A very rare M3.0 earthquake has struck Eastern New York State.

 

A review of the coordinates of the earthquake shows that the epicenter is below a large water reservoir.

The depth of the event shows at 13km / 8.6 miles (original depth was only 1km) which in this case  is below a reservoir / dam — not good news for the large earthen dam above the earthquake epicenter.

The East Coast / Northeast US was forecast to see earthquake activity this week, now (right on schedule) we see extremely rare movement strike the region.

The earthquake forecast specifically mentioned this area, and explained the reasoning behind WHY we would see East coast seismic activity this week (after a long period of silence).

FBI Merging Criminal & Civil Fingerprints into a Single Database

 

WHY IS THE FBI MERGING CRIMINAL & CIVIL FINGERPRINTS INTO A SINGLE DATABASE?!

Talk about 1984. While employers and others have been fingerprinting people for decades even though they weren't criminals, the Federal Bureau of Investigations apparently weren't interested in that particular data. Now they are and I'm pretty sure it's unconstitutional. 

Jennifer Lynch at the Electronic Frontier Foundation reports:

Being a job seeker isn't a crime. But the FBI has made a big change in how it deals with fingerprints that might make it seem that way. For the first time, fingerprints and biographical information sent to the FBI for a background check will be stored and searched right along with fingerprints taken for criminal purposes.

The change, which the FBI revealed quietly in a February 2015 Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), means that if you ever have your fingerprints taken for licensing or for a background check, they will most likely end up living indefinitely in the FBI's NGI database. They'll be searched thousands of times a day by law enforcement agencies across the country—even if your prints didn't match any criminal records when they were first submitted to the system.

This is the first time the FBI has allowed routine criminal searches of its civil fingerprint data. Although employers and certifying agencies have submitted prints to the FBI for decades, the FBI says it rarely retained these non-criminal prints. And even when it did retain prints in the past, they "were not readily accessible or searchable."

Now, not only will these prints—and the biographical data included with them—be available to any law enforcement agent who wants to look for them, they will be searched as a matter of course along with all prints collected for a clearly criminal purpose (like upon arrest or at time of booking).

This seems part of an ever-growing movement toward cataloguing information on everyone in America—and a movement that won't end with fingerprints. With the launch of the face recognition component of NGI, employers and agencies will be able to submit a photograph along with prints as part of the standard background check.

As we've noted before, one of FBI's stated goals for NGI is to be able to track people as they move from one location to another. Having a robust database of face photos, built out using non-criminal records, will only make that goal even easier to achieve.

This change will impact a broad swath of Americans. It's not just prospective police officers or childcare workers who have to submit to fingerprint background checks.

In Texas, for example, you'll need to give the government your prints if you want to be an engineer, doctor, realtor, stockbroker, attorney, or even an architect.

The California Department of Justice says it submits 1.2 million sets of civil prints to the FBI annually. And, since 1953, all jobs with the federal government have required a fingerprint check—not just for jobs requiring a security clearance, but even for part-time food service workers, student interns, designers, customer service representatives, and maintenance workers.

The FBI, which I believe is just another agency like the ATF and other alphabet agencies that is not outlined in the Constitution, has been developing and cataloging data gathered by facial recognition and expanding its biometrics programs into a Next Generation Indentification database.

The question should be asked, just who gave authority for this data to be collected by the feds in the first place? I don't see it in the Constitution. I don't believe it will actually help the FBI. After all, aren't these the same guys who can't seem to put two and two together when it comes to 9/11 jihadis? Arent' they the same agency that can't get the goods on the domestic terrorist in the White House?

Let's not forget that this piece of news comes as it appears that Americans who travel on domestic flights in the united States will also have to have a passport soon to do so. However, if you're an illegal alien and you break immigration laws and make it over the border, then you can be escorted onto domestic flights without any proper identification. 

