WHAT IS A VILLAINTHROPIST?

n : someone who makes self-motivated charitable donations intended to benefit the donor without respect or consideration of the cost/effect it has on human welfare.

George Soros is one of the most powerful men on earth. A New York hedge fund manager, he has amassed a personal fortune estimated at about $7.2 billion. His management company controls billions more in investor assets. Since 1979, his foundation network — whose flagship is the Open Society Institute (OSI) — has dispensed an estimated $5 billion to a multitude of organizations whose objectives are consistent with those of Soros. (The President of OSI and the Soros Foundation Network is Aryeh Neier, former Director of the socialist League for Industrial Democracy.) With assets of $859 million as of 2005, OSI alone donates scores of millions of dollars annually to these various groups, whose major agendas can be summarized as follows:

• promoting the view that America is institutionally an oppressive nation
• promoting the election of leftist political candidates throughout the United States
• opposing virtually all post-9/11 national security measures enacted by U.S. government, particularly the Patriot Act
• depicting American military actions as unjust, unwarranted, and immoral
• promoting open borders, mass immigration, and a watering down of current immigration laws
• promoting a dramatic expansion of social welfare programs funded by ever-escalating taxes
• promoting social welfare benefits and amnesty for illegal aliens
• defending suspected anti-American terrorists and their abetters
• financing the recruitment and training of future activist leaders of the political Left
• advocating America’s unilateral disarmament and/or a steep reduction in its military spending
• opposing the death penalty in all circumstances
• promoting socialized medicine in the United States
• promoting the tenets of radical environmentalism, whose ultimate goal, as writer Michael Berliner has explained, is “not clean air and clean water, [but] rather … the demolition of technological/industrial civilization”
• bringing American foreign policy under the control of the United Nations
• promoting racial and ethnic preferences in academia and the business world alike

In one of his most significant and effective efforts to shape the American political landscape, Soros was the prime mover in the creation of the so-called “Shadow Democratic Party,” or “Shadow Party,” in 2003. This term refers to a nationwide network of more than five-dozen unions, non-profit activist groups, and think tanks whose agendas are ideologically to the left, and which are engaged in campaigning for the Democrats. This network’s activities include fundraising, get-out-the-vote drives, political advertising, opposition research, and media manipulation.
The Shadow Party was conceived and organized principally by George Soros, Hillary Clinton and Harold McEwan Ickes — all identified with the Democratic Party left. Other key players included:

• Morton H. Halperin: Director of Soros’ Open Society Institute
• John Podesta: Democrat strategist and former chief of staff forBill Clinton
• Jeremy Rosner: Democrat strategist and pollster, ex-foreign policy speechwriter for Bill Clinton
• Robert Boorstin: Democrat strategist and pollster, ex-national security speechwriter for Bill Clinton
• Carl Pope: Co-founder of America Coming Together, Democrat strategist, and Sierra Club Executive Director
• Steve Rosenthal: Labor leader, CEO of America Coming Together, and former chief advisor on union matters to Clinton Labor Secretary Robert Reich
• Peter Lewis: Major Democrat donor and insurance entrepreneur

To develop the Shadow Party as a cohesive entity, Harold Ickes undertook the task of building a 21st-century version of the Left’s traditional alliance of the “oppressed” and “disenfranchised.” By the time Ickes was done, he had created or helped to create six new groups, and had co-opted a seventh called MoveOn.org. Together, these seven groups constituted the administrative core of the newly formed Shadow Party:

• America Votes
• Center for American Progress
• Joint Victory Campaign 2004
• Media Fund
• MoveOn.org
• Thunder Road Group

