A large number of events have occurred over the last few years, all steps leading toward the complete takeover of America.

We have seen veterans attacked and demonized, religious groups labeled as extremists, conservatives, constitutionalists, survivalists all declared a greater threat than the terror group ISIS, our sovereignty handed over to the UN, foreign troops training on American soil, NATO vehicles brought in to the US, and more recently, military exercises geared toward "uncoventional warefare," to be practiced in America while treating "gun-friendly" states as "hostile terrority."

That and much more will be shown with source links below.

AMERICAN SOVEREIGNTY

First and foremost is American sovereignty to which in September 2013 the Obama administration signed on and supported a controversial U.N. treaty on arms regulation to which Senator Jim Inhofe was quoted as saying "The administration is wasting precious time trying to sign away our laws to the global community and unelected U.N. bureaucrats."

Under the guise of "protecting" the global community, the Obama administration is willing to sign away America's Second Amendment rights and hand the UN the right to invade US in order to disarm gun-owners.

The treaty covers battle tanks, armored combat vehicles, large-caliber artillery systems, combat aircraft, attack helicopters, warships, missiles and missile launchers, and small arms and light weapons.   -    Emphasis mine.

In June 2014, Activist Post ran across a very disturbing UN help wanted ad, stating "These positions are located in field missions of Peace Operations. The DDR Officer typically reports to the head of a work unit or to a senior official responsible for DDR operations in a field location, though this may vary depending on the mission structure. The focus of these jobs is to lead the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of DDR programmes, operations and other related activities in the country or region concerned."

According to that report there was no other reference to a "country or region concerned" other than the "duty station" in New York which is also the location of U.N. headquarters.

For those unaware of what  DDR stands for, it is clearly stated in the UN header shown below.



FOREIGN TROOPS ON US SOIL

Along with countless eyewitness reports of encounters with foreign troops in America, it was reported in 2013 that for the "first time in history" the Obama administration "invited Chinese troops to train with our military on U.S. Soil,"  just weeks after Chinese state run media reported that China had nuclear submarines capable of wide spread attacks against the US.

In August 2013 it was reported that 15,000 Russian troops were requested by the Obama administration for a “training” exercise on US soil to "assist FEMA" during emergencies and disasters. That followed May 2012 news of Russian troops carrying out "joint anti-terrorism drills in America, with Huffington Post stating it marked the "fist time Russians have trained on US soil."

It is noteworthy that both China and Russia are permanent members of the United Nations Security Council to which the Obama administration signed away America's sovereignty to, meaning the UN could request both Chinese and Russian troops invade the US in order to disarm gun owners, using the "small arms and light weapons" language which is part of the UN treaty on arms regulations, shown above.UN ARMORED VEHICLES ON US SOIL

For the last five years we have seen countless videos taken by concerned citizens of UN armored vehicles being transported all across America, video after video uploaded and distributed across the Internet, with many asking if they are simply manufactured in America, but no official word where these UN armored vehicles are coming from or where they are being delivered.

One such example is shown below this article, but anyone can go to the YouTube search page and see the vast amount of proof that they are here.



There are also eyewitness reports, without images or videos, stating that they saw military vehicles flying a NATO flag as recent as March 2015. Below is an email forwarded to ANP:

Wanted to let you know what my boyfriend, his brother and I saw Sunday 3/21/15. Coming south on hwy 71 from Cleveland back to Loveland, Ohio we saw going northbound on 71 approximately 45 camo and military type vehicles..on one of them a Nato flag was flying..the others had nothing to show what they were..unnerved me..thought i'd let you know

In addition to multiple reports of encounters with foreign military in the US, a 2013 eyewitness report with photos states "I recently received a report being distributed by a "Sherrie Questioning All" of Tennessee. (Full name removed at her request.) She had taken photographs of DHS armored vehicles being delivered from Kentucky to Tennessee. What makes this interesting is that the drivers were not AMERICAN military, but rather FOREIGN military troops driving these vehicles." It continues on to say "When American people spoke to these foreign drivers, they detected they were either Russian or Eastern European/Slavic in background."

