In September, The UN Launches A Major Sustainable Development Agenda For The Entire Planet

The UN plans to launch a brand new plan for managing the entire globe at the Sustainable Development Summit that it will be hosting from September 25th to September 27th.  Some of the biggest names on the planet, including Pope Francis, will be speaking at this summit.  This new sustainable agenda focuses on climate change of course, but it also specifically addresses topics such as economics, agriculture, education and gender equality.  For those wishing to expand the scope of “global governance”, sustainable development is the perfect umbrella because just about all human activity affects the environment in some way.  The phrase “for the good of the planet” can be used as an excuse to micromanage virtually every aspect of our lives.  So for those that are concerned about the growing power of the United Nations, this summit in September is something to keep an eye on.  Never before have I seen such an effort to promote a UN summit on the environment, and this new sustainable development agenda is literally a framework for managing the entire globe.
If you are not familiar with this new sustainable development agenda, the following is what the official United Nations website says about it…

The United Nations is now in the process of defining Sustainable Development Goals as part a new sustainable development agenda that must finish the job and leave no one behind. This agenda, to be launched at the Sustainable Development Summit in September 2015, is currently being discussed at the UN General Assembly, where Member States and civil society are making contributions to the agenda.
The process of arriving at the post 2015 development agenda is Member State-led with broad participation from Major Groups and other civil society stakeholders. There have been numerous inputs to the agenda, notably a set of Sustainable Development Goals proposed by an open working group of the General Assembly, the report of an intergovernmental committee of experts on sustainable development financing, General Assembly dialogues on technology facilitation and many others.

Posted below are the 17 sustainable development goals that are being proposed so far.  Some of them seem quite reasonable.  After all, who wouldn’t want to “end poverty”.  But as you go down this list, you soon come to realize that just about everything is involved in some way.  In other words, this truly is a template for radically expanded “global governance”.  Once again, this was taken directly from the official UN website…
1. End poverty in all its forms everywhere
2. End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture
3. Ensure healthy lives and promote wellbeing for all at all ages
4. Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all
5. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
6. Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all
7. Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all
8. Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all
9. Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialisation, and foster innovation
10. Reduce inequality within and among countries
11. Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable
12. Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns
13. Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts (taking note of agreements made by the UNFCCC forum)
14. Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development
15. Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification and halt and reverse land degradation, and halt biodiversity loss
16. Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels
17. Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalise the global partnership for sustainable development
As you can see, this list goes far beyond “saving the environment” or “fighting climate change”.
It truly covers just about every realm of human activity.
Another thing that makes this new sustainable development agenda different is the unprecedented support that it is getting from the Vatican and from Pope Francis himself.
In fact, Pope Francis is actually going to travel to the UN and give an address to kick off the Sustainable Development Summit on September 25th…

His Holiness Pope Francis will visit the UN on 25 September 2015, and give an address to the UN General Assembly immediately ahead of the official opening of the UN Summit for the adoption of the post-2015 development agenda.

This Pope has been very open about his belief that climate change is one of the greatest dangers currently facing our world.  Just a couple of weeks ago, he actually brought UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to the Vatican to speak about climate change and sustainable development.  Here is a summary of what happened…

On 28 April, the Secretary-General met with His Holiness Pope Francis at the Vatican and later addressed senior religious leaders, along with the Presidents of Italy and Ecuador, Nobel laureates and leading scientists on climate change and sustainable development.
Amidst an unusually heavy rainstorm in Rome, participants at the historic meeting gathered within the ancient Vatican compound to discuss what the Secretary-General has called the “defining challenge of our time.”
The mere fact that a meeting took place between the religious and scientific communities on climate change was itself newsworthy. That it took place at the Vatican, was hosted by the Pontifical Academy of Sciences, and featured the Secretary-General as the keynote speaker was all the more striking.

In addition, Pope Francis is scheduled to release a major encyclical this summer which will be primarily focused on the environment and climate change.  The following comes from the New York Times…

The much-anticipated environmental encyclical that Pope Francis plans to issue this summer is already being translated into the world’s major languages from the Latin final draft, so there’s no more tweaking to be done, several people close to the process have told me in recent weeks.

I think that we can get a good idea of the kind of language that we will see in this encyclical from another Vatican document which was recently released.  It is entitled “Climate Change and The Common Good”, and it was produced by the Pontifical Academy of Sciences and the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences.  The following is a brief excerpt…

