UNITED States of America - At this hour we can divulge that the U.S. Treasury (the only Constitutional authority that has a right to coin currency) is now in a total state of war with theprivately owned U.S. Federal Reserve, which, as former Ronald Reagan economic adviser David Stockman states, is now a complete bucket shop.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew has told Federal Reserve Chairman, check kiter and traitor Ben Shalom Bernanke that his credit default dollar swaps that have been used as a backdoor bail out for insolvent European banks will stopIMMEDIATELY!

The dollar swaps aka money laundry have now effectively made the U.S. banking system a counter party to the European Central Bank (ECB), which has now become a counter party to itself.

Yes, folks, the pyramid scheme is collapsing.

We can also report that Chinese government officials have told U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry that the latest ponzi scheme involving the U.S. Federal Reserve, Bank of Japan and the European Central Bank must stop NOW!

The Federal Reserve and the ECB have been using the aforementioned dollar swap lines to move the U.S.-Euro JPMorgan-Goldman Sachs denominated debt aka derivatives into the Central Bank of Japan.

These derivatives have then turned into naked short positions (written call options) in the Japanese yen currency.

The Central Bank of Japan is now saddled with trillions of dollars of worthless U.S. Federal Reserve-European Central Bank derivative debt making it impossible for the Bank of Japan to print more yen from their own treasury.

Interest rates are now going up in Japan indicating the Japanese yen redemption is now underway given that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has ordered that the bogus Federal Reserve-European Central Bank derivatives be repatriated back to the Fed and the European Central Bank (ECB) using the aforementioned dollar swap lines.

So you see, folks, in ponzi world now you see it and now you don't and you haven't seen anything yet.

Note: It is also important to remember that the UFO derivatives tied to this aforementioned ponzi scheme were cross-collateralized and used to write more naked put options on the S&P 500 meaning that the entire world financial markets have become a rigged process with no underlying foundation to support any of it.

We can also divulge that the clearing house for this fraud involving the yen, the euro and world equity markets is the National Bank of Liechtenstein.

Chinese government officials bluntly told Kerry that unless the ponzi scheme comes to a halt IMMEDIATELY they will buy oil directly from their ally, the Russian Federation using U.S. Treasury instruments to make the purchase and then, upon receiving the oil from Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin will then cash in the U.S. Treasuries at banks in the United Kingdom that will effectively collapse the U.S. bond market, the U.S. stock market, and will begin a massive rout of the U.S. dollar.

P.P.S. At this hour we can also divulge that the government of Cyprus refuses to turn over their gold reserve to the crooked ECB and the Nazi German Deutsche Bank.

The real truth is that Angela Merkel and the Nazi German Deutsche Bank want to loot the gold reserve of the nation and People of Cyprus.
The extraordinary $80 decline in the price of gold last Friday (another massive derivative fraud) was triggered by utilizing naked short positions aka uncollateralized written call options involving U.S. 5th 3rd Bank Corporation, Dutch bank ABN Amro, and the aforementioned German Deutsche Bank as well as the German Commerzbank of Dallas, Texas.

Reference: The Commerzbank of Dallas, Texas is now currently involved in a foreign currency ponzi scheme with U.S. bank Wells Fargo that deals with an attempt to manipulate the Vietnamese dong and the Iraqi dinar.

The naked gold and silver shorts have utilized the use of customer segregated funds of accounts at the aforementioned crooked banks.

Customers that have established long positions in silver and gold aka buying and purchasing call options and not writing them are not actually being put into the market by the aforementioned crooked banks. Customers are issued fraudulent electronic computer generated statements.

The crooked banks then use the premium collected to cross-collateralize the customers' segregated accounts and turn them into naked shorts in both silver and gold and then further cross-collateralize the same derivatives and turn them into more naked shorts in the Japanese yen currency and then further cross-collateralize these derivatives and turn them into naked long positions in the S&P 500 stock futures index.

Note: You see why the powers to be need electronic high frequency trading, even an outstanding certified public accountant (CPA) could not keep a proper set of books for this cabal of thieves.

