Message from SaLuSa by Mike Quinsey - January 16, 2012 Events move on to their inevitable conclusion, and are approaching the time when you will get some firm indications of what lies ahead. The dark Ones are being held in check and you will have noticed that they are no longer able to dictate what happens in the world. Their institutions are breaking up and with it their ability to command what happens in the different markets. Their greed and arrogance has led them down the path to ruin, and they will not be allowed to re-establish their empire. You are therefore still in the transition period, and our allies are gradually completing the moves necessary to allow the changes to get underway. As ever, the Light continues to grow and is helping those souls who have only just started to awaken. It is asking a lot of some of them to move from beliefs they have held all of their lives, to new ones that are so different they are overwhelming to contemplate. Part of the problem is that the establishment has maintained false beliefs rather than admit the truth. You know that we have been following mankind's progress for thousands of years, and the evidence of our contact with you still exists. Yet you are led to believe that it does not exist, and that Space is being searched for evidence of our existence. Fortunately, so many of you have now seen our craft in your skies, and have the intelligence to realize that the majority are the vehicles that we use. You have a number of first-hand accounts of contact where the craft have landed on Earth, and evidence of meetings with your Governments. The cover up is to prevent questions being asked, and to avoid the embarrassment arising from having to admit that we have often offered to bring peace to Earth, and it has been refused. However, we push ahead with disclosure as until we can be officially recognized and accepted, we cannot carry out mass landings but we will take part in flyovers. What you have to understand is that we must not appear to force ourselves upon you, and contact has to be in response to your appeal and permission before we can do so. If we ignored that condition, we would be unduly influencing you when you must create your own souls journey. Obviously when we can meet you openly, there will still be people who would rather we had not arrived, but we are allowed to respond when the majority are in favor of it. The priority is to deal with the lack and the need to quickly prepare you for your move into the future, by providing all those advantages through new discoveries that have so far been hidden from you. The tasks ahead for us are quite formidable, but we will affirm again that we have no problems whatsoever in making new technologies quickly available to you. Our allies move cautiously before breaking out as the timing has to be right, and we do not want to see them run into trouble. Once they commence it will herald a series of events that will lift you up, and you will know beyond doubt that the New Age has started. There are certain goals that have to be met before Ascension, and our involvement will ensure that they are. No task is too big for us, as we have millions of craft that we can call upon at short notice. In fact the plans for our mission are frequently updated, so that we are always at the ready for the authority to commence. That permission will not be delayed much longer, and is so near we are quite excited at that prospect. Ascension requires that you still keep preparing for it without letting up. As the level of vibrations increase you need to take these into yourselves, and sure enough you will begin to notice how much it is strengthening you. Unlike many years ago when progress was slow and barely noticeable. Now you should find that you are very much aware, and able to maintain a high level of calmness in all situations even when in the midst of low vibrational energies. it is building up to a critical mass that by the end of the year will help power your going through the stargate. By this time, only those who have successfully prepared themselves will go forward and ascend. If the idea of ascending appeals to you and it is your intent to do so, then it is almost certain that you will achieve it. It does take effort and application but is nowhere as difficult as some of you imagine. You clearly need not worry about any attempts by the dark Ones to mar your expectations as this year progresses, as they will have no hand in what is taking place and interference would not be tolerated by us. Their time is almost up and they are fully aware of their coming removal from power. We have urged our allies to push ahead as matters across the world are looking volatile, and would benefit from changes that are pending. Once the right people are at the helm then we can all get on with our responsibilities to each other. Bear in mind that before you came into this lifetime, you knew that you would be part of the Ascension process and many of you would have special work to do. That shows how well God's plan has been made to ensure completion in the time scale given. Everything was planned from the very beginning with perfection, and that means the dark Ones were destined to failure. This knowledge should give heart to anyone who has had doubts. Mother Earth has been relatively quiet considering that she is in the throes of her own cleansing. However, still take care as some physical changes will have to take place before this cycle closes. Follow your inner prompting as all of you are intuitive but very few take real notice of what you are given. Do not mistake it for your reaction to fear, as that will lead you to panic at a time when you are well advised to keep calm. Indeed, the coming period should bring you joy, as you will know for sure that the final experiences are playing themselves out. Keep the coming period in your thoughts and the wonderful finale that will fulfil all of the promises made to you, ones that are uplifting and bring peace and happiness in full measure. Galactic Federation First Contact - Through Diversity We Find Unity, By Ben-Arion January 16, 2012 Keywords in this first contact is Love and Truth. Nothing will be as before. A union together with thousands of Cosmic Civilizations, only in this galaxy. It´s a step by step process which will introduce us to the universal family. The media shows only a fraction of the truth of what is happening on Earth. One who seeks answers will have to find them on his own. The truth is that changes are bigger and stronger than anyone can imagine. Our planet is about to break out of its old shell and rise up to a higher frequency and that concerns everything that lives on her. Now I want to speak about the implications of first contact. People will see and feel this Cosmic Contact in different ways, depending on their beliefs. Some will see them as saviors, "saving" them from Evil. Some will see them as Angels that are "above" the earth people. Some will Fear them because they "feel something unknown". Some will have very mixed emotions and feel very confused. Some will see with their hearts, the true nature of This Event and all the positive changes it will bring, in a state of Love and Peace. There is no right or wrong way to see this, "it simply is". But many will become confused due to their "perception filters" or old glasses they have worn throughout their life. Some people have no idea that we have a Soul, that is able to "leave" the physical body, that we are Eternal beings of light having a human experience. Some will just see these ships as Pure 3rd dimensional crafts, because they have no concept of the "Higher" Dimensions of Light, and some will not be able to Grasp the Whole picture or higher perspective. So beliefs will be a "huge" filter for how people will "Translate" what they see. Some people will connect what they see, based on the religious teachings they grew up with and so on. But Slowly people will start to realize that we are Spiritual beings having a human experience and that we are one Family. There are billions of people on this Planet, and out of these, there aren’t