Unsustainable consumption coupled with a record human population and the uses of inappropriate technologies are causally linked with the destruction of the world’s sustainability and resilience. Widening inequalities of wealth and income, the world-wide disruption of the physical climate system and the loss of millions of species that sustain life are the grossest manifestations of unsustainability. The continued extraction of coal, oil and gas following the “business-as-usual mode” will soon create grave existential risks for the poorest three billion, and for generations yet unborn. Climate change resulting largely from unsustainable consumption by about 15% of the world’s population has become a dominant moral and ethical issue for society. There is still time to mitigate unmanageable climate changes and repair ecosystem damages, provided we reorient our attitude toward nature and, thereby, toward ourselves. Climate change is a global problem whose solution will depend on our stepping beyond national affiliations and coming together for the common good. Such transformational changes in attitudes would help foster the necessary institutional reforms and technological innovations for providing the energy sources that have negligible effect on global climate, atmospheric pollution and eco-systems, thus protecting generations yet to be born. Religious institutions can and should take the lead in bringing about that change in attitude towards Creation.
The Catholic Church, working with the leadership of other religions, can now take a decisive role by mobilizing public opinion and public funds to meet the energy needs of the poorest 3 billion people, thus allowing them to prepare for the challenges of unavoidable climate and eco-system changes. Such a bold and humanitarian action by the world’s religions acting in unison is certain to catalyze a public debate over how we can integrate societal choices, as prioritized under UN’s sustainable development goals, into sustainable economic development pathways for the 21st century, with projected population of 10 billion or more.

Under this Pope, the Vatican has become much more political than it was before, and sustainable development has become the Vatican’s number one political issue.
And did you notice the language about “the world’s religions acting in unison”?  Clearly, the Vatican believes that it has the power to mobilize religious leaders all over the planet and have them work together to achieve the “UN’s sustainable development goals”.
I can never remember a time when the United Nations and the largest religious institution on the planet, the Catholic Church, have worked together so closely.
So what will the end result of all this be?

The Secret Goals of Jade Helm Are Leaking out

One day, we are going to awaken to the reality that our country is no more. There will be no United States, no Constitution and no civil liberties. There will only be a handful of corporations, backed by national armies, who will bring lethal force against any and all who resist. It will all happen in the blink of an eye on the day that America transforms into Amerika.

Jade Helm Leadership Kept In the Dark

I have previously reported on how my sources who have current connections to Special Operations Forces leadership, have been told by their former colleagues that the field command leadership of Jade Helm is being kept in the dark as to the full scope and true purpose of Jade Helm. I have repeatedly been told that Jade Helm is highly compartmentalized and the commanders are extremely concerned about what is coming and what the Jade Helm leadership and their men are going to be ordered to do.
Late Saturday night, I was given the summary of a three minute conversation which took place earlier that day in which some military types and their former colleagues have deduced the fact that Jade Helm is absolutely about controlling civil unrest.  During the course of the call, it was stated that the CIA has been using Kiev as a beta test, since April of 2014, in order  to best decide how to control the American people when they have finally had enough and take to the streets armed with everything from pitchforks to AR-15’s.
Coincidentally, I received the following email conversation from an individual who refused to allow me to use his name (I do know the identity) in relation to his personal Jade Helm training in Northern Michigan in which the Marine Corps Reserve trained with foreign troops in a mock American town in order to quell domestic violence. So much for the claim that Jade Helm is only designed to train for wars in the Middle East. If Jade Helm had anything to do with training in the Middle East, the drill would be conducted in “sand boxes” near Yuma, AZ., or in the California desert, but that is not what we are seeing.

I’d like to anonymously direct your attention to the recent “Arctic Eagle” drills in Michigan, which I believe were derivatives of Jade Helm. Essentially, the Marine Corps Reserve (of which I am a part), Danish homeguard, and National Guard collectively trained in the new $19 million CACTF facility (which is modeled after an American town) for a domestic threat (the National Guard’s own admission). If you’re interested I would happily recover my sources that speak to the domestic nature of the exercise.

Will American Troops Fire On American Citizens?

This is the age old question that never goes away. Will American commanders and their soldiers comply with the illegal order to fire upon American citizens, or will the powers-that-be have to resort to the use of foreign assets to carry out the needed force to bring an end to all civil unrest? The appearance of foreign troops on our soil clearly speaks to the fact that the leadership behind Jade Helm is hedging their bets.
The best way to get U.S. soldiers to carry out the use of deadly force against American forces is to issue these orders in an atmosphere surrounded by great fear and apprehension. This is precisely what we see in the following military security memo.

You may have noticed the “BRAVO” signs as you drove onto campus this morning.  FPCON Bravo measures are being implemented at this time in accordance with the U.S. Army North Operations Order 15-004 INCREASE TO FORCE PROTECTION BRAVO AND RANDOM ANTI-TERRORISM MEASURES, 07MAY15.  FPCON Bravo measures include such things as increased surveillance and Security presence, increased messaging to re-enforce the reporting of suspicious activity, unidentified vehicles, abandoned parcels, or baggage, or any other suspicious activity. If you see something, report it.
Our Provost Marshall has also increased their overt protection activities by:
Implementing single point (minimal to accomplish mission) with 100% ID checks and searches of all hand carried items of personnel entering Mission Essential Vulnerability Areas (MEVA) Facilities.
ID card holders have been placed at each entrance.  Stanchions are placed at bed tower entrances to direct people to information desks.  Information desk personnel have been advised to direct badging of everyone entering and contact BAMC PMO for those who do not comply.
We have implemented a 25 meter standoff at facilities designated as critical.  Currently, drop offs and pick-ups of Patients at the Medical Mall and Bed Tower are still allowed.  Patient parking meets the 25 meter stand-off .
We are checking all vehicles within 25 meters of those facilities designated as critical.  Notify the Base Defense Operation Center (BDOC) of suspicious vehicles.
Please comply with these measures, they are meant to protect all of us.

