How do I know? It was obvious!

The nanosecond, AND I MEAN THE EXACT INSTANT the FCC was given control over the web to "regulate only how service providers throttle your bandwidth", I could not get a secure connection to this web server. That has never happened before, and with this web site now being 8 years old, never seeing this cannot be attributed to a lack of experience. Now, when I log in, EVERY TIME it says "failed to establish secure connection" and after three or more crashed log in attempts, complete with matrix style gibberish on the screen crashed out to white, it allows an insecure connection (probably by riding me in on the desktop of a computer at the FCC) and I can at least get to this edit page. However, I cannot get anywhere else.

If I want to get into E-mail, I have to hack my own server. That is easy because it is mine. But because of what the FCC put into place, there is no mail application that can access the mails and show them to me like normal. It all turns to the same white screen gibberish and crashes out, saying it is not secure. To read mail, I have to access the raw data from the back side. That is not very efficient.

A warning to all the truth sites out there, I believe I know why I noticed this:

I am running an old version of Linux Live that probably has not had all the new government bells and whistles added, and therefore it is not completely compatible with whatever hackware the FCC is running, so I am seeing glitches. If you are someone who bitches about windows security yet is still naive enough to run any Microsoft product while administering your truth site, you are probably newly hacked and cannot see it because your software was designed to be compatible with their hacks and never warn you of anything nefarious going on in the background. YOU ARE MOST DEFINITELY HACKED whether or not you can see it, and God only knows why they are up your rear with a stethoscope. Don't count on Windows firewall, Norton or any other "security software" to warn you that you are not running securely, you can safely bet that your !!WINDOWS!! hack has been beta tested on 5,000 different workstations in an NSA hole somewhere and certified bug free so you never notice. Let this also be a warning: THEY HAVE DELAYED THE RELEASE OF THEIR NEW REGULATION UNTIL THEY CAN FIND A WAY TO WRITE IT WHICH DESTROYS ALL INFORMATION COMPETITION AND EITHER GETS IT LOCKED UP OR BLOWN OFFLINE FOR VIOLATION OF THIS LEGISLATION WE HAVE YET TO SEE, TAKE PRECAUTIONS, THERE WILL PROBABLY BE CLASSIFIED SECTIONS NEVER RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC.THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO SIT ON YOUR ASS WAITING FOR THE NEXT THING TO HAPPEN.
The problems, which showed up the instant the FCC took over speak volumes - with the main points being that this takeover was planned for a long time, the systems were already in place to hack people well in advance and they just gave the go to make it happen, and the legislation was known in advance to be approved, with the public announcement being nothing but a dog and pony show.
They are waiting to gauge public response before letting us see their regulations because they are not written yet, and they want to know how to best smash the people before releasing a custom version that will best accomplish that. HILLARY CLINTON HERSELF SAID THE WEB HAD TO BE DESTROYED BECAUSE IT MADE THEIR PSY OPS IMPOSSIBLE, and now that they got their death warrant they want to know if the "kikenet is leaking" and if anyone will talk about it the way I am here so they will know if everything they have planned for everyone will be a perfect enough ambush.
I strongly advise ALL web admins to take precautions, THERE IS NO CALM, ONLY STORM AND YOU DON'T KNOW THAT BECAUSE THE MEDIA BLACKOUT HAS YOUR HEAD STUFFED IN A CAVE AND YOUR OS IS SO PERFECTLY HACKED. They are probably gathering information during this "calm" so they can trump up ways to prosecute all dissent out of existence. TAKE PRECAUTIONS NOW, NOT LATER.