many who Know on a conscious level what is about to happen. Many will just "wake up" because they will be triggered by the Heightened energies of Love. So first contact is a key for many to awaken... The introduction to The Galactic federation is like "your birthday", there are no labels attached to it by Beliefs or Ideas. It simply is Our Divine Destiny, we all decided and planned for this. There is nothing "Religious" about it, it is a grand event, welcoming us into the Larger picture of Love, waking us up from the Limited Matrix. To describe it in some way, it can be likened to humanity living within a small cottage in a deep forest with the absence of Sunlight. Now it is time to step outside of that cottage and realize that we are a part of the universe and that everything is connected and synchronized. Many People will be shocked when this is announced, because it will be as if Their lives are turned "Upside down". Just think about all the skeptics who have denied their selves so deeply. When this happens, they will have a hard time "forgiving themselves". Some people will find it hard to "interpret" what they experience through their feelings. And some may want to defend their beliefs. And that is understood, because letting go of your "old limited beliefs" will not be as simple as 1..2..3. This is where you all come into the picture. You who read this message, to explain, to care for everyone, and be an example. To share what you've been practicing all your life. Be An Anchor of Calm and Peace In humbleness in all the confusion. All people may not be able to understand that all these things that happen here on Earth are interconnected and interwoven, and that this shift is as natural as Spring coming after Winter. It is a cosmic cycle. Some will be "fixated" with the surface of these visitations, and you are here to teach the deeper meaning of contact, and what it will "bring to humanity". It is a Spiritual Shift. People will need a lot of Guidance and support in this change. Its not just 1..2..3 and lets go. For some, this is just a fairytale, and they couldn't imagine this, even in their wildest dreams. Isn't it wonderful to be here and Be a part of this "Magical change". This is not all about Physical contact, it is a contact with the Divine within us, on many levels. You will work together with the Federation Teams here on Earth, in all sorts of areas, depending on your passions. Some examples could be: New architecture that benefits nature and humanity. Opening a healing or meditation center. Supporting the animals. Supporting people that need shelter and food through the various "Federation Technologies" that will be available to all. Cleaning Planet Earth's seas, oceans and skies from pollution. The possibilities are endless for what you can do. You will also have your own Personal "contact" within the Federation that Knows who you are, like a mentor. There will be a lot of "Support" from the Awakened Earth people, who have Always known about this, and came to this Earth to Prepare and be of service in these times of first contact and Transition. You have a lot of knowledge within you, that will be triggered within these "First contact events". It will be a rush of Intuitive knowledge, that has been there since your birth. It will come to a conscious level when we need it. You will also be able to travel around the world effortlessly, in shuttle crafts, the sense of Freedom will be enormous, and it will take a while to Adapt. There will also be centers, like "ambassador" centers, where people can "interact" with beings from various worlds like Sirius, Andromeda, Pleiades and many others. There will be a lot of Education going on, through various methods, such as "holographic light technology". So you will learn what is happening and Why. No one will be left behind and all will get their answers. From my point of view, this is how we will be introduced to the Galactic Federation. Changes in Economic Systems, a temporary transition system, because we wont need money. It's more beneficial to share and exchange services with each other in pure love and harmony. Media will slowly announce their presence in stages. This has been done already, one example is "The disclosure project with Steven Greer", and many others. Millions of people have been working on bringing forth the "Energy of first Contact", you are one of them. It will just be more "Headline News" than before, instead of covering it up. Massive "Flyovers" by the Galactic Federation and Ashtar Command Fleets all over the world, that no one can Dismiss. People will be able to Film and photograph these sightings of crafts with great detail, and be able to share it on the Internet, where it will spread like wildfire. Through Diversity We Find Unity The Cosmic Civilizations are a "higher version" or expression of ours in tune with the Divine Energies. Cosmic people have unique energy signatures just as we do, a so called personality, which emanates through their heart. It will feel effortless to communicate and be with our fellow brothers and sisters, and there will be a lot of laughing and a lot of curiosity. They have nothing to hide, they simply emanate their Unique Aura and personality for everyone to see and feel. They are masters at being themselves. It is also Expanding for them to meet us. We are a reflection of them, and They are a reflection of us. Meeting a being from another world, could be like meeting a stranger on a street you've talked to for a short moment, but didn't know. We chose to "incarnate" into this density and "limited" reality to Change it from within, and many of the Federation and Ashtar Command have always "had an Loving Eye on us". They highly respect us for our choice to come here and Support Earth and humanity in this transition. So we are them! We could not Force these changes from the outside, we invited the Higher energies, due to our Intent, by being here on Earth incarnated and grounding the Cosmic Energies, that is why the Federation can come into this World, because we have "integrated" Light-Awareness into this Reality. If no "volunteers" would have come here to raise the consciousness, this type of "Contact" would not be possible. We came to earth and choose to forget everything and slowly we started to remember who we were in this process. We slowly raised the collective consciousness to a higher Awareness. So this has been a "long term" partnership, we invited the Federation to come here. It is not an accident. So people who see "First Contact" as interfering, have forgotten that people from many Star Systems, Universes and Dimensions have been here for Thousands of years working towards this event. We will actually take the wisdom of being on Earth with us forever, and Share that with other civilizations. We will also support other Newly awakened civilizations in the Universe with their Ascension, just as the Galactic Federation has done with us, and will do unto others. It is natural to support each other through all levels of creation. We will actually Have a Huge diversity on Earth in this shift, because beings from many systems, will be a part of first contact. We will be presented to those who are most "human like" at first, and then the Cat-like beings, the lion beings, and so on, and what we call reptilians, because all are not dwelling in darkness. We can't judge anyone by their appearance, it's the heart that matters. We will Find Unity Through Diversity in this contact. Being One isn't about being the Same. It's about sharing and honoring the "uniqueness within everyone" as they are. There are a lot of planetary "Ceremonies" in different civilizations, that is a part of their so called "culture". We will also build out own WAY OF LIVING here on Earth. The Galactic Federation is here for support, not to Take over our "Duties". Enjoy the simple things in life, that you may not experience again, because, soon things will not be the same any more. Our reality will change. UNITED STATES of America - It can now be reported that Greek financial officials have cut off negotiations with the European Central Bank (ECB).

