8-5-2013  Intel Guru TNT Tony   I got a call over the weekend saying the Qi Cards were activated...the cards went live...contractors, widows, retirees, the kurdistan region...how can some be at different levels?  How could one region be at 3.44 and rest 1166.   It's not our country, we don't get to dictate how it works.  They have been using them all weekend, they have changed the prices in the market...each one is at $3.44.  Did they have an RV?  Evidently they did. [post 1 of 3....stay tuned]

T - how can one region be at 3.44 and another at 1166? Maybe they're going in regions as they load the cards and they haven't gotten to everyone yet. It's not our country - this is how they do it.

T - over the weeked more and more cards came out loaded & activated and people are using their cards today, all over the weekend; they have changed their prices in the markets to reflect 3.44! Did Iraq have an RV? Yes, evidently they did.

T - One bank has gone back to their regular schedule and another bank has been given the time it will happen today - but everybody is frustrated. Whatever happens next won't involve Iraq. They have their RV now. It just has to go int'l.

T - There were some procedure changes at the bank. Some banks were notified yesterday that their CE procedures would change, that there's no need to negotiate because the rates are so great. The competition in that has changed. The US did not do all of this so one bank would get rich.

T - the banks will be competitive and you can have a group at any bank you can choose. They will offer you more incentives and perks and change the spreads for you. Wealth Managers & Private Bankers will have the authority to negotiate up front.

I know how the Dinar and Galactics are being portrayed as good and beneficial, but they are NOT, and they soon will lead the ignorant, unknowing, and those in denial to Lucifer. By now, Christians should know who is behind the Dinar and new system. There is NO excuse now for ignorance. All the signs were there. Very soon, it will be too late for those that will hold onto the Dinar and forbidden fallen angel technology all the way until the Day of Judgement happens, and they will have damned themselves to Hell.

There is no excuse for the Christians who have put their faith and happiness in the Dinar and Galactics. They should have known better

Real prosperity is heaven, not dinars and false promises.