The Need for Jade Helm Secrecy

Can you imagine if Jade Helm forces were to be told the following in their briefings?

1. The Trans Pacific Partnership will bring down the U.S. government and cause a collapse of the dollar.
2. You are the martial law force and as such you will be facing an angry and hungry public armed with guns.
3. The Special Operations Forces will extract and/or eliminate as many opposition leaders as possible.
4. Conventional units, such as the 82 Airborne, operating under the auspices of DHS, will impose martial law once the extractions are complete.
5. Riot control measures will be in effect including the assassination of perceived public protest leaders. Snipers will be employed for this purpose.
6. The troops will be told that most of the protestors are domestic terrorists in an attempt to depersonalize them in the eyes of the troops, thus making it likely that lethal force will be ordered and complied with.
7. Jade Helm will assist in the transition between the former United States and the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP). This is what some who are running Jade Helm believe is the ultimate goal of Jade Helm.

Number 7 hit me like a punch in the gut. I had never considered the fact that Jade Helm would be remotely connected to the TPP. In hindsight, it makes perfect sense. Let’s go back to the soldiers’ compliance for a moment. If a field commander, or a soldier, were to be placed in a crisis decision situation, the less time a soldier has to decide, the less likely they are to disobey the order to fire on their fellow Americans. It makes perfect sense that Jade Helm would have to be clouded in secrecy because of this factor. This fact exponentially increases the need to get the word out far and wide as this will reach the soldiers and they can begin to consider how they are going to honor their oath and disobey direct orders to fire on American citizens.

Conclusion

Military secrets are fleeting because people love to talk. It is surprising that Jade Helm has been able to maintain “radio silence” for this long. However, the intense scrutiny that Jade Helm is being put under has provided an atmosphere where troops, engaged in troublesome training activities, are more likely to speak out.
The next part in this series will include the tying together of Jade Helm, the TPP and UN Gun Ban Treaty.

States Preserve Jury Rights with Asset Forfeiture Reform

Just yesterday, Governor Steve Bullock signed Montana’s HB 463, a civil asset forfeiture reform bill, into law, following in the footsteps of Governor Susana Martinez who signed New Mexico’s HB 560 in April. HB 463 was passed with only 8 representatives and 1 senator opposed in Montana, and HB 560 was passed unanimously through both houses of the New Mexico legislature. Both bills require a criminal conviction as a prerequisite for the state to seize property by asset forfeiture. The Institute for Justice had previously given both Montana and New Mexico grades of D+ for their forfeiture laws.
Asset forfeiture is a process by which government officials seize—and often keep or sell for their own department’s profit—private property they allege was involved in a crime. The standard for such seizures is typically very low, such as mere “probable cause”, which is the standard that must be met merely to obtain a search warrant. Often the property owners need not have been convicted of, or even charged with, a crime, and the burden of proof that the property was NOT involved in a crime lies on them. Because of the extreme expense of going to court to get back such property stolen under color of law, many owners cannot afford to take action or would actually lose more money by doing so. Many either accept a fraction of their property back from the government in exchange for not pursuing legal action or simply lose it completely without due process.
Such an end run around our Constitutionally-guaranteed jury rights undermines the role of the jury in protecting individuals from being punished without due process of law. When we are accused of a crime, the founders intended that we must first be determined guilty through trial by jury before being punished, thereby placing our own neighbors as a protective barrier between us and government. It was intended that government must surmount that high hurdle before depriving us of life, liberty, or property. That, however, has been chipped away at throughout American history, by such tactics as limiting the right to trial by jury, coercing people into alternative court processes or plea bargains, and so on.
Civil asset forfeiture is another such tactic that erodes the protection of the jury. Instead of guilt or innocence being determined by a relatively objective jury representing the community, it is decided by government officials with no accountability and who often have a conflict of interest when their departments’ budgets depend on such “policing for profit”.
Moreover, losing access to one’s own assets makes it all the more difficult to defend oneself in court if criminal charges are involved. “By seizing the assets of a defendant before trial, a prosecutor can make it very difficult for a defendant to hire qualified counsel and make it to a jury trial,” points out Eapen Thampy, executive director of Americans for Forfeiture Reform.
“Defendants without access to qualified counsel must choose between an overworked and under-resourced public defender, defend themselves pro se, or accept a plea bargain from the prosecutor. In every scenario this allows the government to limit the ability of defendants to assert their rights, and prevent government misconduct from being examined during a public trial,” Thampy says.
Insult is added to injury when defendants are not only unable to access their own assets in their own defense, but have such funds used against them when they are channeled into their arrest and prosecution. According to the Institute for Justice when they issued the D+ grades, 100% of New Mexico’s and Montana’s asset forfeiture funds went back to law enforcement, including funding a substantial percentage of prosecutors’ salaries in Montana.
While the measures passed do not close the door entirely on policing for profit, they do make progress in restoring the role of the jury in protecting those accused from punishment without due process, including the ability of juries to protect private property by exercising jury nullification when a just verdict requires it.

