08/25/2011 The Republic of Israel--Part 3 So far we have covered two important time cycles, 390 and 490 years, each ending in 2010 with the establishment of The Republic. There is a third important time cycle to consider as well. It is the 210-year cycle, having to do with "the time of Jacob's trouble" (Jer. 30:7). In other words, it is a "tribulation" number, and when we come to the end of that cycle, it indicates the end of divine judgment. The 210-year factor unifies the 390 and the 490 cycles. As we saw, the 7 cycles of 390 years began with the fall of Samaria in 721 B.C. and ended first with the Plymouth colony and finally in 2010 with the Republic. The 6 cycles of 490 years began with the revolt of Israel against the house of Judah in 931 B.C. It ended in 2010 as well. It can be noticed first that from 931 to 721 B.C. is 210 years. But if you continue counting by 210's, you will find that 13 more cycles brings you to 2010. And the final 210-year cycle extends from 1800 to 2010. Hence, it links to the revolt of Israel in 931 B.C. as well as to the fall of Samaria in 721 B.C. And the year 1800 is the year that Washington D.C. was built and inhabited by the original Republic. We have now completed the final 210-year cycle in 2010 when the political offices of the Republic were re-inhabited. 21 is the Number of Trouble or Distress The number 210 is just a more long-term cycle of 21. The basic pattern establishing the meaning of this number is brought out by Jeremiah, who points out that Jacob had two times of trouble or distress in his life. Each cycle was 21 years long. The first cycle was the Bondage cycle, wherein he worked for Laban 20 years and then left in the Sabbath year (which is like getting vacation time but is part of the full cycle). He was in distress for 21 years while off the land. The second cycle began a few years later when his Birthright inheritor (Joseph) was sold as a slave to Egypt. His son was "separated from his brethren" (Gen. 49:26) for 21 years. He was 17 when he had his dreams that infuriated his brothers (Gen. 37:2), and we learn from the book of Jasher that he turned 18 the day he crossed the border into Egypt. He became Prime Minister of Egypt at the age of 30 (Gen. 41:46). Then seven years of plenty passed, ending when Joseph was 37. In the second year of the ensuing famine, Joseph revealed to his brothers that he was alive. He was then 39. This was 21 years after he had been "lost." From Jacob's perspective, this was a time of distress. In Gen. 37:35 Jacob says, "Surely I will go down to Sheol in mourning for my son." These two cycles of 21 years in Jacob's personal life were repeated on a national scale in two 210-year cycles. First, the Israelites went to Egypt at Joseph's invitation and remained there for 210 years until the Exodus from Egypt under Moses. They were not in Egypt for 400 years, as many think. It was 400 years from the birth of Isaac until the Exodus from Egypt. It says in Gen. 15:13 that the 400-year cycle would begin with Abraham's "seed" being in a land that was not theirs. "In Isaac shall thy seed be called" (Gen. 21:12). Because Abraham was a stranger and a pilgrim in Canaan (Gen. 23:4), the cycle began the moment Isaac was born in a land not his. When 60 years passed, Jacob was born (Gen. 25:26). When Jacob was 130, he took the family to Egypt. This was 190 years into the 400-year cycle, leaving just 210 more years in Egypt. It was the first "Bondage" cycle of 210 years, which ran parallel to the first time of Jacob's trouble. The second cycle of 210 years was the time that Israel--including the tribes of Joseph--were separated from their brethren in 931 B.C. This began with the great revolt against the house of David, and the cycle ended 210 years later with the fall of Samaria in 721 B.C. Yet God had a longer time in mind, because the law of tribulation factored into the situation as well. This law of tribulation called for "seven times" of punishment for their sins (7 x 360 = 2,520 years). This long tribulation cycle actually began with the fall of Samaria, their capital city, and ended in 1800 with the re-establishment of Israel's capital, Washington D.C., in the newly-formed Republic. This 2,520-year cycle was not only 7 x 360 years, but was also 12 x 210 years. It was a "time of distress" for each of the twelve tribes of Israel running consecutively. Furthermore, since there were actually 13 tribes of Israel (including Levi), God added another 210 years to account for that 13th tribe, bringing us to the year 2010 when the Republic was re-constituted. It is also no coincidence that America was formed with 13 original colonies, and that the early Christian leaders called it "The New Israel." America, the New Israel "We shall be as a City upon a Hill, they eyes of all people are upon us...," the Puritan John Winthrop wrote. The Puritans who disembarked in Massachusetts in 1620 believed they were establishing