Chapter Three, The New Scriptures as Written by Sananda/Jesus
It is I, Sananda.
It has long been believed that God punishes those who do not believe in him or that those who do not accept the concept of One God will be condemned to a terrible afterlife. Along with that belief system is often included the belief that those who do not accept me, Jesus, as their Savior will suffer a similar fate - burning in Hell, or cast out of the glory of Heaven.
I wish to state emphatically and without conditions that none of these beliefs are true. Let me respond to each part of these familiar and pervasive beliefs.
1. God does not punish, and neither do I. We see punishment as cruel, unacceptable and ineffective.
2. There is no place, Hell. You create your own life and the conditions of your afterlife by your own actions and efforts during your lifetimes on Earth and elsewhere.
3. There is One Prime Creator, the One we refer to as The Father of Creation. He does not require that anyone worship him/her. He is the Creator of all Creators, the God's God, as you might say. He is One, and he is not male or female.
4. Prime Creator is the beginning and the Source of all. He created me, and he created the one you also refer to as your personal God, the Mother/Father God who are the Creators of the Milky Way Galaxy. They are One, and they are both male and female.
5. Mother/Father God have been known by many names: Yahway, Jehova, Allah, Shiva, Alcyone, Mother Sekhmet, Zorra and Saraya to name a few. Notice that most of these names are male. This will change, to reflect the truth of their equality.
6. I do not think of myself as your Savior, and I do not wish to be worshipped. I am the one who is here to guide and oversee the Ascension of all humankind of Planet Earth. It is my great desire to be of service, and to offer Love, comfort, healing and support to all, regardless of what religious practices they have aligned with in the past. I see all as my Brothers and Sisters.
7. Mother/Father God and I, along with all humankind, designed this Earth Project which was to allow the greatest possible opportunity for growth as souls - those souls who are the children of Mother/Father God as well as others who come from other planets and galaxies to experience the challenging learning environment which is life on Planet Earth.
8. God is Love. I am Love. Compassion, Forgiveness, Hope, Harmony and Joy are Love. When you feel and act on these feelings, you are One with Us, and We are One with You.
There is another common idea I would like to address here. It is that what we expect of you as human beings is obedience to our Word. Your definition of obedience carries with it the idea of subservience to another. This is not what we wish for or desire. Human beings on the 3-dimensional Earth plane have had free will.
1. Human beings are intelligent and capable of independent thought and action during their incarnation on the Earth plane in its third dimensional state. This condition offered a special challenge. Without knowledge of what is past or future, or what exists outside your Earthy existence, you are required to find your way to the highest level of functioning of which you are capable. In the process, most of you also discover the connection in your hearts, which is innate in your make-up, to your Creators and to me.
2. We celebrate your independent growth and exploration. We do not wish to suppress or limit your discoveries or your learning opportunities. With this as the backdrop for your growth, we understand that all explorers will experience mistakes, mishaps, accidents and even deliberate deviations from what would serve the Greater Good.
3. We see that you use your mistakes to learn and to evolve to higher consciousness. This is a many-lifetime process, and we will wait, watch and listen with patience as you work your way through trial-and-error experiences until you find your own inner guidance, which is your connection to God.
4. We do not interfere in your lives, even when things may go badly, or when you may indulge in what you might call criminal behavior, or destructive actions. We are bound by our contract with you to allow you to work through your lessons throughout your lifetime until you find your answers by experiencing the consequences of those actions, either within a single lifetime, or during your afterlife review, when you see your own actions with the feelings and the eyes of those you affected.
4. There is no punishment for transgressions during this life. Even murder may be understood as self-defense and therefore forgiven. Those who have lost a connection to their hearts, who have become Dark Hats by choice and by preference are welcomed back into the fold if they should desire to be in the LIght. If not, they may eventually be un-Created, their molecules dispersed into the All That Is, but that would be by their own choice, not ours.
5. Because we understand and see that your lives here in human bodies are but a moment in the experience of your life as a soul, this existence is no more important or precious than any moment in your soul development. We value human life as a part of the Great Plan of Soul Ascension, not as an end in itself, because there is no end.
6. We see you as souls in Ascension, housed temporarily in the bodies you have accepted to carry you through this lifetime. The gender, environmental conditions and challenges you were to experience here were planned by you, as your Higher Self, during your sojourn with us in higher dimensions. In spite of our deep compassion for your difficulties, if we were to intervene to prevent the pain or difficulties you experience here, we would be breaking the first Universal Law which was laid down by Prime Creator - that of non-intervention by one in power over others.
7. We understand that once this lifetime is over, pain and suffering are gone, serving only as the memory/impetus for greater depth of understanding, empathy and compassion for others. From this higher dimensional perspective, which is shared by all souls between incarnations, the greater the challenge, which may even include great pain, starvation, suffering and violent death, the more powerful the learning experience.
8. We understand that this higher dimensional perspective is opposed to what you feel and think during your lifetime here, and we are sympathetic to the conflict you experience when you see others suffering. We encourage you efforts to alleviate suffering on the planet, but we have also cautioned  you that individual contracts must not be interfered with.
9. Now, in August, 2013, because Mother Earth has ascended to the 5th dimension, and because you are expected to move with her as a group, all soul contracts which called for great challenges and difficulties are hereby suspended, provided your Higher Self is in agreement with this. Any continuing agreements would be part of previous planning because of the unique conditions of the approaching Ascension. It is the responsibility of each soul to assess and understand what this new freedom implies.
10. We admire and respect the progress a soul is able to make in the direction of feeling, seeing, thinking and knowing the Love of God during a life in 3rd dimensional reality. Rather than obedience, which would be imposed from without, we see this as a triumph of growth - the inner-directed ability to reach a high level of consciousness while still on the lower vibrational Earth plane. This is Universally seen as a triumph of soul development.
11. Because of the myriad difficulties a soul may experience in one lifetime on Earth, this Project is seen throughout the Cosmos as a highly-respected endeavor - something like the Olympics of soul growth - and a much-desired opportunity. The privilege of being able to spend a lifetime on Earth has long been seen as a highly-prized test of one's mettle, resilience, stamina and Faith. We ask only that you respect your opportunity to experience life here as the gift it is, and that you use it accordingly.
12. We ask that you consider these words carefully; ponder them well, for in this message we give you the answer to your question: What is the meaning of Life? When you understand fully the meaning behind this Project which was of your own making, you will also know that there is no reason for complaint, no oppression of your Self by Us. There is no reason for self-inflicted guilt for what you regret, what have done so far, because at any moment, you can turn to the Light, join with Us in Love, and you will at that moment achieve Salvation, of your own accord. Salvation, from our perspective, means relief from delusion, Darkness, anguish and pain, and Ascension to a higher level of consciousness. This is the goal of all souls in the Cosmos.
Join Us in Love, Peace, Compassion and Harmony, and you will know the Joy of One.

