We also know that food related allergies in America is increasing in a huge way.

We know that the new GMO wheat being planted today like Al Kada (Quaka), Monsanto, Dupont, The MEK (Muhajadeen Al Kaleek) and other organizatoins close to Lucifer.

So ere is a personal Story, and is very similar to a Navy Admiral I know as well):

Mary is a Social Butterfly. She has done well at work and at play and now is in a position in a very large Fraternal Organization to reach out and help literally Millions. Mary used to have an Iron Stomach and could eat anything.

About 2 1/2 years ago Mary went to Christmas Dinner and ate and ate and ate. On the way home she doubled over while driving on I-5 near Seattle and had to be taken home by a friend.

She started eliminating different kinds of meat - First Bacon, then Pork then Beef, Etc. Ne Effect - she was still sick.

The she started eliminating Wheat - BINGO - she felt better almost instantly.

Mary found out she was allergic to the NEW GMO Wheat, enough so that she went down for over a week form 1 stinking biscuit.

Last Week Marilyn went to Germany and ate Biscuits, Pretzels, Apple Strudel, Apple Pie, Fresh Bread - NO Reaction. Germany does not import Killer GMO Products.

GMO Wheat grown in America is Poison and it is logical to assume that since the Obama Regime is pushing these products then President Obama wants you, the American Citizen, Dead.

A matter for research, as the time avails itself, which is "not today,"
is this.

In the present rulings for the "federal" (as in national) system is the
notion that there is no such thing as a "right" to an appeal.

That notion having come up recently regarding the prospective review of
the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court rulings, it has retriggered
some considerable amount of reflection.

A right that is well-established is the "right to a fair trial."

How, though, is that right "protected?"

There has to be a Record, for example.  So, it makes sense that part and
parcel of the "right to a fair trial" is the "right" to the Record. 
(This is fundamentally at issue where the defendant can't afford to pay
for the Transcripts.)

But, really and truly, of what possible value is a Record without an
appellate court sitting in review?

As for the FISC rulings, if there's no "trial," then the direct
application of this thinking to that issue doesn't exist.  But, if there
are adversarial proceedings, then we're talking "trials," thus also
Records, or else the notion of a "fair trial" is not part and parcel of
that "secret court" system.

The right to a fair trial, while not associated with appeal at the
origin of the concept, probably wasn't what it should be when it
started.  In other words, was there really a "right to a fair trial"
where there wasn't also a "right to an appeal?"

We find in Scripture the instructions and advice by Jethro to Moses
regarding the structure of the judicial branch.  In the Midianite model
under Jethro, there were the trial courts over the smaller matters and
the trial courts over the larger matters and ultimately, then, a
presentation of the case to  some final decision-maker. This is the
model that Jethro proposed to Moses, so that Moses would be that high
court Justice entering the final ruling rather than the trial court
Judge for all matters.  However we look at that, it sure looks like an
appellate process.  Where Scripture is the source for the Common Law,
which is the foundational "choice of law" on which this nation was
founded (circa 1620), and where the model for the judicial branch is
plainly set forth with the notion of review, whether that's by "trial de
novo" or what we'd consider today to be an "appeal on the Record," which
are, arguably, two different things, the end result is that the notion
of trial always included the notion of review.

There's a difference between an appeal and a discretionary review. The
appellate courts exist for the appeal, and the high courts exist for the
discretionary review.  Discretionary review is just that,
discretionary.  But, the appeal isn't and shouldn't be "discretionary,"
or even subject to non-existence, as we may be finding as the policy of
the FISC.

The entire point about a "fair trial" is that to know whether what
happened constitutes a fair trial or not necessitates the associated
right of review, in the nature of an appeal.

This, then, is the hypothesis:  The right to a fair trial necessarily
also compels recognition of the right to an appeal.  The U.S. judicial
system, per Title 28, does not presently recognize a "right" of appeal,
which, in the context of this discussion, seems "unfair" and out of
place.  It seems curiously inconsistent.  That leaves review as
"discretionary," as if an appeal were as "discretionary" as the
"discretionary review."

