There isn't any reason to suspect that the federal supreme court justices are dim-witted. Given the fact that the vast majority of those who engage in "gun trafficking" desire to keep their merchandise and dealings off the grid, and given the fact that only complete morons would use their own registered "guns" to engage in illicit activities, "gun" registrations cannot, and will not, ever, curb "gun" "trafficking" and commission of illicit acts, not unless the vast majority of us are turned into complete morons. One must consider, therefore, that an alterior motive for forcing "gun" registration exists among the majority of those who have facilitated the "laws" pertaining to gun registration. We all know, or should know, that the NWO seeks comprehensive record of "gun" ownership in the states, as well as worldwide. We all know, or should know, that the states are one of the few places in the world where a great many of the people possess "guns," and thus is one of the few places in the world which has not been successfully subjected to overt hostile invasion. The states also are one of the few places in the world where those individuals who comprise the government have had to tread carefully to avoid pissing off the people to the extent of widespread open rebellion. That is not to say that our government has not tread upon us, because it has and continues to, but it has had to do so at such a slow pace that the conquering and enslavement of We The People has taken more than 200 years and has yet to reach its climax. That being said, make no mistake people, that climax is drawing near. If you want to register your pistols, rifles, shotguns, etc, do so; but remember, the right to bear arms, a natural right that was explicitly stated in the Constitution's Amendments, as opposed to a civil right granted by the Constitution's Amendments, shall not be infringed upon, whether that infringement takes the form of forced fees or other expenses, forced classes, or forced geographical limitation on these lands of ours. Any such infringement, without your consent, constitutes violation of the Constitution, which is a capital crime. Yet, particularly in and around DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, those who purportedly are entrusted with upholding the Constitution and its amendments wish all of us to come to believe that "there's nothing to see here, nothing at all," and that this all is for public safety. Might it be the case that, in the one place where the greatest concentration of criminals, at the highest levels, the only safety on the minds of these Justices is the safety of themselves and their compadres sitting in those plush offices off Pennsylvania Avenue as they all look out and see the faces of the oppressed glaring back at them?

Note on wordplay for those who aren't aware: Guns refer to naval guns, mounted on naval ships. Pistols, revolvers, rifles and shotguns all are small arms, not guns. None of these are firearms, for firearms were quite specifically and narrowly defined, such as a "sawed-off shotgun," not to be confused with the non-firearm version, a shotgun which hasn't been sawed off. For any of these to be identified as a weapon, the particular item must have been used in the commission of a bona fide crime. None of these "gun laws" can be applied lawfully to small arms, for the simple, pure, utter fact that a gun is a gun and a small arm is a small arm, and to equate the two is to equate apples to dirt. There is a distinction, and the failure to learn that distinction very well may land you in jail. For those who would intentionally blur the definitions for personal gain, you will reap what you sow, and harvest time is approaching.

Take that as food for thought, and note that while great sweeping change is needed across this land, we're more likely to accomplish it in a relatively safe manner by joining hands and physically passing through each village, town, city as one solid mass of people, sweeping our oppressors out of their hideyholes as we proceed, banning them from ever returning, rather than taking lives, and leaving those clean-swept public offices staffed with newly elected officials, chosen from our own ranks, until such time that each community can implement the desired changes and call for formal elections from which the chosen can and will be held accountable for their actions in office once sworn in.

