Eric Holder, current attorney general of the United States, managed an FBI operation that provided explosives to Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols just prior to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, according to official documents released during the ongoing investigation into government foreknowledge of the supposed terrorist attack.

According to the documentation provided in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit brought against the Department of Justice by Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue, the Oklahoma City bombing had aspects of being an FBI sting operation that went out of control. Holder had authorized the FBI to provide explosives to Nichols and McVeigh, then lost track of both the explosives and their targets. McVeigh went on to detonate some of the explosives outside the federal building, an act that was designed to help anti-terrorism legislation pass Congress. But an additional case of explosives was unaccounted for.

After the bombing, when the FBI learned the location of the explosives, Holder reportedly sent emails to FBI agents ordering them to recover the explosives before they could be found by some other branch of the government. FBI agents failed to spot the additional, unexploded explosives during an initial search of Nichols’s home and offered to spare him the death penalty if he would help them recover them.

The case of explosives was, however, recovered by another law enforcement agency and was later determined to have the incriminating  fingerprints of two FBI agents, as well as fingerprints of McVeigh and Nichols.

Shortly after the bombing, Kenneth Trentadue, a government informant, was murdered in his prison cell. His family has been pursuing legal action against the federal government ever since.

In 2001, in a bid to avoid a full release of documents, the Federal Bureau of Prisons paid a settlement of $1.1 million to several members of Trentadue’s family, but his brother refused to drop the investigation and filed a FOIA lawsuit for the missing documents. That suit has been ongoing in the Salt Lake City federal courthouse.

I walked down the street in Barcelona, and suddenly discovered a terrible truth - Europe died in Auschwitz ... We killed six million Jews and replaced them with 20 million Muslims. In Auschwitz we burned a culture, thought, creativity, talent. We destroyed the chosen people, truly chosen, because they produced great and wonderful people who changed the world.

The contribution of this people is felt in all areas of life: science, art, international trade and above all, as the conscience of the world.  These are the people we burned. They have blown up our trains and turned our beautiful Spanish cities into the third world, drowning in filth and crime.

Shut up in the apartments they receive free from the government, they plan the murder and destruction of their naive hosts.

And thus, in our misery, we have exchanged culture for fanatical hatred, creative skill for destructive skill, intelligence for backwardness and superstition.

We have exchanged the pursuit of peace of the Jews of Europe and their talent for a better future for their children, their determined clinging to life because life is holy, for those who pursue death, for people consumed by the desire for death for themselves and others, for our children and theirs.

What a terrible mistake was made by miserable Europe.

A lot of Americans have become so insulated from reality that they imagine America can suffer defeat without any inconvenience to themselves.

Recently, the UK debated whether to remove The Holocaust from its school curriculum because it "offends" the Muslim population which claims it never occurred. It is not removed as yet. However, this is a frightening portent of the fear that is gripping the world and how easily each country is giving in to it.

It is now more than 60 years after the Second World War in Europe ended. This e-mail is being sent as a memorial chain, in memory of the 6 million Jews, 20 million Russians, 10 million Christians and  1,900 Catholic priests who were "murdered, raped, burned, starved, beaten, experimented on and humiliated". Now, more than ever, with Iran (among others) claiming the Holocaust to be "a myth", it is imperative to make sure the world never forgets.

Frustrated, tired of all the Hope messages? Is It Ever going to happen??? Don't worry, it's happening, way too much debris had to be removed from the path way, since the process began in 1984. The promise being kept to me and therefore to you is, they would remove our enemies out of the way so, no one would have a short lived celebration. Unless, you've done due diligence thru the years, you wouldn't even realize, anyone was lurking in the back ground to steal your goodies for themselves. Countless times, things were prepared to go out to the world, then some tick mite buried deep in the dog's back would come out to try and suck blood, as if they were starving or some thing. How many felets can you eat, how many gold toilet seats do you need? Greed is a sickness that must be curbed. Even ronald reagan raised taxes for god's sake. Trickle down does not work....figures don't lie, but liars sure figure. Who has benefitted from the 'war on drugs'? Rich folks who funded all the importation. Romney made money bankrupting companies and selling off the pieces, what do think if he got into the white house, same thing as G dubya. Corporations are people, too, in a pig's eye.

Yes, this country needs a few more political parties and money needs to be removed from the election process. Over the last 100+ years all we had over here in the us, is the choice of which new master we want to hand out our pork and beans. White folks and black folks alike with additions of latinos now to come onto the plantation to be ruled. So, folks they who have mastered the plantation owners are flipping the script and evening out this playing field. People who already have power do not need to fight to keep it, they know that money needs to move and not sit in dusty chambers collecting more dust. So, while it seems by some I've been hoping beyond hope, understand there are principles of physics at work, certain immutable laws of physics. As change will happen as sure as the mississippi has changed it's course thru the years. Human intelligence will either take the lead or nature will. Long sighted folks from centuries ago made the first moves and now those moves have engaged the planet's banking system to change the future from entropy or collapse upon itself, to a burst of growth and parting of the clouds into the sunlight of life worth living.

