PIMCO’s CEO tells the Financial Times that the institutional bank run on French Banks has left them with as little as 1% capital against the total assets reported on their balance sheets and institutional panic in the global financial system is underway

Business Week points out the massive crash in U.S. stocks immediately below while CNBC points out further below that this in fact a global meltdown – investors are dumping everything.

While today’s sell off was monumental and in fact is on course for the 3rd worse week on Wall Street ever, the sell-off was on the heels of the FED’s economic outlook.

Today’s Global Financial Meltdown is about to become much worse as a slew of news reports out today reveal the run on the European banks has spread to include corporations and institutions pulling their money out of banks and China finally arriving at the party.

However, it appears as PIMCO’s CEO tells us, that instead of dealing with the crisis, officials chose to deny it by reiterating for days now that the French Banks did not need to be re-capitalized.

Well, it appears the statements from officials in France were outright lies.

Meanwhile, high-profile warnings over the state of Europe’s banks, particularly in France, came from a variety of sources.

Mohammed El-Erian, chief executive of bond fund giant Pimco, warned in an op-ed in the Financial Times published Thursday that French banks could tip Europe back into recession.

Private institutions around the world have sharply reduced short-term lending to French banks, while a plunge in bank shares since August has left bank equity trading at a 50% discount to tangible book value on average, he wrote.

At the same time, El-Erian noted that the ratio of market capital to total assets for the sector has fallen to 1% to 1.5% — far short of the range of 6% to 8% typically seen for healthier banks.

“These are all signs of an institutional run on French banks,” he wrote. “If it persists, the banks would have no choice but to de-lever their balance sheets in a very drastic and disorderly fashion.”

To be clear, the run on the banks and the collapse it will cause is already underway and “If it persists” the French Banks will have “no choice but to de-lever their balance sheets in a very drastic and disorderly fashion” which means forget about the plans of propping up or bailing out Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Italy and Spain.

In fact, such an event in happening in “very drastic and disorderly fashion” would trigger a Lehman style collapse wiping out any hope of those nations being able to pay off their debt.

The resulting financial turmoil drag down Germany and the entire Euro-zone resulting in sovereign debt defaults in many of those nations as well.

From there the counter-party risk turns to contagion and drags down banks in Great Britain, China and even the U.S , resulting in the greatest economic crash in the history of man kind.

