Subject: Article explains that Operation Jade Helm 15 is really all about Texas and several other states returning to Constitutional money...

Substance money is undoubtedly the underlying cause for the money powers controlling government going after the states highlighted below. In the same fashion that these same powers trounced on Bernard Von Nothaus for his Liberty Silver Medallions, these people will go so far as to use the U.S. Military to shut it down like they did to Bernard. He should take his plan to Texas and re-invigorate it using State authority, and Texas has the horsepower to do what needs to be done. Bernard has the plan, an excellent one. He just needs to get it to the right people and put the fear of God in those who jumped on him.

Please do read the Texas plan explained in the article below. This is as it should be. This would eliminate any need for retirement plans and taxes on income from savings. The savings should increase due to the increase in the buying power of the currency due to its increasing value from demand as we will begin to see occur as fiat money world-wide fails and is replace with precious metals backed currencies.

This US State Is On The Verge Of
A Silver & Gold Revolution!

The state of Texas is now considering a piece of legislation regarding gold & silver which would be nothing short of revolutionary if passed…

Restoring Sovereignty, One State at a Time
As we recently observed, the “brilliant” elites in DC are currently in full retreat across a broad spectrum of international issues.  From being routed on the issue of a Russia/China-led bank in Asia, to having their IMF storm-troopers thrashed in eastern Europe, it’s wonderful to see them with their tail between their legs on such a regular basis!
Make no mistake, others have taken note of these defeats here in the States, and it has given them hope.  In fact, many of those folks are now thinking the time is perfect to finally push some some meaningful reforms in their own communities.  That’s exactly what we’re gonna be looking at today!
As I promised back on Friday, I wanted to let our shield brother community know of some encouraging news in the effort to restore honest money here in our lands.  Recently, there has been some very promising news on that front, as one state in particular here in the US, is now considering a piece of legislation which would be nothing short of revolutionary if passed.
How We got Here
First though, a short bit of background.  In 2011, Utah became the first State to take a step towards constitutional money again, when Governor Gary Herbert signed legislation removing all state sales taxes on gold and silver purchases, and declared bullion to be legal tender.  Many other states soon followed suit, including: Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas, to name a few.  Other states can be checked at statelegaltender.com.
Overall these laws have been positive developments, as they’ve allowed stackers to acquire more bullion without cumbersome taxes, and they’ve raised the awareness level of the importance of precious metals as legal tender quite a bit.  They also helped change some of the state tax codes to finally recognize gold and silver as actual currencies, rather than just assets.
That’s a huge step forward!
“Ok, wait a second, Watchman!  That’s nice and all, but those bills didn’t even provide a way for people to use their metals to pay others.  Those bills called gold and silver ‘currency’, but didn’t provide a way to use them for currency!”
Ahhhhh, right you are, my friend, and I was just getting to that, because someone is now taking it the extra step, and attempting to do something monumental.  I think you’re gonna dig this!
For you see, the State of big heroes, big skies, big-horned cattle, and, hmm, really, big everything….now has a truly big idea!
Yes, Texas is now considering a bill which would go far, far beyond what those previous bills did.
Let me explain it, to the best of my understanding.
One Giant Leap for Texans
Their legislature now has two bills in committee, dealing with precious metals.  The first is SB1245: it’s only a few paragraphs long, and basically reaffirms silver and gold as legal tender, and as currency.  It doesn’t really tread any new ground, however, it’s being brought forward right now to complement another law in consideration, one which does blaze a trail through a great deal of fresh territory.
That bill is called SB989, and it is rather long, but once you see what it does, you’ll understand why.
This new bill actually lays the groundwork to establish the US’s first state-run gold and silver depository!  This idea was first looked at several years ago when Texas A&M bought physical gold , and needed somewhere safer to store it than with HSBC crooks in New York City!  Sadly though, it was put on the back burner for a time, but is now back with a vengeance.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is huge deal.  In the past, though many states had removed sales taxes from precious metals none of them had provided an official outlet for conveniently using those metals to transact and do business with others.
If this bill passes, there will soon be just such an outlet.

How Does it Work?

