OPPT: TO ALL THE PEOPLE OF THE PLANET

To all the people of the planet

I have received Winston's [Shrout] energy and data that he has put on the table of Transparency for all to review and disect...I send him my absolute gratitude, love and peace for his DO'ing!...I return the energy in kind.

With my full responsibility and liability I DO answer to the matter of "lien" which Winston says was not done correctly or perfected properly....I agree it is not a proper or perfected lien...and I set forth the Absolute Data in regards to that statement of agreement....after prudent investigation and review of the Absolute Data, a lien was not the appropriate application/process to recover value and assets (BE'ing stolen through tool of straw man representation) that are commandeered and stolen:

If we had made the mistake of using "lien" to recover commandeered and stolen assets (BE'ing) and value then we would by the very essence of its use first have to recognize and validate that the assets and value commandeered and stolen lawfully and legally belonged to the Principals, agents, and beneficiaries of the slavery systems that commandeered and stole the assets and value...


Every lawful and legal system must provide a remedy without prejudice or exception, and if their is no remedy available to one or all, then a system is illegal, as a matter of law, fact and public policy. In this instance, a remedy with in the former slavery systems was preserved to the perpetuity, Prime/Zero Point of the value that was commandeered and stolen, but by the free will choice of the Principals, agents and beneficiaries of those slavery systems, they refused to provide the remedy upon due lawful and legal demand duly made, given and noticed by the Creator of the value unlawfully and illegally commandeered and stolen. When remedy preserved is unlawfully and illegally denied to one...the remedy is no longer preserved and the system is rendered illegal as a matter of law, fact and public policy.  The principals, agents, and beneficiaries chose by their conscious free will to not cure their mistake, confirm intentional default, and make and give due notice of their knowing, willing and intentional choice to be foreclosed.


Below is a link to the remedy, delivered via www.transferbigfiles.com , they are also posted at the only official website of OPPT, www.peoplestrust1776.org.  That preserved remedy with in the former slavery systems is a non-judicial process same as the process they used to commandeer/steal the value was (as it is bound so shall it be unbound).  


Attached to this email are the screen shots from March 3, 2013, from the international Branch of the Commercial Registry, WA DC,  and they are still there. (https://gov.propertyinfo.com/DC-Washington/# ).  However, if you search the WA State branch of the Commercial Registry ( https://fortress.wa.gov/dol/ucc/  ), and search by file/receipt number you will see that they are no longer there, and the attached letter to this email is the purported basis why they were "removed"/"cancelled"...I only included one of the letters, but all the same. 


Review and disect the bejeebus out of this data of the Absolute Data and determine by the tools of resonance with in whether they used the "lien" bit to "rebut" the duly made demand for remedy because their their own BAR attorneys were incompetent and didn't know which law to apply to the charge of "commandeer" and "theft" ....OR....because they absolutely knew that "lien" was not applicable but hoped the Trustees of OPPT were incompetent enough to buy it!....lol.

p.s.  Almost forgot to mention....yes, that formerly preserved remedy and its process could have been used by any of the people on the planet...the Bartle men already found the uniform template of REGISTERING and TRANSFERING of human capital in exchange for FRN's (Federal Reserve Notes)...the FRN's are then deposited and used as the basis for issuing local "currencies"...all backed by the "good faith credit" of the human capital formerly REGISTERED as property of UNITED STATES branch of the prime corporation...see attached template (ANZ and WESTPAC, which are member/branch of local central bank which is a member/branch of BIS)


