The President must utilize a comprehensive counterterrorism policy that uses all the tools available. Paul was not alone in his filibuster. He was joined by Sens.  Anyone paying attention to what was happening in the world this past week, came to the conclusion, something was up and it was HUGE. Under the 'dragon' year, the dragon did what dragons do, rest on their gold and jewels, and fry anyone who attempts to steal them. We have entered the year of the snake, it has struck already and the howling that arose was like an atom bomb going off. The out going leadership in china, made the comment; 'the corruption in the banks was being handled'. There's no such thing as 'too big to fail'. Especially when someone with a bigger club exists that can whup the bully's butt. Someone made a comment the other day saying, 'after 100+ years of running the show, bankers can't hear the word No'. They have been like cockroaches and operate automatically. How much can you eat until you burst open, spilling your innards? I would make the same analogy about politicians.

 The last time the owner of the particular bank visited, he cleaned out 240 quad of ill gotten gains and threw it into the pile to be distributed to humanity. I don't have the number for what got snatched out of there, this time...the howling spoke for itself. The cesspool was not silently stinking anymore . It was drained and went by way of the dodo bird. It went extinct. Basel 3 is the international banking law now. No country is exempt or can work around it, if they want to do business in the 21st century. The dragon even gobbled up the central banks around the world, they took the 'head'. The mother of all central banks, the BIS. No shots fired, tho some took a 'pill' and took themselves out of the equation. Nature causes change, the kind you can't stop and you Will deal, one way or another. Make it the easy way or make it tough, you have free will. Make it easy on yourself. Was thinking of starting a group a few years ago called 'hardaholics anonymous' for people who choose a harder path for everything. You know the words, you will work by the sweat of your brow, etc, was a curse...time to get out from under the curse. Let your 'work' turn into your 'joy'.

 Today is a 10...it's new beginnings. The 'weather' conditions are right for a lightning bolt out of the blue. The forces are in place and we are watching. The winds may be howling in some places but they are fat with anticipation. All things change, maybe not when you think they should...but, I cite a law, it's called the 'Law of Inevitability'. In other words, the conclusion is baked in, when something is started unless, things are adjusted along the way. Start a banking system based on reputation and air, it's doomed to fail. Look at what happened to the roman empire. Morgan Stanley let it be known, they see us going to a metal backed system again. NO Duh. Real worth is the only way to go, it's more natural. And you thought the folks in the rafters were just bowling or peeing thru the cracks telling you it's raining. Nope, the big plan remains, that is making this planet paradise again. They just had to use those D9s and get the folks out of the way who wanted Mad Max world.

Here we are again, its January 31st and at 12:01 am February 1st the United States of America, Republic form of government is standing, the 1871 US Corporation, Federal Reserve and IRS are shut down.  Well, the US Military has not announced because the Pope, the Canadian Prime Minister and Queen of England are stepping down.  What does this matter?

Here we are again, one week of Intel being said and everyone is to be excited and it’s going to happen this weekend.  Time and time again the false intel is being sent out to the folks to keep everyone in a holding pattern.

It’s Tuesday night March 5th and it appears we have been lied to again!  My friends who are tied into high-ups told a number of us that over the weekend we would see the RV on Monday morning March 4th 2013.  Well it did not happen, again!

So, why … here is what we have found out – the Immigrant stopped the event because he thought those folks who will exchange their currency could not handle that amount of money.  Really, who made you my daddy?   We can do just fine without your involvement into our life!

More insult - the Chinese paid the Immigrant off on Thursday March 7th so he can announce the Global Currency re-set or Revaluation on Friday March 8th.  Well, he did not make the announcement and now the Immigrant is not only screwing We THE People, the Immigrant is also screwing the Chinese who is working with us and for us to be truly Free and Financially free.

My friends told me that China is screaming for the release of funds and announcement of the Republic Government and Gold backed Currency, etc...   Let’s travel down a rabbit hole: did you know that China said they need America to be under Constitution again versus the 1871 US Corporation.   China found out a few years ago that the people in America were not in agreement with their country’s government.  They realized that the people of America have been lied to for 150 + years.  They also realized that Lawyers including Lincoln have been playing games with the Bill of Rights by changing the Amendments by lying to the people again for their person gains.  Lincoln himself changed the original 13th amendment which stops anyone with a title or lawyer from taking a public office.  Remember he was a lawyer.  Go figure!

