The deadly Amtrak train derailment Tuesday night in Philadelphia was deeply personal for many lawmakers, especially those from the Northeast — as important as Vice President Joe Biden and as relatively anonymous as rank-and-file House members — who travel by train to and from Washington.

But just because the accident struck close to home does not mean Congress will increase an already shrunken budget for transportation. Just hours after the derailment, which claimed at least seven lives and left scores more injured, the House Appropriations Committee held an uncomfortably timed markup of its annual transportation spending bill and moved forward with a $250 million cut from last year’s Amtrak funding of approximately $1.3 billion.

Democrats urged Republicans to keep the accident in mind as the hearing progressed and members debated how much the government should contribute to modernizing and repairing transportation infrastructure, including Amtrak.

“[The bill] does not provide funding to address the capital needs required for safety,” said Rep. David Price, D-N.C., the ranking member of the transportation subcommittee of the powerful appropriations panel. Price called for a new budget agreement with higher spending levels because, without such a deal, transportation programs would continue to be “a victim of the majority’s self-imposed austerity.”

“It decimates the investments that a great country must make,” Price said. “There’s no way to sufficiently address all the gaps in funding in this bill.”

Democrats unsuccessfully pushed an amendment, proposed by Pennsylvania Rep. Chaka Fattah, to fund Amtrak at the White House’s requested spending levels for 2016 of $2.45 billion, $550 million of which would have gone specifically to the Northeast Corridor and $220 million of which would have been directed to replace obsolete equipment on state-supported Amtrak routes. The measure failed on party lines, 30 to 21. Another Democratic amendment, from Price himself, would have restored the billions that the GOP cut from the White House’s overall transportation proposal, but that also failed, 29-21.

Republicans objected to the Democrats’ efforts to break mutually agreed upon budget caps and said any increases in spending, for Amtrak or any other program, would have been challenged on the House floor. Republicans also questioned Democrats’ focus on the Tuesday accident, saying their attempts to tie the derailment to the previously scheduled hearing was inappropriate in the wake of a tragedy whose cause was still unknown. Investigators will be looking at all possible causes of the accident, including those — such as excessive speed — unrelated to infrastructure problems. The 2016 transportation spending bill could still get log-jammed at any point of the legislative process outside of committee — on the House floor, where conservative Republicans have often voted against any government spending measures, or in the Senate, should the bill actually pass the House. But it’s not the only pressing legislation affecting transportation infrastructure.

A short-term stopgap bill designed to keep ongoing infrastructure projects funded is set to expire at the end of the month, and the extension of that measure remains stalled as Congress has focused on other issues, from Pacific trade to executive oversight on an Iran nuclear deal.

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said last week he would block any trade legislation until the transportation and infrastructure bill got a vote (the Senate has filibustered opening debate on President Barack Obama’s trade authority). But no congressional aide could give a timetable for considering a transportation vote. Coincidentally, this week is “National Infrastructure Week” in Washington, and lobbyists already had descended on the Capitol to advocate for a long-term solution to the funding shortfall.

Republicans have long insisted that any money spent for transportation and infrastructure projects be offset by spending cuts to other domestic programs.

A Senate Democratic aide said leaders are expected to bring up the issue of extending this so-called highway trust fund, which covers federal transportation and infrastructure projects, especially in light of current events. Congress is expected to recess for the Memorial Day holiday in less than two weeks.

“As someone who rides Amtrak between Wilmington and Washington almost every day, I know how critical Amtrak is to families, businesses and communities in Delaware and throughout the Northeast,” said Sen. Chris Coons, D-Del. “As a member of the Senate, last night’s tragedy is yet another stark reminder of why we must act now to invest in our transportation infrastructure, including Amtrak.”

In Tuesday’s House hearing, however, Republican Mario Diaz-Balart of Florida, chairman of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, pushed back against Democrats’ demands for more funding, denouncing “the concept that it is always more money that is the solution.”

The question in coming days, however, will be what is the solution and whether this accident might concentrate lawmakers’ attention on larger transportation issues — especially the lawmakers who travel this route.

Sen. Tom Carper, D-Del., had just disembarked the ill-fated Amtrak train in Wilmington, the stop immediately before Philadelphia, where it derailed. Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., released a statement saying his son was scheduled on the next Northeast Corridor train out of Washington en route to New York.

