JPMorgan Unit’s London Staff May Go as Loss Prompts Exits

The entire London staff of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM)’s chief investment office is at risk of dismissal as a $2 billion trading loss prompts the first executive departures as soon as this week, a person familiar with the situation said.

Ina Drew, who oversees the unit, may resign as soon as this week, according to another person, who requested anonymity because the deliberations are private.Joseph Evangelisti, a bank spokesman, said Drew would have no comment. While the firm is examining whether anyone in the unit, which employs a few dozen people in London, sought to hide risks, there isn’t yet evidence that’s the case, one of the people said.

Chief Executive Jamie Dimon, 56, announced the loss May 10, assailing his firm’s handling of trading in synthetic credit securities as “flawed, complex, poorly reviewed, poorly executed and poorly monitored.” Initially, he resisted accepting Drew’s resignation, the person said. The incident has given ammunition to proponents of stricter bank regulations.

Dimon “has to clarify the management changes that have to take place to ensure that a firm line has been drawn under this,” said Christopher Wheeler, a London-based analyst at Mediobanca SpA.

Drew, 55, is one of two women on the operating committee at JPMorgan, the biggest and most profitable U.S. bank. Her office oversees about $360 billion, the difference between money from deposits and what the bank lends. Dimon had encouraged her unit to boost earnings by buying higher-yielding assets, including structured credit, equities and derivatives, in an expansion of risk-taking led by Achilles Macris, ex-employees said in April.

Macris, 50, and a trader on his team, Javier Martin-Artajo, also are leaving the New York-based firm with Drew, the Wall Street Journal reported yesterday, citing the unidentified people. Macris and Martin-Artajo didn’t respond to messages left outside of regular business hours.

2012 Pissing Contest. 

I am a subscriber to Red Ice Creations, and up until recently considered myself one of their biggest fans. On the May 10th Red Ice Radio podcast featuring Half Past Human's Clif High, the typical hard nosed insight for truth seeking journalism that Red Ice has normally put out on a regular basis, was nowhere to be found. That really was a big disappointment for me, regarding the lack of integrity and investigative journalistic ethics of Chief Editor and brain child of Red Ice Creations, Henrik Palgren. Mr. High went on a hour long attack on David Wilcock, from Divine Cosmos.com, Benjamin Fulford of benjaminfulford.net, and new comer from Freedomreigns.US, Drake. 

These three men have been reporting on the high probability of mass arrest of the Global Banking Criminal Cabal, The end of the debt based Federal Reserve economic system, and a releasing of suppressed technologies leading to a Golden Age where over unity energy devices are made available to  the people of Planet Earth. Sounds like some pretty far out stuff huh? Well for five years Red Ice Radio has been leading the way in reporting the way way far out. Nothing too taboo, nothing  too extreme. Longer than almost anyone else, Red Ice Radio has been reporting on all of these issues, if fact they really have been leading the charge in these highly controversial topics, the brain dead sleep walking masses would only entertain if they were watching some science fiction movie. Red Ice Radio seems to be, as renown researcher Michael Tsarion would but it, "territorializing" the most far out and fantasmigorical ideas and memes, for their own. 

With the recent tone and posture of the most cutting edge show in the alternative media, I have to wonder if Mr. Palmgren is finally getting soft, with his own personal brand of arrogance and alternative media elitist veneer.  I personally have researched new comer Drake by taking the necessary time to listen to all of his podcast appearing at Freedom Reigns.US, Fredomizer Radio on Blogtalk Radio.com and Wolf Spirit Radio.com. I have also taken the time research a broad scope of what  Fulford and Wilcock have also been reporting about. From geopolitics, to the controlled demolition of the Federal Reserve baking cabal, and the inevitable release of new energy technologies to name a few.  All three of these men have been working quite independently in their own said sphere of related interest, though Fulford and Wilcock have done some recent interviews together. The idea that there is some conspiracy, from some dark cabal disinfo campaign, propagated by Wilcock, Fulford and Drake is quite a ridiculous and  lazy brained conclusion to jump to .This subject matter is really quite open source, no one out there really has the moral authority to really throw anyone else under the bus like we heard on the recent RIR podcast. 

