Ron Paul (R-Texas) for decades, will come up for a floor vote in July. Honest-money advocates and pro-transparency activists celebrated the news as a historic opportunity to rein in the central bank, which has come under heavy fire especially in recent years for debasing the U.S. dollar, manipulating markets and showering big banks with trillions in bailouts.  The legislation, H.R. 459, already has over 225 co-sponsors in the House including an impressive roster of senior Democrats and Republicans, some of whom chair important committees. In the Senate, however, a similar bill has only about 20 co-sponsors so far, forcing Audit-the-Fed activists to wage a massive campaign aimed at exposing Senators who refuse to support transparency at the shadowy central bank. Polls, in recent years, revealed that four out of five Americans support auditing the Fed.  "The Fed has proven it cannot be trusted and must be audited. While the banksters dangerous schemes have been going on for years, the bailouts exposed the trillions being stolen from the American people," noted Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), a sponsor of the Senate legislation and the son of Congressman Ron Paul. "It is time to Audit the Fed. Time to shine a bright spotlight on the largest theft in American history."  But victory in what Sen. Paul called this vital effort to rein in the Federal Reserve will not be easy, he noted. The establishment is already fighting back hard against the plan in an effort to shield the controversial institution from public scrutiny. And as the battle heats up, the Fed and its supporters will not give up easily.  "As we enter this critical time, we have an unprecedented chance to finish this fight and finally hold the Fed accountable for all it has done to wreck our economy and endanger our nation," Sen. Paul concluded. Don't let this opportunity slip away.  Experts and economic analysts have long said that if citizens understood what was really going on behind closed doors at the privately owned central bank, a tsunami of outrage would almost certainly force politicians to shut down the Fed and restore honest money once and for all. "Now, we just need to show Congress the American people demand action on the Audit the Fed bill."  "With the looming vote, officials will soon have the chance to demonstrate whether their loyalty lies with the American people or with the mega-banks that literally own and control the Fed system. You see, with the piling up of trillions of dollars in reckless bailouts of Wall Street and international bankers, even many politicians in Washington, D.C. want to show you they're being responsible," Hawes explained. "What better way for Congress to do this than by auditing the Federal Reserve to account for the $trillions stolen from the U.S. taxpayers?"  The Fed, of course, has fiendishly resisted an audit going so far as to hire a lobbyist to defend its interests on Capitol Hill while producing pro-central bank propaganda aimed at children, all under the guise of maintaining its' supposed independence. But activists and monetary-policy experts suspect something far more sinister is going on.  "They know coming clean with Congress and the American people on what they've done to our money would result in an anti-Fed firestorm, "noted Hawes, echoing comments made by a vast array of experts and policy makers who support sound money. "So can you imagine the impact of a full-scale audit?"  According to Hawes, the Campaign for Liberty, and numerous economists, auditing the Fed would expose the destructive economic consequences of centrally planning interest rates and manipulating the supply of currency. If you and I dont put an end to it all, it will clearly be the ruin of our entire way of life. The next crisis, experts believe, could be just around the corner."  Other commentators backing the legislation also emphasized that the time to move on this crucial measure is now for more than one reason. "As the global financial system teeters on the cusp of another recession and nations throughout the Eurozone fall to economic insolvency, the time appears right for Congress to finally address the issue of the Federal Reserve, especially before their original 100-year charter expires," wrote finance analyst Kenneth Schortgen Jr with theExaminer.  "Even the debate will have a big impact, too. [House Majority Leader] Eric Cantor's decision, as a prime leader in the Republican party, to bring the bill before Congress in July, will have staggering effects on what the Fed may have to reveal in subpoenaed testimony and what efforts they may be handcuffed from doing going forward, if the economy continues to decline," Schortgen explained. But actually passing the full bill, its supporters say, is more crucial than ever.  While Rep. Paul has been a longtime leader in the movement to expose, rein in and eventually abolish the Fed, the public outcry about the issue has become so loud that, lawmakers in both parties have taken up the call as well. During a recent hearing in Pauls subcommittee on monetary policy, a bipartisan collection of legislators and experts discussed whether the Fed should be reformed or simply dismantled. He explains that it is similar to a caterpiller transforming into a butterfly from a cocoon. This is a close as you can get short of attending the webinar as you will not get the audio information.      If this Omni Law is passed fast enough in America in 2012, we may be able to save enough of the secret money you do not know about to yet pay off the national debt and give a permanent tax break as a wage bonus on all jobs in America and additional profits for all businesses in America. Stall until 2013 and forget the matter then. They are very crooked in Wash., D.C. and too many work for secret interests rather than the American people who elected them to office!    