Not Crimes Against American People The misnomer here is the misconception (two misses, hmmmmm!) that the provision of a service such as Lavabit is somehow a 'crime against the American people', when, in fact, it is a crime in name only, against a despotic mafia organization that pretends to be the Organic United States government. I do sincerely hope that most readers of this site understand that the Corporate commercial entity masquerading as government is a private organization, and their declaration of crimes against them are more in the nature of contractual breaches, if in fact you have willingly and knowingly contracted with them. NEGATE THAT PRESUMPTION. At Common Law, the only crime being perpetrated here is the fraudulent pretense whereby people are led to be induced into a contract about which they have absolutely no knowledge or willful intent whatsoever. THAT CONTRACT IS VOID! PERIOD. Lavabit, if it has knowingly and willingly agreed to uphold the violation of private rights by fraud, is in fact guilty of perpetrating a fraud upon those who it induced to enter into contracts with it, and with the private corporate (pretended) government, which acts in a private commercial capacity, and in no sense represents the Organic Constitution that has been held out as the instrument of the People (whoever they might actually be). So the American people have no exposure through Lavabit's provision of legitimate services if in fact Lavabit never contracted with the people in the organic sense beyond the obvious offer of services outside the purview of the corporate mafiosa government. To Make matters worse… The Fukushima plant sits smack in the middle of an underground aquifer. Deep beneath the ground, the site is rapidly being overwhelmed by water.
What happens when you pour hundreds of thousands of tons of water (400 metric tons each day times 2.5 years times 365 days in a year equals 365,000 metric tons of water) onto soil which sits above a massive aquifer?
The spent fuel pool at Fukushima Unit 4 is the top short-term threat to humanity, and is a national security issue for America.
Literally everybody should be keping track of this, why TEPCO seems to be the only ones handling it is beyond me. This is anational security threat to humanity, to earth and every living thing on it. Its a holocaust in the making. Slow, painful and deadly. TEPCO is overwhelmed and have proven their inability to contain this situation. Ever read Stephen King’s “Under the Dome”? That is what they should do to Fukushima. Encapsulate it, seal it off and get rid of it, ship the whole thing out to space orsomething (which is impossible i know).