If the Brits clobbered the appeal for whatever reason by the time we
separated from that system, should that "corruption" of the original
standard implemented by Moses still pass as the prevailing policy?

It may very well be the case that as of the separation from Great
Britain, there truly was no "right" to an appeal.  But, if not, then
there truly was/is no "right" to a fair trail, for without the
associated appeal of that trial, who's to say that what happened at
trial was "fair" or not?

For there to be a fair trial, there must also be an appeal.  The latter
is a necessary by-product of the former, and the former can't possibly
exist without the latter.

We start, then, with the hypothesis.  We then see where this leads.

TRAYVON MARTIN PROTEST LEADERS REVEALED

'Grassroots' group actually front for shady figures

Dream Defenders, the main group that has been agitating the protest movement surrounding the Trayvon Martin case, was spawned by activists employed by a who’s who of the race-hijacking radical left.

From the socialist-oriented SEIU union to ACORN to Occupy to a litany of George Soros-funded organizations, the deep connections behind Dream Defenders raises questions about the motivation of an organization that claims to be a grassroots effort working to oppose racism.

Dream Defenders has been leading Martin protests since the onset and has been credited with agitating for George Zimmerman’s arrest.

The group was behind the protests that blockaded the Sanford Police Department, demanding the police chief be fired for failing to bring charges against Zimmerman, who was acquitted of second-degree murder Saturday.

The small Community Relations Service at Eric Holder’s Justice Department facilitated a meeting between Dream Defenders and city officials that resulted in a Justice review of the police department.

Sanford police chief Bill Lee was ultimately fired. Lee has claimed he was dismissed for not arresting Zimmerman.

Dream Defenders further led protests and marches demanding Zimmerman’s arrest. Just prior to Zimmerman’s arrest in April 2012, the Justice Department reportedly phoned Dream Defenders to inform the group that Zimmerman was to be arrested within 48 hours.

The group is now organizing protests in the wake of Zimmerman’s acquittal. On Tuesday, Dream Defenders demonstrated outside the Seminole County Capitol building and other locations.

Dream Defenders bills itself as a nonviolent sustainable network of youth and student leaders fighting for social change. The group says it trains youth and students in civil disobedience, direct action and civic engagement.

The group is made up of students and recent graduates from several Florida universities and is openly backed by SEIU, the ACLU and the Soros-supported Southern Poverty Law Center.

The groups have held joint initiatives on many occasions. In January, for example, Dream Defenders, the ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center held a community town hall in Tallahassee “to discuss the issue of keeping our children in the school system and out of the juvenile justice system.”

Dream Defenders’ ties to these are other radical groups go much deeper.

WND found that Gabriel Pendas, Dream Defenders’ organizer, is also employed as “Lead Organizer” by the SEIU. Pendas has been organizing Dream Defenders’ marches for Martin.

Pendas, who openly identifies as a socialist, previously served as president of the heavily Soros-backed United States Student Association.

The student association is a member of the small Free Exchange on Campus, a group created to oppose the efforts of conservatives who speak at American college campuses. The group seems to mostly focus on opposing the campus education initiatives of former radical David Horowitz.

The far-left Rootscamp.com wrote that without Pendas “there would be no Dream Defenders.”

Continued the website: “With his leadership, within months, a sprawling organization uniting black and brown youth across the state was formed. We have now built the structure necessary to develop youth leadership while also directly challenging racial injustice, the prison-industrial complex, and the criminalization of minority communities.”

Meanwhile, Dream Defenders’ political director is Ciara Taylor, who also serves as campaign coordinator for the ACLU. She previously was community outreach liaison at the Southern Poverty Law Center.

A Dream Defender founder is Phillip B. Agnew, who also serves as the group’s executive director. Agnew is also listed as a paid SEIU organizer.

