VERY QUIETLY OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT

AP – WASHINGTON D.C. In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has Released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College ... Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama's dual c itizenship disqualified him from serving as president.. Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president. Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter... While I've little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ? So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later? And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration? The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20? A : Yes, by his own admission. Q: What passport did he travel under? A: There are only three possibilities. 1) He traveled with a U.S. ... Passport, 2) He traveled with a British passport, or 3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport. Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981? A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. . State Department's "no travel" list in 1981. Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport. If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967. Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008. Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the tru th of all this, the better. If you Don't care that Your President is not a natural born Citizen and in Violation of the Constitution, then Delete this, and then lower your American Flag to half-staff, because the U.S. Constitution is already on life-support, and won't survive much longer. If you do care then Forward this to as many patriotic Americans as you can, because our country is being looted and ransacked!

Yet the majority of what is written about one of the most exciting and relevant subjects of our day - The approaching Winter Solstice 2012 end-date of the Mayan Calendar - appears in words aimed at specialists and couched in language that can be hard to read. This article is written for the Everyday Earthling who may be hearing a lot about the Mayans, their calendars, hieroglyphs and mysterious temples scattered throughout the jungles of Mexico, Guatemala, Belize and Honduras. Let us begin with some questions. Why is there so much talk about the "end of the Mayan calendar" and what does it mean? Is there something significant we should know about the Winter Solstice date of December 21, 2012? How were the Mayans able to track long periods of time and why would they want to? Why should we care about the Mayans today? Is there anything we can learn from them? I'll begin by sharing how my own interest in the subject developed and go on from there. I first learned about the Mayans in 1987 from Jose Arguelles' book The Mayan Factor. It was during the months leading up to the event known as Harmonic Convergence that Arguelles, artist and visionary, introduced me to the 20 Mayan daysigns and the thirteen Mayan numbers - and To the wonderfully engaging and mysterious 260 day Mayan ceremonial calendar, called the Tzolkin (pronounced chol-kin). My pursuit of knowledge about pre-Columbian culture had begun. A great deal of scientific and visionary research work has been done about the Mayans, so I started reading. I learned that the Mayans tracked cycles within cycles within cycles of time. Their calendar acted as a harmonic calibrator, linking and coordinating the earthly, lunar, solar and galactic seasons in an aesthetically simple and elegant manner. The provocative simplicity of the daysigns and the sheer harmony of the calendar drew me in. Then a landmark article by John Major Jenkins appeared in Mountain Astrologer magazine in 1994, revealing for the first time in our era the true meaning of the end-date. Is there something significant we should know about the Winter Solstice date of December 21, 2012? Yes. On this day a rare astronomical and Mayan mythical event occurs. In astronomic terms, the Sun conjuncts the intersection of the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic. The Milky Way, as most of us know, extends in a general north-south direction in the night sky. The plane of the ecliptic is the track the Sun, Moon, planets and stars appear to travel in the sky, from east to west. It intersects the Milky Way at a 60 degree angle near the constellation Sagittarius. The 'cosmic cross' formed by the intersecting Milky Way and plane of the ecliptic, was called the 'Sacred Tree' by the Maya. The trunk of