the New Israel. Indeed, the whole colonial enterprise was believed to have been guided by God. "God has opened this passage unto us," Alexander Whitaker preached from Virginia in 1613, "and led us by the hand unto this work." Promised Land imagery figured prominently in shaping English colonial thought. The Pilgrims identified themselves with the ancient Hebrews. They viewed the New World and the New Canaan. They were God's chosen people headed for the Promised Land. Other colonists believed they, too, had been divinely called. The settlers in Virginia were, John Rolf said, "a peculiar people, marked and chosen by the finger of God." This self-image of being God's Chosen People called to establish the New Israel became an integral theme in America's self-interpretation. During the revolutionary period, it emerged with new force.... http://gbgm-umc.org/umw/joshua/may7180.stm It is unfortunate, of course, that the God-given rights of the Republic took so long to be applied equally to all men. This was, in fact, a major reason for the collapse of the Republic in 1860. God then raised up a neo-Babylonian government to put His "New Israel" into captivity for their sins and to teach them the impartiality of the divine law. (See my weblogs on this topic posted last week.) This captivity finally began to come to an end in a series of endpoints beginning in 1993, as I have explained in the past. The year 1997 saw the Promise Keepers' proclamation of Jesus Christ as King in Washington D.C. precisely 390 years after Jamestown; and then 2010 saw the Christian Republic re-established by law 390 years after Plymouth. At the same time, our "time of distress" was completed, based upon the pattern of Jacob-Israel and in Israel's biblical history. America is tied by strong biblical time cycles to the house of Israel and is indeed "The New Israel," even as our forefathers conceived. We are under divine covenant, and God holds us to the responsibilities of that covenant. When we refused to fulfill the blessings of the Abrahamic covenant to be a blessing to all families of the earth, God held us accountable and allowed the Republic to become dormant until we learned the mind of Christ in this matter. The only question now is what we will do with the Republic that God has reinstated in our midst. Will we indeed fulfill the calling of the Abrahamic covenant, or not? I believe so.

08/24/2011 The Republic of Israel--Part 2 In Part 1, I addressed the 390-year connection between Israel and America. The number 390 is particularly associated with Israel in Ezekiel 4:5, even as the number 40 is associated with Judah and Jerusalem in verse 6. These were grace periods established by the prophet through intercession, and each has had its desired effect. Judah's 40-year grace period extended from Jesus' ministry (30-33 A.D.) to the fall of Jerusalem (70-73 A.D.). Jesus' earthly ministry really began with the execution of John the Baptist at Passover of 30 and ended at the cross at Passover of 33. The 40-year grace period for Jerusalem began to end at Passover of 70 A.D. when the Romans began the siege of Jerusalem, and this was finally completed when they took Masada at Passover of 73 A.D. Israel, however, was given 390-year cycles from the fall of its capital, Samaria. As I showed earlier, the first 6 periods of 390 years ended with the Plymouth colony in 1620, and the final cycle ended in 2010. So what happened in 2010? I saw the establishment of the Republic, but wanted to wait until the end of the year to see if any other event would fulfill the prophecy. In the end, I saw no other Republic established that could possibly fulfill the requirement. Tim Turner ["repenter"] was elected president with 490 votes. I was unaware of this until I attended a meeting of the California Republic last Saturday. One of the speakers mentioned this from the podium without understanding its significance. The number 490 is a period of time in Daniel 9:24 in terms of "seventy weeks," or 70 x 7 years. It is 70 Sabbath-year cycles. It was precisely 490 years from the Edict of Artaxerxes in 458 B.C. until Jesus died on the cross in 33 A.D. For proof of that, see chapter 2 of my book, Daniel's Seventy Weeks. http://gods-kingdom-ministries.org/COLDFUSION/booklet.cfm?PID=129 The fact that 70 weeks is a grace period is shown also in Matt. 18:22, where we are instructed to forgive 70 x 7 times. It is a forgiveness cycle. Turner's 490 votes occurred in 2010, which happened to be 6 x 490 years after the Israelite revolution in 931 B.C. shortly after the death of King Solomon. This is the revolt that separated the Kingdom of Israel from its prophesied king who was from the House of Judah. It split the king from the Kingdom over high taxes without representation (1 Kings 12:1-16). On a deeper level, the problem was that the king had abused his position and refused to repent. Instead of reducing taxes, he raised them. He showed no respect for the natural, God-given property rights of man. So the Kingdom was stripped from his hands, according to the word of the prophet in the previous chapter. 