These organizations, along with the many leftist groups with which they collaborate, have played a major role in helping Soros advance his political and social agendas.
According to Richard Poe, co-author (with David Horowitz) of the 2006 book The Shadow Party:
“The Shadow Party is the real power driving the Democrat machine. It is a network of radicals dedicated to transforming our constitutional republic into a socialist hive. The leader of these radicals is … George Soros. He has essentially privatized the Democratic Party, bringing it under his personal control. The Shadow Party is the instrument through which he exerts that control. … It works by siphoning off hundreds of millions of dollars in campaign contributions that would have gone to the Democratic Party in normal times, and putting those contributions at the personal disposal of Mr. Soros. He then uses that money to buy influence and loyalty where he sees fit. In 2003, Soros set up a network of privately-owned groups which acts as a shadow or mirror image of the Party. It performs all the functions we would normally expect the real Democratic Party to perform, such as shaping the Party platform, fielding candidates, running campaigns, and so forth. However, it performs these functions under the private supervision of Mr. Soros and his associates. The Shadow Party derives its power from its ability to raise huge sums of money. By controlling the Democrat purse strings, the Shadow Party can make or break any Democrat candidate by deciding whether or not to fund him. During the 2004 election cycle, the Shadow Party raised more than $300 million for Democrat candidates, prompting one of its operatives, MoveOn PAC director Eli Pariser, to declare, ‘Now it’s our party. We bought it, we own it…’”

Soros in 2004 spent some $26 million trying, unsuccessfully, to defeat President Bush’s reelection bid, a task Soros called “the central focus of my life” and “a matter of life and death.” He has likened Republicans generally, and the Bush administration in particular, to “the Nazi and communist regimes” in the sense that they are “all engaged in the politics of fear.” “Indeed,” he wrote in 2006, “the Bush administration has been able to improve on the techniques used by the Nazi and Communist propaganda machines by drawing on the innovations of the advertising and marketing industries.” Soros elaborated on this theme at the January 2007 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where he told reporters: “America needs to . . . go through a certain de-Nazification process.”
Soros has been a staunch supporter of Hillary Clinton, who, in turn, has long admired Soros and shares many of his agendas. At a 2004 “Take Back America” conference in Washington, DC, Mrs. Clinton introduced Soros with these words:
“Now, among the many people who have stood up and said, ‘I cannot sit by and let this happen to the country I love,’ is George Soros, and I have known George Soros for a long time now, and I first came across his work in the former Soviet Union, in Eastern Europe, when I was privileged to travel there, both on my own and with my husband on behalf of our country. … [W]e need people like George Soros, who is fearless, and willing to step up when it counts.” (Cited in David Horowitz and Richard Poe, The Shadow Party, p. 53)
In December of 2006, Soros met with Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama in his (Soros’) New York office. Soros had previously hosted a fund-raiser for Obama during the latter’s 2004 campaign for the Senate. On January 16, 2007, Obama announced the creation of a presidential exploratory committee, and within hours Soros sent the senator a contribution of $2,100, the maximum amount allowable under campaign finance laws. Later that week the New York Daily News reported that Soros would back Obama over Senator Hillary Clinton, whom he had supported in the past. Soros’ announcement was seen as a repudiation of Clinton’s presidential aspirations, though Soros said he would support the New York senator were she to win the Democratic nomination.

An All Time Low

"There is a huge storm approaching!" said the weathercaster in a nervous tone. Her laser pointer dot was focusing on a series of circular lines just off the coastline. How on earth could she tell by a few lines on a radar screen that a huge tropical storm was imminent? Almost as if she'd read my mind, the explanation ensued. The circular lines (isobars) in question were a topographical depiction of what I learned was a low-pressure system (now I know what the big red "L" stands for).

She explained that a low-pressure system, or "low," is an area where the atmospheric pressure is lower than that of the area surrounding it. Then she said something that really got my attention: "The lower the pressure, the more severe the storm potential."

Basically, the area of low-pressure needs to get "filled up" to normalize it. And the lower the pressure, the more regulation is needed, i.e. the more air needs to rush in to fill it up.

I believe that there is a huge low-pressure system across this nation. It seems as if this land is at an all-time spiritual low. Like the low of the weather map, which indicated a storm was on the way,a spiritual low is an indication that spiritual "regulation" is on the way, i.e. the low must get filled! Furthermore, the degree of the low (being so intense) is a direct indication that a huge wind is needed to "fill it"!

