What Is Going To Happen In September - Public DomainWhy does the Russian media seem to be far more on the ball than the mainstream media in the United States much of the time? Could it be possible that Russian reporters have more freedom to talk about important issues than reporters that work for the major corporate conglomerates in the United States do? Of course the Russian media is far from perfect. They put out pro-Russian propaganda just like the U.S. media puts out pro-American propaganda. But I must admit that I often find that Russian news sources are willing to tackle controversial issues that the mainstream media in the United States would not touch with a ten foot pole. This includes the critical events that are coming up this September.

 
Even after everything that has been said and written in the alternative media about what is going to happen during September, most Americans are still completely ignorant about the history changing events that are going to take place next month.
 
First of all, the most important template for global governance that the United Nations has ever dreamed up is going to be launched at a major conference from September 25th to September 27th. The launching of this “new universal agenda” is such an important event that the Pope is going to be traveling to New York City to give the address that will kick off this conference. This new plan is known as “the 2030 Agenda“, and it is being called “Agenda 21 on steroids”. This is one of the most significant steps toward global government in the history of the world, and yet the mainstream media in the United States is saying virtually nothing about it.
 
Secondly, we also know that a major push for the establishment of a Palestinian state is being planned for September. It has been widely reported by the international media that France plans to submit a UN Security Council resolution which would formally recognize a Palestinian state for the first time ever. This is one of the most critical moments in the modern history of the Middle East, and yet the mainstream media in the United States is saying virtually nothing about it.
 
In September we also have the end of the Shemitah year, the fourth blood moon, and the end of the Jade Helm exercises. All over the Internet there is rampant speculation about a major stock market crash, devastating natural disasters and the weird “coincidences” that are pointing to the date of 9/23.

Years of bailouts and monetary expansion have created one of the most inflated and artificial economic booms in history, and now it appears that this global economic bubble is deflating.
Markets across the board are melting down as we speak, and the financial crash that supposedly “fringe” analysts have been predicting since 2008, is finally upon us. Take a look at what’s going down right now.

• The Dow has fallen 1300 points from its peak. On Friday alone, it fell by 530 points, making it the 9th worst stock market crash in US history.
• The Shanghai composite fell by more than 11% this week. All told, China’s stock market has lost a third of its value since its previous peak, and the only thing holding it up is their government’s intervention. It lost 4% of its value on Friday after it was revealed that their manufacturing activity had reached a 77 month low.
• 400 of the world’s richest people lost a total of $182 billion this week, amounting to 6.3% of their collective wealth. When the people who benefit the most from inflated markets are getting hurt, you know that the bubble is bursting.
• The dollar’s rally may be finally nearing its end. Its value has fallen slightly, but consistently for the past 2 weeks.
• Commodities have fallen to a 13 year low. The price of copper has reached a 6 year low while oil has suffered its longest decline since 1986.

That last one is very telling. You can always tell when the global economy is in bad shape based on the value of various commodities. It’s one of the strongest indicators for an economy, since it reveals how many real, tangible goods are being produced. Curiously, many of these commodities have been falling in value throughout the supposed recovery that we’ve been in since 2009.
The only commodity that is doing well right now is gold, which has reached a six week high, and just had its best week since last January. Given the safe haven status that gold holds, it’s clear now that confidence in the US dollar and the global economy, is slowly slipping.
With all of this information at hand, it would be hard to deny that we may be finally witnessing the same kind of crash that we endured in 2008. Anyone who thought that we’ve been in a genuine recovery for the past 6 years, was foolish. But anyone who thinks that global markets will simply bounce back from what has occurred over the past few weeks, is downright crazy.

The long shot Republican-backed House lawsuit that alleged 'president' Barack Obama has abused his executive power is actually causing some problems for the 'president', a new report claims.

According to the Los Angeles Times, a federal judge is expected to soon decide whether or not to dismiss the suit, but due to an amended complaint and a recent Supreme Court ruling, the ball might be in the Republicans’ court. The report said the lawsuit is “turning into a real problem” for the 'president'.

The lawsuit, which all House Democrats opposed during the vote in July, alleges that Obama’s aides assumed the power to spend $178 billion over 10 years to reimburse health insurance providers who covered co-payments for low-income people who bought health insurance through the Affordable Care Act. 

While a request for an annual appropriation was initially submitted, the Los Angeles Times reported that Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell and other officials decided the “cost-sharing payments” to insurers were just like an entitlement built into the law — thus congressional approval was not needed.

“The power of the purse is the very thumping heart of the legislative function in our system of separation of powers,” Jonathan Turley, the George Washington University professor who was hired to lead the lawsuit, told the Los Angeles Times.

Despite Democrats’ initial complaints, House Speaker John Boehner has remained adamant that the lawsuit is simply to keep the 'president' and his power in check, not impeach him, according to Fox News.  (too bad because this imposter should be arrested and hung for treason)

The Los Angeles Times reported that the outcome of the lawsuit most likely will not result in a dissolution of Obama’s healthcare law, but it could drastically raise the cost of insurance premiums.

Despite the hurdles House Republicans face with their lawsuit, experts who have followed the case closely have said it won’t be a “slam dunk” for the Obama administration and don’t expect it to go away quietly.
 
