Enough April Fool’s Day nonsense. Obama is a joke, and we are its sorry butt. The joke isn’t funny.

Chris Matthews called Obama “the perfect man,” but at some point some serious questions must be asked of the man who the media still thinks created God in Obama’s image.

Pope Francis is a good man. He has dedicated his life to helping the poor, giving up the trappings of power. Obama pursued raw power, he revels in its trappings, and he started hurting people the moment he assumed it.

Barack Obama allowed four Americans to be murdered in Benghazi, Libya. His administration is still covering up the truth. Seven Benghazi survivors are being kept from the public, while an innocent film-maker sits in jail. Obama is his administration; their mistakes are his. Nobody has been held accountable. While Ambassador Stevens and a pair of Navy SEALs were being murdered by Islamists, Obama was going to bed early and partying in Las Vegas the next day.

Barack Obama allowed an American border guard to be murdered due to a “Fast and Furious” gunrunning operation that was created and botched by his administration. His Attorney General Eric Holder was asked who authorized the operation and still refuses to answer the question.

Barack Obama forced a healthcare plan on an American public that never wanted it. He insisted that premiums would decrease and people could keep their own doctors. He cooked the books, and now the bill is coming due. Premiums are skyrocketing and people are losing coverage they liked. The program is a failure and only going to get worse.

Barack Obama has presided over record food and fuel prices. He claims inflation is low by removing food and fuel from the inflation calculation.

Barack Obama claims unemployment is down. He removes those who have given up all hope of finding work from the calculation. People are hurting everywhere because Barack Obama cares more about trees and bunny rabbits than human beings desperate for jobs. After years of dithering on the Keystone Pipeline, he still has not been forced to answer the simple question of whether he is for or against it. He pontificates on Mount Olympus while citizens starve.

Barack Obama uses tragedies committed by crazed psychopaths to confiscate guns from ordinary citizens in violation of the Second Amendment. Meanwhile, murder rates skyrocket in his home city of Chicago due to the very failed liberal policies he wants to impose on the rest of us.

Barack Obama created a sequester, signed it into law, and then blamed Republicans for it, claiming he never wanted it to begin with and never dreamed that the law had consequences. He claims that programs are being “cut,” although actually nothing is being cut at all. There is a slowing of the rate of growth, which is an increase in spending. Rather than level with the American people, he decided to deliberately inflict pain on ordinary citizens in the hopes they would rise up against Republicans.

Barack Obama canceled tours of the White House, then sent his daughters on any kid’s dream spring break, at a taxpayer cost that would keep those tours going for months. He threatened to lay off FAA traffic controllers and airport security, yet found billions to spend on fraudulent green energy programs. He found millions more to give to Islamist terrorist groups including the Muslim Brotherhood, which seeks to turn Egypt into a Sharia theocracy, obliterate Israel, and spread the Caliphate.

Barack Obama is more than a disaster in action. He is also a disaster of inaction.

Syrian leader Bashar Assad is murdering his own citizens. Obama has no answers.

Iranian leader Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is building a nuclear bomb to annihilate the world and bring about the Twelfth Imam. Obama has no answers.

Barack Obama hides a complete lack of ability and and demonstrates a badly flawed code of ethics by accusing his critics of being racist, sexist, bigoted homophobes. A master of “divide and conquer,” he pits Americans against each other, race against race, rich against poor, young against old. He calls wasteful spending “investments,” then derides real investors and job creators as selfish “millionaires and billionaires,” parasites on America.

April Fool’s Day is upon us, and the joke is that Obama is still regarded by some deniers of reality as “the perfect man.”

Barack Obama is a failure as a President. And as a human being? Good people do good deeds. They help people. They care about whether people live or die. They take responsibility for their failures and spread around credit for their successes. None of that describes Obama. His failure extends beyond politics, reflecting a deeper taint on his character.

Barack Obama has been treated as a symbol of race and of hope, turned into a totem of liberal America. But he is not a race, he is not the personification of hope, he is not a holy talisman. 

His promise of hope and change is an illusion, the dream is a lie. He is a hopeless case of failed liberal status quo.

For four years Obama has bullied anybody who dared question him or disagree with him. Now it is time for ordinary Americans to finally treat him the way he treats them. Obama is unworthy of veneration; he is worthy only of contempt.

