Greece draws up drachma plans, prepares to miss IMF payment

Greece is drawing up drastic plans to nationalise the country's banking system and introduce a parallel currency to pay bills unless the eurozone takes steps to defuse the simmering crisis and soften its demands.

Sources close to the ruling Syriza party said the government is determined to keep public services running and pay pensions as funds run critically low. It may be forced to take the unprecedented step of missing a payment to the International Monetary Fund next week.

Greece no longer has enough money to pay the IMF €458m on April 9 and also to cover payments for salaries and social security on April 14, unless the eurozone agrees to disburse the next tranche of its interim bail-out deal in time.

“We are a Left-wing government. If we have to choose between a default to the IMF or a default to our own people, it is a no-brainer,” said a senior official.

“We may have to go into a silent arrears process with the IMF. This will cause a furore in the markets and means that the clock will start to tick much faster,” the source told The Telegraph.

Syriza’s radical-Left government would prefer to confine its dispute to EU creditors but the first payments to come due are owed to the IMF. While the party does not wish to trigger a formal IMF default, it increasingly views a slide into pre-default arrears as a necessary escalation in its showdown with Brussels and Frankfurt.

The view in Athens is that the EU creditor powers have yet to grasp that the political landscape has changed dramatically since the election of Syriza in January and that they will have to make real concessions if they wish to prevent adisastrous rupture of monetary union, an outcome they have ruled out repeatedly as unthinkable.

“They want to put us through the ritual of humiliation and force us into sequestration. They are trying to put us in a position where we either have to default to our own people or sign up to a deal that is politically toxic for us. If that is their objective, they will have to do it without us,” the source said.

Going into arrears at the IMF – even for a few days – is an extremely risky strategy. No developed country has ever defaulted to the Bretton Woods institutions. While there would be a grace period of six weeks before the IMF board declared Greece to be in technical default, the process could spin out of control at various stages.

Syriza sources say are they fully aware that a tough line with creditors risks setting off an unstoppable chain-reaction. They insist that they are willing to contemplate the worst rather than abandon their electoral pledges to the Greek people. An emergency fall-back plan is already in the works.

“We will shut down the banks and nationalise them, and then issue IOUs if we have to, and we all know what this means. What we will not do is become a protectorate of the EU,” said one source. It is well understood in Athens such action is tantamount to a return to the drachma, even though Syriza would rather reach an amicable accord within EMU.

Eurozone creditors may be willing to release enough funds to cover Greece’s government costs on April 14, but only if Syriza pays the IMF first. However, trust has already collapsed to the point where key ministers in Greece no longer believe the assurances from Brussels, fearing they may be lured into a trap. The mood has become poisonous.

“They want us to impose capital controls and cause a credit crunch, until the government becomes so unpopular that it falls," said one official.

"They want make an example of us, and demonstrate that no government in the eurozone has a right to have mind of its own. They don’t believe that we will walk away, or that the Greek people will back us, and they are wrong on both counts,” he said.

Syriza is still hoping that German Chancellor Angela Merkel can defuse the crisis, deeming her a “real ally”, but fear that she will be confronted with a fait accompli beyond even her control.

Bank of America warned that a “critical sequence of events could unfold” once Greece misses a payment to the IMF. It would trigger a parallel default to the eurozone bail-out fund (EFSF) under the legal master agreement, and might force the EFSF to cancel its loan packages and demand immediate repayment. This in turn would trigger a default on Greek government bonds issued under the bail-out accord.

The situation is now critical. Even if Greece manages to cobble together enough money to cover the April deadline, it owes the IMF a further €200m on May 1 and €763m on May 12. A Greek official told EMU counterparts at a teleconference on Wednesday that the country has run out of money. "There is no way we can go beyond April 9," the official reportedly said.

The drama comes after the creditors refused to rubber stamp Athens' latest bid to unlock funds, raising objections over Syriza plans to boost union powers in collective bargaining and boost pensions for lower income groups.