TO MAKE IT CLEAR: 1. Immediately (and I mean the second) the FCC took over, it takes at least 3 attempts to get into this web site to administer it and my older and more secure version of Firefox that is embedded on my Linux Live CD and therefore unchangeable tells me the administrator log in to my web site is hacked and cannot be established securely, when over the past 8 years administrator log ins to this web site worked the FIRST TIME EVERY TIME and never had this glitch. This is TOTALLY new. Now, EVERY SINGLE TIME it takes 3 or more crashes to get in, all of them caused by a security violation WITH LINUX LIVE RUNNING ON AN OLD "LEGACY" AMD PROCESSOR. IMPOSSIBLE!, unless the hack is totally web based and between me and the server.
2. After getting into this web site to administer it, log ins to E-mail via the web site portal (which also need their own separate secure connection) say the exact same thing, that it is impossible to establish a secure connection, and the mail log ins crash permanently with no log in possible at all no matter how much I try.
3. If you are administering an alternative media web site while running Windows and not noticing anything, it is only because Windows has been designed to be hacked from the ground up. It was probably written by the NSA and Microsoft is a front company. This is definitely true to one degree or another if not entirely true. However, Linux is not as controlled, and due to the differences in hardware platforms and the fact that much of Linux is accomplished via reverse engineering to get hardware to work via second party drivers gives the NSA and other spooks a far more difficult problem to work with. Though they may have at least definitely ensured they will be able to hack any Linux distro, those hacks may not be perfectly smooth sailing on all hardware platforms. THAT is why I am seeing these problems, they did not work the bugs out of this particular distro well enough which allows me to see very noticeable cracks in the matrix.

The White House has plans to legalize 13 to 15 million illegal immigrants who will then establish a “country within a country.”

The following Mark Levin interview with Susan Payne is shocking but it also puts all the pieces into place.

Unbeknownst to the Obama officials, Ms. Payne was invited to listen in on conference calls at an immigration rally. Cecilia Munoz, director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, and 16 members of the White House cabinet were on the first call. White House officials were on all three calls.  What Ms. Payne learned needs to be immediately shared with Congress and the public.

It should be noted that Ted Hayes, founder of America’s Black Shield, also listened in on these calls.

The “Task Force of New Americans” and the “Receiving Communities” are part of a plan by the Obama administration to develop a “country within a country” which will eventually form a new, and instantly fundamentally transformed United States.

The conference calls and meetings surrounding the task force made it clear Barack Obama is planning to legalize and protect 13 to 15 million illegal immigrants who will then be moved onto citizenship.

When these “new Americans” come out of the shadows, the communities in which they’ve been placed will be designated as “receiving communities.”

The “new Americans” are considered “seedlings” by the White House and the “receiving communities” are the “fertile ground” to nurture them, according to comments made during the meetings.

Citizens will then be pushed into the shadows as the “New Americans” come out of the shadows.

One member of the task force said they will be forming a “country within a country”.

At the meetings, it was said that “immigrants need to be aware of benefits they are entitled to”.

The participants in the meeting also discussed the fact that these immigrants would not be interested in assimilating. They would “navigate not assimilate”.

Obama’s plan is to treat the “new Americans” as refugees as soon as amnesty is pushed through.

Refugees are given an allowance, housing, food, medical care, education, and an immediate pathway to citizenship.

The meeting participants also discussed the need to convince state and local officials to give no interest loans to the “refugees.” This way we can fund our own destruction.

Radio interview conducted by Mark Levin with Sue Payne of WCBM, Baltimore, MD. The clip sheds light on the White House strategy with regards to "amnesty" and introduces terms like "White House Task Force on New Americans", "Receiving Communities" and "Emerging Immigrant Communities".

All this information was available in November, only the goals were not so clearly stated.

It’s not just those who receive amnesty, it’s all the immigrants he is transporting from the Middle East, Africa, Haiti and so on.

He has tied the hands of Border Patrol and ICE. He has opened our borders and refuses to vet those who get through.

President Obama often rules by memos and he did so in the case of the task force and receiving communities. On November 21, 2014, he issued the Presidential Memorandum — Creating Welcoming Communities and Fully Integrating Immigrants and Refugees for the purpose of creating welcoming communities and fully integrating immigrants and refugees.

It was established at the same time as his task force and its entire purpose was to provide entitlements for “new Americans.”

