The seat of knowledge of a Child of the Kingdom must belong only to God. His Holy Spirit dwells there. The mind of another child can place things above God, and worship (honor) other gods, (Satan). This warning in Rev 13 is not just for some future time. We are warned as early as the book of Exodus to not make gods of gold (money, mammon etc.) This warning is oft repeated in the Gospels and Epistles. Our God is a Jealous God. He wants you to remember where your blessings come from. Now as you are well aware, we have to have money to pay bills. Thats why the statement in the NT that the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. We don't worship money, we use it as a necessity. We have to live in this world until He returns. We are to be good citizens of the world, AS WELL as worthy citizens of the Kingdom of God. Just like Daniel and His 3 friends were when in babylon. They were slaves to the King of babylon, He fed them and provided their sustenance, but never worshipped him as a god, even in word. Issued by the Governing Council of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and

THIS PUBLIC NOTICE IS ISSUED TO THE MEMBERS OF THE PARLIAMENT OF CANADA, THE

1. On February 25, 2013, a lawfully constituted Common Law Court of Justice found Elizabeth

Windsor, Queen of England and Head of State of Canada and its churches, guilty as charged of

Crimes against Humanity in Canada and of engaging in a Criminal Conspiracy to conceal

Genocide. The same verdict found Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper guilty of the

same offenses.

2. This verdict was based on irrefutable evidence, including eyewitness accounts of Elizabeth

Windsor's personal involvement in the forcible abduction and disappearance of ten children

from the Kamloops Indian Residential School on October 10, 1964, while on a state visit to

Canada. Ms. Windsor has never denied or refuted this charge or evidence, nor did she respond

to a Public Summons issued by the Court.

3. The Court's verdict rests upon the Nuremberg Legal Statutes of 1950 which allow any head

of state to be tried for Crimes against Humanity, as well as the right under Canadian law to

hold the Crown liable for tort offenses committed in Canada.

4. Elizabeth Windsor therefore stands condemned as a convicted felon. As a fugitive from

justice, she is now liable for arrest and imprisonment under the terms of the Court verdict. A

Citizens Arrest Warrant for the detention of Elizabeth Windsor was in fact issued by the Court

on March 5, 2013, and Ms. Windsor has evaded this Warrant.

5. a) Each of you has taken a public oath of allegiance to Elizabeth Windsor as the Queen of

England. Your oath now constitutes a criminal act under international law, including Section

25 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which obligates all citizens to

refrain from colluding with authorities engaged in or convicted of criminal acts.

b) Each of you is obligated therefore to refrain from aiding or abetting Elizabeth Windsor in

evading justice or arrest, including by continuing to obey her orders or operating under her

authority, since to do so will constitute an obstruction of justice and will make you subject to

arrest.

6. Since no convicted felon can legitimately or legally serve as a head of state or a constituted

authority, all existing legal and political authority in Canada is dissolved as of Monday,

February 25, 2013. Your Oath of Allegiance to Queen Elizabeth and the Crown of England is

consequently nullified and abolished, along with your authority.

7. a) Canada has been rendered as a state without legitimate legal or political authority. It will

remain so until a new and lawful Head of State can be established along with a Constitution

democratically established by the people of Canada.

b) Until such constitutional authority is established, no existing Canadian law or statute is

enforceable, and any attempt by you or others to do so will constitute an act of illegal assault

and fraud on the people of Canada.

8. Until a legitimate government is established in Canada, all of its citizens are urged to

conduct themselves under the common law requirement of peaceable co-existence and equity

in their communities, maintaining law and order. All citizens are required to police and

govern themselves without reference to any existing authorities or laws, which are nullified,

illegitimate and inoperative.

9. Canadian citizens as wholly self-governing men and women are advised to establish local

committees of correspondence to arrange a National Congress that will draft a new

Constitution. This legal charter, ratified by a popular vote, will establish and maintain a new,

Democratic Republic of Canada.

10. This Constitution must include a new legal framework by which the church organizations

also convicted by the Court - the Vatican and Catholic, Anglican and United Church - can

legitimately and lawfully operate in Canada, if such further operation is the will of the People.