Here is a Scenario for you.. Let's say you want to leave the country. Almost All international flights fly to a coastal city and then leave the U.S. If you are on their list, you ain't going no where. Your electronics will be confiscated and possibly never returned. All at the whim of the agent who is having a bad day.
Notice how some states are completely constitution free (according to DHS)..

In what should be front page news blasted out nationwide as a breaking news alert, the DHS has openly established extensive ‘Constitution free zones’ in which your Fourth Amendment does not exist.
It’s not ‘conspiracy’ and it’s not fraud, the DHS has literally created an imaginary ‘border’ within the United States that engulfs 100 miles from every single end of the nation. Within this fabricated ‘border’, the DHS can search your electronic belongings for no reason. We’re talking about no suspicion, no reasonable cause, nothing. No reason whatsoever is required under their own regulations. The DHS is now above the Constitution under their own rules, and even Wired magazine authors were amazed at the level of pure tyranny going on here.
This ‘border’ even includes where the US land meets oceans in addition to legitimate borders with Mexico and Canada. What’s even more amazing, is that this has been going on since 2008. That’s about 5 years of absolute unconstitutional abuse of power by the Department of Homeland Security that the media fails to even document. That’s 197 million citizens living without a Constitution as far as the DHS is concerned, and apparently the Department of Justice (DOJ) must be pretty content too. Amazingly, no one has challenged this besides the ACLU, which was contacted following the case of a man who was actually detained within the 100 mile ‘border’ area.
Not only was this man’s laptop searched for no reason, as is ‘allowed’ under DHS code now, but they ended up finding pictures designated to be linked up with ‘terrorist’ groups. In response, the man was thrown in a cell while DHS agents went through every piece of data on his entire laptop. The ACLU is now suing over this event, but there’s no telling how the case will go with such limited media exposure. The DHS is literally gutting the Constitution and declaring itself higher than the law of the land by doing this, and it spells out major trouble for the entire Bill of Rights at large.
DHS DISMISSES CONSTITUTION, BILL OF RIGHTS
Because if the DHS can simply ‘overrule’ the Fourth Amendment for 197 million citizens, it can also ‘overrule’ the First and Second Amendments as well. What’s stopping them? It’s highly illegal under the Constitution, but it appears they truly don’t care. And to demonstrate just how little they truly care, they have even gone and ‘reviewed’ themselves for their own actions following outcry from some legal experts.
To break it down: back in 2008 there was outrage from those who actually value the Constitution and understand how the bloated DHS entity works, so the DHS promised to prove within 120 days that what they were doing was constitutional and legal. Years later, the report came out to reveal that the DHS actually reviewed itself and determined that it was acting 100% properly. It also founds that everything it was doing was ‘constitutional’ because it was not actually removing the Constitution from United States soil, only the ‘border’.
The ‘border’ that expands 100 miles and includes 197 million people.
This news should be on the front page of every single news organization in the world, but the sad reality is that it’s not.

