I received this message on Friday night. It seems both reassuring and cohesive - and for me this is helpful, since there are many commentaries on this subject of 'What happens next' that are pretty extreme. Accordingly, I feel the need for both caution and discernment as we all attempt to look forward at the next few weeks. One challenge, I think, is that our powers - including those relating to manifesting things into our reality - are expanding quite quickly. This means that, if we hold a lurid and drama-based vision as to what happens next, that may well be what manifests into our personal experience. One of the most valuable things we can do is to keep working on our vision of what the New Reality will look, feel and act like. Ideally, keep expanding this vision as you get inspired to do so. Keep away from self-serving aspects and work to keep the beneficial impact on the whole, and how you might serve that context, as your primary focus. There is a good chance that this is what you will then manifest as the changes accelerate. Here is what my guides have to say: ----------------------- Things are gearing up. You are noticing the further acceleration of time, the increase in your own energy, the sharpening of own acuity. Meanwhile, the world stage will soon be presenting the last of its dramas, and they may well come in a rush! You are all right on top of the major change point, much anticipated for so many years. As you have always said ‘There is AN event’, and indeed, there is. What is in play does not really lend itself well to human words, because it is way outside your recent experience – and by recent here, we mean over the last few thousand years. There is nothing to be fearful about, indeed, it will be the cause of great celebration for many. It is true that there will be different directions for you to choose as this event comes upon you – but, for the most part, your personal choices are already made, for you have each set the tone and intent of your lives over a significant time. Yes, there will be those who make last minute changes, and usually this will be to upgrade their path to a higher option. These people are, however, in the minority. At this time, there are many channels giving guidance. Use your discernment here, but also recognize that different presentations of what may happen are not necessarily mutually exclusive. It is true that getting your own intent clear is helpful – yet many are finding that, in this last period where all is being re-aligned, bodies are being detoxified at a high rate, the issues ‘under the carpet’ are finally coming up for review, much new information is bombarding your unconscious, and much more: at this time, clarity is sometimes challenging to achieve and maintain, to say the least. For centuries, it has usually been the longer term thinker that has held superior strategies and effectiveness, certainly if they had attained a position of power from which to do so. Right now, however, you are so close to 'The Event' that there is little point in making a detailed long term plan, for the context of your current thinking will soon have gone. In its place will emerge an environment in which the bringing of such plans to fruition will become immeasurably easier. But because any plan made in today’s context will be at least partly invalidated by what is to happen, it is likely that plans made now will require a serious overhaul, and possibly complete abandonment in their present form. This does not mean that your INTENT is invalidated – far from it. Your intent will become far easier to activate. It is the ‘how’ that will be most effected, since all aspects of today’s constraints will have either eased or disappeared. This is why we emphasis ‘intent’ rather than ‘plans’. By all means, use planning to fill out your intent, but simply be aware that your options for getting the plan working are in process to greatly increase – so be prepared for beneficial change. And remember that several worldly teachers have always suggested 'Let the universe handle the details'. The implication? If your plans are rigid, you reduce the universe's ability to manifest delivery. The old reality is now all but dead, much of it running on habit and the very last of the old world momentum. 'The Event' will clear out both, and present a new reality cleansed of much that, today, is still seen as constraining. In reality, most of this has gone already, but the old guard are past masters at charades, and so, much of the population is still inclined to believe that nothing has changed. But, deep down, even they mostly know differently. The Bible has many predictions about ‘Now’, predictions that have survived much nefarious editing and the sometimes great inaccuracies of translation. One such is that ‘The Ungodly will be removed’. By now, you are aware to whom this might apply, and soon you will have the gift of freedom from those who have controlled all around them, primarily for their own gain. The game of power and control will very shortly be gone, invalidated by the shift in frequencies and phasing that will jet you into your choice of New Realities. Since power and control is, in actuality, embedded at every level of society, you are going to be challenged to evolve new ways to do things. Thus, a focus on and understanding of methods of co-operative working and co-creation with other realms will serve you well here. They will provide a productive context to the many experiments that will need to take place as people search for new and creative ways to work together satisfactorily. You will be able to progressively evolve a new toolbox for ways to get things done - one that has a significant spiritual element as you draw other realms into your creative processes --------------------------- And so we continue! I wish you all a month that is both transformational, and filled with grace and ease. This is the evolutionary home run, after which we will have passed the energetic nexus point that acts to start the release of all our long-suppressed potentials. Xavier Hermes