I Hear a Wind

I hear the rustle of winds forming in the Heavenlies. The winds of the Holy Spirit are beginning to culminate and gather in the wings. From the time of their gathering to the time of their rushing will not be long. They will get "sucked into" the low-pressure system, seemingly suddenly. And many will say, "Where did these winds come from?" (So sudden and intense will be their appearance.)

God is sending forth His Spirit like a mighty rushing wind yet once again to fill the low of immorality and the void of depraved humanity. The same wind that blew on the day of Pentecost is brewing in the annexes – to be unleashed and generate a mighty awakening.

"These are the winds of the restoration of thefullness of Pentecost (for it is only the restoration of the fullness of Pentecost that will bring about the great harvest I have planned for this hour).

"Many of My eagles that have felt secluded on the high cliffs of isolation and hardship are beginning to feel the first breezes ripple across their regenerated feathers. And they know by the ruffling of their downs that this is not a normal wind brewing. No! This is a thermal current so strong that is about to pick them up and carry them to heights they've not soared before. Because of the sheer magnitude of this thermal current, I've had to strengthen and enlarge your wings," says the Lord.

"I've allowed this past season of hardship, ridicule, being misunderstood, betrayal, and stress to do just that – strengthen and enlarge your wings. You are now ready to catch My wind and lift you up. You're now on a direct path of a thermal current so severe it is literally going to pick you up. Up out of obscurity, up out of financial difficulty, up out of shame. Up, up and away you will be lifted. Get ready for a lifting. Things you could not lift in the past will be miraculously lifted."

I hear the Lord saying there is going to be a lifting specifically for law suits, bankruptcy proceedings, estate funds that have been held up, business sale blockages, business deals that have been lingering, investments, and currency reevaluations.

"You will not have to climb as before, clambering and clinging to each rock. With cracked and bruised knuckles you've had to painfully take one grasp at a time. The thermal current of My Spirit will now do the work for you as you simply expand your faith wings and let Me carry you," says the Lord.

New Power For a New Hour

We are in a new hour, an hour where the enemy has stepped up his game. An hour where evil seems to be more prevalent. We, therefore, need a new anointing to combat this new wave of wickedness – yesterday's anointing simply won't do. We need what I call "new power for a new hour."

The world is crying out for the supernatural. As the systems of men begin to fail them, bulwark institutions and stayed crutches of reliance begin to erode, more and more humanity turns to the spiritual realm for answers. Knowingly or unknowingly, men and women are turning to spiritual sources for help and satisfaction. The culture has become immersed with the supernatural. It seems as if every other movie coming out of Hollywood nowadays has a spiritual connotation. From superheroes and so on, the theme of the supernatural is prevalent in the media.

Psychics and clairvoyants are frequent guests on talk shows, and television programs are littered with magicians, mind-readers, and the like. Even the advertisements between these deplorable shows are solicitations for the counterfeit supernatural – promises of a brighter future by dialing a psychic or true love revealed if you phone madam so-and-so.

We cannot ignore the cry any longer. People are hungry for the supernatural, and if we don't step up to the plate and deliver, satan gladly will. The answer is not to shy away from the supernatural but to present the true, legitimate supernatural to them – which is none other than the Holy Spirit. Signs, wonders, and miracles are the dinner bell of unbelievers.

The churches that begin to operate in the supernatural gifts of the Spirit of God are going to become the fastest growing churches in America. There will not be room enough in your church when the word gets out in your community that the sick can come and get healed. There will not even be standing room in your sanctuary when the weary-hearted learn of a place they can come to in order to receive a prophetic word of hope and encouragement. Our churches will not be able to contain the numbers when drug addicts and alcoholics can come into our meetings and the power of God sets them free instantly.

The churches that begin to operate in the supernatural are going to become the predominant churches in this nation in the 21st century.

The Lord is getting ready to pour out new power for this new hour. For those hungry enough to receive it, they will become the conduits through which His glory and power will be displayed, and signs, wonders and miracles are going to take place through your hands.