And Biden, long an ambassador for Amtrak and a frequent traveler before he was elected vice president, also released a statement indicating how personally the crash affected him and other travelers like him.

“The victims could have been any one of our parents, children or someone from one of our communities. Amtrak is like a second family to me, as it is for so many other passengers,” Biden said. “For my entire career, I’ve made the trip from Wilmington to Washington and back. I’ve come to know the conductors, engineers and other regulars — men and women riding home to kiss their kids good night — as we passed the flickering lights of each neighborhood along the way.”

(N.Morgan) Another military exercise being conducted by the military has come to light, Robin Sage is the equivalent of Jade Helm for the Eastern United States. 


The country is quickly becoming an all out training grounds for the military Special Forces.


What exactly are they 'training' for?





While the political and MSM pendents have all eyes focused on the Southwestern states calling “Squirrel” plans have been in place for more than a decade for a similar ‘exercise’ from New Hampshire to Georgia over to Mississippi up to Tennessee.
The Netflix series “REVOLUTION” is a pretty good depiction of what we may be facing in America given recent developments.
So these military exercises are expanded across the Unites States, the East coast will not be ignored.
Special forces will be covering almost the entire Unites States with military “exercises”.

This month, Special Forces candidates will participate in the Robin Sage training exercise, held within 15 North Carolina counties as the final test of their Special Forces Qualification Course training.
Between Oct. 13 and 24, approximately 100 of these students will participate in this exercise before graduating the course and moving on to their first assignments in the Army’s Special Forces community.
Robin Sage is a two-week exercise run eight times a year, once for each class of Special Forces candidates.
These candidates are students at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, based out of Fort Bragg. 
The exercise’s notional country of Pineland encompasses 15 counties in North Carolina including Alamance, Anson, Cabarrus, Chatham, Davidson, Guilford, Hoke, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, Richmond, Rowan, Scotland, Stanly and Union counties.
Throughout the exercise, Special Forces candidates and Robin Sage role-players not only conduct training missions such as controlled assaults and key-leader engagements, but also live, eat and sleep in these civilian areas.
All Robin Sage movements and events have been coordinated with public safety officials throughout and within the towns and counties hosting the training.
Residents may hear blank gunfire and see occasional flares. Controls are in place to ensure there is no risk to persons or property.
Residents with concerns should contact local law enforcement officials, who will immediately contact exercise control officials.
With the help of civilian authorities and local citizens, Robin Sage has been conducted since 1974; before that time, similar exercises were run under the names Devil’s Arrow, Swift Strike and Guerrilla USA.




For the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, safety is always the command’s top priority during all training events.
The following measures have been implemented:
• Formal written notification to the chiefs of law enforcement agencies in the affected counties, with a follow-up visit from a unit representative.
• All civilian and non-student military participants are briefed on procedures to follow if there is contact with law enforcement officials.
• Students will only wear civilian clothes if the situation warrants, as determined by the instructors, and will wear a distinctive brown armband during these instances.
Personnel role-playing as Pineland law enforcement officers wear distinctive blue hats and armbands, as well. 
• Training areas and vehicles used during exercises are clearly labeled. 





Approximately 200 military service members from units across Fort Bragg will also support the exercise.
These military members act as realistic opposing forces and guerrilla freedom fighters, also known as Pineland’s resistance movement.
These troops play a critical role in the training exercise.
To add realism of the exercise, civilian volunteers throughout the state act as role-players.
Participation by these volunteers is crucial to the success of this training, and past trainees attest to the realism they add to the exercise.
Robin Sage is the U.S. military’s premiere unconventional warfare exercise and the final test of over a year’s worth of training for aspiring Special Forces Soldiers.
Candidates are placed in an environment of political instability characterized by armed conflict, forcing Soldiers to analyze and solve problems to meet the challenges of this “real-world” training. 
During this exercise, these future Special Forces Soldiers must infiltrate areas in small groups and train guerilla forces to independently and effectively use tactical force to liberate Pineland by teaching them to communicate, move, fight and provide medical aid. 
U.S. Army students who successfully complete this iteration of the Robin Sage exercise will graduate the Special Forces Qualification Course in a ceremony Nov. 1 in Fayetteville.
In addition, foreign military soldiers participating in Robin Sage and the SFQC as part of exchange programs will graduate the course and return to their nation’s military.

