 The pro-life advocates behind the five shocking videos exposing Planned Parenthood selling the body parts of aborted babies for research have released a 6th video today that shows how the abortion business sells body parts of aborted babies without patient consent. The video features Holly O’Donnell, a licensed phlebotomist who unsuspectingly took a job as a “procurement technician” at the fetal tissue company and biotech start-up StemExpress in late 2012.

The Obama administration is threatening two states after they made the decision to cut funding to the Planned Parenthood abortion business in the wake of a series of videos exposing how Planned Parenthood sells aborted babies and their body parts. Alabama became the third state to de-fund the Planned Parenthood abortion business in the wake of five videos exposing how the abortion giant sells the body parts of aborted babies for research.

New data in Spain show that a growing number of the employed are now below the EU defined poverty level. But as the EU and its eurogrope caused that situation in the first place, no doubt the defiition of poverty will soon be revised downwards. All very Blairite: no wonder Moral Tone wanted to be EU President. Things must be bad there, because even the New York Times has caught up with it.
In Britain, The Independent is in turn finally working out that if the EU's sole remaining advantage is that it allegedly stops wars, fairly soon this may not apply to civil war in Greece. A good piece there yesterday spells it out for the readership:
'We all know the spiralling debt cannot and will not be repaid. We all know the austerity to which it is tied will make Greece’s depression worse. Yet it continues. If we look deeper, however, we find that Europe is not led by the terminally confused. By taking those leaders at their word, we’re missing what’s really going on in Europe. In a nutshell, Greece is up for sale, and its workers, farmers and small businesses will have to be cleared out of the way.'
It's as yet unclear when this awareness of the Neoliberal Behemoth formerly known as the EEC will filter into the inner sanctum of the Labour Party: we can only hope that it's hermetic seal may be loosened as and when the Labour Out campaign gets going. Or perhaps the right word is 'if'.
And finally, Frances Coppola keeps up the good work by producing yet another crackerjack insight on the developing (some would say unravelling) Austria situation, wherein a Higher Court has ruled that the planned Heta bank failure bailin is illegal:
'The implications of a decision to repeal the Heta bail-in provisions in BaSAG would be huge....If all the guarantees are reinstated, the Austrian government faces heavy losses, both on its own holdings of HAA unsecured debt and also through its ultimate liability for the Carinthia guarantees – which under the Austrian constitution it is unlikely to be able to evade. Given the scale of the deficiency guarantees, bailing out Heta at a cost of about 8bn euros may turn out to be the cheaper option.
But the consequences for Austria’s fiscal finances are potentially serious. According to Eurostat, at the end of 2014 Austria had a budget deficit of 7.9bn euros, or about 2.4% of GDP. Bailing out Heta would add another 8bn euros. Austria’s annual GDP in 2014 was just under 330 bn euros. So a Heta bailout would leave Austria with a budget deficit of the order of 5% of GDP, well above the Maastricht limits.'

INFORMATION:

There is to be a special United Nations meeting in September, which is being referred to as the “United Nations Jubilee Meeting”. This coincides with the jubilee celebrations of the United Nations.
At this meeting the United Nations members, together with many heads of state who are attending the Jubilee celebrations, will be introduced to the NEW WORLD ORDER proposals with discussions and speeches, then a vote in respect of the Introduction and structure of the NEW WORLD ORDER as proposed by the wealthier nations of the world.
I am reliably and unreservedly informed that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will become the pinnacle of the New World’s Financial System, and America, combined with the United Nations will become the pinnacle of the New World’s Political Order, which is to be a full unipolar system.
Many countries are already expressing their dissatisfaction of this proposal and will vote against it. Additionally, at least two Security Council members will exercise their right of veto.
Irrespective of the above, the public should know, and have the right to know just what their governments, as members of the United Nations, are doing which is definitely not in the interests of the masses of the world. They also have the right to strongly and determinedly lobby their governments, en masse, against such a proposal.
Furthermore, and these are my own opinions, what a superb opportunity for a “False Flag” attack upon the United Nations building in New York, when the majority of Heads of State will be present, then blame it on Terrorists (ISIS, Al Qaeda, or similar, or even Russia).

Trading With the Enemy Act of 1917, Now Today!

Trading With the Enemy Act

The information below is discussed in more detail and placed into context under menu item "Emergency Declared".  The below version is distilled to promote quicker and easier understanding.
In 1917, under President Woodrow Wilson, the U.S. Congress passed legislation titled Trading With the Enemy Act.  The objective was to stop any American from trading with our enemies and the allies of our enemies, during  World War I.
Sec. 2(c) of the act defined "enemy" as foreigners and countries who were at war with the United States.  It specifically excluded American citizens as enemies.  Sec. 5(b) specifically excluded transactions of the American people.