the tree, the Axis Mundi, is the Milky Way, and the main branch intersecting the tree, is the plane of the ecliptic. Mythically, at sunrise on December 21, 2012, the Sun - our Father - rises to conjoin the center of the Sacred Tree, the World Tree, the Tree of Life.. This rare astronomical event, foretold in the Mayan creation story of the Hero Twins, and calculated empircally by them, will happen for many of us in our lifetime. The Sun has not conjoined the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic for 25,800 or 25,920 or so, years ago, Long before the Mayans arrived on the scene and long before their predecessors the Olmecs arrived. What does this mean? Due to a phenomenon called the "precession of the equinoxes", caused by the Earth's 'wobble', that lasts almost 26,000 years, the apparent location of the Winter Solstice sunrise, has been ever so slowly moving toward the Galactic Center. Precession may be understood by watching a spinning top. Over many revolutions the top will rise and dip on its axis, not unlike how the Earth does, over an extremely long period (26000 years) of time. One complete rise and dip, constitutes this 'cycle of precession'. The Mayans noticed the relative slippage of the positions of stars in the night sky, over long periods of observation, indicative of precession, and foretold this great coming attraction. By using an invention called the Long Count, the Mayans fast-forwarded to anchor December 21, 2012, as the end of their Great Cycle, and then counted backwards to decide where the calendar would begin. Thus the Great Cycle we are currently in began on August 11, 3114 B.C. But there's more. The Great Cycle, lasting 1,872,000 days and equivalent to 5,125.36 years, is but one fifth of the Great Great Cycle, Known scientifically as the 'Great Year' or the 'Platonic Year' - the length of the precession of the equinoxes (approx. every 26000 years). To use a metaphor from the modern industrial world, on Winter Solstice A.D. 2012, it is as if the Giant Odometer of Humanity on Earth hits 100,000 miles and all the cycles big and small turn over to begin anew. The 'present world age will end' and a 'new world age' will begin. Over a year's time the Sun transits through the twelve houses of the zodiac. Many of us know this by what "Sun sign" is associated with our birthday. Upping the scale to the Platonic Year - the 26,000 year long cycle - we are shifting, astrologically, from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius. The Mayan calendar does not really "end" in 2012, but rather, all the cycles turn over and start again, vibrating to a new era. It is as if humanity and the Earth will graduate in the eyes of the Father Sun and Grandmother Milky Way. Why should we care about the Mayans today? Is there anything we can learn from them? The trees give us oxygen to breathe and help create the nourishing rains upon which we depend, sustaining life. We are missing these rains in places where the trees have been cut down or burned. Fires begin that nature can no longer extinguish. For the Mayans, trees were intermediaries between the physical and spiritual worlds, and absolutely essential to life. They believed that without the tree man could not survive and that "with the death of the last tree comes the death of the human race." The ancient carved stones and the stars themselves tell us we are on the brink of a new world age. There is no reason not to take a 'leap of faith' into imagining what may be in store. We may trust that it is time for humanity to awaken into a true partnership with each other, with the Earth, and the Cosmos. By accepting this partnership we may claim our birthright and become Galactic Citizens who care for and sustain the planet, thus sustaining ourselves. This is clearly the challenge of our times. But if you take any time to learn how the Fed really works and in whose interest they operate, you'd make yourself sick for a long, long time. Rather than allowing free markets to function as a "clearing mechanism" that rewards success and punishes failure, the Fed fosters underdevelopment of third-world nations, props up corrupt governments, protects the greedy, self-serving banking constituency it serves, and by design promotes socialism to further its mandate to enrich its masters. I'm sick of the Fed and their control over the U.S. Congress, the American economy, and the world order. It's about time the American public revolted against the Fed and our pandering Congressmen who pimp for it, abrogated