(NaturalNews) The Obama Administration has given its blessing to PepsiCo to continue utilizing the services of a company that produces flavor chemicals for the beverage giant using aborted human fetal tissue.  

LifeSiteNews.com reports that the Obama Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) has decided that PepsiCo's arrangement with San Diego, Calif based Senomyx, which produces flavor enhancing chemicals for Pepsi using human embryonic kidney tissue, simply constitutes "ordinary business operations."
 
The issue began in 2011 when the non-profit group Children of God for Life (CGL) first broke the news about Pepsi's alliance with Senomyx, which led to massive outcry and a worldwide boycott of Pepsi products. At that time, it was revealed that Pepsi had many other options at its disposal to produce flavor chemicals, which is what its competitors do, but had instead chosen to continue using aborted fetal cells -- or as Senomyx deceptively puts it, "isolated human taste receptors" (http://www.naturalnews.com).

A few months later, Pepsi' shareholders filed a resolution petitioning the company to "adopt a corporate policy that recognizes human rights and employs ethical standards which do not involve using the remains of aborted human beings in both private and collaborative research and development agreements." But the Obama Administration shut down this 36-page proposal, deciding instead that Pepsi's used of aborted babies to flavor its beverage products is just 'business as usual', and not a significant concern.

"We're not talking about what kind of pencils PepsiCo wants to use -- we are talking   

about exploiting the remains of an aborted child for profit," (an horrendously painful death - torn apart piece by piece or fried to a crisp chemically - by OUTRIGHT MURDER of a tiny dependent human being in his mother's womb) said Debi Vinnedge, Executive Director of CGL, concerning the SEC decision. "Using human embryonic kidney (HEK-293) to produce flavor enhancers for their beverages is a far cry from routine operations!"

To be clear, the aborted fetal tissue used to make Pepsi's flavor chemicals does not end up in the final product sold to customers, according to reports -- it is used, instead, to evaluate how actual human taste receptors respond to these chemical flavorings. But the fact that Pepsi uses them at all when viable non-human alternatives are available illustrates the company's blatant disregard for ethical and moral concerns in the matter.

Back in January, Oklahoma Senator Ralph Shortey proposed legislation to ban the production of aborted fetal cell-derived flavor chemicals in his home state. If passed, S.B. 1418 would also reportedly ban the sale of any products that contain flavor chemicals derived from human fetal tissue, which includes Pepsi products as well as products produced by Kraft and Nestle.

Air and water show inside a 2,400-square-foot home

Usually when we hear of someone building a house that’s completely off the grid, it’s a cabin or small home tucked away on a mountain with not a whole lot of civilization around it. Enter the “Urban Frontier House.”
That’s what longtime Billings, Montana, resident Randy Hafer calls the 2,400-square-foot home that he and his wife are building on the city’s north side. It’s located on the corner of North 23rd Street and Seventh Avenue North, where their 23-foot high wind turbine is situated. The house will not only be disconnected from the electrical power grid, but also from the city’s water and sewer hookups.
Solar panels and the wind turbine will provide electricity. Insulation, ventilation and passive solar will provide most of the heating and cooling. All of their water will come from the sky…collected in barrels and stored in the basement. It’s a home that will use no more energy or water than it is able to generate on site.
While Hafer and his wife are free to come and go as they please, they may not need to leave home too often. They will grow fruits and vegetables in a 300-square-foot garden room. This room will also serve as a passive heat collector to warm the house. Because electricity from the solar panels and wind turbine will be stored in batteries in the basement, they may plug in electric heaters from time to time when it gets exceptionally cold.
Hafer says that the positioning of his house is nearly as important as what’s in it and on it. For example, the garden room, with solar panels above it, will face directly south. Every room in the house that is habitable will have direct high-low ventilation. With windows open both high and low, cooler air will rush in from below and warmer air will rise up and out.