In accordance with the Verdict of the Court and lawful legitimacy, this new framework would

require a Civil Constitution for the Clergy that nationalizes the property and wealth of the

convicted church corporations, and regulates their church officials and employees as licensed

public servants.

We are informing the world of these facts and of the new regime now operating in Canada.

This same Notice and condition applies to the government and people of England, to whom a

separate Notice is being issued.

Hey everyone!!  Sorry I've been offline running insanely all day (as per usual, only more so) so I haven't been able to actually sit and write any updates.  Soooooo..... here it comes all at once.  Ready?

First off I have to thank Caleb from the top and bottom of my heart for his comments last night on the OPPT-IN Radio Show on Freedom Reigns- you can listen to the archive of the show HERE

Caleb held the contrast beautifully and opened a can of worms that needed to be opened- said words that needed to be said. A lot of people had expectations of what Caleb would sound like and were rather shocked when he wasn't just a male version of Heather, lol! A lot of people listened to him with only half an ear it seems and put a lot of words into his mouth that he didn't say. A lot of people created assumptions in their minds that had no basis in reality.

A lot of that will be addressed tonight on The Collective Imagination Radio show- you can listen inHERE at 8pm est. We will get Heather on tonight come hell or high water, lol.

I want to talk about communications, which of course leads into the first article I'm posting, but first I need to ask a favour.

I realize that people are on edge and wound pretty tightly right now. There are a lot of us hurting financially and struggling in daily life.  BUT..... I ask people to please use discernment. Please read things carefully.  The article I posted yesterday "From This Moment On" starts with a huge heading that states:

PLEASE NOTE! THIS IS ONE PERSONS VISION OF WHAT MAY, POSSIBLY, BE ACCOMPLISHED BY WIDE SPREAD ACCEPTANCE AND UTILIZATION OF THE ONE PEOPLE'S PUBLIC TRUST!

It is a work of Fiction.  A visualization and motivation, if you will.  IT IS NOT REAL.   I received texts in the middle of the night asking about when they would get their Liberty Cards.  One of my sources who's highly involved in all aspects of the new financial system that the PTW have been trying to push, received calls all night (including at 2:30 in the morning) from people claiming that the OPPT has released Liberty cards and wanting him to tell them if these cards were part of the Prosperity Packages or part of the St. Germaine Trust........

.......Seriously people?!  Please read things carefully.

Back to the communications topic.

There are days when we laugh our asses off because of the blatant interference going on in our daily communications.  Emails regularly go missing, skype rooms/conversations don't update for hours and some messages don't appear until sometimes a full day later. Computer files go missing- several times I've recorded important conversations (and KNOW that it's recording) and the file mysteriously vanishes..... and of course the famous "drop off line as soon as a buzz word is mentioned".  Heather and I can talk about family stuff no problem, then as soon as we start seriously talking.... she drops offline.  Or, AK will drop offline and Heather suddenly can't hear me, or vice versa.  Hell, last week Heather mentioned "Rothchilds" on the TCL radio show and immediately no one in the radio audience could hear her.... until she said "Ok, no more mention of the Rothchilds".....

.... it seriously is getting laughably ridiculous.

