I don't know how to share what I have heard without getting people into trouble or angry at me.

Therefore some of you will not like what I have to say because you will feel that you have the right to demand details.

I met an alleged government employee from a 3 letter agency who's security clearance does not allow this person to buy Iraqi Dinar.

I am always careful about how I ask questions and that my questions will not harm the person talking with me.

While speaking with this employee I did ask if they were allowed to buy any foreign currency. With a tilt of the head and a slight grin they answered me that "yes" they could buy currencies that are going "down in value."

We spoke of other things which would make this small snipit make more sense but I'm really concerned about writing something I shouldn't.

The other thing I heard came from a bank with highly vast influence both here and in other countries. (sorry can't be specific)

For a long time I have wanted Tony to be correct but have believed he was far to optimistic.

So, according to a person I know there are bank personnel who are highly specialized business people and have been giving updates periodically. These individuals do not ever get excited. Well, a call was made where they were very excited because they see Tony as being in line with the real truth of the RV situation.

From the people I talk to and my decent ability to read people's body language and vocal inflections I believe that the people I speak with believe this is real and happening at any moment. That said, everyone I know is still taking the attitude that this thing could (yet Again) be halted at the last second. We ALL acknowledge that we have been in similar positions before and it didn't happen.

Let's all pray this time IS IT.

A US Navy veteran had his guns confiscated by police following a forced “psychiatric evaluation” in another example of how the Veterans Administration is accelerating a purge of armed ex-servicemembers in accordance with a federal government demonization campaign that has labeled vets domestic terrorists. 50-year-old David A Schmecker is an honorably discharged disabled US Navy veteran from Connecticut with no criminal record and no psychiatric history. On February 5, Schmecker’s hospital primary care doctor called and heard a message on Schmecker’s answer machine that “sounded peculiar,” prompting him to contact the local police and urge them to visit Schmecker to perform a “wellness check”. “The police came to my home, and, without any justification whatsoever, hauled me away for a psychiatric evaluation at a local hospital. I submitted to their forceful insistence under duress and fear of arrest or worse. I wasn’t arrested, no crime was committed nor any threats were made to myself or others,” Schmecker told Survive and Thrive’s George Hemminger. “They confiscated my guns and pistol permit. I was released two days later from the evaluation on my on recognizance. I have since attempted to use the courts and attorneys to fight the revocation of my pistol permit. Then on top of everything else, the bills from the short stay at the hospital and EMS bills that they billed me, along with what I had to pay the attorney adds up to a large amount of money,” he adds. Schmecker warns that the harassment he suffered is part of “a campaign orchestrated to disarm law abiding citizens,” adding that he is “concerned about where this country is headed.” As with all contemporary authoritarian governments, the psychiatric system is being used to circumvent courts and bypass normal legal due process.  Why Being Nice Makes A Difference

In our self-centered, get ahead world, being "nice" isn't going to get you any place. Haven't you heard that "Nice guys finish last"? And yet, being humble is a core value of one of the fastest growing businesses of the last 10 years, Zappos.com. Today, the company's annual sales are over a billion dollars, and part of the reason is that they are nice to customers and employees. Could there be something to this being nice idea, after all?

Maybe so. Research by Alex Edmans, at the Wharton School of Business, has found that businesses appearing in Fortune magazine's 100 Best Companies To Work For in America, also have consistently higher stock return than companies of similar size. Zappos is near the top of that list, offering employees $1,500 after the initial two week trainings to quit, if they don't think the job will be one they'll love. Few take the offer.

Science, being what it is, wants to find out more.

Research, ten years ago on oxytocin, by Paul J. Zak, a professor at Claremont Graduate University in California and his team, showed that in animals, it increased the ability to tolerate burrow-mates. In humans, could that toleration be expressed to compassion, humility, trust? Zak, who is author of The Moral Molecule: The Source of Love and Prosperity, and his team knew that oxytocin is not an easy substance to study, as the brain has to be coaxed into making it all, and it disappears very rapidly, with a mere three minute half life.

Another challenge came in the form of actually testing virtue. You can't ask people if they are nice (who'd say "No" to that?) and so, temptations to virtue came in the form of money. If subjects trusted a stranger with the cash, there was the opportunity for growth, and the chance that the stranger would not share the spoils with you. Using blood samples of participants, Zak and his team were able to show that the more money a subject got a show of trust [with], the more the brain produced oxytocin. The more oxytocin in the system, the more likely a subject was to reciprocate to the person who'd initially trusted them.

Think about that for a minute. We have a chemical that's naturally in our brains and is released when someone, even a stranger, treats us nicely, and the chemical motivates us to be nice in return. It's the nuts-and-bolts biology behind The Golden Rule, which exists as part of every culture on the planet.

The findings have been confirmed in many experiments, in the lab and out in the field, where Zak has taken samples at church services, at sporting events, even from indigenous people in the rain forest. Across all these peoples and events, it appears that positive social interactions stimulate oxytocin and bring people together as a community. Among the thousands who have taken part in the experiments, 95% release oxytocin, when treated nicely, and respond in kind.