Jade Helm and Atzlan Giveaway of the American Southwest

A source within the government has informed me that we should brace for another massive wave of immigration this summer coming up through the Central American corridor. Further, America’s participation in the Refugee/Resettlement program is endangering the national security of this country. Both of these irresponsible and illegal actions by the Obama administration begs the answer to certain questions: What does the future hold for a country that refuses to protect its citizens from foreign intrusion by criminal elements? How many third world immigrants can the United States absorb until the United States becomes a third world country? Finally, what are the immediate national security implications of these reckless actions by Obama?

The Chesterton Prophecies

America’s future has already been foretold in G. K. Chesterton’s, The Flying Inn (1914). The book provides present day Americans with an opportunity to understand what is happening to their loss of culture and of national sovereignty. The book consists of a “fictional” account of how England had been stripped of its cultural identity. The book was written at the end of the British imperialistic period of dominance in which England had collapsed under the sheer weight of attempting to maintain its vast empire.
In the book, Chesterton maintains that England had lost far more than its preeminent position as the world’s sole super power. He postulated that England had lost its national soul through the unintended integration of its culture with more “barbaric cultures” that it had previously conquered.
The protagonist in The Flying Inn, Dalroy, proclaimed that great nations have frequently followed a similar pattern of progressive and complete self-destruction:

1. The great nation declares victory over the barbarians.
2. The great nation begins to enjoy the fruits of cheap labor by employing the barbarians that it had conquered.
3. The barbarians become so enmeshed into the great nation, that an alliance with barbarians is formed (e.g., de facto amnesty including members of criminal organizations like the Sinaloa drug cartel).
4. Assimilation is followed with the barbarians becoming a privileged class (e.g. free medical). Thus, the great nation is conquered.

Near the end of the book, almost every virtuous cultural tradition, of the great nation, comes under sharp criticism, while every cultural tradition emanating from the barbarians’ place of origin became praiseworthy while the majority culture’s traditions are held in contempt.

History Does Indeed Repeat Itself

Certainly the relationship between the United States and various countries south of our border parallels Chesterton’s stunningly accurate prophecies by describing what has happened to present day America. Consider the following American parallels which strikingly correspond to Dalroy’s view of how empires crumble:

1. The economies of the two cultures bifurcate and the United States begins to enjoy the fruits of its imperialistic labors. The conquered people provides nearly 160 years of cheap labor which helps to fuel the economic growth of the United States. Guest workers and illegal immigrants trickle into the United States, or they are resettled in the United States by Obama. Despite the comparatively low wages, more immigrants come into America to experience the bountiful leftovers of their former conquerors. This trend continues to the point in which the original trickle of guest workers and illegal immigrants becomes a raging tsunami of humanity most of whom are seeking to experience the American dream at the expense of their former conquerors. The great nation fully employs those that it had conquered. Dalroy’s second principle is fulfilled.
2. Average American citizens begin to note the loss of economic standing, culture and traditions. “Special privilege” programs, such as Totalization, deportation instead of criminal prosecution for organized criminal activities, free medical and free education, serve to fully integrate the former illegal aliens into the mainstream of American society. To frame the desired paradigm shift, legal terms such as “illegal alien” become likened to racial epitaphs uttered during the worst days of the old “Jim Crow” laws. The “politically correct police” (i.e., the corporate media) label all Americans who desire to secure their borders, in this age of terrorism, as racists and xenophobic. The alliance has been formed. Dalroy’s second principle is fulfilled.
3. Illegal immigrant subgroups (e.g., Reconquista de Atzalan, MECHA) begin to proclaim that the takeover of America is moving forward and if the present occupants of this country do not like it; then these “Euros” can “go back to Europe.” (In this scenario, it’s not certain where American citizens whose historical roots lie in Africa, the Middle East, South America, Mexico, Panama, Canada, Asia, the Pacific Rim, the Caribbean, and most of all, Native Americans, are supposed to return to). At what point do we admit that the great nation of America has been conquered and is in the process of being successfully occupied?

Although the Flying Inn is fiction, in reality, its tenets are being realized as nearly every tradition that Americans hold sacred, are coming under attack (e.g., the virtues and value of American citizenship); while everything from the illegal aliens’ point of origin is becoming more praiseworthy by the day (e.g., “We do the jobs that Americans won’t”). The propaganda lines have been drawn.