A day ahead of the papal conclave, faces at the scandal-struck Vatican were even redder than usual after it emerged that the Holy See had purchased a €23 million (£21 million) share of a Rome apartment block that houses Europe’s biggest gay sauna. The senior Vatican figure sweating the most due to the unlikely proximity of the gay Europa Multiclub is probably Cardinal Ivan Dias, the head of the Congregation for Evangelisation of Peoples, who is due to participate in tomorrow’s election at the Sistine Chapel. This 76-year-old “prince of the church” enjoys a 12-room apartment on the first-floor of the imposing palazzo, at 2 Via Carducci, just yards from the ground floor entrance to the steamy flesh pot. There are 18 other Vatican apartments in the block, many of which house priests. The Holy See is still reeling from allegations that the previous pontiff, Benedict XVI, had quit in reaction to the presence of a gay cabal in the curia. And with disgraced Scottish cardinal Keith O’Brien lending new weight to charges of hypocrisy against the Church’s stance on homosexuality, La Repubblica newspaper noted that the presence of “Italy’s best known gay sauna in the premises is an embarrassment”. Cardinal Dias, who is seen as a social conservative even by the current standards of the church hierarchy, is no doubt horrified to learn of the activities taking place a floor below. It is not known, however, if the former archbishop of Bombay has popped downstairs to give spitiual guidances to the clients of the Europa Multiclub, given his belief that gays and lesbians can be cured of their “unnatural tendencies” through the “sacrement of penance”. The sauna’s website promotes one of its special “bear nights”, with a video in which a rotund, hairy man strips down before changing into a priest’s outfit. It says Bruno, “a hairy, overweight pastor of souls, is free to the music of his clergyman, remaining in a thong, because he wants to expose body and soul”. There was further embarrassment for the Holy See when the press observed that thanks to generous tax breaks it received from the last Berlusconi government, the church will have avoided hefty payments to the Italian state. The properties are recognised as part of the Holy City. Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, Pope Emeritus Benedict’s widely disliked right-hand man, who held the Vatican’s purse strings during the last pontificate, was said to have been the brains behind the purchase of 2 Via Carduccio in 2008. Readers on Italian gay websites were quick to make jokes at the cardinals’ expense. Wal-Mart is not your government; at least not yet. Sounds ludicrous that you could be issued a fine in public by a corporation doesn't it? Serious questions no doubt should indeed arise if corporations are masquerading as our governments. Remember, these corporations are owned by someone and you might be surprised by whom. You are only members. You have certain rights and privileges, one of them that is granted is your right to vote. This is also known as your right to elect your own oppressors. Choices A & B are always pre-selected. Notice how policies at the top NEVER change? Skeptical of what I am saying? Many are not. It is widely understood that this deception exists. Those that have awaken to this usually quickly scurry back into their cages of debt slavery quite startled by the deception and choose to simply pull the wool over their own eyes. The awakening usually goes away after awhile. After all, we have to pay our mortgage, feed our kids and pay that credit card bill so we can use it again next month and besides, look at all of the cool stuff we can buy, the video games, the TV. Since our federal and state governments are also a corporations, they can legally contract with each other to do just about anything they want. Since it is not our true government trust in operation, the courts operate in commerce and equity law operating in Admiralty Law or in a War Powers Civil Court sporting an Admiralty/ Martial Law hybrid. If you do not understand what has happened, you will never win in one of their courts. Ever. Try to avoid them at all costs. Whether you know it or not, you are bound in a contract with these corporations that look like government. If you do not think so, it does not matter. The Judge thinks so and that is all that matters inside their courts. UCC filings or not. So who owns our governments? Well you might naturally want to say ?The People? right? Well that is what we would want to believe but given that our Government Charters and Trusts were taken over by dubious persons and means, we might want to rethink this paradigm that has been set up for us to assume. Simply put, through covet means and acts of congress over the many years, our Government Trusts were set aside while corporations were set up and layered right over the top of them in a deception that was implemented on the people like frogs warming in the soon to be boiling water. It is not my purpose of this writing to try to prove any of this. Please do your own research. Prove me wrong, Please! The purpose of this writing is to offer solutions to return us to our original Trust Governments and receive the many benefits of doing so and in turn, nullify the march of Corporate tyranny that has been planned for this planet. You know that something is wrong, do you not? We are winning but we must start taking charge. If we don't someone else will and we may not like the results. SOLUTIONS: Before we dig in here, we must ask the question as to why we ?fight city hall?? What is it about our current system that just ain't right? It seems that they interfere with our Liberty and try to tell us what to do, issue fines, don't listen and act in a scarily omnipotent manner that tends to unnerve all who deal with them. So any ?Solutions? for reclaiming our inheritance should involve a different kind of relationship such as that of a facilitator for the people. City Hall should help facilitate city planning, not dictate plans. City Hall should help facilitate proper building construction, not dictate specifics nor issue fines. Follow me here with a few suggestions for implementing some real change. 