More than 3,500 people detained in secretive Chicago Police warehouse where there have been only THREE official visits from lawyers in a decade

• 82 percent of the people held in Homan Square over 10 years were black 
• Racial disparity of detentions sparks fears of serious civil rights violation 
• Most were charged with drug offences but others for minor traffic crimes
• Personal accounts say people held in secretive facility not treated properly 

More than 3,500 people have been held in a secretive Chicago Police warehouse described by critics as a CIA-style 'black site', it emerged today.

New documents reveal that 82 per cent of the people held in Homan Square were black, sparking fears that the racial disparity of detentions between white and ethnic minorities suggests a serious civil rights violation.

Out of the thousands held in the West Side facility, reportedly used for police interrogations, there are only three documented visits from lawyers to detainees within Homan Square.

Secretive: More than 3,500 people have been held in an unmarked Chicago police warehouse for questioning

Documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act by The Guardian showed most of the 3,540 people held in Homan Square between September 2004 and June 2015 were charged with drugs possessions, but others for minor crimes including public urination and driving without a seat-belt.

Just 8.5 percent of people detained were white, while 2,974 black people were held and charged, equivalent to 82 percent. 

Chicago's census in 2010 showed among the general population the percentage of black and white people was similar, standing at 33 and 32 percent respectively.

The Chicago Police department has repeatedly denied that Homan Square is secretive, saying it is like any other force facility in the city.

In a statement in February police spokesman Marty Maloney said: 'If lawyers have a client detained at Homan Square, just like any other facility, they are allowed to speak and visit to them.

'There are always records of anyone who is arrested by CPD, and this is not any different at Homan Square.'

However Brian Jacob Church told a different story after he was held at the center in 2012 for protesting at the NATO summit.

He claimed he was denied the right to call a lawyer and his ankles were shackled together for 17 hours.

Sarah Gelsomino, Church's lawyer, said she searched for her client, whose name wasn't on any jail booking records, for 12 hours before she learned Homan Square even existed. 

He was booked at a nearby police station nearly a full day after he initially entered.

Emanuel’s current police superintendent, Garry McCarthy, attended a meeting on violence and policing in Washington on Monday.

Why let ex-presidents cash in?

Bill Clinton speaks at a "Get Out The Vote" rally in Oxnard last October. The former president said in an interview in May that he will keep giving lucrative speeches "to pay our bills" while wife Hillary Clinton runs for the White House.

President Harry Truman once said that he would never lend himself "to any transaction, however respectable, that would commercialize on the prestige and dignity of the office of the presidency." His successors have not held themselves to the same standard.
Ronald Reagan had a lucrative post-White House career trading on his presidential experience. So did George H.W. Bush. But George W. Bush and Bill Clinton have achieved new lows. Clinton has received more than $100 million just in speaking fees. He charged $500,000 to appear at a 2014 fundraiser for tsunami relief (which he donated to his own foundation), while Bush (who initiated the Iraq war) charged the veterans' charity Wounded Warriors $100,000, along with transportation by private jet, to speak at a 2012 event.
Since we have no uniform reporting standard on the activities of former presidents, we don't even know the full extent of these payments, their sources and what they are intended to accomplish. With the spirit of Truman long gone, it's time for Congress to impose some restrictions.
It's not as if former presidents would risk poverty if they avoided the lecture circuit. By law, each ex-president receives a pension of about $200,000 a year, Secret Service protection, and support (currently about $1 million a year) to pay for maintaining a personal office and staff. Book publishers also pay former presidents exceedingly well for their memoirs (advances are now routinely in the seven figures).
Accepting cash from a charity may seem harmless enough. Charities pay former presidents to appear at events because their presence adds cachet and boosts ticket sales. Even after speaking fees, the charities clear a profit. But there's a risk that donors will — quite wrongly — believe the former president is personally involved in the charity when, in fact, he's just a gun for hire. And shilling, even for a good cause, isn't exactly presidential — at least not in the old sense of that word.
Additional concerns arise from paid speeches in countries whose values (on human rights, free speech, etc.) are very different from our own, and where a former president's appearance may be spun as American support for despicable policies. George W. Bush and Clinton have accepted money to speak in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, China and Russia.
These two former presidents have also rented their prestige to a long list of private, moneymaking entities — Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Cayman Island Alternative Investment Conference and Union Bank of Switzerland — with an obvious interest in influencing federal regulatory policy.
UBS is a particularly troubling example because it has had so much trouble with the law.
Over the last two decades, it's paid billions in fines, admitted criminal guilt under deferred prosecution agreements and/or settled charges for numerous violations. These include the following multiyear conspiracies (the dates reflect when UBS admitted guilt and/or paid fines to settle charges): In 1998, the theft of assets belonging to Holocaust victims; in 2004, illegally transferring funds to countries under U.S. trade embargo; in 2009, operating schemes to help U.S. citizens illegally avoid payment of income tax; in 2011, rigging the U.S. municipal bond market; in 2012, rigging the LIBOR interest rate market; in 2014, defrauding the Federal Housing Agency; and most recently, in 2015, rigging foreign exchange markets.
This dubious organization employed George W. Bush and Clinton at a series of events from 2011 through 2015, and paid them well for their services — about $100,000 to $200,000 for each appearance. It's not difficult to imagine UBS telling clients: If two former presidents are willing to work with us and be prominently listed on our website, with a company logo next to their pictures, why should anyone question our integrity?
When a former president appears at an event, that sends a message to prosecutors, regulators and the State Department. The message: The sponsoring organization, country or person has friends in high places, and ought to be treated very carefully.
The United States has laws, however imperfect, restricting what civil servants and members of Congress can do after leaving office. Former senior civil servants, for instance, are subject to a one-year prohibition on working in any capacity for a foreign government, if their intent is to influence a U.S. department or agency. And federal law bars former senators from communicating with their former colleagues for two years after leaving office, if their intent is to influence official actions. Violations are a criminal offense.