Brussels continues to insist on more concrete pledges, despite receiving a 26-page list of reforms on Wednesday. Athens hopes to raise €6.1bn in 2015 by clamping down on fuel smuggling and tax evasion, introducing new levies on luxury goods, and reforming public procurement. It estimated funding needs at €19bn over the coming year, meaning that there will inevitably be fresh tensions over the summer even if there a deal on interim funds until June.

Former European Commission head Jose Manuel Barroso warned Greece that they have a moral obligation to other states, describing the demands for more time and money as "completely unacceptable".

“We should remember that there are poorer countries that are lending money to Greece, so to propose a cut to their debt would be certain to receive a no from their partners," he said.

1.    Introduction – to the term geoengineering
 
The topic of geoengineering has three aspects that need to be first differentiated before we can look at how they are historically interwoven:

1. There has been an ongoing development of jet propellants and their additives by the US-air force and the NATO. The chemistry of the additives currently in use is classified information – some of the additives have been identified by civil-right-initiatives and private researchers as 1,2-dibrom ethan (EDB), perfluoroctane sulfon acid (PFOS), perfluor octane acid (PFOA) and lead tetraethyl. These additives contain fluorine, sulfur and brome and must be regarded as an important source of the aerosols H2SO4, HF, HBrO3, which lead to persistent contrails1. These additives are highly toxic contact poisons and are suspected to be responsible for multiple-chemical-sensitivity (MCS) and the gulf-war-syndrome (GWS).

2. There is an official line of research that mainly evaluates options of climate engineering to combat global warming. This research processes huge amounts of money but officially projects all “practical applications” into the future. It claims to conduct “small experimental programs” only. It mainly propagates sulfur oxide and reflective particles like Al2O3 flitters as possible aerosols.

3. There is a strong involvement of the US military in the development of both geo-engineering in the classical meaning and advanced military applications involving piezoelectric nano-particles ((Ba, Srx) TiO3) and mono-crystalline aluminum-oxide varieties for 3D battlefield monitoring, radar-range-enhancement and advanced defense and weapon systems, including the star wars program, as well as similar programs run by the intelligence community.
In the jet fuel development the main aim is to adopt the jet fuel to the low temperatures at high altitudes, to adjust the point of ignition to the engine technology and to lower the consumption as much as possible.
The geo-engineering idea roots back to WWII with German scientists which after the end of the war were taken over by US military to do research mainly in the framework of the Project ‘Paperclip’ that transferred about 10,000 German top scientists to the US intelligence community.
The official aim of geo-engineering is weather manipulation to protect the agriculture and civil society, although on scientific level from the very beginning ideas like melting the poles to get access to natural resources played a major role2.
The main military applications today seem to depend on nano-size piezo-crystals creating a controllable plasma background for 3D radar monitoring as well as a plasma layer for advanced applications like weather manipulation, earth quake weapons and, when combined with satellite based laser technology, the star wars program. The idea to create an artificial plasma layer very likely popped up after successful research on weather manipulation by the HAARP device in Alaska and other HAARP-like transmitters, utilizing the natural ionosphere as a controllable plasma layer. From this point the idea to create an artificial plasma layer at lower altitudes than the ionosphere was not very far out.