1. Don't fight City Hall, become city hall. Find the number of members on the City Council and find the same amount of like minded persons, get together and run for office and get elected and implement a platform of complete reform. Lay out your plans in a short list to the people of your City and go door to door, do direct mail and get your message out. Your current City Hall members are almost guaranteed to be corrupted by the Agenda 21 ?agenda? or completely duped by the perpetrators. Lets make Freedom, Liberty and Sovereignty our ?Agenda?! Its sells well. People will take note. With slogans such as: Replace our Property Taxes with nothing Government will be Returned to YOU Return our Courts to Common Law Expose Corruption - Never Again Common Sense Utilities for ?OURTOWN? Education is for us to decide, Not D.C. 2. Re-seat the original Charter Government and only operate the things that were meant to be operated by this structure such as the Court System, Sheriff's Department, Jails, Land Survey, Documents, Planning, etc. No more dang licensing. No more permissions, just cooperation. 3. Turn that Corporation that has been masquerading as your Charter/Trust Government into a Co-op and charter it for 10 year renewals so the beast could be killed if need be. This Chartered Co-Op would be for member benefits only which would be to ?profit? from its revenue stream to run the town and thereby eliminate Property Taxes so we could truly get back to land stewardship/ownership. Imagine, no property taxes! 4. This Co-Op would be set up so that every person in the town was a member and owner that agreed to contract with it. 5. This Co-Op would inherit the Building Department, Water & Sewer Department, The Local Highway Department, etc.. Now would be the time to look into purchasing utilities such as electricity, Cable TV and Internet, Gas Utilities and possibly the local Newspaper that utilized local education sources in schools and higher education to encourage unbiased news that is distinguished from Op-Ed from the general public. These types of services are just sources of revenue that make sense given that they are a utility. The more people Co-Op, the more efficient things get. Utilize separate Co-Ops for food, Services and other needs all are on the table. The less we feed the large corporate monsters, the less control they have on everything, especially our health and our freedom. 8. What about education? School Systems would have the ability to withstand Federal ?Carrot on a String? mandates that have always been tied to funding. Each community could start to make up the difference with their own funding as allowed and start to mold an education system to their liking should that funding be available. 9. Building Departments can start to aid and assist instead of getting in the way. Only a few personnel would be needed. The would amount to tremendous savings. The best plan that I have noted is one that supports a Bond that is funded by the contractors per a percentage of the contract amount. This bond would grow exponentially and represent funding for bond inspectors who protected the bond and in turn the Community by making sure all work is done to code standards, safety issues obeyed and boundary issues enforced. If a contractor continually made mistakes or did not respect codes, the bond inspectors would ?Camp Out? on their job site and start to interfere with their productivity with a watchful eye. No fines, no threats, just common sense. This bond would take care of Liabilities, Workman's Compensation and fund the administration of the bond. Once the bond was sufficient and became economically productive, those funds would be directed to the general fund. Fund excesses would be invested. All funds would serve the people directly and not grow government just because there was more funding. 10. How about Local food production. There are all sorts of ways to look at this one. 11. If the people started seeing their utilities rise and understood that inefficiencies existed within the community, they could promptly achieve a remedy. After all, they own it. 12. As transformations like this happen more and more, each operation would learn from each other about more efficient ways to serve its masters. The system is in competition with itself and would produce some stellar ideas to implement. 13. Are you starting to imagine the possibilities. Don't run off to South America to start some libertarian John Galt community, reform your own space. People want changes that make sense. They have forgotten how to lead and more important, they have forgotten how to imagine. Help them imagine what can be and things will change. Stop giving your energies into a leader at the top. Your support only encourages more corruption. Start in the town where you live. Find those seven people to clean out your City Council and start imagining... The CAFR1 site is now available in the primary International languages. On the top of the CAFR1 front page are international flags. When the flag is clicked on the page is relayed to Google translate, and is then translated to that language and every link clicked on from that point forward is translated into that county's language. Another interesting aspect is when a CAFR download report link is clicked on from the CAFR download directory, the actual .pdf file is translated and opened in that country's language. It has its limitations but a good percentage of the report is translated. A new party led by economists, jurists, and Christian Democrat rebels will kick off this week, calling for the break-up of monetary union before it can do any more damage.
“An end to this euro,” is the first line on the webpage of Alternative für Deutschland (AfD). “The introduction of the euro has proved to be a fatal mistake, that threatens the welfare of us all. The old parties are used up. They stubbornly refuse to admit their mistakes.”
They propose German withdrawl from EMU and return to the D-Mark, or a breakaway currency with the Dutch, Austrians, Finns, and like-minded nations. The French are not among them. The borders run along the ancient line of cleavage dividing Latins from Germanic tribes.