Why not rein in former presidents too, possibly by making their pensions and other benefits contingent on good behavior?

Former presidents shouldn't be allowed to accept payments from any foreign country whatsoever, or from any company under criminal investigation or with a guilty plea (or settlement) for criminal charges. They should also publicly report all donations and fees received from all sources (including charities). Disclosure of these transactions should help police the process.
At any rate, something has to change; the current situation is a national embarrassment.

“You see them on the street. You watch them on TV. You might even vote for one this fall. You think they’re people just like you. You’re wrong. Dead wrong.”—They Live

We’re living in two worlds, you and I.

There’s the world we see (or are made to see) and then there’s the one we sense (and occasionally catch a glimpse of), the latter of which is a far cry from the propaganda-driven reality manufactured by the government and its corporate sponsors, including the media.

Indeed, what most Americans perceive as life in America—privileged, progressive and free—is a far cry from reality, where economic inequality is growing, real agendas and real power are buried beneath layers of Orwellian doublespeak and corporate obfuscation, and “freedom,” such that it is, is meted out in small, legalistic doses by militarized police armed to the teeth. 

All is not as it seems. 

This is the premise of John Carpenter’s film They Live (1988), in which two migrant workers discover that the world’s population is actually being controlled and exploited by aliens working in partnership with an oligarchic elite. All the while, the populace—blissfully unaware of the real agenda at work in their lives—has been lulled into complacency, indoctrinated into compliance, bombarded with media distractions, and hypnotized by subliminal messages beamed out of television and various electronic devices, billboards and the like. 

It is only when homeless drifter John Nada (played to the hilt by the late Roddy Piper) discovers a pair of doctored sunglasses—Hoffman lenses—that Nada sees what lies beneath the elite’s fabricated reality: control and bondage.
When viewed through the lens of truth, the elite, who appear human until stripped of their disguises, are shown to be monsters who have enslaved the citizenry in order to prey on them. Likewise, billboards blare out hidden, authoritative messages: a bikini-clad woman in one ad is actually ordering viewers to “MARRY AND REPRODUCE.” Magazine racks scream “CONSUME” and “OBEY.” A wad of dollar bills in a vendor’s hand proclaims, “THIS IS YOUR GOD.” 

When viewed through Nada’s Hoffman lenses, some of the other hidden messages being drummed into the people’s subconscious include: NO INDEPENDENT THOUGHT, CONFORM, SUBMIT, STAY ASLEEP, BUY, WATCH TV, NO IMAGINATION, and DO NOT QUESTION AUTHORITY. 

This indoctrination campaign engineered by the elite in They Live is painfully familiar to anyone who has studied the decline of American culture. A citizenry that does not think for themselves, obeys without question, is submissive, does not challenge authority, does not think outside the box, and is content to sit back and be entertained is a citizenry that can be easily controlled. 

In this way, the subtle message of They Live provides an apt analogy of our own distorted vision of life in the American police state, what philosopher Slavoj Žižek refers to as dictatorship in democracy, “the invisible order which sustains your apparent freedom.” 

We’re being fed a series of carefully contrived fictions that bear no resemblance to reality. The powers-that-be want us to feel threatened by forces beyond our control (terrorists, shooters, bombers). They want us afraid and dependent on the government and its militarized armies for our safety and well-being. They want us distrustful of each other, divided by our prejudices, and at each other’s throats. Most of all, they want us to continue to march in lockstep with their dictates. 