The nation of Greece refuses to take a $0.60 on a dollar hair cut on compounded, un-collateralized derivatives that were tied to the London Liffe Exchange, Barclays Bank of England, the Coutts Bank of the United Kingdom, U.S. Citibank, tied to the Saudi based holding company, Emar Properties, as well as U.S. Mellon Bank, Bank of America, and last but not least, J. P. Morgan Chase and its affiliate Morgan Stanley.

Reference: These compounded, un-collateralized derivatives, which were basically bets against the nation of Greece, were issued on the London Life Exchange by J. P. Morgan and the aforementioned financial criminal conspirators.

Soon the financial practices of the London Life Exchange aka un-collateralized derivative trading will be illegal under the Volcker rule, which bans proprietary trading by these criminal banks.

In other words, folks, the electronic ponzi activity of these criminal financial terrorist operators may soon be coming to an end.

At this hour we can also divulge that France, which was recently downgraded by the S&P credit rating agency to AA, is ready to leave the European Union as early as this week.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy has ordered that the French Treasury continue the printing of millions of new French Francs to be backed by gold bullion..

Sarkozy has already notified IMF President Christine Lagarde.

We can also divulge that both the Chinese and Russian Central Banks are accumulating a horde of gold bullion and physical silver.

Both the Chinese Premier and Russian President Valdimir Putin anticipate that a major worldwide banking emergency is imminent.

This all dovetails to a Chinese banking crisis that is fast developing.

Chinese banking reserves are now at a critically low level, with the Chinese banking reserves being drained by Asian currency derivative spreads that have been used by both the U.S. Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank to support worldwide equity markets by keeping the Japanese yen at an unprecedented artificially high exchange rate.