Obama Announces His Plans to Nationalize Local and State Law Enforcement

Dictator Barack Obama has announced plans to nationalize law enforcement like all despots like Hitler, Mao and Lenin did:

“We have a great opportunity… to really transform how we think about community law enforcement relations.”

“We need to seize that opportunity… this is something that I’m going to stay very focused on in the months to come.”

“I expect our friends in the media to really focus on what’s in this report and pay attention to it.”

Three short lines but they are very revealing. Like all criminal enterprises, the Obama administration wants to consolidate power. By nationalizing the police force, liberals will be able to spare minority criminals from going to prison. It has long been their contention that too many blacks and Hispanics are sent to prison merely because they broke the law and the fact that a proportionate amount of whites should be in prisons. So either whites need to greatly increase the number of crimes they commit or we will be forced to only send 1 out of every 3 convicted blacks and Hispanics to prison.

It seems to me a more productive course of action is to break the criminal coalition of democrats and teacher’s unions. Then maybe the inner city schools could see some real improvement and allow blacks and Hispanics to better their lot within the law. Poverty breeds crime. Education is the best tool against poverty. Union rules means the inner city schools get the most inexperienced teachers and inept or plain lazy teachers can achieve tenure and become impossible to fire.

Texas House Panel Approves Full Legalization Of Marijuana In ‘Unprecedented’ Move

Austin, Texas (CBS HOUSTON) — A proposal which would make Texas the fifth state in the U.S. to legalize recreational marijuana use was approved in a bipartisan House panel vote – with the bill’s author citing his Christian values as cause for his support.
Being hailed as a historic victory and a surprise to Lone Star state lawmakers, the Texas House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee approved a bill Wednesday that would make it legal to buy and sell marijuana in Texas, the Houston Chronicle reports. The panel’s three Democrats were joined by two Republicans to give House Bill 2165 a “decisive 5-2 victory.”
The panel’s move in support of recreational marijuana legalization comes two days after their 4-2 vote in favor of a bill to decriminalize marijuana – the first such proposal to make it out of a Texas legislative committee.
And although the bill is not expected to survive the full path to becoming a law in this legislative session, Texas anti-drug law advocates are labeling the move as historic.
“Marijuana policy reform continues to make unprecedented progress this session,” Phillip Martin of the liberal group Progress Texas tweeted after the vote.
Authored by Republican David Simpson of Longview, House Bill 2165 is listed as “an Act relating to repealing marihuana offenses.” The bill seeks to have those convicted of a first-time “state jail felony” to have their sentence suspended and instead be placed “on community supervision,” along with providing probationary protections to students and minors. The bill passed its final vote after tweaking language to ensure it would remain illegal for minors to consume marijuana without parental supervision.
The deeply conservative, Tea Party-backed Simpson explained in an op-ed last month that his belief in God, distrust of government and criticism of the “War on Drugs” led him to sponsor the marijuana legalization bill.
“As a Christian, I recognize the innate goodness of everything God made and humanity’s charge to be stewards of the same,” wrote Simpson. “I don’t believe that when God made marijuana he made a mistake that government needs to fix.”
Simpson was joined by fellow Republican Todd Hunter of Corpus Christi in support of House Bill 2165. Committee chairman Abel Herrero of Robstown was joined by fellow Democratic lawmakers Joe Moody of El Paso and Terry Canales of Edinburg in favor of marijuana legalization.
Republicans Matt Shaheen and Jeff Leach, both of Plano, voted no on the bill.

According to new data compiled by researchers from Harvard and Dartmouth universities, the Social Security Administration’s actuarial projections over the last 15 years have been overly optimistic about the health of the program’s trust funds and missed the mark by over $1 trillion. “These biases are getting bigger and they are substantial. (Social Security) is going to be insolvent before everyone thinks,” said Gary King, co-author of the reports and director of Harvard’s Institute for Quantitative Social Science. He added that the SSA’s forecasts have been “systematically biased and overconfident.” According to the report, the SSA’s actuarial projections in the 1980s underestimated revenues and overestimated costs by $27 billion; in the 1990s, that figure was $200 billion. How LOOOWW Can You Go??? Moody's downgrades Chicago debt to 'junk' with negative outlook...

Moody's downgraded Chicago's credit rating down to junk level "Ba1" from "Baa2."

The announcement, which the ratings agency released Tuesday afternoon, cited a recent Illinois court ruling voiding state pension reforms. Moody's said it saw a negative outlook for the city's credit.