Vatic Note: Well, here we are again.... the old left vs right, paradigm when there is not 2 cents worth of difference between them, not with respect to what they "say", but rather to what they "DO", which is the same thing in both parties. I find very few of us out here disagree with that statement these days. Thats in both parties too. I am finding more and more are going to register as unaffiliated, rather than for any one party. Its the only way.
After all, Obama, once elected on a call for change, has simply finished what George W. Bush started. No one is calling that "change" as we know it to mean. We could enumerate on that, but I have decided to cut down my Vatic Notes, as a troll, er.... I mean a reader commented that valuable info is lost with my asking questions and then answering them. So lets try it this way for a while and see how everyone likes it.
I like this idea below for solving our foreclosure problems, lets see if it passes the supreme court test, since they are as sold out as the congress and white house. Its one way to make certain for sure that the Court is also run by a foreign occupying country similar to Homeland Security. Just check out who was appointed in both the Bush and Obama terms.
Its no secret the foreign occupying country's dual citizens have taken over the court now. So decisions will be interesting. Hopefully, I am wrong. That would be nice. But so far, decisions coming down support what I am saying.

Here on the European continent, the bureaucrats who run the EU have recently proven to the world how much a 'government guarantee' is really worth. We've been discussing in this column lately how the modern banking system is a total fraud-- that dictatorial control of 70% of the world's money supply has been awarded to just four central bankers. And that the vast majority of banks, especially in the western world, are laughably illiquid... and very thinly capitalized. But most people never really worry too much about their banks. We're told, pratically since birth, that banks are safe, responsible, conservative financial stewards. This belief is universally held as truth across society. And to cap it all off, we're told that the government will step up to backstop any bank losses and ensure depositors don't lose a single penny. The numbers obviously tell a very different story. In the US, for example, many banks hold less than 3% of their customer deposits in cash, and they have to use clever accounting tricks and off-balance sheet vehicles to mask the true health of their balance sheets. And the FDIC, which is supposed to bail out US depositors in the event of a crisis, has a mere 1.35% of total US deposits in cash. This isn't safe. This isn't conservative. It doesn't even register as a drop in the bucket. There's a term for this. It's called capital controls. And it's something that almost every bankrupt government in history has resorted to using. Capital controls are essentially a restriction on the free-flow of capital. It can take a number of different forms-- gold criminalization, bank account confiscation, foreign exchange restrictions, etc. But at the end of the day, the effect is the same-- capital controls are just another way of transferring wealth from citizens to the government, like dairy cows to a farmer. Meanwhile, across the water, I am sad to report that a number of secure email platforms like Lavabit and Silent Circle, have now folded under intense pressure from the United States government. Lavabit was an email service used by Edward Snowden. From the very cryptic message that CEO Ladar Levison left on his website, it appears that he has been approached by the NSA to turn over email records. Rather than work with the NSA, Levison has shuttered his operations. And to boot, Silent Circle CEO Mike Janke announced that his organization was pre-emptively discontinuing its email platform 'Silent Mail'. Janke says he sees the writing on the wall and knows "USG [US government] would come after us." [FLPatriot59] TONY: Good morning, TNT! We're doing what we can to accommodate as many people as we can. We are the largest volume on HD in their entire business and they're trying to work it out.

 T - Today is Friday, Aug 9 and it's a great day and it's going to get better! At 7PM EST last night, something you've been waiting for 10 year for, absolutely did occur. People jumping up and down, excited.

 T - the issue now is how to get you there in an orderly fashion. It's going to be an exciting day! The one will do later today will be better. Not sure what time, but later today and it will be better. I'm highly anticipating doing a call later today.

T - everything everybody was saying last night about the cards not being loaded, waiting 15 days, etc. are all saying NOW. They're all getting the same info at this point

T - people at the banks were excited last night and are in this morning. They came in early today and have been sent to lunch early, already, an extended lunch, so there will be no excuses when they have to work extended hours.

 T - this is the last time I'll say this: people are posting about the groups and what they're saying is completely wrong. Remember what I told you. They are putting this info out because they think 80% of you will fall in the same group rate.