This practice is called the carry trade aka the pimping of the Japanese currency.

P.S. The bogus derivative holdings (tied to the manipulation of worldwide foreign currency, precious metal and stock index future markets of the Clinton-Bush Crime Family Syndicate located in the Deutsche Bank is the major reason that Germany was not downgraded to a double AA credit rating by S&P.

These derivatives are totally un-collateralized and have nothing behind them except paper promissory notes tied to the ECB and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

The role of spoiled brat and loser, dysfunctional U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodenhurst Clinton and Bush-Clinton Crime Family Syndicate mob boss, daddy Bush (George Herbert Walker Bush), can not be underestimated when it comes to the continuation of this worldwide financial terrorism.

P.P.S. The recent resignation of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Chairman basically confirms that both the CFTC and its stooge affiliate, the National Futures Association (NFA), broke the law in the matter of MF Global bankruptcy.

MF Global was allowed to declare bankruptcy as an equities firm (technically operating under a banking statute).

This illegal activity that was enabled by the CFTC, the NFA and the SEC (Securities Exchange Commission), allowed J. P. Morgan and its trading counter parties to get the money first at the expense of commodity customers at MF Global who thought they had legally protected segregated accounts.

Note: Within days J. P. Morgan used crooked credit default swaps with their new counter party, Goldman Sachs, and then flipped aka sold these derivatives to Hungarian banks and none other than financial terrorist George Soros.

This crooked practice aka money laundry was first used in the criminal, TREASONOUS George W. BushFRAUD-Nancy Pelosi aka Ponzi bail out of AIG.

If the bad guys hadn't decided which side they were on, by yesterday then, come the 17th the howling will get public. It's not like this is a surprise, it's just that it Really happened. You have no idea what it took to 'take over', with out killing everyone insight. There's some not so nice folks you all let run stuff for you and more of them are trying to get in the white house right now. I submit, the political stage is going to shift greatly. They went to air and reputation, but the foundation never changed, precious metal. It was a fool's bet to think things would continue without a big shift back to where it was suppose to be. It's natural, man cannot undo certain laws of the universe, call it the 'snap back effect'

 The black dragon (Water) has risen up to cleanse the earth. The phoenix rises, too. The weather may be a bit nasty now, but act like you got 2 cents left in your head and you'll get thru this. The end game has come, and by tuesday, I understand europe will be discussing things more openly. The way things have gone, it became plain, the new system, wasn't going to let anything move openly until it got complete control of the banking on this planet. Even up to a few days ago, the folks upstairs had to reverse a banking situation, that would have had funds moving to someone's pocket, other than the intended. This is seen, that's what transparency is. Old man bush, kissinger, any and all of them, done, can't even bribe anyone anymore. No matter the laws that were created to protect the plutocracy, nature will break the unnatural. It will destroy technology if it effects the proper order of life. If you tamper with stuff  side of your understanding 'stuff happens'. Nukes as one of those things, they haven't found a way to use it that doesn't create a mess. Why doesn't anybody have anything that doesn't involve blowing something up and wiping out life. Sick puppies.

 So all the talking heads have something to say about 'right now' I think this is the 100th monkey effect, When it's 'time' everybody feels it...it's vibrating thru the atmosphere'. I coined a word many years ago, that fits in right now; 'Synchronistic Vibrosity'. We are living that right now. The power used to exist in keeping disharmony working thru out civilization, that's now cancelled with a feed back loop on the group that wants to perpetuate the old. What I'm saying to you here is, all things rv's, old frozen trades, money stolen, everything comes free now along with the 'reconstruction' money...the global settlements...programs. The boss said 'Now', and that's all there is to it.

