Hi Everyone So now let us get to our business at hand, that of the currency re Today’s News I must explain some recent events that occurred this week concerning the 2010 IMF Reforms and news from Iraq how it all affects the global reset process. In my last news letter from earlier in the week I stated there was ongoing global meeting about 2010 IMF Reforms consisting of finance ministers and heads of the central banks of G20. The meeting began last Wednesday and concluded on last Tuesday 4/15. It was held in Washington D.C. I also stated the primary objectives of the meeting where to iron out and negotiate how they could proceed with or without the USA in the global reset process. There were penalties to pay if USA did not  accept these reforms, something by the way they agreed to in 2010 in order for the IMF to even think about going forward with the global reset process in the first place. A process that has taken many years to put together, to plan and to finally implement. As speculative investors in the IQD, VND and other currencies we have seen the lack of much cooperation with the USA. The recent delay for the RV partially has been the reluctance of the USA in giving up it's veto power regarding IMF mandates and rules.  This has now all changed, so the good news of today. I have some more news on this topic for you as I literally just go off the phone with my IMF contact. Today is early Friday morning and the news could not get any better. Let me first remind you that I have said repeatedly that the passing of the Iraq 2014 budget is dependent on the IQD currency revaluation announcement and not the other way around. In other words watch for the GCR and you will then see the announcement of passing or the high likelihood of the Iraq budget passing in the near future. The two would coincide nicely. Watch for one and you would see the other. If you were listening then to my past news letters you can now see the connection and what is about to happen. Significant Recent Events First I have found out the USA and the IMF have reached a mutual decision on how to handle these reforms, in particular the voting rights issues. I do not have all the details and if I had them probably could not share them anyhow, but I have been assured the issue is no longer a problem for the process to move forward. Secondly, another reason for the delay has been the release of the new UST notes to the general public in USA. These notes are now sitting in the USA banks ready to be disseminated. The plan is now to carryout the original plan with minor change and will more forward. Remember do not expect to see these notes all at once. There is a plan to gradually introduce the notes as the older, worn out, torn and marked up currency is turned back into the Federal Reserve for destruction. It’s like recycling money…..lol…. Thirdly I have been told today also the Iraq GOI has reached an agreement with the Kurds on the budget. In the news in Iraq today an MP for the State of Law coalition has announced that an agreement was reached between them and the Kurds on the budget issues....and the bill should be passed……da,,,da,,,da, We have heard like news before then nothing happens, the voting is postponed again. So what makes this news today any more special?  Read on I will tell you. Summary So this news today from Iraq is very special since it coincides with what we are now hearing from the IMF on progress made at the meeting this past week in DC. So what came first the chicken or the egg? Will some other issue arise before they can finalize this process? I am now hearing they have a target end date of April 30 to complete the current phase of the global reset process. They can now move forward. The stalemate between the IMF and the USA is over!  Hurrey ,,Hurrey ! Do you see now why they are making all these announcements in Iraq today ? Remember the events of the IMF global reset and the budget announcement news articles go hand in hand. We have seen this all along in the global reset process. If Iraq should, for some reason, stall on the budget passing once again we will know the global reset is also stalled, once again. But for now I see no new issues. We are so close to the final activation of these currency rate changes at the banks I can hardly stand the excitement. Mein hubby told me to calm down and just let my readers know what is going on. So here is the news today. I have watched the contact in the IMF now (once again) notify Iraq that these changes were about to be effective and that their currency was about to go international. Iraq then took the necessary steps to tell their people, they then move ahead on their part. The RV train is moving