Funny that...if you look at former IMF (cancelled special agency of former UNITED NATIONS), they "just" announced "launch" of SDR (Special Drawing Rights) as the purported global currency/solution...(wasn't the purported IMF as recently as of last year broke and begging for money from members/owners?  Now all of a "sudden" it purportedly has the bank roll to do this...wonder where all that purported "value" Gulliver of HSBC was sent to....?...nice shuffle, only they knew the people of this planet would not "digest" CHINA or the asian side of the Agenda Families "owning" them or having provided a purported loan...with value they had commandeered and stolen...wow)...  SDR's have been the "currency" of the BIS for a long time (they pay their employees in SDR)..see annual report at http://www.bis.org/publ/arpdf/ar2012e.htm (lookey what corporations are involved...USA, CHINA, ETC. and lookey who has more than one seat on the board of directors...lol)...and you can see from the screen shots (wasn't sure if they would take them offline before you could see them) of a simple google search how long the families and principals, agents, and beneficiaries of the former slavery system have been at bringing their old hidden system of global currency (which formerly existed in a structure of purported "local currencies"...lol.  I was browsing in Morocco a bit ago in a commercial clothing store and noticed that on the price tags they now show "SDR/MAD" and the corresponding prices/conversions....puts former IMF/BIS's "just"....into more absolute context for me....lol.

RAF's salute to Obama

ENJOY the Brits humor on Obama's last visit. They will never forget nor forgive! They may be prim and proper but they still get their point across. Harrier jets' fly past (fly-bys) over Downing Street in an air show salute to Obama. It's good to see the RAF have a sense of humor.

Gotta love the RAF! I'll BET YOU A $100 to a nickel...he never noticed what the position of the aircraft were spelling....until one of his aides told him... Way to go Brits..... love it. CATO’s O’Driscoll: Bernanke’s Fed Isn’t Independent of White House

The notion of Federal Reserve independence is a myth, and that’s clearly illustrated by the relationship of Ben Bernanke’s Fed with the White House, says Gerald O'Driscoll, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute.

“It is difficult to portray the Fed under Chairman Ben Bernanke as operating independently in any meaningful sense,” he writes in The Wall Street Journal.

For example, the Fed is acting as the government’s creditor, snapping up 77 percent of new Treasurys in 2011, says O’Driscoll, a former Dallas Fed vice president.

“With his long-term commitment to ultra-low interest rates, Mr. Bernanke has hitched monetary policy to the fiscal policy of the Obama administration in a bid to inflate asset prices,” he writes.

“That is the opposite of what is supposed to be central bank independence — and places the Fed closer to a presidential administration than it has been since the days of [Fed Chairman Arthur] Burns and [President Richard] Nixon.”

The Fed supposedly became independent in a 1951 agreement with the Treasury. But since then, “the bank has acted independently at times — but at other times its actions have been anything but independent of the other branches of government,” O’Driscoll notes.

“A central bank is necessary as long as an economy is wedded to a fiat currency,” he explains. “And it may at times behave independently — but not in the face of large-scale budget deficits, as we have today.”

Whatever the Fed’s relationship with the Obama administration, experts say it would be unwise to expect a quick finish to the central bank’s quantitative easing, even though some Fed officials have indicated a desire for curtailing the program.

“The reality is that the main voting members of the Fed are not going to be willing to end quantitative easing until there are real signs of economic growth,” Elliott Gue, editor of two Street Authority newsletters, tells Newsmax TV in an exclusive interview.

“It’s unrealistic to think that the Fed is going to make major changes to its quantitative easing program until sometime in the middle of 2014.”

Greetings and Salutations;

 As quiet as it's gotten, the excitement in the air is quite palpable. Rv is in the high octave range now...something is afoot. Funny how the new treasury guy went thru the senate so fast, he does know what he's doing and has experience. He knows all about the rvs going on in the world, as well as, prosperity programs, global settlements, and the necessary deep changes to happen in the us. He's all for it. In the years to come, many grand children will hear about this unbelievable shift planet wide. We're all going at once. Some kicking and screaming. Sometimes man's free will is confronted with an issue, it can do nothing but flow with it. For some this is like a dose of castor oil...unpleasant but, good for you. lololol

 In the weeks ahead, one event after another, will have folks wondering what's going on in this world. I'm told the work on the projects to rehabilitate this world will begin this month. Despite the media, war is not on the table, people will need to find another way to solve their differences, behave like adults. "Can't we all just get along?" It'll be a little difficult to grasp at first for folks that have the 'grab cannon' first mentality. Peace is a practiced skill. Learn to take a breath before acting.