Just when it seemed like things may be stabilizing somewhat, we get news of huge financial bombs being dropped all over Europe. Very shortly after U.S. financial markets closed on Friday, S&P announced credit downgrades for nine European nations. This included both France and Austria losing their cherished AAA credit ratings. When the credit rating of a country gets slashed, that is a signal to investors that they should start demanding higher interest rates when they invest in the debt of that nation. Over the past year it has become significantly more expensive for many European nations to borrow money, and these new credit downgrades certainly are certainly not going to help matters. Quite a few financially troubled nations in Europe are very dependent on the ability to borrow huge piles of cheap money, and as debt becomes more expensive that is going to push many of them over the edge. Yesterday I wrote about 22 signs that we are on the verge of a devastating global recession, and unfortunately that list just got a whole lot longer. Over the past several months we have seen quite a few credit downgrades all over Europe, but we have never seen anything quite like what S&P just did. Standard & Poor’s unleashed a barrage of credit downgrades on Friday.... -France was downgraded from AAA to AA+ -Austria was downgraded from AAA to AA+ -Italy was downgraded two more levels from A to BBB+ -Spain was downgraded two more levels -Portugal was downgraded two more levels -Cyprus was downgraded two more levels -Malta was downgraded one level -Slovakia was downgraded one level -Slovenia was downgraded one level This is really bad news for anyone that was hoping that things in Europe would start to get better. Borrowing costs for many of these financially troubled nations are going to go even higher. In addition, there was another really, really troubling piece of news that came out of Europe on Friday. It was announced that negotiations between the Greek government and private holders of Greek debthave broken down. The Institute of International Finance has been representing private bondholders in negotiations with the Greek government about the terms of a "voluntary haircut" that is supposed to be a key component of the "rescue plan" for Greece. Greece desperately needs private bondholders to agree to accept a "voluntary haircut" of 50% or more. Without some sort of an agreement, the finances of the Greek government will collapse very quickly. For now, negotiations have failed. There is hope that negotiations will resume soon, but Greece is rapidly running out of time. The Institute of International Finance issued a statement on Friday which said the following.... "Unfortunately, despite the efforts of Greece's leadership, the proposal put forward … which involves an unprecedented 50% nominal reduction of Greece's sovereign bonds in private investors' hands and up to €100 billion of debt forgiveness — has not produced a constructive consolidated response by all parties, consistent with a voluntary exchange of Greek sovereign debt" The IIF says that negotiations are "paused for reflection" right now, but they are hoping that they will be able to resume before too long.... "Under the circumstances, discussions with Greece and the official sector are paused for reflection on the benefits of a voluntary approach" Something needs to be done, because Greece is experiencing a complete and total financial meltdown. Back at the end of July, the yield on one year Greek bonds was sitting at about 40 percent. Today, the yield on one year Greek bonds is up to an astounding 396 percent. That is how fast these things can move when confidence disappears. Those living in the United States should keep that in mind. Unfortunately, Greece is not the only European nation that is completely falling apart financially. We aren't hearing much about it in the U.S. media, but Hungary is a total basket case right now. The credit rating of Hungary was reduced to junk status some time ago, and now the IMF and the EU are threatening to withhold financial aid from Hungary if the Hungarians do not run their country exactly as they are being told to do. In particular, the IMF and the EU are absolutely furious that Hungary is trying to take more political control over the central bank in Hungary. The following is from an article in the Daily Mail.... The European Union has stepped up pressure on Hungary over the country's refusal to implement austerity policies and threatened legal action over its new constitution. The warnings escalated the standoff between Budapest and the EU, as Hungary negotiates fresh financial aid from Europe and the International Monetary Fund. Over the past months, the country's credit rating has been cut to junk by all three major rating agencies, unemployment is 10.6 percent and the country may be facing a recession. But bailout negotiations broke down after Budapest refused to cut public spending and implemented a new constitution reasserting political control over its central bank. Slovenia is a total mess right now as well. The following comes from a recent article posted on EUObserver.com.... Slovenia's borrowing costs have reached 'bail-out territory' after lawmakers rejected the premier-designate, putting the euro-country on the line for further downgrades by ratings agencies. Zoran Jankovic, the mayor of Slovenia's capital Ljubljana, fell four votes short of the 46 needed to be approved as prime minister by the parliament, with the country's president set to re-cast his name or propose someone new within two weeks. Some time ago, I warned that 2012 was going to be a more difficult year for the global economy than 2011 was. Well, things are certainly starting to shape up that way. Europe is heading for some really hard times. What is about to happen in Europe is going to shake the entire global financial system. Those that live in the United States should take notice, because the U.S. financial system is far more fragile than most people believe. Our banking system is a gigantic mountain of debt, leverage and risk and it could fall again at any time. In addition, the U.S. debt problem is bigger than it has ever been before. For example, did you know that the federal government is on a pace to borrow 6.2 trillion dollars by the end of Obama's first term in office? That is more debt than the U.S. government accumulated from the time that George Washington became president to the time that George W. Bush became president. For now the U.S. government is still able to borrow giant piles of super cheap money, but such a situation does not last forever. Just ask Greece. Already there are indications that foreigners are starting to dump large amounts of U.S. debt. If this trickle becomes a flood things could become very bad for the United States very quickly. We are on the verge of some very bad things. The kinds of "financial bombs" that we saw dropped today are going to become much more frequent. As governments, banks and investors scramble to survive, we are going to see extreme amounts of volatility in the financial marketplace. Things are not going to be "normal" again for a really, really long time. Hold on tight, because 2012 is going to be a very interesting year.