Nelini Stamp is a Dream Defenders director. In 2011, Stamp served as an organizer for the ACORN front group Working Families Party.

Stamp was interviewed as one of the earliest Occupy Wall Street organizers.

“We are actually trying to change the capitalist system we have today, because it’s not working for any of us,” Stamp said.

Stamp participated in the “Take Back the Dream” movement with Van Jones, the infamous former “green” jobs adviser to President Obama.

In a November 2012 piece she wrote for Prospect.org, Stamp hailed the organizing efforts of something called the Midwest Academy.

“The Midwest Academy and the Highlander Research and Education Center train organizers, but we have nothing like them in most states and localities. By 2016 and 2020, several more states will have become majority-minority, and we need to be able to shape that change,” she wrote.

Midwest is an activist organization described as teaching the tactics of direct action, confrontation and intimidation as advocated by notorious radical community organizer Saul Alinsky.

WND was first to expose that Obama himself funded the Midwest Academy when he served on the board of the Chicago Woods Fund from 1999 to December 2002 alongside unrepentant Weatherman terrorist Bill Ayers.

Much gratitude to Justin Deschamps and his new awesome blog, Stillness in the Storm, for putting out this great summary of Kiri's trip down to TSB Bank to deposit her value. If you have not listened to this incredible interview, the link can be found here. Justin does a great job at laying down the main points to be considered, and highlighting why this development will be a HUGE success, whether or not they take the hold off the $15M deposit. This, ladies and gentlemen, will be looked back on as a very necessary and crucial step in paving the way to where this all is headed. Buckle up TSB because the skies are likely to BE a bit turbulent ahead! :)

Kiri from, New Zealand, has done what many who have been following the former OPPT for the past few months have been dreaming about:

She deposited 15,000,000 Units of her value into TSB Bank.

There is a lot to this story and before we hash out the details lets get a major update out of the way.

Kiri was arrested on July 18th 2013 for Fraud and Attempting to Obtain Pecuniary Advantage. She was released that day and has scheduled a Hearing on Tuesday July 23rd of next week. The term Pecuniary Advantage means:

financial advantage that is dishonestly obtained by deception and that constitutes a criminal offense

Obviously depositing ones value cannot in reality be a crime, and this is a huge mistake for the Powers that Were. They are revealing to the world there system is a fraud; specifically checks in this case. I can tell you I have personally researched our Justice system, the Court Process, how commerce functions from top down and its all deceptive on the side of the consumer; for more information this read Judge Dale's eBook The Great American Adventure. To think they can charge Kiri with dishonestly obtaining value is totally with out logical or rational basis, as we will soon discover in the weeks ahead.

Kiri's Process

Again, what I am about to outline was taken from the interview between Brian Kelly, Lisa Harrison, Bob Wright and Kiri. The following is meant to briefly detail the process for comprehension not to be used as a method of depositing one's value.

(It is not clear as of yet what exact Documents Kiri used. We do have some of the Documents she used which can be found here)

• Step 1 - Kiri located an old check book from a closed bank account in her name.

• Step 2 - Kiri recorded these checks, which are negotiable instruments, as a security in the local UCC System using a Financing Statement and listing the checks as the negotiable instruments.

• Step 3 - Kiri sent letters, which were essentially, foreclosure flyers with a notice of intent to deposit value and a series of terms and conditions on how that deposit would work: 10% discount fee for the bank (this is a very good letter I encourage everyone to read it here). She also sent this information to the CEO's and Ministers of the Governments in question with specific instructions it not be addressed by lower level employees. This is her PUBLIC NOTICE of INTENT. Kiri is acting under the new lawful landscape with full transparency and liability. At every stage she has made public her intent and actions.

• Step 4 - Kiri walked into her bank and asked the tellers for the email address and correspondence information of the CEO stating she had a deposit of high level importance that could not be handled by lower level employee's. They informed Kiri that was not possible, but they would be able to deliver it for her if Kiri brought everything in.