In the US the borders between governmental research, military research and applications, the activities of the intelligence community and university- and company based research and applications are difficult to define. In this financially interwoven network a growing number of whistle blowers are drawing attention to a classified project “Cloverleaf”. It is supposed to serve military-, agency- and governmental and privately-owned-company-aims by spraying large amounts of aluminum and titanium based aerosols using the infrastructure of the CIA, NSA and the US-Navy as well as civil airplanes altered for additional spraying.
However, approaching the topic from this angle at this point of this paper would lead to discussion involving belief systems. This will be discussed in greater detail in the last chapter, for now we just want to mention one of these whistle blowers, the person who is known as the inventor of the titanium-based aerosol system. Since the 1980s Jim Phelps from the Oak Ridge laboratories in the USA had researched the impact of aerosols from airplanes on nature and climate and had found out that jet-fuel-impurities and additives were responsible for the following:
1. the loss of ozone at the poles due to fluorine-compounds
2. global dimming due to persistent contrails and enhanced formation of cirrus-clouds
3. global warming, because these cirrus-clouds hold back infrared radiation from the ground and
4. growing problems with toxic flour-aluminum compounds forming in the soils.
In 1996, Phelps suggested solving 3 of these problems by adding titanium oxide, which forms less toxic compounds than aluminum, to the jet fuel. This concept was meant to prevent the ozone loss and the forming of toxic flour-aluminum compounds by binding the fluorine to titanium-oxide already in the sky, and additionally reduce global warming by seeding reflective particles, that would block even more sunlight and let through infrared from the ground.  Jim Phelps today openly accuses the US military as well as the intelligence community of an abuse of his invention, which was meant to solve jet fuel related environmental problems.

Introduction – to the damage on plants 
 
There have been many reports from concerned citizens about a new type of damage occurring with plants. It is different from the known damage by acid rain in the 1970s, where large areas of spruce forests died in Germany. The symptoms observed back then were first the dying of the tiny roots of the trees after suffering from heavy metal poisoning, followed by a loss of the needles and the death of the tree. Now grass is reported to simply stop growing, trees to drop their bark and die. It has been speculated that these damages could be associated with the increasing occurrence of persistent contrails on one hand, and presumably linked to the high values of aluminum, barium, strontium and titanium found in chemical analysis of plants tissue, rainwater and soil-samples on the other hand.
During the year 2012, we were confronted with the problems of a number of Norwegian farmers who lost parts of the second harvest of hay. Additionally, the increased appearance of striped clouds was a cause for unease. These clouds appeared in the morning and eventually in the afternoon covered the normally blue summer sky with a milky haze at a high altitude. One of the farmers associated the drizzle falling later on such days to damage done to tomato-plants and lettuce. The farmers, who had taken chemical analysis of rain samples and the grass retarded in growth, asked for help interpreting their lab results.

Introduction – to our scientific approach

---

Our starting point was the worry that aerosols could disturb plant growth to an extent where it affects the harvests and thus the livelihood of mankind. At the same time, we were aware that the topic of geoengineering, also referred to as chemtrails, was controversial and caused heated discussions. From the information available, it was hard to get a picture of what was actually happening. In this context we felt the need to search for consistent information, and to check the theories against scientific data. This meant in detail: to find out if high atmospheric spraying is already taking place, if yes which aerosols are in use and how big the amounts actually sprayed might be. The second task would be to find out in what way these aerosols might affect plant growth to explain the damage observed.

The only anomalies showing in the results near Oslo concerned high aluminum in rainwater samples, increased barium in soil exposed to rain. Strontium and titanium were present within the countrywide average.  These are elements discussed as parts of aerosols used for military purposes. The measured amounts of the elements themselves had to be regarded as chemically non-toxic to plants. We therefor took a closer look into the patents and papers involving these methods to see if there could be some overseen mechanisms affecting plant growth. It became clear that the optical and electro-physical properties of these nano-crystals could be essential in understanding how plant growth can be severely affected by these aerosols.