So with that said, it is highly, highly unusual for Red Ice Creations to attack David Wilcock, Benjamin Fulford and new comer Drake in such a brash, close minded, and testosterone driven fashion. We normally see this style of hit and run reporting from alternative media Hulkster, Alex Jones, who we all still love but, is almost more like some twisted form of entertainment for must of us. It seems now that Red Ice Radio has become so big, so groundbreaking, so much an insider in setting trends of what is and what is not relevant, that they no longer have to do their homework and put in the necessary hours or research, to report on issues fairly and honestly. Red Ice Radio can now finally rest on it's laurels and just shove information and news down your throat like Info Wars.com  It is a sad day for the alternative media when the people we look to mirror the truth back to us, loose their edge. With all fairness to Henrik Palmgren, he did contact Wilcock and Fullford multiple times to get their story on the record, unsuccessfully. But the contrast laid out by Cliff High was pretty brutal and boarded on the line of agent provocateur fervor, with the pure rage and profanity coming out his potty mouth. The victim based mindset that came from Clif High seemed to try to bully listeners into a corner, that smart people like him, can break it down for us, and it's simply more efficient, to take his word for it, that Wilcock and Fulford were bad guys who were basically tools, stooges and putty in the hands of NWO elite. In the end, the May 10th RIR podcast sounded much more like a competitive, male dominated ego, pissing contest between two people who had a very large bull horn and three guys who weren't even there to defend themselves. I would hope that Drake, Fulford, and Wilcock will not stoop and lower themselves to respond irresponsably to this type of attention seeking, childish type of  hack journalisim. 

It is my humble opinion that fine people over at Red Ice Creations should retract the Clif High interview and or at least offer a substantial apology to the injured parties. 

The venom coming from the May 10th podcast almost served as some sort of blackmail to get the previously unavailable Wilcock and Fulford onto Red Ice to finally tell their story, which is also, in my opinion, simply tabloid journalism on par with Fox News. So just as France was recently downgraded this year by Standards and Poor's rating system from AAA  down to AA which will most assuredly lead to France being kick of the Euro and joing the southern strangler nations like, Spain, Italy, and Portugal, to start their own Southern Euro Reject Currency. So dose Red Ice Radio loose it's AAA rating of being a beacon of sanity and trust worthy news reporting for the world to rely on in these troubling and interesting times.

Former HSBC manager's evidence now in hands of feds, DA

Law-enforcement authorities sat on a major bank’s money-laundering allegations, even denying they were handed the same information by a whistleblower, until the story was exposed by WND.