Most disturbingly, the violence once confined to south of the border has reared its ugly head inside what’s left of the United States southern border. “What is truly needed to successfully interdict the drug cartels is the stationing of 3,000 heavily armed soldiers for Arizona alone,” Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu once said. One other noteworthy scenario in Chesterton’s book is the ominous ending in which the principal Western democracy ends up merging with a Middle Eastern country. Can anyone say “Sharia Law?”

The Worst Danger Is Being Ignored

The above quote is reflective of a view that is embraced by the Obama administration in which the President is intent on importing millions more immigrants regardless of their country of origin, their legal status, their possible terrorist affiliations, and Obama refuses to allow the FBI to screen these new “refugees” which come from places like Somalia, Syria and several other countries with strong terrorist ties and a history of hating the United States and its American residents.

Aztlán is the name for the mythical place of origin of the Aztec people. In the politics of illegal immigration, Aztlán has come to represent that part of the U.S. that the Reconquista movement intends to reclaim for an expanded Mexico.


 The goal of creating Aztlán is the dream of another radical organization, the Moviemento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán, which translates as the “Chicano Student Movement of Aztlán,” more commonly abbreviated to the acronym known as MEChA.”  There are several local high school and college chapters which advocate for the breakup of the United States and a return of Atzlan to Mexico while expelling the European interlopers.









The symbol of MEChA is a black eagle against a red background. The eagle holds in its right claw a weapon similar to a machete, and in its left hand a stick of dynamite. In the beak of the eagle is the lighted fuse needed to blast the dynamite. I have come to the opinion that the lighted fuse needed to blast the dynamite is Jade Helm 15.

Undeniable Links Between Jade Helm and Reconquista Atzlan

Maps drawn to illustrate Aztlán usually redefine Mexico to include much of California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas but have been expanded to Nevada, Colorado, and Utah.

 

Please compare the similarities between the originally announced Jade Helm states and the states associated with Reconquista de Aztlan. Given the history of this administration does anyone truly believe that the coincidence of states in these two maps is an accident?

The Similarity of These Two Maps Is No Accident

There is no doubt as to the exact match between the Reconquista Atzlan map and the Jade Helm map as part of a planned action.
Many have asked why Utah, Texas and Southern California are declared to be “hostile states” by Jade Helm. The answer to that question is quite simple:

1. Utah frightens the current administration because of the potential solidarity of the Mormon church. On March 27, 2015, I appeared as a talk show guest on a large Fox station in Utah. I discussed this solidarity issue and the potential threats posed by the LDS church in relation to the goals of the Obama administration. On April 3, 2015, Obama traveled to Utah and held a closed door meeting with LDS leadership. Utah has gone silent on the topic of Jade Helm.
2. In what should be the Texas state flag, commands all who want gun control as well as achieve the takeover of the state to “bring it on”. I have previously detailed how the current administration is having trouble “controlling various aspects of the Navy”. Lying along the Southern California coast are some of the largest Navy and Marine bases in the country. If Jade Helm disintegrates into civil war, these areas would need to be neutralized by this administration.

The Greatest Danger Has Not Yet Been Revealed

Most illegal immigrants simply want to come to America and enjoy the fruits that this country has to offer and most do not have terrorist affiliations. The greatest threat to this country is the permanent 5th column being embedded inside the United States and they are coming here under the guise of being refugees and many of these groups do have terrorist ties. This will be the topic of the next part in this series.

     Teachers Union Dues Used to Keep Illegals in US

Over the past several decades, the National Education Association (NEA) has become one of the largest and most liberal and socialistic unions in America. I have friends who have attended the annual NEA conventions and they report how many adamant union members are hostile to anything Christian and conservative. 

The NEA has been pushing socialist agendas and curriculum like the Common Core and others. In some areas, the NEA has supported the liberal sex education taught by Planned Parenthood which teaches kids that sex is okay as long as you’re safe and you don’t have to tell your parents. 

Kim Anderson, Senior Director of Advocacy and Outreach for the NEA, recently posted on the union’s website, Education Votes:

“We have to be a social justice union.”

Let me remind you that the term ‘social justice’ is the politically correct word for socialism. Progressives knew that socialism carried a negative connotation in America, but social justice sounds like something many would find acceptable. 