Other notable features about the house are:
• A heat trap that will keep the basement at 75 degrees, which will help to heat the floor above it.
• A heavily insulated roof and walls made of structural insulated panels.
• Two sets of blinds for each window, including an insulated blind.
• Low-flow fixtures and a composting toilet that uses at least 10 times less water than a conventional toilet.
• Gray water (used for showers and laundry) that will be filtered and re-used indefinitely.
Hafer said that because Montana has a larger spread between its record low and record high temperatures than any other state, his home will be a model that can be effectively replicated anywhere in the country.

The Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) is currently circulating an astounding new report in the Kremlin which states that the “exposure” of Queen Elizabeth II as being one of the main financiers of the 11 September 2001 attacks against the United States is becoming more apparent after the assassination-shootdown earlier today of the aircraft carrying Sana bin Laden, the sister of the alleged 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden, leading to her and her mothers death, as well as two other people.

According to this report, Sana bin Laden was arriving in Britain via Blackbushe Airport, Hampshire, aboard her families private jet aircraft when while it was nearing the runway for landing, a small missile projectile blew it out of the sky causing it to fall and explode in a car park.
SVR analysts contributing to this report state that initial eyewitnesses to this assassination-shootdown confirmed the “strong likelihood” of a missile being fired with one of them, Joe Ramos, stating he heard its “loud bang”, while a second witness, Daphne Knowles, stated that two other witnesses had told her that the bin Laden plane “had to swerve to miss another aircraft as it went in”, which is consistent to what a pilot would do when facing a fast incoming projectile. 

As to why Sana bin Laden was targeted for assassination, this report continues, was due to her having been recalled for additional testimony before The Iraq Inquiry headed by Sir John Chilcot this coming Monday, 3 August.
The Iraq Inquiry, this report explains, is a British public inquiry into the nation's role in the Iraq War. The Inquiry was pursued by a committee of Privy Counselors with broad terms of reference to consider Britain's involvement in Iraq between mid-2001 and July 2009.
The open sessions of The Inquiry commenced on 24 November 2009, this report notes, and concluded on 2 February 2011, but has yet to be released due to a myriad of factors, not least of which is the Obama regimes fear of it.
Nevertheless, this report says, even to last week, Sir Chilcot stated that he was making significant progress in the process of “Maxwellisation” – the method by which witnesses likely to be criticized in the report are given a further chance to rebut potential criticisms of their behaviour.
And to this “Maxwellisation” process was Sana bin Laden scheduled to be put through by Sir Chilcot on Monday. 

As to Sana bin Laden’s exact testimony before The Iraq Inquiry needing this “Maxwellisation” process, this report continues, were her statements, backed up by documented proof provided by French intelligence sources, that two months before the 9/11 attacks, her brother, Osama bin Laden, was gravely ill and a patient at the American hospital in Dubai.
Even more important to note, this report says, was that Sana bin Laden further testified that two CIA officials visited with her brother Osama at the American hospital in Dubai convincing him to be transferred to Pakistan where he would be given more extensive treatment. 
Confirmation of Osama’s transfer under CIA control to the Pakistani military hospital in Rawalpindi, this report says, was further provided by US newsman Dan Rather, the anchor for CBS evening news, who on his newscast confirmed that Osama bin Laden was transferred to Pakistan on 10 September 2001, one day before the 9/11 attacks…and for which he lost his job for going against the Bush regime.
But to her most sensational testimony before The Iraq Inquiry, and which required her assassination, this report further notes, was her stating that the 9/11 attacks were financed by Fahd bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (Prince Fahd bin Salman) and Ahmed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (Prince Ahmed bin Salman) utilizing the banking accounts of Queen Elizabeth II controlled by the Swiss accounting giant KPMG.

 

Critical to note, this report says, is that Sana bin Laden further testified to The Iraq Inquiry that immediately after the CIA “offered/persuaded” her brother Osama to move to the hospital in Pakistan, she contacted Prince Fahd bin Salman in Saudi Arabia who warned her of the 9/11 plot, and which he described as massive oil for weapons deal.  Prince Fahd bin Salman was killed two days later on 25 July 2001.
Upon Prince Fahd bin Salman’s death, this report continues, Sana bin Laden, fearing for her and her families lives, fled to the protection of Prince Ahmed bin Salman in Lexington, Kentucky, USA, where she remained until 13 September 2001 when she and her family were allowed to return to Saudi Arabia.
As Prince Ahmed bin Salman was a close friend of Queen Elizabeth II due to their horse racing and breeding connections, this report says, the Lexington, Kentucky, horse farm-estate where Sana bin Laden and her family took refuge was owned by the South African Dr. John Chandler and his wife Alice Headley Chandler…whose horse farms and estates not only watched over Prince Ahmed bin Salman, but Queen Elizabeth II too. 

