Congress Can’t Be Investigated

Congress Tells Court That Congress Can’t Be Investigated for Insider Trading!!

Corporate Media Blacks Out Coverage of Bill to Overturn Corporate Personhood

9 May A.D. 2015

A couple of things to note.

In general, a corporation is the "agent" for the investors.  As was discussed in the Hobby Lobby ruling, to talk about an entity to talk about the humans behind the entity.  Since people have "religious (expression)" rights, their entities also have "religious (expression)" rights.  Because an entity is recognized as having "religious (expression)" rights, the entities are sure to maintain their "freedom of expression, generally," rights.

Some more technically, note the type of process proposed:  "Resolution."  We don't have a "constitution," so the materiality of this distinction is greatly reduced from what it should be, but let's study into the path just to do it, anyway.

There are two processes for legislative activity: (1) Bills and (2) Resolutions.  The language processed as a Bill is language that intends to "become law." The language processed as a Resolution is language that intends to become a Rule for either or both Houses.

In sum, not only is the language below (very bottom of this email) unlikely to make it through the "sausage making" process called the legislative process (one typically shouldn't watch the sausage-making process) but also, even if it were, we're not talking about a Bill but rather a Resolution.

Since there's "no story," there, this author wouldn't characterize the non-reporting of it by the popular propaganda outlets as anything like a "black out."  More likely is a sensible use of limited resources, since that item is not likely even to make it out of committee.  We'll see, of course.  But, should there be a continued silence in this one, it'll likely be that it never went anywhere.

Epilog.

Why are administrative advisory panels not given authority to determine all the evidence, namely not only of fact but also of law?  Because in our present reality, we're not really talking about law.  Instead, we're talking much more about "agreement," and it's easier to cover that weakness by banning the concept completely rather than applying it sometimes and not all the rest of the time.

The language published these days as "Statutes at large" is in no way law for all of what is found published there.  Even if processed as a Bill, it's way too often not "admissible evidence of law," because it's part and parcel of an agreement ("federal" means "federal," not national, not "constitutional," but rather "by agreement"), i.e., language that'll be codified in some title other than Title 18.  That which is then also proposed as nothing more than a Resolution is in no way ever remotely intended to be law, and so, as with "everything else," if such language applies at any time, it'll be because the "target" consented commercially to that application of that language.

As for democracy's being a "right," that's not ever been the situation at any point in history pre-dating the times documented in Scripture.  Democracy is the default form of government for any society as a matter of law.  It's just "how it is."  "Rights" have absolutely, positively nothing whatsoever to do with the existence of a democracy (that form in which the legislative power is placed in the hands of and exercised by the people, directly).

As for America's future, that future, our future, is 100% dependent on when we stop using the "funny money."  There is no corporate coup de etat.  There's nothing whatsoever that we've been "forced" into.  We've used the "funny money" 100% voluntarily, and if von Nothaus hadn't put "dollar" on his coins, there might be all kinds more use of honest weights and measures today than presently exists.  The fact that our present and our future depend that much on what we use for our medium of exchange is a concept that'll likely never come to mind for a legislator, for they seem very rarely to have any clue what our present legal reality is or how this present system functions.  From their point of view, since they're the legislator(s), America turns on what they do, and that's just pure Bravo Sierra.  America's future doesn't in any way, shape, manner, or form depend on any item or group of items of legislation.  Instead, America's future depends, at the threshold, on when we repent of our paganisms, including our use of "funny money."  While we have direct control over our continued support of and participation in these various catholic/pagan holidays, we are a bit more dependent on the small business owners when it comes to using honest weights and measures.  It's exciting to see how many small business owners are already allowing that alternative and to see how many more are studying into the difference.