FLPatriot59] T - more than one bank is accepting groups so you can get the best possible rate you can. After that, I have a simple, simple plan. Here's something very easy to follow and you'll be more than okay: when you get your money,

1.set aside 50% not to be touched before February 2014 (6 months) so it'll cover any tax situation you might have. If you fail to do this and they come out with a new tax in Jan/Feb, you'll regret it the rest of your life.

2. take 25% and put your money to work for you forever.

3. Take the other 25% and do the things you want to do (vacations, homes, etc.)

 T - I was also hoping at this time to be doing something else. It was scheduled for first thing this morning and it didn't. I do have a time, but they're concerened. There are people sitting in bank parking lots and they don't want them there.

T - After today's mad rush is over with we should see some different things. Regarding the Qi-Card posted in the Forum, I clearly stated on the call it was a Contest Card, not the Qi-Card. TEXT REC'D FROM IRAQ: Qi cards are loaded and cannot be used without new rate. Do not worry and know all cards are loaded with new money."

 T - our problem is that we want everything to go by our rules, i.e, we want phone cards to be used as phone cards, not contest cards, or ATM cards. But their cards are multi-use.

 T - 24 hours from now it won't even matter. The rate is still an outrageous. The street rate is outrageous and it's at more than one bank as soon as tomorrow morning. I'm just putting it out there. I'll be the 1st one, the RV isn't here until we can go to the bank.

 T - If the banks had been opened last night (late) and we had been there you would have been abnle to walk out with cash. That changed this morning and was done for a purpose. They do not want CHAOS.

 T - Banks that said before they would not be involved in the CE have received memos saying they are now involved. Bankers are calling and apologizing to the peeps they told they wouldn't be CE'ing.

 TONY: Q&A STARTING: If you ask me, I'll tell you everything (except the time)

 C - If all this commerce is going on in Iraq ($5B contract with Boeing, etc.), why would they not open it all to the rest of us? T - they absolutely do want to give it to us. It's just a timing thing for the other economies. These are gov'ts making deals with notes to be paid in 90 days.

 C - High percentage for tomorrow banking? T - very high. This morning they fully expected to see you walking in the door today. I'm not making the post. Okie will still make the announcement when it's time and I think today is going to be a great day!

 C - restrictions on cashing in IQD? T - they're trying to make it orderly and make it fair to all so all banks are involved. They are telling their people they had a system in place and now don't think it would work so at the last minute they had to make adjustments, mainly because in one state they're camping out in the bank parking lots.

 C - plan on doing a call today? T - I plan on doing another one today. Tomorrow I want to be out spending money!

C - a lot going on this weekend, i.e., kids going back to school, I think it'll be Mon or Tues? T - not all all, stuff is going on in DC, yesterday thru the night and today. Everybody is happy. We're in a good place to be and your turn is coming. The system is working and is completed. It's only a time thing for today.

 T - at 7PM EST last night everything change. Your whole world changed and you just didn't know it!

 C - are you saying that we're going to RV today? T - there's no reason for it not to.

 C - what's the VND? T - over $2

 C - regarding banks, my attorney said some of the bigger banks will ask where it's coming from? T -I don't know with $ being wired in/out why they might ask. Banks can give you a letter certifying that your funds are clear and good (Clean & Clear Letter). You should get 10-20 copies of those letters to have for house payoffs, car loan payoffs, etc.

T - Clean Clear FUnds of Non-Criminal Origin = CCC

 C - how close are you on this info; where did you get it from? T - Iraq, the banks, 3-letter agencies, call center people, the guys who are going to CE you, bank executives, etc. from so many sources yesterday that everybody was giddy.

C - IQD rate? T - as of this morning in double-digits. As soon as the RV happens I can tell you what rates are in 3-4 banks, bottom and close to top rate.

 C - if all banks are going to be equal, do we have to wait for the 800 number? T - the VND you can walk in any bank. With the IQD there is a limit on what you can do as a walk-in. They will give you a number to call and you will give you a location to go to that will not be an ordinary bank.

 T - they are limited in what they CE at one time and the rate is so high you will be over the limit when you walk in. Some of you have 1 or 2 notes, but most of you have at least 1M IQD, which will be above their limit.