The civil tribune angle kept the Roman Republic basically honest for several hundred years. This office had to be subverted and overthrown to return the Roman Republic to corrupt government such as Wash., D.C. dearly loves today!      June 2, 2012 Comment: Erasmus of America (a pen name) will go totally public once the timing is right, but to reveal his identity before revealing his identity. In 1990, he prayed for a "L.B." of the Seneca Police Dept., South Carolina who had just been mass smashed in a car accident. The local hospital said to the local newspaper that due to his massive injuries, he would not live through the day. If somehow he lived, he would then be paralyzed for life. The American Revolution of 1776 as declared by the Continental Congress leading the Revolution was a Christian revolution, Christian government, and Christian laws. Under Obama unless stopped, the American economy will be smashed with Marxist socialism taking over all of America and apparently Obama wants to establish Islam to rule over America and outlaw all Christianity in the process in America.    Obama apparently turned over key defense secrets of America to Putin recently and Putin exchanged no military secrets of Russia in return. I Ermasus of America who spent eleven calendar years in military academies and have a heavy background in military intelligence, also ultimate weapon systems technology, contacted the Obama administration that I had information on an ex-Soviet military site hidden from spy satellites and it was apparently reactivated. It was designed to break through all American air defenses and annihilate America. The only answer I got back from the Obama administration was a federal murder attempt on my life. I guess the report is true that was filed by an operative for the Defense Intelligence Agency who was in Moscow back in 1992 and was told by a Communist there that an unknown Communist operative by the name of Obama in America who was Black was being secretly trained by the Communists to be the later President of America and would turn America into a Communist nation after capturing control of Wash., D.C. through heavy secret Communist backing. I have never been convinced that Putin of Russia ceased being a Communist spy master even though the Communists lost control of Russia. If the American people want a little taste how horrid it would be to be under nuclear attack in America, look at the end of the movie The Miracle Mile showing America under pending nuclear attack and then hit with nuclear weapons. Folks, better pass the Omni Law. I think we are under the control of a "Manchurian Candidate" in the White House. I was once briefed by a defector from the Moscow Institute For Nuclear Studies on all the nuclear annihilation plans of Moscow. I smell a traitor to America in Wash., D.C. and he is in the White House. Much of Wash., D.C. is so corrupt, they don't even want to know what my military warnings are to save America from pending nuclear annihilation.      I was sad to learn that Dr. Grant Jeffrey died on May 11, 2012. His recent book Global Warming Deception Book ($14.99) which can be bought from bookstores, etc. documents the Global Warming movement is a colossal con job as there is no global warming due to carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. It is a front for the still existing international Communist movement and designed to bankrupt the capitalist nations through "carbon taxes," international treaties in the name of the fraudulent "Global Warming" which does not exist except for the repeat cycles of solar flares, heating, etc. Grant Jeffrey brought together all the scientific facts and this is all a Communist front hoax in the name of psuedo-science in this case. When Gorbachev came to America, he sent a secret letter to American Communists that they should back "Global Warming" and the rest of the U.S. environmental movement as it was all controlled in America by the Communists and would turn America into a Communist nation and then the entire world. By pushing the Communist hoax of Global Warming and Carbon Tax so strongly, Obama must be a secret Trojan Horse Communist in the White House. I have a long background in  what we will call  independent military intelligence and all the real evidence points to Obama as a trained Communist operative to collapse the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Economy by power through the White House. Don't pretend I am dumb. My mother was once rated by I.Q. test to be the most brilliant child in American history up to then and went to a state university without prior formal education. She was a child actress and had no time for formal schooling. My own I.Q. had once been tested in Wash., D.C. to be they claimed "beyond scientific measurement." I studied under six of the most brilliant economists of America and Europe. And once was written up by an international organization representing some of the Who's Who of America and Europe as "The Einstein of American Economics." I know how to set up "Jesus Money" which skyrocketed economies 4 times in history! And overthrown by bankers who hated super prosperity for you!  I am on the side of the American people which too many in Wash., D.C. are not. Wash., D.C. has tried many times to silence me by whatever criminal means available! Back the Omni Law to all the public and politicians until we pass it. It is the only smart answer how to break the  bad government now going on.