The second part of the rabbit hole - why does China wants us to be free from Socialism, Fascism, Neo-Nazi governments and back under Republic?  They wanted us to start manufacturing again because their population is growing in such a way that they could only manufacture for themselves.  A prosperous America is prosperous World.  Also, in 1930’s we sent our men and P40 Super Tigers to defend China from the aggressor at that time know as Japan.  Our flying Tigers defeated the Mitsubishi Zero’s over the Sea of China protecting them.   The Chinese want to repay the American People for their act of bravery, their sacrifices aka. Honoring the blood-debt, and keep honor for their personal beliefs by helping us become free again.

The Chinese, Russia and 55 other countries meet at the Monaco Accords in 2011.  These countries came together to discuss the removal of the old banking cartels of Rothschild’s and Rockefellers, etc. who have been keeping the world’s people in bondage, out of true freedom and in a constant state of war for their profit.  Remember all wars are “banker” wars; they fund both sides and get repaid multiple times over.

In the last few months, we have seen the banks found guilty of crimes like the Libor scandal, defaulted derivatives which are not backed by anything other than air, foreclosure scandals where foreclosures are not legal because the mortgages are fraudulent since banks never loan you money since the credit is created on your signature.

So these 57 countries want to free us from these bankers and elite so the world can be free and we have our liberties back.  They started by updating the banking rules to BASEL 3 which causes the banks to have assets and stop all most all the fraud.  They placed super computers into the banking system to watch thieves like the elite who take our money and make it theirs.

At the same time, there were a bunch of folks from every state working on restoring America.  Little did that group know the leader at the time Mr. T appeared to be funded by the Texas Neo-Nazi himself while Mr. T and several of his folks seemed to work for F Camps?  Mr. T always stalled states from moving forward by sending in his personal buddies to change out those patriots for mindless followers.  The good part - there were a few states that broke away from Mr. T and did the right thing by Notice=publishing their efforts in order to establish their authority both locally, state wide, country wide and even internationally!  From that activity rose up the original jurisdictional government and they reseated the 1861 congress which has been vacant.  What, you say?  Well, a ruling from a Judge in the last few months stated that the seats from 1861 congress have been vacant since they exited under ‘Sine die’.  The folks we see in that big white house and congress are said to be actors a.k.a. private paid contractors a.k.a. Defacto government.  The justice said they have no authority to be a government.  GO FIGURE.  Did you know that a company with as little as 15k can buy themselves a Defacto congress person?  That is just wrong!!

So, when you read the oath of office for public servants and government positions it talks about defending the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.  If a public servant takes money from companies for favorable votes don’t you think this falls into domestic enemies?   One who works against us for profit?  Ok, maybe we need to talk about Republican form of government.  You must understand We THE People are the government and those who work at state or federal are public servants.  They work for us under the US Constitution. Don’t forget that fact!  Also, they are actors or private contractors currently sitting in those offices … notice how that ties together.

Why did the US Corporate VP swear in the new US Corporation CIA Director John Brennan using a DRAFT COPY=working-copy of the Constitution dated 1787 with no Bill of Rights attached?  The Constitution did not go into effect until 1789 and the Bill of Rights went into effect in 1791.  This means when he vowed to protect and defend the Constitution, he was swearing on a DRAFT copy of the Constitution that does not include the Amendments. This gives CIA Director Brennan full right to do whatever he wants with no control or law form over him and his organization.  What the heck is this US Corporation thinking about now?  This is not lawfull and he and US Corporation VP should be removed from office immediately since they are not under the Constitutional law form.  The Director and CIA would be considered to be a rogue agency.  The CIA is not constitutional and should be disbanded effective immediately.

Did you see the other day that the Pope resigned and the official’s seized the Vatican bank to find that “slush funds” were established for all the modern day presidents, congress, supreme justices and joint chiefs?  And did you know that the Vatican is considered to be a Nation State which makes them a sovereign country?  As a result of the “slush funds” in the names of current politicians who are actors, those folks are in trouble.

Let’s read why – As stated in the US Constitution, Article I, Section 9 = No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

As a result those who have accounts with the Vatican Bank violated this article of the US Constitution.  Therefore they can be tried for treason and removed from office immediately.  So why haven’t the Field Generals removed the Joint Chiefs from office and then send in the Provost Marshalls who are not associated with past presidents to arrest the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government for treason?   Do they really know they can?  Or are they disregarding their Oath to defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights?

Back to the RV - it appears today there are back room games and dealings and more politics being played to benefit the pockets and egos of a few to the detriment of humanity.  This can no longer be tolerated.

