LONDON HOSTS SECRET MEETING OF CENTRAL BANKS TO END CASH

Economic Collapse is inevitable. The only question is when and how will it all go down. Those in positions of power throughout the world have been manipulating currencies and devaluing them in the process. Now a report is out from economist Martin Armstrong, in which he claims that there is to be a “secret meeting to end cash” in London by the end of the month, which involves representatives from the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve. However, Armstrong warns that there is much more than just an economic collapse coming.
I find it extremely perplexing that I have been the only one to report of the secret meeting in London. Kenneth Rogoff of Harvard University, and Willem Butler, the Chief Economist at Citigroup, will address the central banks to advocate the elimination of all cash to bring to fruition the day when you cannot buy or sell anything without government approval.
When I googled the issue to see who else has picked it up, to my surprise, Armstrong Economics comes up first. Others are quoting me, and I even find it spreading as far as the Central Bank of Nigeria, but I have yet to find any reports on the meeting taking place in London, when my sources are direct.
Keep in mind that Armstrong was the man who successfully predicted the 1987 Black Monday crash and also the Russian financial collapse in 1998.
“Other newspapers who have covered my European tour have stated that the ‘crash’ of which I speak is the typical stock market, rather than a crash in government,” he wrote. “What is concerning me is the silence on this meeting, when there are more and more reports claiming a cashless society would be better.”
So, he is not only seeing a financial crash ahead, but is also seeing the collapse of government in general. This is exactly why people need to be prepared and helping to prepare others for what is coming.
“If we look at the turning points on the ECM, yes, they have been to the day when there has been a concentration of capital in a particular market,” he added. “However, it has also picked the turning points in political decisions, such as the formation of the G5 with 1985.65, the very day Greece asked for help from the IMF in 2010, to the day of 9/11.”
Paul Joseph Watson also reminds us of previous, recent talks of this nature. He writes:
Willem Buiter, who Armstrong claims is speaking at the secret meeting, recently advocated abolishing cash altogether in order to “solve the world’s central banks’ problem with negative interest rates.”
Last year, Kenneth Rogoff also called for “abolishing physical currency” in order to stop “tax evasion and illegal activity” as well as preventing people from withdrawing money when interest rates are close to zero.
Striking a similar tone, former Bank of England economist Jim Leaviss penned an article for the London Telegraph earlier this month in which he said a cashless society would only be achieved by “forcing everyone to spend only by electronic means from an account held at a government-run bank,” which would be, “monitored, or even directly controlled by the government.”
This is all serious business as it is a warning to both the US and the EU of what is just around the corner for us, given our allowance of Central Banks to exist and print fiat paper money in violation of the US Constitution. These steps have allowed them to steal the wealth of the citizens of their prospective countries and in doing so, shackle those same citizens with the burden of the debt. Now, it looks like it’s time to pay the piper.
This cashless society will ultimately render full control of people as their money, purchases and sales will be controlled by a centralized government.
Armstrong warns, “We better keep one eye open at night for this birth of a cashless society that is coming in much faster than expected. Why the secret meeting? Something does not smell right here.”
Michael Krieger echoes Armstrong’s sentiments as he writes, “In the mind of an economic tyrant, banning cash represents the holy grail. Forcing the plebs onto a system of digital fiat currency transactions offers total control via a seamless tracking of all transactions in the economy, and the ability to block payments if an uppity citizen dares get out of line.”

Over the last 10 years Russia has made some tremendous progress towards recovering their mineral rights and taking back much of their industry from the Rothchilds mega monopoly that spans the globe.

Today, the Russian oil giant Gazprom is planning and building a natural gas pipeline through Turkey and Greece and in to central Europe to deliver natural gas to most of Southern Europe. The current pipeline orders are coming 50% from Germany (built by the Marshall Plan,still in effect) and 50% from Russian manufacturers - 35% OMK, 15% Severstal.
The pipeline is 613MM in diameter and can handle up to 250 Autmospheres and is seamless - very high quality.
The US Embassy in Moscow apparently hired a hit man and the Director of the OMK Pipeline Manufacuring Factory was shot this morning by a very aggressive gunman. He was apparently shot in the abdomen and shoulder and is alive in intensive care in a local hospital. He apparently refused to destroy his companies production facilities or sabotage the pipeline manufacturing plant.
This "hit" occurring only a few days after Secretary of State Dumb Dumb John Kerry visited with a Putin Double. Go figure.

