Just this afternoon two explosions occurred near the finish line of the Boston marathon.

Update – 4:52pm EST: A fire was also detected at the JFK Library and could be related.
Update – 4:26pm EST: Two more explosive devises were found by police say intelligence officials making 4 devises total as of this time.
There are at least 2 people dead and more than 23 injured. 6 people are in critical condition, and 5 others are seriously wounded. 
The police continue to look for more Improvised Explosive Devices (IED’s).
Terror rhetoric has now started on many mainline outlets.
The FAA has instigated a NOTAM Alert, or a No-Fly Zone above the area.
It was also reported that smoke was seen near the public library as well.

Two explosions rocked the Boston marathon this afternoon after the race had already finished, causing panic and chaos.  As this article is being published the streets are still filled with chaos and no one has any clue what happened. 
So far no one has taken responsibility for these attacks, but it is likely that the government will soon be using this tragedy as an excuse to take away more of or natural born rights.
It is also important to note that this is a possible false flag attack, occurring directly in the middle of the “occult season of sacrifice” which takes place between March 19th and May 1st.
ABC News reported that:
Two explosions shattered the euphoria of the Boston Marathon finish line on Monday, sending authorities out on the course to carry off the injured while the stragglers in the 26.2-mile trek from Hopkinton were rerouted away from the smoking site of the blasts. Competitors and race organizers were crying as they fled the chaos. Bloody spectators were being carried to the medical tent that had been set up to care for fatigued runners.
About three hours after the winners crossed the line, there was a loud explosion on the north side of Boylston Street, just before the photo bridge that marks the finish line. Another thunderous explosion could be heard a few seconds later.
Runner Laura McLean of Toronto said she heard two explosions outside the medical tent.
“There are people who are really, really bloody,” McLean said. “They were pulling them into the medical tent.”
Cherie Falgoust was waiting for her husband, who was running the race.
“I was expecting my husband any minute,” she said. “I don’t know what this building is … it just blew. Just a big bomb, a loud boom, and then glass everywhere. Something hit my head. I don’t know what it was. I just ducked.”
Will Ritter, the spokesman for a Massachusetts Senate candidate, told NBC News that he heard what sounded like two explosions and saw smoke rising near the Boston Public Library. He said that he saw three fire engines and police running to the site.
“We heard two really large explosions in rapid succession, about a second apart from each other,” Ritter said. “Everybody kind of ducked and hit the ground.”

The last several years there was a belief going around in the new age community that extraterrestrials are going to help humanity create a new age of peace, love and justice on this planet. This idea has now shifted and what's going around presently is that most of the work of planetary transformation will be done by those individuals who happen to have a strong extraterrestrial connection--which is yet another distraction to fulfilling our higher purpose of creating a new world.
Everyone has a unique higher purpose
Everyone on this planet has a unique contribution that they are being led from within to fulfill. Some roles may be larger, others smaller, but there are no exceptions. You have a unique contribution, a higher purpose that only you can fulfill. Furthermore, everyone's soul has had extraterrestrial experiences, meaning experiences outside of this planet. You do not get to discount the importance of your contribution just because you don't consciously remember those experiences.
Extraterrestrials among us
I have received channeled messages from the Counsel of Light where I was told that I hadn’t lived many lifetimes on this planet; I was told that in fact I’ve had very few lifetimes here. The Counsel of Light also said that my soul origin was not from this galaxy. (Supposedly, most of the souls incarnated on this planet are from this Milky Way galaxy.) Another reader of my Akashic Records (the soul’s records) suggested that I am Arcturian, that my soul is known “throughout the galaxies,” and that I was commissioned to be here right now at this important time. But what was I supposed to DO with this information, other than relegating it into the category of interesting trivia that I stored on the back-burner of my mind?
I don’t see myself as anyone special; in school I happened to score high in left-brain topics such as logic but I was not born with any special psychic abilities and I’ve had to learn how to trust my inner guidance just the same as anyone else. In fact over a decade ago when I had learned of these extraterrestrial things and when it was time for me to begin my mission in earnest, I experienced a lot of chaos in my life, confusion and fear. If the Divine really wanted me to make changes in my life and take action towards this “mission,” I needed signs from heaven, I demanded. Like a child, I pleaded and I demanded signs from the Universe that couldn’t be misinterpreted. So how is this different than the difficult positions many individuals find themselves in today?