We mustn’t forget that the Obama administration hand selected neighborhoods that would take illegal immigrants, most noticeably this past summer when he flew them all over the country and wouldn’t tell anyone where they were. They were not only children, there were many more adults.

Cecilia Munoz, who was in on the conference call, is tied to LaRaza and it is LaRaza and other radical open borders groups who are behind forcing illegal immigrants onto neighborhoods and then treating them like a protected class.

A HUD rule passed in July 2013 was reversed by a U.S. District Court but it does look like the plan to develop “receiving communities.”

Judge Richard Leon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia reversed it because he objected to the department overstepping its powers to legislate and deliver outcomes never intended by Congress.

Reversed or not, it shows where the administration is going.

The rule by Obama’s Housing and Urban Development (HUD) would allow the government to infringe on the rights of one group to benefit another group in a “protected class”.

HUD “published the regulation pursuant to the Fair Housing Act that defines discrimination as actions or policies that while neutral and nondiscriminatory in their intent have a disparate impact, shown through statistics, on a group of persons defined in terms of race (and other protected groups)”, according to the Weekly Standard.

The rule would give the government the power to redistribute illegal immigrants, drug addicts, criminals, everyone who fits into a “protected class” according to the government’s definition throughout every neighborhood in the country and do it according to racial quotas.

The rule ties government zoning rules to HUD grants and it opens communities up to lawsuits if they refuse their quota.

It transforms neutral policies and actions into racism.

The federal government – HUD – would influence zoning laws by providing set standards, guidelines, and goals to “measure” and “assess” how well a community is meeting its Fair Housing obligations. It works in conjunction with Obama’s neighborhood mapping and his ultimate goal of redistributing all the resources in every neighborhood in the United States.

The Supreme Court will weigh in on this issue soon. Whether the Fair Housing Act supports disparate impact claims is currently pending on writ of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court in Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs v. The Inclusive Communities Project, Inc., Case No. 13-1371.

It won’t matter, Obama is forcing illegal immigrants on neighborhoods throughout the country with or without this rule.

Barack Obama and his administration appear to be social engineering us into a new America.

Iraqi Army Allegedly Downs A US Helicopter For Providing Weapons To ISIS: Report

The Iraqi Army has once again claimed that it has downed a

NATO aircraft that was providing military assistance directly

to ISIS according to Iranian FARS News Agency.

This time, the Iraqis are claiming they shot down a US Helicopter in the Al-Bagdadi region in Anbar Province last week. The reason for shooting the helicopter, according to FARS and, apparently, high-ranking Iraqi officials, was that the helicopter was carrying weapons to ISIS. Head of the Iraqi Parliament’s National Security and Defense Committee and senior Iraqi legislator, Hakem al-Zameli has stated that the Iraqi government is constantly receiving reports from its security forces that NATO aircraft is dropping weapons to ISIS.

Zameli claims that the reason for the airdrops is that NATO wishes to prolong the situation in Anbar Province for geopolitical purposes. Zameli stated that “The Iraqi Parliament’s National Security and Defense Committee has access to the photos of both planes that are British and have crashed while they were carrying weapons for the ISIL.”

Indeed, the claims come only one week after a video was released purporting to show a US Chinook helicopter dropping at least two boxes of weapons to ISIS and flying a low altitudes unmolested over ISIS-controlled territory south of Fallujah. It is reported that the footage was filmed by Hezbollah Brigades based in Iraq. In order to prove the fact that they did indeed down an American helicopter the FARS report claims that the Iraqi fighters posted a picture of the chopper and the weapons that were recovered from the wreckage.