Even more tragic, this report notes, was that Sana bin Laden’s death today was not the only one ordered by Queen Elizabeth II relating to her complicity in financing the 9/11, but the former KPMG accountant, Marcie Thomason, was also killed in plane disaster in Lexington on 27 August 2006 due to her knowledge of how the 9/11 attacks were funded.    

Prince Ahmed bin Salman, this report further explains, had already been assassinated less than a year after 9/11, on 22 July 2002, and a further conspirator, his cousin Prince Sultan bin Faisal, was killed on the day of the Prince’s funeral too.
As to why these Saudi princes (Prince Ahmed bin Salman, Prince Fahd bin Salman and Prince Sultan bin Faisal) would be complicit with the CIA in the 9/11 plot to attack America while funneling their funds through Queen Elizabeth’s KPMG accounts, this report states, one need also look at the Bush Family controlled Carlyle Group, which today remains the chief beneficiary of all of the US wars since 9/11 raking in over $2 trillion in profits when all of the subsidiaries are combined.  

With the massive wealth accumulated by the Bush Family through war, combined with Queen Elizabeth II’s unlimited power as the laws of her nation state “The Sovereign can do no wrong and no laws can be brought against her”, this report concludes, making her the apex of the 9/11 plot by these Saudi-American-British conspirators insures for all time that the murder of Sana bin Laden, the framing of her brother Osama for a crime he couldn’t have committed, and the continued mass killings of anyone becoming a threat to their power, will never have to be answered for…or at least they believe.

German police break up massive brawl in Dresden refugee camp Syrians vs Afghans video

Dresden, Germany (dpa) - Eight people were injured Saturday when a quarrel between residents came to blows in a refugee camp in the eastern German city of Dresden, police said.

Officers with 14 patrol cars and two lines of riot police ended the fight and held off around 50 Syrians and Afghans from each other.
"Men and women went at each other with whatever they could grab, from a fencing stake to a bedframe," a spokesman said.
It remains unclear why the fight escalated between the two groups.
Approximately 80 police officers will temporarily stand guard at the camp. The arrival of around 1,000 asylum seekers in the last week has inflamed anti-immigrant sentiment and set off violent protests in the city.
The fighting has become a daily occurrence and is escalating.

On the twenty-first of May 2015, the Keshe Foundation in its weekly workshop announced the beginning of setting up the procedure for establishing the promised WORLD PEACE.

In this announcement, we explained that the process to achieve global peace will take shape in the coming months through the work of the Keshe Foundation and the release of further new knowledge through the teachings arm of the Foundation, during the daily live-streamed sessions from its Spaceship Institute in Trani, Italy.

In these teachings during the past months we have taught, and in the coming months we shall continue to teach new scientific criteria and systems that shall open the path for the process of using the new technology for establishing peace. 

We shall teach step-by-step procedures that start and bring into action what it takes to achieve the ultimate goal of the Foundation, which is to facilitate and finally enforce World Peace through applications and implications of the use of new technology. 

In this paper we are setting the roadmap to achieve this elusive peace amongst men through the collective effort of the citizens of this planet, without relying on any government or path of belief.

In this roadmap, we rely on the total collective efforts of the human race to develop and deliver the technological knowledge to the world public, which takes the need for governments out of the equation, eliminating the need for consent of the present controllers of the human souls.

We totally rely on the maturity of the Man in understanding what has caused the problems of the past, and how it can be overcome.

In this cycle of maturity of Man, we do not depend on any government or faith, but we take into account that Man has matured enough to take responsibility for his own destiny, to be living a correct life and conducting his affairs in line with living in peace amongst other creatures of God on this planet and in deep space.