Understand that following the RV we would hear about the announcements of the Republic form of government standing up while the US Corporate stands down; US Corporation is bankrupted; the Federal Reserve is bankrupted and the contract with America expired; the IRS codes have not been valid or enforceable lawfully since 1939 when Congress repealed them; the release of the Wanta-Reagon-Mitterand Protocols worth 1.5 trillion dollars in back taxes repaid to the public; all debt forgiven; the Fines and Penalties released to Farm Claim holders along with the Farm Claim lawsuit funds with all the other terms of the settlement including going back to Constitution, Common Law, Gold back currency, no income or property tax and within 72 hours the De Facto government must stand down; the release of Prosperity Packages; the release of suppressed technology and so on.

Now do you understand why the De Facto = false government or illegitimate government does not want to step down?!  So, military you are required to defend the United States of America Constitution per your oath and that means remove these actors from government.

By the way - did you forget the Declaration of Independence also tells us?

The announcements and disclosures being held up until April 29^th by these senior officers when Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands steps down is an act of the most egregious level. What does this Netherlands Royal person have to do with the return of this nation's wealth to its people and announcements of the release of the wealth of our nation and the high level of government corruption? Absolutely Nothing!

        In We THE People's opinion, all this smoke and mirrors thrown up by Senior U.S. Military Officers, and in particular the Joint Chiefs of Staff is a ruse to avoid detection of their unlawfull actions. Where is the fire? A fire may begin in the month of May! It is at this time we will start to experience the Earth’s tectonic plate shifts spoken of as Earth changes due to planetary alignments, passing highly magnetic planets which will be passing close to the Sun and crossing behind and in front of the Earth orbit with significant gravity pull to affect poles shifts, etc. This fire has been known by the U.S. Navy since 1945 and they continue to WITH HOLD this information from We THE People for what reason? There are many internet sites that show the potential effects which includes higher water levels along all the coast lines and the Mississippi River growing in width by miles and several coastal states having great loss of land. The with-holding of this information until the end of April has no value and none of us will have time to prepare for any calamity.

CALL TO ACTION STEPS!!!

          We THE People need to take action by re-calling all Former US Military Senior Officers to remove the present Bush 41 appointed Provost Marshall, the present Joint Chiefs of Staff and in particular General Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs immediately. We are apprised that the Joint Chiefs are derelict in their duty as they are in possession of this information and not taking the corrective action to defend this Nation and its People. When We THE People came into possession of this information that the Joint Chiefs feel it would be better to deal with the aftermath of a conflagration rather than dealing with the population right now since there will be less people, We THE People have determined that the Joint Chiefs should be removed from office immediately. This is a clear indication that these politically motivated Officers are not embracing the duty We THE People expect from these ranking Officers! We THE People call for the present Joint Chiefs of staff to be removed immediately. All US Military Senior Officers that are competent and well informed are to return to active duty and assist in the prevention of an all-out conflagration and restoration of the Republic.

        There needs to be the immediate disclosure of the President, Congress and the Supreme Justices being nothing more than corporate officers. Their continued  propaganda and agenda through the corrupt media shall cease and desist. The release of all wealth of this Nation, to recall the troops abroad returned home to assist with infrastructure rebuilding and prepare for the pending disasters and unrest that has a high potential under the present inaction by the present Military Leadership.

          We THE People are taking the action of re-calling all Retired US Military Commissioned Officers back to duty to take over the reins of command and coordinate the efforts within the states and all neighboring states as required.

          We THE People need to take action and call our state Militia to condition RED status and to raise their readiness. In addition to the massive bailout the Eurobanks received in January, Zero Hedge now reports, they also received 99 Billion, in the last week of February. These numbers originate from the H.8 Charts on the Federal Reserve website, they are not a matter of speculation.

The first is dead, while the second has transformed into a sanctioned subprime lender again, and the latter is a sinkhole. The deceptive messages are shrill, acute, and motivated from desperation. The West cannot solve its problems, hardly described as a financial crisis, anymore.

The USFed admits to expanding the USDollar supply for USTBond and USAgency Mortgage purchases at the tune of $80 Billion per month. In January alone, the USFed poured $1.2 trillion into the big European banks, through the Euro Central Bank channels. The USDollar debasement initiatives do not lift Gold price so much as they undermine the major currencies in unison relative to Gold. The effect is to shine a bright light on Gold for its legitimacy.

The major banks in the United States, England, and Western Europe are insolvent, almost without exception. Since April 2009, the United States blessed the corrupt accounting via a Congressional bill that endorsed a plan by the gutless Financial Accounting Standards Board. They declared any big US bank can dictate the value of their assets on balance sheets, even using original date valuations before market impact, even if no market exists anymore for the asset. The London banks are busted from property loans and Southern Europe sovereign debt gone bad, with the LIBOR scandal adding to their bankrupt image. The European banks are busted, with heavy reliance upon the property market. The PIIGS nations have actually suffered added damage from the goony loony Euro Central Bank LTRO bonds which acted like large grenades. With major banks no longer serving as a strong physical foundation for the Western monetary system, the flight to Gold continues in a brisk pace. The big banks will soon buy Gold by the truck load.