their Constitutional duties to it, and get rich off it, all the while pretending they control it and it's some kind of Constitutional safeguard. The Untold Story About The Federal Reserve You see, the Fed was the brainchild of a bunch of the world's most powerful bankers and a few greedy U.S. Congressmen who were not surprisingly in the employ of banker backers. The history of the Fed is a fascinating story about American politics and power-broking bankers. The undisputed truth about the creation and mandate of the Federal Reserve System is laid bare, beautifully I might add, in G. Edward Griffin's The Creature from Jekyll Island. I thought I knew a lot about the Fed, and it turns out I do. But there is so much more that I didn't know, and it's all laid out in the book, with all the accompanying references and proof. It chilled me to my very core... Fiscal Cliff I'd been meaning to read the book for at least ten years, but somehow never got around to it. It was you, several of you, who read this blog who kept telling me to read it. Well, I did, and there's a part of me that's sorry I did. Nonetheless, I thank you; you know who you are, for keeping on me to read it cover to cover. I owe you. If the assignation of JFK was the end of the age of innocence, the end of Camelot, reading The Creature from Jekyll Island will end all your illusions about banks and governments, forever. Please read the book and tell everyone you know to read it, and make sure they do. If you want to know how banks control Congress, read the book. If you want to know how banks control you, read the book. If you want to know how banks use the Fed to protect themselves, buy legislators, finance dictators, subjugate foreign countries and make their banker masters filthy rich in the process, read the book. If you want to know who killed JFK, read the book. Once you've read the book, nothing will ever be as it was. You will know things you never dreamed were happening. You will understand why things are the way they are. And, most importantly, you will be able to see into the future because what's happening in the world is planned. It's part of a plan to make money. It's always about money Forget power. Power is nothing but a means to acquire money. Money is the prime motivator. You know it. You see it every day. How else is it possible that a lot of (literally) criminals get into Congress with no money, but have to spend millions to get elected (guess where it comes from?) and come out of the other side multimillionaires? You and I would have a very hard time turning about $175,000 a year after as little as four years into about $7.5 million, about the average net worth of Congressmen and women when they stop serving the public. I just want to vomit. Anyway, I'm bringing all this up because I just read the FDIC's Quarterly Banking Profile. And wouldn't you know it, the banks are flush again. Gee, I wonder how that happened? Seems like just yesterday they were all insolvent. Oh, they were. That is until the Fed propped them up, coddled them, protected them and liquefied them with manna from heaven. That would be printed money and quantitative easing par infinitum. How does the Fed promote socialism, why does it promote socialism? Think about it. What's so destructive about the Fed is that it can only serve its banker masters, who readily lend to umpteen insolvent governments (including our own) and get paid back in spades one way or another, if they lend so much that the only way to ever get paid back is to socialize countries so their collective debt is the responsibility of all its citizens. Socialism is a slave-making system. There are no physical chains, but there sure are economic chains. Ask the Greeks. Better yet, look in the mirror and ask our President and Congress, ask them about the Fed, ask them...WTF?   We no longer have the checks and balances that our founding fathers gave us.  What muscle does the congress have?  They do not control any part of the military, FBI, Border Patrol, ICE, and the list goes on.  All of those police and military force type agencies fall under the executive branch.  The only power the congress has is the purse and with a president who is willing to force the issue by shutting things down congress will yield.  Forget the courts.  Who can enforce their rulings?  The executive branch does.  The last four years have painted us into a corner that can only be solved by changing presidents.  This election is for ALL of the marbles and don't ever forget that.  Clyde