No arsenic has been detected in the meat. The arsenic is called an anti-parasitic drug in the feed, but I believe the arsenic works synergistically with lysine to produce rapid weight increases. Lysine and other factors assist in the transmutation of arsenic to phosphorus and other elements needed by chickens. Last year, a professor in California reported finding a bacteria thriving in the waters of a lake in northern California that was high in natural arsenic. The bacteria was using arsenic in the same molecules where phosphorus is found. A month later, another scientist slammed his discovery; effectively removing the achievement from further publication. Both scientists were using the same micro-sampling techniques that are now standard to all labs. If the older technology of stoichiometry (not standard in labs) had been used. there would have been a loss of arsenic and a gain in phosphorus proving the first scientist correct. In micro-sampling, other elements intruding into the test samples are assumed to be contaminants from unknown sources. Micro-sampling gives a narrow view of biochemistry. Transmutation common in all living bodies, but is being ignored. Arsenic is a poison, but iron is too. Living systems have been created to use toxic elements. Haemoglobin's iron is probably from chlorophyll's magnesium. Supplementing iron through the gastro-intestinal tract has never worked. Iron is transmuted from other elements. Arsenic in tiny amounts has probably been used by all living systems to "fix" phosphorus to the bones and assist in the adenosine triphosphate (ATP) reactions. Birds are miraculous. The flight muscles on all birds are the strongest and most efficient muscles anywhere. Chickens do not fly as far as ducks but they use their food and nutrients as well as ducks do. Ducks can fly from northern Canada to the Gulf of Mexico on a few kilograms of duckweed. Considering that the summer feeding lakes of northern Alberta and the Northwest Territories are contaminated by arsenic leaching out of the Athabaska tar sands, ducks and geese have been doing very well for millennia. With the extraction of millions of barrels of synthetic light crude from the same tar sands, arsenic levels in the Athabaska River have risen remarkably; causing tumours on the fish of the river and harm to the people down river. Yet Canadian Geese, in the tens of millions, nest and thrive in the same waters. The flight muscles are using alternate energy sources in the food they eat. They are using 700 percent of the available biochemical calories in duckweed. Considerable energy must be derived from the transmutation of the elements in duckweed including Guano is composed of saltpetre, chemically potassium nitrate. Bats also create the same end product and are probably using the same transmutations in their flight muscles. It is interesting that the proposed Keystone Pipeline from Alberta to Texas follows the same path as the Great Mid Continent Migratory Flyway. The synthetic light crude is to be piped to refineries on the Gulf Coast and the arsenic from the same tarsands ends up as guano on the same coast. Good luck to the environmentalists who want to clean up the Gulf. If chickens derive the same transmutation energy from arsenic and other elements, then they might be gaining seven grams of weight for every gram of fortified feed they receive. In the Matt Damon movie "The Insider," the lead role is a scientist employed by Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) who discloses to federal authorities that ADM is colluding with other companies in price fixing of high fructose corn syrup. ADM pays out hundreds of millions in fines. A bit of dialogue by the scientist reveals that ADM has a monopoly on lysine (also derived from corn) which is added to feed for chickens. Chicks on this feed will put on weight rapidly. The inclusion of arsenic with lysine might have been an ADM corporate secret. The movie ends with the scientist in federal jail for fraud as he too profited from the price fixing. (or was he railroaded by ADM in revenge?) ADM, the largest buyer/seller of corn in the world, has also profited on ethanol produced from corn. With the transmutation of arsenic, none of the meat shows any of the toxic non-metallic element. Nature has taken care of this element and converted it into fat, bones and protein. On the day that almost two dozen U.S. embassies and consulates across North Africa and the Middle East are closed following the identification of a significant threat from an al-Qaeda affiliate, a senior U.S. official is providing new details about the communications intercepted from the terrorists, telling ABC News that al-Qaeda operatives could be heard talking about an upcoming attack. The official described the terrorists as saying the planned attack is “going to be big” and “strategically significant.”
“The part that is alarming is the confidence they showed while communicating and the air of certainty,” the official said, adding that the group — Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula — appeared to have a media plan for after the attack.
Authorities do not know the exact target of the planned attack, according to the official.
“We do not know whether they mean an embassy, an airbase, an aircraft, trains,” the official said.
Today on “This Week,” Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger, D-MD — the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee — said the intercepted communications called for a “major attack.”
“We received information that high level people from al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula are talking about a major attack,” Ruppersberger said. “And these are people at a high level.”
“It’s a very credible threat and it’s based on intelligence,” Ruppersberger continued. “What we have to do now is the most important issue, is protect Americans throughout the world.”
Ruppersberger also commented on the threat’s al-Qaeda connection, saying “We know that al-Qaeda and other people out there want to attack us and kill us and our allies.”

The senior U.S. official said there is concern about devices that could be implanted inside the body of a terrorist.
“We are concerned about surgically implanted devices,” they said. “These are guys who have developed the techniques to defeat our detection methods.”
The official also said authorities were stunned that the group broke “operational security” — meaning they talked likely knowing it would be picked up by intercepts.
ABC News reported Thursday that embassies across the Middle East and North Africa - including those in Egypt, Iraq and Kuwait – would close today because of “a specific threat against a U.S. embassy or consulate.”
The next day, the State Department issued a global travel warning to all U.S. citizens around the world, alerting them to the “continued potential for terrorist attacks.”
During an interview for “This Week,” Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey told Martha Raddatz that there is “a significant threat stream and we’re reacting to it.”

While some server sites are known NSA-Echelon spy stations of the Five-Eyes — US, UK, CA, AU and NZ — many of the server sites are shown at, or near, national capitals. These may be symbolic locations or, intriguingly, may indicate X-Keyscore servers at US embassies.
A surprise is the dot at Moscow. Another is a site shown in south-central China, far from Beijing, located nowhere obvious (a long-shot: it’s a covert server).
The NSA station in Hawaii where Edward Snowden worked is not shown on the map.
There are about 85 red dots on the site map which claims “approximately 150 sites,” with 25 of the dots along the Antarctica coast.
Dots appear to be shown in 51 countries, plus seemingly circumscribed Anarctica. The densest concentration is in Europe, Middle East, South Asia, Central America. But none shown in top of the world, CA, NO, SW, IS, PT, most of South America, the Pacific and Atlantic islands, a slew of others.

HSBC, the biggest British bank and second biggest company on the British Stock Exchange (FTSE 100 Index) with a capitalisation of 102,7 billion British pounds on July 6, 2012, is obviously bankrupt.