8-23-2012  Newshound Guru SWFloridaGuy      I do believe Iraq will revalue their currency and I think there are many ways they can achieve this. For painfully obvious reasons, the CBI will never announce to the world that they are about to revalue their currency.  Shabibi himself alluded to this in Washington when he said "Even if I knew I could never tell you."  Whether there are several incremental adjustments or a historical large currency appreciation of 100,000% to get us to 1 to 1,  I do think Iraq will accomplish returning their currency to its previous levels by increasing the value of the paper currency in a quantitative sense.  [Post 3 of 3]

“The SEALS removed one threat to America. Remove the other in November,” reads a controversial billboard currently on display along I-35 in North Texas.

The sign, featuring two camouflaged men and military style font, indicates that it’s a political ad, paid for by TJ Schad, CBS DFW reports. Schad, a former Air Force mechanic, claims he’s not acting on the behalf of any committee, candidate, or party. He says he got the idea after he received an email suggesting the image and its message go “on every billboard across the country.”

“It just started out as something fun to do,” he said. “Let’s see if I could do it. I didn’t have a clue how to do it.”

Schad explains that he knew the owner of the company leasing the billboard and all he had to do was hire an artist to design the ad.

“I think we were just trying to make a statement,” he said. “We felt we needed to change direction in the country, and that’s what we did.”

As CBS DFW notes, a similar ad went up in Elkhart, Ind., last week, prompting a few protests.

“Some demonstrators said though that comparing military action to take out a terrorist, with removing a president from office, was too far,” CBS DFW reports.

Schad, however, is surprised some people have interpreted his sign that way.

“Other than the fact it’s got some seals in there with a gun,” he said. “But I think it’s pretty obvious what they did and what the statement is.”

So far, the company leasing him the billboard has only received a few “curious” phone calls and Schad claims he hasn’t received a single complaint.

Introduction
As chief legal officers of the states and commonwealths, attorneys general are the last line of defense against an increasingly overreaching federal government. Attorneys general have a duty to uphold the laws of their respective states and uphold the U.S. and state constitutions.

One of the ways in which attorneys general protect the integrity of state laws and constitutions is by carefully reviewing the actions of the federal government and responding when they break the law or overstep the bounds of the Constitution.
Federalism is the division of authority between the federal and state governments that the Founding Fathers created to provide a check on federal power so that the federal government would not become destructive of the very liberty it was instituted to protect.

While some naïvely argue that the Constitution should “evolve” due to the fact that our Founders could not have foreseen the issues faced by our country today, they forget that the Founders faced tyranny firsthand and understood it well. This led to the creation of a Constitution that relies on limited government, precisely to protect our citizens from today’s unprecedented overstepping of the “division of authority.”

The Landscape
While each Attorney General has policy disagreements with the Obama Administration, those disagreements are not what serve as the basis for this effort. For example, this Administration makes many decisions and takes numerous actions that Republican attorneys general find politically ignorant or flawed from a policy standpoint. However, that does not make those decisions or actions illegal. The purpose of this report is to outline actions taken by this Administration that are violations of law.
The obvious example is a federal health care overhaul, passed against the will of the majority of Americans and more importantly in violation of the Constitution, which is now being challenged by more than half of the states.

While the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) has received the most attention, it serves as a representation of a much larger picture that demonstrates the continued disdain for the Constitution and laws shown by the Obama Administration.
Through the collective review by a committee of Attorneys General from nine of the 50 states, the group identified more than 21 illegal actions from this Administration and is highlighting the effects of the federal overreach on our citizens and states.

The Impact
Whether it is through the EPA, NLRB, Office of Surface Mining, FCC or other entities, the Obama Administration has aggressively used administrative agencies to implement policy objectives that cannot gain congressional approval and are outside of the law.
In Florida, a state with one of the most aggressive and innovative water quality protection programs in the country, the EPA chose to impose its own costly, unprecedented and unscientific numeric nutrient criteria. The estimated impact the EPA’s rules would impose was dramatic, including billions of dollars in compliance costs, significant spikes in utility bills and the loss of thousands of jobs. The Florida Attorney General’s Office sued the EPA and two weeks ago prevailed when a federal judge in Tallahassee threw out the costliest of the EPA’s rules, the one governing Florida’s streams and rivers. In doing so, the judge found the EPA’s rules were not based on sound science and that the agency had failed to prove that its rule would prevent any harm to the environment – in other words, the EPA was found to have violated the law.