 The lid(secrets) will be lifted off a whole lot of things, some you won't like much. The facts must be known, it is the only way to go into the future and not repeat the past. That was one of the reasons the dragons insisted on these famous announcements being made. I'm putting an interview in here, listen to it or don't...it could shake you up and produce more questions. We must leave our fantasies behind, the truth is much greater once appreciated. Here goes;

“The bridge is higher than I thought.”

Those might possibly be the last words of convicted Brownsville attorney Ray Marchan, speaking to a taxi driver as he exited the cab and dived to his death from the Queen Isabella Memorial Bridge early Thursday morning.

The cab driver said he had not anticipated Marchan’s actions and expressed disbelief in an interview withThe Brownsville Herald just hours after Marchan leapt from the rail into the Laguna Madre.

“He threw himself in on purpose. I don’t understand how people do that to themselves. I’ve never seen anything like that,” cab driver Lorenzo Hernandez said. “He threw himself over, the moment it happened I stood up immediately.”

It took more than 12 hours to recover Marchan’s body from the waters Thursday, the same day he was to report to a federal prison in Fort Worth to begin serving a 42-month sentence on racketeering charges. A federal jury in June found Marchan guilty on all seven counts of racketeering, aiding, extortion, and mail fraud in connection with the case of former state District Court Judge Abel C. Limas.

An acquittal was issued on the mail fraud case, but the other charges were upheld. Marchan had filed an appeal. Most recently, Marchan had sought to remain free on an emergency bond pending the results of his appeal, but on Wednesday a federal judge denied that appeal.

Deputy Chief Gus Reyna of the Cameron County Sheriff’s Department said Marchan’s body was found at 5:15 p.m. near boating channels in Port Isabel commonly known as The Fingers.

It is not immediately known if Marchan’s body suffered any trauma. An autopsy was expected.

The U.S. Coast Guard, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and the Brownsville Fire Department dive team searched the waters for most of the day after they received the report that Marchan had gone off the bridge.

THE TAXI RIDE

At a news conference, Cameron County Sheriff Omar Lucio said a taxi cab driver picked up a man at Marchan’s house on Fireside Drive in Brownsville just after 3 a.m. Thursday.

The passenger asked to be driven to South Padre Island, Hernandez told The Brownsville Herald.

According to Hernandez, on the way to the Island his passenger complained of nausea and asked him to pull over so he could vomit. However, when Hernandez first tried to pull over to the side of the road, the man urged him to drive a bit farther and then stopped him on the bridge.

That’s when Marchan commented about the height of the bridge and exited the cab, Hernandez said.

Hernandez told the passenger to be careful because the wind was strong, cautioning him not to lose his footing on the bridge.

“I thought he was going to vomit into the water, but instead he stood up on there,” Hernandez said.

The man lifted himself up onto the railing and leapt into the Laguna Madre, the cab driver said.

The Coast Guard’s nearby South Padre Island Station received a call at 4:15 a.m. that a man had jumped off the bridge and disappeared into the waters of the Laguna Madre between Port Isabel and South Padre Island.

FINANCIAL TROUBLES

According to the Cameron County Tax Assessor and Collector’s Office, Marchan owed $73,857.74 in back taxes on his home at the time of his death. The taxes date back five years, officials said.

Carlos Rodriguez, a supervisor at the tax office, said the county filed a lawsuit against Marchan in 2010 demanding that he pay the taxes owed or forfeit his home to the county. That lawsuit is pending.

For much of Thursday, authorities exercised caution, saying they could not confirm Marchan was dead until a body had been found.

Though Marchan had been scheduled to report to federal prison Thursday, he had not been disbarred from his profession, according to sources. As a practicing attorney since May 1983, he had been appealing his conviction and therefore could not be disbarred, said Kim Bueno, public affairs administrator for Chief Disciplinary Counsels Office of the State Bar of Texas.

The Disciplinary Counsels Office had filed an interlocutory suspension against Marchan requesting that he be suspended until his criminal appeal is final. A hearing on the issue had been scheduled for April 8.