To start things off, this depository would be a depository network, run by Texas, and would allow several things:
1) Firstly it would allow any person to establish their own account at the depository, to safely store their precious metals there!
Here’s the really neat part though:
2) Secondly, and even more importantly it would enable anyone holding an account there, to transact and do business with others who also held an account there, all electronically!
Say you owned your own business, and you’ve stashed away some savings in silver eagles at the depository for safe keeping.  Good for you!  Then one day, when you contacted your supplier, you discovered that they too have an account with the depository!  Now you can both use your electronic balance of metals stored there, in order to transact with each other, without those metals ever having to leave the depository!
“I don’t know Watchman, that gives me the heebies! I mean, I don’t want any banking institution holding my metal!”
Brother, I get that!
This won’t be a banking institution, and this isn’t a bank account.  It is classified as a “custodial account”, and the state depository simply holds it for you, and enables it to change hands, easily and seamlessly!  They’ll also keep a tight leash on those who can oversee such custodial accounts, by licensing any and all depository branches.  Those branches will be required to submit regular accounting records to the state, and their employees will undergo extensive background checks before employment can be given.
“Well, that’s great Watchman, but what about interest payments?  If we start letting the depository charge interest or pay interest on the bullion that’s in their care...then suddenly you bring debt into the equation, and the metals stored there would always be one person’s asset, and another person’s debt!  I can’t support that!”
Excellent point!
That’s why I’m most happy to tell you, that this bill strictly prohibits the depository from charging or paying any interest on any bullion whatsoever!  It’s not a banking institution, but simply a facilitator, which acts as a giant safe,6 and electronic transfer system.
Ahhh, but there’s another neat part about this bill that really kicks it up a notch!  For the first time, not only will you be able to safely store your metal, or use it to transact with other account holders…
But the state and local government would actually accept gold and silver as a means of payment for taxes, for liens, and other fees through your custodial account!
Brothers, do you know what this means?
It means that finally(at long last) that eternally-annoying, ever-bogus line of,
“Gold and silver are so lame, I mean, you can’t even pay your taxes with it!”...will finally be laid to rest…alongside the Dodo birds, and woolly mammoths of yore!
Yes, I know….it’s ok if you need a Kleenex!  I won’t judge!
But wait!  There’s more!
Just when you thought you’d awoken in an alternate reality where dairy cows give single-malt Scotch, it gets even more surreal…
This bill would now give you the chance to tell your local governments to pay any refunds or payments to you…..in gold or silver!
Its Limitations
Now, don’t get all crazy on me or anything, remember, this bill is still simply being considered(although calling your local Texas state reps and expressing your support couldn’t hurt anything!), and isn’t the final word on the best way to transact in precious metals.
After all, even if Texas still passes this bill, they can’t do anything about Federal capital gains taxes that would occur in these transactions.  Nor would such a bill enhance privacy, as every transaction would be on record with the state itself.  Those are still severe challenges to overcome, to be sure.
In all likelihood, though, this bill would probably result in many folks still creating a custodial account for savings, and perhaps even receiving state refunds in precious metals as well.  But, holy cow though, isn’t that enough for a celebration?
That would be an enormous first step in a truly game-changing, monetary direction, and a great step towards greater personal and local sovereignty!
Conclusion
Texas is a large state, and a trend-setter, so if this could be passed and succeed there, it would likely lead to other state legislatures being emboldened to try this approach as well.  The mechanism itself is the trickiest part, but if Texas could pull it off, it would provide a clear frame of reference from which all others could easily start.
Though not the “end all, this bill would still undoubtedly be revolutionary, as it would make Texas the first state to actually create a mechanism allowing precious metals to function both as savings and a means of payment.  Payments to and from individuals, or even inter-governmental in nature, would again be possible.  It would also increase real competition in currency out there, as folks would have another option to the crooked Federal Reserve notes we’re still being indebted by.
Since 1971, when President Nixon severed the last link between gold and the US dollar, the peoples of America have been almost totally at the mercy of international, for-profit banks, like the Federal Reserve, the IMF, or the Bank of England.  Currencies like the U.S. dollar, have now been borrowed into existence, saddling hundreds of millions of human beings with unpayable debt.  The savings of the peoples of America have been eaten away, and destroyed by a government which has used all this inflationary debt to pay for its numerous bad laws, and immoral wars.
It must stop, and it will stop.
Trust me, bills like this one coming down the pipeline, are very healthy indications that this may be due to change very soon.
Gold and silver, alongside firearms, are still the best tools of sovereignty in the hands of the people.  So most any means of getting more of those coins into folks’ hot, little hands is a great step toward truly giving power to the people, and should be supported.
Gold and silver aren’t merely fortresses to places your wealth in, they’re a saw-offed, double-barreled shotgun of financial sovereignty.  They belong in any person’s arsenal.
You want to see the common man protected?
You wanna see him thrive and succeed?
You wanna see “the little guy” finally win one?
Secure his right to bare arms, put a few silver and gold coins in that same person’s hand…
And then watch out!
The winds of change are blowing across our old world, and they’re finally arriving here as well. That’s a most welcome thing!
For it’s high past time that they started refreshing us with their cool streams again!
What better way could the land of the Alamo tell the banksters,
“Don’t Mess with Texas!“?