 T - they are hoping the rate will be so high you won't want to shop around. But some are going to get more no matter what they tell you. Nobody is doing this for free and I think people get paid for what they do, just not lie to you about it.

 T - the rates have been raised to the ridiculous. Find a veteran, charity, disabled, etc. and help them. The vets sacrificed a lot so we could have this and 80% of them don't have IQD because they weren't told about it.

 C - if I call the 800# and they offer me an $11 rate and require me to leave 20% of it, if I don't like it can I negotiate it? T - my understanding is that deal is a take-it or leave-it deal. You can leave and go somewhere else.

C - what happened at 7PM EST last night that changed my life? T - Okie will tell you what happened. Even the peeps are saying you can't go to the bank yet, hold your breath!

C - I have a separate group, so should I go ahead with the group appt and if I don't like it go with the 800#? T - you always have options, I believe in competition. For the masses, just walking in and CE might be the easiest thing. But you can always go to any bank with your own private group. The banks are in competition and want your money. You can check out all the banks' rates, and if there are differences you have to look at the details.

 C - will we have enough time to do the group rate thing first, then make an appt with the 800#? T - you have 30 days and you'll need an appt with the 800#, but it depends on locations.

 C - so are you saying you're fairly confident we'll get a notice today from Okie for something that happened last night? T - yes, there was a concrete plan up to this phone call to do that.

 C - when is the earliest you think we can start making appts? T - I think after our call today.

 C - Those have VND, do you think they can accommodate a 25K note? T - you'll start at the teller window then, based on how much you have, they'll send you to a branch manager. It's already a tradeable currency with no restrictions like the IQD.

 T - with the VND you will be able to make a deposit, walk out with 5-10K cash, they'll give you a cashier's check and a new credit card they are now printing at the branches before you leave.

 T - the exciting part is that most are getting the same info, not just 2 or 3, and it's not taking 2 days for others to figure it out either.

C - we've been on this rollercoaster so long, what is the difference this time? T - what's different is that they said before they were going to do something but this time they actually did it. People in Iraq buying things they never thought they'd ever be able to have. This morning in a mosque in Falujah they were told they are the ones who saved the world's economy. Yesterday every mosque was authorized to make the announcement this morning. We called to see if they made the announcement and were told they didn't have to: everybody's already spending money.

 T - it's down to the bank levels like never before. Things in DC are being paid off, transferred, etc. Could it wait until Sat/Sunday? It's here, everyone and other countries will want it publicly acknowledged, but we will wait until this evening.

 C - did you actually speak with people in Iraq this morning? T - not this morning. I have but not this morning. I've talked to the same guys for the past 2 years and I know he's giving me correct info.

 C - I want to hear it right from the horses' mouth. T - I did receive the email this morning from Iraq and read it to you. C - you're talking to high officials? T - yes.

T - a lot has happened. I talked to 10-12 people last night and this morning. If all of them tell me this should I not believe any of them?

 C - I just want to say that last caller should get his own site. My question is that a lady on OMC said it showed in Australia and we should see it here at 4PM EST today? T - let's go to the next question. LOL! Don't watch your clock because last night was the 1st time they were down to the minute. The time has changed since you heard that but the plan is still in motion.

 T - Travelex removed VND from their boards yesterday so we called them. We were told they couldn't get anymore but they could sell what they had on hand.

 C - is Talabani dead? T - not sure but he was invited to attend a meeting this week.

 C - Why are the banks so confused? T - it was down to the teller level last night and if you had been standing there you could've CE'd. This morning that changed so they could address the chaos.

 T - if you go into the bank, there will be 2 types of people: those with IQD and those without. Let's remove those without IQD and close the banks for IQD-only banking. They are trying to control the chaos right now by telling me this now. Please don't go in demanding.

 T - I'm telling you right now, they've already sent their employees to extended lunches today to get geared up. When this happens no one is leaving.

T - this will affect the market, so they're hoping by Monday things will have settled down.

[FLPatriot59] C - Will the money be instantly available once you make the CE? T - cash is cash and is available immediately.

 C - if you go to a private banker directly will he be able to give the group rate? T - he can negotiate his own deal.