This is the beginning of the worldwide financial collapse that will start with a bank crash and closure of all major banks worldwide in August 2013 as predicted by myself in a series of articles on the final ascension scenario, the latest one as of yesterday:

Before you can truly realize the scope of this stunning news, just issued by BBC, please observe that the motto of this huge international bank conglomerate on its official Internet website http://www.hsbc.com/ is:

“Connecting Customers to Opportunities”

Only recently, Stuart Gulliver, HSBC Group Chief Executive, discussed the Group’s performance for the first quarter 2013 as follows:

“We have had a good start to the year, with growth in reported and underlying profit before tax.”

This same bank has been involved in the last decades in virtually every possible major scandal, crime and fraud in the banking sector that one can conceive  - from rigging libor interest rates, laundering mafia and narco traffic dollars from all over the world, and especially from South and Central America, but also Asia, to insider trading, tax evasion, etc., etc. It is the classical Orion bank of the British ruling Reptilian elite around the Rothschild family and its true name is  ”High Society British Crime” bank.

What this bank has just done, is without a precedent in the banking history: HSBC has announced that it has decided to close without any previous warning the bank accounts of forty major diplomatic missions and embassies worldwide, including the Vatican, without giving any explanation for this unique move. Thus, this bank has practically disconnected its clients from the financial system in an blatant contradiction to its company motto.

This haphazard decision may explain why the US government decided to close all their embassies in the Arab world and elsewhere and not because of alleged terror danger.

Only on May 15, 2013  the HSBC group announced a massive cut of 14 000 jobs contrary to the optimistic statements of its CEO about the future perspective of this Orion bank.

The official British-Orion channel BBC must have been so overwhelmed by this news that it was unable to hide its perplexion about the dreadful fall of the first domino piece in the financial sector that will lead to a cascade of huge bank collapses in the coming days. This is the beginning of the end of the Orion monetary system and the first palpable sign for the imminent coming of the MPR, the ID Split and the detonation of the PAT supernova.

Havoc as HSBC Prepares to Close Diplomatic Accounts

 HSBC bank has reportedly asked more than 40 diplomatic missions to close their accounts as part of a programme to reduce business risks.

The Vatican’s ambassadorial office in Britain, the Apostolic Nunciature, is among those said to be affected.

The head of the UK’s Consular Corps told the Mail on Sunday the decision has created “havoc”.

The Foreign Office has been in touch with HSBC, stepping in to help diplomats open other bank accounts.

HSBC said embassies were subject to the same assessments as its other business customers. They need to satisfy five criteria – international connectivity, economic development, profitability, cost efficiency and liquidity.

A spokesman said: “HSBC has been applying a rolling programme of “five filter” assessments to all its businesses since May 2011, and our services for embassies are no exception.

“We do not comment on individual customer relationships.”

The Mail on Sunday reported that the High Commission of Papua New Guinea and the Honorary Consulate of Benin have also been asked to move their accounts within 60 days.

Bernard Silver, head of the Consular Corps, which represents consuls in the UK, told the paper: “HSBC’s decision has created havoc.

“Embassies and consulates desperately need a bank, not just to take in money for visas and passports but to pay staff wages, rent bills, even the congestion charge.”

John Belavu, minister at the Papua New Guinea High Commission, said: “We’ve been banking with HSBC for 22 years and for them to throw us off in this way was a bombshell.”

Lawrence Landau, honorary consul of Benin, told the paper his mission had been having trouble finding a new bank.

He said: “We have been trying everyone but all the UK banks are clamming up.” (This is the actual key news, George)

Suspicious accounts

Embassies are treated like business customers by banks as they generally use services like cash and payroll management and can take out loans.

They also have to pay for ambassadorial accommodation and costs such as school fees for the children of diplomats – expenses that are difficult to meet without a valid UK bank account.

They are sometimes considered to be at risk of money laundering activities because of their political exposure and banks have been warned in the past for failing to flag up suspicious accounts.

The Riggs National Bank in Washington was fined and later sold off after a 2004 US Senate report revealed executives in its embassy business had helped Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet hide millions of dollars.

HSBC was fined $1.92bn (£1.26bn) by US authorities last year after it was blamed for alleged money laundering activities said to have been conducted through its Latin American operations by drug cartels.

The bank admitted at the time that it had failed to effectively counter money laundering.