What better way could the Lone Star State fire a Texas-sized broadside at financial tyranny, than to guarantee sovereign, custodial gold and silver payment accounts to her citizens?
Such a thing could truly spark a new thirst for financial freedom in the hearts of people across the fruited plain!
That’s something, which I believe, would do the likes of Sam Houston, Colonel William Travis, James Bowie, and Davy” Crockett mighty proud, indeed!

By the way, if you’d like to thank the ladies responsible for proposing these bills, they can be found here, and here.  Thanks also to everyone who donated, you guys inspire me to keep doing this!

Cliven Bundy, supporters rally before Nevada lawmakers

Cliven Bundy

"We're here to take our state back and act like we're sovereign citizens," Bundy said

CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) - Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, who garnered national attention a year ago when he and armed supporters engaged in a showdown with federal authorities, came to Carson City Tuesday with scores of allies to rally behind a bill seeking to reclaim land from the federal government.

A bus from Phoenix and another from Las Vegas brought more than 100 people, according to Bundy's son, Ammon Bundy, and others came on their own to fill several legislative hearing rooms. Many wore shirts and carried signs that read "the land belongs to the people."

Germanwings plane crash: major media cover-up......

Germanwings plane crash: major media cover-up......

By Jon Rappoport
April 1, 2015

"When systemic fraud reaches a certain level where collapse of some basic institution is inevitable, the powers that be invent a different storyline. They tell an outright fairy tale and keep pushing it. They'll even stage events that confirm the fairy tale. Anything to avoid the truth that would disintegrate the whole structure. For example: the structure called Psychiatry." (The Underground, Jon Rappoport)

Airbus A 320 flight from Barcelona to Dusseldorf. Crashed in French Alps. All 150 aboard killed. Pilot Andreas Lubitz flew the plane into a mountain. Lubitz had seen a psychiatrist for depression.

Major media cover the story from several angles.

Should airline personnel have known one of its pilots was suffering from depression? Did they know? Did they cover it up, or ignore it?

These media outlets studiously ignore the elephant in the room: the drugs used to treat depression.

This blackout is intentional. Any decent reporter would look into the antidepressants, Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft, etc., as the cause of the pilot crashing the plane.

Go to the site, SSRI Stories, for a huge list of suicides and murders connected to the drugs. Read the warning labels (listing, e.g., suicide) on the drugs. It's all there.

Visit psychiatrist Peter Breggin's site, breggin.com. Breggin blew the whistle on these drugs long ago. Read his classic, Toxic Psychiatry.

So where is the media coverage now, in the Germanwings case? It's virtually nowhere.

The go-to media experts in the field of psychiatry are cover-up professionals. Drug Companies, of course, buy enormous numbers of TV ads.

But beyond these factors, exposure of the truth about antidepressants and their connection to suicides and murders would take down psychiatry itself. The whole profession would collapse.

The sleeping population would stir and sit up and take notice.

Governments would be forced to admit their overt support of psychiatry is based on fraud, from top to bottom.

That is what's at stake here.

And if the major media lived up to their (mythical) role of investigators of truth, the Germanwings story would expand into every nook and cranny of psychiatry: fraudulent diagnoses of every so-called mental disorder, for which there are no physical diagnostic tests: no blood tests, no urine tests, no brain scans, no genetic assays.

Battalions of real reporters doing real probes, backed up by media giants, would force doctors and medical bureaucrats out of their closets, and confessions would pile up.

But this will never happen, because those media giants are committed to supporting the Establishment of which they are a member.

The entire system of psychiatry---fraudulent diagnoses, dangerous and toxic drugs---is a colossus sitting on an earthquake fault. A triggering event, however, is protected from happening by the very media who should be making it happen.

This is a circle of lies.