Following that May court decision, Moody's said it believes that "the city's options for curbing growth in its own unfunded pension liabilities have narrowed considerably."

A small hypothesis on "JADE HELM"

Dear brothers,

I have a small hypothsis about "JADE HELM" that should lead to some interesting thought:

The illegal and treasonous cabal military operation "JADE HELM"/"JADE" (Joint Assisted Deployment & Execution ) "HELM" ( Homeland Extermination of Local Militias)/Jade Helm = Blue Helmet = UN Helmet, in my opinion is NOT a Martial Law Black Operation as is speculated on the net. This is speculation, misinformation, and disinformation that is naturally happening in the initial implementation of the operation. The speculation and seriousness given to this operation by the patriots is righteous and expected from all dedicated and vigilant citizens, but there is a lot of misinformation and disinformation that is bringing people to the wrong conclusion. 

In my opinion, "JADE HELM" is a covert Beta Test with many soft operations: the first and main goal is to experiment on and observe the US population's behavioral changes due to major manipulation of EMF waves from the many Satillites and newly installed Cell Phone Towers. When the Cell Phone Towers or Satillites are manipulated, people would experience days where they feel so depressed and hammered that they cannot get out of bed, or you have the increase of criminal behavior in chaotic situations, such as the recent racial riots. The information collected from this EMF behavioral operations will be used as a template or gauge level in future false flags, when the cabal begins to string chaotic End Time events together. The overt transport of massive convoys of military vehicles and weaponry is probably for the protection of the Federal Government and cabal, if the EMF operation backfires into a grand revolution during a chaotic situation, a future goal of the cabal. A false staged revolution is in the future, and "JADE HELM" is the Beta Test, with the cabal possibly setting up the conditions to use the EMF towers and satillites. HOWEVER: underneath the soft tests are the allegations of extractions of very important patriots, militiamen, and veterans. THIS must be agressively documented above all else. This fact changes EVERYTHING. If this proven, then we have a serious problem, but time will tell.

The second possible goal of the operation is to infuriate the patriot/militia community, which opens a door to a future false flag operation that would defame and outlaw patriotic/militia free speech and activities, as well as to reveal and identify any outspoken dedicated patriots by natural provocation of treasonous overt military activity/transport; interest the common population will have in "JADE HELM'S" treasonous activities will be recorded. Another goal of "JADE HELM" is to flood the Alternative Media with "JADE HELM" stories and disinformation, that the patriot/Truther community becomes fed up with it over time, and this will start the "Boy Who Cried Wolf" scenario where the patriot community will not report nor question the real dangerous treasonous military operations of the future. There is operation after operation, and plan after plan the cabal have scheduled for America. "JADE HELM" is just a test and the beginning of more treasonous cabal operations.

 The cabal has allegedly been limited in their tools of chaos, for they haven't been able to create major natural disasters, nor were they able to use biological nor nuclear warfare on a large scale, although it seems that a war is still an option/free will choice of each country's leaders, but that is unessessary at this time. How to Block Microwave Mind-Programming Signals

We have all heard jokes about tinfoil hats. Turns out there might be some practical truth to that idea. Aluminum foil really does attenuate (lessen) certain EM radiation if electrically grounded and not touching the skin. For those who are heavily bombarded by microwave beams from sources like cellphone towers, which is easy to determine if you have an RF signal detector as I do, blocking these waves with grounded metal sheets goes a long way to lessening the radiation.
A large source of dangerous EM radiation comes in the form of microwaves emitted by cell phone towers. From personal experimentation, and hearing the experiences of others, I am convinced that microwave pollution and intentional targeting can muddle thoughts, induce fatigue, reduce willpower, and maybe even subliminally implant thoughts or entrain emotional states. They may also be used for monitoring purposes.
Using a microwave signal strength meter, I have made several objective observations about these signals:

1. they tend to be beamed through the window of a room where one spends the most time, usually the window facing the front street
2. they are specifically directed to target and track a person inside his home
3. the tracking speed is slow, and when the target moves, the signal takes several seconds or minutes to search and find the target at his new location.
4. when the target enters an area in his home that the signal cannot reach, the signal goes on a wide search mode, thinking the target has left his home and is traveling about town.
5. when the primary window is blocked off, within days the signal finds another window or thin wall to penetrate
6. one can feel the effects of this signal, which may induce a dull headache or pressure in the temples

It appears cell phone towers are generating these signals by triangulating hotspots on selected tracked targets. This would require that computers perform the calculations necessary to alter the signal of each of three cell phone towers so as to triangulate a hotspot of signal at the target’s location. When the target moves, new calculations have to be made, which takes several seconds. Maybe something else generates the beams, like satellites.
These signals may consist of microwave carriers with ELF modulation, and perhaps with audio or text encoded messages. Some possibilities:

