FEMA 'Death Domes' Popping Up Across Texas Raise Alarm As Jade Helm 15 Invades Southwestern America With Texas Listed 'Hostile'

With Jade Helm 15 coming to Texas, Utah, California and 4 more southwestern states for 'summer exercises' between July 15 and September 15 this year, numerous 'FEMA Domes' that are being rushed to completion across the state of Texas in locations such as Lumberton, Brownsville, Pancho Maples and Kingsville are raising alarm with many who view these structures as potential 'FEMA death domes', used to house 'insurgents' following the red and blue list round-up of gun owners, Christians and patriotic supporters of America and the US Constitution.

"Despite that many will perceive the domes to be cleverly-disguised “FEMA camps” – which could potentially be used to shelter destitute populations during emergencies, such as a financial collapse – they also provide ample opportunities for the feds to weasel into Smalltown, USA and squander its pocketbooks."

Described by the New York Times as 'dual-use domes', most of the time filled with cheering high school basketball fans (think Hillary Clinton's 'fun camps') but, 'come hurricane season', used as a 'nearly impenetrable shelters from the weather,' the NY Times story tells us that 28 of these buildings are being built and there is nothing standard at all about them: they'll have double-layer cinder-block walls reinforced by heavy-duty steel bars and cement piers that plunge 30 feet into the ground. (Difficult to get out of if the goal is keeping a group of people inside!)

While evidence PROVING that the use of these fully air-conditioned domes will be used to house 'insurgents' is dubious at best and, according to the mainstream, they'll likely be used as command and control locations during 'emergencies', the urgency with which they are being built and the timing of Jade Helm 15 along with warnings of imminent economic collapse in America and the ever-lasting memory of the govt 'protecting' the residents of New Orleans at the Super-death-dome after Hurricane Katrina as shared in the 4th video below are a combined cause for concern. The 1st video is a new update from Sgt. Joe Biggs and TheAlexJonesChannel about SOCOM's plans to invade a 'hostile Texas' during Jade Helm 15.

Lumberton, TX — A 25,0000 square foot dome is under construction in Lumberton, Texas and will mainly function as a disaster proof gym and an auditorium for holding school events for Lumberton, ISD. The tornado safe structure becomes the first of its kind to be located in South East Texas and is considered practically indestructible by FEMA whose grants are primarily funding the construction.

Top US Commander Under Arrest For Refusing To Fire Nukes At Russia

A new report circulating in the Kremlin today prepared by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) for the Ministry of Defense (MoD) states that President Barack Obama’s nuclear war communication commander has been arrested and relieved of her command after failing to transmit launch codes authorizing an atomic weapons first-strike attack upon the Federation in coordination with a similar “surprise” attack planned by the United Kingdom.
According to the SVR, US Navy Captain Heather E. Cole was the commander of the US Navy’s Strategic Communications Wing 1 located at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma whose E-6B Mercury aircraft provide the communications links allowing President Obama and US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter to directly contact the submarines, bombers and land-based missiles that comprise the United States strategic nuclear force.
On Monday, 16 March, this report states, Captain Cole received from the Pentagon a launch order authorizing a “limited” nuclear strike against the Federation, but which failed due to a critical Permissive Action Link (PAL) failure thus causing her to abort this planned attack.
As a PAL is a security device for nuclear weapons whose purpose is to prevent unauthorized arming or detonation of the nuclear weapons, SVR experts in this report explain, the critical failure in this instance was an added security measure ordered by the former US Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel, prior to his being forced out of office last month over his refusal to have any part in this attack against Russia.
This report further explains that Secretary Carter was not aware of Secretary Hagel’s PAL security changes thus allowing Captain Cole to abort this planned nuclear attack.
For her failure to communicate the launch authorization to US nuclear forces, this report continues, Captain Cole was arrested on Tuesday, 17 March, relieved of her command and then taken by armed guard to US Naval Air Station (NAS) Miramar in San Diego (California) where she remains incommunicado.
The SVR in their report on Captain Cole’s refusal to start World War III further states that her actions mirrors those of Soviet Naval Captain Vasili Arkhipov, who during the Cuban Missile Crisis, in 1962, also refused to obey orders to launch nuclear weapons against the United States.
Upon Captain Cole being arrested, a MoD appendix to this SVR report says, President Putin ordered the Federations strategic nuclear bomber forces to their “fail-safe” locations in the Arctic (the fastest air route to the US from Russia), an expansion of the Northern Fleet’s combat operations into the Norwegian Sea, and continued combat air operations against NATO forces on the northern border.
Important to note, and as we had stated in our 14 March report, Russia Warns “State Of War” Exists As UK Nukes Prepare First Strike, President Putin and the MoD had been made aware of the planned nuclear attack against the Federation weeks ago thus allowing the Federation to move its own nuclear forces to the NATO border.
Likewise, and as we had reported on 15 March, Obama Meets With Top Russian Spy, Warns He Can’t Stop War, neither President Putin or the MoD have any confidence that President Obama is even in control his military forces anymore, thus necessitating the Federations greatest defensive war moves since World War II, and as we reported on in our 17 March report, Moscow Bomb Shelters Begin To Fill As Russia Prepares For War.
And, perhaps, most appalling…as President Putin, after greeting over 100,000 cheering citizen-supporters in Red Square earlier today, meets with close aide to Chinese President Xi Jinping to update China on the Federations war preparations, there remains no evidence that the West, particularly the United States, are preparing their own people for the horrific catastrophe soon to come.
The fate of Captain Cole, however, is much more known as it will be exactly like Captain Arkhipov’s… a relegation to the dustbin of history as a failed officer, at best, or her early suicide/death to prevent her from telling what she knows.