TURNING US CITIZENS INTO "THE ENEMY"

In a recent ANP article titled "The Endgame Is Here! America Surrenders Militarily While Preparing For War Against US Citizens," we went over how the Obama administration has purged hundreds of military commanders, weakened and dismantled out US Military while Russia, China and others are strengthening theirs. Included in that report was a section labeled "US GOV'T PREPARES FOR WAR ON IT'S OWN CITIZENS," where we noted that while defense spending has been decreased, DHS funding has been increased while recent actions on the part of the Obama administration and associated federal government agencies has turned US citizens into the enemy.
Via that report:

DHS has labeled "right wing extremists" a greater threat than the terror organization titled ISIS, who behead journalists and aid workers, kill Christians across the global, burned a Jordanian pilot in a cage, then filmed it all and released the videos to the public. In 2013 it was reported that Army training material listed Evangelical Christians, Catholics and some Jews as "religious extremists," alongside "the Ku Klux Klan, Hamas and al-Qaeda."

Perhaps one of the most disturbing, visual examples of the type of "targets" our militarized police are being trained to take out, comes from 2013 reports, where it was revealed that law enforcement  agencies were using actual targets that represented the threat.... of "pregnant women," and "children."

Which brings us to the present day where news of the military training exercise set to take place, named "Jade Helm," actually lists US states as hostile as our military trains in "unconventional warfare" against Americans. While the US military is pushing back hard, calling those very concerned about this type of exercise "conspiracy theorists, former military experts are calling this "unprecedented and dangerous."

CONCLUSION

Whether it is an economic collapse, a natural disaster or any other scenario which could cause nationwide chaos, the steps outlined above been taken in a carefully orchestrated manner, incrementally as to appear as separate individual events, but which creates the perfect conditions of a UN takeover of America, nullifying the US Constitution and pulling the US into a "one world government" subject to global laws rather than American laws. Those that would stand up against that, fight for American sovereignty, have already been labeled "the enemy."

A group of Asiatic or Nordic humans who, sources claim, discovered a vast system of caverns below the region of the Gobi desert and surrounding areas thousands of years ago, and have since established a thriving kingdom within, one which has been interacting with other-planetary systems up until current times.

Vast cavern systems below Tibet allegedly link the Agharti systems of central Asia to "Snakeworld", a multileveled cavern system under the southwestern slopes of the Himalayas where the "Nagas" dwell, according to Hindu legend.

Here a serpent cult of human and reptilian collaborators dwells, one which is said to have had contact with the Nazi Thule society during World War II.

When Hillary Clinton learned that a committee of the U.S. House of Representatives had subpoenaed her emails as secretary of state and she promptly destroyed half of them -- about 33,000 -- how did she know she could get away with it? Destruction of evidence, particularly government records, constitutes the crime of obstruction of justice.
If you knew the feds were virtually present in your bedroom or your automobile, and your representatives in Congress did nothing about it, would you buy the nonsense that you should have nothing to hide?

When Gen. Michael Hayden, the director of both the CIA and the NSA in the George W. Bush administration and the architect of the government’s massive suspicionless spying program, was recently publicly challenged to deny that the feds have the ability to turn on your computer, cellphone or mobile device in your home and elsewhere, and use your own devices to spy on you, why did he remain silent? The audience at the venue where he was challenged rationally concluded that his silence was his consent.

And when two judges were recently confronted with transcripts of conversations between known drug dealers -- transcripts obtained without search warrants -- and they asked the police who obtained them to explain their sources, how is it that the cops could refuse to answer? The government has the same obligation to tell the truth in a courtroom as any litigant, and in a criminal case, the government must establish that its acquisition of all of its evidence was lawful.

The common themes here are government spying and lawlessness. We now know that the Israelis spied on Secretary of State John Kerry, and so Netanyahu knew of what he spoke. We know that the Clintons believe there is a set of laws for them and another for the rest of us, and so Mrs. Clinton could credibly believe that her deception and destruction would go unpunished.

We know that the NSA can listen to all we say if we are near enough to a device it can turn on. (Quick: How close are you as you read this to an electronic device that the NSA can access and use as a listening device?) And we also know that the feds gave secret roadside listening devices to about 50 local police departments, which acquired them generally without the public consent of elected officials in return for oaths not to reveal the source of the hardware. It came from the secret budget of the CIA, which is prohibited by law from spying in the U.S.

What’s going on here?