What you are about to read is accurate and it is scary.

I was sitting at my keyboard halfway through my writing a letter to you about how Barack Obama was fulfilling his pledge to "Transform America" by "Changing the fundamentals of America," so that our government would become the plantation, he the owner, and we the slaves, when this article by Steve McCann appeared in my in box. After checking it for accuracy, and finding it to be so, I put my writing on hold and here present it to you, for I could not say it better.

Obama's Second Term Transformation Plans

The 2012 election has often been described as the most pivotal since 1860.This statement is not hyperbole. If Barack Obama is re-elected the United States will never be the same, nor will it be able to re-capture its once lofty status as the most dominant nation in the history of mankind.

The overwhelming majority of Americans do not understand that Obama's first term was dedicated to putting in place executive power to enable him and the administration to fulfill the campaign promise of "transforming America " in his second term regardless of which political party controls Congress. That is why his re-election team is virtually ignoring the plight of incumbent or prospective Democratic Party office holders.

The most significant accomplishment of Obama's first term was to make Congress irrelevant. Under the myopic and blindly loyal leadership of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats have succeeded in creating an imperial and, in a second term, a potential dictatorial presidency.

During the first two years of the Obama administration when the Democrats overwhelming controlled both Houses of Congress and the media was in an Obama worshipping stupor, a myriad of laws were passed and actions taken which transferredvirtually unlimited power to the executive branch.

The birth of multi-thousand page laws was not an aberration. This tactic was adopted so the bureaucracy controlled by Obama appointees would have sole discretion in interpreting vaguely written laws and enforcing thousands of pages of regulations they and not Congress would subsequently write.

For example, in the 2,700 pages of ObamaCare there are more than 2,500 references to the Secretary of Health and Human Services.  There are more than 700 instances when he or she is instructed that they "shall" do something and more than 200 times when they "may" take at their sole discretion some form of regulatory action. On 139 occasions, the law mentions that the "Secretary determines." In essence one person, appointed by and reporting to the president, will be in charge of the health care of 310 million Americans once ObamaCare is fully operational in 2014.

The same is true in the 2,319 pages of the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Act which confers nearly unlimited power on various agencies to control by fiat the nation's financial, banking and investment sectors. The bill also creates new agencies, such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, not subject to any oversight by Congress. This overall process was repeated numerous times with other legislation all with the intent of granting unfettered power to the executive branch controlled by Barack Obama and his radical associates.

Additionally, the Obama administration has, through its unilaterally determined rule making and regulatory powers, created laws out of whole cloth. The Environmental Protection Agency on a near daily basis issues new regulations clearly out of their purview in order to modify and change environmental laws previously passed and to impose a radical green agenda never approved by Congress. The same is true of the Energy and Interior Departments among many others.

None of these extra-constitutional actions have been challenged by Congress. The left in America knows this usurpation of power is nearly impossible to reverse unless stopped in its early stages.

It is clearly the mindset of this administration and its appointees that Congress is merely a nuisance and can be ignored after they were able to take full advantage of the useful idiots in the Democrat controlled House and Senate in 2009-2010 and the Democrat Senate in the current Congress.

Additionally, Barack Obama knows after his re-election a Republican controlled House and Senate will not be able to enact any legislation to roll back the power previously granted to the Executive Branch or usurped by them. His veto will not be overridden as there will always be at least 145 Democratic members of the House or 34 in the Senate in agreement with or intimidated by an administration more than willing to use Chicago style political tactics.

The stalemate between the Executive and Legislative Branches will inure to the benefit of Barack Obama and his fellow leftists.

The most significant power Congress has is the control of the purse-strings as all spending must be approved by them. However, once re-elected, Barack Obama, as confirmed by his willingness to do or say anything and his unscrupulous re-election tactics, would not only threaten government shutdowns but would deliberately withhold payments to those dependent on government support as a means of intimidating and forcing a Republican controlled Congress to surrender to his demands, thus neutering their ability to control the administration through spending constraints.

Further, this administration has shown contempt for the courts by ignoring various court orders, e.g. the Gulf of Mexico oil drilling moratorium, as well as stonewalling subpoenas and requests issued by Congress. The Eric Holder Justice Department has become the epitome of corruption as part of the most dishonest and deceitful administration in American history. In a second term the arrogance of Barack Obama and his minions will become more blatant as he will not have to be concerned with re-election.

Who will be there to enforce the rule of law, a Supreme Court ruling or the Constitution? No one. Barack Obama and his fellow-travelers will be unchallenged as they run roughshod over the American people.

Many Republicans and conservatives dissatisfied with the prospect of Mitt Romney as the nominee for president are insteadfocused on re-taking the House and Senate. That goal, while worthy and necessary, is meaningless unless Barack Obama is defeated . The nation is not dealing with a person of character and integrity but someone of single-minded purpose and overwhelming narcissism. Judging by his actions, words and deeds during his first term, he does not intend to work with Congress, either Republican or Democrat in his second term but rather to force his radical agenda on the American people through the power he has usurped or been granted.

