This carefully research article by Ellen Brown was first published in April 2009. It sheds light on the current crisis of the World monetary system. (GR ed. M. Ch.) In an April 7 [2009] article in The London Telegraph titled “The G20 Moves the World a Step Closer to a Global Currency,” Ambrose Evans-Pritchard wrote: “A single clause in Point 19 of the communiqué issued by the G20 leaders amounts to revolution in the global financial order. “‘We have agreed to support a general SDR allocation which will inject $250bn (£170bn) into the world economy and increase global liquidity,’ it said. SDRs are Special Drawing Rights, a synthetic paper currency issued by the International Monetary Fund that has lain dormant for half a century. “In effect, the G20 leaders have activated the IMF’s power to create money and begin global ‘quantitative easing’. In doing so, they are putting a de facto world currency into play. It is outside the control of any sovereign body. Conspiracy theorists will love it.” Indeed they will. The article is subtitled, “The world is a step closer to a global currency, backed by a global central bank, running monetary policy for all humanity.” Which naturally raises the question, who or what will serve as this global central bank, cloaked with the power to issue the global currency and police monetary policy for all humanity? When the world’s central bankers met in Washington last September, they discussed what body might be in a position to serve in that awesome and fearful role. A former governor of the Bank of England stated: “[T]he answer might already be staring us in the face, in the form of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). . . . The IMF tends to couch its warnings about economic problems in very diplomatic language, but the BIS is more independent and much better placed to deal with this if it is given the power to do so.”1 And if the vision of a global currency outside government control does not set off conspiracy theorists, putting the BIS in charge of it surely will. The BIS has been scandal-ridden ever since it was branded with pro-Nazi leanings in the 1930s. an advisory board to Congress and the advisory board of the Foundation for
Democracy in Iran (FDI). He regularly appears in national and international
media as an expert on Iran and counterterrorism in the Middle East.
Qasem Soleimani, the head of Iran’s Quds Forces, ordered
reconnaissance and intelligence gathering on various events and public
gatherings in the United States years ago, culminating in the bombings at the
Boston Marathon one week ago, WND has learned.
According to a source within Iran’s intelligence services, the Islamic regime’s Quds Forces, a special unit of the Revolutionary Guards in charge of extraterritorial operations, have done extensive planning on gatherings, events and high-value targets in the United States for some time, but for two years focused on events such as the Boston Marathon.
The source had earlier provided information that tied the
Islamic regime to the Boston attack and pointed to the collaboration of the
regime’s Quds Forces with the Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah and elements
of al-Qaida with links to an operational center in South Asia. He said that
under Quds Force guidance, Hezbollah recruited sympathizers through
collaborators connected to South Asia for terrorist activities in the U.S.
Another source in December told WND that the Quds Forces had drawn up plans for terrorist attacks in the U.S. starting within six months and that an operational team was in the United States to prepare for the attacks. He also said then that suicide bombers and potential terrorists were ready to attack Canada and European countries, including France and England.
The plan was to be automatically launched if America did not accept Iran’s nuclear program, if sanctions increased or a military confrontation took place. The regime felt it must act because current sanctions, which have already devastated Iran’s economy, could spark civilian rioting.
“Jihad in America: The Grand Deception,” is what to read when you really need to know the enemy’s strategy.
Another worry for the regime, the December source said, was that the push to oust Syrian President Bashar Assad would be a big blow to the Islamic regime and its activities in the region.
Editor’s note: Because of its importance, this writer immediately contacted Congressman Peter King at home and informed the New York Republican of the imminent threat. He urged that I contact his office the next day. The conversation was held with his aide, Kevin Caroll, who was not receptive and mostly dismissive.
Ultimately the information was shared with two U.S. agencies, which took the warning seriously. However, despite weeks of extensive work with the agencies, the informant could not provide accurate details of any specific operation.
But days before the Boston bombing, the source said, “My words will be proven.”