Have you ever wondered which cities would be nuked first? You probably have not, because it is an unpleasant thought, and is something that most people believe would never happen. At one time between Russia and the United States alone, there were more than 20,000 nuclear warheads. (The US has been disarming for years but Russia, China and other nations continue to build.)  
Not that long ago during the years of the Cuban missile crisis, every American feared the worst while the U.S. and the USSR were seemingly ready to end the world as we know it… Since then, stockpiles have been reduced somewhat, but in the big picture it is mostly irrelevant. If anything, the world is more dangerous today as apparently radical nations add their own nuclear weapons to the world’s nuclear arsenal.
Here is a mapped illustration of the top 30 most populated cities (and metro areas) in the United States which could potentially ‘go’ first in a nuclear war… 
Depending on the engagement (who, what, and to what end), military and/or key infrastructure targets might be hit first, but it won’t be long down the target list until major cities are taken out.
In a worst case all-out nuclear engagement, we might assume that all cities could be hit given the number of nukes that are available to countries like Russia and even China.
Leaving out arguments of motivation (or lack thereof) for nuclear war, for the curious here is a map of the thirty most populated cities in America and the thirty largest Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA), followed by the populations list.

Some of the metro areas (yellow) overlap with their associated cities (red) from the top-30 list, while others are unique – just as some of the cities in the top-30 are by themselves.
The diameter of the region is chosen to indicate a possible evacuation perimeter where people may likely reach while escaping the city region (until they run out of gas in their half-filled [or less] gas tanks). This perimeter is highly debatable and dependent upon many factors, but it’s a starting point to visualize an exodus.

I should have an updated map during Sunday which will include any operating nuclear power reactor located within any of the highlighted zones for added risk assessment. If a given region is nuked, the power grid there will likely go down, which will leave any regional nuclear reactor only with its diesel generators until they run out of fuel…

Gold vs Silver vs Japanese Yen - live chart (10 month)
Paul Craig Roberts, a Reagan-era Assistant Secretary of the US Treasury, explains why the gold price just plummeted:

I was the first to point out that the Federal Reserve was rigging all markets, not merely bond prices and interest rates, and that the Fed is rigging the bullion market in order to protect the US dollar’s exchange value, which is threatened by the Fed’s quantitative easing. With the Fed adding to the supply of dollars faster than the demand for dollars is increasing, the price or exchange value of the dollar is set up to fall.

A fall in the dollar’s exchange rate would push up import prices and, thereby, domestic inflation, and the Fed would lose control over interest rates. The bond market would collapse and with it the values of debt-related derivatives on the “banks too big too fail” balance sheets. The financial system would be in turmoil, and panic would reign.

Rapidly rising bullion prices were an indication of loss of confidence in the dollar and were signaling a drop in the dollar’s exchange rate. The Fed used naked shorts in the paper gold market to offset the price effect of a rising demand for bullion possession. Short sales that drive down the price trigger stop-loss orders that automatically lead to individual sales of bullion holdings once their loss limits are reached.

According to Andrew Maguire, on Friday, April 12, the Fed’s agents hit the market with 500 tons of naked shorts. Normally, a short is when an investor thinks the price of a stock or commodity is going to fall. He wants to sell the item in advance of the fall, pocket the money, and then buy the item back after it falls in price, thus making money on the short sale. If he doesn’t have the item, he borrows it from someone who does, putting up cash collateral equal to the current market price. Then he sells the item, waits for it to fall in price, buys it back at the lower price and returns it to the owner who returns his collateral. If enough shorts are sold, the result can be to drive down the market price.

A naked short is when the short seller does not have or borrow the item that he shorts, but sells shorts regardless. In the paper gold market, the participants are betting on gold prices and are content with the monetary payment. Therefore, generally, as participants are not interested in taking delivery of the gold, naked shorts do not need to be covered with the physical metal. In other words, with naked shorts, no physical metal is actually sold.

People ask me how I know that the Fed is rigging the bullion price and seem surprised that anyone would think the Fed and its bullion bank agents would do such a thing, despite the public knowledge that the Fed is rigging the bond market and the banks with the Fed’s knowledge rigged the Libor rate. The answer is that the circumstantial evidence is powerful.

Consider the 500 tons of paper gold sold on Friday. Begin with the question, how many ounces is 500 tons? There are 2,000 pounds to one ton. 500 tons equal 1,000,000 pounds. There are 16 ounces to one pound, which comes to 16 million ounces of short sales on Friday.

Who has 16 million ounces of gold? At the beginning gold price that day of about $1,550, that comes to $24,800,000,000. Who has that kind of money?