Now if only the April fools in the media would do their jobs and demand that he do his. The emperor has no clothes, the symbol is a joke.

Yet none of us should be laughing.

Barack Obama’s model is Nero. He gives us bread and circuses, then fiddles while the world burns. Stopping his agenda will take time. Calling him out for who and what he is starts right now.

No more April Fools.

US law says no ‘oil’ spilled in Arkansas, exempting Exxon from cleanup dues

The central Arkansas spill caused by Exxon’s aging Pegasus pipeline has reportedly unleashed 10,000 barrels of Canadian heavy crude – but a technicality says it’s not oil, letting the energy giant off the hook from paying into a national cleanup fund.

At least legally speaking, diluted bitumen like the heavy crude that’s overrun Mayflower, Arkansas is not classified as ‘oil.’ While the distinction might normally not mean much, in the case of the disastrous spill in Arkansas it ensures that ExxonMobil will not have to pay into the federal Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund.
According to ThinkProgress, which has brought attention on the strange legal exemption, ExxonMobil has already confirmed that the compromised pipeline was transporting “
low-quality Wabasca Heavy crude” from Canada’s Alberta region. That particular form of crude must be diluted with lighter fluids to evenly flow through a pipeline – it also contains large quantities of bitumen (commonly known as asphalt).
The end result is that both the US Congress and the Internal Revenue Service do not consider tar sand oil as oil at all, and thus exempt any company transporting the crude from paying an $0.08-per-barrel tax – which is the primary source of cash for the federal government’s oil spill cleanup fund.
The strange exemption of heavy bitumen crude from classification as oil dates back to a time when the extraction of tar sands on a large scale was thought improbable with then-contemporary technology. However, as oil companies developed the means to develop Canadian tar sands into a booming energy sector, the legal definition of oil has remained the same.
Funds from that same fund have already helped to clean up another spill caused by a ruptured pipeline. In 2010, more than 1 million barrels of diluted bitumen (crude oil) were spilled into the Kalamazoo River. To make matters worse, unlike conventional crude oil, bitumen heavy crude sinks. The ensuing environmental impact has made that Michigan spill the most expensive in US history, as toxic substances seeped into the surrounding soil.
There is also the fear that bitumen heavy crude could be more corrosive to pipelines than conventional crude. Lorne Stockman, research director at Oil Change International, told ThinkProgress that it’s past time for the law to be changed:
“The question is why we should continue this exemption given that it’s clear tar sands oil is more likely to spill because it’s more corrosive… and more and more tar sands is coming into the US.”
For its part the oil industry disputes the claim, and has produced scientific impact research that does not reflect higher corrosion by transporting bitumen heavy crude.
Judge Allen Dodson of Arkansas’ Faulkner County seemed to reflect the concerns of those impacted by the latest spill of heavy bitumen crude, saying: “Crude oil is crude oil. None of it is real good to touch

The Telegraph tells us the story of Kathryn Bolkovac, who went to Bosnia and discovered that United Nations officials and supporters were apparently involved in sex trafficking or at least covering it up.

Free-Market Analysis: The Telegraph tells us the story of Kathryn Bolkovac, who went to Bosnia and discovered that UN officials and supporters were apparently involved in sex trafficking or at least covering it up.
This is an important story that has now been made into a film. Were the United Nations a reputable agency, its growing clout would be of less concern. But the UN these days is involved in vast global warming conferences that threaten to change the way the world’s business is done. And it is often neck deep in local and regional wars.
And as scandal after scandal repeats, we see that the UN’s official conduct continues a pattern of abuse and disinformation. In this sense, Bolkovac’s tale is nothing new. Here’s more:
Bolkovac’s files went missing, her superiors pulled her cases, people warned her to back off.
Eventually, she wrote an email detailing everything she’d learnt and sent it to 50 senior mission personnel, with the subject ‘Do not read this if you have a weak stomach or a guilty conscience’.
Four days later she was demoted, and a few months after that DynCorp fired her for falsifying her timesheets.
But Bolkovac had kept copies of all her files; her mantra, she says, has always been ‘document, document, document’. She successfully sued DynCorp for unfair dismissal for making a protected disclosure – legal-speak for whistleblowing.
The tribunal stated, ‘It is hard to imagine a case in which a firm has behaved in a more callous manner.’
Within hours of the ruling DynCorp settled a second whistleblowing case against it, offering an undisclosed sum to an aircraft mechanic from Texas called Ben Johnston, who had evidence of UN personnel buying and selling girls elsewhere in Bosnia.
Johnston signed a gagging order. ‘It was very disappointing,’ says Bolkovac with a sigh.
It is obvious when it comes to the UN that corruption is ingrained. The UN was created much like the IMF, World Bank, etc (at around the same time) as a facility of globalist expansion and this is its underlying goal, not the other empty phrases that swirl around its “mission.”
If one were to make a list of scandals and misbehaviors in which UN personnel are featured, it would be a long list indeed. The tragedy is that none of what the UN does is especially necessary while the harm it inflicts is ongoing.
The Telegraph article itself sounds a note of skepticism as to whether a movie about the UN’s current sex-trafficking behaviors will result in credible organizational changes.
Conclusion: We, too, are skeptical.

