China introduces gold & silver coin ATMs in Beijing | Strongest Storm on Earth

So, what does China, via Hong Cong/Macau, "get" for street emergence into the silver and gold markets? Minimally, "moderate" weather "control", via Super-Typhoon Usagi.

Subj: [Charleston Voice] Hua Xia Bank introduces five gold and silver coin ATMs in Beijing

It would seem ATMs would be just the thing for American convenience. We say this as with lawlessness, with theft, security, insurance and liability costs - for coin dealers - must be considered. Additionally, with ATMs being located in high traffic areas, they would also be available to complement online purchases, should that convenience not be available, or curtailed. Extended hours could also be considered, including weekends. Unfortunately, we see three shortcomings - 1) non-certified numismatic coins would not fare well; 2) Government reporting & tax collection you just know would be tracked;  3) there is no provision for exchanging, or selling, back to the vendors. Like any other consumer item, however, the "market" would quickly develop 'workarounds'.

People in Beijing can now buy gold or silver coins at ATMs after the Beijing-based Hua Xia Bank introduced five of the machines earlier this month, according to Hong Kong's We Wei Po.

The bank installed the five machines at its branches across the city in Xidan, Fangzhuang, Zhongguancun, Dongdan and on Qingnian Road.

The ATMs look like ordinary teller machines but have an additional compartment to dispense the gold and silver coins. The machines currently offer panda souvenir gold or silver coins and Year of the Snake silver coin and plate sets.

A single 1-oz panda silver coin priced at 268 yuan (US$40) is the cheapest item available, while the panda gold coin set is the most expensive at 23,800 yuan (US$3,800).

Buyers can purchase the coins using their bank cards. After they place their orders using the machine's touchscreen, their payments are verified through bank card organization China UnionPay and they can pick up their purchased items through the opening on the lower part of the machine.

If they want to purchase more than 20,000 yuan (US$3,200) worth of items, they will first need to place their ID cards on the machine's sensor to verify their identity before the order can be placed, Wen Wei Po said.

Hong Kong (香港, see Name section) is one of the two Special Administrative Regions of the People's Republic of China, the other being Macau. It is situated on China's south coast and, enclosed by the Pearl River Delta and South China Sea,[7] it is known for its expansive skyline and deep natural harbour. With a land mass of 1,104 km2 (426 sq mi) and a population of seven million people, Hong Kong is one of the most densely populated areas in the world.[8] Hong Kong's population is 93.6% ethnic Chinese and 6.4% from other groups.[3] Hong Kong's Cantonese-speaking majority originate mainly from the neighbouring Canton (now Guangdong) province,[9] in which many of them fled from China to Hong Kong to escape wars and Communist rule from the 1930s - 1960s.[10][11][12][13]