1 Kings 11:31 says, "Behold, I will tear the kingdom out of the hand of Solomon and give you ten tribes." In later verses, the prophet always spoke of this as a separation of "the kingdom" from the king. This is what happened also in 1776, when the American colonies revolted against the king of England. God raised the issue once again, in part to teach us the principles of right government, that the power of a king is under God and His laws, and that no earthly king has the God-given right to set aside the God-given rights of men. In this revolt, God raised to the surface the entire question of right government, in order that we might have some centuries to ponder, discern, and put into practice these principles. This was to prepare the hearts of the overcomers to rule the Kingdom of God. The Declaration of independence laid down that very basic principle that all government was under God's authority, and that all rights came from God. Governments may only grant privileges, and they are responsible to enforce the laws of God, rather than create their own laws that conflict with "natural law." In retrospect, it is obvious that in spite of the great principles set forth in the Declaration of Independence, we failed to retain that Republic. The issues dividing the people proved to be too much to resolve, and by 1860 the Republic collapsed in Civil War. A new corporate government was established, which, as time passed, proved that it had revolted against God and set up men as its final authority. Thus began the prophetic end-time captivity known as "MYSTERY BABYLON," written prophetically in Rev. 17:5 with all capital letters to indicate a corporation nation. But this was not the end of the story. In 2010 we reached the end of the 6th cycle of 490 years since that first revolt splitting the Kingdom from the King. America was given a second opportunity to overcome these governmental problems and to establish a new Republic under God. The problems today are as difficult today as they were two centuries ago. Will this succeed or not? I believe it will succeed, because it is the time. But it will require much discussion, humility, and even repentance, such as was done at the first Constitutional Convention. We are living in a time when the Republic MUST succeed, because the corporation government is beginning to collapse. The economic pressures are enormous. The debt load can no longer be supported by the economy, either here or in Europe. Governments are too big to fail but also too big to bail out. October could prove to be a critical time, as we move into the feast days from Trumpets to Tabernacles (Sept. 29 to October 20). The 5.9 richter earthquake in Washington yesterday was the largest since 1897. It appears to have circumcised the Washington Monument. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/08/23/earthquake-puts-crack-in-washington-monument_n_934833.html The last time we saw such a "circumcision" was in October of 2002 when a sniper began to shed blood around the city. He shot his victims in a circular pattern around the beltway, ending close to where he had begun. Our revelation was that he would kill 10 people but have 13 victims, because 10 was the number of the law, and 13 stood for America (and also for rebellion). After the 10th victim was killed on Oct. 22, 2002, he was then caught two days later, ending this painful sign. The quake yesterday brings up this whole issue once again of circumcising the heart of America. Secondly, we will be seeing a significant comet in October. Comet Elenin will be closest to the earth on October 17, during the midst of the feast of Tabernacles (John 7:14). When Jesus showed up in the temple in the middle of the feast of Tabernacles, it was prophetic of His coming. Hence, Elenin may be what Jesus called "the sign of the Son of Man" (Matt. 23:30) or a type of it. In my view, it is likely this on account of its timing. To me, it shows that Christ will come in the middle of the feast of Tabernacles OF SOME YEAR (probably not this year). The earth is due to pass through the tail of Comet Elenin on November 9. Only God knows what fireworks that may produce. We are likely to see quite a display of "meteor showers" in the heavens, as the "stars" fall from the sky and the powers of the heavens are shaken. These events indicate that we are at a critical time in history. The kings of the east are ready to overthrow Babylon in the west. It will fall intact as before, and God will use them to set His people free. Babylonians will weep, but Israelites will rejoice. Be sure that your "citizenship is in heaven" (Phil. 3:20), so that you do not suffer the consequences of Babylon's fall. 2010 was a crucial year in the history of the Kingdom, and we are part of that history.