What might inhibit the oxytocin response? Things like high stress, abuse in childhood that was early and severe in nature, some psychiatric disorders and the high testosterone of young men.

This study is one of the first bits of research in a new field known as neuroeconomics. No doubt you'll be hearing more about it, in the future.

Judge Roy Moore To Preside Over Obama Eligibility Case

Judge Roy Moore is one of my real life American heroes. He has always stood for the US Constitution, Bill of Rights and the laws of the state of Alabama. He also understands the importance of recognizing America’s Christian foundation and the principles of law based upon the Bible.

As Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, Moore defended the right to display the Ten Commandments at the state Supreme Courthouse. He lost his case, but believed that the law was still on his side. It resulted in him being removed from the state supreme court in 2003, but not without a great deal of public support for him and his position.
This past November, Moore defeated Democrat Bob Vance and won the election to return to the bench as the Chief Justice of the Alabama State Supreme Court. He was sworn back into office on January 11, 2013.
Now, Moore is about to take on another highly controversial case that could have national ramifications – the eligibility of Barack Obama to run or serve as President of the United States.
A lawsuit had been filed in Montgomery Circuit Court asking that Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman verify the eligibility of every candidate that was on the November 2012 state ballot. Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and current leader of Freedom Watch contends that there was sufficient evidence from an official source that questioned the eligibility of Barack Obama to run for president. Having that evidence, Chapman was obligated by state law to investigate and determine whether or not Obama was or wasn’t eligible to run, but she failed to do so. The court dismissed the case at the request of Obama’s attorneys.
Klayman has filed an appeal to the Alabama State Supreme Court to overturn the dismissal and require Chapman to do her sworn duty and verify the eligibility of all candidates on November 2012 state ballot. Klayman commented on the appeal going before Moore, saying:

“We are hopeful that Chief Justice Moore and the rest of the jurists on the Alabama Supreme Court will follow the law.”

“Klayman says he and his team ‘have great respect for Chief Justice Moore and his integrity and legal acumen.’”
“He is one courageous and brave man. There are few in this country.”
“It would be paradoxical beyond measure if the real and grave question of the legitimacy of the de facto President, a question which lies at the very heart of our American Constitutional Government, were left unresolved for want of the simplest of documents, a birth certificate.”

In 2010, Moore told WND that he had seen nothing that convinced him that Obama was a natural born US citizen and in fact, had seen a sufficient amount of evidence that indicated that he was not a natural born citizen and therefore not eligible to run for the presidency.
Moore is not one to crumble under the pressure of others as he exhibited in his fight for the Ten Commandments a decade ago. He is a man of very strong principles in law and justice and not afraid to rule accordingly no matter how unpopular that ruling may be among others.
Many people say this is a dead issue that he has already been elected and sworn into office and that nothing can be done, but hopefully, they may be in for a surprise. This may be our last hope, but as long as there is hope, we need to pray in earnest that Judge Roy Moore do the right thing according to the law and not according to the pressures from the White House.

The U.S Dollar is quickly losing its status as the world reserve currency. Five of the top ten economies in the world, plus a few others, no longer use the dollar as an intermediary currency for trade. This trend poses a huge risk to the dollar and the United States along with it. ZeroHedge points out today that Australia, the world’s 12th-ranked economy, has now joined a growing list of nations that have agreed to bypass the dollar in bilateral trade with China. China, ranked 2nd behind the U.S., also has similar agreements with Japan (3rd), Brazil (6th), India (9th), and Russia (10th).

OBAMA JUST THE WRAP UP?

A recent discovery by a private citizen after being railroaded in a Kangaroo Superior Court on a fraudulent and completely bogus foreclosure has revealed a dire situation in the State of Georgia. Further investigations are revealing that this situation is likely the case in all 50 states.

While researching Georgia law in preparation for filing an appeal on an unlawful court decision, John Reynolds, a private citizen of Georgia stumbled across the plain language in the Georgia codes, Title 45 Public Officers and Employees, Chapter 3 – Article 1, regarding the oaths of office required by law of “all persons who are employed by and are on the payroll of the state and are the recipients of wages, per diem or salary of the state or its departments and agencies…” (§ 45-3-11).

The language of § 45-3-12 reads as follows: “The loyalty oath required by Code Section 45-3-11, this Code section, and Code Sections 45-3-13 to 45-3-15 shall apply to all elected officers of this state, including the Governor, constitutional officers, elected officials of any political subdivision of the government of Georgia, and local school board officials.”

The next section, § 45-3-13 Form of Oath, reads as follows: The oath prescribed in Code Section 45-3-11 shall be in the following form:  “I_________(Name) a citizen of __________ and being an employee of ____________ and the recipient of public funds for services rendered as such employee, do hereby solemnly swear and affirm that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Georgia, and that I am not a member of the Communist Party.”