     The great movie Tucker  - The Man And His Dream produced by Paramount Pictures tells how Preston Tucker played by Jeff Bridges was brilliant in auto engineering and smashed by Wash., D.C. for daring to manufacture and bring out his Tucker Torpedo Car in 1948 in Chicago. The summary speech of Preston Tucker at the end of the federal trial tells of the federal policy since the end of World War II to smash almost all the brilliant and serious inventive geniuses in America since the time of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. America would be likely several hundred percent richer as a nation in national industries and good jobs for all if Wash., D.C. was not so fanatical an enemy of real freedom and the U.S. Bill of Rights as it has evolved into over the years. The Omni Law restores serious freedom and a new industrial boom to America once we get out of power the would-be tyrants as 1776 leaders would call them in Wash., D.C. today. Wash., D.C. no longer belives in the freedom America was founded upon in 1776. That is why the Omni Law needs to be passed in America in 2012. This restores the concepts of the American Revolution of 1776 back into national power by the new laws that will be passed through the Omni Law.

     Okay, folks. You have asked me to give you a simple battleplan how we storm America in 2012 for the Omni Law. Make email copies of this Omni Law Report and mass blast it all over America. If each reader sends this to 20 or more readers, this can within days if swiftly done or within a few weeks if slowly done by those sending it out just about cover the whole nation. Post it on every blog nationally you can. If stuck, send my NIFI $3 per 3 copies of this report printed up so you can mass reprint it and distribute it in your area or send out by mail. Or just copy an email copy of this and send it everywhere. Wash., D.C. stole much of my money before so I don't yet have the funds to hire a staff to mass handle emails from you. but as best I can, I will send you out email copies of this Omni Law Report out for free or per $3 send you out 3 printed copies of this. Once we get some real financial assistance from backers in the public, we can push this Omni Law Report very aggressively including  running  national ads in the newspapers, etc. across America. We can storm this nation. And if we have the support of 10% or more of the voters in America, we may well hold the balance of power as to who gets elected in November, 2012 and who does not! Omni Law gets passed!

     Contact politicians federal and state and force them to an answer whether they support or oppose passage of the Omni Law. Send me an email as to their stand and we will compile a national list of who to later vote for or against in the November, 2012 election. If any official federal or state tries to intimidate you or block you in any way from promoting this Omni Law, send me an email. We will keep files. When the 10 American Civil Tribunes are created by the passage of the Omni Law, I am sure they will investigate this list and likely charge those on this list with a conspiracy of high treason against constitutional government in America. And sentence them to the maximum if found guilty by law. That is the way the Roman Tribunes acted and scared the living hell out of the Roman politicians so they kept honest for centuries in the Roman Republic. You told me that you want a leader to lead you to victory, Okay, call me your National Director and I will lead you to a gigantic victory. I know how to win. I will draw in other brilliant people who will reinforce our strategies and we will overwhelm the enemies of the American people in Wash., D.C. regardless of party or no party at all. Remember "Cobra" from the radio interview someone posted a few days ago? Cobra is someone who has a blog and writes about mass arrests in a similar version to Drake. I listened to the interview a few times. I'm watching to see how things unfold, hopefully. I don't make any claims as to the veracity of any of this information. What with the things that Drake said in the latest update, I am on alert this week. Sheldan Nidle describes the ships thus: “The first ship is an atmospheric Pleiadean Mothership. Its purpose is to monitor the atmosphere for that sector of Earth. It houses 47 smaller scout ships and drones. During the last minute of the video, you can see one of the atmospheric Pleiadean scout ships. Also around 5:57 you will see a Sirian (sphere) atmospheric ship. They were monitoring the fault line and cleaning the pollution. This lady sure did capture a lot on camera. Fascinating!”