The sovereign bonds of Southern Europe have recently been joined by UKGilts and USTBonds as impaired bonds with little or no global demand. The Anglo-American bond game has seen its jig up. The PIIGS bonds are supported by extreme Euro Central Bank efforts. The USTBonds are supported by extreme USFed efforts. The Japanese are openly selling their own JapGovtBonds, the opposite. All sovereign bonds are in effect supported by the Weimar engines of phony money and burned oil, complete with hissing sounds from the great strain. The collection of sovereign bonds serves as Nemesis to Gold. With the lost prestige and lost squeaky clean AAA ratings, as the debt downgrade parade continues, the effect is to lift Gold demand. The race is on whether the USTBond or UKGilt will be downgraded next. Maybe both at same time!

Tourists looking to purchase museum tickets, souvenirs and other services will now be forced to pay in "cash only" after Italy's central bank decided to block electronic payments, including credit cards, at the tiny city-state.
Deutsche Bank Italia, which for some 15 years had provided the Vatican with electronic payment services, said that the Bank of Italy had pulled its authorization after Dec. 31.
The Corriere della Sera newspaper reported that the Italian central bank took the action because the Holy See has not yet fully complied with European Union safeguards against money laundering. That means Italian banks are not authorized to operate within the Vatican, which is in the process of improving its mechanisms to combat laundering.
The Vatican says it is scrambling to solve the problem for thousands of visitors who flock to its very popular Vatican Museums, which include highlights like the Sistine Chapel. The Holy See had no immediate comment on the Bank of Italy's reported reasons.
Tourists in the long lines Thursday that snaked around Vatican City walls were not happy about the inconvenience.

The central bank said a routine inspection found that Deutsche Bank Italia hadn't sought authorization when it first started providing services at the Vatican. When it finally did, the Bank of Italy turned it down because the Vatican's banking norms, including measures to combat money laundering, didn't meet Italy's more stringent criteria of recent years, a central bank official said, speaking on condition of anonymity because there was no official statement on the case.
The Vatican has been striving to upgrade its measures to detect and discourage money laundering, hiring a Swiss expert just a few months ago. Last summer, the Holy See passed a key European financial transparency test but received failing grades for its financial watchdog agency and its bank, formally called the Institute for Religious Works.
The museums, with their entrance fees and popular souvenir shops, are a big money-maker for the Vatican. Other Vatican attractions, such as tours of the Vatican's ancient underground spaces, also charge admission.

United States Fort Detrick Vaccine 1918 flu pandemic

February 28, 2013 - So you haven't yet figured out the airborne conditioning-agent release program that is being operated by the government. I'll give you some hints, but first Ill give you a little information about myself. I'm a retired government scientist with an advanced degree in one of the health-related disciplines. I do not use my real name for fear of retaliation, either against me or against members of my family. I always try to route my e-mail communications so that they appear to come from another source, usually from one somewhere within the government.   Some times I use the internet resources of the public library.  Whatever it takes to hide my true identity and confuse those who don't want the sort of information I possess to fall into the public's hands.

I have a small circle of friends who are, or were, in key positions within our military and several government agencies. These are not the very top level personnel, but mid to upper mid-level people, scientists and analysts who are in positions where they can see the day-to-day activities of whats going on, who are charged with implementing the details, but who are never quite privy to the schemes behind the work they do.  Each of my contacts has been able to supply me with a portion of the puzzle but, separately, none of them understands the whole story. I'll tell you what I've pieced together so far, but I have to admit that this information frightens me because there is no place I can go with it.  What am I supposed to do - write my congressman? I believe that would be like signing my own death warrant.

This whole chemtrail issue is related to the plan for decreasing the world population to around 450-500 million and starting with the US first.  Why? The people of the US are the only ones with even the remotest chance of stopping this. That is, if they knew about it. That's why the US has to be the first to go. You have to understand that the world's elite covet the US for its geographic diversity and they would love to return this country to its condition as it existed prior to Columbus setting foot here, but without the Native Americans this time of course, 

a giant nature park and playground that will be devoid of annoying human beings (that would be us). And the people actually involved in doing the spraying, as well as those who will take part in the rest of the plans, are being duped into believing they will be spared, that is, permitted to live and remain on this continent as administrators and caretakers of this vast nature preserve. I understand that about 150 to 200 thousand people are projected as necessary for maintenance purposes, but it's likely these people will not be Americans. Those in charge wouldn't want to risk the possibility of some sort of revolt, so the workers will probably be brought in from Europe and Asia.