The plans draw on work by Hans-Olaf Henkel, former head of Germany’s industry federation (BDI) and a chastened europhile — the “worst error of my professional life”, he told me.

The appeal of German exit is obvious. It is the least traumatic way to end the 20pc to 30pc misalignment between North and South, the cancer eating Europe. Club Med keeps the euro. It enjoys instant devaluation, while still able to uphold euro debt contracts. The spectre of sovereign defaults recedes.

The party hopes to contest the federal elections in September, winning enough votes to scramble a tight race. Chancellor Angela Merkel suddenly has a “UKIP problem” on the her right flank.
Should she sign off on a bail-out out for Cyprus — safeguarding the “dirty funds of Russian oligarchs”, as the AfD puts it — she will be raked by heavy fire.
That will test her solidarity mantra, and she can turn on a Pfennig. She ditched her nuclear energy policy days after surveying the post-Fukushima polls.
Nobody knows how much support AfD could command. Protest parties usually flop in Germany, but the Free Voters won 10pc in Bavaria in 2008 on a Right-leaning, eurosceptic ticket, and there have never been circumstances quite like this before.
The slide towards fiscal union is a constitutional revolution. It erodes the budgetary supremacy of the Bundestag and threatens to eviscerate Germany’s vibrant post-war democracy. Large matters.
The AfD leader Bernd Lucke says Beppe Grillo’s threat to default on Italy’s external debt has demolished claims that Germany’s rescue pledges will never be called.
“The Italian election shows how dangerous the whole euro crisis really is. Whether countries can and will pay back their debts is dependent on the unpredictable voting choices of their peoples,” he said.
Professor Lucke, an expert on Real Business Cycle Theory, says German voters may not have mastered EMU mechanics but they can see it is going off the rails. “Everybody understands that 50pc youth unemployment in Greece and Spain is a catastrophe,” he said.
The latest ZDF poll shows that 65pc of Germans think the euro is damaging, and 49pc think Germany would be better outside the EU. This is no doubt “soft”, yet what is clear is that the all-party consensus on EMU gives voters nowhere to turn.
The rebels may struggle to cross the 5pc threshold for seats in the Bundestag, but they do not have to take seats to plague Angela Merkel over the next six months. She is already in trouble. Her Free Democrat (FDP) allies have crashed to 4pc in the polls.
Alternative für Deutschland threatens to take votes from the Right. On the other side, the Green resurgence to 16pc makes up for the sluggish Social Democrats. As things stand, the Left is slightly ahead. Angela Merkel is on course to lose office.

“Merkel will have to be even tougher on Europe, she cannot allow herself to be outflanked,” said David Marsh, author of books on the euro and the Bundesbank. “She will try to keep up a steely facade and hope everything stays calm until September, but the next crisis may come to a head before that.”

Indeed it may. Italy does not have a government, and putatitve premier Pier Luigi Bersani has vowed break out of the “austerity cage”, explicitly rejecting policies that anchor the EU backstop for Italian bonds.
Fitch expects Italy’s public debt to hit 130pc of GDP this year, up from 125pc forecast a few months ago. The country has one foot in a debt compound trap already. One more shock will do it.
This latest deterioration is self-inflicted, the result of contractionary EU policies that have pushed Euroland into a double-dip slump, and ravaged Italy in particular with fiscal tightening of 3pc of GDP in 2012.