Letter--Russian Highly Enriched Uranium

TEXT OF A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT TO THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE

June 25, 2012

Dear Mr. Speaker: (Dear Mr. President:)
Pursuant to section 204(b) of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), 50 U.S.C. 1703(b), I hereby report that I have exercised my authority to declare a national emergency to deal with the threat posed to the United States by the risk of nuclear proliferation created by the accumulation in the Russian Federation of a large volume of weapons-usable fissile material.

In Executive Order 13159 of June 21, 2000, the President found that this same risk constituted an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States and declared a national emergency to deal with that threat.  The United States and the Russian Federation had entered into a series of agreements that provide for the conversion of highly enriched uranium (HEU) extracted from Russian nuclear weapons into low enriched uranium (LEU) for use in commercial nuclear reactors.  There were concerns that payments due to the Russian Federation under these agreements may be subject to attachment, garnishment, or other judicial process, in the United States, which could put implementation of such agreements at risk.  In Executive Order 13159, the President therefore ordered blocked all property and interests in property of the Government of the Russian Federation directly related to the implementation of the HEU Agreements so that it would be protected from the threat of attachment, garnishment, or other judicial process.

In the Executive Order I have issued today, I find that the risk of nuclear proliferation created by the accumulation in the Russian Federation of a large volume of weapons-usable fissile material continues to constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.  I therefore declared a national emergency to address this threat and to continue the blocking of all property and interests in property of the Government of the Russian Federation directly related to the implementation of the HEU Agreements.

A major national security goal of the United States is to ensure that fissile material removed from Russian nuclear weapons pursuant to various arms control and disarmament agreements is dedicated to peaceful uses, subject to transparency measures, and protected from diversion to activities of proliferation concern.  The United States and the Russian Federation entered into an international agreement in February 1993 to deal with these issues as they relate to the disposition of HEU extracted from Russian nuclear weapons (the "HEU Agreement").  The HEU Agreement provides for 500 metric tons of HEU to be converted to LEU over a 20-year period.  This is the equivalent of 20,000 nuclear warheads.
Additional agreements were put in place to effectuate the HEU Agreement, including agreements and contracts on transparency, on the appointment of executive agents to assist in implementing the agreements, and on the disposition of LEU delivered to the United States (collectively, the "HEU Agreements").  Under the HEU Agreements, the Russian Federation extracts HEU metal from nuclear weapons.  That HEU is oxidized and blended down to LEU in the Russian Federation.  The resulting LEU is shipped to the United States for fabrication into fuel for commercial reactors.

The HEU Agreements provide for the Russian Federation to receive money and uranium hexafluoride in payment for each shipment of LEU converted from the Russian nuclear weapons.  The money and uranium hexafluoride are transferred to the Russian Federation executive agent in the United States.

The executive branch and the Congress have previously recognized and continue to recognize the threat posed to the United States national security from the risk of nuclear proliferation created by the accumulation of weapons-usable fissile material in the Russian Federation.  This threat is the basis for significant programs aimed at Cooperative Threat Reduction and at controlling excess fissile material.  The HEU Agreements are essential tools to accomplish these overall national security goals.  The Congress has repeatedly demonstrated support for these agreements.