What happens when 500 tons of gold sales are dumped on the market at one time or on one day? Correct, it drives the price down. Investors who want to get out of large positions would spread sales out over time so as not to lower their sales proceeds. The sale took gold down by about $73 per ounce. That means the seller or sellers lost up to $73 dollars 16 million times, or $1,168,000,000. Who can afford to lose that kind of money? Only a central bank that can print it.

I believe that the authorities would like to drive the gold price down further and will, if they can, hit the gold market twice more next week and put gold at $1,400 per ounce or lower. The successive declines could perhaps spook individual holders of physical gold and result in actual net sales of physical gold as people reduced their holdings of the metal.

However, bullion dealer Bill Haynes told kingworldnews.com that last Friday bullion purchasers among the public outpaced sellers by 50 to 1, and that the premiums over the spot price on gold and silver coins are the highest in decades. I myself checked with Gainesville Coins and was told that far more buyers than sellers had responded to the price drop.

Unless the authorities have the actual metal with which to back up the short selling, they could be met with demands for deliveries. Unable to cover the shorts with real metal, the scheme would be exposed.

Do the authorities have the metal with which to cover shorts? I do not know. However, knowledgeable dealers are suspicious. Some think that US physical stocks of gold were used up in sales in efforts to disrupt the rise in the gold price from $272 in December 2000 to $1,900 in 2011. They point to Germany’s recent request that the US return the German gold stored in the US, and to the US government’s reply that it would return the gold piecemeal over seven years. If the US has the gold, why not return it to Germany? The clear implication is that the US cannot deliver the gold.

Andrew Maguire also reports that foreign central banks, especially China, are loading up on physical gold at the low prices made possible by the short selling. If central banks are using their dollar holdings to purchase bullion at bargain prices, the likely results will be pressure on the dollar’s exchange value and a declining market supply of physical bullion. In other words, by trying to protect the dollar from its quantitative easing policy, the Fed might be hastening the dollar’s demise.

Possibly the Fed fears a dollar crisis or derivative blowup is nearing and is trying to reset the gold/dollar price prior to the outbreak of trouble. If ill winds are forecast, the Fed might feel it is better positioned to deal with crisis if the price of bullion is lower and confidence in bullion as a refuge has been shaken.

In addition to short selling that is clearly intended to drive down the gold price, orchestration is also indicated by the advance announcements this month first from brokerage houses and then from Goldman Sachs that hedge funds and institutional investors would be selling their gold positions. The purpose of these announcements was to encourage individual investors to get out of gold before the big boys did. Does anyone believe that hedge funds and Wall Street would announce their sales in advance so the small fry can get out of gold at a higher price than they do? If these advanced announcements are not orchestration, what are they?

I see the orchestrated effort to suppress the price of gold and silver as a sign that the authorities are frightened that trouble is brewing that they cannot control unless there is strong confidence in the dollar. Otherwise, what is the point of the heavy short selling and orchestrated announcements of gold sales in advance of the sales?

I also had one other question I have always wondered. Where do millionaires keep their money? In the sense that FDIC insurance only covers $250,000 at the bank and SIPC only covers $500,000 at the brokerage. I mean, I can’t see Bill Gates putting $250,000 at thousands of banks across the country, nor can I imagine Lou Simpson’s net worth getting wiped down to half a million because of a bankrupt Scottrade. Ha! So when people accumulate millions, what becomes the “safe spot” to keep it?

Monopoly When I went to hit “reply” in the comments section, I realized that it was nearly 1,500 words so I thought it might be better to just post it as its own in the event some of you were interested in where billionaires and millionaires like Bill Gates or Lou Simpson invest their cash. It really has nothing to do with beginners, otherwise I could have gotten an About.com article out of it, but it might still interest those of you who are curious about these sorts of things.

Here is my answer …

Where Do Millionaires Park Their Cash?

First, you have to realize that “money” in one sense doesn’t exist. It is an idea. If you are talking about the green pieces of paper the Treasury department prints, there is only about $575 billion in circulation yet household assets in the United States are valued at more than $50 trillion.