With the confirmation that the NSA has been unconstitutionally surveilling the American public without obtaining warrants per the Fourth Amendment, the Congress illegally authorizing the indefinite detention of individuals without due process, which is protected under the Fifth Amendment, and now a beast-like database with fingerprints, facial recognition and other biometric data of those who are not even accused of a crime is beyond tyrannical, and you know as well as I do that someone will eventually take the reins of this beast and seek to devour the American people. 

Lynch commented, "This violates our democratic ideals and our societal belief that we should not treat people as criminals until they are proven guilty." 

Somehow, I don't believe this has one thing to do with catching criminals, and will be used for more control.

ECOSOC says that this will be a transformative agenda. What they mean is transformation from a free society to a Communist society.

Parliaments should also play a critical role in national leadership and implementation. The involvement of civil society at all levels needs to be consistently strong. The HLPF [High Level Political Forum 2015 of the ECOSOC for Sustainability] can play a role in this regard. Various approaches and pathways will necessarily reflect differences between country circumstances. The HLPF itself must engage major groups and other stakeholders in an ambitious, systematic and innovative way as mandated by the General Assembly."  

The plan is for the total global control at all levels of U. S. government.  The UN "agenda" is to control Americans federally, regionally, and locally.  It will engage all stakeholders, businesses, and all civil society.

"It will be necessary to create a multi-level architecture that can support implementation.   Equitable and transparent governance will play a key role at local, national, regional and global levels."

They say "no person will be left behind".   Haven't we already seen what an iron-clad Marixst/Communist system does to Christianity?

They will incorporate all forms of social media to communicate their agenda "right down to the grass level where implementation will take place".

Education is to be supported by global partnerships. Of course this is Communist Common Core and the occult World Core Curriculum of Alice Bailey and Robert Muller. It will manifest as Community Education, where all are controlled at the local, grass-roots level (unelected council form of government...Soviet council system).  "Education and awareness-raising are critical to enable ownership of the agenda and its implementation."

The transformation to Communism will be DATA driven:

 "Data collection and analysis would be critical for implementation, follow-up and review of the post-2015 agenda and it would be crucial to use disaggregated data such as by income, age, migratory status, disability, sex and other. All stakeholders should have access to this information.  It is important to link the SDGs with multi-dimensional measures of development and poverty. The review should seek to exploit the possibilities of “big data” and build on the data revolution. Country capacity for data collection, statistics and analyses will need to be strengthened."

Business and Economic sectors will be used to implement and insure "equitable and transparent governance". !!!

"Rallying business to implement the post-2015 agenda will be indispensable. There is a need to communicate the agenda in language it is familiar with. This will encourage long-term investments  that will yield investment returns as well as ensure broad-based socio-economic benefits and engender positive societal changes.   Regulations, safeguards and the rule of law are needed.  Institutional framework:  It will be necessary to create a multi-level architecture that can support implementation. Equitable and transparent governance will play a key role at local, national, regional and global levels. There needs to be system-wide coherence and complementarity between the forum and other existing bodies and institutions, notably ECOSOC. The HLPF must draw from the work of other platforms as much as possible. Regional meetings on sustainable development organized by the UN regional commissions as part of the ECOSOC system can identify regional specificities, review progress and transmit recommendations through established channels to the HLPF".

The Agenda is to be "state led." In other words, global UN dictates are to be state-led - just like Common Core was state led.

"The main principles that were put forward for the reviews were: they should be voluntary and state led; address progress on all SDGs and means of implementation; be rigorous and science-and evidence-based; be inclusive; and support countries in making informed policy choices. Developing countries should be given support, including capacity building. The review mechanism should refrain from shaming, but build incentives to share experiences and lessons; discuss solutions and induce change. It should foster a culture of openness." 

Regionalism is Communism and it is an important ingredient in their transformational agenda.

"The regional level is also important for follow-up and review. Regional reviews can serve as a platform for exchange of knowledge and experiences. They can foster the translation of the SDGs into integrated national policies. They can also allow an inclusive discussion of regional trends, address cross border regional issues, support common solutions to common challenges, and foster regional cooperation."