What’s going on here is government’s fixation on spying and lying. Think about it: The Israeli Mossad was spying on Kerry while the CIA was spying on the Mossad. Hillary Clinton thought she could destroy her emails just because she is Hillary Clinton, yet she forgot that the administration of which she was an integral part dispatched the NSA to spy on everyone, including her. And though it might not voluntarily release the emails she thought she destroyed, the NSA surely has them. The police have no hesitation about engaging in the same warrantless surveillance as the feds. And when Hayden revealed a cat-like smile on his face when challenged about the feds in our bedrooms, and the 10,000 folks in the audience did not reveal outrage, you know that government spying is so endemic today that it is almost the new normal.

Yet, government spying is not normal to the Constitution. Its essence -- government fishing nets, the indiscriminate deployment of government resources to see what they can bring in, government interference with personal privacy without suspicion or probable cause -- was rejected by the Framers and remains expressly rejected by the Fourth Amendment today.

For our liberty to survive in this fearful post-9/11 world, the government’s lawless behavior must be rejected not just by the words of dead people, but by the deeds of we the living. When the president violates the Constitution and the Congress and courts do nothing to stop him, we have effectively amended the Constitution with a wink and a nod -- by consent, if you will. Its guarantees of liberty are only guarantees if the people in whose hands we repose it for safekeeping honor them as guarantees and believe and behave as such because the Constitution means what it says.

Where is the outrage? If you knew the feds were virtually present in your bedroom or your automobile, and your representatives in Congress did nothing about it, would you buy the nonsense that you should have nothing to hide? Would you send those weaklings back to Congress? Or would you say to a lawless government, as the Founders did to the British, "Thou shalt not enter here"? Does the Constitution mean what it says in bad times as well as in good times?

These are not academic questions. They address the most important issue of our day. For nothing will destroy our personal liberties more effectively than the government refusing to honor them and Americans sheepishly accepting that. And without freedom, what are we?

MSNBC: ..Relaxed Gun Laws Put Police Lives In Danger....(pardon me while I upchuck)

On March 28, MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry suggested the push away from gun control and toward expanded gun rights–which means more armed, law-abiding citizens–actually puts police lives in danger.

Harris-Perry read a summary from a recent Department of Justice report on police activity in Chicago and New York City. She then specifically focused on Philadelphia police, whom the report claims “averaged about one shooting a week from 2007 to 2013.” She said that during this time period “the percentage of unarmed suspects shot by the police increased from 6 percent to 20 percent.”

Harris-Perry then paused and asked, “Is is possible that our lack of national, common sense gun control laws leads to a situation where it is more dangerous to be a police officer and so police officers begin acting in ways that they expect everyone to be armed?”

In other words, instead of adopting the gun control measures pushed and rejected on the federal level in 2013, we are now seeing a push to repeal gun control and expand concealed carry and could it be that these things make police feel that their lives are in danger?

What Harris-Perry failed to note is that Chicago and New York City–two of the prime focuses of the DOJ report–are not cities with a high rate of concealed carry permits. Moreover, New York City is in a state where the SAFE Act mandates the very gun control measures rejected on the federal level in 2013. But gun control does not impact criminals and criminals are the ones who endanger the lives of police officers.

Police are not getting into shootouts with the father who takes his son out to dinner on the way to a Boy Scout meeting, nor are they in a shootout with the mom who keeps a Glock 42 in her purse to protect her daughter en route to dance class. Rather, they are getting into shootouts with criminals and suspected criminals who do not even read, much less follow, the gun control laws of a given state.

John Jay College’s Jon Shane alluded to these things when answered Harris-Perry’s questions by pointing out the need for “context.” He told her guns are not a new thing, that they have always been part of American society and “always will, and have always been a factor that’s trained on in policing tactics.”

And because he made his point successfully, Harris-Perry shifted the conversation away from how more law-abiding citizens with guns put police lives in danger and focused instead on how police are racially biased.

She said: “I guess part of what I will say is my concern that because of racial stereotyping that creates implicit bias, that for officers who are making a judgement call about whether they are in fear, that an African-American male body can be perceived as more dangerous than it actually, empirically is.”

It's only PRACTICE rape (More on Jade Helm)

Try to imagine: the local street gang has announced they plan to practice raping your teenage daughters this weekend. They're not going to actually rape them, mind you. This is just going to be a practice run.

Before you start wondering when I became so sick and twisted, humor me for just a few more moments. Shouldn't you be asking yourself what the street gang might be practicing for? Could it possibly be that they are practicing now so they can maximize the trauma when they've decided they've had enough practice? Logic dictates that you only practice the things you plan to execute later.