Remnants of the “Manhattan Project” is Leaking Radioactive Waste in Washington State

A recent inspection has reconfirmed that a Washington state site left over from the “Manhattan Project” is not only leaking radioactive waste, but it is also at risk of a nuclear explosion.

The Manhattan Project was the military program that developed the atomic bomb.  This project was considered by most people to be a “conspiracy theory” for years, until the bombs eventually dropped.  Whole towns were built to test the first nuclear weapons. 
All of the residents were sworn to secrecy and spread out between one of the 30 testing sites across North America and the UK.  The Manhattan project started out as a small testing operation in 1939 but in the few years it was in operation it grew to have over 130,000 people, all under strict secrecy.
One of these sites was in Washington state, and the leftover radioactive waste is still posing a threat today.
According to The Daily Mail:
“Underground tanks that hold a mix of toxic radioactive waste at America’s most contaminated nuclear site pose a possible risk of explosion.A nuclear safety board made the announcement in advance of confirmation hearings for the next leader of the Energy Department.  State and federal officials have long known that hydrogen gas could build up inside the tanks at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation, leading to an explosion that would release radioactive material.  The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board recommended additional monitoring and ventilation of the tanks last fall, and federal officials were working to develop a plan to implement the recommendation.”
In reference to The Manhattan Project, they said that:
“The federal government created Hanford in the 1940s as part of the secret Manhattan Project to build the atomic bomb.It spends billions of dollars to clean up the 586-square-mile (1518-square-kilometer) site neighboring the Columbia River, the southern border between Washington and Oregon and the Pacific Northwest’s largest waterway.  Federal officials have said six underground tanks at the site are leaking into the soil, threatening the groundwater, and technical problems have delayed construction of a plant to treat the waste for long-term safe disposal.”
In addition, ABC reported that:
“Central to the cleanup is the removal of 56 million gallons of highly radioactive, toxic waste left from plutonium production from underground tanks. Many of the site’s single-shell tanks, which have just one wall, have leaked in the past, and state and federal officials announced in February that six such tanks are leaking anew.”
The news coming from this specific site is disturbing, but there are dozens of sites from the Manhattan Project alone, and that wasn’t the only military project involving toxic, radioactive chemicals that are nearly impossible to store.  The whole coast surrounding the country is littered with stored bio chemical weapons produced around World War 2 and the cold war. 
Some of them are stored in underground facilities, others buried under the seabed, and there are even some in above-ground vaults.  Regardless of where they are stored, they are being held in leaky containers, because these chemicals are stronger than most of the containers that they are have been placed in.
While the government uses the EPA to tax drivers and regulate how people are landscaping in their back yards, that same government has uncontrollable biological weapons sitting all over the country like toxic time bombs.