October 6, 1917
CHAP. 106. - An Act To define, regulate, and punish
trading with the enemy, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2(c) - Such other individuals, or body or class of individuals, as may be natives, citizens, or subjects of any nation with which the United States is at war, other than citizens of the United States, wherever resident or wherever doing business, as the President, if he shall find the safety of the United States or the successful prosecution of the war shall so require, may, by proclamation, include within the term "enemy."
Sec. 5(b) - That the President may investigate, regulate or prohibit, under such rules as he may prescribe by means of foreign exchange, export or earmarkings of gold or silver coin or bullion or currency, transfers of credit in any form other than credits relating to transactions to be executed wholly within the United States..."
The war powers were terminated following World War I, in 1921.  However, The Trading With the Enemy Act of 1917 was granted an exemption.
The "Roaring Twenties," then arrived, a decade of greed and decadence.  This culminated with the notorious stock market crash of '29.  Franklin D. Roosevelt was placed in the White House.   Speaking of the economic crisis during his inaugural address, Roosevelt said, "...I shall ask the Congress for the one remaining instrument to meet the crisis - broad Executive power to wage war against the emergency, as great as the power that would be given me if we were in fact invaded by a foreign foe."
On March 6, 1933, President Roosevelt relied on Sec. 5(b) of the Trading With the Enemy Act as authority for his Proclamation 2039 which closed all banks for five days. This was clearly a time of financial crisis, not of war, and hence was not within the literal terms and purposes of the Act.  Importantly, the Act was amended so as to include every citizen and every transaction and any form of national emergency.
Trading With the Enemy Act Sec. 5(b)
"During time of war or any other period of national emergency declared by the President, the President may, through any agency that he may designate, or otherwise, investigate, regulate, or prohibit, under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, by means of licenses or otherwise, any transactions in foreign exchange, transfers of credit between or payments by banking institutions as defined by the President, and export, hoarding, melting, or earmarkings of gold or silver coin or bullion or currency by any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof; and the President may require any person engaged in any transaction referred to in this subdivision to furnish under oath, complete information relative thereto, including the production of any books of account, contracts, letters or other papers in connection therewith in the custody or control of such person, either before or after such transaction is completed "
On March 9, 1933, Roosevelt issued Proclamation 2040.   It referred to the national emergency and again asserted Sec. 5(b) as authority for it.  Roosevelt then proclaimed that the Proclamation of March 6, 1933, would remain in full force and effect until proclamation by the president.  It remains in force to this day.
Therefore, an effectively permanent law exists that allows the president, by declaring an emergency, to assume the role of dictator.  He may designate agencies of his choice to investigate, regulate, and license any transaction of any person (enemy) within the United States, by means of rules and regulations he may prescribe.
In the event the reader has lingering doubt concerning the nature and effect of the Trading With the Enemy Act, it is suggested that he read Senate Report 93-549.

A majority of the people of the United States have lived all their lives under emergency rule. For almost 40 years, freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought in force by states of national emergency.

BEIJING (TheBlaze/AP) – For the third day in a row, China’s currency continued to fall, but as its decline at least slowed, world stocks started to rebound. Still, that hasn’t necessarily quelled fears of it sparking a “currency war.”
China tried to ease fears of more big declines for the yuan as it on Thursday only fell 0.2 percent compared with drops of up to 1.9 percent on the previous days. It has dropped a total of 2.9 percent since Tuesday.
There is “no basis for persistent and substantial devaluation,” said a deputy central bank governor, Zhang Xiaohui, at a news conference. Zhang said the yuan is close to “market levels” after two days of sharp declines.

The official reason for letting the tightly controlled yuan fall is to make it more responsive to market forces, but a weaker yuan also gives a competitive boost to exports from China, where the economy is slowing. Beijing said the yuan’s decline was a one-time event and part of changes aimed at making the currency more market-oriented.
Many economists said the decline was too small to help Chinese exports due to weak global demand. But the change fueled concern the yuan might fall further, giving Chinese traders a price advantage over foreign rivals and possibly igniting a “currency war” if other governments fight back by depressing their own exchange rates.
Economist Albert Edwards with the French bank Societe Generale had strong words along these lines.
“Make no mistake, this is the start of something big, something ugly,” Edwards told the Guardian, adding that he believes the devaluation could result in a “a tidal wave of deflation” across the world.

But today, with inflation already close to zero – indeed at zero in the UK – China’s decision to devalue could bring a fresh wave of price weakness to the west.
Cheap goods are great news when economic demand is relatively strong; but economists fret about falling prices because entrenched deflation can prompt businesses and consumers to postpone spending – hoping prices have farther to fall – and blunt policymakers’ standard tool of interest rate cuts.
Erik Britton, of City consultancy Fathom, said: “We’re all going to feel it: we’ll feel it through commodities; we’ll feel it through manufactured goods exports, not just from China but from everywhere that has to compete with it; and we’ll feel it through wages.”
Edwards added to the Guardian that he thinks the deflation could lead to an “outright recession.”
In the U.S., lawmakers condemned the devaluation as damaging for American businesses and workers, reviving an issue that was once one of the biggest sources of tension between the two world powers.
“When China doesn’t play by the rules it costs Pennsylvania jobs,” said Democratic Sen. Bob Casey, referring to the traditionally industrial state he represents.
Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-New York) chimed in as well, saying for years “China has rigged the rules and played games with its currency,” according to the Associated Press.