Think about that. If you owned every single United States dollar bill in the entire world, you would only have 1/100th of the estimated household net worth in the United States. The reason: Those greenbacks are merely an exchange mechanism. They represent something that people can trade to signify a claim check on society. In and of themselves they have no value. We could have just as easily chosen sea shells or jars of strawberry jam. The reason societies have preferred gold and silver over time is they are difficult to mine, so it is very hard for governments, politicians, kings and presidents to make the currency worthless by printing more paper.

The result is that most wealth isn’t held in the form of cash. In fact, I think of money as being held in seven distinct forms (there are more but these are the major ones):

    Business ownership (stocks). If you own a chain of dry cleaners that makes $1 million a year in profit, you could probably sell the company for between $10 million and $15 million. You don’t have that money “sitting” anywhere, but it is yours nonetheless.

    Money they have loaned and must be repaid to them in the future such as bonds, certificates of deposit, money parked in bank accounts, and money invested in money market funds.

    Real estate, such as hotels, apartments, stadiums, homes, storage units, bridges, etc.

    Commodities such as gold, silver, platinum, corn, cattle, mineral rights, oil, natural gas, sugar, coffee, etc.

    Nominal currencies, such as United States dollars, Euros, Yen, and British Pound Sterling stuffed in envelopes or briefcases.

If you owned the rights to Star Wars, you could have no money in the bank but the truth is, you are probably a billionaire because you could sell those rights to a lot of interested investors; they, in turn, could create new merchandise and products and make money from it, which is why they are willing to pay you. Brand names are a huge source of intellectual property value, such as Coca-Cola, Clorox, Wrigley, Hershey’s, and Folgers.

    Tangible property, such as famous paintings, historical artifacts, rare books, etc. If you owned an original, signed copy of the Declaration of Independence, you could convert it into any other form of wealth you wanted, such as nominal currency, which you could then use to transfer your wealth into real estate, or commodities, or any of the other categories.

That means that most of the time, someone with substantial net worth doesn’t need to park their money in a checking account. You couldn’t steal Bill Gates’ $50+ billion from him because it isn’t money in a briefcase; it is office buildings, shares of stock, railroads, book copyrights, personal real estate, private jets, rare art … the list is endless.

Don’t Think of “Money” As Being Cash

This may help explain the perspective of an investor…

It is estimated that there are 1,348,528,420,000 barrels of oil in the ground that have a 90% or greater probability of being drilled and recovered by humans (called “proven reserves”). The current spot price of crude oil is roughly $73. That means that all of the oil in the ground is worth an estimated $98,442,574,660,000. Let’s round up and call it $100 trillion.

(For now, let’s ignore the obvious fact that if this oil was harvested at once, oil would be worth about 50 cents a barrel because the supply would grossly exceed the demand. At current consumption rates, that is enough oil to meet world demand for 54 years. )

That means if you were to suddenly inherit 100,000 barrels of oil, you would be worth $7,300,000 at today’s market prices (100,000 barrels x $73 per barrel = $7.3 million).

If oil rose to $100 per barrel, your assets would rise to $10,000,000. You are now worth an extra $2.7 million! Where did it come from and where is it parked? Nowhere. It is the estimated liquidation value of your oil if you choose to sell right now and the market has enough demand to fill your order without the price falling. You are quoting the value in dollars because, as a United States citizen, those dollars mean something to you. You inherently understand the value of $5 and what it will buy you compared to $20.

If the United States government began to print money so it became worthless, and a loaf of bread that originally cost $5 is now $10,000, your oil may be trading at $146,000 per barrel even though you have gained nothing in purchasing power, giving you an asset value of $14.6 billion. The thing is, your purchasing power would be the same because:

$14,600,000,000 would buy 1,460,000 loaves of bread if each loaf was $10,000 just like

$7,300,000 would buy 1,460,000 loaves of bread if each loaf was $5

That means that, measured in bread as an exchange, the government printing money didn’t have an influence on your actual purchasing power. You can still buy the same loaves of bread as you could before hyper-inflation. This is one of the reasons famous investor Warren Buffett talks about the importance of measuring gains in your net worth in “how many cheeseburgers you can buy”. Purchasing power counts. Not dollars.

What Do The Rich Do With Their Cash?