The exhaustive history of the sheriff has yet to be written, but much is known of the rise of these county leaders, once called shire reeves, in old England. Sheriffs are termed the “the oldest appointment of the English crown.” They represent transition from simple local rule to a nationalized attempt at keeping law and order. Sheriffs were first established when the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms were finally assembled into the Wessex-based Kingdom of England sometime around 1000 AD. In the Colonies, the Crown established sheriffs, as done in Britain by royal decree. But, before long, the democratic process was employed to elect them. Today, they are the last bastion of popular representation in law enforcement. Ironically, it now appears that the ancient sheriff, the last representative of popular, local federalism—might be the last chance for America to retain our civil liberties before the onslaught of Leviathan—the colossus of government tyranny. This hope is best represented by the Oath Keepers, a group educating and supporting local sheriffs as defenders of our Constitution against creeping federal insurgency. Add to this the doctrine of Nullification, or refusal to apply unconstitutional laws, which sheriffs are now applying across America on various topics, such as gun regulations, and refusing federal demand for control. This article is composed in two parts to better describe the history, function and constitutional warrant of the local, county American sheriff. I. What is a Sheriff A sheriff is the main peace keeper of a county in both ancient England and modern America. The office is defined by Webster’s: In the U.S., the chief law-enforcement officer for the courts in a county. He is ordinarily elected, and he may appoint a deputy. The sheriff and his deputy have the power of police officers to enforce criminal law and may summon private citizens (the posse comitatus, or “force of the county”) to help maintain the peace. The main judicial duty of the sheriff is to execute processes and writs of the courts. Officers of this name also exist in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. In England the office of sheriff existed before the Norman Conquest (1066). II. Ancient History of the Sheriff—Britain The office of sheriff is said to be “the oldest appointment of the English crown.” The term Sheriff is derived from the ancient British designate “shire reeve.” A shire is an English term defined by the Free Dictionary as: “A former administrative division of Great Britain, equivalent to a county.” The term reeve is defined by Webster’s as: “a local administrative agent of an Anglo-Saxon king,” or “a medieval English manor officer responsible chiefly for overseeing the discharge of feudal obligations.” A. History of the Shire Reeves Thomas Jefferson claimed of the office of sheriff: “there is no honorable law enforcement authority in Anglo-American law so ancient as that of the county sheriff whose role as a peace officer goes back at least to the time of Alfred the Great.” To the contrary, Schenectady, NY Sheriff Buffardi offers this history of the beginnings of sheriffs in England to about 1000 AD, where groups of men—called hundreds, were assembled for defensive and taxation purposes: The office of sheriff did not appear suddenly. It’s prolonged development began over 1000 years ago in England, arising simultaneously as local government structure evolved. This form of government allowed early English people to be divided into smaller units subject to the considerations of a national interest and central authority of the king. The formation of the units was crucial to the central authority because the population was scattered and Saxon kings had no large standing armies, a centralized court system, or the ability to finance a government appropriately. The small unit management therefore became crucial to a national development of government. While these shires (counties) were in the developmental and refinement stage, a custodian was chosen by the fellow members of the hundreds to be their “gerefa” or guardian. Later this title was to become known as “reeve”. The combination of the unit known as scir or shire and the administrative title of reeve would eventually develop into the word “sheriff”. With the exception of king, no Englishns. The shire, ie county, was an ancient petty karliest n represented by an alderman by way of the old royal families. These naturally tendeg Edgar. III. The Rise of the Sheriff Theodore Frank Thomas Plucknett describes “The Rise of the Sheriff,” in his masterpiece A Concise History of the Common Law. He explains how the creation of England in the early 10th century began with the unified Heptarchy which evolved into the Wessex-based Kingdom of England. This Anglo-Saxon Crown then began seek greater control by connecting with local institutions. The shire, ie county, was an ancient petty kingdom, represented by an alderman by way of the old royal families. These naturally tended to be resistant to modern, kingly centralization. To combat this resistance, the king sent a reeve to stand besides the alderman and represent his position. Plucknett describes this evolution: Duties of the king’s reeve were very miscellaneous, including both administration and judicial business. It was inevitable as time went on the King’s reeve should grow in importance at the expense of the alderman, and that finally he