The Environmental Protection Agency caused a toxic water spill into the Animas river, which feeds the Navajo Indian Nation with water. The spill was blamed on an "old Gold mine" which somehow had toxic water released by the EPA during an inspection of a well / mine location. When the EPA did their inspection of this supposed "gold mine", it released millions of gallons of toxic water into the Animas river, and thus cut off the water supply to the people down stream. Being that the EPA was responsible for the release of the toxic water, they are responsible for getting fresh water to the people cut off further down the river. The American Indian Navajo Nation trusted the EPA / US Government would do the right thing -- that the culprits of the spill would be held responsible, and they would bring in fresh water for public use while the whole mess is cleaned up. _______ The Navajo Nation received 'water' for public use as was promised. Unfortunately, the water was delivered in USED OIL WELL / FRACKING WASTEWATER TANKS! Search "Gunbarrel Oil separator tanks" to see many examples. The "water" sent to the Indian nation for crop, and animal use was literally sent in unwashed oil tanks -- still filled partially with petroleum, and toxic chemicals. (This toxic "water" is not even safe to the touch for humans , animals, or plants / crops) ________ Over the past several years I have covered the fracking / oil pumping earthquake issue.  Particularly in areas like Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. We have seen these tanks over, and over again across multiple regions. When I heard that the EPA delivered public use water in OLD oil well tanks, I couldn't believe it.  After inspection of the video, and pictures of the tanks, no doubt about it -- the Indian Nation was delivered water that would be considered toxic under any circumstance. I'm am starting to wonder if this "Gold mine" toxic water spill was really a FRACKING / OIL pumping operation break -- and they are now delivering fracking wastewater tanks in the hopes that the Indians will spread it out across the land so that the chemicals in the Animas cannot be traced back to the OIL PUMPING OPERATIONS up stream. I'm venturing a guess that if the water in the Animas was tested , and you looked for oil pumping / gas well operation chemcials .. that you'd find out a giant WASTEWATER DISPOSAL WELL must have broke when the EPA was inspecting it. Was it a Gold mine, or was it a large wastewater disposal well? Delivering wastewater oil separator tanks for public use is suspicious , and highly questionable.  An accident?  I don't believe anyone could make this kind of "mistake". "Never mind the government; they are failing us." While president Begaye calls for the EPA to make this right, Ben just hopes there will be enough water to salvage some of this season's crop. "Before you do anything on our nation, we will double-check our figures, because now, we don't believe you," Begaye said. "Let's harvest enough to continue our culture," Ben said. A cop in Allentown Pennsylvania was caught on video brutally body slamming a 61-year-old man to the ground – his crime? Singing a Beach Boys song.
Jim Ochse is known in the community for his quirky joyful singing, but when he decided to break into a rendition of the 1965 classic, Barbara Ann, private security guards and a police officer decided he was being a nuisance.

The security guards and the cop approached Ochse, despite not recieving any complaints. Ochse can be heard telling each of them “You get out of here,” urging that it is not illegal to sing in public.
As Ochse turned to walk away, the cop grabbed him and slammed him down to the concrete in front of bemused diners at Shula’s Steakhouse.
Ochse can be heard yelling out in pain and appealing for help, saying “I have done nothing wrong.”
A witness who posted video of the incident, said that the guards claimed Ochse had “touched the officer,” prompting the body slam.



That claim seems to have been dropped in wake of the footage going public.
The officer, Robert Busch, has told reporters with The Morning Call that he took Ochse to the ground because he “feared he may try to fight.”
Busch claims that Ochse “became very hostile and began yelling in my face.” The officer also claims that Ochse would not cooperate while on the ground and kept “his arms so tense that I could not move them or get the handcuffs on the defendant.”

William T. Gaut, a former Alabama police captain and criminal justice consultant told The Morning Call that singing in public is a First Amendment right.
“It’s questionable whether it’s even disorderly conduct,” said Gaut, adding that “In order for disorderly conduct, you would have to offend someone by language or by action. They have to be threatening in some way or be offensive in some way that is not covered by the First Amendment.”
Ochse, who has been charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, says he intends to sue the Allentown Police Department.
“These guys need to be prosecuted,” he said, adding “They have to be held accountable for the actions.”

A driver got a big break and a great video when a cop gave him an ultimatum—”buy these show tickets or I’ll take your car.”