once again …..lol…. By KEITH ROGERS LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL BUNKERVILLE — Wearing a cowboy hat and with a copy of the U.S. Constitution poking from his shirt pocket, controversial rancher Cliven Bundy on Friday asked dozens of supporters of his cattle-grazing feud with federal land managers what they thought of U.S. Sen. Harry Reid calling them “domestic terrorists.” “Are you guys domestic terrorists?” he asked the crowd gathered around a stage near the north bank of the Virgin River. The supporters, many wearing name tags that said “domestic terrorist,” erupted with cheers and applause. “That’s what I thought. I thought Harry was right,” said the 67-year-old Bundy, who was accompanied by armed escorts. He made the statement before a “Patriot Party” that started at 5 p.m. with music by Madison Rising and Ron Keel, who sang with Black Sabbath briefly in 1984. A party atmosphere among a few hundred people grew as more supporters trickled in around 5 p.m. Some people were cooling off in the river while dozens of armed militia members wearing camouflaged fatigues patrolled in and around the area. Bundy was reacting to Reid’s comments Thursday in Las Vegas describing him as a law-breaker for not paying grazing fees and an estimated $1 million he owes the Bureau of Land Management for 20 years of non-compliance with public lands grazing privileges and defiance of court orders to remove up to 900 head of his desert cattle that roamed the Gold Butte area. BLM agents and contractors on horseback and helicopters rounded up more than 300 of the herd but released them back to Bundy and his backers after an armed standoff on April 12. Because his militia supporters had rifles and assault weapons pointed to where federal officers guarded a corral holding the cattle, Reid on Thursday said a task force would be assigned to deal with what he described as domestic terrorists. The Bundy camp had asked that the federal law enforcers remove their guns and secure them in a truck while the cattle were released. At Friday’s news conference, Bundy said, “We’re not asking the county sheriff to disarm the citizens of the United States. We’re asking the United States to take the government-issued guns away from these people, and when they have uniforms on they shouldn’t be packing a gun.” Asked what he’d do if he was served with a warrant for violating federal laws, Bundy answered, “What I said is, I’d yield to the sheriff but I wouldn’t yield to the feds.” If the sheriff served the warrant he said he’d surrender. “Well, I’d have to.” He said he has a right to graze his cattle on public land, not just a privilege. “They’re rights. And I own those rights,” he said. Bundy told his supporters that they were the heroes in the standoff, not him. “You are the heroes. You people are the ones who did it,” Bundy told them. When a few of the supporters were asked what they thought of Reid calling them “domestic terrorists,” they welcomed the label. “Him and his organization are the terrorists of this country,” John Vasilchin, 85, of Las Vegas, said about Reid. “They’ve been destroying this country for the last eight years and previously back to (President Bill) Clinton,” Vasilchin said. Mike Vanderboegh said he will unveil the “2014 incitement to civil war trophy” to Reid on Saturday at the protest area. “Harry Reid said this ain’t over. You better believe this ain’t over,” said Vanderboegh, a self-described “Second Amendment activist” from Alabama. Sitting inside his camper off a road in view of the Virgin River, Thomas Firth offered his perspective on Reid’s domestic terrorist description. “That would be typical of Senator Harry Reid,” said Firth, 64, of Anza, Calif. “Seems like it was a few years ago when we all got lumped either as a Christian, or a veteran or ‘you own a gun.’ You got lumped into that. “If that’s the moniker they want to put on this, well so be it. I take a little bit different look at it. I think we are people who are actually standing up for our rights,” said Firth, a former cattle rancher.” Star Hill, 45, made the short drive to the the rally from Logandale. “For him to stoop to name-calling is probably pretty appropriate considering what people think of him,” she said about Reid. She said she doesn’t consider herself a terrorist. Instead, “I consider myself somebody who came out to the river for a picnic.” This is a developing story. Check back for updates. I used to love Corona’s commercials. They were so peaceful and relaxing. That is until I found out that the beer contains GMO Corn Syrup and Propylene Glycol. Propylene Glycol is controversial, and is said to may be potentially harmful to your health.