Corporate Media Blacks Out Coverage of Bill to Overturn Corporate Personhood

By Pam Martens and Russ Martens: May 4, 2015

Congressman Rick Nolan, Leesa "George" Friday, and David Cobb at the Move to Amend Press Conference, April 29, 2015

Last Wednesday, the grassroots organization, Move to Amend, held a press conference at the National Press Club to announce that six members of the U.S. House of Representatives were introducing legislation to overturn Citizens United v FEC to make free speech and all other rights guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution available only to “natural persons,” not corporations or limited liability companies. The legislation would also give Federal, state and local governments the ability to limit political contributions to “ensure all citizens,  regardless of their economic status, have access to the political process.”

When corporations overturn the will of the people, it’s widely covered by corporate media. When the people fight back, the news is frequently blacked out. As of this morning, we could find no major corporate media outlet or corporate wire service reporting on last Wednesday’s press conference by Move to Amend. That might be because there was evidence presented at the press conference of a groundswell of public momentum to overturn Citizens United, the decision handed down on January 21, 2010 by the U.S. Supreme Court that opened the floodgates to corporate campaign spending in elections along with super wealthy donors.

The press conference revealed that 16 states have passed resolutions asking Congress to overturn Citizens United while almost 600 municipalities and local governments across the country have done likewise. Almost two dozen other states have resolutions pending or introduced.

Congressman Rick Nolan of Minnesota spoke at the press conference, telling attendees that “Good and successful movements in this country have always started with ordinary people who commit to accomplishing great things. And so it was with ending slavery, with child labor laws, environmental laws, women’s suffrage, civil rights, the progressive income tax, Social Security, Medicare, rights for the disabled – you name it – this movement transcends labels, it transcends political parties, it transcends regions and it transcends generations.”

Nolan added that “America’s future and American democracy is dependent upon the success of this movement.” In addition to Nolan, co-sponsors of the bill include Mark Pocan (WI), Matthew Cartwright (PA), Jared Huffman (CA), Raul Grijalva (AZ), and Keith Ellison (MN).

Leesa “George” Friday, who has been part of this grassroots movement since its beginning in 2009, said “Democracy isn’t a gift that we’re given, it’s a right. And with that right comes the responsibility to do a little bit more than just go to the polls every now and then or volunteer for a campaign, write a check or make some phone calls. It means being vigilant about what democracy means; about holding sacred that democracy; and doing the work.”

David Cobb, a member of the National Leadership Team of Move to Amend and the Green Party presidential candidate in 2004, called what has happened a “corporate coup d’etat” and said the group was broadening its strategy to include “Pledge to Amend,” where candidates running for office will be asked to pledge to support a constitutional amendment in order to get the support of voters, the majority of whom despise Citizens United.

The corporate coup d’etat could not have happened, of course, without the vote of five members of the U.S. Supreme Court in the Citizens United decision, which was written by Justice Anthony Kennedy with concurrence from Chief Justice John Roberts, Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.

The dissent was scathing. Written by Justice John Paul Stevens (who retired five months later), it was joined by Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Stephen Breyer. Stevens wrote:

“The conceit that corporations must be treated identically to natural persons in the political sphere is not only inaccurate but also inadequate to justify the Court’s disposition of this case. In the context of election to public office, the distinction between corporate and human speakers is significant. Although they make enormous contributions to our society, corporations are not actually members of it. They cannot vote or run for office. Because they may be managed and controlled by nonresidents, their interests may conflict in fundamental respects with the interests of eligible voters. The financial resources, legal structure, and instrumental orientation of corporations raise legitimate concerns about their role in the electoral process. Our lawmakers have a compelling constitutional basis, if not also a democratic duty, to take measures designed to guard against the potentially deleterious effects of corporate spending in local and national races.”

The four dissenters also found that:

“The majority’s approach to corporate electioneering marks a dramatic break from our past. Congress has placed special limitations on campaign spending by corporations ever since the passage of the Tillman Act in 1907…We have unanimously concluded that this ‘reflects a permissible assessment of the dangers posed by those entities to the electoral process…’ ”

The view of the dissenters happens to dovetail with the majority view of the American people — meaning that five men in robes can overturn the will of a nation of 319 million citizens.