1. the microwaves resonate with DNA, can penetrate flesh and bone, pass through some walls and windows, and are already in use by cell phones.
2. these signals entrain brainwaves into a high-beta state, which causes aggression and stress, or an alpha level that induces hypnotic states and muddled thinking.
3. besides the ELF waves that entrain brain states, the carrier may also convey audio messages. I have not verified what these messages are, but they could be something along the lines of “You are angry, You cannot think, You give up, You have no energy, etc…” These audio messages could be modulated into the microwave carrier via frequency modulation, while the ELF brain-entrainment signals could be amplitude modulated.
4. there may also be emotional signatures frequency-modulated into the carrier. These can induce anger, frustration, sadness, or essentially any human emotion into susceptible targets

Who is responsible for all this? Probably shadow factions of the military/intelligence community. If they wish to keep the population docile and keep all dissenters from acting upon their dissenting thoughts, no means are unthinkable to accomplish those ends.

What Can Be Done

There are two things you can do. First, you can learn to better cope with these signals. The more you are in control of your own mind and emotions, and the more observant you are about your own behavior, the less influence these signals have upon your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Knowing is half the battle. Second, you can take additional steps to reduce the level of EM radiation in your home, by blocking these signals.
Standard methods of blocking microwave mind programming signals consist of Faraday cages, but Faraday cages are difficult and expensive to build. Aluminum foil hats actually increase signal exposure by acting as an antenna unless they are grounded, so you can forget about that.
An easy and relatively cost-effective way to block microwaves goes as follows:
1) Obtain these items:

• several emergency foil blankets (also known as space blankets, emergency camping blankets, or mylar foil blankets). These come in small folded packs, found in the camping section of department stores ($3 each).

• “Solderless Banana Plugs” and “Test / Jumper leads” from Radioshack.

• duct tape or masking tape
• RF / MW signal detector, optional but recommended. Here are ones that work: 1) These ones on eBay (good), 2) Zap Checker 180 or 270 (better). Do NOT use the CellSensor, as it’s not designed for measuring cellphone tower beams.
• If you cannot obtain a signal detector, take your best guess at which windows or walls to cover. An ideal choice would be the corner or wall closest to your bed. Any protection is better than no protection. But without a device to measure what’s really there, your subjectivity may get the better of you.

2) Assemble the connecting cables like this:
a) Cut off one of the alligator clips:

b) Strip insulation a half inch from the end:

c) then twist the wires together:

d) insert wire through plastic sleeve, and unscrew metal collar from the plug part (counter clockwise from front).

d) insert wire into the back of the metal plug, through the hole, and fold it back:

e) screw metal collar back on:

f) screw on the plastic sleeve and you’re done.

g) Repeat this for one or two more cables to make a complete set:

• Cables that connect ground and the foil sheets (Amazon link).

• Alligator test leads to connect one sheet to another (Amazon link).

3) Use signal detector to record the relative signal strength from all windows in the room you wish to protect, preferably the office or bedroom.
4) Without gaps, cover the walls or windows with emergency foil blankets, using masking or duct tape to hang up and connect the pieces. It does not matter which side of the blankets faces the wall. If this is too much, then just cover the window. If this is too ugly for you, then you can make a safe room out of a large closet, or put your bed or desk in the corner and cover the half of the walls adjacent to it.
5) Widen the splayed banana plug tip by inserting a knife of thin screwdriver into the gaps, and stick into the ground jack on your electrical outlet. This is the middle one that’s round, not slotted. Connect the alligator clip to the bottom edge of a blanket, so that it grips onto both sides of the foil.
6) Use double-alligator wires to connect one blanket piece to another.
7) Check for incoming radiation, add another blanket where necessary. After an hour or two, check the other windows and compare their signal strength to what you recorded previously. If they are now showing intense incoming radiation, the signal has re-oriented and you must cover that wall or window as well.

You will feel the difference. As an experiment, tape up only half of a grounded blanket, so that you stand before an uncovered window. Then tape up the rest so the window is covered. The pressure in your head may disappear, only to reappear if you pull the blanket down again. If you live in a flat urban area, the field intensities tend to be high.
Microwaves cannot easily penetrate metal, especially grounded metal such as the electrically grounded foil blankets. The reason why emergency blankets are recommended over Reynolds aluminum foil is that these blankets are larger, more durable, and easier to hang up. Though some signal still gets through, and foil does not block pure ELF waves (ones without a higher frequency carrier), this is one step to greatly reducing the level of incoming microwave radiation.