A six-fold line of research has been undertaken to examine the possibility of a relationship between slowed plant growth and deposition of aerosols released by airplanes for military purposes and eventually for purposes of geoengineering:
1. Going through the patents and papers about aerosols for geoengineering, the patents of aerosols for military purposes and the normal jet-fuel and jet-fuel additive-chemistry in order to see what substances to look for, and look for research proving their safety.
2. Review research on plant communication and growth.
3. Discussing the physical properties of aerosols regarding possible mechanisms that could damage plants.
4. Analyzing samples of grass with reduced growth and of the earth underneath to define what part of the findings could have an aerial source.
5. Reviewing official data of wet and dry deposition of heavy metals.
6.  Look at the operational and political aspects of aerosol-spraying.
In the following chapters we will first summarize some scientific background knowledge about toxicology in general and discuss the additives used in Jet Propellant 8, the Jet fuel used by US army and NATO forces. Additionally we used the only available original paper on “chemtrails”, to understand the basic mechanisms of this technology and name some of the compounds that might be involved today. This paper is the course material for a course in chemtrail-chemistry at the US Air Force Academy dating back to the year 1990.
As a second topic we will summarize some background information about bio-photon-research and the non-linear optical properties of (Ba, Srx) TiO3 nano-crystals. Against this background we will discuss possible mechanisms of damage that (Ba, Srx) TiO3 nano-crystals cause to nature. These effects will be discussed regarding plant growth, marine life and possible effects on mammals and humans. Following this theoretical part we will review the data available of barium, strontium, and titanium depositions in Germany and Norway over the period of the last 15 years and try to distinguish between industrial pollution, natural deposits and other aerosol deposits. To backup the scientific finding we will then again look at historical and political aspects to evaluate the probability of our data.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama's choice of Loretta Lynch to be the next U.S. attorney general got a boost on Thursday when Republican Senator Mark Kirk announced his support, possibly providing a crucial 51st vote for the embattled nominee.

"I am confident from my conversation with Loretta Lynch that she will be a valuable partner in confronting the gang violence that is robbing families of their children every day in Chicago," Kirk, a senator from Illinois, said in a statement.

All 44 Senate Democrats and two independents are expected to vote for Lynch, who would be the first African-American woman to head the Justice Department.

Most Republicans are planning to vote against her to protest Obama's November executive order easing the threat of deportation against 4.7 million undocumented immigrants.

Prior to Thursday, four Republicans indicated they would vote for Lynch's nomination, and with Kirk, there potentially would be a majority in the Senate to confirm her.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has put Lynch's nomination on hold, however, until the Senate passes a domestic human trafficking bill that is being blocked by Democrats due to objections over anti-abortion language that has been attached to the measure.

It is not clear how long McConnell would hold off on a vote on Lynch if the impasse on the legislation is not broken following a spring recess that ends April 13.

If confirmed by the Senate, Lynch would replace retiring Attorney General Eric Holder.

In addition the Rebbe explained, saying, “I am one of the few men in our time who can say that this since it has been published all over the world that my eyes see very far away, like when I found the child Leibi Klecki, may his blood be avenged, and three boys in Halhul and dozens more who were missing, where others do not have permission to see and make order, and this was planted in me by God and Divine Providence and when I had to talk to many and give instructions, I do it and the Divine Presence speaks from my throat, and wherever my name goes out to, it is known that those who listen to me shall be safe”.

Associates of the Rebbe emphasized that the call was made to a small handful of worshipers after morning services at the local synagogue.

TOPEKA, Kan. (CN) – Gov. Sam Brownback today will sign a bill allowing Kansans to carry concealed weapons without a permit.

Senate Bill 45 , approved by the state House 85-39 and the Senate 31-8, will eliminate the state’s permit process, in which concealed carry applicants were required to submit to state and national background checks and complete an approved handgun safety and training course.

Kansas is already an open-carry state and will continue to issue licenses if gun owners apply. But the new law allows adults to carry handguns openly or concealed, loaded or unloaded, without a license.

Kansas is the fifth state to allow concealed carry without a permit, joining Arizona, Alaska, Vermont and Wyoming.

Anonymous has threatened Israel with “the electronic holocaust” which, the group vowed, would “erase it from cyberspace” on April 7 for “crimes” in Palestine. Anonymous planned yet another cyberattack for just over a week before Holocaust Remembrance Day.

The White Dragon Society has proposed the creation of a world federation (not a fascist New World Order) in order to achieve permanent world peace and start a golden age of unprecedented progress and prosperity. The proposal was made, during ongoing secret negotiations, to the Pentagon, the Vatican, the Chinese, the British Commonwealth and other power centers.