should take the alderman’s place and become the principal officer of the shire under the name of “sheriff” or “shire reeve”. As mentioned by Cnut, sheriffs over the years were accused of various acts of tyranny, and the king was forced to limit his power by keeping appointments to one year, and also demand an accounting afterward. Plucknett describes the battle for power between the burgeoning sheriffs and the crown: At the time of the Norman Conquest the sheriff, as the King’s representative, enjoyed much judicial power, causing the Crown great anxiety, for there was no effective means of controlling him, except an occasional remedy of discharging him when popular unrest grew too strong. A number of attempts were made to find a check upon his powers as a royal judge. Sometimes the Crown appointed a permanent justiciar to sit in the county; the office of coroner was developed in order to serve as a check upon the sheriff; by the Great Charter (Magna Carta) it was finally declared no sheriff should for the future hold pleas of the Crown. This definitive solution robbed the sheriff of a great deal of his ancient power… IV. Sheriff’s Consolidation of Power: The Tourn & Justicial Debt Collection A. Biennial Tourn The sheriff’s began to take on greater powers, by taking on bailiffs, absorbing tax powers, and quite often also acting as judges, according to Plucknett: Sheriffs secured control over the hundred by appointing bailiffs. His influence further increased by means of the “Sheriff’s Tourn”. Twice a year local meetings were held, attended by the sheriff or his deputy, at which there came to meet him the reeve and his four best men to undergo a searching examination at his hands. They laid before them the most suspicious members of their community; those suspected of grave matters were arrested by the sheriff and held for the King’s Justice, while less serious offenders were amerced by the sheriff. By the close of the middle ages the Justices of the Peace took over for the tourns. B. Sheriff as Judge & Debt Collector Pucknett explains how the sheriff’s also were involved in collecting debts: Another jurisdiction was exercised by the sheriff in the county court in virtue of a royal writ addressed to him, beginning with the word iusticies, “do justice upon” the defendant “so that rightly and without delay he render” to the plaintiff, e.g. a debt which he owes. Other writs were also “viscontial”, giving the sheriff jurisdiction, although not drawn in the form justicies. The implication seems clearly that down to the middle of the 13th century a large part of the nation’s litigation was in the county court. In this type of proceeding the sheriff was a judge in the modern sense, and the county court was merely the occasion upon which he exercised his jurisdiction. So complicated a situation could only result in confusion, and in fact it is very difficult to disentangle the two branches; The classical doctrine as described by Coke makes the suitors judges of the court in almost all cases. Thus was fulfilled the ancient policy of the crown in reducing the judicial importance of the sheriff at every possible opportunity. V. Collapse of Sheriff’s Power: Evolution to Penal Reformer A. Sheriff Howard, Prison Rehabilitator Buffardi explains how the British sheriff’s pshould not just be a place for industry and lrisons, they humanized the institution. Here, they exerted a mighty influence to help reform these terrible structures into more humane places. Since the 16th century, the duties of sheriffs in England dealt chiefly with judicial issues, enforcement of debt, and service of process. John Howard, high sheriff of Bedfordshire, became a social activist for penal reform. He exercised the traditional, but usually neglected responsibility of visiting prisons and institutions. He was shocked at the conditions, particularly that jailers received no salary but made their living from prisoners in the form of fees. Many prisoners who had been discharged by the court system still remained in custody because they could not pay the discharge fees owed to their jailers. Howard inspected prisons, prison ships, and houses of corrections throughout Europe and the US, finding all the facilities overcrowded, undisciplined, dirty, and ridden with disease. Thousands of prisoners were dying annually of diseases. Howard’s graphic descriptions of prison conditions horrified the English people. In 1779, he drafted the “Penitentiary Act,” based upon principles of secure and clean facility. Howard believed prison should not just be a place for industry and labor but also a place for contrition and penitence—a place that reformed inmates through the inculcation of good habits and religious instruction. All prisoners were to have healthy diets, access to conveniences that allowed for good hygiene, and all prisoners were to be provided with uniforms. B. Decline of British Sheriffs & Rise of American According to Buffardi, around the time of the development of the American sheriff, the English equivalent began to decline: Since mid-16th century until the present, England’s sheriffs have had little political clout or government importance compared to the wealth of power enjoyed during medieval times. The justice of the peace relieved the last vestiges of the position’s former judicial duties. The Lord’s Lieutenant removed its military importance and appointool in Virginia, where he earned a JD and a Master’s degree in