The US Military ID Cards with Social Security numbers are now invalid.
The excuse is that there are data breaches and la, la, la.
The reality is that the Social Security department is about to go away - period - and the DOD wants it's retirees to be taken care of.
In fact - many companies and agencies dealing with money and ID cards are going through huge changes at the moment, so expect anything in terms of bank accounts, credit cards, etc.
Here is what happened to a guy who served in the US Navy for 40 years:
--------------------------------- My wife's dependent ID card expired last April. She discovered this when she tried to invoke Tricare as secondary insurance and it was denied. My ID card had "INDEF" on the expiration date.
I went to the Draper National Guard center where the nearest DEERS contact was located and was told several things.
1. My ID card was considered invalid because it had my Social Security number on it. ID theft, SSN, yada, yada, yada. I was issued a new one with a "DOD ID Number" in place of the SSN.
2. The DEERS rep set my ID card to expire in a year when I turn 65, and my wife's a few years later when she turns 65. At that time we will automatically be put on Medicare A and B and enrolled in "Tricare For Life."
I found this out by accident.
Please send this warning to all retirees you know. Tell them if they still have their SSN on their ID card, it needs to be replaced. In a few years DEERS might not know who they are without a new DOD ID number.

Further research and a connection of dots, much like putting the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle together, shows a terrifying picture emerging as each new piece is added, where we see a definite China connection, Walmart and Caterpillar both shuttering facilities, and both listed by USNORTHCOM in 2009 as part of a “critical infrastructure” as part of their disaster response coordination. Joe Catalino, USNORTHCOM Chief of Private Sector Operations, Interagency Coordination Directorate, discussed his role in working with agencies and private-sector companies. The Interagency Coordination Directorate works directly with private corporations like Wal-Mart and Caterpillar to list resources and services available when they are needed….. Over the last year Caterpillar has shuttered multiple facilities with the claim of consolidation, and now some Walmart facilities are closing in Florida, California, Texas, and Oklahoma, with no notice given to employees, citing “plumbing issues,” yet major news outlets report that no permits had been applied for by Walmart for future repairs. A look into the Walmart Distribution Network Center for the United States shows that as of the start of 2013, between their distribution centers and retail space within the United States, Walmart’s real estate is approximately 838 million Square feet, which is nearly 1.3 times larger than Manhattan. The email stated “How many of the Walmarts are in or near the FTZ’s – Answer – ALOT OF THEM When comparing the two maps above, the answer is not just a lot of them, but almost all of them. In a previous ANP article we quoted a former military man as stating via email “Walmart’s are outfitted with extensive communications, communications that are identical from store to store and even country to country,” stating he believes “the primary purpose for Walmart’s, similar stores and malls will be for supply depots for military and initial staging area for local civilians to be processed (clothes ID’s etc.), then moved to sanctuary’s/FEMA camps after processing.” He continues on to point out “the delivery entrances and storage are already set up.” A former Navy Seal also shares his take on the underground tunnels recently reported on, stating “The tunnels are already in place. they are using the 6 months, which brings us into September, to clear the places out and configure them for supply depots, communication hubs and pre-processing centers.” In that article we show a Chinese connection to the Jade Helm operations set to take place from July to September and the Walmart closings, stating: “The China connection could be very important if we look at the big picture, see the US Dollar is at the high end of the scale of how long any nation keeps it’s world reserve currency status, the amount of money we owe China, the amount of land China already owns in the US, the push to replace the Dollar with the RMB, their recent successes in getting many US allies to join their China-led investment bank, and the 2012 call by China to disarm Americans.”In 2011 there were eye witness accounts, starting with a trucker delivering food into Mexico, who told Steve Quayle he witnessed Chinese troops amassing close to the border, stating that there were also 10,000 armored vehicles as well. That account matches up with rumors going back as far as 1998 about Chinese soldiers in Mexico. If these accounts are true, then the elites have been planning America’s demise for a very long time.OTHER PREPARATIONS BEING MADE Keeping all the aforementioned in mind, there are other preparations being made, all parts of this large puzzle, all reported separately, but may very well all be connected, such as the recent news of NORAD and the Pentagon moving their communications equipment to Stargate Mountain, the cold-war era Cheyenne Mountain bunker that’s naturally EMP-hardened Colorado to be used as a command center, and the NY Fed bulking up their Chicago citing they are wary of “a natural disaster or other eventuality could shut down its market operations as it approaches an interest rate hike,” according to Reuters. There is also news of the Department of Homeland Security is set to purchase over 62 million rounds of ammo typically used in AR-15 semi-automatic rifles, just weeks after the ATF was forced to back down on a ban on M855 bullets, as shown in the Alex Jones video below. BOTTOM LINE With the massive military movements being seen and documented, the planned Jade Helm exercises, the WMD drills in Iowa, marines practicing drills at sports parks, the Florida martial law roundup drill, and more…. in conjunction with the bizarre Walmart closings, the Chinese connections and now the underground tunnels, along with the DHS and USNORTHCOM connections established to Walmarts and other such facilities, topped off with the NORAD, Pentagon and Federal Reserve actions, all happening right now, it appears events are accelerating and “they” are preparing for something huge to down. From the nature of the news and headlines being seen, it appears that rather than a terrorist attack, or a nuclear weapon, or some natural disaster, what they are preparing for is an economic event that will be devastating. Arkancide is the unfortunate habit of potential witnesses to the Clintons’ dirty dealings in Arkansas suddenly deciding to shoot themselves twice in the back of the head. Police and Coroners in Arkansas, notably Fahmy Malak who answered to Governor Bill Clinton, automatically described these shootings as “suicides.” After Bill Clinton became President the phenomenon spilled over to Washington D.C. when Hillary Clinton’s ex-lover Vincent Foster was “Arkancided.”