The commodore of the Navy's Strategic Communications Wing 1, based at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, was fired Tuesday after a loss of confidence in her ability to lead. Capt. Heather Cole had "not performed up to the high standards demanded of an officer in command," Naval Air Forces said in a press release.
Vice Adm. Mike Shoemaker, the AIRFOR boss, relieved Cole of command of the wing and Task Force 124, an operational command post that reports to U.S. Strategic Command.
The relief stemmed from an investigation Shoemaker launched in February based on revelations of significant issues within the wing, said Cmdr. Jeannie Groeneveld, AIRFOR spokeswoman.
Cole's shortcomings were professional in nature, she said, and unfolded over time, adding that she could not comment further as the investigation has not been completed.
"The relief was due to deficiencies in her performance that were identified in the findings of the investigation," Groeneveld said. The deficiencies had nothing to do with TF-124's Strategic Nuclear Forces mission, she said, but instead were "cultural issues" within the wing itself.
Cole has been temporarily assigned to the San Diego-based staff of AIRFOR pending the outcome of the investigation.
Cole did not respond to calls and emails seeking comment by Thursday.
Capt. Brian McCormick, who has served as the task force's deputy commander, has been named the acting wing commander.
The post answers to two masters. Strategic Communications Wing 1 reports to AIRFOR on the manning and training of the E-6B Mercury squadrons that fly the airborne command post.
The wing's operational side, Task Force 124, is part of the nuclear command and control echelon and reports to U.S. Strategic Command on missions like Airborne Command Post, the Airborne Launch Control System, the Non-Strategic Nuclear Forces Theater Commanders and the "Take Charge and Move Out" (TACAMO) Emergency Action Message relay.
A native of Ferris, Texas, Cole is a graduate of the University of Texas and received her commission through Aviation Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, Florida, in 1990. She received her wings in 1991, according to her official bio.
Cole, a naval flight officer, served first in P-3 aircraft at various assignments until she transitioned to the TACAMO community in 1993.
She also served as the aviation initial assignment detailer, first in Washington, D.C., and then making the move to Millington, Tennessee, in 1999 when Navy Personnel Command relocated there. From 2000 to 2003, Cole served as the operations administrative officer aboard the aircraft carrier Harry S. Truman.

(NaturalNews) A Seattle architect named Katrina Spade has proposed a new solution for urban food production: convert the recently deceased into nutritious compost to feed the food crops.

The project is called the Urban Death Project, and it describes the process of turning dead humans into food as follows:

The Urban Death Project is a compost-based renewal system. At the heart of the project is a three-story core, within which bodies and high-carbon materials are placed. Over the span of a few months, with the help of aerobic decomposition and microbial activity, the bodies decompose fully, leaving a rich compost. It is also a space for the contemplation of our place in the natural world, and a ritual to help us say goodbye to our loved ones by connecting us with the cycles of nature.

The Urban Death Project website describes the project as a 501(c) non-profit, and a fundraising effort is due to launch March 30th on Kickstarter. Islamic State has posted online what it says are the names, U.S. addresses and photos of 100 American military service members, and called upon its “brothers residing in America” to kill them.

The Pentagon said after the information was posted on the Internet that it was investigating the matter. “I can’t confirm the validity of the information, but we are looking into it,” a U.S. defense official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said on Saturday.

“We always encourage our personnel to exercise appropriate OPSEC (operations security) and force protection procedures,” the official added.

In the posting, a group referring to itself as the “Islamic State Hacking Division” wrote in English that it had hacked several military servers, databases and emails and made public the information on 100 members of the U.S. military so that “lone wolf” attackers can kill them.