According to a 2010/2011 Peter Hart poll, 79 percent of Americans “support a Constitutional amendment that would overturn the Citizens United decision and make clear that corporations do not have the same rights as people.” An Associated Press-National Constitution Center poll released in 2012 found that 83 percent of Americans want campaign limits on corporations, unions and other organizations. The poll also found that 67 percent of Americans also want caps on what individuals can spend in campaigns.

In July of last year, Democracy Corps, the polling organization for Democrats, released a survey that found “a deep hostility to Super PACs” and “strong support” for candidates “who battle to reduce the influence of big money and for changes that empower the ordinary citizen…”

The poll was taken among likely voters in 12 states with hotly contested Senate races. On the issue of a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United, the survey found overwhelming support, a “73 to 24 percent margin, including majorities in even the reddest states.”

This would not be the first time an out of control Supreme Court had to be reined in. Of the current 27 constitutional amendments, eight were enacted to overturn outrageously out-of-step Supreme Court rulings.

A recent joint analysis by the Center for Responsive Politics and the Sunlight Foundation found just how perverted elections have become under the Citizens United decision. According to the study, in the 2014 midterms, one percent of one percent of the total population of the United States, “accounted for an astounding $1.18 billion in disclosed political contributions at the federal level.”

The study also looked at the zip codes where the wealthiest campaign donors reside. It will come as no surprise that just five zip codes in New York City, ensconced by Wall Street’s plundering herd, coughed up $80 million.

Other groups have joined in the valiant, mushrooming effort to overturn Citizens United. From Public Citizen, to Common Cause, to Free Speech for People, to burgeoning local grassroots movements, there is growing momentum to overturn the gang of five on the Supreme Court. It’s not a matter of if, it’s just a matter of when.

You can be a critical part of accelerating that outcome by taking one or more of the following actions:

Urge your Congressperson to sign on as a Co-Sponsor of House Joint Resolution 48.

Sign the Move to Amend petition and ask your friends to join you.
Sign up to volunteer with an existing local MTA group or start one in your community.

As one young woman stated in a Move to Amend film, “we need a democracy movement because we need a democracy.”

Icepack levels growing rapidly to RECORD levels at the South Pole

RECORD levels at the South Pole —

North Pole still frozen solid

by Michael Janitch
Last year, in 2014, there were record levels of ice (and record area covered) at the South Pole / Antarctica.
It wasn't just conjecture, or hearsay, NASA actually confirmed last years levels as being an all time high.
This past summer at the South Pole, not as much melting occurred as we would normally expect to see a large melt-off over the summer month.   The record ice pack from last year did not fully melt, thus it was left to re-freeze this year.
Now going into winter at the South Pole (May 2015), and we see the continent of Antarctica already shrouded on all sides by ice pack extending nearly 1,000 miles out from its coast in some places.
icepack levels may 9 2015
Icepack levels are growing rapidly to be beyond last years RECORDS levels at the South Pole... now going into winter, we see the icepack growing out very far from Antarctica -- looks like this year will be even greater than last year.
Here is a screenshot of the record icepack from last year, October 2014, clearly this year of 2015 (seen above) is on track to beat out last years record levels :

_________
Meanwhile, the North pole remains frozen solid, extending far South now going into late spring, and early summer come June.
Clearly things are changing. Global warming now replaced by rapid cooling, and record ice levels.