As one of the world's leading international financial centres, Hong Kong has a major capitalist service economy characterised by low taxation and free trade. The currency, Hong Kong dollar, is the eighth most traded currency in the world as of 2010.[28] Hong Kong was once described by Milton Friedman as the world's greatest experiment in laissez-faire capitalism, but has since instituted a regime of regulations including a minimum wage.[133] It maintains a highly developed capitalist economy, ranked the freest in the world by the Index of Economic Freedom every year since 1995.[134][135][136] It is an important centre for international finance and trade, with one of the greatest concentrations of corporate headquarters in the Asia-Pacific region,[137] and is known as one of the Four Asian Tigers for its high growth rates and rapid development from the 1960s to the 1990s. Between 1961 and 1997 Hong Kong's gross domestic product grew 180 times while per-capita GDP increased 87 times over.[138][139][140]
The Hong Kong Stock Exchange is the seventh largest in the world, with a market capitalisation of US$2.3 trillion as of December 2009.[141] In that year, Hong Kong raised 22 percent of worldwide initial public offering (IPO) capital, making it the largest centre of IPOs in the world [142] and the easiest place to raise capital.[143] The Hong Kong dollar has been pegged to the U.S. dollar since 1983.[144]
The Hong Kong Government has traditionally played a mostly passive role in the economy, with little by way of industrial policy and almost no import or export controls. Market forces and the private sector were allowed to determine practical development. Under the official policy of "positive non-interventionism", Hong Kong is often cited as an example of laissez-faire capitalism. Following the Second World War, Hong Kong industrialised rapidly as a manufacturing centre driven by exports, and then underwent a rapid transition to a service-based economy in the 1980s.[145] Since then, it has grown to become a leading center for management, financial, IT, business consultation and professional services.[143]
Hong Kong matured to become a financial centre in the 1990s, but was greatly affected by the Asian financial crisis in 1998, and again in 2003 by the SARS outbreak. A revival of external and domestic demand has led to a strong recovery, as cost decreases strengthened the competitiveness of Hong Kong exports and a long deflationary period ended.[146][147] Government intervention, initiated by the later colonial governments and continued since 1997, has steadily increased, with the introduction of export credit guarantees, a compulsory pension scheme, a minimum wage, anti-discrimination laws, and a state mortgage backer.[133]
The territory has little arable land and few natural resources, so it imports most of its food and raw materials. Agricultural activity—relatively unimportant to Hong Kong's economy and contributing just 0.1% of its GDP—primarily consists of growing premium food and flower varieties.[143] Hong Kong is the world's eleventh largest trading entity,[148] with the total value of imports and exports exceeding its gross domestic product. It is the world's largest re-export centre.[149] Much of Hong Kong's exports consist of re-exports,[150] which are products made outside of the territory, especially in mainland China, and distributed via Hong Kong. Its physical location has allowed the city to establish a transportation and logistics infrastructure that includes the world's second busiest container port and the world's busiest airport for international cargo.[143] Even before the transfer of sovereignty, Hong Kong had established extensive trade and investment ties with the mainland, which now enable it to serve as a point of entry for investment flowing into the mainland. At the end of 2007, there were 3.46 million people employed full-time, with the unemployment rate averaging 4.1% for the fourth straight year of decline.[151] Hong Kong's economy is dominated by the service sector, which accounts for over 90% of its GDP, while industry constitutes 9%. Inflation was at 2.5% in 2007.[152] Hong Kong's largest export markets are mainland China, the United States, and Japan.[2]
As of 2010 Hong Kong is the eighth most expensive city for expatriates, falling from fifth position in the previous year.[153] Hong Kong is ranked fourth in terms of the highest percentage of millionaire households, behind Switzerland, Qatar, and Singapore with 8.5 percent of all households owning at least one million US dollars.[154] In 2011, Hong Kong was ranked second in the Ease of Doing Business Index, behind Singapore.[155]

Hong Kong's transportation network is highly developed. Over 90% of daily travels (11 million) are on public transport,[31] the highest such percentage in the world.[32] Payment can be made using the Octopus card, a stored value system introduced by the Mass Transit Railway (MTR), which is widely accepted on railways, buses and ferries, and accepted like cash at other outlets.[156][157]
The city's main railway company (KCRC) was merged with MTR in 2007, creating a comprehensive rail network for the whole territory (also called MTR).[158] This MTR rapid transit system has 152 stations, which serve 3.4 million people a day.[159] Hong Kong Tramways, which has served the territory since 1904, covers the northern parts of Hong Kong Island.[160]
Hong Kong's bus service is franchised and run by private operators.[why?] Five privately owned companies provide franchised bus service across the territory, together operating more than 700 routes. The two largest, Kowloon Motor Bus provides 402 routes in Kowloon and New Territories; Citybus operates 154 routes on Hong Kong Island; both run cross-harbour services. Double-decker buses were introduced to Hong Kong in 1949, and are now almost exclusively used; single-decker buses remain in use for routes with lower demand or roads with lower load capacity. Public light buses serve most parts of Hong Kong, particularly areas where standard bus lines cannot reach or do not reach as frequently, quickly, or directly.[161]
The Star Ferry service, founded in 1888, operates two lines across Victoria Harbour and provides scenic views of Hong Kong's skyline for its 53,000 daily passengers.[162] It acquired iconic status following its use as a setting on The World of Suzie Wong. Travel writer Ryan Levitt considered the main Tsim Sha Tsui to Central crossing one of the most picturesque in the world.[163] Other ferry services are provided by operators serving outlying islands, new towns, Macau, and cities in mainland China. Hong Kong is famous for its junks traversing the harbour, and small kai-to ferries that serve remote coastal settlements.[164][165] The Port of Hong Kong is a busy deepwater port, specialising in container shipping.[166]
Hong Kong Island's steep, hilly terrain was initially served by sedan chairs.[63] The Peak Tram, the first public transport system in Hong Kong, has provided vertical rail transport between Central and Victoria Peak since 1888.[167] In Central and Western district, there is an extensive system of escalators and moving pavements, including the longest outdoor covered escalator system in the world, the Mid-Levels escalator.[168]
Hong Kong International Airport is a leading air passenger gateway and logistics hub in Asia and one of the world's busiest airports in terms of international passenger and cargo movement, serving more than 47 million passengers and handling 3.74 million tonnes (4.12 million tons) of cargo in 2007.[169] It replaced the overcrowded Kai Tak Airport in Kowloon in 1998, and has been rated as the world's best airport in a number of surveys.[170] Over 85 airlines operate at the two-terminal airport and it is the primary hub of Cathay Pacific, Dragonair, Air Hong Kong, Hong Kong Airlines, and Hong Kong Express.[169][171]