Simon Lazarus, a lawyer for the liberal Constitutional Accountability Center, told the Los Angeles Times that there is “at least a possibility of Turley prevailing on the motion to dismiss,” but believes the administration will win in the end.
Walter Dellinger, a former Clinton administration lawyer, told the Los Angeles times that he doesn’t believe the courts will finally rule on the suit.

“There has never been a lawsuit by a 'president' against Congress or by Congress against the 'president' over how to interpret a statute,” the Washington-based lawyer said. 

The unprecedented House lawsuit against 'president' Obama that was once derided as a certain loser looks stronger now and may soon deliver an early legal round to Republican lawmakers complaining of executive branch overreach.

A federal judge is expected to decide shortly whether to dismiss the suit, but thanks to an amended complaint and a recent Supreme Court ruling, the Republican-backed case has a much better chance of proceeding, attorneys agree.

At issue is whether the House may sue in court to defend its constitutionally granted "power of the purse" if the 'president' spends money that was not appropriated by Congress.

The lawsuit alleges that Obama's top aides quietly claimed the power to spend $178 billion over the next decade to reimburse health insurers for covering the cost of co-payments for low-income people who buy subsidized insurance under the Affordable Care Act.

The administration initially submitted a request for an annual appropriation — about $4 billion last year — but then changed course. Officials, including Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell, decided the so-called cost-sharing payments to insurers were mandatory and were akin to an entitlement written into law, so there was no need to seek additional approval from Congress.

House Republicans disagree and say the administration's spending is unconstitutional.

Even if a federal judge allows the complaint to proceed, the lawsuit still faces a series of hurdles. And regardless of who wins, the future of Obama's healthcare law does not appear to turn on the outcome. However, insurance premiums could rise sharply if the cost-sharing payments are cut off.

In May, U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer voiced exasperation when a Justice Department lawyer tried to explain why the Obama administration was entitled to spend the money without the approval of Congress. Why is that "not an insult to the Constitution?" Collyer asked.

But the more formidable barrier now facing the lawsuit is a procedural rule. Judges have repeatedly said lawmakers do not have standing to re-fight political battles in court.

In an oft-cited ruling, the Supreme Court in 1997 tossed out a lawsuit by six members of Congress who contended the newly passed Line Item Veto Act was unconstitutional. Justices said the lawmakers were not sufficiently harmed by the law to merit bringing a lawsuit.

But in late June, the high court gave the House lawsuit an apparent boost when it ruled the Arizona Legislature had standing to sue in federal court to defend its power to draw election districts. Although the Arizona lawmakers lost their case, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said the Legislature could sue because it was an "institutional plaintiff asserting an institutional injury."

That is exactly what House Republicans claim in their lawsuit. They say they are defending their institutional authority to appropriate money.

 

Ginsburg in a footnote said the court was not deciding "the question of whether Congress has standing to bring a suit against the president." But administration supporters acknowledge the high court's opinion in the Arizona case increases the odds the suit will survive.

When it was filed last summer, the lawsuit was largely dismissed as a feeble gesture unlikely to succeed. It originally accused the president of overstepping his power by delaying an implementation deadline spelled out in the Affordable Care Act.

That put Republicans in the awkward position of faulting the Obama administration for moving too slowly to enforce provisions of a healthcare law that they were simultaneously trying to repeal.

Turley helped focus the case on the appropriations dispute, and those who have followed it closely are not so confident it will go away soon.

The case "is certainly not a slam-dunk" for the administration, said Simon Lazarus, a lawyer for the liberal Constitutional Accountability Center. "Judge Collyer was annoyed with the government's argument, so there is at least a possibility of Turley prevailing on the motion to dismiss."
But Lazarus remains confident the administration will win in the end.

Washington attorney Walter Dellinger, a former Clinton administration lawyer, believes the courts will not finally rule on the House lawsuit. "There has never been a lawsuit by a 'president' against Congress or by Congress against the 'president' over how to interpret a statute," he said.

If the courts open the door to such claims, lawmakers in the future will opt to sue whenever they lose a political battle, Dellinger said. "You'd see immediate litigation every time a law was passed," he said.

UN Seen Starting Fires in North Central Washington

I just received a report from an eye witness that watched a White Colored UN Helicopter land on a mountain near Republic Washington and 2 men got out and started a brush fire.

This eye witness (Infantry Veteran) also sighted another odd looking aircraft fire a light beam into the woods and a forest fire erupted shortly afterwards.

These reports are spot on when it comes to location of the fires and is identical to reports of other fires starting across Washington State I have received.

Basically: These fires are being started by US and UN aircraft.

Washington State is under attack by the United Nations and United States Corporation and since the US Nationals Forests currently belong to the government of China, they are technically AT WAR with China and thus (According to the original and 2nd treaties signed) at war with the entire "BRICS Set Of Nations."

Please remember that the UN Lucifer Trust folks stated several times in the last two months they intend to "Turn up the Heat."

I have a personal friend who makes a very inexpensive Non-Toxic Biodegradable product that you can spray on either grass or trees that prevents them from burning and he was told to "Stay The HELL Away From Us:" by the Washington State Department of Natural Resources Procurement Officer.