In that context, Victor Skinner reports:

“That’s the reason the NEA sent cash to the United Teachers Los Angeles to encourage teachers to recruit undocumented immigrants for Obama’s DACA program, which allows younger immigrants to obtain work permits or pursue higher education.” 

“The union is worried a Republican president could halt the program in the future.".”

“‘We’re doing everything we can to let students know and let families know that they’re able to do this right now,’ United Teachers Los Angeles treasurer Arlene Inouye told the union site.” 

“The NEA is also sending money to the far-left Wisconsin-based student group Youth Empowered in the Struggle, which teachers have used in the past to pressure school officials during teacher union contract negotiations.” 

“The money for YES goes toward summer social justice training camps for kids that mold them into liberal community activists with the goal of protesting some kind of an injustice during the school year.

I know many teachers who do not agree with the NEA’s socialistic agenda, but due to the lack of right-to-work laws in their states, they are forced to join the NEA and its subsidiary union branches. That means that they are forced to pay union dues that is constantly being used for socialistic issues like helping to keep illegal kids in the US.


What you may not realize is that it’s actually your money that is being used by the NEA for these purposes like helping to keep illegal aliens from being deported. One way or another, your taxes are used to pay teachers’ salaries. The teachers are forced by unfair labor laws to pay part of the money they got from you and me to the union so the union can fund their socialistic and anti-American agenda.


If you find this offensive and disturbing and your state does not have a right-to-work law, then maybe you should get involved with your state politicians and help them pass a right-to-work law. That would allow many conservative teachers to resign from the union, thus reducing the union’s extortion fees, also known as 'dues'.

An All News Pipeline reader has emailed us the photograph above as well as the 1st video below which show a US military convoy with microwave weapons units taking a break while heading west on I-80 near Reno, Nevada. These units are used by the military as a non-lethal method of crowd control according to Extreme Tech, causing a tremendous amount of pain to those who the weapon is used against and making the skin burn' from the inside out, though said to cause no permanent injuries. This is just the latest sighting by everyday Americans across the country that provides us with more proof of huge preparation for some kind of an 'event' by the US military that looks more and more as being preparation for crowd control and civil unrest in America for when the economy completes its' tumble, leaving the US a 3rd world nation.

Called an 'active denial system', these weapons can be mounted on top of vehicles or used as stand-alone units with their own generators on wheels as seen in the picture above and video below. Sending a non-lethal millimeter-wave electromagnetic energy beam at 'attackers', the energy beams penetrate skin up to 1/64 of an inch deep and cause a sensation that is similar to one being on fire - a two-second energy burst can heat a humans skin up to 130 degrees, causing anyone within its vicinity to pull away by reflex. Father Of Two Who Steals Food Because Of Hunger Let Off By Judge.....

Paul Barker, 39, and wife Kerry Barker, 29, were spotted on camera looking through groceries at the back of a Tesco store. The food was out-of-date and destined to be thrown out. The couple is down on their luck. Sadly, they indicated that they have no money to look after themselves or their kids.

The couple had a very unfortunate background, which caused them to allegedly be unable to work. Mr. Barker claims that both he and his wife used to work. However, he was forced to quit his job after breaking his back while working as a scaffolder. His wife, Kerry, needed to give up her job at Durham County Council five years ago due to depression. So the couple had no real source of income, according to the Mirror.
Their attorney, Angus Westgarth, defending them, stated that when they took the food they hadn’t received any government benefits and had no means to pay for food. He stated the following, according to the Mirror.

“At the time, they hadn’t had benefits or any money since December. It just seems that the state has failed them. They were told they would not get any benefits for a year from December. He [Paul Barker] is having to duck and dive to feed himself. Without a crystal ball I can see that this will continue to happen. He is trying to survive however he can. I think they call this way of living ‘freeganism.’ They take waste food and consume it. They are managing to live as, I think, Social Services are paying some money for housing. Their children are living with grandparents because of the situation.”

The couple cannot even take care of their own children because of a lack of money. As a result, their four-year-old boy and two-year-old daughter are living with their grandparents.
Although stealing is never right, the judge in this case had sympathy for the couple, who are just trying to live. They weren’t stealing to get rich or another self-serving reason. They were just trying to survive on food that was being thrown out. The pair was arrested.
District Judge Roger Esley said the food was worth nothing and he found Paul Barker innocent, according to METRO. Mrs. Barker hasn’t entered a plea, but she is also expected to also be found not guilty. The judge said the following: “I clearly can’t make any financial order.”
A Tesco store representative indicated that they do donate surplus food to people in need, through charity Fareshare. He indicated that they also redistribute food donated by their customers to the Trussell Trust, and stated the following, according to the Mirror.