Demographics

The territory's population in 2011 is 7.07 million, with an average annual growth rate of 0.6% over the previous five years.[3] Residents from mainland China do not have the right of abode in Hong Kong, nor are they allowed to enter the territory freely.[95] However, the influx of immigrants from mainland China, approximating 45,000 per year, is a significant contributor to its population growth – a daily quota of 150 Mainland Chinese with family ties in Hong Kong are granted a "one way permit".[172] Life expectancy in Hong Kong is 79.16 years for males and 84.79 years for females as of 2009, making it one of the highest life expectancies in the world.[2]
About 93.6% of the people of Hong Kong are of Chinese descent,[3] the majority of whom are Taishanese, Chiu Chow, other Cantonese people, and Hakka. Hong Kong's Han majority originate mainly from the Guangzhou and Taishan regions in Guangdong province.[9] The remaining 6.4% of the population is composed of non-ethnic Chinese.[3] There is a South Asian population of Indians, Pakistanis and Nepalese; some Vietnamese refugees have become permanent residents of Hong Kong. There are also Britons, Americans, Canadians, Japanese, and Koreans working in the city's commercial and financial sector.[note 4] In 2008, there were an estimate of 252,500 foreign domestic helpers from Indonesia and the Philippines working in Hong Kong.[174]
Hong Kong's de facto official language is Cantonese, a Chinese language originating from Guangdong province to the north of Hong Kong.[175] English is also an official language, and according to a 1996 by-census is spoken by 3.1 percent of the population as an everyday language and by 34.9 percent of the population as a second language.[176] Signs displaying both Chinese and English are common throughout the territory. Since the 1997 handover, an increase in immigrants from mainland China and greater integration with the mainland economy have brought an increasing number of Mandarin speakers to Hong Kong.[177]
A majority of residents of Hong Kong would claim no religious affiliation, professing a form of agnosticism or atheism.[178] According to the U.S Department of State only 43 percent of the population practices some form of religion.[179] Some figures put it higher, according to a Gallup poll, 64% of Hong Kong residents do not believe in any religion,[180][181] and possibly 80% of Hong Kong claim no religion.[182] In Hong Kong teaching evolution won out in curriculum dispute about whether to teach other explanations, and that creationism and intelligent design will form no part of the senior secondary biology curriculum.[183][184]
Hong Kong enjoys a high degree of religious freedom, guaranteed by the Basic Law. Hong Kong's main religions are Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism; a local religious scholar in contact with major denominations estimates there are approximately 1.5 million Buddhists and Taoists.[179] A Christian community of around 833,000 forms about 11.7% of the total population;[185] Protestants forms a larger number than Catholics at a rate of 4:3, although smaller Christian communities exist, including the Latter-Day Saints[186] and Jehovah's Witnesses.[187] The Anglican and Roman Catholic churches each freely appoint their own bishops, unlike in mainland China. There are also Sikh, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu and Bahá'í communities.[188] The practice of Falun Gong is tolerated.[189]
Statistically Hong Kong's income gap is the greatest in Asia Pacific. According to a report by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme in 2008, Hong Kong's Gini coefficient, at 0.53, was the highest in Asia and "relatively high by international standards".[190][191] However, the government has stressed that income disparity does not equate to worsening of the poverty situation, and that the Gini coefficient is not strictly comparable between regions. The government has named economic restructuring, changes in household sizes, and the increase of high-income jobs as factors that have skewed the Gini coefficient.[192][193]