4-15-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Now, what we care about is the physical paper currency..which appears to retain it's face value...as stated differently. It is not saying "conversion" in this case, but "reductase" (or reduce) (4) trillion banknote currently in circulation (2.8) billion and banknotes. This supports the "collection of dinar" we have stated has been going on for some time and the "lack of liquidity" in banks, etc. Therefore, the physical paper dinar will retain it's printed face value...25,000 dinar is 25,000 dinar. So YES, they stating they are beginning to remove the zeros is a good thing and what we want to see. They are going to get this done. Turki is in Washington meeting with the powers to be. He is receiving his marching orders. The Common Law

The world is changing and the evidence is everywhere. It follows that being astute in managing your own affairs cannot be left to the minds and/or hands of another.  One source of inspiration to enrich my life is listening to the words of very accomplished people.  Donald Trump’s book showed me that rich people own nothing and control everything. In Warren Buffets book he takes great lengths to expound his hours and hours of research that went into his work before taking any action. Most profoundly, Steve Jobs left me with his sagely advice, “Stay hungry, stay foolish.”

I have put a great deal of thought and time  into the best techniques to manage my affairs - now and on into the future when I have departed. I have looked at many legal solutions of a family trust, Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), a corporation, and generation skipping trust, to name a few.

One solution that seems most suitable to me is a contract in the form of a business trust (link), which is similar to an express trust (link) and a spendthrift trust (link). These solutions are have their origins in common law. Very briefly, let me explain the difference between a legal solution (legal or law) and a common law (lawful) solution.  This subject deserves a lengthy explanation at some point but this is not the place. The legal world we live in was created long ago. It is based in corporate law that is established under the Washington DC cooperation: United States of America (USA) (link).  Laws are legal statues created, published, managed, and enforced via agents of sub corporations of USA. For examples, cites, police departments, water districts, and so forth. 

Common law, lawfulness, differs from the legal world in that it is based on contracts. Suffice it to say here that a contract can take many forms, but the key ingredients is that the parties in the contract recognize their roles and responsibilities. One decent resource for learning more about contracts is George Mercier’s book Invisible Contracts (link). To learn more about trusts you have gotta read Handbook of the Law of Trusts (link).

Every lawful contract must have these elements: Agreement (offer and acceptance) consideration, purpose, authentic assent, and be bi-lateral (two parties). A business trust is based on the Constitution  of the United States; Article l, Sec. 10, Para. 1. It is not a partnership or corporation or statutory trust, but a separate legal entity having its own common law identity. The document and all company business shall be kept private, protected by the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 USC 552(a), the Fourth and Fifth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, and the common law privacy rights available in the United States of America and every other applicable jurisdiction.

How To Run A Business Trust

A business trust is irrevocable, has Trustees that manage it, and it’s distributed to the holders of Trust Certificate Units (TCU’s). Yes, this organization, once put into being, is only dissolved or terminated when its’ assets are distributed to TCU holders by trustees. I like it because the trustees cannot be TCU holders and the Trustees have full power to manage all the of the organization affairs, or they can appoint a Managing Director to run the day to day affairs and then receive reporting at regular Trustee meetings.

TCUs may be surrendered to or transferred back to the organization subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees, but may not otherwise be pledged, assigned, hypothecated or transferred by a TCU holder without the consent of a majority in interest of all other current TCU holders. TCUs are be immune from seizure by any creditor of the TCU owner.

Purpose of Business Trust

This trust is a contract with provisions intended to create a common law contractual company, (also known as an Unincorporated Business Organization) for receiving, conveying or holding property in fee simple, and for providing prudent management of such property, and for conducting any legitimate business through appointed Trustees for the benefit of certificate holders. The Trustees shall hold both legal and equitable title to the trust estate, and shall act solely within their powers as provided herein and within their common law rights and immunities. The administration of this organization shall be amenable to judicial regulation and under the protection of the court. If any provision herein is unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless be carried into effect. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as an intent to evade or contravene any law, nor to delegate to the Trustees any special power belonging exclusively to a statutory company, franchise or incorporation.

In my opinion, 1) where most legal solutions provide little separation between the trust and the grantor, the business trust provides complete separation; and 2) a common law organization allows for a living solution as trustees have full power to manage all aspects of the organization, conversely legal solutions provide a meaningful solution only at death of grantor(s) to distribute the property. Lastly, without a doubt, there is more responsibility in establishing a trust vehicle and managing it as a Trustee then letting someone do it all for you. I have found this type of effort is very rewarding, yet is also requires my willingness to accept ongoing education both mentally and spiritually.

     Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union were briefly allies when dividing up Poland then between them. The Communist Party in America picked up this fluoride tactic and began a propaganda campaign in America that this was good as a preventive and protection against decay in teeth. The Communists wanted the American people docile while they controlled much of the news reported in America, changed American history courses to a Marxist theme, and used other tricks to control the American people as much as possible. They claimed that this test proved this was a great tactic to protect the teeth of Americans by adding fluoride to all drinking water in America. I know someone who lived in Evanston, Illinois when this all started in America and he lost nearly all his teeth later to tooth decay which showed the teeth protection claims were a bunch of con artist propaganda on the trusting, naive American people who trusted their politicians to do the right thing and be honest with them.