“Working with the charity FareShare, we have already distributed over three million meals worth of surplus food to people in need and we are working on ways to make sure more surplus food is donated in this way. It is not safe to take food from bins and that is why we work with charities to redistribute surplus food that is safe to eat to people who need it.”

Unlike the Barkers who are just trying to get by and live, there are other thieves who are trying to get rich off of their deception. Many major retailers and large companies have been the victims of massive security breaches lately, including Target and Anthem. As a result of these wide-scale hacks, many credit card numbers have been compromised and are now being sold on the black market. In order to use the cards, the thieves are also using deception to try to obtain from the cardholders the three or four digit security code on the card, according to an article in the Inquisitr.

For the uninitiated, the Oath Keepers is a group of law enforcement officials and military types whose goal is to uphold the Constitution, unless the government starts getting unconstitutionally tyrannical in their business. With that in mind, here’s one of them calling for Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) to be tried and hung to death.
Via Right Wing Watch comes a video of Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes speaking to a conservative gathering in Arizona. In the middle of his speech, reminding the audience of how Ron Paul delegates were shut out of the 2008 GOP convention he blasted the former Navy captain for his membership in the “GOP good-ol’-boy network.”
Rhodes then said that the “traitor” was “their preordained, anointed candidate who would go along with the program of the destruction of this country”:
He should be tried for treason before a jury of his peers, which he would deny you,” he went on. “He supports your denial of a jury trial, he supported the NDAA saying that he could just have the president slam you into a brig in North Carolina or South Carolina or wherever else he wanted to, try you by military tribunal and have you executed. He would deny you the right for trial to jury — but we will give him a trial for jury, and then after we convict him, he should be hung by the neck until dead! But that was their candidate! The Arizona Senate President Andy Biggs (R) also happened to be there as the keynote speaker, but didn’t quite realize who he was associating with until after Rhodes made his comments.

Chuck Norris Digs Up Disgusting Dirt on Hillary and Puts It Out for America to See

Famed martial artist and film producer Chuck Norris takes no prisoners when it comes to exposing hypocrisy and pursuing justice.
This doctrine even applies to 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton, a ruthless political hustler and hypocrite who constantly gets away with abhorrent behavior, thanks in large part to the liberal mainstream media’s refusal to drop the hammer on her.


Unlike the media, Chuck isn’t afraid to specifically pinpoint all of Hillary’s many faults, which is why he just published a new column that does exactly that.
Chuck started his column by first addressing Hillary’s most-recent scandals.
“Hillary clearly discarded the Freedom of Information Act and federal government requirements through the former secretary of state’s use of a private email account for all her official business and then dumping half of her email,” he wrote.


He noted that even Assistant Secretary of State for Administration Joyce Barr found this behavior to be unacceptable.
Chuck then discussed the way in which the Clinton Foundation accepted corrupt donations — and the way in which Hillary Clinton’s negligence contributed to the 2012 terror attack on the Benghazi embassy in Libya.
But then Chuck did what nobody else is willing to do and dug into Hillary’s past. Did you know, for instance, that during her first 2007 presidential run, Hillary Clinton “acknowledged receiving $850,000 in campaign contributions from convicted criminal Norman Hsu and his intermediaries?”
Furthermore, during Bill Clinton’s presidency, nearly 150 shady individuals “with ties to Clinton fund raising fled the country or took the Fifth to escape criminal self-incrimination.”
According to Chuck, Hillary also once used her political power to force a law firm suing the tobacco industry to basically hire her brother as a legal assistant.
Hillary also earned $100,000 from a $1,000 investment she made “through a political favor-seeker in Arkansas,” lied about subpoenaed billing records that were later found in her White House living quarters and gave tens of thousands of dollars in donations to the radical Palestine Liberation Organization.
The list goes on and on and on. The irony, as Chuck astutely pointed out, is that Hillary spends so much time complaining about the presence of corruption in politics, when she herself epitomizes what it means to be a corrupt politician.
“Don’t ever forget it: Hillary is her name, and Hilpocrisy is her game,” Chuck concluded his column for WND.
Exactly right, which is why if you dislike hypocrisy and corruption, then you ought NOT vote for Hillary Clinton come 2016, because her penchant for corruption runs so deep that she makes Barack Obama look like George Washington!