Police Union Suing: Cops get Their Own Cellphones Searched Without Warrant

Police union sues after officers had their cellphones searched without a warrant
http://americaswatchtower.com/2015/05/06/police-union-sues-after-officers-had-their-cellphones-searched-without-a-warrant/
Chalk this one up in the deliciously ironic category: a police union is suing the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey after several officers, during a criminal investigation, had their cellphones searched without a warrant. Here is more:
A union representing Port Authority of New York and New Jersey police officers has sued the agency, citing what it calls “widespread, ongoing and unconstitutional searches” of their private cellphones.
The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in Manhattan federal court. It comes after a criminal investigation into a rowdy graduation party by out-of-uniform and off-duty rookie officers at a Hoboken, New Jersey, bar last summer. The investigation led to the firings of nine officers.
The lawsuit by the Port Authority Police Benevolent Association says Port Authority investigators intimidated officers into giving up their cellphones. It seeks unspecified damages.
This is quite ironic because when the issue went before the Supreme Court police agencies argued that searching cellphones without a warrant should be allowed:
Police agencies argued that searching through data on cellphones was no different from asking someone to turn out his pockets
The Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision, correctly ruled that warrantless cellphone searches were unconstitutional so it would appear on the surface that these officers have a legitimate case and if their fourth amendment right was violated I will stand with them.
However it is interesting to note that it appears as if the police feel there should be one rule for the people and another rule for them judging by these two cases. How quickly they changed their tune because of who the victims were in this case. All I ask for is equal protection under the law, maybe this will show them the error of their ways…

1 in 4 Women on Antidepressant Drugs for Stress, Depression, Anxiety

by Loretta Lanphier, NP, CN, HHP, CH

(The Best Years in Life) More than one-in-five adult Americans took at least one pharmaceutical drug commonly used to treat a psychiatric or behavioral disorder in 2010 according to “America’s State of Mind,” a Medco Health Solutions, Inc. analysis of trends in mental health medication usage among approximately 2.5 million insured Americans, comparing utilization of antidepressants, antipsychotics, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) drugs and anti-anxiety treatments from 2001 to 2010. Even more concerning about this situation is that for American women, the numbers rose to one in four.  While I’m not totally surprised at these numbers considering all the advertising that pharmaceutical companies are allowed to do, it does cause me to stop and think about better solutions to this health crisis.
As far as use, not surprisingly, antidepressants come in number one with over 20 percent of women on a drug typically prescribed to treat depression. Anxiety treatments used by women are at almost twice the rate of men; however, greatest use is found among middle-aged women (45-65 years old – note these ages are normally the ages of peri-menopause and post menopause), 11 percent of whom were on an anti-anxiety drug last year.
The number of women on ADHD drugs was 2.5 times higher than in 2001- outnumbering men in their use of these drugs. The almost unbelievable concern was seen in 20-44 year old women where numbers rose 264 percent in ten years!

Do Adjustment Disorders Really Require Drugs?

Adjustment disorders, the name of the diagnosis in which these drugs are usually prescribed, are basically those times in life when stress may be at its highest – marital concerns, divorce, job loss, job change, relocation, loss of home, death of a loved one, care giver to an elderly parent or sick spouse, etc.  Certainly no one would argue that all of these situations produce tremendous stress and emotional conflict.
Most of the antidepressant drugs currently prescribed are part of the Valium family of drugs and are quick acting – something that our “convenience-reigns-supreme” society adores. While this convenience may allow someone to seemingly be able to deal with their symptoms, these drugs also come with many side effects as well as the great possibility of becoming permanently hooked on a chemical.  Not to forget that antidepressants treat only symptoms and thus do not get to the root of the concern.
I am amazed at how many doctors prescribe antidepressants to women who have textbook symptoms of hormone imbalance and/or adrenal exhaustion. Yet because serum (blood) testing indicates the hormones are in balance, the woman is made to feel like her symptoms are all “in her head” when the doctor hands her a script for antidepressant drugs assuring her that this bottle of pills will make things better. If more doctors used saliva testing for hormones, in most situations a much more accurate diagnosis could be made thus allowing the real root concern to be addressed. This one change could end thousands of scripts for antidepressants that are given to peri-menopausal and post-menopausal women – unnecessarily.
According to Dr. David Muzina, a psychiatrist and national practice leader of the Medco Neuroscience Therapeutic Resource Center: “…with antidepressant medications in young adults, there is a risk early on of an increase in suicidal thoughts and perhaps suicidal behavior that clearly needs to be monitored very closely. The other example would be with the atypical antipsychotics, which have been associated with an increase in cholesterol. There’s an association with Type 2 diabetes, and it can be a very rapid onset. Thinking about the overall health risks is crucial.”
Actually, research shows that antidepressants don’t help many people. A major U.S. government study released in 2006 indicated that fewer than 50 percent of people become symptom-free on antidepressants, even after trying two different medications. And many who do respond to medication go back into depression within a short time period, despite being religious with their drug treatment. Other studies indicate that the benefits of depression medication have been exaggerated, with some researchers concluding that, when it comes to mild to moderate depression, antidepressants are only slightly more effective than placebos.