• Step 5 - Kiri put together the documents, the negotiable instrument she filed on the UCC and handed it to the bank teller with a standard deposit slip made out with a cash value of $15,000,000.*

• Step 6 - The teller received her deposit and enters the value into her account and provides a deposit receipt. Kiri walks out of the bank and verifies the account balance at an ATM; everything checks out.

At this stage Kiri knows some reaction will occur, and it does.

A day after she makes the initial deposit her debit cards for the account get frozen. Kiri sends a notice to the Government about the deposit so they are made aware, and it just so happens at that very same time, her internet banking goes down. At this point Kiri is totally locked out of her Account. The value may be there still, updates pending in the weeks to come.

Kiri goes about her life and is pulled over by a police officer during her daily travels; they were probably sent to look for her. Kiri is charged with Fraud and Attempting to Obtain Pecuniary Advantage. During her incarceration she was coerced into signing release forms of some type which she did under duress and stated as much on the form itself. Kiri was also telling the public servants she encountered that her consent was NOT given for the proceedings at every stage of her interaction.

In a discussion on the night of July 18th 2013, related to Kiri's arrest, Lisa Harrison reported that Heather Ann Tucci Jarraff stated something to the effect (paraphrasing) "to claim the use of her check was revealing is Fraud is to reveal the fraud of the system itself."

The Mistake

1. The PTW are claiming fraud and dishonestly, yet Kiri made Notice of her intent at every stage. The courts will, during discovery, be forced to pull all of that public evidence into the hearing which is going to detail all of the foreclosure flyer information and more importantly their violation of the 3 day right to rescind on contracts; provided under Contract Law and the UCC. The bank violated this right when they froze her accounts less then 24 hours.

2. According to a comment made by Bob Wright, the basis for charging Kiri with fraud is because she was using an instrument of fraud: a check from a closed bank account. Yet our signatures on Negotiable Instruments are "monetized" all the time; The Deceptive Acts and Practices of the System are revealed by these actions.

To deny this DOV by Kiri is to deny every loan made for the past 50 years and more. This is a very big mistake, and as always the universe provides players to play their part. In this case the former TSB Bank had offered their hand.

Heather is putting together documents to assist Kiri and this will be a "Correction for that mistake." Heather is providing a:

Declaration of Value

I assume these documents will assist with Kiri, but also will help support future deposits of value or DOV's.

Interview with Lisa, Bob & Brian and Kiri of New Zealand- VITALLY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!

This is a vitally important interview that Lisa Harrison, Bob Wright and Brian Kelly did last night with Kiri in New Zealand.

Two nights ago Lisa sent me an excited message that a woman in New Zealand  had created her own Declaration of Value and had deposited $15 million of her value into her bank account- Lisa had all the copies of the deposit slips to go with this information.  Needless to say, it caused quite a bit of excitement.

The following morning, Kiri and Lisa contacted Heather and I to tell us that during their day time, Kiri had been arrested for "Fraud".

As soon as we got Kiri on a Skype call with Lisa to discuss all the details of who what where why when and how, it became very quickly apparent that everything was rolling out exactly as it should- Eternal Essence working everything exactly as it should be.

I will give you the short version from my side of it all rolling out:

Kiri writes up her own declarations and sends them to the CEO of her bank- marked private for his attention only.

Arrangements are made with the bank and she goes in with her declarations and an old cheque book from a closed account- she uses this cheque book as a place for the Value to be deposited.

The Bank is completely read to receive her, they know why she is coming and they accept her deposit of $15 Million of her value and give her a deposit slip showing her name, account number, and the deposit amount all dated July 16th.

The following day the police come to Kiri's house and arrest her for "fraud" due to the old chequeing account.