"Since I first began working as a medical expert in product liability cases way back in the early 1990s, I've spent innumerable hours culling the sealed data contained within the files of companies like GlaxoSmithKline and Eli Lilly. Among other things, I long ago found evidence that Paxil and Prozac cause suicidality in adults. These discoveries then led to settlements in product liability suits brought against the two companies brought by surviving family members." Dr. Peter Breggin

"I got involved in the Miller case. Matt Miller was a 13 year old boy who had just changed schools and was feeling nervous. His parents prompted by the teacher brought him to a doctor who put him on Zoloft. Seven days later he hung himself in the bathroom between his parent's bedroom and his bedroom." David Healy, Professor of Psychiatry, Bangor university, UK

Any media outlet, aware of these two statements (and many other similar statements), who did not then dig much deeper into the recent Germanwings disaster, would be actively concealing vital truth.

In other words, they would be carrying on business as usual.

Are these mystery radio bursts messages from ALIENS?

Are these mystery radio bursts messages from ALIENS? Study finds freak frequencies from outside the Milky Way ALL form unexplained multiples of 187.5

  • Scientists are trying to work out what is causing Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs)
  • The strange signals occur for a few milliseconds and come from nowhere
  • The first was detected in 2007, but only a handful have been seen since
  • Explanations range from colliding neutron stars to alien signals

A series of mysterious pulsing signals coming from outside our solar system form a strange unexplained pattern, researchers have revealed.
Known as Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs), just 10 have been discovered - and astronomers have no idea what they are.
Now a new study has found that all 10 bursts' dispersion measures are multiples of a single number: 187.5
Scroll down for video
In 2007 a radio burst was picked up by astronomer Duncan Lorimer and his team. The origin of the signal could be colliding neutron stars or possibly an alien message. This image shows the dispersed signal from the original millisecond radio burst that suggests it must have originated billions of light-years away
Michael Hippke of the Institute for Data Analysis in Neukirchen-Vluyn, Germany, and John Learned at the University of Hawaii in Manoa made the discovery.
They claim there is a 5 in 10,000 probability that the line-up is coincidence.
'If the pattern is real,' Learned told New Scientist, 'it is very, very hard to explain.'
The results imply five sources for the bursts are all at regularly spaced distances from Earth, billions of light-years away.
Hippke says, 'there is something really interesting we need to understand.
'This will either be new physics, like a new kind of pulsar, or, in the end, if we can exclude everything else, an ET.

'When you set out to search for something new,' he says, 'you might find something unexpected.'
The FSB was first spotted in 1967 when British astronomer Jocelyn Bell Burnell was left stunned by mysterious pulsing signals she detected coming from outside the solar system.
For months she suggested the signals could be of an extraterrestrial intelligent origin, but they were later proven to be rapidly spinning stars known as pulsars.
However, a new series of mysterious signals, known as Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs), has again got astronomers scratching their heads and wondering if, maybe, we're picking up alien messages.
FRBs are radio emissions that appear temporarily and randomly, making them not only hard to find, but also hard to study.
The mystery stems from the fact it is not known what could produce such a short and sharp burst, writes Katherine Mack of The Planetary Society.

WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE?

Flaring star
Some stars are known to suddenly flare up on occasion. It's possible that this event could send light through the thick ejected layers of a star's atmosphere in bursts, but if this were the cause we would expect to find FRBs towards variable stars (ones with fluctuating brightness) in our galaxy, which is not the case.
White dwarf merger
When two white dwarfs merge its possible they can combine into a larger, rapidly spinning white dwarf. This event could emit radiation from the poles consistent with FRBs and, if this is proved correct, it could indicate an association between FRBs and supernovae.
Neutron star collision
Ultra-dense stellar objects known as neutron stars could collide and release huge bursts of radiation before they merge - this event is already thought to be a cause of high-energy bursts known as Gamma Ray Bursts (GRBs), and could also be the cause of FRBs.
Blitzar
Some neutron stars are regarded as being 'supramassive', which means they are so massive they should have already collapsed into a black hole but their rapid rotation keeps them alive. When they do suddenly collapse they release an intense burst of radio waves known as a blitzar, and within this emission FRBs could also be residing.
This has led some to speculate they could be anything from stars colliding to artificially created messages.
The first FRB was spotted, or rather 'heard' by radio telescopes, back in 2007 - but it was so temporary and seemingly random that it took years for astronomers to even agree it wasn't a glitch in one of the telescope's instruments.
The signal, which lasted just five milliseconds, was named the Lorimer burst after its discoverer, Duncan Lorimer.
The new study has found that all 10 bursts' dispersion measures are multiples of a single number: 187.5