There are rumors floating about the internet that the chemtrails are part of some sort of secret program the government is doing to protect the US from future biological attacks. Nothing could be further from the truth. The plan is to sensitize, or condition, the US population to being wiped out by influenza A. Over the past few years, people have been encouraged to get flu shots to protect them against the generally non-lethal strains that circulate through the population during flu season.

Each year the US government has guessed which strains were most likely to spread. They seem to always guess right, don't they? This flu season the government protected people with a trivalent vaccine that included the A/Beijing/262/95-like (H1N1) and the A/Sydney/5/97-like (H3N2). It also contained the B/Beijing/184/93-like hemagglutinin antigens.  For those not familiar with virology, the H and N refer to proteins on the outside of the virus, the hemagglutinin and neuraminidase, which are responsible for the virus attaching to, and then invading, a host cell. The public has been quite pleased with the success of the vaccines offered so far, but that will change in the future.

Researchers at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (or USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick in Frederick MD have reconstructed and modified the H1N1 Spanish Flu virus, making it far more deadly than it ever was back when it was responsible for the 1918-1919 flu pandemic that killed over 20 million worldwide and over 500,000 here in the US. Consider that it could have killed many more but, back then, people couldn't hop on a jet and travel from New York to L.A. in five hours. Now, our ability to travel will increase the spread and will be our downfall.

The flu vaccines contain killed virus and protect the body well against challenge by that particular strain, but work poorly against other strains not included in the inoculation.  At some point, the vaccine stockpile will include the more lethal modification of the 1918 H1N1 in its live form. Most people receiving this vaccine will simply be renewing their annual flu shot, and the vaccine will still include the inactivated version of the more benign form of H1N1 (as was included in this years vaccine). The presence of the milder strain in the inoculum will slow down the progression of the more lethal H1N1 form, so people will become sick more slowly but they will still eventually die. It will just take a few weeks longer.  In the meantime, they will be carriers for the lethal form of the virus, passing it on to everyone with whom they make contact and, as people hear that others are dropping dead from the flu, they will flock to get their own vaccination and the entire population will be more receptive to infection because their lungs will have been pre-conditioned to guarantee it.

If you will remember back to 1968 and 69, the Hong Kong flu, which was influenza A type H3N2, killed over 30,000 people in the U.S. alone. That was a fortuitous learning event for some because it taught them that the flu could still conceivably be used to wipe out a population. But, at the same time, it pointed out the need to precondition the populace so that those who might normally be resistant could be rendered susceptible. Hence the development of the vaccine program and the aerial spraying procedures to condition the population. The purpose of the chemicals in the chemtrails is to help the viral envelope fuse with lung cells, permitting easier penetration and infection.  

But what about those few individuals who don't succumb to the flu? Probability alone demands that there will be some who survive pockets of the population that are either not reached or some how (and this is less likely) are resistant to the lethal H1N1 strain. At this point you must also remember that our military personnel have been immunized against a variety of pathogens, including the anthrax bacillus.

For those geographically isolated areas where the flu doesn't do it's job, it's a fairly simple matter to lay down anthrax spores and then send in whats left of the military to take care of anyone still breathing. The anthrax spraying will probably come under the guise of a flu protection program to save those still alive after the epidemic. And the military, having been exposed to civilians with the flu, will eagerly await their own flu shots. I should emphasize that this is a last resort scenario. Those orchestrating the plan will not want to use anthrax until all other possibilities are exhausted this because of the long-term viability of anthrax spores. To scatter them over the countryside would mean the area would be dangerous for use by humans, at least those not vaccinated against the bacteria.

And think about this for a moment. Why do you suppose agencies like Fish and Wildlife are so eager to reintroduce wolves and other species into areas of the country which haven't seen these animals for generations. Its all part of the plan to restore this land to what the elite envision as its early paradise-like state, with wild animals freely roaming the uninhabited plains and forests. Granted, it will take some time to clean up the place and to maybe destroy a lot of small towns that might otherwise be considered a blight on the landscape but, for the global elite, it will be a small price for us to pay for their enjoyment.

I completely disagree!  I think this is exactly the things we are supposed to be doing right now!  Intention is amplified with numbers, love, geometry, crystals, orgonite, all the things that contribute to a happy healthy existence, good food, ... 

I agree that this is the right one to start with.  we can say end world hunger but i think first contact would be a catalyst for global awakening which will then be a catalyst to end hunger, wars oppression and inequality.

The next thing that would help would be to try and get this message out to as many affiliates of the light as possible...