Under this proposal, the United Nations Security council would be replaced by people representing the political consensus of seven major regional groupings. These would be Africa, China, East Asia excluding China, Europe including Russia, India, the Muslim world and North plus South America. Decisions would be made by a majority and each region would have a veto only for its own region. Each region would also have its own meritocratically staffed future planning agency and people owned central bank.

In addition, a meritocratic future planning agency would be established for planning mega-projects that transcend regions. Technocrats with good track records at existing international institutions like the World Bank and the IMF would be invited to join either this or one of the regional agencies.

The Pentagon, the Chinese armed forces and the Russian armed forces would gradually integrate to form a planetary protection force.

So far the Pentagon plus the agencies, the P2 lodge (the Vatican), the Chinese, the Russians, the Germans and the British have all given initial signs they support this plan.

The creation of such a structure would make it possible to resolve all international disputes through arbitration, court cases or sporting events instead of war.

It would also allow the release of equivalent of tens of trillions of dollars to spend on an unprecedented campaign to end poverty, stop environmental destruction, create new eco-systems and explore the universe among other things.

In the public sphere we can find strong evidence that a new system has been agreed upon in principle. When China announced its Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the cabalists in Washington told their allies not to join. Since then, Australia, Brazil, Canada, England, France, Germany, South Korea, Russia etc have all announced they would join. This forced the IMF and the World Bank to also announce their support. In other words, the secret controllers of the Federal Reserve Board have lost control.

What is left of the old financial system is a combination of a functional retail system and a dysfunctional institutional system. In other words, salaries, electricity bills and the like are still being handled in a realistic basis at the street level but stock markets, bond markets, hedge funds and the like have left the real world a long time ago. Super computers, algorithms and their handlers are duking it out with each other using quadrillions or decadecillions (look it up, there is such a number) of dollars in complete detachment from a real world where one year of world GDB is only $100 trillion. The plug is about to be pulled on all that.

In the Ukraine, a joint German/Russian task forces is dismantling the Khazarian controlled military and gangster forces.

There has also been more information provided by the Russians about the mystery of Vladimir Putin. In the video at the link below (in Russian) you can see clearly that not only are there multiple Putins but there were also multiple Boris Yeltsins and multiple copies of the same Czar.

This latest information from the Russians has allowed this writer to finally figure out a mystery. Over the years, multiple sources including the Chinese, the Yakuza and the Pentagon have talked about how Western leaders were being replaced with clones. I never wrote about it because it seemed too weird.

Now however, checking the historical sources, I found out what is behind the clone business. The predecessors of the Hyksos were the Hittites in what is now Anatolia, Turkey. The Hittite leaders were being constantly killed in never ending power struggles. The Hyksos solved this problem by placing puppets on the throne and keeping the real leadership secret. The puppets could be replaced by look-alikes whenever they were killed.

The Japanese Yakuza once told me they killed George Bush Sr. and he was replaced by a clone. I heard something similar from the British. I also heard that North Korea’s Kim Jong Il was replaced by a clone. There is no need to invoke the supernatural or unknown science to explain how this could be possible. It would simply be a matter of finding several identical people and grooming them to act like a leader during public events. The real leaders could then write the “acting presidents’” scripts from behind the scenes without fear of assassination.

The question then of course becomes one of finding out who the real script writers or secret leaders are. Thanks to the internet and the ongoing global awakening, a lot of them have already been flushed out. We all know about the Rothschilds, the George Soros types, Freemasons, the gnostic Illuminati, the P2 lodge etc.

What these various secret groups all have in common is that highly influential people gather in secret and form a consensus. They then force the public puppets like Prime Ministers etc. to carry out whatever decisions were made in secret.

However, there also now exist benevolent secret groups fighting for the average man and not for the benefit of a Satan worshipping elite. They need to stay secret in order to avoid assassination by the Satanists.

The battle has now reached the point where the Satanists are negotiating a surrender to the Red and Blue, the White Dragon Society and their allies.