This policy was deranged. Italy’s primary budget was already near balance. Fiscal overkill caused to the economy to contract by 2.6pc in 2012, and the debt ratio to rise even faster. In flogging Italy’s economy to death, EU elites have destroyed political consent for the reforms that are most needed.

For Germany’s Alternative, September may come too soon. Michael Wohlgemuth from Open Europe says they lack the organization for a quick breack-through, but their moment may come in next year’s vote for Euro-MPs.
“By then the real costs of the bail-outs for German taxpayers will be clearer. People sense that at a crisis is looming, but they have not yet felt it,” he said.
The tragedy for Germany is that the bill for EMU will come due just as the country’s aging crunch hits. Germany will have impoverished itself for no useful purpose, and without winning much love in the process.
Some say Germany is “winning” because its firms are conquering Club Med markets with a rigged exchange rate, but that is a Pyrrhic triumph. Latins will not tolerate this, once they grasp that the “gains” of their internal devaluations — ie 1930s wage cuts — are dwarfed by the greater losses of a wasted youth.

There are no winners. Each country is blighted in turn, and in different ways. Like Goethe’s Sorcerer’s Apprentice, they have launched an experiment they cannot control. The broom has a fiendish will of its own.

The former girlfriend of computer hacker Aaron Swartz is lashing out at the US Justice Department after Attorney General Eric Holder defended the prosecution that some say drove the prodigy into committing suicide.

Swartz took his own life in January while waiting to stand trial in a federal computer fraud case that could have ended with him serving upwards of 35 years in prison. Earlier this week, Attorney General Holder said the suicide was a“tragedy” but that the prosecution was indeed by the books.

The Justice Department, said Holder, demonstrated “a good use of prosecutorial discretion” in going after Swartz, who was charged with illegally accessing a trove of academic articles from the website JSTOR. The attorney general also went on to say that Swartz realistically was only facing a few months in prison, not the three decades reported by the press.

Now only days later, Swartz’s partner Taren Stinebrickner-Kauffman has harsh words for the attorney general. In a statement obtained by the website TechDirt, Stinebrickner-Kauffman accuses the DoJ of lying to the American public, seizing evidence without a warrant and other claims.

“Eric Holder and the Department of Justice are clearly trying to mislead the Senate and the public,” she says. “Holder claims that Aaron was only facing months in prison while [Assistant US Attorney Stephen] Heymann and [US Attorney Carmen] Ortiz were actively pursuing a penalty of seven years if the case went to trial. If you believe you’re innocent, you should not be coerced into accepting a plea bargain that marks you as a felon for life, just because prosecutors want to boast about taking a scalp.”
Stinebrickner-Kauffman goes on to say that the discrepancy between the plea deal and the amount of prison time prosecutors said they’d pursue at trial violates the DOJ’s own guidelines, and accuses Holder of “trying to engage in revisionist history at the same time he claims that the strict sentences pursued by prosecutors were a ‘good use of prosecutorial discretion.’”
In addition to singling out Holder, Stinebrickner-Kauffman goes on to accuse the Massachusetts attorneys who spearheaded the case, Heymann and Ortiz.
“[T]his isn’t just about sentencing,” she writes. “Steve Heymann engaged in serious prosecutorial misconduct on multiple occasions. Public documents show that he instructed the Secret Service to seize and hold evidence without a warrant, violating the Fourth Amendment. He then lied to the judge about that fact in written briefs. And he withheld exculpatory evidence from Aaron’s lawyers for over a year, despite both a legal and ethical obligation to turn it over. If this constitutes appropriate behavior from the perspective of the Department of Justice, then we live in a police state.”
“The Department of Justice is not interested in admitting their errors, even when an out of control US Attorney’s office has cost this country one of our best and brightest. The DOJ is only interested in covering their asses,” Stinebrickner-Kauffman concludes.
TechDirt reporter Mike Masnick says the statement demonstrates “three really serious charges that I haven’t seen much discussion about previously.” Although Holder, Heymann and Ortiz have been accused or prosecutorial overreach in the past, Stinebrickner-Kauffman’s latest claims allege much more.