In a video interview, whistleblower John Cruz, a former vice president and relationship manager for HSBC in New York, detailed how he turned over his information on the bank to authorities. He named Frank J. DiGregorio, a detective sergeant in the office of the Queens County District Attorney, and Graham R. Klein, special agent at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Cruz has delivered to WND about 1,000 pages of customer-account records documenting hundreds of millions of dollars in suspicious transactions he pulled from the HSBC computer system. He says he was fired by HSBC after senior management showed no interest in investigating his claims.
“Back in 2010, my attorney turned over information regarding HSBC to DiGregorio,” Cruz affirmed. “Then, on Feb 7, 2012, Homeland Security said my attorneys never spoke to them, that they didn’t know who I am.”
Cruz said he was shocked.
“DiGregorio called me, he was belittling me,” Cruz recounted. “DiGregorio said I was a disgruntled employee, that I was just here for the money. They said, ‘Why did it take you two years to come forward?’”
After presenting DHS with documentation his lawyers had presented to the agency two years earlier, Cruz challenged DiGregorio and Klein: “Why did it take you two years to get back to me?”
“I told them they had this information two years ago, and the only reason they were getting back to me now was because of the article WND published about HSBC money laundering,” Cruz said.
He explained that DHS on Feb. 7 promised it would get back to him in two weeks, yet he is still waiting to hear back.
Di Gregorio acknowledged to WND that Cruz has turned over his documentary information to DHS.
“This is an on-going investigation,” DiGregorio said. “Cruz made very serious allegations, and it takes time for us to do our work. But we have not forgotten about Cruz, and we will get back to him just as soon as we can.”
DiGregorio explained that as a detective sergeant in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, he is currently assigned to Homeland Security Investigations where he supervises Special Agent Klein.
As such, DiGregorio indicated he was speaking on the record on behalf of Klein as well.
WND has met separately with DiGregorio and Klein and turned over to DHS, with Cruz’s permission, all materials in its possession relating to allegations Cruz has made against HSBC.
Cruz contacts IRS
Cruz said he has also contacted the Internal Revenue Service, where he spoke with Special Agent David Wagner and Kevin B. Sophia, supervisory special agent. Both are with the U.S. Department of Treasury, IRS, Criminal Investigation Division.
Cruz said he met with the agents at the IRS office in Denver April 12 and gave them a computer disc with all of the HSBC documents.
According to Cruz, Sophia asked, “What would make us believe HSBC employees would acknowledge illegal activity?”
Cruz said: “I told them I recorded everything.”
Cruz also handed over to the IRS two discs with approximately 19 to 20 hours he had recorded of his discussions with HSBC employees concerning his allegations.
Cruz told WND the IRS agents were overwhelmed with the volume and detail of the information he handed over.
“The IRS agents said, ‘This is mind-boggling,’” Cruz recounted.
“They told me that if the information on the computer disk and in the audio files was as I represented, the IRS agents were talking about arresting HSBC bank employees.”
Cruz noted the IRS agents were stunned at the dollar magnitude of the suspicious bank transactions he had documented, noting that billions of dollars in tax revenue was being lost, with bank employees transferring money into and out of bogus accounts set up for illegal gain.
The IRS explained to Cruz that the individuals whose identities may have been stolen to set up the apparently fraudulent accounts would also have to be investigated, to see if they were part of the suspicious activity or mere victims.
Either way, the Social Security numbers associated with the suspicious HSBC accounts turned out to be authentic numbers identified in many cases with present or former customers of the bank. The billions of dollars following through the accounts had never been reported for income tax purposes.
Cruz wiretaps DHS and IRS
Cruz handed over to WND audio recordings of his meetings with DHS and IRS officials that he made without disclosing he was secretly taping the conversations.
Cruz explained that he no longer trusts even federal law enforcement to do their job investigating and prosecuting HSBC employees who may be involved in illegal bank transactions, as he alleges.