For going on seven years we have learned three things about President Obama: 1) He loves the poor so much he continues to create more of them. 2) He loves the poor so much he does everything in his power to keep them poor. 3) He doesn’t see the opposition as loyal, but as bad players — his enemy. This is especially true of Fox News, which Obama ripped as anti-poor bigots during a Wednesday afternoon summit on poverty.

We’re used to this Obama, the forever-partisan who has never seen himself as president of all the people but only of those who worship him.

What was most revealing about the president’s comments was his expressed desire to “change how the media reports.”
Speaking of Fox News, the poor, and the way GOP leaders think, Obama said, [W]e’re going to have to change how our body politic thinks, which means we’re going to have to change how the media reports on these issues.”

I think that the effort to suggest that the poor are sponges, leeches, don’t want to work, are lazy, are undeserving, got traction. And look, it’s still being propagated. I have to say that if you watch Fox News on a regular basis, it is a constant venue. They will find folks who make me mad. I don’t know where they find them. They’re all like, “I don’t want to work. I just want a free Obama Phone, or whatever.” And that becomes an entire narrative that gets worked up. And very rarely do you hear an interview of a waitress, which is much more typical — who is raising a couple of kids and doing everything right but still can’t pay the bills.

After seven failed years, to watch Obama sit there and discuss the poor as though he is part of the solution and not the problem, is laughable.
And let’s not forget that Obama knows nothing about poverty. He has lived a privileged life.
Obama attended prep schools as a child, lived with his well-to-do grandparents in Honolulu as a teen, where he attended Panahou, a fancy private school. Both of his grandparents were well educated; she even worked as the vice president of a bank. For a time, Obama  had a nanny! From there Obama attended Occidental College in California, was well off enough to visit Pakistan for 3 weeks; he then attended two of the most prestigious colleges in the country: Columbia and Harvard.
The closest Obama has ever come to experiencing anything close to poverty was during his time as a community organizer in Chicago. And in that dynamic, the poor were just pawns for Obama to manipulate to achieve his political ambitions.
Obama knows nothing of struggle, or what life is like for those who do.  And after 7 years of his failed economic policies, we also know he doesn’t give a damn enough about the poor to change his policies in a way that might actually help them.
Obama likes poor people fine — he likes them dependent on the government.
He also likes the news media to do what it’s told.

Halliburton missing ‘undetermined amount of explosives’ in Texas: cops

The Odessa Police Department Bomb Squad Unit released this sketch of what the missing explosives look like.

Uh oh.
An “undetermined amount of explosives” was reported missing from Texas-based oil company Halliburton on Thursday, Odessa police said.
The explosives disappeared en route from a Halliburton yard in Odessa to Reeves County in western Texas, police said. The call about the explosives came in around 6 a.m. Thursday, but Halliburton later said the loss was noticed on Wednesday.
It’s unclear if they were lost or stolen.
Police described the explosives as “oilfield igniters,” about two inches long and half an inch wide, with no labels on them to indicate that they are dangerous.

The explosives disappeared while being transported away from this company yard in Odessa.

A release from the Odessa Police Department advises anyone who encounters the explosives to “use caution and report them immediately to police.”
Halliburton said in a statement to the Daily News that it's “conducting a thorough search” for the lost load.
The statement said the evaporated explosives ignite into “a small charge equivalent to a large firecracker.”
Halliburton lost a radioactive rod while transporting it away from a Reeves County well in 2012 and later found it on a road seven miles from the well, the Odessa American reported.

This is at least the second time in three years that a dangerous Halliburton device went missing while being transported.

Halliburton spokesperson Susie McMichael told the Daily News she's unsure of the last time the company lost one of its explosives, or how frequently that happens.
Odessa police were not immediately available for further comment.