Explain why so many of these murders were described as suicides by the coroner. Find out who appointed the coroner.
Here’s what to do if you still disagree: Have a brain transplant or start eating more fish. Then the only remaining question will be: “was it Bill or Hillary?”

Information below was received by the cousin of an actual
pilot who flies chemtrail jets and is working on the inside. The
operation is known to pilots and aviation crew alike as ‘Indigo Skyfold’.
Pilots are told to fly specific routes, while satellites control
aerosol dispersal patterns. The pilots make course corrections from
time to time, and perform landings and takeoffs. Pilot navigation and
maintenance crews are rotated constantly, and only spend about 18 months
at one given base, to keep pilots and their families from making too
many friends, and ending up with “loose lips”. They also rotate between
day and night flights, one base for daytime flights, and one for night.
Each base covers a 250-mile zone, and each fleet (squadron) of planes
covers three states, or an even larger swath of ocean.
They’re told to simply do their job and “Shut the F*ck Up!”
Their superiors tell them it’s a matter of National Security.

I think this pilot, either believes what he is told. Or, he is simply trying to sugar coat their Genocide Project. . . . . .

My firewall detected multiple intrusion attempts when I googled the
Indigo code as well. Zero info to be found on the internet for this
operation. That is unique.
I received a rather lengthy reply from the chemtrail pilot. Here is text from their email:

“First of all I would like to say that I do not agree with my mission
assignments, but what soldier ever truly does? Several of us have
considered bucking the ranks, and going AWOL from time to time. We are kept in the dark when it comes to getting honest answers about what we are really spraying.
Should they discover that we or our families are actively enquiring
about the so-called ‘chemtrails’ term, then automatic and swift
disciplinary action would be taken.
HAARP and radar are two other non-allowed research subjects. Unless
our children are learning about these in base schools, we cannot educate
ourselves or our children through any public education system. I would not intentionally spray my children or family with toxic aerosols, but as you must know, perhaps 80% of the pilots do not have any family or children. Indigo pilots are chosen from top ranks within the Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard. Most
of the pilots are ‘hardened to humanity’ and could care less killing
off unwanted or leaching aspects of America and the world. I swear to
you, the majority of the pilots are like machines, I call them “Tanker Terminators”.
I should not be telling you this, but nearly 1/3 of all flights
are being orchestrated from small unnamed islands, where newly
constructed bases are being built at a rate of 8 per year. On these
extremely remote islands there are HAARP rays of every possible design,
with many arrays surrounding these islands within the depths of the
ocean itself. The Navy has developed sophisticated underwater
construction technology that allows fully autonomous robot submersibles
to travel great distances, and even manufacture parts for these massive
underwater arrays as they progress across the open sea floor. Every time that you see or hear about military exercises at sea,
they’re basically there to give support and resupply their army of
underwater robotic minions. There is possibly one aquatic robot per
plane, and will soon be double that. You will never be able to Google
Earth or Search any of this. Other than an occasional error in blurring
some island bases, or smudged images of underwater arrays, it is
impossible to locate all these advanced technological devices. They even
paint fake clouds over some of our island installations to keep prying
eyes away.
I have been shown some of these images by civilian friends. That is
the reason I know this. I completely understand your concern for human
safety, and here is the kicker. We are shown videos in our
training of catastrophic destruction to our homeland by very
sophisticated weapons, then told that these will be the consequences if
we don’t fly. Our efforts in building a defensive atmospheric weapon shield are
the only missions of its kind in the world. We are paid more than any
other pilot for our service, other than Air Force One pilots who make as
much or more and are kept in a dark, secret world for their own
protection. They tell us that secrecy is our protection, and not to listen to any public rhetoric.
We all know about cyber program flash-point or FP- 03 as it is known within the veteran community. This
program is a self-destruct sequence that can be remotely activated from
any ground, water surface, underwater base, as well as any other air
mobile unit. The signal is encrypted through three satellites and
cannot be jammed or blocked. At any given moment you could have only 15
seconds to make your peace with your God. They tell us that FP exists to
keep planes from accidentally going down in heavily populated areas. They
can remotely detonate our planes over safe zones, but in the back of
your minds, our minds, we’re pretty sure this is a fail-safe program to
keep pilots from turning over assets to any public, private, or civilian
authorities.
Have you ever seen any member of the crew survive the few crashes
that have occurred? Every plane that has gone down was completely
destroyed … for good reason, I am sure. We risk our lives in more ways
than one, every single time we fly, especially during night flights. They are ordering us to fly at lower and lower altitudes. We
feel like a massive “Dark Force Empire”of crop dusters, and know that
one night Bubba, or Billy Joel, will fire there long rifles at us when
we spray their moonshine-making operation, or pass over an illegal Mary
Jane crop.
I know for a fact that some planes have been shot at, and
subsequently brought down by mostly Russian, Chinese, and Korean
weaponry, but the media will never cover these events as they are not
allowed to report on our flights either. That must be true, for I have
yet to see a detailed or in lengthy report of our missions on any public
venue other than conspiracy shows and anti-government websites. I risk everything for disclosing so much information and you will find very few like me.
Even my own flight crew would have me arrested and court martialed if
they knew of this dialogue. That is why I cannot email you directly, but
from what your cousin tells me you are also risking everything just to
get this information out to your colleagues.
I salute you sir, for standing up to the establishment and Big
Brother. I would love to go home tomorrow and not rack up one more
single minute of flight time, except for a sweet little Piper Cub, or
Rat Tail Barn Racer. I miss those beautiful blue skies from my youth,
and I am ashamed for hazing over that dream. More importantly, maybe my fellow pilots will read or hear about this, and decide to come forward as well.
I only know a small fraction of the larger picture, as they
compartmentalize everything. Should I become aware of any new
significant developments I will email your cousin.
The man I have contact with says he senses a wavering within the ranks, and that a kind of mutiny is beginning to boil to the surface of this whole geoengineering global whitewashing, if you catch my drift. My cousin still has friends in high places too, so he is helping to protect the pilot.

This came December 11.
Last word from the pilot and I quote. “All pilots on leave are
required to report to their CO by Dec 15th for special training
operations, to qualify for Indigo Phase 2 flights, expected to be
initiated by January 21.”
Those were his words, not the actual Air Force message. He wanted me to stress that. He believes that the focus
of their flights will be moved to areas east of California and Texas,
in order to advance the drought further into the heartland; plus, he feels that a very new and extremely toxic chemtrail mix is going to be sprayed, using new technology that makes thesespecial chemtrails completely invisible.
“Atmosphere shield of protection”, he doesn’t believe that either. So
that is the end of the message from this chemtrail pilot.
From my own experience I’ve had a lot of contact with this guy for
six months via the Internet, and basically everything he told me has
turned out to be true, so I have no reason to doubt any of this, and
hope you forward it.
This also points out how difficult it is to fight this program
because people inside the program are not subject to public opinion or
exposed to public information sources. Therefore, we need to brainstorm
and come up with the way to shut down this program, as it is actually heating the planet, and killing everything with elevated UV rays, and toxic metals.

An active chemtrail pilot has quite courageously stepped out
of the shadows at great risk to his career and his life. Such a
sacrifice ought to compel the fast-growing community of anti-chemtrail
advocates to disseminate his much needed message. Raising the worldwide
awareness around this pilot’s unprecedented disclosures seems essential
toward shutting down the current form of global geoengineering.
Operation Indigo Skyfold has been OUTED. We now
know its name. We now know how it works. We have been informed that it
is being expanded in 2015 and is now more dangerous than ever.
In closing there should now be no question that:
Chemtrails must be stopped BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!

Geoengineering must be terminated BY EVERY MEANS POSSIBLE!