Our roadmap is simple and clear; It has taken millions of years for Man to become such a destructive being, as man has seen solutions in everything, by destroying and ending processes, only for him to survive and rule his world, through acts like eating animals, killing fellow men, ending cultures, destroying races or paths of belief, and by this method he has enforced his meager will on defeated entities.

Through the release of new knowledge we have shown that Man can cover every need of his existence without destroying another life or harming another soul, by using and understanding that all forces and energies of the universe are within his reach and command, if he gathers the knowledge and intelligence of how to harvest and use them to support others.

Thus with the release of this new universal science and technology we have been and are taking step by step  the essence of killing and destruction out of the RNA and DNA of the Man, that he does not need to teach his children the mistakes of the past, and hence, for the first time in the life of this creature of the universe, we can introduce the process of obtaining, without needing to resort to the destruction of any other being in the universe.

Even if Man does not stop this ethos of killing and destruction of the essence of this creation of the Earth, now that we are opening the doors of universal science and technology for the Man to travel into deep space and to join the universal community, Man will understand that unknowingly or knowingly he cannot take steps to destroy another being for food or by having false intentions in respect to other creatures of space, and their reaction to protect themselves from being consumed or destroyed, and that this action leads to annihilation of the Man in the open spans of the universe.

In our teachings, we have shown and taught how to make new elements and free plasma, which can release enough energy to be sufficient to produce new materials to satisfy the need for energy and material for man in space, we have shown how to produce energies which can lead to the creation of motion in space, without the destruction of other entities.

The pitfalls of killing have been apparent to the Man, but he has not managed to find a way out of this ever-closed maze of need as a justification for the killings, thus now we need time and new procedures that will make man understand and take action, and put into effect the process of de-killing, as killing has been ingrained in his daily pattern of life for millions of years.

Thus now we guide Man in how to walk away from the habit of killing. Even though this shall not be easy, it needs perseverance and understanding, and a correct path of approach and conduct, and understanding of the working of the universe, and we are here to teach it all.

It is better to start with small steps at a time, that all men can understand and have time to think about the process of peace.

To this effect we are setting the following roadmap for the coming months, and if it fails we have our means to enforce the will of the majority of the race for peaceful co-existence amongst men and other creatures of the universe.

To start, we appoint one peace day per month, starting from June 2015, so that man starts making efforts and thinks about the alternative and correct path.

So it follows:

• The first day of peace is appointed to be the 21st of June 2015, and this day of peace will as well follow on the 21st of July and August.
• In September, October and November, there will be two days of peace a month, on the 21st and 22nd of each month.
• In December 2015 and January and February of 2016, we increase the days of peace to three days a month from the 21st to the 23rd.
• From 21st of March of 2016, we increase the days of peace to 7 days a month, from the 21st to the 27th of each month for the following three months.
• From 21st of June 2016, we increase the peace days to 14 days a month, again for three months.
• From 21st of September 2016, we increase the peace days to 21 days a month, for three months.
• By 21st of December 2016, we ask and shall enforce peace indefinitely as designated.

Please note, that I am not a financial planner, I am simply informing the public of what I have learned on the topic of  federal bank withdrawals and the legalities connected with withdrawing your money from the bank. The following represents what I have either done, or will do, in the coming days.

There is no doubt that anyone who leaves all of their money in the bank needs their head examined. However, if you walk up to your “friendly” teller  and ask to withdraw all, or most, of your money, you will either be shown the door and/or arrested for violating federal banking laws. Yes, it is now a crime to take your own money out of your own bank account, just ask former Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert who has been indicted for taking HIS money out of HIS  bank account.

Even Congressmen Aren’t Safe From the Banksters

Former Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert, is headed to prison for taking his money out of his own bank account!

Federal prosecutors have charged a former Republican House speaker, Dennis Hastert, with illegally structuring cash withdrawals from bank accounts which were designed to conceal payments to someone he committed “prior misconduct” against and Hastert is also accused of lying to the FBI about the event. The indictment did not specify who Hastert was paying off for his prior misconduct, but anonymous sources allege that Hastert had sexual contact with a minor when he was a high school wrestling coach and the former student was extorting the former Congressman. A total of $3.5 million was involved according to the prosecutors.  