The governmental structure of the United States was set up by the founders in the hope that over the years only those people of high moral character and integrity would assume the reins of power. However, knowing that was not always possible, they dispersed power over three distinct and independent branches as a check on each other.

What they could not imagine is the surrender and abdication of its constitutional duty by the preeminent governmental branch, the Congress, to a chief executive devoid of any character or integrity coupled with a judiciary essentially powerless to enforce the law when the chief executive ignores them.

Conservatives, Libertarians, the Republican Party and Mitt Romney must come to grips with this moment in time and their historical role in denying Barack Obama and his minions their ultimate goal. All resources must be directed at that end-game and not merely controlling Congress and the various committee chairmanships.

The Welfare Spending Chart You Won’t Want to See

Today’s depressing chart is brought to you by the Senate Budget Committee Republican staff under Ranking Member Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.):


Yep. As the chart clearly illustrates, total welfare spending in the U.S. (if converted into cash payments) equals approximately “$168 per day for every household in poverty,” higher than the $137 median income per-day.

From the senator’s office:

… spending on federal welfare benefits, if converted into cash payments, equals enough to provide $30.60 per hour, 40 hours per week, to each household living below poverty. The median household hourly wage is $25.03. After accounting for federal taxes, the median hourly wage drops to between $21.50 and $23.45, depending on a household’s deductions and filing status. State and local taxes further reduce the median household’s hourly earnings. By contrast, welfare benefits are not taxed.

The universe of means-tested welfare spending refers to programs that provide low-income assistance in the form of direct or indirect financial support—such as food stamps, free housing, child care, etc.—and which the recipient does not pay into (in contrast to Medicare or Social Security). For fiscal year 2011, CRS identified roughly 80 overlapping federal means-tested welfare programs that together represented the single largest budget item in 2011—more than the nation spends on Social Security, Medicare, or national defense. The total amount spent on these federal programs, when taken together with approximately $280 billion in state contributions, amounted to roughly $1 trillion. Nearly 95 percent of these costs come from four categories of spending: medical assistance, cash assistance, food assistance, and social/housing assistance. Under the President’s FY13 budget proposal, means-tested spending would increase an additional 30 percent over the next four years.

The diffuse and overlapping nature of federal welfare spending has led to some confusion regarding the scope and nature of benefits. For instance, Newark Mayor Cory Booker has recently received a great deal of attention for adopting the “food stamp diet” in which he spends only $4 a day on food (the average individual benefit in his state) to apparently illustrate the insufficiency of food stamp spending ($80 billion a year) or the impossibility of reductions. The situation Booker presents, however, is not accurate: a low-income individual on food stamps may qualify for $25,000 in various forms of welfare support from the federal government on top of his or her existing income and resources—including access to 15 different food assistance programs. Further, even if one unrealistically assumes that no other welfare benefits are available, the size of the food stamp benefit increases as one’s income decreases, as the benefit is designed as a supplement to existing resources; it is explicitly not intended to be the sole source of funds for purchasing food.