In South Carolina, the NLRB’s recess-appointed, unconfirmed general counsel threatened to sue the state for guaranteeing a secret ballot in union elections, despite 83 percent of South Carolinians voting for an amendment for such action. When South Carolina was joined by three other states in mounting a vigorous defense, the NLRB backed down but turned their attention to Boeing, a private company and corporate citizen of South Carolina, telling the employer where they could or could not locate facilities. Again – after a high-profile fight – the NLRB backed down in their complaint against Boeing, but only after the company and the union worked through an agreement.

In Arizona, voters passed a referendum requiring that individuals registering to vote show evidence that they are citizens. Over 90 percent of the population can satisfy this simply by writing down a driver’s license number or naturalization number. The less than 10 percent of those who do not have these numbers are able to register by mailing a copy of a birth certificate, passport, Indian registration number or similar documentation. The Obama Administration argued against Arizona in the Ninth Circuit and a decision is yet to be made.

In Oklahoma, the EPA illegally usurped Oklahoma’s authority in the Clean Air Act to determine the state’s own plan for addressing sources of emissions by imposing a federal implementation plan. The federal plan goes beyond the authority granted to the EPA in the Clean Air Act and will result in a $2 billion cost to install technology needed to complete the EPA plan and a permanent increase of 15-20 percent in the cost of electricity. The Obama Administration is fighting Oklahoma’s appeal, which was filed in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The ongoing fight over the individual mandate and these four state examples serve as only a representation of the more than 21 Obama Administration violations that attorneys general are fighting against.

Taking Action
What these nine Attorneys General have collectively confirmed is that this Administration repeatedly shows disdain for states, federal laws it finds inconvenient, the Constitution and the courts.
With the release of this report, and its extensive list of transgressions, two principles are abundantly clear:

• This group of nine Attorneys General will grow and continue to serve as a de facto “task force,” assisting when possible to defend state laws and identifying “best practices” and legal arguments to fight back against the Obama Administration’s illegalities in a more cohesive and effective manner;
• The next election is critically important and as the states’ chief legal officers, the attorneys general will make a concerted effort to educate their states’ voters on the impacts that the Obama Administration’s legal violations have on their every day lives.

Regardless of party, when Washington politicians fail to adhere to the Constitution and the rule of law, state attorneys general become the last line of defense against an overreaching federal government.

List of Violations

• FCC: Regulation of the Internet in the face of a court order from Circuit Court of Appeals for Washington D.C. stating that the FCC does not have the power to regulate the Internet
• PPACA: Individual Mandate; To be heard by Supreme Court of the United States in March
• EPA 1: GHG lawsuit; EPA’s own Inspector General reported last September that EPA failed to comply with its own data standards; Heard in Circuit Court of Appeals for Washington D.C. in February
• OSM: Attempting to impose regulatory requirements on the 19 states with authority for exclusive regulation of their coalmines for the first time in more than 30 years
• NLRB: Boeing; Engaged in unprecedented behavior as described by former Chairmen under both Presidents Bush (43) and Clinton; behavior is best exemplified in South Carolina where the Board tried to muzzle over 80 percent of state voters who supported a secret ballot amendment to the South Carolina Constitution and attempted unsuccessfully to tell an employer in the state where they can and cannot base manufacturing facilities
• EPA: Florida Water; EPA’s numeric nutrient criteria pre-empted Florida standards; U.S. District Judge upheld the state’s site-specific alternative criteria for streams and rivers
• EPA: Texas Air; TX filed lawsuit challenging Cross-State Air Pollution Rules; application rule to TX was particularly dubious because state was included in the regulation at the last minute and without an opportunity to respond to the proposed regulation; regulation was based on a dubious claim that air pollution from TX affected a single air-quality monitor in Granite City, Illinois more than 500 miles and three states away from Texas