If his appeal in the criminal case was rejected, the DCO would have moved forward to get Marchan disbarred.

“Under our rules disbarment is proper if there is any type of prison or jail sentence,” Bueno said.

This is very brutal, timely though. As I'm sure you know, the Washington Post newspaper has a reputation for being extremely liberal. So the fact that its editor saw fit to print the following article about Obama in its newspaper makes this a truly amazing event and a news story in and of itself. But because Mr. Obama was black, and therefore entitled in the eyes of liberal Dom to have hung out with protesters against various American injustices, even if they were a bit extreme, he was given a pass. Let that sink in: Obama was given a pass - held to a lower standard - because of the color of his skin. Podhoretz continues: And in any case, what did such ancient history matter when he was also so articulate and elegant and (as he himself had said) "non-threatening," all of which gave him a fighting chance to become the first black president and thereby to lay the curse of racism to rest? Podhoretz puts his finger, I think, on the animating pulse of the Obama phenomenon - affirmative action. Not in the legal sense, of course. But certainly in the motivating sentiment behind all affirmative action laws and regulations, which are designed primarily to make white people, and especially white liberals, feel good about themselves. Unfortunately, minorities often suffer so that whites can pat themselves on the back. Liberals routinely admit minorities to schools for which they are not qualified, yet take no responsibility for the inevitable poor performance and high drop-out rates which follow. Liberals don't care if these minority students fail; liberals aren't around to witness the emotional devastation and deflated self-esteem resulting from the racist policy that is affirmative action. Yes, racist. Holding someone to a separate standard merely because of the color of his skin - that's affirmative action in a nutshell, and if that isn't racism, then nothing is. And that is what America did to Obama. True, Obama himself was never troubled by his lack of achievements, but why would he be? As many have noted, Obama was told he was good enough for Columbia despite undistinguished grades at Occidental; he was told he was good enough for the US Senate despite a mediocre record in Illinois ; he was told he was good enough to be president despite no record at all in the Senate. All his life, every step of the way, Obama was told he was good enough for the next step, in spite of ample evidence to the contrary. What could this breed if not the sort of empty narcissism on display every time Obama speaks? In 2008, many who agreed that he lacked executive qualifications nonetheless raved about Obama's oratory skills, intellect, and cool character. Those people - conservatives included - ought now to be deeply embarrassed. The man thinks and speaks in the hoariest of clichés, and that's when he has his Teleprompters in front of him; when the prompter is absent he can barely think or speak at all. Not one original idea has ever issued from his mouth - it's all warmed-over Marxism of the kind that has failed over and over again for 100 years. And what about his character? Obama is constantly blaming anything and everything else for his troubles. Bush did it; it was bad luck; I inherited this mess. It is embarrassing to see a president so willing to advertise his own powerlessness, so comfortable with his own incompetence. But really, what were we to expect? The man has never been responsible for anything, so how do we expect him to act responsibly? In short: Obama is a small and small-minded man, with neither the temperament nor the intellect to handle his job. When you understand that, and only when you understand that, will the current erosion of liberty and prosperity make sense. It could not have gone otherwise with such a man in the Oval Office.