“It’s a circle,” Cruz explained. “I turn over the information to law enforcement, and law enforcement turns around and gives the information right back to the bank for the bank to conduct their own internal investigation.”
Cruz maintained he was fired by HSBC for bringing forth his charges.
“This is how the bank and employees in the bank make money,” he argued, explaining why he was fired instead of being given awards for meritorious service disclosing the suspicious activities. “It’s a lot easier to make money off fraudulent transactions than it is to make money off legal transactions.”
He indicated he was not concerned HSBC or its employees might sue him for libel or defamation.
“Sue me,” he said defiantly, “sue me all you want. Then bring out the proof. I will ask for every document. I will ask for a lot of documents. I will show that I am right, and I will give every tape recording to the public on air, so they can listen to these individuals talking.”
Cruz explained he taped the conversations with federal law enforcement authorities “to cover myself.”
“You never know what’s going to happen,” he explained. “Somebody could say, ‘Oh, you’re involved.’ I need to explain that I’m not involved, but that I reported it. Then, if they deny I reported it, I have the tapes to prove I reported it.”
WND pointed out to Cruz that he was accusing by name federal officials in DHS and IRS, as well as officials in the district attorneys offices in Suffolk County and Queens County, New York, of not taking steps to stop immediately what he alleges is money laundering on a massive scale involving billions of dollars in the United States around the world.
Cruz affirmed that this was correct, noting that his contact with the IRS was relatively recent and he has reason to believe the IRS has opened an investigation.
IRS agents Wagner and Sophia did not return WND calls for comment.
Cruz handed over to WND audio copies of the recordings he made in his meetings with DHS and the IRS special agents.
Concerned about his safety, Cruz also requested WND turn over to an independent law enforcement agency of WND’s choosing the 1,000 pages of documents and the various audio copies of meetings he held with federal officials as well as HSBC bank management and security personnel.
With Cruz’s consent, WND turned over the relevant information to the Cold Case Posse in the Arizona Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office of Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
Even though Cruz’s information does not necessarily fall within the jurisdiction of the MCSO, Arpaio’s team agreed to accept Cruz’s information into evidence for safekeeping.
HSBC ‘a criminal organization’
Cruz began working at HSBC on Jan. 14, 2008, and was terminated for “poor job performance” on Feb. 17, 2010.
In his position as a vice president and a senior account relationship manager in New York, Cruz worked in a region that accounts for approximately 50 percent of HSBC’s North American revenue. He was assigned to work with several branch managers to identify accounts where HSBC might introduce additional banking services.
Cruz told WND he recorded hundreds of hours of meetings he conducted with HSBC management and bank security personnel during which he charged various bank managers were engaging in criminal acts.
“I have hours of hours of recordings, ranging from bank tellers, to business representatives, to branch managers, to executives,” he said. “The whole system is designed to be a culture of fraud to make it look like it’s a legal system. But it’s not.”
Cruz explained that after many repeated efforts, he gave up on the idea that HSBC senior management or bank security would pursue his allegations to investigate and stop the wrongdoing.
“My conclusion was that HSBC was going to do anything about this account because HSBC management from the branch level, to senior bank security, to executive senior management was involved in the illegal activity I found,” he said.
Yet, despite repeated attempts to bring the information to the attention of law enforcement officers, Cruz hit a brick wall until WND examined his documentation and determined his allegations, although shocking, were sufficiently substantiated to merit publication.
“HSBC is a criminal organization,” he stressed. “It is a culture of crime.”
Cruz made his charges public in a book published last year titled “World Banking World Fraud: Using Your Identity.”