We could reduce our cost by $91 billion annually if we cease incarcerating those found guilty of victimless crimes. In my case, I contacted every member of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House, the President, every federal appellate court judge in America, every federal judge in Georgia, every legislator in each and every state, and many others. No honest government official could review the information that I sent and do nothing. No one did a thing. Our fundamental rights have been stolen. Our government officials have failed to protect us and they have denied honest services to us. We want our country back! The so-called “mainstream” media (newspapers, TV, radio) will not cover it. I have been told they are afraid of the judges and other power brokers. This will be the biggest scandal in the history of America if the story were exposed. Instead, they cover it up. So, here we are. Judges can and will do anything to any of us without concern for the facts or the law. They will commit crimes to damage us. They will protect and rule for the benefit of their attorney friends and those with money and connections. They destroy people financially and emotionally. They rip families apart. They allow the elderly to be abused physically, mentally, and financially. They conspire to commit foreclosure fraud and financial fraud. They deny parents and grandparents the right to see their children and grandchildren, with guardianship and children and family courts often acting as money-making schemes for those favored by the judges. We do not have the rights to due process. We do not have the right to a fair trial. We do not have the right to an impartial judge. We are guilty unless proven innocent…against all odds. We do not have the right to have the laws properly enforced. We may be denied the ability to file a lawsuit, call witnesses, examine or cross-examine witnesses, and the list goes on. The legal system is a giant money machine for the bad guys. The system has been bastardized over the years to generate more and more money for attorneys and our elected officials. The system has been completely warped to favor big, rich corporations, campaign donors, bribers, other government officials, and anyone else whom is favored for the wrong reasons. And our elected officials in the Democratic and Republican parties are at least dishonest, and most simply have to be classified as corrupt. They ignore the real problems in America. They take care of their fat cat friends. They have mortgaged our future and have all but destroyed America. We want our country back! I don’t have all the answers, but I have a few. And I have unique business experience over the last 40+ years that makes me well-suited to evaluate this crisis and generate ideas for battling the corruption. I have spent the last several years doing this. The fundamental problem is dishonesty. The core problem behind everything is dishonesty. We must see all of the corrupt and seriously dishonest people removed from our government. To ever accomplish anything, we need to educate a significant number of people about our plight. We need our fellow Americans to recognize that the position we are in today is dramatically worse than when the colonists faced from 1765 to 1776. We need leaders in the battle against government corruption to agree combine efforts to accomplish something, so we can educate people and build strength in numbers to generate meaningful results. We need Americans just like you and me to recognize the serious problem and spread the word. We do not have to accept what our country has become. It’s our country, and we can make it what WE want it to be. We do not have to accept the Democratic and Republican elected officials who appear to be primarily interested in what they can get out of being in an elected position. We want our country back! We can fix America. We can get our Constitutional rights back. We simply need to educate our fellow Americans and remove all of the corrupt and dishonest people from office. Government is supposed to work for us. Laws are supposed to protect us, not be used against us. A recent survey found that the approval rating of Congress has dropped to its lowest level in history – 12 percent. That's down from 21 percent in June. But what will we do in November, we will re-elect many of these folks and when we do elect new folks, it will just be more of the same. In America today, 1% or less of the population has all the power: Our elected officials, big corporations, and the mega-wealthy. The rest of us – the 99% -- are Nobodies, powerless to obtain justice and denied our fundamental rights. But there is one place where we have power…at the ballot box. We don’t have to just disapprove of our elected officials; we can change them, but the Republican and Democratic parties won’t let us – we just get more of the same. And when new people take office, one of the first things they tell them is that they have to do what their party tells them to do. Start with a cage containing five monkeys. Inside the cage, hang a banana on a string and place a set of stairs under it. Before long, a monkey will go to the stairs and start to climb towards the banana. As soon as he touches the stairs, spray all of the other monkeys with cold water. After a while, another monkey makes an attempt with the same result - all the other monkeys are sprayed with cold water. Pretty soon, when another monkey tries to climb the stairs, the other monkeys will try to prevent it. Now, put away the cold water. Remove one monkey from the cage and replace it with a new one. The new monkey sees the banana and wants to climb the stairs. To his surprise and horror, all of the other monkeys attack him. After another attempt and attack, he knows that if he tries to climb the stairs, he will be assaulted. Next, remove another of the original five monkeys and replace it with a new one. The newcomer goes to the stairs and is attacked. The previous newcomer takes part in the punishment with enthusiasm! Likewise, replace