The apparently hidden camera captures the Philly officer extorting the driver for cash, and incidentally helping the driver as well.
“You and your friend got any money to buy these Hero Thrill Show tickets?  Support your police department? $10 each man.  Either you buy these…or I take your car because it’s unregistered.”
The driver instantly complies, pulling out some cash for the cop.
“Pay there?” the driver says.
“No, no, no.  You already paid.  You got these tickets, man.  Go support the police department.  Support cops like me that, instead of taking your shit, you two walking, just buy these Hero Thrill Show tickets.  That’s it,” says the cop.
The tickets were for a fundraising effort for children of police and firefighters killed in the line of duty.
Another male passenger was in the car.  After asking the driver if he has a sweetheart, the cop decides to make them buy three tickets instead of two.
“You got $30?  $10 apiece,” said the cop.
The driver, realizing he has to buy three tickets now, says, “$30?  I don’t want to take this guy [passenger].”
The cop responds, “Well, let him buy it too or else I’ll take the shit.”
It could be the case that this is not an isolated incident, and more Philly cops are in on the scheme to support the fundraiser.  It certainly seemed rehearsed.
What would you do in this situation, besides filming the encounter?  Could he be considered a good cop for avoiding the punishment of seizing someone’s car, or is he a bad cop for not following the rules and extorting someone for cash?

Friday, the House Oversight Committee issued a list of seven demands to Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards in response to recently released undercover videos from the Center for Medical Progress.
Authored by Representatives Jason Chaffetz and Jim Jordan, the letter demands Planned Parenthood respond to the inquiry which may have a direct effect on the organization’s federal funding no later than August 28th.

The letter which lists seven demands opens by addressing the series of shocking undercover videos.
“Recently released videos implicate Planned Parenthood Federation of America and its affiliates in potentially unlawful transactions involving fetal tissue. In the videos, Planned Parenthood representatives discuss the demand for certain body parts, the manner in which patient consent is solicited, pricing considerations, and the methods by which doctors manipulate procedures to ensure that tissues remain intact. The disturbing content of these videos raises questions as to whether federal funds are being used to finance the potentially illegal conduct described therein.”
So what exactly is the House Oversight Committee’s letter demanding from Cecile Richards? Let’s take a look.
Immediately after the letter’s powerful opening statement, it requests the organization turn over a comprehensive list of what federal funding they have received, along with all of their financial statements and annual financial reports since 2010.

After the financial aspects are fully covered, the letter moves on to the most damning inquiry… It asks the organization to list exactly “what procedures, services, or other medical treatments are available only or exclusively at a Planned Parenthood affiliate or health center.” A question which essentially gives Planned Parenthood the rope to hang themselves.

“Do not include services or procedures that could otherwise be provided by a private health care provider,” the letter added.
The House Oversight Committee also sent a similar letterto U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Matthews Burewell.
“According to its 2013-14 Annual Report, Planned Parenthood received more than $500 million in government funding in the last fiscal last year alone, accounting for more than 40 percent of the organization’s total revenue,” it said. “The Department of Health and Human Services provided a significant portion of the federal funds that Planned Parenthood received. It is not clear whether Planned Parenthood used any federal funds to support transactions involving fetal tissue.”
The letter requested information about which agencies within HHS provide funding or support to Planned Parenthood, the total amount of federal funding given to the abortion-provider since 2010, which restrictions are used when applying the funding and a list of services exclusively offered at Planned Parenthood.

With its farmers advised to avoid using water from the San Juan River for weeks after a toxic spill of wastewater from an inactive mine contaminated it and the Animas River, federal officials arranged to send relief water to members of the Navajo Nation.
However, some members say that the water delivered to them was tainted.
Shiprock farm board member Joe Ben Jr. complained that water coming from tanks delivered by a contractor employed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency contained oil and didn’t smell right.

“I reached my hand into the tank and felt my hand getting oily,” tribal President Russell Begaye said, according to KOAT-TV. “There are these black beads in the water, and when you rub them, black streaks go down your hands.” Begaye told KOB-TV that the EPA had said the tanks held “only clean water for drinking.”
“Clearly it is just a lie. Clearly, it is an oil tank. That’s what it is,” the tribal leader told the news station.
Begaye and Navajo Attorney General Ethel Branch went to Shiprock to look at the tanks a day after farmers voted to reject the water, posting videos on Facebook of their examination.

“That is clearly oil,” Branch said. “We don’t trust the EPA to be here. They need to get out of our nation, send the dollars directly here. Let us take care of these issues ourselves because we care about the health and welfare of our people.”
According to KOAT, the Navajo Nation seized the tanks and tribal spokesman Mihio Manus said tribal officials were testing the water.

The EPA said it would provide an alternate water source from within the reservation but didn’t directly address questions regarding the holding tanks. One EPA contractor, Triple S Trucking, said the tanks were cleaned before being delivered to the reservation.
The EPA did not immediately respond to TheBlaze’s request for comment on the relief water, but in a statement told KOB the trucks from the contractor were “team cleaned and inspected prior to use at Shiprock.” The contractor, Triple S Trucking, told the news station it was working with the EPA to investigate the complaint.
KOB reported that as of Thursday the Bureau of Indian Affairs was supplying water from the Navajo Dam through the company Navajo Agricultural Products, Inc.
Federal and tribal officials said the water quality levels in the San Juan River had returned to pre-spill conditions, according to recent tests. Begaye said Thursday he would now consider lifting an advisory against using the river to water crops.
The EPA said testing of surface water collected over a week in Hogback, New Mexico, showed water quality at the same levels as those measured before the mine waste reached the reservation. The agency has taken full responsibility for the Aug. 5 spill at the Gold King Mine.
EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy and Begaye spoke Wednesday about water quality in the river and agreed to have EPA cease water deliveries Friday for agricultural use on the reservation, the EPA and Manus said. The agency said it would work with the Navajo Nation on a monitoring plan for the river.