(31 U.S.C. §3716). Now we read of horror stories like this: I’m a 68 year old grandma of 2 young grandchildren. I went to college to upgrade my employment status in 1998 or 1999. I finished in 2000 and at that time had a student loan balance of about 3500.00. Could not find a job and had to request forbearance to carry me. Over the years I forgot about the loan, dealt with poor health, had brain surgery in 2006 and the collection agents decided to collect for the loan in 2008. At no time during the 6-7 year gap did anyone remind me or let me know that I could make a minimum payment on the loan. Now that I am on Social Security (have been since I was 62), they have decided to garnishee my SS check to the tune of 15%. I have not been employed since 2004 and have the two dependents . ... I don’t dispute that I owed them the $3500.00 but am wondering why they let it build up to somewhere around $17,000/20,000 before they attempted to collect. 'Those who do not know their past are condemned to repeat it.'  - George Santayana     The Chinese have no designs on World Domination and still they are responsible for championing the RV Internationally.   Seventy one Countries opposed the RV because it meant the destruction of their FIAT based currency and government.   All of those Countries are United Nations members.   Now isn't that curious?        The balance of the 194 Countries who are not United Nations members, voted in favor of the RV because they are tired of selling their goods and services internationally, in exchange for worthless paper [or] script, a/k/a FIAT currency!           The RV is all about forcing all Countries who wish to trade internationally, to make their currency [asset backed] or BASIL III compliant!   BASIL III means currency guaranteed by gold, silver or some other measurable asset accountability: [e.g.] NO MORE Bonded Promissory Notes drawn against government issued birth certificates [or] currency backed by counterfeit Liens [or] Bonds simply created out of thin air, which is the reason why the Euro is on the verge of collapsing right now!     You all know about America's NATIONAL DEBT and heard the arguments about how our government leaders have squandered the labor and assets of future generations for centuries to come!    Now, here's The Truth about that argument :       America is a FIAT or debt based government and economy, and in order to stabilize a FIAT system, it is necessary to PERPETUATE DEBT and never pay it off!  Hence, the reason why Congress refuses to be held to a balanced budget and the reason for our military involvement in so many foreign wars!   Even a high tax structure helps to perpetuate debt, especially when 100% of your tax dollars are exported out of the United States!   And I bet you thought your taxes ran the government and wars were all about stopping Communist aggression!   In the minds of our government leaders:  'War and taxes are good for business!'   Spoken like a true sociopath!     Debt represents a negative number and in America, debt is perpetuated with the use of promissory notes called: 'Federal Reserve Notes.'   The Federal Reserve is neither Federal nor is it a Reserve.   It is a privately owned foreign corporation and is also known by the name: The Bank of International Settlements.   The Federal Reserve Corporation is owned and controlled by a group of Sabbatean Jewish Bankers based in Israel.                America's NATIONAL DEBT is actually Israe's Debt   but we all have been taught that it is America's obligation and responsibility, with the use of clever patriotic slogans like: 'This is The Cost of Freedom!' You've got to love those patriotic slogans!     The NATIONAL DEBT is a trick bookkeeping entry, which does not involve any real assets because a real asset entry would immediately cancel the debt.   Under the Uniform Commercial Code, promissory notes such as a Federal Reserve Note, is defined as a:'Negotiable Debt Instrument' and so the National Debt of America is based entirely upon these negotiable debt instruments.   In retrospect, America's National Debt can be cancelled at any time with an asset bookkeeping entry and the payment of one dollar of solid gold or silver!        A positive cancels a negative, even when the negative is in the trillions.   It's basic Algebra!        I sent this to a friend of mine and he questioned my math because he is old school and my math didn't make sense to him!   So I wrote back to him with this example and explanation:       If you add [-1 and +1] what is the sum?   The answer is [0] because each cancels the other out.            Now if you add [-34,000 and +1] what is the sum?    The answer is still [0] because each cancels the other out.            Here's the trick:  [-1] can be broken up into     -35,000 pieces or more but when all those pieces are glued back together, you still have nothing more than the original [-1].        In Mathematics, [0] = [0] and anything less than [0] is still [0].   Algebra on the other hand, dissects that result and theorizes the possibility of negative numbers having values.   The National Debt represents negative numbers that appear to have values!     The Federal Reserves bookkeeping system conceals this simple truth, which is also known as 'debt slavery' and to complete their circle of fraud and slavery, the American public must be trained to believe that 'Federal Reserve Notes' have real value!   This was accomplished by and through forced public education!   Our government officials concluded that under these conditions the American public could be taught to believe anything they choose [and] our Licenses and Diplomas are proof of their success!     PS/  Don't look in Fort Knox for that gold dollar because there isn't any gold there!   America's gold was embezzled by previous federal government leaders during their planned Great Depression of 1933,  however one dollar of any currency that is BASIL III Compliant can cancel the Israeli / American National Debt and this is why the United Nations membership is so vehemently opposed to the international revalue of currency.            Many member Countries have attempted to instigate WWIII in the middle east and Asia, in an attempt to head off the RV. [e.g.]  The tsunami in Japan was created by the detonation of an under water A-bomb.   Japan's political structure is in revolt and the new faction supports the RV and desires to sever Japan's alliance with the United Nations.        