The new source in the Guards intelligence unit said the regime’s Quds Forces collaborated with Hezbollah and their operational centers in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The operational support teams on the Boston bombings can be linked to those centers, he said.
He also said those centers are actively recruiting a new wave of terrorists from non-Arabs and from Islam’s Sunni sect to avoid any trace back to Shiite Iran and Hezbollah and to either present an apparent link to al-Qaida or individuals acting on their own.
Their goal, he said, is to divert attention to Saudi Arabia and other Sunni countries that are in a proxy war with Iran over leadership in the region. As Iran is trying to destabilize Bahrain, Yemen and Saudi Arabia itself, those countries are trying to destabilize Syria, where Saudi Arabia and other Sunni states hope to oust Assad and confront Hezbollah.
Iran is prepared to continue such attacks within the U.S. homeland to create fear and uncertainty and divert America’s push to stop Iran’s nuclear program and oust Assad, he said.
In that regard, Iran extended its recruitment operations to the Caucasus, Dagestan and Chechnya, a move that Russia has denounced. Iran also has a major operational center in Azerbaijan, where tensions between that government and the Islamic regime remain high. Many terrorists have been arrested within Azerbaijan.
As previously reported, the two brothers who set off the bombs at the Boston Marathon were assets of a bigger network and were set up to be burned so there would be no link back to their handlers – and Iran. The source added that in the view of the Islamic regime, the terrorist attack in Boston was a success because U.S. homeland security was breached, much fear was created, and international media spread details of the attack — all with no direct link to the regime itself.
Based on information from a former member of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards intelligence unit who defected to a Scandinavian country, it was reported last year that the Islamic regime’s agents were active in the U.S. and were working to acquire intelligence that might be useful in terror attacks. The agents work on Americans who have converted to Islam with offers of a trip to the Iranian city of Qom, the site of hotbed seminaries and the center of Shia theology, where they are brainwashed and offered collaboration. The agents also use Islamic centers and mosques in the U.S. and other countries to recruit assets. The information was shared with U.S. officials.
An Iranian media site connected to the Quds Forces today reacted to WND’s exclusive report on April 16 that blamed the regime for the Boston attack, without denying the connection between the Chechen brothers to networks related to Hezbollah and the Quds Forces. The site likened the WND report to previous “claims” by the Obama administration about the terror plot on a Saudi diplomat in America, which it claimed was mocked internationally.
The source said the lack of a serious response by the Obama administration to that terror plot by Iran had only emboldened the regime to become more aggressive with its terrorist activities.

A member of the Japanese Yakuza was contacted by members of the cabal last
week and told to inform the White Dragon Society that “after Kennedy and Bush
would come Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton and one other.” Since the Boston terror
psy-ops included a bombing of the Kennedy Library and the missile attack in
Texas took place close to the Bush ranch, the warning seems to be a hint that
some major attacks linked to these two other presidents and “one other,” were
planned for the near future.Somebody has also placed a $1 billion bet on a major US stock market plunge this week in what may be a sign of foreknowledge of further major terrorist events, according to an MI5 source.
There is also evidence of a huge information war between two major factions in the US over the bombing attacks in Texas and Boston. The Department of Homeland Security (SS) Sabbatean mafia faction staged the Boston attack in an attempt to create a psychological atmosphere favourable to martial law, while the opposition inside the agencies clearly tried to sabotage this attack and make it clear to all this was government staged.
In contrast to this increasing infighting and negative news in the US, there has been very good news coming out of Asia last week. A White Dragon Society representative returned from Beijing where talks with Chinese military leaders made it clear China was not going to be fooled into war by any Sabbatean (Israeli) false flag attack in the area. In addition, on the subject of North Korea
it has been confirmed that talks with the South on reunification of the Korean peninsula are proceeding well. Furthermore, concrete moves are afoot for the normalization of relations between Japan and North Korea. The Pentagon has also given the green light for reunification of the Korean peninsula.