 The IRS headquarters in New Carrollton, Maryland is a government building  that, despite being constructed with public funds, contains art referring to elite secret societies. More importantly, the art conveys a strange message about the U.S. Constitution, and the American people in general. We’ll look at the symbolic meaning of the art found in front of the IRS headquarters in Maryland.

The IRS is probably the most hated institution in America – mainly because its primary role is to force people to hand over their hard-earned cash. This modern equivalent of the proverbial tax collector indeed collects money from American workers and gives it to a government that will, in turn, use this money to send drones abroad or to build information superstructures to better monitor these same workers. What’s not to like?

The IRS was originally created as a “temporary measure” during wartime (funny how the Canadian Revenue Agency was also supposed to be “temporary”), but there is nothing temporary about it now. In fact, the gigantic IRS complex in New Carrollton, Maryland was built in 1997 and is still growing today, indicating that this institution is indeed here to stay. This modern building has all of the state-of-the-art amenities one can think of, but it is the odd public art in front of it that is the most noteworthy. As is the case for many government buildings, the art displayed means absolutely nothing to most people, but to those who are versed in secret society symbolism, its implications are manifold and profound. In fact, fully understanding the origins and the meaning of the symbols in front of the IRS building means understanding who are truly in power in America (and around the world), what they believe in and what they truly think about us, the masses.

The IRS is not known to be a very artistic institution and likewise there is not much art present at its headquarters in Maryland. However, the few pieces that are on display manage to convey everything that needs to be known about the occult elite.

General Layout

The entrance to the IRS headquarters is guarded by two black and white pillars made of the highest quality marble, topped with white hands. Between the two pillars is a dark pyramid with a metallic capstone on which is written “We the People”. What does all of this represent? Here’s an “official” description:

“The most striking elements are the huge, white marble hands atop each column. Each hand points skyward, one with the forefinger extended; the other is an open hand, the fingers ever so slightly cupped.