This new FIAT based government for the United States is the real reason why Franklin Roosevelt, issued a Presidential Order in 1933, that directed all American citizens to surrender their gold during the Great Depression [and] why under the Federal Banking Act, the Constitutional control of America's currency and the US Mint was surrendered to the Federal Reserve Board [and] why under the Federal Coinage Act, it became unlawful for American citizens to own solid gold and silver [and] why all American coins are now plated with mixed alloys and filled with charcoal.        Only jewelers can own solid gold, if related to his trade and numismatists are permitted to collect and trade Silver Certificates; solid gold and silver, but the moment they offer any of these in payment of a Federal debt; they have committed a Federal Crime! BASIL III shall eliminate Israel's debt based strangle hold over America and shall cause all of the Federal Reserve Notes that our politicians and industrial leaders have stolen and or accumulated to instantly become as worthless as used paper.    Imagine Bill Gates and Mitt Romney being as poor as you and me!     The Iraqi Dinar and the Vietnam Dong have received the greatest amount of attention by and from currency speculators because both currencies have the greatest potential to generate huge dividends with the international RV.   Both of these currencies had previously been devalued by the World Bank; the IMF and CBI by virtue of the international influence wheeled by the United States, Corp!        The devaluation of currency is a military strategy designed to defeat a Country economically while attacking them physically.   Iraqi Dinar's were previously worth 3.22 US prior to their devaluation but I'm not certain what the Dong was worth prior to its devaluation.  Iraqi History :     When the new government for Iraq was installed and approved by the United Nations around 16 months ago, the very first action by the Iraqi government was to petition the United Nations to be released from Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and request permission to freely Contract with other Countries once again.   The United Nations agreed to both requests pending the submission and approval of a repayment plan for Kuwait and repayment of all other debts Iraq has accumulated during their occupation and reconstruction.   Iraq submitted a plan, which was approved and the Bankruptcy was released and Iraq's first new Contract was with the Soviets, to supply Russia with ten trillion dollars worth of crude over the next five years!        All of the internal politics about Iraq that these Internet Guru's have been writing about has no bearing on the worldwide RV.  Their recent comments and Intel about Iraq's Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and their repayment plan holding up the RV is old news and incorrect news.   This is all Cabal propaganda and rhetoric being used to transfer attention from the Cabal to Iraq, while the Cabal regroups and grabs at straws to block the RV and save their thousand year plan for World Domination!  None of this misdirection will do the Cabal any good but does explain what the RV delay is really all about!     The WHITE HATS have a different plan and schedule in mind, which first involves the collapse of the FIAT governments by and through the international RV; the mass arrests of Cabal members for crimes against humanity; the installation of temporary governments; and lastly the release of technology that has been withheld from us under the guise of TOP SECRET!   This technology will destroy the oil industries' strangle hold on all Countries foreign and domestic and will eliminate their lies and arguments to drill more oil wells in environmentally dangerous and protected venues.   PS/ Oil wells never go dry because Mother Earth methodically refills them as crude is pumped out!    Wells can be pumped out faster than the Earth can refill them but they will all eventually be refilled just the same!     The WHITE HATS plan requires that the international RV occur first, because the BASIL III compliance regulation will cause the eventual collapse the worlds FIAT governments and cancel their worthless counterfeit currency.   So if you're eagerly waiting for the RV to occur, be comforted by the fact that 194 Countries are just as eager for the RV as you!   Keep in mind that the Cabals mercenaries are not patriotic souls and do not work for free!   If the Cabal cannot hire or pay for their mercenaries, who is left to protect them?     Speculation about the Dinar and Dong have caused most of these Internet Guru's to concentrate only on these two international currencies, absent any real knowledge or understanding about the RV.   Their Internet Blog; member following and their personal ignorance, make them an easy mark for disinformation agents who frequently feed them useless Intel about the internal politics of Iraq and Vietnam.   Have you ever witnessed any of these Internet Guru's discuss any of the historic; political; monetary or international facts or details I have just elaborated on?         Since the world-wide RV is certain to collapse all FIAT based governments, why in hell would any of these Internet Guru's ever recommend setting up any kind of bank account or trust at any of the Federal Reserve Banks?   If they had any real intellect, these Guru's, should be recommending off-shore accounts in safe foreign venues.   I believe one of these Guru's, actually used the term FDIC insured.   For those of you who don't know, the FDIC went Bankrupt around 2006 and not one deposit entered into any Federal Reserve Bank has been insured after that date!        I even recall reading about some Guru recommending a special non-taxable, non-interest bearing, secured account created by Congress, called: 'Tag Accounts.'  Well, isn't that special because when the Federal Reserve and the United States FIAT government collapses; so does the monetary system and their regulatory laws called Statutes!   [i.e.]  Statutes are actually corporate regulations and not law!   They can only be enforced against sub-corporations, which is why all of our names are all spelled out in capital letters!   Still these people who claim to be Internet Guru's continue to offer other investors such irresponsible and ruminant counsel !   Worse still is the fact that there actually are Dinarians in our society who are  prepared to blindly follow their stolid advice and risk losing it all!     The only positive comment I can write about these Internet Gurus is that they do perpetuate the American dream and daily bring a small ray of hope into the lives of a people and culture that certainly deserve something better…… Blessings, Judge Dale, Retired