There is a lot we have been asked not to report at this time in order to prevent sabotage of the negotiations by Sabbatean agents. However, it will be major news when it does come out.
The Chinese military also said that even if they were forced to engage in military activity, they would not attempt anything big with their navy. Their navy is still so untested that during recent sea trials of their new aircraft carrier, most of sailors got seasick, on admiral offered as an example of their unpreparedness. If truly forced into war, they would use their overwhelming superiority in numbers on land, possibly in the Korean peninsula, the sources said. However, given the ongoing push for peace in the region, this was an extremely remote possibility.
The cabal attempts to ignite conflict in Korea and around the Senkaku/Diaoyu Islands have failed miserably, they said. The only result is that Jean Cohen from the Hoche group, who was paying demonstrators in China 1200 yuan a day to stage anti-Japanese protests has been put on a blacklist.
Lord James Sassoon is also no longer welcome in Japan for having incited and financed anti-Chinese psy-ops using Japanese puppets.
Also, in a move related to efforts for peace, a major campaign is being waged against Goldman Sachs and their flunkies in South Korea, according to an executive at a Japanese securities company. This was taking place in the form of Korean bankers working under Goldman Sachs overlords diverting loans to their friends and associates, the executive said.
With Asia aiming for harmonious independence and Europe in a holding pattern of slowly sinking into financial quicksand, the focus of conflict is now in the US/Israeli Sabbatean nexus and their Middle Eastern proxies where it is clear a gigantic war for control is accelerating. The anti-Sabbatean forces in the Middle East are hoping to topple the Saudi regime in order to cut off the Sabbatean controlled oil money.
Also, the 180 nations BRICS alliance is busy creating an alternative to OPEC in order to liberate the global financial system from dependence on the Petro-dollar, Chinese government and CIA sources both say.
In the US, the cabal corporate propaganda machine was clearly dealt a vicious blow by the insider sabotage of the Boston bomb attack psychological warfare operation. In one example directly known to this writer, the MI6 operative “Alexander” called the Australian embassy in Tokyo one hour before the Boston attack and warned them it was coming in a call that must have been recorded as forensic evidence. There was also a press conference for the corporate media where it was to be announced that a single white male right-winger had been arrested for carrying out the attack, according to pentagon sources. However, when it became clear the scenario for this lone bomber had been leaked in advance, a last minute switch was made to “Chechens.”
In any case, so many people have torn holes into the “official” story that there is no need to repeat that here.
Rather, we need to realize the sabotage of the operation means very powerful groups within the intelligence/military community are now fighting against the cabal by sabotaging their psy-ops “events” like Sandy Hook and now Boston.
The sending of letters containing the poison Ricin to politicians including Obama, is eerily similar to the sending of anthrax letters after 911 and is probably also aimed at exposing the cabal by carrying out obvious acts like this.
In addition to this, we have seen the huge downplaying by the Sabbatean cabal corporate media of what was clearly a missile attack in Texas very close to the Bush ranch there. This may have been intended to take out a Bush military munitions dump, an MI5 source speculated.
There is clearly more in the works. The phone call I received immediately after the attacks warning about future attacks linked to Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton need to be taken seriously. The aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan was in Hong Kong when this warning was issued and relevant parties were warned of a possible attack against it. An earthquake in California is another possibility. Places associated with the Clintons include Georgetown University and Little Rock, Arkansas.
What remains to be seen though, is a pentagon move into the Washington D.C. cesspool of corruption. Clearly the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI and the Justice Department have been implicated in the Boston terror attack against the American people.
The pentagon and agency white hats say they have been waiting for the legal basis to make a move against the corrupt political establishment. However, with the US legal system under the control of bribed and corrupt people at the highest level, it is clear the terrorist Sabbatean mafia is only going to be removed by men with guns.
That may happen sooner rather than later. One US source said Obama was negotiating with the Saudi government for refugee status if he is ousted.