When Heather and I hear of Kiri's arrest and get the details from Kiri of exactly what happened, Heather just about laughs her ass off- followed by all of us, including Kiri- as we all realize exactly what the bank has done:  By declaring Kiri's use of a cheque as fraud, they are thereby stating all cheque books and accounts are Fraudulent and that their banking practices are fraudulent from top to bottom.  Not only that, but because THEY, the BANK, DEPOSITED the amount of $15 million into Kiri's account- THEY Admitted that her Value HAS Value and IS the VALUE!!!  By  arresting  her they not only have completely cancelled on their own ability to do "banking" - they assisted her to DO the "fraud" by not telling her it was "Fraud" at the moment that they deposited the Value into her account!!!!

Heather has fully discussed the issues with Kiri and is currently writing up a "Notice of Mistake" for Kiri to take to the bank- which will basically state that it was a mistake to use the chequing account to deposit her value, because it's obviously a fraudulent account and a fraudulent tool by a fraudulent financial agency.... and if she'd been INFORMED of that by the bank to begin with, she would never of made that decision to use that fraudulent tool to deposit her money!!!!

As my internet is seriously not behaving, and the interview was done well after midnight my time and I had  to tell Lisa there was no way I could stay up that late, lol, I haven't been able to listen to the interview myself yet.... but I guarantee that it will be AWESOME knowing what I do about Kiri, Lisa and and whole situation!!

This is yet another one of those things that NEEDED to happen before the Documents went out.

"I had no idea that they could foreclose," Tony Goodman tells me.
Neither did I, but Goodman's homeowners association did just that in April because he owed $769 in back dues.
"I owed the HOA very little money in comparison to what I owed my mortgage company and my mortgage company, which is Chase , bent over backwards to help me," Goodman adds. Even as he was working on a loan modification, Goodman's HOA, Lookout Canyon Creek in San Antonio, TXtook title to his home on the steps of the Bexar County Courthouse. They purchased the home for $2,019, about the amount of the dues plus attorneys fees.
Apparently this is not at all uncommon these days, as struggling borrowers let the dues slide, thinking it's more important to throw all their cash into their mortgage payments.
Thirty-four states allow for judicial foreclosures by HOAs, although the rules and redemption periods differ. The redemption period is the amount of time that a homeowner has to pay up all the dues and fees after the HOA has officially taken title to the home.
Texas has a 180 day redemption period.
Florida's is just 10 days.
"People don't understand that by failing to pay the association dues they can lose their home and be put in the street," says Florida attorney Robert Tankel. He represents HOAs in Florida and his business is positively booming.

"I hear the words Nazi and Communist used interchangeably probably twice a week," he adds, but he's gone from a staff of one paralegal and a receptionist just a few years ago to 17 paralegals and a much larger support staff. Tankel makes no apologies for what he does.
"The associations and their boards of directors have a duty to the people who pay and the duty is to collect the assessments."

Next Foreclosure Fight

Home owners associations are being hit hard by the housing crisis, with CNBC's Diana Olick.

He does have a point, cruel though it sounds, when you know Tony Goodman's story.
But the fact is that there are plenty of homeowners who pay extra to be in these communities specifically for the amenities they offer.
It's not just about mowing the lawns and shoveling the snow, these communities are often safer and cleaner and appreciate in value faster because of that.
Andrew Fortin of the Community Associations Institutemakes a compelling argument, saying that in some cases now, where HOA's are having serious delinquency problems with dues, new buyers are having trouble getting mortgages. Apparently big banks want to see healthy HOAs. Also, the HOAs have to pay their own bills to the service providers in the community. If they don't get the dues, then they fall behind as well.
This is not to say that Tony Goodman hasn't been going through hell, trying to negotiate a repayment plan with the HOA. He says the attorney for the HOA doesn't return calls, and he's unsure, even if he is able to pay the HOA back, that he'll eventually get his house back.
Texas redemption rules favor the homeowner a bit more than in Florida. Tankel says that in Florida, with just a ten-day redemption period, HOAs can actually profit on foreclosures for a short time.
"We call that the race to the courthouse steps because if there's a first mortgage foreclosure pending and the first mortgage foreclosure beats us to the courthouse steps, then they wipe out the association's claim of lien," says Tankel