4. Miller Lite

This is another very popular beer in America that contains GMOs. Miller Lite contains GMO corn and corn syrup. It’s “GMO time”.

5. Michelob Ultra

Less popular but still readily available Michelob beer, should be eliminated from your choices. This beer has been found to contain a genetically modified sweetener (GMO dextrose).

6. Guinness

Guinness is often praised for its smoothness.  However, several investigations proved that Guinness ingredients are quite disturbing. The beer  contains fish bladder and high fructose corn syrup. High fructose corn syrup has been long banned from many stores and drinks.

7. Coors Light

Coors light is a drink that is very popular at bars and among college students.  Mostly because it’s cheap. The beer contains GMO corn syrup.

8. Pabst Blue Ribbon

Pabst Blue Ribbon contains GMO corn and GMO corn syrup.

Healthy Beer Alternatives

So when it comes to beer you have to be very careful. Your best option is to find a microbrewery that you can trust. As with everything, try to avoid cheap, low-quality products. Bars may offer Coors Light, Miller Lite or Budweiser specials, but they are cheap for a reason. The rest of the world is banning GMOs everywhere, while USA is lagging years behind, and only several states offer GMO labeling laws. Try to stay away from any American beers. Choose organic beer. Beers that contain 100% organic labels, have to have ingredients that are all 100% organic. While an “organic” label just means 95% of it will be organic.  European beer is most likely to be safe from GMO ingredients but unfortunately, most other beer contains GMO artificial ingredients, stabilizers, grains and preservatives, plus, HFCS.

However, the identity of this budding filmmaker appears to be untraceable. The short film summarizes the story of the remarkable Nikola Tesla, Serbian- American inventor, best known for his contributions to the design of the alternating current (AC) electricity supply system that we use today. It includes some of Tesla's most stunning quotes, which I have never heard before. After a career of staggering achievements and financial ups and downs, Tesla, 86, died alone and in debt, in Room 3327 of the Hotel New Yorker on January 7, 1943, The cause of death was determined to be coronary thrombosis, with no suspicious circumstances. Two days later, after learning of Tesla's death, the FBI seized Tesla's entire estate, which was transported to the Manhattan Storage and Warehouse Company under OAP seal. In 1952, after constant pressure from Tesla's nephew, Sava Kosanovic, Tesla's belongings (original papers, thousands of letters, photographs and most of Tesla's inventions including the remote-controlled boat, wireless fluorescent lamps, motors, turbines, etc.) was shipped to Belgrade, in 80 trunks marked "N.T." The next shoe just dropped: court decision denies attorney-client privilege

April 18, 2014 Sovereign Valley Farm, Chile In the Land of the Free, people grow up hearing a lot of things about their freedom. You're told that you live in the freest country on the planet. You're told that other nations 'hate you' for your freedom. And you're told that you have the most open and fair justice system in the world. This justice system is supposedly founded on bedrock principles-- things like a defendant being presumed innocent until proven guilty. The right to due process and an impartial hearing. The right to counsel and attorney-client privilege. Yet each of these core pillars has been systematically dismantled over the years: 1. So that it can operate with impunity outside of the law, the federal government has set up its own secret FISA courts to rubber stamp NSA surveillance. According to data obtained by the Electronic Privacy Information Center, of the nearly 34,000 surveillance requests made to FISA courts in the last 35-years, only ELEVEN have been rejected. Unsurprising given that FISA courts only hear the case from the government's perspective. It is literally a one-sided argument in FISA courts. Hardly an impartial hearing, no? 2. The concept of 'innocent until proven guilty' may officially exist in courts, but administratively it was thrown out long ago. These days there are hundreds of local, state, and federal agencies that can confiscate your assets, levy your bank account, and freeze you out of your life's savings. None of this requires a court order. By the time a case goes to court, you have been deprived of the resources you need to defend yourself. You might technically be presumed innocent, but you have been treated and punished like a criminal from day one. 3. Attorney-Client privilege is a long-standing legal concept which ensures that communication between an attorney and his/her client is completely private. In Upjohn vs. the United States, the Supreme Court itself upheld attorney-client privilege as necessary "to encourage full and frank communication between attorneys and their clients and thereby promote broader public interests in the observance of law. . ." It doesn't matter what you're accused of-- theft. treason. triple homicide. With very limited exceptions, an attorney cannot be compelled to testify against a client, nor can their communications be subpoenaed for evidence. Yet in a United States Tax Court decision announced on Wednesday, the court dismissed attorney client privilege, stating that: "When a person puts into issue his subjective intent in deciding how to comply with the law, he may forfeit the privilege afforded attorney-client communications." In other words, if a person works with legal counsel within the confines of the tax code to legitimately minimize the amount of taxes owed, that communication is no longer protected by attorney-client privilege. Furthermore, the ruling states that if the individuals do not submit attorney-client documentation as required, then the court would prohibit them from introducing any evidence to demonstrate their innocence. Unbelievable. While it's true that attorney-client privilege has long been assailed in numerous court cases (especially with regards to tax matters), this decision sets the most dangerous precedent yet. With this ruling, government now has carte blanche to set aside long-standing legal protections and even deny a human being even the chance to defend himself. Naturally, you won't hear a word about this in the mainstream media. But it certainly begs the question, what's the point of even having a trial? Or a constitution? When every right and protection you have can be disregarded in their sole discretion, one really has to wonder how anyone can call it a 'free country' any more. Until next week, Simon Black