Side Effects of Antidepressants

The most widely prescribed antidepressants are from a class of medications known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or SSRIs. These include popular antidepressants such as Prozac, Zoloft, and Paxil.
SSRIs act on the brain chemical serotonin. Serotonin helps regulate mood, but it also plays a role in digestion, pain, sleep, mental clarity, as well as other bodily functions. Thus SSRI antidepressants can cause a wide range of side effects such as:
  • Nausea
  • Insomnia
  • Anxiety
  • Restlessness
  • Decreased sex drive
  • Dizziness
  • Weight gain
  • Tremors
  • Sweating
  • Sleepiness or fatigue
  • Dry mouth
  • Diarrhea
  • Constipation
  • Headaches
While some side effects can disappear after using the drug for a few weeks, others can continue and may get worse. And if you are over 65 be aware that studies show SSRI medications can increase the risk for falls, fractures, and bone loss. SSRIs can also cause serious withdrawal symptoms if one decides to stop taking them abruptly.

Natural Remedies for Stress, Depression and Anxiety

Going through emotional trauma and stress can be discouraging and trying to get back on-track seems almost impossible. However, there are many natural things that one can try before running to the doctor for an anti-depressant.  For many, these remedies are literally life-savers and as an added bonus they come with no toxic side effects.

Cleansing & Detoxification.
Total body cleansing is something that even many natural medicine practitioners don’t consider important or necessary.  However, the fact is that even if one puts the cleanest food and the best supplements into their body, if the digestive track and liver are sluggish then one will not get the total benefit of everything that is being consumed. The liver has been called the seat of the emotions.  A sluggish liver as well as constipation can be the culprit of misappropriated anger, stress, mood swings, hormone imbalance and an overall feeling of fatigue.
Healthy Diet. You can actually change your mood with what you eat and drink. Eliminating just sugar, which is known to alter mood, can help many adults as well as children to become more emotionally balanced. Unfortunately sugar is often the first thing reached for when we get emotionally taxed. Why?  Because sugar gives a very short emotional lift which seemingly makes one feel better. However, that “sugar high” is quickly followed by a crash making one feel fatigued and moody. Try to make it a practice to reach for Omega 3 fatty acids (needed for normal brain function) such as sardines, flax seeds, hemp seeds and walnuts. Avoid caffeine and alcohol intake as both can bring one’s mood down. Try juicing your vegetables.  According to Cherie Calborn, The Juice Lady: “Greens like spinach, kale, and broccoli are rich in folic acid—a deficiency contributes to depression.  Magnesium deficiency is linked with depression, poor attention, memory loss, fear, insomnia, and restlessness (including restless leg syndrome).  Juice magnesium-rich vegetables—beet with greens, spinach, Swiss chard, collards, and parsley.  Chlorophyll in dark greens helps fight depression. Fennel juice has been a traditional tonic to help release endorphins—the feel good chemicals that elevate mood and dampen anxiety and fear.  According to folklore, celery helps you forget your troubles from a broken heart and soothes your nerves.”
Water.  Your body requires no liquid other than pure, clean water. Water is used for virtually every biological and cellular function necessary for life and health. Our cells are bathed in water. Drinking one-half of your body weight in ounces of pure, clean water every day is a basic stress prevention technique.  I highly suggest using a Wellness Water Carafe to filter your water.
Sunshine. For many people inadequate light (sunshine) can make any type of depression worse.  Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is more common in the winter months for those that live in areas that receive less sunlight.  If possible take a daily walk in the sunshine. Consider purchasing a light-box for winter months. Sunlight on the body also increases the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood and increases the adrenaline available to the tissues and overall tolerance to stress.
Adequate Sleep.  Often, sleeping difficulties are the first sign of depression. Just as we need proper light during the day, the body needs proper darkness at night in order to be able to heal and repair sufficiently.  Restful sleep and mood are very connected.  University of Pennsylvania researchers found that subjects who were limited to only 4.5 hours of sleep a night for one week reported feeling more stressed, angry, sad, and mentally exhausted. When the subjects resumed normal sleep, they reported a dramatic improvement in mood. I suggest being in bed by 10:30 PM every night, even weekends. Make sure your bedroom is dark and cool. Turn off computers, TVs, cell phones, etc. Turn the alarm clock away from your face and put a cloth over it to block out the light or better yet, move it across the room. Forty-five minutes before bed take a warm bath with 1 cup of Epsom salts added to the bath water. Keep bed linens clean and fresh.