The important point to consider here is that this former Congressmen is not headed to prison for sex with a minor, or facilitating a bribe, he is headed to prison for TAKING HIS OWN MONEY OUT OF HIS BANK ACCOUNT!

Just how can one steal their own money, according to the 'Federal Government'? That is what Deborah T. thought when she wrote the following to me on June 13th.

Dear Dave,
Please suggest what I should do.  I cashed out my $10,000 IRA, paid the taxes  and  got the $10,000 in CASH….worried about not being able to get my money out of the bank.  Now from what I have been hearing I am afraid I could be arrested for getting my own money out… Please make a suggestion.  Should I redeposit the $10,000? Forever grateful if you will answer.

Deborah should be concerned with going to prison. There is no question that you need to take the majority of your money out of the bank, but what are the pitfalls in doing so? 

What should every American know prior to attempting to liberate the fruits of their own labor from the bankster controlled central bank?

Times Have Changed

Taking what was your money out of the bank is no longer a matter of walking up to your friendly teller with a withdrawal slip and the teller cheerfully honors your request and you calmly exit the bank with your money in tow. In fact, your teller is trained to look for certain indicators in any cash withdrawal of any significance.

As you move to withdraw the bulk of your money, there are three federal banking laws that you should be cognizant of, namely, Cash Transaction Report (CTR), a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) and structuring. 

Before proceeding with the planed withdrawal of your money, I would strongly suggest that you read the following federal guidelines as it relates to CTR’s as produced by the The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). All the federal regulations contained in this article are elucidated in this series of federal reports.
Before withdrawing your money, please be aware of these three regulations related to getting your money out of the bank.

CTR

Federal law requires that the bank file a report based upon any withdrawal or deposit of $10,000 or more on any single given day.The law was designed to put a damper on money laundering, sophisticated counterfeiting and other federal crimes.

To remain in compliance with the law, financial institutions must obtain personal identification, information about the transaction and the social security number of the person conducting the transaction.

Technically, there is no federal law prohibiting the use of large amounts of cash. However, a CTR must be filed in ALL cases of cash transaction regardless of the reason underlying the transaction. This means your cash transaction will be on the radar.

Structuring and SAR

There will undoubtedly be some geniuses whose math ability will tell them that all they have to do is to withdraw $9,999.99 and the bank and its protector, the 'federal government', will be none the wiser. It is not quite that simple. Here are a few examples of 'structuring violations' that one should be aware of:

1. Barry S. has obtained $15,000 in cash he obtained from selling his truck. He knows that if he deposits $15,000 in cash, his financial institution will be required to file a CTR. Instead he deposits $7,500 in cash in the morning with one financial institution employee and comes back to the financial institution later in the day to another employee to deposit the remaining $7,500, hoping to evade the CTR reporting requirement. Barry should have used multiple accounts to conduct this transaction.

2. Hillary C. needs $16,000 in cash to pay for supplies for her arts and crafts business. Hillary cashes an $8,000 personal check at a financial institution on a Monday. She subsequently cashes another $8,000 personal check at the bank the following day. Hillary is careful to have cashed the two checks on different days and structured the transactions in an attempt to evade the CTR reporting requirement. Hillary should have made irregular deposits on staggered days covering a significant period of time. Or better, yet she should convert her soon worthless cash to precious metals.

3. A married couple, Bill and Hillary, sell a vehicle for $12,000 in cash. To evade the CTR reporting requirement, Bill and Hillary structure their transactions using different accounts. Bill deposits $8,000 of that money into his and Hillary’s joint account in the morning. Later that day, Hillary deposits $1,500 into the joint account, then $2,500 into her sister’s account, which is later transferred to Bill and Hillary’s joint account at the same bank. Again, Bill and Hillary should have used multiple banks.