If you are specifically interested in what the rich do with their short-term cash, comparable to the middle class putting money in a checking or savings account, there are several popular alternatives to those with at least a few million dollars:

Establishing a so-called zero-balance account. The rich investor has his or her money in bonds, certificates of deposit, commercial paper and other highly liquid debt instruments. They write checks out of the account, which has $0 in it, and at the end of the business day, the private bank sells off enough of the highly stable, liquid investments to wipe out the negative balance in the account, bringing it back to $0. That way, if the bank fails, it doesn’t hurt the investor because the underlying assets are held in his or her name, not the name of the institution. (This service is known as custody or, in some cases, global custody. The banks will charge a small fee for it as a percentage of assets in most cases.) Almost every intelligent rich person on the planet uses some form of global custody because you don’t want to worry about losing your shirt because a broker failed.

Parking the money directly with the United States Treasury in an account backed by the taxing power of the United States government. They can buy short-term Treasury bills and keep rolling them over until they need the money. Unless the United States goes bankrupt by hyper-inflating, they are safe. Buffett literally has tens of billions of dollars of Berkshire Hathaway’s money parked in Treasury bills, bonds and notes at times. There is no risk of default or bankruptcy unless the entire nation goes bust!

Physically holding cash in multiple currencies in safe deposit boxes throughout the world. These aren’t insured, though, so there is that risk.

I hope that helps you understand how a lot of private banks such as Northern Trust think about parking money for millionaires and other rich investors.