Exercise.  The American Council on Exercise indicates that one of the most effective methods of stress relief is exercise. Regular exercise reduces the amount of adrenal hormones the body releases in response to stress. Exercise also helps your body release greater amounts of endorphins which are powerful, pain-relieving, mood-elevating chemicals in the brain.  No gym membership is required. Walking, rebounding, bicycle riding, swimming, tennis, yoga, Wii sports or exercise games, etc.  Anything that gets your body moving can be effective. Exercise also helps open four of the body’s elimination routes: breathing, sweating, urination and defecation.
Aromatherapy.  Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils for psychological and physical well-being. Aromatherapy can affect your mood and help alleviate or temporarily eliminate stress or other psychological factors.  Some good oils to try are peppermint, lavender, lime or any of the citrus oils.
EMF Sensitivity.  Every day, we literally walk through a maze of electromagnetic radiation. Detrimental energies from electromagnetic fields emitted from high tension wires, industrial radar, microwave beams, electric current, wi-fi, computers, cell phones, televisions, fluorescent lights, and other electrical appliances have been found to be dangerous to mental and physical health. When an individual sleeps or works for extensive periods within electromagnetic frequency zones, these energies create a constant source of stress (altering body polarity) which can lead to fatigue, frustration, tension and illness. Signs of exposure may include drowsiness, chronic aches and pains, sleep disorders, irritability, low energy and general malaise and may lead to more serious health situations such as cancer. PurchaseEMF protection products for your cell phone, office area, home, computer, water pipes and appliances.
Hormone Balance.  Many women and their doctors don’t quite understand the huge connection between the hormonal changes that occur during peri-menopause/menopause and depression. Estrogen dominance, unbalanced cortisol levels, thyroid and adrenal dysfunction can make one feel horrible and eventually lead to depression. Performing a simple saliva testwill allow you to know your hormone levels and which, if any, need to be balanced. Saliva testing measures the unbound biologically active hormone levels, while serum (blood) testing only measures the protein bound biologically inactive hormone levels in the body. If you are experiencing depression and stress – saliva test your hormones levels before using any type of hormone replacement therapy or using antidepressants.
Meditation. Meditation allows us to get quite and still for a period of time.  Even scripture reminds us to “Be still and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10. Taking time to quiet the mind of the cares of the day allows the body to actually relax and restore to a calm state as well as helping one to reduce negative emotions. Many believe that mediation is literally a “refueling” time for their body and mind. Meditation is also a good time to practice lymphatic drainage with deep breathing exercises.
Supplements. The following supplements are suggested for stress, depression and anxiety: Vitamin D-3; Vitamin B6; Max B-ND (B Complex); 5-HTP (do not combine 5-HTP with antidepressants); Lithium Orotate; Magnesium Orotate; Free Aminos; Melatonin ND andMethylcobalamin B-12 Select.  Every person should be on an organic, liquid multi-vitamin/mineral complex such as intraMAX. Without a doubt, minerals are “the gift of life” and cellular function becomes impossible without them. The 74th Congress, 2nd Session of United States declared 99% of Americans are mineral deficient because our foods no longer contain adequate amounts of essential Organic trace minerals critically necessary to maintain health and promote healing.
Talk, Talk, Talk.  Find a trusted and non-judgmental friend or practitioner who you can talk to about the happenings in your life.  Many times just the act of speaking deep-down thoughts can be cleansing and refreshing to the mind.  Anger, unforgiveness, victim mentality and hurt from past wrongs all need to be dealt with and put to rest. You will be amazed at the freedom you experience once toxic emotions are healed.  Two excellent books to read are Feelings Buried Alive Never Dieand the sequel Healing Feelings…From Your Heart by Karol Truman.
When dealing with stress, depression and anxiety it’s so easy to be talked into the quick fix “pop-a-pill” philosophy rather than take the time necessary to address the entire body. Certainly one can use only the supplements suggested above and get some good results, but choosing to address all possible causes will give the best results with the added benefit of helping support your body toward healing and health!  You will not only look better and feel better – you will “be” better.