Tune out the government’s attempts to distract, divert and befuddle us and tune into what’s really going on in this country, and you’ll run headlong into an unmistakable, unpalatable truth: the moneyed elite who rule us view us as expendable resources to be used, abused and discarded. 

In fact, a 2014 study conducted by Princeton and Northwestern University concluded that the U.S. government does not represent the majority of American citizens. Instead, the study found that the government is ruled by the rich and powerful, or the so-called “economic elite.” Moreover, the researchers concluded that policies enacted by this governmental elite nearly always favor special interests and lobbying groups. 

In other words, we are being ruled by an oligarchy disguised as a democracy, and arguably on our way towards fascism—a form of government where private corporate interests rule, money calls the shots, and the people are seen as mere subjects to be controlled. 

Consider this: it is estimated that the 2016 presidential election could cost as much as $5 billion, more than double what was spent getting Obama re-elected in 2012.
Not only do you have to be rich—or beholden to the rich—to get elected these days, but getting elected is also a surefire way to get rich. 

As CBS News reports, “Once in office, members of Congress enjoy access to connections and information they can use to increase their wealth, in ways that are unparalleled in the private sector. And once politicians leave office, their connections allow them to profit even further.” 

In denouncing this blatant corruption of America’s political system, former president Jimmy Carter blasted the process of getting elected—to the White House, governor’s mansion, Congress or state legislatures—as “unlimited political bribery… a subversion of our political system as a payoff to major contributors, who want and expect, and sometimes get, favors for themselves after the election is over.” 

Rest assured that when and if fascism finally takes hold in America, the basic forms of government will remain. As I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, fascism will appear to be friendly. The legislators will be in session. There will be elections, and the news media will continue to cover the entertainment and political trivia. Consent of the governed, however, will no longer apply. Actual control will have finally passed to the oligarchic elite controlling the government behind the scenes. 

By creating the illusion that it preserves democratic traditions, fascism creeps slowly until it consumes the political system. And in times of “crisis,” expediency is upheld as the central principle—that is, in order to keep us safe and secure, the government must militarize the police, strip us of basic constitutional rights, criminalize virtually every form of behavior, and build enough private prisons to house all of us nonviolent criminals. 

Clearly, we are now ruled by an oligarchic elite of governmental and corporate interests. We have moved into “corporatism” (favored by Benito Mussolini), which is a halfway point on the road to full-blown fascism. 

Vast sectors of the economy, government and politics are managed by private business concerns, otherwise referred to as “privatization” by various government politicians. Just study modern government policies. “Every industry is regulated. Every profession is classified and organized,” writes economic analyst Jeffrey Tucker. “Every good or service is taxed. Endless debt accumulation is preserved. Immense doesn’t begin to describe the bureaucracy. Military preparedness never stops, and war with some evil foreign foe, remains a daily prospect.” 

In other words, the government in America today does whatever it wants. 

Corporatism is where the few moneyed interests—not elected by the citizenry—rule over the many. In this way, it is not a democracy or a republican form of government, which is what the American government was established to be. It is a top-down form of government and one which has a terrifying history typified by the developments that occurred in totalitarian regimes of the past: police states where everyone is watched and spied on, rounded up for minor infractions by government agents, placed under police control, and placed in detention (a.k.a. concentration) camps. 

For the final hammer of fascism to fall, it will require the most crucial ingredient: the majority of the people will have to agree that it’s not only expedient but necessary. But why would a people agree to such an oppressive regime? The answer is the same in every age: fear.
Fear makes people stupid. 

Fear is the method most often used by politicians to increase the power of government. And, as most social commentators recognize, an atmosphere of fear permeates modern America: fear of terrorism, fear of the police, fear of our neighbors and so on.
The propaganda of fear has been used quite effectively by those who want to gain control, and it is working on the American populace. 

Despite the fact that we are 17,600 times more likely to die from heart disease than from a terrorist attack; 11,000 times more likely to die from an airplane accident than from a terrorist plot involving an airplane; 1,048 times more likely to die from a car accident than a terrorist attack, and 8 times more likely to be killed by a police officer than by a terrorist, we have handed over control of our lives to government officials who treat us as a means to an end—the source of money and power. 

We have allowed ourselves to become fearful, controlled, pacified zombies. 

In this regard, we’re not so different from the oppressed citizens in They Live. Most everyone keeps their heads down these days while staring zombie-like into an electronic screen, even when they’re crossing the street. Families sit in restaurants with their heads down, separated by their screen devices and unaware of what’s going on around them. Young people especially seem dominated by the devices they hold in their hands, oblivious to the fact that they can simply push a button, turn the thing off and walk away. 