I too have been feeling the exhaustion and dizziness. I am in my living room where my main computer is. I don't have a personal faraday cage in my living room. I didn't think it was going to take me so long to explain everything I needed to explain... and I have to admit... by the time I got to the end of this article... I was not sure if any of it made any sense because my mind wasn't making any sense to me. I am going to retire to my safety zone in my personal faraday cage... If any of this doesn't make sense... blame whatever "they" are beaming at us... Here begins my thoughts on the exhaustion and dizziness: The exhaustion and dizziness hit me this Monday late afternoon.... I had to lie down before I fell down. I fell asleep immediately and slept better than I have in years. In the past few months I have gone from illness to illness... each a little worse than the one before. It started off with the Norovirus, followed by weeks of Meniere's attacks... then I had these "mini Meneiere's" which I discovered from my eye specialist were Migraine headaches. All three ailments involved throwing up... which I did for over a month. At the end of the month I noticed I had a sore throat. I thought it was raw from throwing up. It wasn't. I had a sore throat. It felt like strep. I treated it myself with colloidal silver and lots of vitamin C and herbs. The sore throat went away and I developed a cough. I treated the cough myself as I had with the sore throat. It didn't go away. It went into bronchitis so bad that I couldn't breathe. I went to the ER and they gave me the antibiotic that no humane doctor will prescribe. A 5 day course of Azithromycin (I may be wrong about the name, I'm too tired to look it up) -- The bronchitis went into pneumonia. I was so sick I could not get out of bed and had no idea what to take. I finally found a bottle of Oxylift and took it. The pneumonia lifted. I was able to do a little bit of research on the current wave of pneumonia. It is NOT a bacteria. The colloidal silver made me better, but it did not get rid of the pneumonia until I started the oxylift and other oxy products. There is so much more I could write about my bout with pneumonia, blood poisoning and cellulitis... there were so many times that the exhaustion was so profound that I literally could not lift my head off the pillow or even get out of bed. After the blood poisoning cleared up I felt much better. Cellulitis is very painful so the pain didn't leave for a while. I started feeling back to normal. During my illnesses I came to the conclusion that no one could have the series of health problems that I suffered without some kind of frequency based wave being shot at them. I knew that our government has these machines because they used them on Gunther to cause a heart attack. While he was being attacked from a helicopter, I became disoriented, dizzy and exhausted. I was barely able to remember that Gunther's SEAL team lived in a house on a hill above me. They had my home bugged so they knew if I was in danger during the many years he was in prison. I pulled myself out of the drugged dizziness I was feeling and yelled: "SEALS... SEALS... they are killing him. The helicopter... shoot it down... shoot it down." The beam weapon immediately stopped. Gunther stopped having heart pains. I ran out on my deck in time to see the helicopter moving out of the area in a hurry. This was my introduction to these kinds of weapons. In the 20 years since that attack these weapons have been given new delivery methods and can now induce illnesses through frequencies. Not all people are targets of the directed frequency beam weapons. But there are weapons that can be directed at an entire area through chemtrails and the strange looking clouds that are sometimes produced with the chemtrails... the clouds we refer to as scalar clouds due to their sawtooth formation. I don't understand how this works to deliver a frequency "illness", I just know that when the chemtrails that produce the scalar clouds move into an area, many people get sick... all from the same illness... and those who are old or chronically sick... sometimes die. But these deaths are never reported of data collected so we don't know about it. This Monday, I was finally well enough to buy the few things I needed to construct what I refer to as my "Faraday Cage". It's not a real Faraday cage, but it has worked in the past for me and I needed to buy the final pieces of my cage which were two screen doors to go a top my canopy bed. I have decided that most of the attacks on me probably come from a satellite, so the area I needed to protect the most was the area directly above where I slept. I was not going to give away my secret for fear that my enemies would find out what I had created to stop them and they would figure out a way to get around it. About two years ago a similar set of events hit me. At that time the ONLY thing that helped was circling my computer, my bed and my bedroom in a wire dog fence that I hooked up to an Energy Cleaner. It worked. I recovered from a series of illnesses that had resulted in liver failure. Living in my protected area, I was able to recover, but it took months. This Monday I bought the last things I needed to hook up my version of a Faraday Cage. I put the screen doors on top of my canopy and I hooked in the Energy Cleaner. On top of the screen doors I put up an aluminum emergency blanket. These are the thin silver blankets that everyone living in snow country has in their trunks and sometimes in their pockets. Not all of these blankets have aluminum in them. Most are made with a mylar plastic. I found my aluminum ones at Walmart. I would never have even thought of using them to block out various frequencies, like emf machines, if a friend had not told me that there was one with aluminum in it and I could find it at Walmart. On top of the screen doors, I put the thin mylar type aluminum blanket. But I had also taken 500 feet of aluminum and carefully laid it out on top of the aluminum mylar-like "blanket". Monday night was my first night of real sleep in months. I got up tuesday and started doing a lot of catch up work... and then it hit... exhaustion... dizziness... the feeling of imminent death... I could barely walk in a straight line. I tried to work on my computer instead of cleaning house and doing laundry... but I couldn't even sit up without swaying and almost falling off my chair. I tried to get up but I was swaying from one side to the other like I was in an earthquake. I finally made it to my bed and I fell sound asleep. Just like the sleep I had the first time that I slept in the safety of my personal Faraday Cage. I thought the frequency weapons were just a continuation of whatever attack has been aimed at me for the last few months... now I realize that others are being attacked in this way also. I am certain we are all being hit by something... I just am not sure what it is or why they would want to hit us with a beam that makes us dizzy and exhausted. I can see that they want us dead... but being dizzy and exhausted doesn't kill us... unless we are driving when it hits. What I wonder is if some people's systems translate what we are feeling as dizziness and exhaustion as a manic episode that can be compared to temporary insanity. There have been a streak of stabbings, hostage taking, and accidents in the last two days. I don't know anything about the company that was recommended for fabrics that shield from emf waves or frequencies. What I do know is what Gunther told me years ago... he said, "Most of the companies that sell stuff that is supposed to shield you from the government beam weapons are actually owned by the government and they don't work." I paraphrased him but I got his message right. When you seek help to fight the government... most of the places you go to get help are actually owned by the government or by a contractor who gets most of his contracts from the government so he/she does what the GOV tells him/her to do. I am still not fully recovered. Or maybe I am just feeling the exhaustion brought on by whatever this latest this is... I don't know what people who have to leave their homes to work can do... maybe make a strip piece of art on their ceilings with the aluminum blankets... they can be cut into strips and hung from the ceiling. The plan would expand checks to gun-show and Internet sales, but exempt certain personal transactions. The National Rifle Association and other gun-rights supporters voiced concern about the new proposal, saying it still goes too far. But the plan, offered by two lawmakers who are at the conservative end of their respective parties, could help ease opposition ahead of a final vote. If the bill ultimately passes the Senate, it would still have to pass the Republican-dominated House. "The hard work starts now," Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said after Thursday's vote. He assured Democrats that a proposal to renew the assault weapons ban and a ban on high-capacity magazines would get a vote as an amendment, though it was dropped from the main bill amid intense opposition. This is a DUMB or Deep Underground Military Base which is 100ft under the ground. The total area is 35 acres and was designed to safely house up to 4,000 central Government personnel in the event of a nuclear strike. Built in the 1950's.