Payments made to the Russian Federation pursuant to the HEU Agreements are integral to the operation of this key national security program.  Uncertainty surrounding litigation and the possible attachment, garnishment, or other judicial process that could impede these payments could lead to a long term suspension of the HEU Agreements, which creates the risk of nuclear proliferation.  This is an unacceptable threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.

Accordingly, I have concluded that all property and interests in property of the Government of the Russian Federation directly related to the implementation of the HEU Agreements should remain protected from the threat of attachment, garnishment, or other judicial process.  I have, therefore, exercised my authority and issued an Executive Order that provides:

except to the extent provided in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to the order, or that were issued pursuant to Executive Order 13159 of June 21, 2000, all property and interests in property of the Government of the Russian Federation directly related to the implementation of the HEU Agreements that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States persons, including any foreign branch, are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in;
unless licensed or authorized pursuant to the order, any attachment, judgment, decree, lien, execution, garnishment, or other judicial process is null and void with respect to any property or interest in property blocked pursuant to the order; and
that all heads of departments and agencies of the United States Government shall continue to take all appropriate measures within their authority to further the full implementation of the HEU Agreements.

The effect of this Executive Order is limited to property that is directly related to the implementation of the HEU Agreements. Such property will be clearly defined by the regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that will be issued pursuant to this Executive Order.  I have delegated to the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the authority to take such actions, including the promulgation of rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to the President by IEEPA as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the order.  All agencies of the United States Government are directed to take all appropriate measures within their authority to carry out the provisions of the order.

I am enclosing a copy of the Executive Order I have issued.

During his speech in the Rose Garden he unveiled his plan to grant immunity of deportation to ALL illegal aliens under the age of 30 who have no criminal record.The problem with this is nobody knows what an undocumented person's history is! THEY ARE UNDOCUMENTED! With these statements he showed the American people just how much of an amateur he truly is. The utter lack of understanding of the American people and contempt for the laws of this land were on full display. The president does not have the power to change the laws of this land. Congress and the Senate are the ones that change laws and policy in this country and this move is nothing but the move of a man who considers himself the voice of the American people. He himself said in his speech that giving work permits to any illegal alien that has broken the laws of this country for a minimum of five years, has not paid taxes for five years, has taken free education for five years from taxpayers, and has taken free healthcare from taxpayers "is the right thing to do." No Barack, it isn't... and YOU don't get to tell US what the "right thing to do is" WE TELL YOU WHAT THE RIGHT THING TO DO IS via the Congress and Senate. The voice of the American people has spoken already on the DREAM Act... it was VOTED down... that is how this works. This is the desperation move of a man who has nothing left to lose. He has lost the support of his base. In the last few weeks the Obama campaign has been forced to run ads begging for the support of his most fervent supporters in the 2008 election. He ran ads for the African-American community in order to shore up that voting block after nearly four years of forgetting that it existed. Now with this recent announcement he is hoping to gain back the support of the Latino community after spending his entire Presidency claiming to have deported more Latinos than his predecessor. The administration must think they are pretty clever with this one. They think they are going to simultaneously get the legal American Latino vote and simultaneously bolster the numbers of that voting block by allowing millions of illegal aliens to be in the country during voting time. When you see how hard the left is fighting against voter ID legislation maybe we can begin to connect the dots. DO NOT BE FOOLED, this is nothing but AMNESTY! This cannot even be construed as an "ends justifies the means" approach. The means are illegal and the ends are nothing but politically motivated. The only results of this policy are an even more wounded economy, a government with no checks and balances, and a betrayal of all those he "intends" to help. No matter how you look at it, this is deception through and through. We must show the leaders of this country that they have it all wrong! They are not there to tell us what to do or to tell us what is best for us. We are not children, we are not subjects... we are free to choose what we want.