Indeed, there is no larger group activity than that connected with those who watch screens—that is, television, lap tops, personal computers, cell phones and so on. In fact, a Nielsen study reports that American screen viewing is at an all-time high. For example, the average American watches approximately 151 hours of television per month. 

The question, of course, is what effect does such screen consumption have on one’s mind? 

Psychologically it is similar to drug addiction. Researchers found that “almost immediately after turning on the TV, subjects reported feeling more relaxed, and because this occurs so quickly and the tension returns so rapidly after the TV is turned off, people are conditioned to associate TV viewing with a lack of tension.” Research also shows that regardless of the programming, viewers’ brain waves slow down, thus transforming them into a more passive, nonresistant state. 

Historically, television has been used by those in authority to quiet discontent and pacify disruptive people. “Faced with severe overcrowding and limited budgets for rehabilitation and counseling, more and more prison officials are using TV to keep inmates quiet,” according to Newsweek. 

Given that the majority of what Americans watch on television is provided through channels controlled by six mega corporations, what we watch is now controlled by a corporate elite and, if that elite needs to foster a particular viewpoint or pacify its viewers, it can do so on a large scale. 

If we’re watching, we’re not doing. 

The powers-that-be understand this. As television journalist Edward R. Murrow warned in a 1958 speech:

We are currently wealthy, fat, comfortable and complacent. We have currently a built-in allergy to unpleasant or disturbing information. Our mass media reflect this. But unless we get up off our fat surpluses and recognize that television in the main is being used to distract, delude, amuse, and insulate us, then television and those who finance it, those who look at it, and those who work at it, may see a totally different picture too late.

This brings me back to They Live, in which the real zombies are not the aliens calling the shots but the populace who are content to remain controlled. 

When all is said and done, the world of They Live is not so different from our own. As one of the characters points out, “The poor and the underclass are growing. Racial justice and human rights are nonexistent. They have created a repressive society and we are their unwitting accomplices. Their intention to rule rests with the annihilation of consciousness. We have been lulled into a trance. They have made us indifferent to ourselves, to others. We are focused only on our own gain.” 

We, too, are focused only on our own pleasures, prejudices and gains. Our poor and underclasses are also growing. Racial injustice is growing. Human rights is nearly nonexistent. We, too, have been lulled into a trance, indifferent to others. 

Oblivious to what lies ahead, we’ve been manipulated into believing that if we continue to consume, obey, and have faith, things will work out. But that’s never been true of emerging regimes. And by the time we feel the hammer coming down upon us, it will be too late.

All the Lawyers in Government took an oath when they joined the Bar. They had to give up their Citizenship to become an elected official. No one with "title" can hold office without giving up their Citizenship. They are all committing treason!  

Just think of it!! All those lawyers in Government have no right to make ANY LAW! They aren't even Citizens!! 

No one asked me if I consented to a law. You, for some reason, make ALL the laws to enforce on us without our knowledge. You can tell them to get their things and get out of that office!! 

Gov. Abbott??? What about it? Are you working for us?  Or the cabal? 

You know the Illegal activity going on in our Government. You know how we the people are viewed. We are cattle, slaves.  I believe Henry Kissinger said: quote "The American soldiers are all DOGS and only good for fighting our wars!" SHOCKED!!  Kissinger should be executed!

Did you know that Planned Parenthood gets more than half a billion dollars from the 'federal government' every single year?  Did you know that the Obama administration gives an additional 35 million dollars each year to the United Nations Population Fund to promote abortion and sterilization around the globe?  And did you know that the radical new sustainable development agenda that is being launched by the United Nations in September includes a goal of providing access to abortion services to every single woman on the entire planet by the year 2030?  

The things that you are going to read about in this article are very disturbing.  The demonic population control agenda of the New World Order is greatly advancing, and Barack Obama and the U.S. government are at the tip of the spear.

No matter which political party has been in power, the U.S. government has been giving hundreds of millions of dollars to Planned Parenthood year in and year out.  They just kept on doing this even though they knew that Planned Parenthood was harvesting body parts from aborted babies and selling them to medical researchers to be used in sick and twisted experiments.  It was common knowledge that this was happening in the abortion industry, but nobody was really talking about it.  

Thankfully, a series of undercover videos has been released recently which has caused this horrific practice to make headlines all over the planet.  Just this week, a fifth video was released.  This one actually shows a Planned Parenthood official discussing the sale of “intact fetal cadavers”…

“So, if we alter our process and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, then we can make it part of the budget that any dissections are this, and splitting the specimens into different shipments is this,” she says, adding “I mean that’s — it’s all just a matter of line items.”