Federal court strikes down some D.C. gun laws as unconstitutional

In a mixed decision, a federal appeals court on Friday struck down as unconstitutional several strict gun registration laws in the nation's capital, but upheld other restrictions aimed at public safety.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled 2-1 that the city cannot ban gun owners from registering more than one pistol per month or require owners to re-register a gun every three years. The court also invalidated requirements that owners make a personal appearance to register a gun and pass a test about firearms laws.
But the court upheld other parts of the law, such as requiring that so-called long guns -- including rifles and shotguns -- be registered along with handguns. The ruling also allows gun owners to be fingerprinted and photographed, pay certain fees and complete a firearms safety training course.
In all, the court upheld six gun laws and struck down four.
The District of Columbia put the registration laws in place after a landmark 2008 Supreme Court decision that struck down a 32-year-old handgun ban in the District of Columbia. The high court ruled in that case the Second Amendment protects handgun possession for self-defense in the home.
A federal judge had previously upheld all the new registration laws.
District of Columbia officials argued that the laws were aimed at preserving gun owners' constitutional rights while also protecting the community from gun violence.
But writing for the appeals court majority, Judge Douglas Ginsburg said some of the laws did not pass constitutional muster. He rejected, for example, the city's argument that the one-pistol-per-month rule would reduce illegal trafficking in weapons.
"The suggestion that a gun trafficker would bring fewer guns into the District because he could not register more than one per month there lacks the support of experience and of common sense," Ginsburg said.
Ginsburg, who was appointed by President Ronald Regan, was joined by Judge Patricia Millett, an appointee of President Barack Obama.
Judge Karen LeCraft Henderson, named to the court President George H. W. Bush, dissented in part, saying she would have upheld all the registration laws. She said the majority should have shown more deference to public officials trying to create a workable firearms policy.
Henderson noted that Washington is different from other jurisdictions given the "unique security risks" in a city filled with high-level government officials, diplomats, monuments and government buildings that ban guns.
Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser said she was not surprised by the decision after she was informed of the ruling during a radio interview.
"Our gun laws have been under attack for many years," Bowser said. "We obviously disagree."
Bowser, a Democrat, said the District of Columbia Council should be free to pass laws with "reasonable restrictions" on gun ownership in their city.
Only six states and the District require gun owners to register some or all firearms, according to the San Francisco-based Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence. The District is one of only a few places -- including Hawaii and California -- that also have registration requirements for rifles and shotguns.
Adam Winkler, a constitutional law professor at UCLA Law School, said that while the ruling may be a setback for the District it shows that courts are willing to uphold some restrictions on gun owners that enhance public safety.
"This decision leaves little doubt that gun registration is constitutionally permissible," Winkler said. "States that want to require gun owners to register their guns will be buoyed by this decision."
Winkler said it may be the final ruling on Washington's gun laws because the Supreme Court has shown little interest in taking up gun cases over the past few years.
The latest lawsuit was brought by Dick Heller, the same man who challenged the city's handgun ban and won before the U.S. Supreme Court.
It was the second time the appeals court had considered the registration laws. In 2011, the court upheld the constitutionality of the basic registration requirement for handguns, but sent the case back to a lower court so city officials could explain why the various other restrictions were necessary.

It is now well known that John Boehner is a dedicated lifelong Roman Catholic.  It is also known that he has pushed for having the Pope come to America and address the U.S. Congress over many years.  Meeting the Pope has always been a dream of Boehner’s which has just come true.  What he failed to realize was that such a moment would trigger a realization of his profound betrayal of Roman Catholic teachings and universal morality.

One relatively short papal visit after the historic Congressional address put John Boehner face to face with himself.  Clearly, the Pope reflected back to him the woeful lack of commitment to the most basic principles of civilization and pillars of Western society. Whether the Pope told him directly or by papal courier, Boehner had violated Catholic law and morality IN THE WORST POSSIBLE WAYS.

In so doing John Boehner, through his continual crimes of commission and acts of omission in his capacity as Speaker of the House, was directly responsible for the whole nation’s transgression of natural law and divine order.  His meeting with the Pope surely brought this reality into stark relief.  Hence, his uncontrollable crying and emotional outburst in having to confront his grave offenses against the Almighty. In yesterday’s case, not against the Pope, against the Lord Almighty.

These Assertions Are Made Without A Hint Of  Hyperbole

Because of the pervasiveness and profundity of moral depravity throughout all of American society, most don’t even know what is being categorically asserted here. John Boehner, more than anyone else in the U.S. Federal Government, was in the position to challenge President Obama’s morally bankrupt agenda.  Instead of using his power to stop or slow down Obama’s nefarious plans, he enabled the Obama Administration.

It’s true that the Democratic Party has devolved into a completely immoral and unethical coterie of criminals.  The DNC leadership, from the top on down, operates without conscience.  The Democratic addiction to prevarication and deception is now the stuff of legend; and it becomes more shameless and relentless by the day.  Boehner knows this. Actually, he knows this and much, much more.

What’s the key point?  What are the critical repercussions of Boehner’s conduct?

Because of John Beohner’s serial negligence and shocking resistance to legislating righteously, he is now responsible for pushing the American Republic into an unprecedented emergency, if not outright collapse.  Why and how so?

Because he has received hard and indisputable evidence that Planned Parenthood has been committing the most serious felonies — IN BROAD DAYLIGHT — for many years. And what is his response.  He rebuffed his Republican peers in the House and instead enables the hardcore criminals on the other side.  That’s not to say the the Republican side does not have its many hardened criminals as well.  The W. Bush Administration had a whole penitentiary of incorrigible criminals in its employ.  Back to the odious crime syndicate known as Planned Parenthood.