The radio emission was so dispersed, experts suggested it must have come from a great distance away, possibly billions of light-years.
But early estimates said there should be 10,000 of these events a day – so the fact that another wasn't discovered until 2012 was troubling.
This was when data from the Parkes Radio Telescope in Australia suggested it had heard another FRB, along with a handful of others, but the fact that only Parkes had detected the signals had some claiming these were merely instrument glitches.
A follow-up observation was made by the Parkes Radio Telescope, time-lapse photo shown, in 2012. However it was not until April of this year that the signal was ruled out as an instrument glitch when the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico picked up a similar signal. But the mystery of its true origin persists

However it was not until April of this year that the signal was ruled out as an instrument glitch when the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico picked up a similar signal. But the mystery of its true origin persists
A recent discovery, in April of this year, of an FRB using the giant radio dish in Puerto Rico confirmed to astronomers that these signals are indeed real – but they're no closer to finding out an answer as to what they are.
Theories so far include flaring stars, white dwarfs merging, neutron stars colliding and – most intriguingly – alien signals.
Aside from the extraterrestrial origin explanation, another is that it could be caused by the collision of two neutron stars (artist's illustration shown). When neutron stars collide a black hole is normally formed, in addition to a magnetic field trillions of times stronger than that of Earth, in just two milliseconds

'This extraordinary finding either indicates an as yet unknown or unusual astronomical phenomenon, or it could indicate that this is a vast alien communication network, and the universe is teeming with intelligent life forms,' says Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual.
'Every unusual signal from outer space encourages us to wonder if it is from an alien civilisation.
'Since this signal seems so elusive and hard to interpret then this should be a candidate for further analysis.
'It would be fantastic if this was an alien signal as the knowledge that we are not alone in this vast universe would have a dramatic impact on our perception of our place in the scheme of things.'
For now, however, FRBs remain very much a mystery.
It will take further studies and observations in future to truly determine where they come from, and what is causing them. Until then, it's difficult to rule any particular theory out of the window.

Eleven Atlanta school teachers are convicted in cheating scandal after they were found guilty of inflating students test scores

  • The teachers, testing coordinators and other administrators were convicted Wednesday of racketeering
  • A racketeering charge could carry up to 20 years in prison and most of the defendants will be sentenced on April 8
  • The cheating came to light after The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported in 2008 that some student's scores were statistically improbable
  • Prosecutors said that the educators were motivated by the pressure to meet federal and local standards and to receive bonuses

A group of eleven Atlanta teachers have been convicted of cheating in a wide-scale operation which led them to inflate scores on students' standardized tests.
The defendants, including teachers, testing coordinators, and other administrators were convicted Wednesday of racketeering for their role in a wide-ranging conspiracy on students' standardized tests.
And the racketeering charge could carry up to 20 years in prison and most of the defendants will be sentenced on April 8.

They were motivated by pressure to meet federal and local standards to receive bonuses or keep their jobs in the Atlanta Public Schools district of about 50,000 students, according to prosecutors.
Only one teacher, Former Dobbs Elementary teacher Dessa Curb, was acquitted of all charges,
The case stems from an investigation carried out in 2011, which uncovered evidence that the educators gave answers to students or changed answers on tests after they were turned in.
Evidence of cheating was found in 44 schools with nearly 180 educators involved, and investigators found teachers who tried to report it faced retaliation.

The cheating is believed to date back to 2001, when scores on statewide skills tests began to turn around in the 50,000-student school district.
Between 2005 and 2009, test answers were altered and falsely certified, according to the 2013 indictment.
A grand jury indicted 35 educators in March 2013 on charges including racketeering, false statements and theft. Many reached plea agreements, and some testified at the trial.
However, Superintendent Beverly Hall never went to trial, successfully arguing she was too sick to mount a defense. She died last month of breast cancer.

Hall insisted she was innocent and had no part in any cheating.
But, the educators said she was among those pressuring them to inflate students' scores to show gains in achievement — which were needed to meet federal benchmarks tied to extra funding.
Hall, who served as superintendent for more than a decade, which is rare for an urban schools chief was named Superintendent of the Year by the American Association of School Administrators in 2009 and was credited with raising student test scores and graduation rates.

In a video message to schools staff before she retired, Hall warned that the state investigation launched by former Gov. Sonny Perdue would likely reveal 'alarming' behavior.
Hall said: 'There is simply no excuse for unethical behavior and no room in this district for unethical conduct.'
Defense attorneys argued those convicted should remain free until sentencing because they don't have prior records, have community ties and showed up to trial every day.
Yet, only one was allowed to remain free on bond — teacher Shani Robinson — because she is expecting to give birth soon.