The universal Global Agenda is coming to America this September, 2015.

There are no Russian or Chinese troops in Syria other than a few equipment specialists and those who have, for years now, been at the Tartus naval base.
Moreover, how friggin’ dumb, and we already know the answer to that, are the freaks in Washington?  The satellite photos used to identify the Russian weapons, said to be leaked from the Pentagon, were, if you read the bottom, simply commercial images anyone could buy and showed nothing at all.
They had been purchased, as shown if blown up a bit, by a Microsoft affiliate in Alaska who sent them to Reuters.  The whole thing is a scam.

The good end of this is that it has scared enough people that Putin is leveraging the hoax in a magnificent turn around.  God, I do love it when the bad guys get it in the end.

Meetings

Much of the reason for the trip was to allow Syria to leak information to a couple of select congressional committees, enough to make Assad seem to be the “best alternative” and to justify a new and sane American policy, even during an election year.
Of course, Assad seems much more attractive when he has thousands of Russian troops and modern weapons, which do exist, in his stable.  This is typical Washington morality.

All US presidents at least since WW II were unindicted war criminals, Obama the latest in a long line of rogue leaders, reflecting America’s odious history, systematically pursuing empire, ravaging and destroying one country after another, remaining unaccountable for his high crimes.

Whoever succeeds him in 2017 will continue the same reckless policies, maybe overstepping enough to launch WW III, potential armageddon if occurs.

All presidential aspirants from both parties favor endless wars of conquest. Peace is anathema. Maintaining America’s menacing military global footprint is prioritized, its empire of bases, its alliances with other rogue states, its rage to dominate unchallenged – the greatest threat to world security and stability.

No nation threatens them more than America, none more likely to start global war, none more greatly endangering humanity’s survival.

Oliver Stone and historian Peter Kuznick co-authored “The Untold History of the United States” – now made into a 10-part Showtime documentary, covering US history since the FDR era.

In discussing the series, Stone said when he studied untold US history, “one thing that really hit (him) hard was (America’s) nefarious involvement in the Middle East” – beginning before WW II, exploding with GHW Bush’s 1991 Iraq invasion and subsequent endless wars.

“We never got out of there,” said Stone. “Once we were in, we’re in forever.” The curse of oil cost millions of lives. America “destabilized the entire region, created chaos. And then we blame ISIS for the (horrors) we created.”

“It’s all about the oil,” Kuznick explained. “You remember the bumper sticker: ‘What is our oil doing under their sand?’ “

“We created” violence and chaos throughout the region – “then have a grand military plan…(M)ilitary solutions just don’t work.”

Americans don’t get it, Stone explained. They live in a bubble – spoon-fed what government, academia and supportive media want them to know. Reagan touted a “shining city on a hill.”

“It’s very comforting to be an American,” Stone said. “You get the sense that you are safe and have prosperity of material goods, and that you have enemies everywhere – Russia, China, Iran, North Korea.”

“You get into this cocoon where you have a big country, two (protective) oceans, but you’re always under threat.” Stone served in Vietnam, returned home “puzzled, completely confused about what was going on there. But I did get a heavy dose of the doublespeak, the militarese talk,” he said.

He began asking questions, read “progressive history” when studying filmmaking. New ideas influenced his work since the 1980s. His films include Salvador, Platoon, Born on the Fourth of July, JFK, Nixon and Wall Street among others – challenging the official narrative.

His film about Edward Snowden was delayed until 2016. His “Untold History of the United States” collaboratively with Peter Kuznick presents an alternative perspective from the FDR era to today – far different from mainstream propaganda.

The documentary’s last episode is called “Bush & Obama: Age of Terror,” covering the following topics:

— The Project For A New American Century, the neocon think tank calling for a new Pearl Harbor to enlist popular sentiment for endless wars, notably in the Middle East;

— The tyranny of neocons responsible for pushing America to war with Iraq, using fabricated intelligence;