According the MI5 sources “the negotiations will be conducted against a backdrop of a rolling banking and financial meltdown in EU with massive calls on UK finances to bail out Germany, Italy, Spain etc. This scenario is likely sooner than later certainly over the summer.”

Furthermore according to the same source “Parliament was proroged (suspended from power) last Thusday in preparation for the election campaign. In effect the country is now being run by Cabinet Office and Sir Jeremy Heywood, Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Civil Service, until putatative ministerial oversight returns with a new Government sometime after May 7th. I need say no more.” In other words, the UK now has a meritocratic government.

The US is also now under a de facto meritocratic government headed by the Pentagon and the agencies. In Japan, meanwhile, preparations are also underway for regime change. The Emperor’s US based handlers contacted the WDS after the Japan Independence Party called for the arrest of cabal stooge Shinzo Abe. The Bushes want to make a deal.

The Duplicity of Politicians

The audacity of politicians never ceases to amaze me. People who at the least one would presume go into public service to service the public, instead service themselves, family and friends. I'm beginning to think that all or at least most politicians follow Lenin's playbook, which says in part, “The most important thing is to come to power. Tell them whatever they want to hear but come to power. Once you are in power, then you can betray them.” On top of that, elections get more and more expensive until no one can run unless they have big money bankrolling them. And of course, that always comes with a price tag. The temptation to 'feather their own nest must be more than they can resist.

Didn't it come out during the Bundy ranch standoff that Nevada Senator Harry Reid stood to gain from snatching that grazing land away from Bundy? Or at least his son did. How many pieces of legislation initiated or at least supported by Diane Feinstein have benefited her husbands bottom line and hers? Can we really separate the two? It came to light last year that our meddling in the Ukraine would ultimately benefit Vice President Joe Biden's son. I'm sure that was a mere coincidence.

Now it seems that Ted Cruz's wife was a former CFR member. (Council on Foreign Relations). While that's not quite in the same category as profiting from a parent's or spouses legislation, still did Cruz not say during a campaign event in Texas that the CFR was “a pernicious nest of snakes”? That is “working to undermine our sovereignty.”? And was his wife not an active member at the same time under a five year term membership? I wonder how she felt about his description of CFR?

To give both a little slack, Heidi Cruz did write under “additional and dissenting views” that economic development must remain in control of the private sector, not government. As for Ted Cruz, it should be pointed out that in his most famous case, Medellin vs. Texas in 08 he opposed George W. Bush allowing the U.N. International Court of Justice decision that the Mexican illegals on death row in Texas had been deprived of rights because they hadn't been allowed to seek assistance from the Mexican consulate once arrested. For once, the Supreme Court ruled for American sovereignty over International law.

That being said, however, don't these politicians realize how much scrutiny they will be under while running for and participating in a political career? It amazes me the amount of fraud, bribery and colluding with organized crime takes place. The backroom deals that are entered into. But, even with a neutered American press, there are still people who know what it means to be an investigative journalist. So, before running for the highest office in the land, never mind the lesser positions, wouldn't you do a serious self discovery of your past to make sure you are relatively clean...for a politician?

A hundred years ago you could associate yourself with crooks or enemies of America and most American people would never know about it. One fine example is Senator Nelson Aldrich of Rhode Island and the part he played in helping form the Federal Reserve System and getting it through Congress while few were paying attention. I've always wondered just how lucrative that was for him. Do you think he had the people he was in Washington to represent in mind while he colluded with these financial vipers? Apparently he hadn't read Thomas Jefferson's warning about allowing central banks to get a toe hold in this country or he didn't agree with him.

How do these people sleep at night or look themselves in the mirror? Do they somehow convince themselves that what they do is for the greater good? In Cruz's case he went on the attack. He pointed out that his wife was “just one of the thousands of members.” and one of the few conservatives “trying to push for conservative outcomes.” according to an interview with independent journalist Derrick Broze in 2011. He also said that these attacks by the, at the time Lt. Governor David Dewhar,t was an attempt to divide conservative and tea party voters.