Anybody who is even partially aware knows that a fascist coup d’etat has taken place in the West. History teaches us that if we do not fight this take over to the death, we will be killed anyway. The only people who do not understand this are either part of the fascist regime or else so hopelessly dumbed down and brainwashed they can only be saved when the fascist propaganda machine is turned off. History also teaches us that if the people do become ready to fight to the death, fascists, who are cowardly bullies at heart, surrender almost without resistance.
To understand how and why we must overthrow the criminal regimes of the West, especially the United States, I believe Argentina makes a good case study because the group that took over Argentina is the same one that staged a fascist coup in the US after 911 and staged a slow motion take-over of the EU.
My father was Canadian Ambassador to Argentina during the dirty war and as a result I was a front line witness to those events. Although he was an atheist, he worked with the Catholic Church in a secret battle to save lives there.
The first thing to note is that the Jesuits have been slaughtered en masse several times in Latin America for helping the poor and downtrodden and thus learned to be very careful when dealing with the military wing of the Roman Empire in South America. To get an idea, please watch the movie “The Mission.” The Argentine dirty war, in which 30,000 people were kidnapped, tortured and killed, was just the latest in an ancient history of Roman military slaughter.
When I was there our next door neighbor was kidnapped twice. We had a 24-hour Argentinian special forces guard stationed at our house. One of them showed me his notebook from the police academy; it was filled with instructions on how to make bombs. He said he had been told to set off bombs so the military government could justify their fascist government by blaming it on the “terrorists.” He also said that he and his buddies grabbed leftists, hippies as well as “known criminals or troublemakers” and killed them in order to “make Argentina safe.”
Once, when some of the junta generals were at our house for dinner, my mother asked about the fate of some “leftists” who had recently been arrested. The general (I cannot remember which one) said “torture must not be handled by sadists, it needs to be done rationally and without emotion.”
During a bus trip down to the South of the country, me and a friend talked about things like Carlos Castaneda (of the Don Juan books) and marijuana. The bus was suddenly stopped by military policemen who came into the bus, pointed machine guns at us and dragged us off the bus. If I did not have a Canadian passport saying my father was a diplomat, we would have been tortured and killed. In our case, we were let go after they searched us thoroughly (and took whatever they liked). It turns out the police went after us because the lady sitting in front of us did not like our conversation and informed on us.
There were also cases at the time of things like people getting rid of rival suitors by calling the police and anonymously accusing them of being communists or the like.
My father risked his career to fight these fascists.
Here is a shortened version of the recollections of my father published in a local Ottawa, Canada news site by his colleague Pierre Beemans:
It was in a line-up at the supermarket on Holy Saturday that I learned of the death of Dwight Fulford, some four years ago…the news left me feeling that I had a chance to say goodbye and to remind him of why I held him in such high esteem.
It goes back to 1978, when Dwight was Head of Post in Argentina and I was in Buenos Aires as the working head of the Canadian delegation to one of those endless UN conferences on how to improve the world. As ambassador, Dwight was the formal head of delegation, but he made it clear when I checked in to the embassy that he had lots of other things on his plate and would be happy if he could show up for only the opening and closing sessions. Buenos Aires in 1978 wasn’t the happy place that I had first known in 1962. The generals were in power and the ‘Dirty War’ was in full swing: union leaders, journalists, student radicals, progressive priests, leftwing politicians and just about anyone with the wrong kind of books were being rounded up and questioned — if not jailed, tortured and tossed out of planes over the South Atlantic. A few militant groups, notably the ‘Monteneros’, were trying armed resistance but theirs was a hopeless cause.