The aggregate total of the three transactions totals more than the $10,000 threshold, therefore, a SAR would be filed by the bank and you would be the subject of a federal investigation as all three of the above cases clearly violate the federal banking laws related to structuring. It is a federal crime to break up transactions into smaller amounts for the purpose of evading the CTR reporting requirement. In these instances, the bank is required to file a SAR which serves to notify the federal government of an individual’s attempt to structure deposits or withdrawals by circumventing the $10,000 reporting requirement.

Structuring transactions to prevent a CTR from being reported can result in imprisonment for not more than five years and/or a fine of up to $250,000. If structuring involves more than $100,000 in a twelve month period or is performed while violating another law of the 'federal government', the penalty is doubled. This is what former Speaker of the House Dennnis Hastert is facing. 

Enforcement

 

   Much like the enforcement of our tax laws, the 'federal government’s' enforcement of its banking laws as it relates to CTR’s, SAR’s and subsequent structuring is quite draconian. Civilian asset forfeiture laws come into play.  

The 'government' can seize your bank accounts while it determines if a crime has been committed. The 'government' can literally seize your assets in perpetuity without an order of the court. Of course, you could try and sue but you will be up against the deep pockets of the 'federal government' and the case could take years. By the time your case is decided, the financial banking crisis that you are so desperately trying to avoid by withdrawing your money, could be over.  So, proceed with caution.

If you ever become the target of a federal investigation, do not, under any circumstances, allow yourself to be interviewed by 'federal officials' without an attorney present and make sure you have the interview videotaped.

In many cases people go to jail and pay huge fines, not because they have committed a 'federal' crime, but because 'federal officials' state that they have lied or misled them. And if you do not have an attorney present, it is your word versus the 'federal government'. This is how the 'federal government' sent Martha Stewart to prison and Hastert is facing similar charges.

What to Do

The best way to avoid getting your money caught in the bank in the midst of a bank run would be to not let the lion’s share of your money ever cross the bank. Do not allow your employer to direct deposit your check to the bank. Keep some cash at home by taking out a large portion of the money you receive from your employer. 

Don’t put cash in a safety box because the courts have also ruled that the banks own your safety boxes.

Use electronic transfers to buy into a mutual funds and also use checks to buy silver coins.

Open multiple banking accounts ranging from the big five megabanks to your local credit unions. You could withdraw much smaller amounts until the sum total of your accounts is greatly diminished and is in your possession. Even though the banks “talk” to each other, if the withdrawals are irregular, it is hard to track and substantiate a pattern in court. To open the accounts, simply write a personal check from your home bank. Of course, in these cases, the bank could hold the check for 15-30 days.

Use checks and cash to pay all of your debts. You want to lower your debt load while unloading your soon to be worthless cash.

Prepay your taxes and some other obligations with checks. Make sure you only pay safe entities. Your 'local government' is not going to disappear, even in a depression. Therefore, you can prepay property taxes. Should you lose the ability to pay your property tax, the 'government' will seize your property for nonpayment.

There will be a post-collapse America, therefore, purchase gold and silver. Gold and silver will be accepted mediums of exchange. Write checks to purchase gold and silver. However, collect the actual silver and gold because if you cannot touch it, you do not own it!

Find a safer bank than the mega banks. Use credit unions as they are one level removed from the Federal Reserve.

Conclusion

I predict the Federal Reserve will steal your money by faking a cyber attack. In fact, last year, FEMA and DHS actually practiced for this event on October 23rd and 24th of 2013. As I wrote on June 12, the Federal Reserve, the FDIC and the Bank of London practiced for widespread banking failure on November 10, 2014. On November 16, 2014, the G20 nations declared your bank deposits to not be money. On August 8, 2012, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the banks own your money when you deposit your paycheck into the bank.

You may not be able to save everything but rest assured you can still save something to live on. The time to have acted was yesterday.

I can anticipate what some of you are now thinking, because I have thought the same thing!  If all of us attempt to take even just a portion out of the bank, the 'Federal Reserve' and their servant, the 'federal government', will move to stop all cash withdrawals. Won’t that kind of move serve to expose the criminality of the 'Federal Reserve' and the 'federal government' for all to see? 

Awareness is the first step to action and we have the ability to force several issues out on the open at this time.