Other Miscellaneous Tips

• for temporary relief, go to the basement, lie on the floor, or move around. These prevent strong hot spots from locking onto you. This may seem paranoid, but test it with a signal detector and you will verify this for yourself.
• use a negative ion generator (air ionizer) to improve the quality of air in your home. Keep the generator away from computer equipment. Negative ions improve your mood, and such generators also create EM noise which interferes slightly with monitoring device. Negative ions and the EM noise also counteracts negative astral and ethereal phenomena.
• avoid ingesting fluoride. Among other places, fluoride is found in commercial soft drinks, bottled or canned ice tea, and tap water. Fluoride impairs willpower and clarity of thought, which makes one more susceptible to microwave mind programming signals. Brita or Pur water filters do not remove fluoride. Try refillable reverse osmosis water jugs, or distilled/purified drinking water.
• if one has a choice, avoid spring mattresses. Use instead air mattresses, waterbeds, wooden cots, or futons. Platform beds made of wood are available to support a futon mattress. Springs are like antennas, and focus EM and ELF energy into your body while you sleep.
• get proper nutrition. This means enough calories, protein, adequate minerals, plenty of clean water, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Being deficient in any of these will cause mental weakness and submissiveness to mind programming signals.
• be in the moment and observe yourself. Question baseless thoughts or emotions you may have, especially negative emotions such as aggression or depression that urge you to act without thinking. Becoming aware of their presence is often enough to deactivate them.
• don’t let the means become an ends. Reducing mind programming signal influences should serve to increase your productivity and efficiency in what you truly desire to do, the goals you choose to follow. Don’t let fear and paranoia displace the importance of following your goals.

I am staying on top of this, first 2PM Eastern time, now for 2Pm EDT which was what was actually stated, waiting. 20 minutes left. BUT FIRST: Here is the deal with regard to the web site attack covered in detail farther down the page - a perfectly static level of hits is coming through to the site (minute by minute) which is not possible. It really is as if the normal traffic is getting spoofed at a pre determined rate while getting mixed in with a few permitted legitimate hits. The normal traffic is high enough so that it could be spoofed 95 percent and thousands of people would still see the web site be normal but they would not fluctuate the stats because the spoof is so dominant. Minute by minute samples of traffic should look like: 300 hits one minute, 500 another minute, 38 another minute, 700 another minute - traffic fluctuates widely when it is natural traffic and only a machine would peg hits to within 10 a minute every minute. THIS IS ONE THING ALTERNATIVE MEDIA NEEDS TO LOOK FOR, but I have found a much better way to prove it, which is why I stated this knowing whoever is doing this will fix this particular hint and not make it SO OBVIOUS. Basically by saying this, I just gave them a hint about how to fake it better. I would like to avoid doing that again, but people need to know and I have better proof via different means anyway.Now on to that "ISIS" attack

Regarding an alleged "judge" in ALASKA

The CAPACITY/Capacity issue is so popularly misunderstood by various activist groups that this author has received some very "energetic" responses.  There's a very clear distinction between those who have realized that there's more to the story than has been kicked around in/by the patriot groups and those who have already reached "saturation" and have stopped thinking about what it is that they're saying or arguing.

To the defense of those committed to false premises in their legal positions, the reality is a wicked paradigm shift.  Also down that path, some have been opposing the system for so long that they're overwhelmed with information.  Working within that deluge of misdirection is not unlike trying to get a drink from a high-pressure fire hose in full operation.

There comes a time when it's easier to stop trying to figure it out and to hold tightly to whatever may be the perspective at the time of that shut down of further inquiry than to continue to try to tread water in that turbulent sea of misinformation.  This author refers to that event of "No more input, please," as "saturation," and at "saturation," the mind is simply not interested in taking in anything else/more.

Those running this present system, which system depends 100% on misdirection and out-and-out deceit, know that many will succumb to "saturation."  A great many Americans are interested in learning more about how to deal with the deceit and the related systemic problems/issues, but since they are not exactly equipped to analyze the enormity of the information that's "out there," they get only so far into it and then just stop. That doesn't mean that all of them stop participating at some level or other.  It means that they stop looking critically at the whole of the information, i.e., they stop analyzing what they're saying, i.e., they just stop "thinking."  They shift over into cognitive-dissonance-based responsiveness, and that's emotional not logical in its foundational basis.  They get this or that line of "analysis" in mind as "the it" for purposes of coming to understand the situation, and instead of challenging their own initial conclusions, they advance down those paths pell mell.  It's a lot easier for most of those minds to continue rather than to examine into the misdirection of the "underground" information, i.e., their personal conclusions in the matter, much of which is very deliberately planted misinformation. 

Because those running the present system of deceit know that "saturation" is very real, there are all kinds of agent provocateur sources espousing the wildest of non-sense.  Not all sources of non-sense are agent provocateur in nature, but the result is the same.  Those who actually depend on that non-sense are looking to "break INTO jail."


In specific response to the CAPACITY/Capacity issue (which is not the difference between a corporation and a human being (living soul, but rather (simply or merely) the difference between the LEGAL PERSON recognized in the present maritime system and the Legal Person recognized in the Common Law system; i.e., it's a "choice of law" distinction, not a "separate person" distinction), a name came up.

Another related name has also come up: Anna Marie Riezinger, purportedly with an Alaska Superior Court (a trial court).