U.S. Special Ops soldiers infiltrated and occupied a town in California using hay trucks and rental trucks, an admission that is sure to stoke concern amongst those wary of Jade Helm, an U.S. Army exercise that began last month amidst a whirlwind of controversy.

The revelation is contained within an article by the Desert Dispatch’s Mike Lamb about U.S. Army exercises taking place throughout the High Desert area near Barstow, CA which began last month.

U.S. Army sfc. Ryan Sabin, with the 10th Special Forces Group, related to Lamb and other journalists that the exercises would include “two or three soldiers blending in with people inside a restaurant.”

However, Sabin also revealed that preparation for the exercises had already been undertaken in the form of special forces soldiers infiltrating the town of Barstow, with nobody suspecting a thing. 

The journalists were shown a Ryder rental truck full of furniture and a hay truck that looked normal from the outside but had been retrofitted on the inside.

According to a Green Beret stood near the trucks, it was “mission accomplished,” special forces had used a number of the vehicles to surreptitiously occupy the town. 

“I couldn’t count how many hay trucks,” the soldier said. “Everybody was either moving in or moving away. Nobody can suspect that (rental moving trucks).” 

“He said the special operation soldiers drove down Barstow streets. And as far as he knows, nobody suspected a thing,” writes Lamb, with the soldier adding that the infiltration was “very successful….we did everything we wanted to do.” 

The soldiers subsequently took part in a “joint forcible entry operation training exercise at Fort Irwin National Training Center” that was dubbed ‘Operation Dragon Spear’. 

“Even us reporters have a duty. And write we will, but now we’ll be just a little suspicious of rental moving trucks and hay trucks,” concludes Lamb. 

The thought of special ops soldiers infiltrating and occupying an entire town with no one even noticing is sure to cause consternation amongst opponents of Jade Helm 15, an exercise currently taking place across the country which involves soldiers operating “undetected amongst civilian populations,” to see if they can infiltrate without being noticed. 

Lamb refuses to say whether the “infiltration” or the subsequent exercises were part of Jade Helm, only that such such speculation will “sound off alarms among the….conspiracy followers,” although it seems to be incredibly likely that the drill was part of the nationwide exercise which ends next month.

Clint TX Residents Report Forced Micro-chipping By Jade Helm Operatives

People in the town of Clint, Texas are reporting that American soldiers have rounded up hundreds of civilians and forced them to submit to RFID implantation.

Currently Jade Helm 15 is operating just miles outside of Clint, Texas, leaving many to wonder if the two are related.

Jade Helm has been steeped in controversy since it was first announced by the military on March 23 2015, and concerned Texans have been on high alert for a potential gun-grab or martial law scenario ever since. The governor of Texas has even deployed the National Guard to defend against any potential hostile takeover attempts. The 'US government' has described Jade Helm as a military training exercise which focuses on specific terrains, but folks remain skeptical and with good reason.

Several eye witness reports state that residents in the small town were rounded up and brought to an abandoned shopping mall in the area. There they were given the choice between RFID implantation, or imprisonment in the makeshift military base.

Tweets from witnesses have surfaced on the net.




United Media Publishing contacted one witness who had been microchipped and released. They told us the following. 

“Military personnel rounded up everyone on our street. They forced their way into the homes of people who wouldn’t open their doors. We were put on military trucks and drove to the old Hartwell Mall about ten miles from here. We were separated and put in holding cells based on our age and gender. We were then called 3 at a time to another room and given the option to have an RFID implant or be imprisoned in the base for an unspecified amount of time."

"Some of the soldiers were arguing amongst themselves. I could hear one of them saying, “This isn’t what I signed up for. I wanted to protect Americans, not imprison them…”, but the officer in charge reminded them that they have their orders, and if they’re not carried out then they would be thrown into prison themselves.”

As of yet no major news outlets have covered the unfolding events in Clint, Texas, leaving residents to wonder who will speak up about the human rights violations that they have suffered.

The mayor of Clint, Texas declined to comment as did military officials.

When the Feds and their subcontractor business associates fail to provide accurate accounting of the funds that are to be available for the people, then it should be that a Notice be given to the WHOLE Corporation and Associates.
That Notice is for Present and Former employees to answer to ALL missing funds or inaccurate accounting on what should be there, and a LIEN be placed on the employees to pay 100% of the missing funds, or the LIEN below be presented to them as they are part of it.