All of that may be true but still, you don't wake up one morning and decide, “I think I'd like to be the president of the United States!” That ambition had to be somewhere in his psyche for some time. It would pay to be very careful who you or your spouse keeps company with, especially if you are smart enough to know what the CFR really is and plan to go after it.

It just makes me shake my head in total wonderment at the behavior of politicians. I think Mark Twain had their pedigree read about right. As for Harry Reid and his, 'so called treadmill injuries', I'm not buying it. The big boys play rough when you can't pull a rabbit out of your hat for them anymore, don't they? I'd retire and go quietly somewhere to lick my wounds too. Much safer.

As much as I denigrate the Lame Stream Media, I have the utmost faith in real investigative journalists. Even us amateur journalists have a place in further spreading the truth. As more Americans wake up to the reality that they've been had by their elected representatives maybe we will get back to what the Founding Fathers intended but failed to legislate – political positions being limited and only part time jobs with a return to private life. Not the lifetime career our politicians expect today.

It begins at the local and state level. I go out of my way to support new blood and I find out everything I can about them before I throw my support to them. It isn't that difficult. I am not limited by voting for any one party or the party my family belongs to or pretty promises delivered by a pretty face. You can talk all day and I will listen. But in the end, I will look at your voting record to see if your actions match your rhetoric.

Most of us can smell a crooked politician but often we just throw up our hands and say, What can I do about it? Quite a lot actually and we have the numbers to make a difference once aroused if we can climb out of our apathy. 9% approval rating is all Congress can muster from the American people? You think the American people aren't waking up? If you have political aspirations, go after the position you want but keep your hands clean. If, like me, you'd rather sit on a fire anthill than hold political office, at least do your homework and support honest people in office if you can find one. Then keep a sharp eye on them.

Our present governor, on learning that I was a writer and during his first run for office, asked me if I was interested in becoming his speech writer. My reply was, “I appreciate the offer, but I see two problems with that. First I'm a Democrat (now Independent) and secondly I would never write anything I didn't believe to be truth. Would you still like me to write for you?” He politely declined.

He really hasn't done a bad job overall, though I don't agree with everything he does. But he's no different from any other career politician. When you intend to make politics your career, or in his case can't stay out of the arena, your first concern is getting and staying in power – not in serving the public's interest.

First I would put a cap on campaign spending and on contributions, kind of like we used to have before the Supreme fossils declared corporations to be people. I would also make it a requirement for a politician to read and understand the Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence and the Federalist Papers before holding their first office. Aren't you required to study and be approved by a licensing board or similar body for most jobs? Don't you have to prove your competence in most professions?

Speaking of cleaning up your past, could Hillary have any more baggage? She is becoming nothing more than a political liability and embarrassment for the Democrats. Nearly 50% of the voters in the all important states of Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio said in a poll that they do not believe Hillary Clinton is “honest and trustworthy.” Even politicians can't cover their trail by hitting 'Delete' on their keyboards without causing Americans to raise their eyebrows. Maybe the mistake was in allowing lawyers to run for political office instead of remaining in private/corporate work. But with the baggage of Benghazi and subsequently the erasure of over 30,000 emails while using a private server during her stint as Secretary of State, I think the Democrats had better be looking for a viable default candidate. And to borrow a phrase from the former Secretary of State, “What difference does it make?” Whoever gets the top nod for the Democratic and Republican tickets will have been anointed by TPTB or they wouldn't be allowed near the primary.

Just remember what happened to Ron Paul supporters in Florida in 2012. TPTB and their bought and paid for Lame Stream Media treated Dr. Paul like an annoying mosquito. But they also couldn't risk his getting the Republican nomination so he had to be marginalized. His supporters were virtually kidnapped by the busload until the primary was nearly over. Never-the-less, Dr. Paul garnered enormous grassroots support. That's what happens when citizens unite in their efforts. I believe that is one component as to how we lost our Republic. And it's going to take citizen involvement to restore it. As Thomas Jefferson said, “We do not have government by the majority...we have government by the majority who participate.