Which brings me to JADE HELM 15, which is the Army's plan to practice controlling and restraining the general public. Why would the Army practice controlling the public unless they have every intention of doing so "for real"?

I have procrastinated in writing this newsletter because I didn't want to do a sloppy job on an issue that is so very, very dangerous. There are many patriots who are already getting prepared for an all out civil war, which is exactly what it will be if American civilians are forced to take up arms to protect themselves from the very government entrusted with protecting their life, Liberty, and property.

Jade Helm is scheduled to take place between July 15th and September 15th this summer. It is "is a challenging eight-week joint military and interagency (IA) Unconventional Warfare (UW) exercise conducted throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado." One thing the military planners have right is showing Texas as "hostile" territory. Why do you think the Don't Mess with Texas bumper stickers are still so popular, decades after the anti-litter campaign was discontinued? I'm not sure if it's possible in the three months left before their "Realistic Military Training" is scheduled to begin, but I hope we can convince the military that Texas is SO hostile to the idea, that they cancel this training all together.

I don't expect you to be convinced just yet. Please glance at this document allegedly from the US Army - Special Operations Command office. It is only a dozen pages, and has very large font. The Army has yet to confirm or deny that the document is official. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to get the general idea. Then I'd like you to watch this short video that shows Congressman John Heller of Pennsylvania not telling us about the funding for HR-8791, the Homeland Terrorism Preparedness Bill. (This would be funny if it wasn't so dangerous to our Liberty.)

The Army admits that they have faced a lot of resistance to this exercise, and they allege that "alarmists" like me are over reacting to this ordinary military exercise. Articles at Army Times and Stars and Stripes both "pooh pooh" the idea that Jade Helm is anything the general public should be concerned about. Both articles seem to suggest that because the USASOC document doesn't give details about who or why civilians would be detained, then of course we shouldn't worry about it. Everyone knows the government would never lie to us. [Sorry. Sarcasm overload.]

So what can we do to avoid a violent confrontation with members of our own military forces? The USASOC document claims it "seeks a written invitation and approval from local officials". We must contact our local officials and vociferously demand that they revoke any permission they may have already granted. This is no time to pussy-foot around. Be clear. Be concise. Make sure they understand that our demands are not negotiable.

The Texas cities that will be involved in this exercise are Bastrop/Smithville, Big Springs, Caddo Lake, Caldwell, Christoval, College Station, Dell City, Eldorado, Goliad, Junction, Leakey, Menard, Mountain Home, San Angelo, San Antonio, and Victoria. According to the video below he states that recently a small town in Tennessee received a “gift” from DHS. This gift which was given to a town of 10,000, included 14,000 body bags, an MRAP, endless ammunition, guns, etc… This info is very alarming because who and where else has received such “gifts”. The potential killing of 14,000 people is why we do what we do. This information has to get out, before its to late.
Not only are the body bags alarming, but so is the railroad cars, that are also mentioned. Such railroad cars, I personally can bare-witness to seeing actually when I saw them they were being used, of course the cars where empty. A fascinating National Geographic documentary entitled “CIA Secret Experiments” from 2008 uncovers the CIA’s role in conducting domestic Cold War experiments, where human subjects were used to test the effects of brainwashing, mind control, hypnosis, electroshock therapy and various psychotropic and hallucinogenic drugs.

The documentary also recounts how entire US cities were used as experimental laboratories where citizens were intentionally infected with harmful biological agents.
One of the most troubling aspects of the government’s experimentation was their work into the field of mind control, where scientists, many whom were Nazis brought over to the US through the CIA’s Project Paperclip, developed ways to control human subjects, including the ability to extract information from unwilling subjects using “truth drugs.”
“Mind control is not simply an ‘experiment’ that was developed to beat the USSR,” notes The Vigilant Citizen. “It is actually a system that is more powerful today than it ever was. It is more covert, a lot sophisticated and it is used for all kinds of purposes and, in all kinds of fields, including the military, the entertainment industry and elite underground rings.”

Since A.D. 2009, I’ve published 25 articles on the fraud that appeared to infect most home foreclosures (see, Foreclosure).  This will be the 26th.

Most of those articles focused on reports that the banks making mortgage loans had defrauded the borrowers.

The fraud worked like this:

1) The banks seemingly loaned money to people to buy new homes.