Government. Maryhrt Ron Paul: "The Great Cyprus Bank Robbery" Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/02/2013 11:27 -0400 By Ron Paul The Great Cyprus Bank Robbery The dramatic recent events in Cyprus have highlighted the fundamental weakness in the European banking system and the extreme fragility of fractional reserve banking. Cypriot banks invested heavily in Greek sovereign debt, and last summer's Greek debt restructuring resulted in losses equivalent to more than 25 percent of Cyprus' GDP. These banks then took their bad investments to the government, demanding a bailout from an already beleaguered Cypriot treasury. The government of Cyprus then turned to the European Union (EU) for a bailout. The terms insisted upon by the troika (European Commission, European Central Bank, International Monetary Fund) before funding the bailout were nothing short of highway robbery. While bank depositors have traditionally been protected in the event of bankruptcy or liquidation, the troika insisted that all bank depositors pay a tax of between 6.75 and 10 percent of their total deposits to help fund the bailout. While one can sympathize with EU taxpayers not wanting to fund yet another bailout of a poorly-managed banking system, forcing the Cypriot people to pay for the foolish risks taken by their government and bankers is also criminal. In their desire to punish a “tax haven” catering supposedly to Russian oligarchs, the EU elites ensured that ordinary citizens would suffer just as much as foreign depositors. Imagine the reaction if in September 2008, the US government had financed its $700 billion bank bailout by directly looting American taxpayers' bank accounts! While the Cypriot parliament rejected that first proposal, they will have no say in the final proposal delivered by the EU and IMF: deposits over 100,000 euros are likely to see losses of at least 40 percent and possibly as much as 80 percent. “Temporary” capital controls that were supposed to last for days will now last at least a month and might remain in effect for years. Especially affected have been the elderly, who were unable to use ATMs or to transfer money electronically. Despite the fact that ATMs severely limited the size of withdrawals during the two week-long bank closure, reports indicated that account holders who had access to Cypriot bank branches in London and Athens were able to withdraw most of their funds, leading to speculation that there would be no money available when banks finally opened up again. In other words, the supposed Russian oligarch money may well be already gone. Remember that under a fractional reserve banking system only a small percentage of deposits is kept on hand for dispersal to depositors. The rest of the money is loaned out. Not only are many of the loans made by these banks going bad, but the reserve requirement in Euro-system countries is only one percent! If just one euro out of every hundred is withdrawn from banks, the bank reserves would be completely exhausted and the whole system would collapse. Is it any wonder, then, that the EU fears a major bank run and has shipped billions of euros to Cyprus? The elites in the EU and IMF failed to learn their lesson from the popular backlash to these tax proposals, and have openly talked about using Cyprus as a template for future bank bailouts. This raises the prospect of raids on bank accounts, pension funds, and any investments the government can get its hands on. In other words, no one's money is safe in any financial institution in Europe. Bank runs are now a certainty in future crises, as the people realize that they do not really own the money in their accounts. How long before bureaucrat and banker try that here? Unfortunately, all of this is the predictable result of a fiat paper money system combined with fractional reserve banking. When governments and banks collude to monopolize the monetary system so that they can create money out of thin air, the result is a business cycle that wreaks havoc on the economy. Pyramiding more and more loans on top of a tiny base of money will create an economic house of cards just waiting to collapse. The situation in Cyprus should be both a lesson and a warning to the United States. U.S. Chemical Battalion's Redeployment in S. Korea Condemned by CPRK Secretariat Pyongyang, April 3 (KCNA) http://www.kcna.kp/kcna.user.article.retrieveNewsViewInfoList.kcmsf The 23rd Chemical Battalion of the U.S. Army based in Seattle City, Washington State was recently redeployed in the U.S. Second Division in south Korea. It was reported that an official ceremony in this regard will taken place in Uijongbu, Kyonggi Province on April 4. The battalion was stationed in the U.S. military base in Chilgok, North Kyongsang Province as it belonged to the 19th battle area support command of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces till 2004. It was withdrawn to the U.S. mainland. This battalion mercilessly killed many people in the Korean war and other wars. I have verified most of this as true according to sources and will say right up front all i have been telling you is still good solid information I am not sure of exact small issues that has held things still but I assure you all in country and out are still standing on we are waiting hour by hour. Most are telling me this delay was even unexpected for Iraq so we don't have a clue the exact problem only that it is a very short delay.