Assassination of US Citizens The Department of Justice has released a document that they claim justifies the killing of U.S. citizens in the name of national security. This my friends, is nothing short of TYRANNY. STOP THE TYRANNY! DEMAND YOUR RIGHTS! TELL CONGRESS: REINSTATE HABEUS CORPUS & POSSE COMITATUS NOW - REPEAL NDAA In the beginning, the DOJ legal argument attempts to make it appear that only "U.S. citizens who are senior operational leaders of al-Qua'ida or an associated force of al-Qua'ida" are considered eligible for assassination. However, by the end of the analysis, the DOJ document has moved beyond "foreign countries" to include any geographic area and authorizes lethal force against any person classified as a potential hostile by the President or by any "high level official of the U.S. government "even when there is no evidence to support such an accusation. Sound too "Orwellian" to be true? Sadly, it is not. In the DOJ's paper "Imminent threat" is redefined to include a citizen plotting about some threat at some distant time. The government does not have "to have clear evidence that a specific attack...will take place in the immediate future." And though much is made about the Law of War, the citizen to be assassinated can be far from the "actual hostility." The DOJ eliminates the barriers of "geographic limitations," and asserts the ability to "follow" the target to a "a new nation." Let us not forget the provisions of the NDAA that allow the President to transfer the powers under the "Law of War" to the FBI, making it possible for that "new nation" to be the U.S. No Constitutional protections, no review of a judge, no jury of your peers, no requirement of actual "imminent threat," and no need for you to be caught on the battlefield (unless you remember that the government has already declared the ENTIRE PLANET to be a battlefield!). TELL CONGRESS: REINSTATE HABEUS CORPUS & POSSE COMITATUS NOW - REPEAL NDAA In criminal court, to put someone in prison or sentence them to death, the burden of proof that must be met by the government is "beyond and to the exclusion of every reasonable doubt." In order to get a search warrant the Fourth Amendment requires the government to meet the standard of "probable cause" as reviewed and approved by a judge. The Fifth Amendment requires that before the government can take someone's life they are guaranteed an indictment by a grand jury and conviction by a jury of their peers. One would think that at least these standards would apply if the government is going to take a citizen's life. Unfortunately that is not the case here and the only reference the DOJ makes to the Constitution is to point out that it DOESN'T APPLY! What is the burden of proof for the President to assassinate US citizens? According to the DOJ, the government must simply "demonstrate" that the United States' interest in preventing an anticipated threat of violence outweighs "the person's interest in his life," again, with no "clear evidence that a specific attack...will take place in the immediate future." Citing their standard of proof, the government quotes the court of Cf. Hamdi, 542 U.S. at 535: "the Court accords the greatest of respect and consideration to the judgments of military authorities...the scope and discretion of that discretion is necessarily wide." And of course in this case, that scope the government asserts, would be transferred to the "high-level official of the U.S. government" making the determination. STOP THE TYRANNY! DEMAND YOUR RIGHTS! Will we be given the same deference when we defend ourselves? Will George Zimmerman be given an inherent right to self-defense under the same standards as the government asserts? Apparently this administration only claims such a right for the government? The framers said each of us have an inherent right to self-defense (Sam Adams said, "The rights of the colonists are these; First life, Secondly liberty, and third property and the ability to defend them"). What's the Big Deal? What is wrong with the Executive branch of a government engaging in the assassination of our citizens, who are classified by the government as combatants against this country, absent due process? If they can do this without a "speedy and public trial," we are trusting the government to convey truthful and accurate information to justify their actions. Our founders were intimately aware that the governments often have their own perspective on things and have the power and tools to justify their actions at all levels. Their point would be that a government not only has an agenda, but also has the power to control and manipulate information. Richard Henry Lee stated that we must not only guard against "what men do, but what they may do." Just look at Janet Napolitano's report, as head of the Department of Homeland Security, warning America regarding who is a terrorist; "rightwing extremists" concerned about illegal immigration, abortion, increasing federal power and restrictions on firearms - and returning war veterans. "Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration." can Our founders knew that in a government that has the ability to define the enemy, and the uninhibited inclination to define its own citizens as terrorists, tyranny is already established. Unrestrained power of the government must be continually checked against the Liberty of the people. It is Liberty that is the most important asset to any peace loving nation. Benjamin Franklin is quoted to have said, "Those who would trade Liberty for temporary security deserve neither Liberty nor security." How could he make such a bold statement? Based on what's been going on in the past few weeks, I suspect the following is likely:

1. This is a cover story. The spokesperson is possibly lying, covering up what the real reason for the queen' absence which brings me to the next conclusion.

2. The case in Brussels regarding crimes against humanity is very real. This disappearence is but mere days before the 3/4 deadline mentioned, meaning that the queen is in hiding.

3. The Windsor faction is on its last legs.