2) These loans were based on the home-buyers’ signatures on Promissory Notes and Mortgage documents that memorialized the home-buyers’ promise to a) repay the loans; and b) surrender possession of the house if they defaulted on repaying the loans.  These written documents created the banks’ rights foreclose on the home-buyer and seize his home if he defaulted on making his loan payments.

3) But the banks often sold the Notes and Mortgage documents to third parties within days or even hours after they’d negotiated the loan with the home-buyer.

Thus, the bank was fully paid for whatever they invested in the loan shortly after the loan was negotiated.

Nevertheless, the banks continued to collect the mortgage payments from the home-buyer.  But, most importantly, by selling the Notes and Mortgage documents, the banks lost their right and standing to foreclose on the mortgage loan. It was like selling the “certificate of title” to your car.  Once you sold the “title,” you lost your right to drive the car.  Once the banks sold the Notes and Mortgage documents associated with a particular loan, the banks lost their right and title to foreclose on the particular house.

4) Nevertheless, the banks did foreclose on nearly four million homes during the Great Recession.  If those foreclosures were instigated by banks that no longer owned the Notes and/or Mortgage documents associated with particular homes and loans, those foreclosures were arguably based on fraud.  Once the bank sold the Notes and/or Mortgage documents, the bank had no more right to foreclose than I did.  No tickee, no washee. No Note, no foreclosure.

When the banks sent foreclosure notices to borrowers, most borrowers simply packed their bags and moved out of their homes.  They consented to be foreclosed upon.

But some borrowers who’d come to sense or even understand the fraud perpetrated by the banks stood their ground and refused to move out of their homes.  Some of those people are still living in their “foreclosed” homes, five years after the banks sent their first notice of foreclosure–and haven’t paid a dime on their mortgages during the past five years.

It takes a certain amount of brains and  lot of nerve to not only refuse to pay on your mortgage for five years, but also to remain in your house.

Here are some excerpts from an article in The New York Times entitled “Foreclosure to Home Free, as 5-Year Clock Expires.”  That article explains that thousands of people who stayed in their “foreclosed” homes without paying a dime on their mortgages for the past five years may get to keep their homes for free.  Legally, they may never have pay any more on their mortgages.

In September, Susan Rodolfi celebrated an unusual anniversary: five years of missed mortgage payments. She is like a ghost of the housing market’s painful past, one of thousands of Americans who have skipped years of mortgage payments and are still living in their homes.

 

Why are these borrowers still living in their “foreclosed” homes?  One answer may be that they refused to leave when they received notices of foreclosure from the banks.  That takes nerve, but I’ll bet that at least some of these people refused to leave because they knew that the banks were engaged in fraud and couldn’t take / foreclose on the homes without the home-buyer’s consent.  That takes brains.

Now a legal quirk could bring a surreal ending to her foreclosure case and many others around the country: They may get to keep their homes without ever having to pay another dime. “Legal quirk,” my butt. “Surreal ending,” my you-know-what.

The “legal quirk” they’re referring to is the statute of limitations which is as well-established as any law can be.  The only thing that was “surreal” about the foreclosure process was not the “ending” (home-buyer gets to keep the house without paying the sum due on the mortgage), but the beginning (banks sold the Notes and Mortgages and thereafter engaged in fraud against borrowers).

The reason [why home-buyers will get to keep homes without paying the mortgages], lawyers for homeowners argue, is that the cases have dragged on too long. There are tens of thousands of homeowners who have missed more than five years of mortgage payments, many of them clustered in states like Florida, New Jersey and New York, where lenders must get judges to sign off on foreclosures.

In other words, in order to foreclose, the banks would have to take their foreclosure petition to court.  The problem was that the banks has previously sold the Note and Mortgage documents that created their right and standing to foreclose.  Without the original Note and Mortgage documents, the banks would have not standing to foreclose on a particular house.  In fact, without those original documents, the bank might not have had standing to claim the previously collected mortgage payments.  In theory, the banks might be required to refund all mortgage payments received after they sold the Note and Mortgage documents to some third party.

More, if it came out in court that the banks were trying to foreclose on a house where the bank owned no Note or Mortgage documents, that might not only be construed as fraud on the borrower, but might even be construed as fraud on the court, itself.  Fraud is a crime.  Bankers (and even their lawyers) might go to jail.