This revelation will support the cessation of global violence as well as misguided foreign military adventurism. It is time for your world to reclaim the many pieces that make up many nations' territorial sovereignty, and for negotiations to formally settle the issue of many national boundaries. 08/23/2011 The Republic of Israel--Part 1 In looking back to the year 2010 to see what happened on a prophetic level, there is one prime event that seems to fulfill all of our expectations. It was the restoration of the Republic for the United States, which had come to an end in 1860 when the southern delegates walked out sine die (without setting a time to return). The original constitutional government of America that was set up in 1789 ended shortly after Lincoln was elected in 1860, and by the time he was inaugurated in March of 1861, he essentially had no lawful country to rule. So he ruled by martial law and by Executive Order in the only way that he was able under the circumstances. Then he was assassinated in 1865 before the original Republic could be lawfully re-established. In 1871 a new government was incorporated in Washington D.C. called THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, identified in legalese as a corporation with all capital letters. The previous Republic still existed on paper, but it was "uninhabited" by government officials. The officials in Washington D.C. were inhabiting the new government only. The point is that in 2010 the Republic was restored lawfully by the citizens' grand jury, and new representatives were elected to reinhabit the original Republic. Hence, we now have two governments, one very large, and one very small. http://www.republicfortheunitedstates.org/ For many years (at least since 1997) we had been wondering what would happen in 2010 in regard to the Kingdom of God. In October of 1997 the Promise Keepers descended upon Washington D.C. to crown Jesus King. We had been watching for such an event already for some years, because 1997 was 390 years after the establishment of the Jamestown colony in Virginia in 1607. This was the first permanent British colony in North America. The number 390 is the biblical number indicating "No King in Israel." (See chapter 13 of Secrets of Time.) We also knew that there were two main colonies to watch. The first was the Jamestown colony in 1607, but the second was the Plymouth colony in 1620. Having seen the 390-year cycle completed from 1607-1997, culminating with the recognition of King Jesus, we then knew to watch the year 2010 for the second part of the prophecy to be fulfilled. It was 390 years from 1620-2010. This second cycle was actually more significant in that it actually goes back to the fall of Samaria, the capital of Israel, in 721 B.C. When Israel's last king was killed in 721 B.C. at the fall of Samaria, Hosea's prophecy in Hosea 3:4 began to be fulfilled: "For the sons of Israel will remain for many days without king or prince." A series of 7 periods of 390 years began at that time. The first 6 ended at Plymouth in 1620, and the 7th cycle ended in 2010. Between the two colonies, we were able to observe two events that provided us with a double witness. Yet more than that, the two events were necessary to complete the prophecy. The first one gave us a King in 1997, the second in 2010 gave our King a Kingdom to rule--The Republic of Israel. For the past year I had thought in terms of a mere double witness of proclaiming Christ as King. Hence, I had assumed that the Glenn Beck rally in late August of 2010 was the second witness of Christ's coronation. I still believe this, but now I am seeing that the restoration of the Republic is the second part--forming the actual Kingdom itself. Now I do realize that there is a difference between the Republic and the Kingdom of God. But insofar as the earthly expression of the Kingdom is concerned, this Republic is the restoration of the Israel Kingdom that was destroyed in 721 B.C., or 7 x 390 years earlier. This new Republic is as much the Kingdom of God as the Kingdom of Israel was prior to its destruction in 721 B.C. Hopefully, however, this time it truly will express the laws and faith of the Kingdom as God intended. In fact, if we go back to 1776, which was the date of the Declaration of Independence, by which authority the Republic was set up in 1789, we see further connections to the House of Israel. Ancient Israel began to be deported to Assyria in 745 B.C. This was the early beginning of their great tribulation 24 years before the actual fall of Samaria. According to the laws of tribulation in Lev. 26, if Israel violated their covenant with God, He would judge them "seven times" (Lev. 26:18, 21, 28). A biblical "time" is 360 years. Seven times is therefore 7 x 360 = 2,520 years. If we count the years from 745 B.C., we find that 2,520 years ended in 1776 A.D. This was the beginning of the end of Israel's long tribulation period. When it ended, God established a new nation, a new Republic of Israel here in North America. Whereas the tribes of Israel had been "lost" and scattered in the dispersion, this new nation brought the tribes back together, saying: "out of many, one." Many do not know that the people founding this new nation were the descendants of those lost tribes of Israel, who were scattered into Assyria. God knew that the original Republic would last only 70 years before being replaced by a new corporate government. It would take a second beginning for the new Israel nation to be established permanently. This is what happened in the year 2010 with the reinhabiting of the Republic. Some men had studied the history and the law sufficiently to accomplish this legal work. To my knowledge, they were unaware of the significant TIMING of their work in Bible prophecy. God loves to use people unwittingly, because this is His way of proving His sovereignty. I have no doubt that these men and women had a strong sense of calling and felt compelled to restore the American Republic. However, they were unaware of the stream of prophecy in which they were flowing, and certainly, they did not understand the 390-year cycle from 1620. Neither did they fully understand how they were connected to the earlier work that the Promise Keepers did in 1997. God uses everyone to accomplish His purposes. Most of the time, they do not fully comprehend how God orders all things according to His calendar. It is my purpose to encourage you as you see the hand of God at work. I believe it is also very important that the representatives of this Republic understand the prophetic importance of what they have accomplished, in order that they do not allow differences of opinion to divide them. To all of those honorable officials of the Republic, I say: You are a part of one of the most important projects in the history of the Kingdom of God. While this Republic is not (yet) the Kingdom itself, it is certainly a re-appearance of the biblical Kingdom of Israel. I believe it is a transition toward the Kingdom of God itself. It is not perfect, but as the founders said, it is "a more perfect union." Remember that disunion was the problem in 1860, and it destroyed the Republic after just 70 years. The Republic remained dormant for 150 years until the year 2010. Do not let any differences bring about another "Civil War." Now is the time and opportunity to unite under the headship of Jesus Christ.