Gerald Celente – We Are About To See Total Panic Engulf The World

Gerald Celente: "We have been closely monitoring Saudi Arabia’s bombing and reported invasion of Yemen. The result of that conflict is we are now seeing a lot of fear in the oil markets. This is one of the primary reasons for the recent surge in oil prices….
The other reason for the surge in oil is the destabilization in Libya. That situation continues to deteriorate. Libya’s oil production has plunged to only 500,000 barrels of oil a day. Libya, under Gaddafi, was pumping 1.5 million barrels each day.
KWN Celente III 5:6:2015
Could Saudi Arabia Ignite Panic Around The World?
So destabilization in the Middle East is starting to hit the radar of the equity markets around the world. There is now the very real threat of a counterattack against Saudi Arabia. There is a threat to the Saudi monarchy and the oil fields.
Most people don’t realize this but most of the existing workers in the Saudi oil fields are Yemenese. And there are over 4 million Yemenese in Saudi Arabia. So if there is an attack against Saudi Arabia, the situation could unravel very quickly. This would also have the effect of totally destabilizing global equity markets, which have only been fueled to bubble valuations by cheap money.
In fact, Janet Yellen just commented that equity market valuations are quite high. The markets are where they are today because of all the quantitative easing and the record low interest rates. So a sudden shock in the equity markets would set off a massive panic.

Bill Gates recently stated:
“The environment with low interest rates, it’s globally so unusual. It really shouldn’t persist. It creates problems in terms of leverage and bubbles. But how we get out of it (without) creating some economic setback? It would be very difficult.”

Then we heard from Charlie Munger, Vice Chairman of Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway:
“I am deeply suspicious about printing money and throwing it around, instead of printing money and building infrastructure and so on. Everybody is relying too much on these monetary tricks.”
What a disgrace this has been by the banksters in charge of inflating the markets artificially. This has all been done even as the wages of the average human being and the economies around the world decline. It’s a “trick” alright — it’s called a Ponzi scheme.
Geopolitical Sparks To Ignite Panic Around The World
We see U.S. manufacturing continuing to struggle. Now we have China doing what they can to pump money into their economy. Interest rates cut in Australia. So they are keeping the Ponzi scheme going. When will the Ponzi scheme implode? Only time will tell. But geopolitical sparks are ready to ignite panic in equity markets around the world.”

The NEW Generation!!!!

Daughter: "Daddy, I am coming home to get married. Take out your checkbook. I'm in love with a boy who is far away from me. I am in California and he lives in New York.  We met on a dating website, became friends on Facebook, had long chats on Whatsapp, he proposed to me on Skype and now we've had two months of relationship through Viper. Dad, I need your blessings, good wishes, and a big wedding."

Father: "Wow!  Really!! Then get married on Twitter, have fun on Tango, buy your kids on Amazon and pay through PayPal. And if you get fed up with your husband....sell him on Ebay."