Yes, when you sell the body parts of aborted fetuses, you are a HARDCORE criminal … of the worst order.  And yet Boehner continued to protect this thoroughly corrupt organization and their co-conspirators every single day, in spite of being provided categorical evidence of their criminality.

Remember, it is rarely the criminal who perpetrates most of the crime against society; rather, it is those who create the safe environment for all the criminals to commit their crimes without any fear of retribution.  Therefore, the legislative branch is far more complicit in the killing factories known as the ongoing U.S. abortion industry than anyone or any other entity under the sun.

What else did John Boehner do or not do?

Instead of gearing up the whole Republican side of the House of Representatives to decisively overturn the unconstitutional SCOTUS ruling that made gay marriage the law of the land, he sat back and let Obama et al. have their way.  His response has been nothing short of tragic, and it has proven to have catastrophic consequences for American society. At the end of the day, that sole perverted decision will not only destroy the nuclear family, it will also destroy this nation.  Not only has it has reversed millennia of religious tradition across all religions, it flies in the face of natural and divine law.  Furthermore, it represents an assault on the moral order of the universe.

Again, it was what John Boehner chose not to do in the wake of the disastrous SCOTUS ruling.  He took the most political position possible when the most apolitical approach was desperately needed.  Supreme Court judges do not make law.  They adjudicate. Boehner knows this well and let the obviously wrong side of the dysfunctional Supreme Court get away with winning the day.  The results are nothing less than calamitous for civil society. Boehner’s stewardship has permitted the tearing of the social fabric of America as no other Speaker in history.

Now everyone knows why John Boehner is always crying.

Where it concerns the national debt, John Boehner again allowed Obama (and Company) to get his entirely self-serving ways.  Doesn’t every unaccountable despot just want to spend all day long and never be held accountable.  In this particular regard, Boehner has done this nation a terrible disservice.  For it is the financial house of the USA that is truly in such a state of disarray; perhaps more than any other.  This is where the United States is in deep trouble because John Boehner refused to let the fiscally conservative caucus be heard.  In fact, he has quite ignorantly suppressed their every initiative to fix the country’s finances.  His responses to their vital legislation only thwarted what was desperately needed at the time.  The USA may now be well past the point of no return in this regard.

This failure to carry out the single most important responsibility of the House of Representatives will have extremely serious repercussions.  The turmoil in the stock markets worldwide reflects this foolhardy level of indebtedness (upwards of $18.5 trillion). So does the inability of the Federal Reserve to function with any degree of efficacy.  The FED cannot even set effective monetary policy anymore.  Servicing the debt load is now overwhelming and drains the nation’s treasury daily.  Truly, the House has failed woefully under Boehner’s leadership in this particular regard.

Boehner’s Political Status Had Reached A Point Of ‘No Return’

There is also a very practical reason why John Boehner was deposed as Speaker.  He betrayed more members of the Republican Party than any Speaker in U.S. history. It was the conservative base that was the recipient of his constant betrayal.  Many of the prominent members of the Tea Party leadership, in particular, were victims of his unseemly and unacceptable behavior.  There is a short list of articles below which catalogue only a few of these serious political indiscretions.

The issue here of paramount importance is that John Boehner really pissed off a lot of powerful conservatives.  He violated their trust in ways never seen in the conduct of the Speakership.  Not only did he outright deceive the members of his caucus, he outright lied to them in the process of advancing some of the most dubious aspects of Obama’s agenda. Quite frankly, no one has ever seen anything like it.  Anyone who follows House politics closely has been floored by the fact that Boehner has lasted so long.

Conclusion

Because the USA has experienced the most tumultuous and turbulent years of its existence since 9/11, much has fallen on the shoulders of Boehner and his political peers. Nevertheless, during such demanding times, leadership is challenged to rise to the occasion.  Rather than meet those challenges head on, John Boehner reflexively did the opposite.  Hence, the Pope had to fire him from his job.  The consequences of Boehner’s Speakership were simply too cataclysmic to further ignore.  The whole world is suffering terribly from his deficiencies and failings.

The times we live in are simply too demanding to take the path of least resistance as Boehner almost always did.  On the most crucial matters he particularly failed the American people.  Therefore, he had to go.  The Conservative caucus was getting ready to make his life very difficult indeed, so it was better that the Pope kicked him out the door.

We make no judgment of John Boehner as a person, only as a public servant.  In that regard his professional performance has been an unmitigated disaster.  His crying episodes clearly demonstrated that he was never up to the task.  They also indicate a couple of other very important issues.