But, according to The New York Times article, “[I]n a growing number of foreclosure cases filed when home prices collapsed during the financial crisis, lenders may never be able to seize the homes because the state statutes of limitations have been exceeded, according to interviews with housing lawyers and a review of state and federal court decisions.” To which I say, “Bunk.”

In fact, let me rephrase that to say “Bunk!”

Are we to believe that the banks–and their lawyers–lost track of tens of thousands of homes that should’ve been foreclosed five years ago?!  Are we to believe that those homes will now “accidentally” escape foreclosure and the home-buyers will get to keep their homes without paying another dime?

Is the “statute of limitations” the real reason these homes will never be foreclosed?  Or is that statute a mere pretext for not litigating some foreclosures?

“No one gets a free house,” Judge Michael B. Kaplan of the United States Bankruptcy Court in Trenton wrote in an opinion late last year, reflecting what he characterized as a longstanding “admonition” he and others made during the foreclosure crisis. But after effectively ending a New Jersey homeowner’s foreclosure case in November because the state’s six-year statute of limitations had expired, he wrote in his opinion, “With a proper measure of disquiet and chagrin, the court now must retreat from this position."

But, did the homeowner really get a “free house” because the statute of limitations expired?  Or did he get a free house because the  lender had engaged in fraud, had approached the court with “unclean hands,” and may’ve been criminally liable for defrauding both the borrower and the court? 

 

Was the statute of limitations merely a way for banks to give up the homes without having to admit that their foreclosures were based on fraud?

I strongly suspect that the real cause for abandoning those homes to home-buyers was to avoid being charged with fraud.  The statute of limitations provided an excuse to abandon those homes without having to admit that the banks had engaged in fraud.

Again, the banks frequently sold the note and/or mortgage documents to homes after the loans were first granted.  Those notes and mortgage documents were frequently attached to mortgage-backed bonds that were subsequently sold around the world.  Result?  The banks don’t have the original note and/or mortgage documents that entitle them to foreclose.  Without those notes/ mortgage-documents, the banks have no standing to foreclose.

And, again, without those notes/mortgage documents, the banks may not have had legal authority to collect mortgage payments prior to foreclosure.  Thus, it’s conceivable that if these cases had come to court, the home-buyers might’ve countersued to the banks to recover all mortgage payments received by the banks.

If these foreclosures suits had gone badly for the banks, they might not have only lost the homes where mortgages weren’t being paid, they might’ve even lost all the money that had been previously paid on the mortgages, and even wound up exposed to being charged criminally for fraud.

Thus, instead of facing those possible risks, I believe the banks simply caused or allowed the cases to “drag out” until they reached the statute of limitations.  The banks would lose the houses, but they’d save face and thereby limit their potential losses to “only” the homes they’d sought to foreclose.

I think that’s a wonderful story.  Private individuals figured out that the banks were engaging in fraud.  Some private individuals relied on that theory.  The banks apparently didn’t want to confront that theory in court. Some private individual with sufficient brains and nerve got to keep their homes.

Now they’re trying to conceal that victory by claiming the home-buyers get to keep their homes due to the statute of limitations.  But I believe that’s simply standard operating procedure for the “system”.  When they win, they shout it from the rooftops.  When they lose, they go silent or explain the lose as caused by a “quirk” or a procedural  error.

First point: we have to hunt for evidence of our victories. But there are some victories.

Judging from The New York Times article, there might’ve been 100,000 homes where the borrowers had sufficient knowledge, intelligence and courage to successfully resist the banks.  That’s not much out of 4 million foreclosed homes (one in 40).  Still, that’s something to remember and respect.

Every once in a while we can beat these bastards.  As more people understand that victory is possible, more people will fight to win.

Second point:  I don’t imagine that my previous 25 articles on foreclosure fraud played a big part in saving tens of thousands of homes from “fraudclosure”.  But I like to imagine that those articles played a small part. It pleases me to think that I might’ve helped save a few homes from “fraudclosure”.

Final point:  It also pleases me to write this 26th article as a conclusion to the previous 25.  I’ve been writing articles on foreclosure fraud for six years and hoping that I might make a difference in some borrowers lives. Well, maybe I did.  In any case, it appears possible that the insights and arguments I presented over the size years resulted in the victories that I’m reporting on today.

How nice, hmm?

You write for six years, and then you catch a glimpse of some victories. There is cause-and-effect–if you’re patient enough to persist.