GeoEngineeringWatch All that know about the horrific crime that is “stratospheric aerosol geoengineering” (SAG), more commonly known as “chemtrails”, want an answer to this question. Though there is not an easy answer, there is a way. Raise public awareness until it reaches critical mass. This sounds so very generic, but in fact it is the only path forward. If all pulled together, the globally decimating aerosol spraying programs could be exposed. There is no other way and I will explain why.The Concerted, Coordinated Government Agency Cover-Up Regarding the issue of geoengineering, the doors to all government representatives, and all government agencies, have been locked and shackled shut. Those behind the spraying operations have made vast preparations to protect these programs over the course of decades. They have left no stone unturned, no door unlocked, as I stated. Governmental agencies like “Water Quality” and “Air Quality” have been structured in a manor to mask the mountain of toxic fallout from the weather/climate modification programs. In California for example, State Water Quality stopped testing for aluminum in 02?. CARB (California Air Resources Board) also does not even look for such contaminants. This author personally attended a high level CARB closed door meeting in Sacramento California which was arranged by a congressional representative. There were 5 high level CARB officials in attendance. I was told to my face that they are mandated to test for “combustion particulates only”. The rest of the air samples apparently go out the window. Certainly it would be hard to find what you are told not to look for. The testing of regional air quality agencies is never going to show the fallout from the aerosol spraying as the geoengineering particles are far too small to be picked up by all but the most sophisticated and expensive and specialized air testing equipment. Politicians, Federal agencies, and government representatives are also a dead end brick wall. Most simply produce the public propaganda sheet from NASA which states “Chemtrails are a hoax” “Chemtrails”? Did I even mention this term to these people? No, I supplied data only on SAG (stratospheric aerosol geoengineering) and SRM (solar radiation management). Does NASA’s disinformation sheet mention anything about geoengineering being a hoax? These social economic and physical earth changes were given Nov. 30th 2012 They are what are on the books now and can be avoided by changes in the collective consciousness, divine intervention or individual choice. We are living in fluid times, events and timing can change yet if we don’t get busy changing our destiny what is presently on the books will manifest. Be well The first topic will be the power grid. It is seen to take a series of hits in 4 weeks with a series of computer failures as the beginning followed by the entire grid collapsing. This is due to solar activity and the magnetic pole shift now occurring. Water and sewage pumps will not be working, ATMs will not be working. Most businesses that depend on power will not be working. Even gas pumps will not be pumping unless they have a back up system. Alternative means of generating electricity are already on the planet that can provide all your needs cleanly, efficiently and in some cases fueless. These need to be released and put in place immediately The next topic is the magnetic pole shift. This could occur in as few as 5 weeks. When it does there will be a 6 day period from beginning to end. Your consciousness is magnetic. It is stored magnetically. The denser consciousness such as fear, anger, jealousy, competition, greed, separative beliefs in culture and religion will be erased. Those whose identity is heavily composed of lower frequency consciousness will find themselves lost. The tyrants and controllers will become lost in consciousness most not even knowing their name. They will lose their minds, their kingdoms, and the ability to reincarnate on Earth for they will no longer be frequency specific to where she has evolved. If you loose the magnetic field for over 14 days consciousness is erased and it is irreversible according to Russian Scientists. If your identity is held in the higher mind there will not be a problem. The access to the higher mind is through the heart for there resides the soul connection which is the doorway to the source. This is not intellect, for those who do not have a consciousness of love, joy, service to others will not make the shift. There is nowhere to hide during this process, no castle or kingdom be it underground or on the surface. Crustal Shift Following the magnetic pole shift there will be a crustal shift where the Earths surface will shift from 23 to 30 degrees as she straightens up again to where she once was before a major meteor impact knocked her off her axis. Those in North America will find themselves moving South. Crustal shifts often follow magnetic pole shifts due to inner levels becoming liquefied and the pressure from overheating. Due to this process there will be a rise in volcanic and earthquake activity. You will find a lot more moisture in the air, storms, high winds, and flooding will continue. The greatest challenge will be along the coastlines. Those moving towards the equator will rise due to the bulge caused by the Earths spin. Those moving away from the equator will fall. There is a 41 kilometer bulge at the equator during the rising and falling of lands there will be major ocean displacement. Such as in the days of Atlantis and Lemuria or Mu and in the days of Noah. 4th Dimensional Shift Many have spoken about a 4th dimensional shift occurring before these changes. This topic needs a lot more clarification. It is better understood as a rise in frequency; which moves one into a new time or what some call the many worlds existing right along side of each other. This is determined by frequency and consciousness. Your consciousness determines your destiny here and in the hereafter. There will be some who will avoid this scenario altogether due to rising beyond this world. There bodies will become less dense physical then move beyond this reality. This is not an easy task and many mistakenly believe they are already there. There are many levels to this healing process and those which once were hidden will surface to be released and healed. Those of a baser nature with negative intent will find themselves experiencing all that which they meted out upon others and the Earth. The action/reaction principle or what some call karma will be almost instantaneous. The lies and deceptions will be made known also in what seems to be instantaneous. Their only hope is to shift in consciousness, release the past, forgive themselves with deep soul awareness not just mentally and start making restitution. Be careful of whose sword you pick up, their true intentions and character as well as the real motives behind such choices. Nothing is what it seems. This is how it is now seen. There are forces beyond comprehension assisting in the awakening and healing of humanity and the Earth. They are no match for tyranny or the controllers. It is our job to get on board with the process and do our part. There are enlightened ministers, monks, yogis, and adepts praying on a scale like never before aligning with higher dimensional beings working on the cause or consciousness to change the effect, the hard copy we call our physical reality. This is done on the levels of light and energy as well which is what creates the consciousness, light and energy grids surrounding the Earth. Now is the time to join them. The present reality and its governing systems are not sustainable, socially, economically or environmentally. Maintaining the status quo is self-defeating, neither logical nor feasible and living in denial will bring the necessary lessons to aid Earths transition.