First, that he is probably on medication which makes him hyper-sensitive.  Anyone in his position should not be on such emotion-altering pharmaceutical drugs.  Such mind-altering prescriptions also make one highly vulnerable to mind-control programming. People in such influential positions are also susceptible to being bribed and blackmailed, as well as compromised in a whole number of ways.

Secondly, John Boehner seems to have a conscience that he was continually at war with. He knew when he was doing wrong, but he was ordered to do so.  He also knew when he was not doing the right thing, but knew he could not buck his masters.  Hence, the $64,000 question in this saga is just who are John Boehner’s real masters. Certainly the American people are not.

This state of affairs would indicate that treason is being routinely committed at the highest levels of the U.S Government, which is entirely true.  John Boehner is only one of many elected officials who answer to some all-powerful and unseen force.  His hasty exit from government and political life ought to compel every American citizen to ask why. Who did John Boehner really work for, if not the U.S. citizenry?

From the moment one starts writing “lawful money and full discharge is demanded for all transactions 12 USC 411, 95a(2)” on the front of one’s checks and deposit slips, underneath one’s name and address in the upper left-hand corner of these documents, then one can start subtracting those transaction amounts on the IRS 1040 forms (out-going amounts of LAWFUL money excluded).

This can result in a substantial refund when the amounts of all said transactions from that point on are subtracted from one’s gross income.

In regard to this tax refund, it is important to realize that each individual transaction that uses FRNs generates more debt BECAUSE each one is a PROMISE to pay, an IOU-based transaction because it is based on liability (PROMISE) instruments. Each one of these entries needed to be backed-out by a corresponding REDUCTION entry.

One is actually helping to PAY debts and thereby reduce the national debt. One is helping correct the mistake THEY made by PRESUMING that FRNs were being used in such transactions. These must include all withholding-based transactions as well, since both the debt and the reduction is TRANSACTION-BASED! THIS IS S KEY CONCEPT THAT MUST BE UNDERSTOOD! Each transaction that assumes FRN usage must be backed-out (reversed) to settle the national debt.

One could easily prove each FRN transaction increases the national debt by auditing any check deposits at any bank and see if these funds are included in the reserve required for fractional reserve lending. One can see the multiplier effect in the diagram at that website, and also see why bank employees get fired for not respecting demands for lawful money because of all of the multiplier “ripples” of mistakenly-created and un-bonded debt that has to be backed-out/reversed!

By following FRCP 803(6) rule of hearsayexceptions (see http://1040relief.blogspot.com/p/fre-8036.html),  one is making a substantive record on documents used in the normal course of business. By writing “lawful money and full discharge is demanded for all transactions 12 USC 411, 95a(2)” on all commercial instruments (deposit slips, checks, etc), one enables the equitable title transfer of the credit (labor) held by the the United States Treasury via the Federal Reserve Banks since the April 5, 1933  Executive Order 6102 of President Franklin D. Roosevelt, which transfer then enables the Trustee to setoff the national debt to that extent.

This reduction, therefore, in effect if not in essence, constitutes FOR-GIVENESS of the national debt. FOR-GIVENESS is the application of that prepaid labor credit of the people loaned to the corporations that enabled them to produce goods and services for the people to set-off that loan/debt owed to the people by their “for-giveness” (previous giving of credit).

Honestly, the People, the Beneficiaries, are really at fault here, too. The Beneficiaries have NOT been doing their duty of authorizing the application of lawful money to PAY debts by demanding lawful for all transactions. Using FRNs is only a PROMISE to pay, and each such PROMISE is fractionalized, as well as each derivative transaction from the prime transaction (which mainly for wage- earners is one’s GROSS PAY-check).  

All of these transactions create additional “promise-to-pay” debts, and must eventually all be backed out by the Beneficiaries through demanding lawful money per 12 USC 411, finally authorizing theses debts to be paid by setoff, and then discharged by the Trustees.

Notice that 12 USC 411 has no corresponding Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) regulation to restrict anyone’s method of demanding lawful money. I think that is VERY significant. The Parallel Table of Authorities has no entry for 12 USC 411. This table’s entries go in sequence from 12 USC section 391 to section 418 (see table list extract below). Notice that Section 411 is missing!  There is no regulation for statute 12 USC 411.

Therefore, it is allowable, legitimate and preferable to make one’s demand TRANSACTION-BASED, as stated here:

“lawful money and full discharge is demanded for all  transactions 12 USC 411 and 95a(2)”

Using this exact wording above enables one to provide probable cause and justification for listing all transactions on a 1040 SUPPORTING SCHEDULE that have been presumed to be using FRNs (out-going amounts of LAWFUL money excluded). By doing so in good faith reliance thereon, one is provided immunity from liability in any court action, per 12 USC95a(2).
Who can rebut that transaction-based demand? And by what authority?

