferocious drive for knowledge and truth.

3. An Introspective Quest for Knowledge & Truth – Knowledge and information are the fuel for personal transformation. Once awakened, our natural draw towards truth and justice calls us to consider new ideas and outside perspectives as we search for a new bearing in a crumbling understanding of the world.

Introspection reveals answers to never-before asked questions and the accompanying interest in ‘alternative’ information and ideas provides answers that profoundly contradict contemporary consciousness. Once this quest is initiated the world never again looks the same.

I have not agreed with him on everything, but the man was a people's champion for ridding the world of the dirt bags that are trying to kill us any way they can.  Something not all of you are aware of ...... and that was John had several threats on his life for telling the truth ... He always told them where to go and how to get there. I had 3 very special friends in my life, and John was the one I never got a chance to meet face to face. Somehow for John we need to see how we can keep NESARA up.... Yeshua, please look after John, as he does not need to do NESARA in Heaven.

Greetings Everyone~
I wish to continue and maintain nesaranews and nesaranetwork in honor of John Machaffie who was a good friend and a true patriot to many of us. We have a crew of good patriots and friends who I imagine feel the same and will stay on board by keeping the news and hopes posted. The future of these sites is ultimately up to John's son John Glenn Machaffie.