Little of this touched the several thousand foreign delegates to the conference as we shuttled between our luxury hotels…Then he touched my arm and said, “Something’s come up at the Embassy. You might want to join me for this.” It seemed that a young woman and her 4-year old son had come into the Embassy early in the afternoon and, after closing hour, were refusing to leave and asking for protection…It seems that she had received two visits from the police asking her for the whereabouts of her husband, known to be a sympathizer of the Monteneros. She had told them that she hadn’t seen him for two years, that he was in hiding somewhere unknown, that she had received neither news nor money from him, and that she wanted nothing to do with him or his politics. The police didn’t believe her and in the second visit they told her that if she didn’t know, she certainly had ways to find out; if she didn’t provide them with an answer in 48 hours, she would be arrested and interrogated more ‘formally’, and she could say good-bye to her child. She and her son had left their house [and went to the embassy] with just the clothes on their backs so as not to arouse suspicion.
I asked Dwight if he believed her story. “Of course,” he replied, “this is happening every day in Argentina. Just the fact of coming here like this makes it impossible for her to return home. Their lives are in danger but they can’t stay here.” Dwight went out to the police guards outside the doors, told them he was locking up for the night, thanked them for their attention and wished them a pleasant night with their families. As soon as they were gone, we took the elevator with the woman and the child down to the basement garage. After the driver checked carefully, we bundled them into the ambassadorial limousine and drove away.
I asked Dwight where he was going to take them. “I don’t know yet,” he said, “and no need for you to know. I’ll figure something out. Good night and have a safe trip home.” Dwight was not a person for long speeches.
I learned some years later when our paths crossed again that he had found a place for them to stay while he made arrangements to get them out of the country. I gather it was worked out through the good offices of the Papal Nuncio. If he had been found out, of course, he would have been ‘ persona non grata-ed’ within hours, probably with an even frostier fate awaiting him on his return to Ottawa.
My father never talked about such things with us and he carried most of such stories to the grave with him. My mother recalls he once got a call from somebody thanking for saving his live and he did not even remember who the person was. The fact is though, he saved somewhere between 7,000 and 15,000 lives during his tenure as Ambassador to Argentina. He also saved large amounts of people from Fidel Castro’s concentration camps in Cuba during the early 1960’s. The only thanks he got from his government was to be taken off the fast track for promotion by the corrupt Prime Minister Brian Mulroney.
It makes me deeply ashamed the current Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper, is cooperating with those same tyrannical forces by allowing the Canadian military to participate in criminal military actions in places like Libya. You can be sure, though the forces of justice will one day catch up with him.
In any case, although my father did what he could in the circumstances he was in, I believe we need to be more pro-active and take the battle to the fascists.
If the US patriotic military wishes to restore the Republic of the United States and fight for justice and human rights, then it is time to act.

Wednesday rejecting firearm background checks.
“All in all, this is a pretty shameful day for Washington,” Obama said from
the Rose Garden after the vote. “The American people are trying to figure out —
how can something that has 90 percent support not happen?”“I know how this is going to end, and the despair and the dismay of the families standing out there whose safety we need to protect, and we don’t do it. I am really chagrined,” said Senator Dianne Feinstein, who had sponsored a measure to outlaw semiautomatic firearms liberals erroneously characterize as “assault weapons” for political effect.
“Show some guts,” she admonished her colleagues.
“I think we’re going to continue to work for the right thing to be done. I think the senators who voted against this will have to live with that vote, and I think they’re going to have to account for themselves,” Peter Read said. Read’s daughter was killed at Virginia Tech.
In fact, the senators who voted the bill down will have to live with supporting the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Second Amendment specifically states that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed.
Moreover, the liberal chorus call echoed by the establishment media demanding the Senate legislate by the result of public surveys – specifically, the Quinnipiac University poll showing 90 percent of Americans believe in background checks – runs counter to the fact America was not established as a democracy. The founders intended the United States to be a constitutional republic.
Liberals and socialists, of course, prefer a democracy where opinion can be manipulated and a majority can impose its will on a minority.
“Democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where 51% of the people may take away the rights of the other 49%.” said Thomas Jefferson.
Senate Democrats will now work to reintroduce anti-Second Amendment legislation. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Nevada Democrat, voted against Manchin-Toomey for procedural reasons in order to preserve the right to bring the measure back up.