Mr. Reynolds, after reading the requirements under Georgia law on the loyalty oath went to the Monroe County probate court clerk and obtained certified copies of the oath of office and the loyalty oath of Judge Thomas H. Wilson, the Superior Court Judge who had presided over the unlawful foreclosure of his property. When comparing the loyalty oath Judge Wilson had sworn to and reading it over many times, he realized that there was something glaringly missing….

As you now clearly read above, the law expressly requires that “,I am not a member of the Communist Party.” to be included at the end of the Loyalty Oath and it is nowhere to be seen in the oath the not so honorable judge swore to. What does this mean?

Well for starters it means that all cases presided over by this judge since being unlawfully sworn in are null and void as he was not and is not a duly sworn officer of the court, public employee or elected official including the fraudulent foreclosure he was complicit in which prompted Mr. Reynolds to do the research which led him to this discovery. Even if his oath is retaken now and the omission corrected it is impossible to unring a bell and cannot correct what has already taken place. It also means that the illegal judge has no immunity for his acting under color of law from the bench.

Mr. Reynolds promptly filed suit against the judge in the Monroe County Superior Court on March 20, 2013, case number 2013-cv-167. At last inquiry the clerk has not docketed the case which in itself is a felony violation of her own oath of office.

Meanwhile Mr. Reynolds has enlisted help from friends and acquaintances around the state including this author to investigate the loyalty oaths of other judges and state office holders in other counties and the Capital. So far, not one lawful Loyalty Oath has been found, they are all illegal as they all are missing the required language regarding the Communist party. It appears the Communist party has completely taken over the state of Georgia and it also appears that the State of Georgia HAS NO DULY SWORN GOVERNMENT from bottom to top! This would certainly explain why our state is so willingly complying with UN Agenda 21, does not listen to the people and seems to take its marching orders from the current anti-American administration.

It was only a few days after Mr. Reynolds filed his suit that Judge Wilson telephoned the attorney that had represented him in the foreclosure case to protest the suit and insisted the case be dismissed. The attorney was not involved with Mr. Reynolds suit as Mr. Reynolds filed it under pro se status and is representing himself witho and handed the phone to the deputy, the theft was stopped.

It would se because the judge had immunity. Mr. Reynolds pointed out that since he is not a duly sworn judge, there is no such immunity and again refused to dismiss the case. The Attorney General’s office threatened Mr. Reynolds and stated if he did not dismiss the case he would be sued under § 915-14 for any and all attorneys fee’s and costs in the defense of the suit against the judge.

Mr. Reynolds had filed the necessary paperwork with the court to stop any further actions on the foreclosure and informed his County Sheriff that he had done so. Judge Wilson was fully aware of the fact but on March 28, 2013 he attempted to retaliate against Mr. Reynolds by sending Sheriff’s Deputies and a lock smith to remove Mr. Reynolds and his wife from their property illegally. The recently elected Sheriff, Mr. Brad White, a Constitutional Sheriff, had not been informed when his deputies were sent to Mr. Reynolds property but when Mr. Reynolds called the Sheriff and handed the phone to the deputy, the theft was stopped.

It would seem on its face to be a simple case of yet another unlawful and fraudulent foreclosure aided by the corrupt Superior Court system but this is of far greater import. First, there are as yet no legally sworn judges to preside over the case Mr. Reynolds has brought but of far greater concern is the fact that so far no other public official has been shown to be legally sworn either. After the attempt to terrorize Mr. Reynolds and his wife yesterday this author shared the information nationally including internet news sites and Georgia representatives in Congress. Soon after emails began coming in from other states informing her of identical situations. One notable instance of this situation of Communist takeover came from Alameda County California. Yes that is the same county in California which has been on the news this past week in regard to a County Commissioner who is due to retire with a pension paid by the local tax payers in excess of $470,000.00 per year for the rest of her life…. Hmmm with an illegal oath of office does anybody think that pension is collectible? 

Another researcher has indicated that this identical situation we have in our great state has been established in ALL 50 STATES! Americans across the country need to visit their local probate court clerk and obtain copies of the Oath of Office, Loyalty Oath and Surety Bond of at least one judge in that court and if they are in the correct county by all means procure the same on the Governor, State Attorney General and County Commissioners. Remember UN Agenda 21 has been implemented through regional planning commissions which are intended to REPLACE and do away with the office of County Sheriff, the highest law in the land!

I urge all citizens of Georgia to inform their County Sheriff so that he or she can take immediate steps to correct the error of their oaths as they are most likely not even aware of what has been done to them.  The County Sheriff is the first line of defense for the people and we the people must protect them in order for them to protect us.

Is the current D.C. Administration just the final wrap up of the long planned Communist takeover of our beloved country? I have only just touched the surface of the ramifications of this issue and I leave it to the people of Georgia to contemplate the rest of it. Look in the mirror fellow Georgians, YOU ARE THE ANSWER!