You can watch the entire video right here.  It is hard to even fathom that people could be so evil.  We are talking about a level of depravity along the lines of a Josef Mengele. 

Now it is all out in the open and most Americans don’t seem too concerned about it.  Barack Obama has already pledged to stop all attempts to defund Planned Parenthood, and he is very proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with them.  The following is an excerpt from a speech that Obama delivered to Planned Parenthood in 2013…

“That’s why no matter how great the challenge, no matter how fierce the opposition, there’s one thing the past few years have shown,” Obama said. “It’s that Planned Parenthood isn’t going anywhere.”
“It’s not going anywhere today, it’s not going anywhere tomorrow,” Obama said.

Barack Obama is also very committed to advancing the population control agenda of the United Nations. 

As I mentioned above, the United Nations is launching the 2030 Agenda For Sustainable Development in September.  The Pope is actually traveling to New York to deliver the speech that will kick off the conference where this agenda will be publicly unveiled.  But what most people don’t realize is that population control is at the very core of this new agenda.   

According to the finalized text of this new agenda, the UN is setting a goal of making abortion services available to every woman on the entire planet by the year 2030.  The following comes from the official text of the 2030 Agenda For Sustainable Developmentest…

And of course the UN has already been working hard to promote population control all over the world for many, many years. 

For fiscal year 2015, the U.S. Congress approved 35 million dollars in funding for the UN population fund.  This is an organization that has been caught red-handed implementing some absolutely horrific population control measures all over the world.  For instance, just check out what happened in our neighbor to the south…

An independent investigation has found that the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), in its association with the National Population Council of Mexico (CONAPO), supports involuntary sterilization and coercive family planning in Mexico.
According to Mexico’s National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), which recently denounced coercion in family planning programs throughout Mexico, “Public health servants have imposed methods of family planning on the native population without their consent and without informing them of the risks.” Threats and bribes are used to deprive men and women of their right to determine for themselves the timing and spacing of pregnancies.
It has also been found that CONAPO has established national quotas (for family planning users) which are fulfilled by regional hospitals and by teams of local family planning workers. CONAPO’s coercive family planning program, which involvesforced sterilization, is heavily supported by UNFPA with financial, strategic, technical and medical support. In its fourth cycle of assistance with Mexico, UNFPA is scheduled to provide $12 million for population control over the next five years.
Over 40 case studies of victims were obtained in Mexico this summer, noting the following abuses: covert abortion under the guise of “normalization of menstruation”; clandestine placement of IUDs, and involuntary signing of “informed consent” documents in order to sterilize victim. In one alarming case, a woman testified that, while undergoing a caesarian delivery, her fallopian tubes were ligated (tied) without her foreknowledge or consent.

The UN Population Fund has been caught doing similar things in Peru, in China and elsewhere.  In India, “health officials” were even offering motorcycles, televisions and new cars to women in an attempt to get them sterilized.
And if you don’t think that this will ever come to the United States, you are sadly mistaken.  

Barack Obama’s top science adviser, John P. Holdren, believes that implanting sterilization capsules under the skin of American women could be an effective way of stabilizing the size of the population in the United States…

A program of sterilizing women after their second or third child, despite the relatively greater difficulty of the operation than vasectomy, might be easier to implement than trying to sterilize men.
The development of a long-term sterilizing capsule that could be implanted under the skin and removed when pregnancy is desired opens additional possibilities for coercive fertility control. The capsule could be implanted at puberty and might be removable, with official permission, for a limited number of births.

If that sounds evil to you, that is because it is evil. And did you know that the 'federal government' actually has an “Office of Population Affairs“?Most Americans have never heard of it, but it actually exists. 

On the website of the Office of Population Affairs, you can find information about abortion, female sterilization, male sterilization and a vast array of contraceptive choices. Most Americans also do not know that sterilization will not cost women a single penny under Obamacare.  A new regulation that recently went into effect requires that all health plans must fully cover sterilization for all women with “reproductive capacity”. 

Why would Obama want this?

The 'global elite' want all of us to believe that climate change is the greatest threat that humanity is facing, and that one of the best things that we can do to fight climate change is to reduce population growth.  Each one of us has a “carbon footprint”, and so in their view the less of us that are running around the better. 

Ultimately, they would like to stabilize the size of the human population of the planet at around 500 million people. That would mean a reduction of more than 90 percent from the current level. 

This is something that the 'global elite' talk about and write about all the time, and nobody should under estimate their sick obsession with “saving the planet”.
So precisely how will they achieve their goal of getting rid of so many of us?