The alleged downing of the US Helicopter comes on the heels of an alleged downing of two UK planes by Iraqi forces using the same reason (NATO dropping weapons to ISIS) as justification. In this regard, Zameli stated that “The Iraqi Parliament’s National Security and Defense Committee has access to the photos of both planes that are British and have crashed while they were carrying weapons for the ISIL.” There are also reports that some US helicopters have landed in Fallujah, a stronghold of ISIS fighters in Iraq for the purpose of completing airdrops to al-Qaeda/ISIS. The al-Ahad News website has quoted Khalaf Tarmouz, head of the al-Anbar Provincial Council as saying “We have discovered weapons made in the US, European countries and Israel from the areas liberated from ISIL’s control in Al-Baqdadi region.” Tarmouz also claimed that weapons made in Israel and Europe were also discovered in Ramadi. “The US drops weapons for the ISIL on the excuse of not knowing about the whereabouts of the ISIL positions and it is trying to distort the reality with its allegations,” he said. These reports are by no means the first time that the United States, Europe, or Israel have been implicated in the arming and support of ISIS. It is, however, the first time Iraqi forces (since the initial US invasion of 2003) have mounted a direct resistance to US and NATO treachery.

However, this only gives a partial picture, so let’s get a little bit more into detail about what I have learned recently on the details about escaping the Afterlife Trap (AIF) once and for all.

States Reassert Their Authority

The Tenth Amendment in the Bill of Rights states:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”

Is it possible that our newly elected state senators and representatives got the message? Represent us or prepare to vacate office. Let us hope the ones in Washington are as wise. Two months into 2015 sees at least 200 new state bills that are attempting to nullify federal government overreach. In most instances, these bills are bipartisan.

Mike Maharrey, Director of Center Communication said he has never seen this much dissatisfaction in states toward Washington micromanagement by bureaucrats. He points out that when the federal government decided to ban alcohol, it required a constitutional amendment to accomplish that and a second one to repeal it. That is the way it should be.

The president, his czars and appointed bureaucrats have taken over our federal government and need to be stopped. The Constitution is one tool that can accomplish it. Which is why dictators-in-chiefs and their flunkies don't like it, try to convince people that it is an antiquated piece of paper and attempt to relegate it to the attic of archives.

The states are opposing Washington on a variety of issues from Second Amendment rights to marijuana use to Obamacare to immigration. Obama is trying to change our government by executive orders and by appointing people who don't come under congressional watch or control.

Senator Mike Lee of Utah said that “for every page of legislation signed into law, there are 100 pages of regulations.”

That is why the federal government has become a behemoth out of control. This is what Thomas Jefferson and other Founding Fathers feared and warned us about. This is why they preached vigilance and participation in all levels of government. But when was the last time you saw a civics class taught in high school? When my older brother was in high school during the fifties, it was still taught. I haven't seen it since 'for a reason'! TPTB don't want an informed citizenry. It's time to rein in their power and show them that We the People are in charge once more. And local and state government is the way to accomplish that.

The Washington Times noted the first advocates of this move by the states were Thomas Jefferson, my hero, and James Madison in 1798, with the Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions which stated: “whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void and of no force.”

The Supreme Court has also ruled to that affect. The general misconception is that any statue passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement with it. It is impossible for a law which violates the Constitution to be valid.

“All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.” Marbury vs. Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803)

“Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.” Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 US 436 p. 491.

“An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties, affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.” Norton vs. Shelby County 118 US 425 p. 442

The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it.

“No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.” 16 Am Jur 2d, Sec 177 late 2d, Sec 256

What all of this means in layman terms is, any law passed, including the Patriot Act and the NDAA is null and void and law enforcement and the courts can ignore them because they are repugnant to the Constitution of the United States. We need to support those courts and law enforcement people who know this and comply. And we need to fight unconstitutional laws at every level of government. It sounds like the states are beginning to wake up and remember their own authority. About time!

Do you have a gun in your House? When I had my gangrene gallbladder taken out and spent 10 days in the hospital for what should have been an overnight stay the insurance company kicked me out. I had home nurse visits for two weeks and was asked if I had guns in the house. I respond that if I did I would not tell them. So the below has some merit. FYI, I am passing this along…there are comments from two other people that have also been asked if they keep guns in the house.