They want you dead.

One last note - I studied Fire Weather Behavior at UC Berkeley and fought fires in Forestry for 7 years with my last assignment as the Commander of an Army Reserve Fire Camp.

Until about three years ago, ALL fire weather was completely predictable.

With all the spraying by the 60th Air wing out of Fairchild Air Force Base, the 9/10th Air wing out of Omaha and Evergreen Aviation, the fires will now get very hot very fast and there is little prospect for rain.

If the Governor of Washington had any guts, he would shoot down the planes starting the fires, buy the product to stop the fires, and force down the jets spraying chemicals to block the rain.

If he had any guts - and was not a flaming coward.

What’s known about Beidaihe can only be expressed in the most general terms, that political leaders meet with experts in economic, scientific, and social science fields to form the grand strategies that steer the nation’s growth and development. Those meetings are the rare occasions when honest data on China’s economy are laid out on the table, putting to rest the legend of China’s recurring 7 percent GDP growth.

Normally held in mid-August, if the Beidaihe summit is convened at any other time, it provokes rife speculation by China-watchers. In 2002, when the meetings took place in late July, the rumor was that Jiang Zemin, China’s political leader at the time, resisted retirement and the issue of succession had become, well, an issue.
This year, the Beidaihe summit started on August 3, a week earlier than is the norm. Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post reported that the bump was due to China’s stock market meltdown, its economic cool down, and President Xi Jinping’s planned September visit to the United States.

With nothing to depend upon besides canned press releases that are put out after the summit, the Chinese population cares little about the contents of the CCP’s meetings. To the average man or woman on the street, Beidaihe is a popular beach resort, a location to get some unadulterated sunshine, and perhaps a spa treatment during the peak of summer.

With a cool, caressing ocean breeze and seafood galore, Beidaihe is a great spot for a respite, a nice escape from the megacities of Beijing and Tianjin, site of the recent massive explosion, which is only three hours away by car—as long as a couple million other vacationers don’t decide to pack their speedos or facekinis at the same time.

The CCP’s gatherings in Beidaihe are never formally announced, but the low-key act is contradicted when soldiers of the People’s Liberation Army appear on city streets and plainclothes police officers make their futile attempts to blend in. 

It becomes clear that intense, closed-door discussions are about to take place. Yet this is met with general indifference. For the people on the street, secret Chinese leadership meetings might as well look like the wildest imaginings of Bohemian Grove.

Creating a boogieman in Japan may stir the Party’s most ardent followers into a mad fervor, but the greater public isn’t buying into the CCP’s acidic take on blind nationalism.

What takes place behind closed doors and in government villas isn’t part of their universe, and is met with a collective shrug. Expectations and street gossip still have their place; this year, people were worried about their decapitated stock portfolios, the slow economy, and the drama in the manhunt for corrupt CCP officials. 

Discussions and decisions made by China’s leaders, whose collective wealth is unimaginable for the average Chinese citizen, mean little. Behind their robotic façade, Chinese leaders simply don’t see themselves as answerable to the general public.

Chinese nationals are accustomed to being kept out of the loop, yet it is undeniable that these secret meetings have a big impact on Chinese life. It is almost surely that one of China’s most profound traits—its stalwart anti-Japan stance, or at least the propaganda that whips it up—was forged in meetings like those in Beidaihe.

Last year, President Xi Jinping announced the creation of two new public holidays that are clearly meant to jab Japan in her ribs. The first is on September 3, and it has an official name: The 70th anniversary of Chinese People’s Anti-Japanese War and the World Anti-Fascist War Victory Commemoration Day. (Within that mouthful, by “World Anti-Fascist War,” the CCP means World War II.) 

September 3 will be paired with a massive military parade to commemorate victory over Japan, a pointed show of force and costly way for the CCP to say they are not invested in improving relations with Tokyo. 

The second anti-Japan holiday falls on December 13, marking the Japanese takeover of Nanjing and the Japanese Imperial Army’s subsequent rape and massacre of 300,000 Chinese nationals.

But when Chinese tourists have Japanese digital cameras dangling from their necks, when Chinese millennials shop in Muji and watch anime, when Chinese men have more than a mere fondness for Japanese porn, then the party’s message seems decoupled from the reality of their own nation.

The People’s Republic of China is at the height of its power, with the swagger of a major global player whose fate is interlocked with the world economy. The CCP understands that its legitimacy is tied up with its performance. 

Managing 1.4 billion people is no small task; decades of economic moonshots have kept the public happy, and hence kept the CCP in power. But recent events—stock busts, Tianjin’s explosions, revelations about the nation’s environmental devastation and how deadly the air is in China, as well as publicized cases of nepotism by high profile CCP officials—have turned public sentiment hostile. 

Wealthy Chinese are choosing to leave the country. Those who can’t afford the move dream about it, or work hard so their children can study abroad.

Surely, next year’s Beidaihe summit will have some intense discussions, fueling the grand schemes that will project Chinese geopolitical power for years to come. But we won’t hear about those plans, and that’s exactly how the CCP wants it.