The concepts this author has seen published under that name are nuts beyond comprehension.  It's at the decades-old base of patriot-think, and it's the sort of thing that gets people into (serious) trouble, not necessarily directly by the use/assertion of it, but rather as a result of relying on it.

Here's what this author found in about 10 minutes of internet search.  The point of this note is to request information from those who have found something other than this.  Bottom line, if a party by that name is a judge in ALASKA, in any of its courts, trial or appellate, it's a very carefully guarded secret within, or perhaps from, the judiciary in that STATE.

A search in the official ALASKA Bar Association website for an Anna von Reitz, Anna von Fritz, Anna Fritz, and Anna Riezinger, returns a "no Records found" sort of note.  This author concludes that there is no such member of the ALASKA Bar Association.  This author would expect that an actual judge would have such membership.  In TEXAS it's an (absolute) requirement.  This author doesn't know that it's the same in ALASKA, but this author expects that any state judicial officer, especially one purportedly sitting on the STATE's High Court, would be a member of that STATE's Bar Association, even if it's 100% voluntary to participate.

What has happened in TEXAS, as one example of the developments down this path, is the development of at least two republic/Republic of Texas groups, and there may be more.  They purport to be "the" original, Common Law organization, and they believe that by asserting a different political structure that they've insulated themselves from "this state."  They also believe that concepts that were always non-sense in "this state" somehow become valid because they've set up a separate "church."  There is even proof of international recognition of at least one of the Texas groups.  Nothing about any of that turns non-sense into competent legal analysis or doctrine.

Right now, it appears that something similar is going on in ALASKA.  Whoever this "Anna von Reitz/Fritz Riezinger" person is, or whatever she's part of, she's not a judicial officer in/of ALASKA.

Another clue about the dubious nature of the title of "judge" is this. A genuine, actual, "real" judicial officer would never engage in email discussions.  It's a direct violation of judicial ethics.  It's the epitome of "advisory rulings."


There are a lot of true American's out there who are long-since frustrated with this present system and the legal concepts it relies upon and utilizes.  However, it's always been a misdirection play to throw any "constitution" at anything going on "governmentally" in "this state."  (A lesson this author learned the hard way.)  It's always been a misdirection play to throw Common Law at anything going on "governmentally" in "this state."  And, it's always been a misdirection play to think that political activity, whether within "this state" or separate from "this state," is going to change or benefit anyone or anything.  As for politics within "this state," as limited as that source of relief is, there is the dimmest of rays of hope for that line of activity.  As for finding relief by setting up a politically different entity (church), there can be no relief from "this state" while using the "choice of law" of "this state" via the use of "funny money."  Even then, it's not the political separation that stands any remote shot at providing relief but rather the commercial activity that is separate from "this state" (presuming both that a system of honest weights and measures is used and the entire concept of "dollar" is avoided, among the rest of what keeps the "choice of law" clearly beyond "this state") that is what provides the relief (if relief is to be found).

To solve a problem, it must first be identified correctly.  Where the "solution" is to set up some intellectual island somewhere on which concepts that never provide(d) relief in "this state" are somehow competent, the problem has not yet been identified correctly.  Politics is not a "solution" to the problems we face via "this state."  The place called "this state" functions commercially, thus individually.  There's nothing about "group think" that changes any individual's commercial obligations in/to "this state." 

There are solutions, but it's a study that produces the result of getting one's mind around the problem far enough to see the problem for exactly what it is.  Many want to pretend that the problem is something other than what it is, and for that reason, they understand neither the problem nor the (obvious) solution.

To address the problem at its core, it's this:  as a people, we're God-hating, God-defying pagans.  For this reason, God is Judging us, via War, Famine, Pestilence (Disease, Plague), and this present "Beast" system.  To recognize the Judgments for what they are is to see that we're under Divine Judgment.  To see that we're under Divine Judgment is to recognize, eventually, that whatever we're doing in the way of relating to our Lord, Savior, High Priest, King, and God ain't working out so good at the moment.  And, to address a couple of popular topics, abortion and homosexuality are effects not causes of our Judgment.  These are two of the many confirmations that we're well into Judgment.  (What is the book of Revelation all about?  God appears to us in the form of Judgment, after which comes restoration and establishment of His Kingdom.) Those in doubt as to what needs to change in the hearts and minds of Americans are well-advised to make inquiry of Him down that very path.  Those genuinely and sincerely seeking out that answer will be shown the answer.  The thoughts above (and in prior and future notes) are intended to facilitate a bit more time-effective understanding of the starting place, but even then, we are taught to test/challenge everything.  By so doing, we come to understand and discern His voice.

There's a lot of non-sense "out there," and there are a great number of people who enjoy the taste of their very-moldy, stale swill.  Many will never have the internal fortitude to reexamine their own paradigms to challenge themselves in order to get loose from the prison in their own minds.  That's Ok, because it takes only a few to blaze the path.  That path-blazing is still quite active, and as that path is paved, there will be others find it and follow it.  Toward that end, the efforts of Legal Reality continue.