Perhaps the highest cost of Washington’s “war on terror” has been paid by the US Constitution and civil liberties. For example, the Washington DC Metro bombing plot, the New York city subway plot, the plot to blow up the Sears Tower in Chicago were all FBI brainchilds organized and managed by FBI agents. RT reports that only three plots might have been independent of the FBI, but as none of the three worked they obviously were not the work of such a professional terror organization as Al Qaeda is purported to be. The Times Square car bomb didn’t blow up, and apparently could not have. The latest FBI sting ensnared a Boston man, Rezwan Ferdaus, who is accused of planning to attack the Pentagon and US Capitol with model airplanes packed with C-4 explosives. US Attorney Carmen Ortiz assured Americans that they were never in danger, because the FBI’s undercover agents were in control of the plot. Ferdaus’ FBI-organized plot to blow up the Pentagon and US Capitol with model airplanes has produced charges that he provided “material support to a terrorist organization” and plotted to destroy federal buildings--the most serious charge which carries 20 imprisoned years for each targeted building. What is the terrorist organization that Ferdaus is serving? Surely not al Qaeda, which allegedly outwitted all 16 US intelligence services, all intelligence services of America’s NATO and Israeli allies, NORAD, the National Security Council, Air Traffic Control, Dick Cheney, and US airport security four times in one hour on the same morning. Such a highly capable terror organization would not be involved in such nonsense as a plot to blow up the Pentagon with a model airplane. As an American who was in public service for a number of years and who has always stood up for the Constitution, a patriot’s duty, I must hope that the question has already popped into readers’ minds why we are expected to believe that a tiny model airplane is capable of blowing up the Pentagon when a 757 airliner loaded with jet fuel was incapable of doing the job, merely making a hole not big enough for an airliner. When I observe the gullibility of my fellow citizens at the absurd “terror plots” that the US government manufactures, it causes me to realize that fear is the most powerful weapon any government has for advancing an undeclared agenda. If Ferdaus is brought to trial, no doubt a jury will convict him of a plot to blow up the Pentagon and US Capitol with model airplanes. Most likely he will be tortured or coerced into a plea bargain. Apparently, Americans, or most of them, are so ruled by fear that they suffer no remorse from “their” government’s murder and dislocation of millions of innocent people. In the American mind, one billion “towel-heads” have been reduced to terrorists who deserve to be exterminated. The US is on its way to a holocaust that makes the terrors Jews faced from National Socialism into a mere precursor. Think about this: Are not you amazed that after a decade (2.5 times the length of WW II) of killing Muslims and destroying families and their prospects in six countries there are no real terrorist events in the US? Think for a minute how easy terrorism would be in the US if there were any terrorists. Would an Al Qaeda terrorist from the organization that allegedly pulled off 9/11--the most humiliating defeat ever suffered by a Western power, much less “the world’s only superpower”--still in the face of all the screening be trying to hijack an airliner or to blow one up? Surely not when there are so many totally soft targets. If America were really infected with a “terrorist threat,” a terrorist would merely get in the massive lines awaiting to clear airport “security” and set off his bomb. It would kill far more people than could be achieved by blowing up an airliner, and it would make it completely clear that “airport security” meant no one was safe. It would be child’s play for terrorists to blow up electric sub-stations as no one is there, nothing but a chain link fence. It would be easy for terrorists to blow up shopping centers. It would be easy for terrorists to dump boxes of roofing nails on congested streets and freeways during rush hours, tying up main transportation arteries for days. Before, dear reader, you accuse me of giving terrorists ideas, do you really think that these ideas would not already have occurred to terrorists capable of pulling off 9/11? But nothing happens. So the FBI arrests a guy for planning to blow up America with a model airplane. It is really depressing how many Americans will believe this. Consider also that American neoconservatives, who have orchestrated the “war on terror,” have no protection whatsoever and that the Secret Service protection of Bush and Cheney is minimal. If America really faced a terrorist threat, especially one so professional to have brought off 9/11, every neoconservative along with Bush and Cheney could be assassinated within one hour on one morning or one evening. The fact that neoconservatives such as Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld, Condi Rice, Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, John Bolton, William Kristol, Libby, Addington, et. al., live unprotected and free of fear is proof that America faces no terrorist threat. Think now about the airliner shoe-bomb plot, the shampoo-bottled water plot, and the underwear-bomb plot. Experts, other than the whores hired by the US government, say that these plots are nonsensical. The “shoe bomb” and “underwear bomb” were colored fireworks powders incapable of blowing up a tin can. The liquid bomb, allegedly mixed up in an airliner toilet room, has been dismissed by experts as fantasy. What is the purpose of these fake plots? And remember, all reports confirm that the “underwear bomber” was walked onto the airliner by an official, despite the fact that the “underwear bomber” had no passport. No investigation was ever conducted by the FBI, CIA, or anyone into why a passenger without a passport was allowed on an international flight. The purpose of these make-believe plots is to raise the fear level and to create the opportunity for former Homeland Security czar Michael Chertoff to make a fortune selling porno-scanners to the TSA. The result of these hyped “terrorist plots” is that every American citizen, even those with high government positions and security clearances, cannot board a commercial airline flight without taking off his shoes, his jacket, his belt, submitting to a porno-scanner, or being sexually groped. Nothing could make it plainer that “airport security” cannot tell a Muslim terrorist from a gung-ho American patriot, a US Senator, a US Marine general, or a CIA operative. If a passenger requires for health or other reasons quantities of liquids and cremes beyond the limits imposed on toothpaste, shampoo, food, or medications, the passenger must obtain prior approval from TSA, which seldom works. One of America’s finest moments is the case, documented on UTube, of a dying woman in a wheelchair, who requires special food, having her food thrown away by the gestapo TSA despite the written approval from the Transportation Safety Administration, her daughter arrested for protesting, and the dying woman in the wheelchair left alone in the airport. This is Amerika today. These assaults on innocent citizens are justified by the mindless right-wing as “protecting us against terrorism,” a “threat” that all evidence shows is nonexistent. I required high security clearances as I had access to information pertaining to all US weapons programs. As chief economist of the House Budget Committee I had information pertaining to the US military and security budgets. If you don’t know what the Haqqani Network is, don’t be surprised. You never heard of Al Qaeda prior to 9/11. The US government creates whatever new bogymen and incidents are necessary to further the neoconservative agenda of world hegemony and higher profits for the armaments industry. At least 100 Chemical and Biological Response Units funded by the Department Of Homeland Security have been confirmed to be on the scene in NYC possibly converging on the Occupy Wall Street Protesters. Remember the mossad funded ADL and SPLC are on the advisory board to the Homeland security and probably had a lot to do with this response since we, the people of America, do not use such things against our civilian population, however, ISRAEL DOES USE SUCH WEAPONS AGAINST THEIR OWN PEOPLE so that is why it looks familiar. 2. on 9/29/11, unions have come together with their membership and voted to join what they called, "The courageous protesters on Wall Street" and the number of unions agreeing to join them is at least 10 if not more. One is the pilots union, another the transportation union that has 20,000 members. What this will do is put pressure on the police since its really a cross section of the American public. The police will have to make a decision at this juncture as to who they are, what their real job is and who are they suppose to protect? Especially if all the protestors stick it out to the bitter end. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ According to Intel Hub, Occupy Wall Street is in the beginning stages of becoming an American Revolution, something long desired by the GOP and Tea Party in order to demonstrate that the current administration is at fault, using the American people to do so. Fighting U.S. corporate greed is fast becoming a sign of the times. So is the inability to tax the ultra-rich instead of the poor and low-income—two groups that are becoming poorer by the second while the GOPs remain obsessed with the removal of President Obama from his position, not in the survival of the American people. (VN: Her spin on this above sentence, is not "documented truth" per se. I see no evidence that GOP voters are not interested in the Survival of the American people and I see the issue of Obama's birth one of legality which should be an issue for both parties, but alas, she is right, its only the GOP who seems to care about legality on this issue. I don't believe its because they are idealists by a long shot, rather "PARTISAN". SO, NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO PARTIES, BOTH NEO PARTIES WITH A LEFT AND RIGHT WING, THAT IS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE. I worked in this system long enough to know the game and that is what both sides are playing for their base.) The only thing worse is if the Tea Party occupies Wall Street. Or would it? When Occupy Wall Street took action on September 17, 2011, Lower Manhattan was being taken over by thousands of activists. Since then, its only recognition has been through the social media by its protestors, not corporate media. Digital Journal writer, KJ Mullins, wrote in the article, “Op-Ed: Wall Street is Occupied protest not getting media coverage,” Several of the peaceful protesters have been arrested during the Occupy Wall Street protest by those who say they are the 99 percent of Americans who are facing economic crisis. The protesters are maintaining a peaceful encampment protesting the financial institutions that have been in the protesters words being in control of our land. The Obama administration is and has been fighting corporate America as much as struggling Americans, continuously being blackmailed by the elite GOP attempting to gain control of the White House and the people of America. Fighting to tax the elite wealthy to help the United States’ job situation will not pass the GOP, as the majority of them are these elite…including Big Oil. (VN: With Obama having the plurality he needs then what is this garbage about fighting anyone? This is partisan propoganda, I have not seen him fighting anything even remotely against corporate America. In fact his favorite excuse is bi-partisanship is his rule for getting anything done, even though he has a majority in the congress and a veto proof Senate. Explain that one to me please? Its all just politics. He is no less owned than Bush Jr was when he was pResident, and that is why he kept the same people as head of DOD and the same agenda as Bush. Its the puppet masters who control the agenda and the puppets, and that is why it all is familiar, as if Bush never left office. Fortunately America is waking up to the men behind the curtain and the foreign country they work for, both of them.... Israel and England. Treason is afoot in the land IN BOTH PARTIES!) WALK IN THE FRUIT OF MY SPIRIT