George Soros $6.7 billion tax bill Hedge Fund schemers are the modern version of robber barons. At the top of the list of unscrupulous manipulators is the Nazi collaborator, George Soros. With reports like in Forbes that George Soros May Owe Billions In Taxes, an alarm should go off to all investors. “By the early 2000s, hedge funds were considered de rigeur for sophisticated investors willing to take a risk in exchange for potential wealth. As that potential wealth grew, so did the potential tax bill, and managers began looking at other options. The solution? Investing in offshore hedge funds. Hedge fund managers are generally taxed on income in the country where the fund is located making relocating to the usual offshore suspects such as the Caymans, Bermuda and Ireland attractive. Tax was essentially deferred on fees from these funds until it landed in the hands of those in the U.S.” The 2008 financial meltdown had all the Wall Street elites scrambling to protect their investment, while avoiding the day of reckoning with the tax man. One such effort as Forbes cites allowed for another deferred work around.  The change was inserted into the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-343) – and if that sounds familiar, you’re not imagining it. That law was also instrumental in the administration of the Troubled Assets Relief Program, or TARP. The new law essentially banned the deferral of fees and compensation by these offshore hedge funds. Moving the domicile for the Soros fund to Ireland was an attempt to circumvent the intent of an ill-written law. The Street lays out the basis for the enormous tax bill coming due. “At the end of 2013, Soros—through Soros Fund Management—had amassed $13.3 billion through the use of deferrals, according to Irish regulatory filings by Soros. Congress closed the loophole in 2008 and ordered hedge fund managers who used it to pay the accumulated taxes by 2017. A New York-based money manager such as Soros would be subject to a federal rate of 39.6 percent, combined state and city levies totaling 12 percent, and an additional 3.8 percent tax on investment income to pay for Obamacare, according to Andrew Needham, a tax partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Applying those rates to Soros’s deferred income would create a tax bill of $6.7 billion.” Now this background provides the business analysis but far more important is the relevance of the political clout that Soros has wheeled for decades and how that influence will effect if he will actually pay his tax bill. Review the long laundry list of Organizations Funded Directly by George Soros and his Open Society Institute that have received direct funding and assistance from George Soros. Note that the deadline for payment is 2017, just after the next election. Image the next puppet taking office using an executive order to further delay or water down the actual collection of the Soros tax obligation. It should be self-evident that the weight of Wall Street influence will be enormous in the 2016 Presidential coronation. Dismiss the obvious hypocrisy of advocating for higher taxes while avoiding your own tax payment and focus on the actual results. “A manager with Soros’s track record who started with $12 million from investors, took 20 percent of the profits, and reinvested that money tax-free over 40 years, would end up with $15.9 billion. If that same manager paid federal, state, and local taxes on the fees and related investment gains before reinvesting them, the figure would shrink to $2.4 billion…” This strategy is not unique but it is symbolic of the way the financial elites benefit from their extraordinary influence over the biased tax regulations that favors the politically well connected. The difficulty for leftist supporters of the Soros mind numbing collectivist culture is that they are unable to separate between the rhetoric and the reality of actual actions. Soros is a pied piper for the naïve and misguided. All the millions he spends on altering the political landscape have a financial component to protect his own fortune. Restructuring tax law and regulations never reforms the system. This one example, how hedge funds circumvent taxes, should illustrate that inserting loopholes into statutes is the function of lobbying and providing campaign contributions. George Soros has a long record of avoiding paying taxes, while undermining political regimes. But he is not alone in avoiding taxes. Bankers Anonymous outlines how the game is played. “If you set up a traditional hedge fund, first things first: you’ll want to charge the traditional “2/20.”Embedded in this short-hand lingo of “2/20” for hedge fund fees are two types of income. With the two types of income, you need the two entities to keep the income tracked separately.  Entity #1 collects the “2,” which is taxed like regular business income, and Entity #2 collects the “20,” which collects your totally awesome income at a lower tax rate. The “2” refers to an annual management fee of 2% of assets under management.  On a small/medium-sized hedge fund of, for example, $500 million under management, you will collect $10 million in management fees per year.” Since the standard format for a hedge fund treats fees as different tax rates, the hidden deception is why such hedge funds go unregulated by the SEC? The sweet heart tax treatment deal that allows circumvention of normal rates is a profound offence. Moving the venture offshore just adds to the outrage. Targeting 2017 for final settle up will be forgotten as the next deferment exception is adopted. Unless people admit the elite as the real power behind the political charade, there will never be equitable tax accountability. Soros plots to overthrow governments. Ignoring the tax bill should be a cake walk. A better solution is to institute serious and comprehensive oversight over the 2-20 tax dodge and apply the same rules to the financial privileged that ordinary citizens must observe.