So, on just needs to decide on the date one wants to begin demanding lawful money and then start hand- writing it on the face of one’s checks and deposit slips, just under one’s name and address in the upper left-hand corner of these documents.  

This then stands thereafter and forever,as substantive evidence per Federal Rules of Evidence FRE 803(6) governing exceptions to hearsay evidence, that one has shifted from being a debtor to a creditor by dealing only in LAWFUL (PUBLIC) money to fully discharge all obligations in full, dollar for dollar in accordance with the INTENT of the expressed trust of June 5,1933 recorded in the Congressional Record as HJR 192 (P.L. 73-10 48 STAT 112), and as implemented in the United States Codes at 31 USC 5118, 12 USC 342, 12 USC 411, 12 USC 95a(2).  Such evidence is unrebuttable.

This is the starting date of one’s FREEDOM. Make it memorable!!

It is important to realize that both the FRN-based Debt (debit) and its corresponding USN-based Reduction (credit) are TRANSACTION-BASED! This is WHY the 1040 Supporting Schedule for Lawful Money Demand Reduction has to include the Withholding transactions – to reverse these corresponding unauthorized and un-bonded debt transactions that have been presumed and executed as FRN-based Debt transactions.

I believe that these Withholding transactions transfer amounts to other Federal and State government agencies that are legitimatey presuming these amounts to be FRN-based Debt funds (the default choice for US currency) which are deposited in a bank and are included in their “reserve” amounts since they may have no notice (plausible deniability) to the contrary if the government agencies have not performed their fiduciary duty under the Principal-Agent Doctrine to pass along the substantive record one has made with one’s local Federal Reserve member bank.

Therefore, the Form 1040 may be the only instrument that “catches” these “Mis-Takes” and enables the government agencies to correct their books and records and ledgers and truly settle (PAY) the corresponding obligations with the “For-Given” credit of the people held in trust for this purpose by making the GAAP-based bookkeeping “reverse” journal entries necessary to settle the associated prime and derivative debts and their multiplied “ripples”, as the diagram in this ‘How Banks Work’ article clearly illustrates.

NOTE: This diagram suggests that the effect on the national debt may be substantial. Such a lawful money reduction procedure, if done by everyone, would certainly improve our economy and national security!

Lawful Money Demands – Getting Started

First, just decide when you want to stop using Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs), and start using United States Notes (USNs).

Then, on that date, simply hand-write the demand as I propose above on a deposit slip or check that you issue (see example below). Keep doing that all year, just to create a preponderance of evidence.









That date then becomes the starting date of your technically not using FRNs, but instead you are now using USNs in the form of presumed FRNs which will be redeemed by the IRS via 1040 Form on Line 21, which will be the grand total of all amounts of all FRN-based transactions for the tax year, starting from your starting date.

It is not our job to prevent the presumed use of FRNs.

12 USC 411 explains our job to just demand lawful money.
The 1040 is the vehicle used by them to reconcile the accounting annually.

So there is no problem with using presumed FRNs for your business. It will be corrected on the 1040, where you have substantive proof that FRNs were never used.

You do not have to wait to accumulate a FUND and then redeem that fund. In fact, that won’t work, because you need to record your demand FIRST before you can start adding USNs to that FUND.

FRNs and USNs both exist on that same piece of paper. Your demand determines what type of currency it is – private credit (FRN), or public money (USN). The piece of paper is neutral, but the default choice is FRNs.

First, the joke.

Cruz said to the crowd: “You want to know how much each of you terrifies Washington? Yesterday, John Boehner was speaker of the House. Y’all come to town and somehow that changes. My only request is – can you come more often?”

The crowd cheered and applauded. But in a follow-up impromptu chat with reporters, Cruz’s reaction to Boehner’s resignation drew darker.

He said, the Washington Examiner reported: “I will say, the early reports are discouraging. If it is correct that the speaker, before he resigns, has cut a deal with Nancy Pelosi to fund the Obama administration for the rest of its tenure, to fund Obamacare, to fund executive amnesty, to fund Planned Parenthood, to fund implementation of this Iran deal — and then, presumably, to land in a cushy K Street job after joining with the Democrats to implement all of President Obama’s priorities, that is not the behavior one would expect of a Republican speaker of the House.”

Boehner’s resignation takes effect Oct. 30.