• DOJ: South Carolina & Voting Rights Act: Rejecting voter ID statutes that are similar to those already approved by the Supreme Court of the United States; DOJ ignored section 8 of the Voting Rights Act which calls for protections against voter fraud, and used section 5 to administratively block measures to protect the integrity of elections passed by state legislatures in preclearance states including South Carolina; South Carolina voter ID law merely requires a voter to show photo identification in order to vote or to complete an affidavit at the pain of perjury if the voter does not have a photo ID
• DOJ: Arizona & Voting Rights Act: Rejecting voter ID statutes that are similar to those already approved by the Supreme Court of the United States
• DOJ: Arizona Immigration; In violation of 10th Amendment, federal government to sue to prevent AZ from using reasonable measures to discourage illegal immigration within Arizona’s borders; Affects Arizona because state has a large percentage, compared to other states, of illegal immigrants and need to be able to act to reduce the number
• DOJ: Alabama Immigration; The DOJ challenged Alabama’s immigration reform laws after parts were “green lighted” by a federal judge; DOJ appealed the ruling; parts of the AL case have been struck down in various federal courts; specific provisions of the law include collection of the immigration status of public school students, businesses must use E-Verify, prohibition of illegal immigrants receiving public benefits; the provision requiring immigrants to always carry alien registration cards; allowance of lawsuits by state citizens who do not believe public officials are enforcing the law
• DOJ: South Carolina Immigration; DOJ challenged South Carolina’s immigration reform laws that are very similar to the AZ which is scheduled to appear before the United States Supreme Court; SC case will be heard by the 4th Circuit soon there after as the 4th Circuit granted SC motion to extend the filing time until after the US Supreme Court issues an Opinion in AZ

• EEOC: Hosanna Tabor (MI); Sought to reinstate a minister who was discharged for her disagreement with the religious doctrine of the church
• DOE: Yucca Mountain; In 2009, Administration arbitrarily broke federal law and derailed the most studied energy project in American history when DOE announced intent to withdraw 8,000 page Yucca Mountain licensing application with prejudice; SC and Washington State filed suit, as a result, contesting the unconstitutional action; American people have paid more than $31 billion (including interest) through percentages of electric rate fees towards the project and taxpayers have footed an addition $200 million in legal feeds and over $2 billion in judgments against the DOE for breaking contracts associated with Yucca Mountain
• DOI: Glendale Casino (AZ); Glendale is a violation because the Federal Government is forcing a family-oriented town, Glendale, to become another Las Vegas against its will. Essentially, the Federal Government has granted ‘reservation status’ to a 54-acre plot in the same town, where the Tohono O’odham Nation plans to build a resort and casino.

Judge Warns of Civil War, U.N. Troops on the Streets of America if Obama is Reelected

A Lubbock County, Texas, judge recently appeared on a local FOX News Television show to promote his proposed tax increase when he dropped a series of bombshell comments regarding the possibility of President Obama being reelected.
As the judge was making his case for the tax increase he begin to outline what he believed may happen if Obama is reelected which included civil war and U.N. troops on the streets of America.

“He’s going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the United States to the U.N., and what is going to happen when that happens?,” Head asked.

“I’m thinking the worst. Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe. And we’re not just talking a few riots here and demonstrations, we’re talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy.

“Now what’s going to happen if we do that, if the public decides to do that? He’s going to send in U.N. troops. I don’t want ‘em in Lubbock County. OK. So I’m going to stand in front of their armored personnel carrier and say ‘you’re not coming in here’.

“And the sheriff, I’ve already asked him, I said ‘you gonna back me’ he said, ‘yeah, I’ll back you’. Well, I don’t want a bunch of rookies back there. I want trained, equipped, seasoned veteran officers to back me.”

The claims, while surely stunning to some, actually directly line up with what the alternative media has reported for years which is that portions of our government (heavily ramped up under Obama) are planning for some sort of large scale confrontation with the American people which would include U.N. troops on the streets.

In the last three years alone the Department of Homeland Security has ordered over 1.4 billion rounds of ammunition with a huge majority of the ammo being hollow point rounds.

At the same time numerous Army documents have been released that indicate the plan to place Americans into reeducation camps as martial law comes to America.

The warnings by the Texas judge are very real and should not be taken lightly.