a third original monkey with a new one, then a fourth, then the fifth. Every time the newest monkey takes to the stairs, he is attacked. Most of the monkeys that are beating him have no idea why they were not permitted to climb the stairs or why they are participating in the beating of the newest monkey. After replacing all the original monkeys, none of the remaining monkeys have ever been sprayed with cold water. Nevertheless, no monkey ever again approaches the stairs to try for the banana. Why not? Because as far as they know that's the way it's always been done. This is what our elected officials have done. Even if they were honest, they have become dishionest and/or corrupt. WE are supposed to have the power. The only way we will get what we need is to rReplace all the monkeys at once. “Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms (of government) those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.” [Thomas Jefferson] "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. [Lord Acton] After carefully evaluating our plight, I propose that the way to save America is through the creation of a new political party. The Revolutionary Party. We want our country back! What I propose is a new type of political party, one built on the most fundamental of concepts: Honesty Fundamental rights Constitution Bill of Rights Laws that mean what they say. Eliminate outrageous laws. Accountability. This new party’s platform is these fundamental rights that 99% of us should embrace – the basic things that we should have as Americans, but we don’t have this because the bad guys have stripped it away from us. My proposal is to build a new political party from the 99% of us who are currently essentially powerless. We elect people who we feel will be honest and protect these fundamental rights, and we have contracts and pass laws that make these elected officials accountable. Our elected officials and judges do what they are supposed to do, or we remove them immediately. By requiring every government official to sign a Contract with the Citizens making them accountable to us through a Grand Jury action, we will be forever protected against the corruption that has eaten our country alive. Never again. As to the many other issues that face our country, our new party will not take positions. Our concept is to put truly honest, accountable people in office, and then let them carefully study the issues and make informed decisions. The idea is that honesty, our fundamental rights, and saving America from corruption are what’s most important. One fundamental right is that Government has no rights to take away our children or our parents, and both of those outrageous acts are currently sanctioned and encouraged by our state and federal governments. Children’s rights are important, too. Another fundamental right is to be presumed innocent until proven guilty and that justice is what should be the focus of any and all legal proceedings. The innocent must be released from jail. Some experts say that as many as 25% of the people in prison are innocent. So, I believe we must abolish the death penalty except in cases of treason. The United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world. One in every 31 adults (7.3 million) in the United States is behind bars, or is on probation and parole. I propose total legal reform. Minimize legal expense. Redress should be available for all who have been wronged. I propose that everyone wronged be allowed to pursue legal action against all the wrongdoers. Don’t spend more than you have. The financial management of our country is completely and totally ridiculous. One way to avoid future financial insanity is to establish that any time there is a deficit, no member of the legislature will be eligible for reelection. Reduce taxes. Reduce waste. Downsize government. Members of the legislature should have their salaries reduced, and they should receive no pay or benefits when they're out of office. Congressional pay should rise by the lower of CPI or 3%, and legislators should not be allowed to change this. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund should move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds should flow into the Social Security system, and Congress should participate with the American people. There will be no pension or retirement plan for members of the legislature. Legislators lose their current health care system and participate in the same health care system as the American people. Legislators must equally abide by all laws they impose on their fellow citizens. All contracts with past and present members of Congress are void. Reduce the power of judges. Increase the power of grand juries. Put every corrupt government official and employee on trial for treason. Revoke any retirement or other benefits of those convicted of felonies. Let honest people hear the facts and decide what’s best. Cease pandering to the rich corporations and mega-rich individuals. Improve education. Improve health and food safety. Return God to our schools and anywhere else it has been removed, while respecting the right for the 7% in America who do not believe in God. Special Grand Juries to hear charges against corrupt government officials and to review cases of those who feel they have been wronged. Decisions to become valid when we succeed in gaining control of the legislatures. We want our country back! With the input of thousands of people, I have drafted proposed legislation that will correct much of what is broken in America. In the months ahead, we will be demanding that our elected officials enact these common sense proposals. We will be demanding that every elected official in America put an end to the dishonesty and corruption. And if they don’t, we must replace them and then put them on trial for their crimes. I have devised a plan for how we will go about bringing charges against corrupt officials now as well as a way to review the cases of those who have been wronged by the corrupt system. No guns.