The folks in the rafters are applying the principle bought here by the master and spreading the world's wealth to the hungry and the poor. Helping the widows, elderly, and the orphans is a big thing to them. They have done their own version of overturning the tables of the money changers at the temple. Not like it's a secret, the st germain trust opened on the 15th, 10 days before xmas, as it has done for years. This time the blocks of the greedy have been driven away by massive arrests and imprisonment. None without warning but as I am fond of saying, they just refused to believe 'fat meat is greasy'. They can bet on it now! We live in a time of miracles, definition of which is 'nature going unchecked' letting the flow of nature go without intervention by human thought. I just saw Kansas City beat the Packers...whaaa??? Yogi Berra used to say, 'it ain't over 'til it's over'. So remember folks, it only takes one moment to shift your life from poor to wealthy, the work to get it there has taken years but we're 'there'. You won't get coal in your stocking this year. SHERIFF’S ONLY DUTY: Protect and Defend the People and their Property by Sheriff Richard Mack, Graham County, Arizona

County Sheriffs are supposed to be the protectors of the people in the county.  They are to protect the people from all criminal activity – criminal activity in the streets of the county and criminal or damaging activity from state or federal governments.  Most sheriffs are well aware of the first part of their jurisdiction and protective duties, but sadly, not the second part.

When the federal Brady Bill came out and we county sheriffs were told by the federal government that we would be required to enforce this anti-Second Amendment legislation on the people of our counties, I challenge it as unconstitutional – all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.  We won our suit against the federal government, on behalf of all sheriffs in America.  The U.S. Supreme Court told us what we already knew: that no sheriff is obligated to act as an agent for, and do the work of, the federal government.  We would not have to enforce the Brady Bill on behalf of the federal government!  This case proved again, that if the people and their elected officials [sheriffs and other local/county officials] will stand up together, we can win against the many unconstitutional actions and unlawful jurisdictional usurpations of the federal government.

So, does the federal government currently control your county office of sheriff?  This is certainly a question that deserves to be weighed.  We ask it again: Does the federal government have the constitutional authority or lawful jurisdiction to tell a county sheriff what to do?  Absolutely not!  The only way that the federal government has any control over the county sheriff is if the sheriff, for some reason, acquiesces and goes along, allowing federal agents and their agencies to take control.

One thing we sheriffs definitely need to realize, however, is this: One of the surest ways we can begin to lose our local authority and independence, and pave the way for the federal government to begin to exercise control within our counties, is through our acceptance of federal funds such as the form of grants, or even “surplus” law enforcement equipment, etc.  We must remember that truly there is no free money from the federal government: it all comes “with strings attached”. Insist on remaining an independent servant of the people:  Do not accept the funds.

The following may shock many of my fellow sheriffs, but let’s look at the law.  According to the Supreme Law of our Land, the U.S. Constitution, there are only three areas in which the federal government is lawfully allowed to involve itself in the law enforcement.  Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution lists these as: One, felonies committed on the high seas; Two, counterfeiting; and Three, Treason.  Constitutionally, these three crimes alone allow the federal government to assume jurisdiction and take control.  They have no other lawful powers!

So why do we so often allow unlawful incursions by federal agents into our counties?  Answer: FIRST because we haven’t really know the Supreme Law, and SECOND because, as county officials, we have all-too-willingly put our lips around the federal the federal “sugar teat”, taking [collectively] millions upon millions in federal handouts.  And of course, once we’ve done this, we are then obligated to obey what the feds tell us – especially if we should be looking to obtain still more “sugar” next year!

Does this sound like the highest and best we can expect from ourselves as the elected, trusted guardians of the rights and liberties of the local citizens we are sworn to serve?

I thought you all would like to see the real figures from Down Under. It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by a new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by our own government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500 million dollars.

The first year results are now in: Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2 percent; Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6 percent; Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)! In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 300 percent. (Note that while the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not!)
While figures over the previous 25 years showed a steady decrease in armed robbery with firearms, this has changed drastically upward in the past 12 months, since the criminals now are guaranteed that their prey is unarmed. There has also been a dramatic increase in break-ins and assaults of the elderly.

Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public safety has decreased, after such monumental effort and expense was expended in “successfully ridding Australian society of guns”. You won't see this on the American evening news or hear your governor or members of the state Assembly disseminating this information.

The Australian experience proves it. Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property, and yes, gun-control laws affect only the law-abiding citizens. Take note Americans, before it's too late!