If the people of this once great nation stand together, seek out and be a part of proactive solutions, and speak the truth we may just have a chance of stopping these dastardly plans.

A newly leaked US Army Military Police training manual for “Civil Disturbance Operations” outlines how military assets are to be used domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest.

The document (PDF), which is dated 2006 and was used for a self-learning course at the U.S. Army Military Police School at Fort McClellan, makes it clear that the operations described in the manual apply to both “CONUS and OCONUS,” meaning inside the Continental United States and outside the Continental United States.

The document outlines how military assets will be used to “help local and state authorities to restore and maintain law and order” in the event of mass riots, civil unrest or a declaration of martial law.
The primary function of military assets will be focused around, “breaking up unauthorized gatherings and by patrolling the disturbance area to prevent the commission of lawless acts,” states the document, adding, “during operations to restore order, military forces may present a show of force, establish roadblocks, break up crowds, employ crowd control agents, patrol, serve as security forces or reserves, and perform other operations as required.”

The manual also describes how prisoners will be processed through temporary internment camps under the guidance of U.S. Army FM 3-19.40 Internment/Resettlement Operations, which as we reported earlier this year, outlines how internees would be “re-educated” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States.

On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of “deadly force” in confronting “dissidents” are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a, “Warning shot will not be fired.”
The manual includes lists of weapons to be used against “rioters” or “demonstrators,” including “antiriot grenades.” It also advises troops to carry their guns in the “safe port arms” stance, a psychological tactic aimed at “making a show of force before rioters.” Non-lethal weapons and water cannons are also included.
The document also explains how the military will be involved in spying on and gathering information on dissidents to identify the, “Existence of persons, groups, or organizations which have distinctively threatened or are creating disturbances.”
“Crowd control agents” will also be deployed for the purpose of “reducing resistance,” states the manual, which also implies that troops will be used to confiscate firearms.
“Restrictions on the sale, transfer, and possession of sensitive material such as gasoline, firearms, ammunition, and explosives will help control forces in minimizing certain forms of violence,” states the document on page 40.
“Consideration may be given to evacuating sensitive items, such as weapons from stores,” the manual also states on page 27.
The document emphasizes how troops should make every effort, “to avoid appearing as an alien invading force and to present the image of a restrained and well-disciplined force whose sole purpose is to help to restore law and order with a minimum loss of life and property.”
This 115 page manual represents a shocking new insight into how the U.S. military will be used domestically to violently quell unrest in the aftermath of a total economic collapse or other national emergency.
Preparations for using troops to deal with mass civil unrest on U.S. soil have been in the works for years.

Back in 2008, U.S. troops returning from Iraq were earmarked for “homeland patrols” with one of their roles including helping with “civil unrest and crowd control”.

In December 2008, the Washington Post reported on plans to station 20,000 more U.S. troops inside America for purposes of “domestic security” from September 2011 onwards, an expansion of Northcom’s militarization of the country in preparation for potential civil unrest following a total economic collapse or a mass terror attack.

A report produced that same year by the U.S. Army War College’s Strategic Institute warned that the United States may experience massive civil unrest in the wake of a series of crises which it termed “strategic shock.”

“Widespread civil violence inside the United States would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security,” stated the report, authored by [Ret.] Lt. Col. Nathan Freir, adding that the military may be needed to quell “purposeful domestic resistance”.

Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was established under the pretext of a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossing the Mexican/US border.

During the Iran-Contra hearings in 1987, however, it was revealed that the program was a secretive “scenario and drill” developed by the federal government to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, assign military commanders to take over state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens determined by the government to be “national security threats.”

With many Americans now becoming “pre-revolutionary” as a result of their fury at the Obama administration and equally unpopular lawmakers in Washington, potential civil unrest could spring not just from a poverty-stricken underclass, but also the shrinking middle class.

Perhaps that’s why the Department of Homeland Security is increasingly focusing its anti-terror apparatus on white middle class Americans, portraying them as domestic terrorists in a series of PSA videos. In addition, ‘Occupy’ protesters are also now being characterized as terrorists.