As I walked in our garden yesterday I saw the fruit of sowing seeds in the early spring. The plants are bearing fruit; tomatoes, peppers and raspberries. This was the result of the act of planting seeds. Later, as I spent time in His word, The Lord took me to Galatians 5:22-23,”But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. Against such things there is no law.”

And The Lord said, “Now I am calling forth a people to sow the fruit of the Spirit; a people who press into Me, and are led by My Spirit. For in My Spirit there is liberty and freedom. What a man sows, that he shall also reap; this is the divine law of harvest. I am calling you to fulfill the destiny I have created you for. My will is for you to plant the fruit of My Spirit as you receive it. Then as you walk in the fruit of My Spirit it will be as though seeds are planted wherever you set your feet. The atmosphere around you will change when you are carriers of My Divine Nature. The environment and people around you will be affected when you display the Fruit of My Spirit.

The fruit of the Spirit is My Divine Nature. I am calling forth a people who will listen to My voice, and carry out what I say to them. The results of these actions will bring a harvest of souls for My Kingdom and My Glory. I desire none shall perish and all shall know Me as Lord and Savior. I am not interested in those who think they have already “arrived”! My heart is for the lost, the hurting, the broken and those who are trapped. In this season the fields are ready. Go forth and sow the fruit of My Spirit, My chosen ones.

I am moving and invading earth with Heaven, and drawing souls unto Me through those who are willing to listen to My voice; those who obey what I tell them to do, and those who are humbly led by My Spirit.

Sow the fruit of My Spirit! It will produce much fruit, and bring forth a harvest of souls for My glory. I want a people who are dedicated to building My Kingdom, not a people who are building up a kingdom of their own. I desire a people whose greatest desire is to give Me all the glory and praise; a people who desire to walk in My love and give it away freely. My Love restores, renews, rejuvenates and brings forth life – ABUNDANT LIFE!

By My grace and mercy you have abundant life and are carriers of My Divine Nature. So arise and walk forth in the fruit of My Spirit.