 C - are the exchanges in actual banks in large cities or are they in offices? T - won't be in the smaller banks on separate floors, some in bank buildings that until today you wouldn't have known it was a bank building.

 T - they will ask your name, zip code, and amount you have and that will determine where they send you.

 T - I verified that info this morning again. If you go to a building that's not a regular bank, it will still say "Chase" or "WF" and the doors will be locked. Cannot just walk in.

 C - can I make an appt with my child who has their own? T - tell the operator that when you call.

 T - Just got info on the forms you need at the bank: it's called Clean, Clear & Non-Criminal Certificate - get a bunch of these at the bank.

C - won't the IQD be tradeable like the VND? T - it will be newly tradeable because of the 3-zero notes and therefore new rules will apply

 C - have they been keeping this from the bank employees? T - those bank employees doing the CE and taking calls had to sign docs that they didn't have IQD and would not purchase any.

 C - any turning back from what happened last night at 7PM? T - the flood gate opened and there's no turning back. I feel really good we are at the end of the road.

 C - any truth to the rumor the rate was showing in Reno last night? T - it was showing on multiple bank screens.

 T - word was going around yesterday about what happened at 7PM last night. I think Okie should be the guy and if I had to guess, unless something has changed, we should be seeing parades on the runway. But it hasn't landed until you can go to the banks.

C - on a CC call last night at 1AM EST, there was a mini-blackout and several peeps on the call had our emails frozen, still had internet service but no cell service or emails until 3AM. Could this be the PTB trying to keep info from us? T - as I told you and was on the news they are monitoring your emails. Maybe they just picked up on you...no I don't think so. I talked to a 3-letter guy and he said if we were doing it you'd never know about.

 C - regarding folks in bank parking lots, do you think it would be harmful to wait until Mon or Tues to go to the bank? T - I don't think it will hurt. The first people in will be working with inexperienced bankers. If you can go 4-5 days out it will probably be best. Make your appt 4-5 days out.

 C - a few days ago you mentioned that the bankers don't even trust the bank. How safe do you really think our money will be? T -Are there stories about HS freezing people's accounts? Yes, it's going to happen until they get it cleared up. One lady who works at the bank says she'll only take Cashier's Checks because wires can go missing. The option is to know what it's going on. Be aware. You can't avoid using a bank. Where else are you going to put it? Check your account daily. Pay attention and make sure things are documented. Realize everybody you talk to at the bank works FOR the bank.

 C - is the 800# a trap? T - no, it's not a trap. It's an incentive to bring your money to a particular bank, to get the best deal you can.

C - I hope when we get the email it will tell us what to do with the reserves and if we can open a new bank account. T - realize it's your money and your bank account if you already have one there. They may give you reasons why you should open one there, which makes sense if you should open a new account and tie it to your existing account. You don't want tellers to have access to your main account.

 C - can I cash in a note to pay off reserves? T - If I were you I would contact group leaders and ask them. They should know before you go to the banks.

 C - did you get that 72-hour window you sometimes speak about? T - We got something last night at 7PM that it did happen and now we are waiting.

 C - Have you talked to any dealers? T - have not talked to them and they are still up and running.

 C - You mentioned the docs we needed (Clean and Clear Cert). Where do we get those? T - get them from your bank. They issue those.

I think the people that are storming the bank ought to deal with Security and go to the back of the line so that the banks can deal with the people who know how to behave !!! I know that all of us are hurting, some more than others, BUT THE FACT REMAINS THAT THIS BEHAVIOR ONLY HOLDS UP YOU AND ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE !!! FOLKS, START TAKING THE RESPONSIBILITY OF AN ADULT !! HE ALSO SAID PEOPLE/INVESTORS ARE PILING UPIN SAUDI ITCHING TO GET INTO IRAQ AND THE RV IS THE BUZZ AROUND THE WHOLE MIDDLE EAST.

dwanna] MarkZ listened to Tony's CC this morning. From what I was gathering the banks are trying to make the CE as orderly as possible. And therefore timing and staffing will be crucial.