Nicholas Lardy, an expert on China’s economy at the Peterson Institute, countered that it was “preposterous” to suggest that China has suddenly taken the move to stoke growth in an economy that has been weakening for three years. He told the AP it would take at least a double-digit depreciation in currency value for it to have an impact on growth, and it would take six months or so to be felt, even if it dropped by that margin.
He said China’s move was primarily motivated by its desire to entering the basket of currencies used to set the value of the International Monetary Fund in-house currency, called Special Drawing Rights. The other currencies are the dollar, the euro, the yen and the British pound.
Lardy characterized the U.S. Treasury’s reaction to China’s depreciation as “modestly positive” as it waits to see how things evolve and make a definitive judgment. He said congressional criticism was inevitable.
“Some will continue to rail at China whatever happens. That’s been the history,” he said.

A grim new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Putin earlier this morning ordered a massive buildup of the Western Fronts 20th Army with over 100,000 additional specialized forces, and even more ominously, further ordered the immediate activation of all “personal, equipment and countermeasures” associated with the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) feared “Project Mercury” tectonic (earthquake) weapons programmed.   (HAARP)

The reason behind these extraordinary war orders being given, this report says, was yesterdays “deliberate apocalyptic special weapons” attack upon the new center of world finance located in the Yujiapu Financial District of the Chinese city Tianjin by Obama regime forces. 
 
Yujiapu Financial District (Chinese: 于家堡; pinyin: yú jiā pù) is a skyscraper development in China's Tianjin Binhai New Area currently[when?] being built as a potential center of world finance.[1]
The district is being developed with a total investment of about 200 billion yuan, and is located on the Haihe River North Shore, with Xiangluowan Business District and TEDA. Also, the Yujiapu Financial District is an APEC low-carbon demonstration town.[2] The district was expected to open in June 2014,[3] but has suffered from a construction slowdown. [4]

The attack upon the new center of world finance located in the Yujiapu Financial District of the Chinese city Tianjin by Obama regime forces.  Why the Obama regime would even dare to attack the national interests of a nation like Russia possessing such a cataclysmic weapon, and has shown no fear of using it, much speculation can be done. Will Russia and China now make their move?  Was 'told' several years ago that Russia and China (and others - Japan for instance) would join forces and attack the USA.  Of course, it is NOT the united States and her people causing all the problems but the Nazi Bush cabal operating as our 'government' (which it is NOT) out of the district of criminals, aka Washington, DC.  Americans are having a great deal of difficulty with reasons why these criminals and murderers and thieves have not been arrested and tried for their worldwide crimes.  From the sounds of the report below, it appears we can now anticipate more forward moves toward a full blown WW3 to begin more physically - perhaps with a major (Russian) HAARP attack that will affect the entire west and/or east coasts of the united States.  The Wash DC cabal claims to be 'broke' and refuses to repay China for a 'loan' of approx. $2 to $3 trillion, so instead of working out that situation, the cabal in Wash DC simply blows up the new financial district of China.  I Know this has been out there, but I want to make sure it stays fresh in everyone's mind.Welcome to the Clintons' $11 Million Dollar Mansion in New York state

Hillary Rodham Clinton, as a New York State Senator now comes under this fancy "congressional retirement staffing plan" which means that if she never gets re-elected, she STILL receives her Congressional salary until she dies . 
If Bill out-lives her, he then inherits HER salary until he dies.  He is already getting his Presidential salary ( $20,000 a month ) until he dies.  If Hillary out-lives Bill, she also gets HIS salary until she dies,  

Clinton's 20 Acre - $11 million mansion is common knowledge.  For her to establish NY residency, they purchased this mansion in upscale Chappaqua, New York....makes sense.  They are entitled to Secret Service protection for life.  
 
Here is where it becomes interesting.  Their mortgage payments are around $10,000/month.  But an extra residence had to be built by the government on the acreage to house the Secret Service Agents.  Any improvement to the property is owned by the property owners...the Clinton's.  So....the Clinton's charge the federal government $10,000 monthly rent for the use of the extra residence to house the Secret Service staff which is just about equal to their mortgage payment.  He is the ONLY ex-president to use this loophole, thus earning the name 'Slick Willie'.   

This means that we, the taxpayers, pay the Clinton's, salary, mortgage, transportation, safety and security as well as the salaries for their 12 man staff and it is all perfectly legal. 
 
AND DON'T FORGET HIS GOVERNOR'S PENSION AND HER SECRETARY OF STATE PENSION..