PRESSURE BUILDS ON BOEHNER OVER BENGHAZI
By Cliff Kincaid
September 20, 2013
NewsWithViews.com
Informed speculation mounted at Monday’s Accuracy in Media conference, which officially launched the Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi, that House Speaker John Boehner’s opposition to a Watergate-style congressional committee to investigate Benghazi stems from his knowledge of arms shipments to al-Qaeda terrorists in Libya and Syria.
The al-Qaeda terrorist attack on the American diplomatic mission at Benghazi, in Libya, on September 11, 2012, resulted in the deaths of four Americans, who were left to die, rather than be rescued, and has been called by some the “Benghazi Betrayal.”
The dead were U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, American diplomat Sean Smith, and State Department security officers Glen Doherty and Tyrone S. Woods.
Coming just eight weeks before the 2012 presidential election, the Obama administration falsely blamed the attack on a spontaneous reaction to a video critical of Islam, rather than blaming it on al Qaeda.
Charles Woods spoke with emotion at the AIM conference about the loss of his son and asked for people not only to press for answers as to what really happened at Benghazi, but to pray for the country.
Christopher Farrell, Director of Investigations and Research for Judicial Watch, said at the conference that Obama’s lies and distortions about the attack are designed to obscure the central truth that the administration was arming al Qaeda.
“That’s what they don’t want broadcast or printed anywhere,” he said.
As incredible as it sounds, former CIA officer Clare Lopez said support for al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, and other Islamists groups has become the official foreign policy of the United States under Obama. She said the policy has been on display in Libya, Egypt, Syria, and the United Nations, through the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) says about Benghazi: “For the past year, this administration has failed to provide sufficient answers, fully comply with subpoenas, and make available relevant individuals to provide testimony. In short, this administration hasn’t been up front with the American people or this Congress. Republicans will not stop until we get to the truth. We will press forward with our investigation until we have answers, full accountability, and justice.”
However, he opposes the proposal (H.Res. 36) to create a bipartisan House Select Committee to fully investigate the attack and the cover-up. Introduced by Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA), the proposal has 175 co-sponsors.
Several speakers at the CCB conference agreed that being exposed as knowledgeable about the Obama administration’s secret operations in advance of the Benghazi disaster could be extremely embarrassing to House Speaker Boehner and may explain his opposition to Rep. Wolf’s legislative proposal.
Boehner is a member of the so-called “gang of eight” in Congress, members secretly briefed by the administration on top-secret intelligence operations.
Investigative journalist Kenneth Timmerman, who is writing a book on Benghazi, said, “Did they get briefed? Were they briefed on this arms trafficking operation out of Benghazi to the Syrian rebels or were they not briefed? And if they were briefed, is that perhaps a reason why they don’t want a special committee, because in fact they knew about this operation and did nothing to stop it?”
Rep. Wolf spoke to the conference and encouraged the Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi, under the direction of AIM Editor Roger Aronoff, to get to the bottom of what happened. Members of this commission spoke at the all-day affair and vowed to continue to press for answers from the administration and Speaker Boehner.
Larry Ward, political director of Special Operations Speaks, engaged in an exchange with Rep. Wolf about whether a discharge petition introduced by Rep. Steve Stockman (R-TX) is needed to force a vote on Wolf’s H.Res. 36. Ward doubted that Boehner would ever agree to the creation of a special panel to investigate Benghazi.
“If four members of Obama’s personal staff had been killed there would rightfully have been a full investigation and congressional hearings. But not one perpetrator has been brought to justice and requests for witnesses and information have been blocked,” Stockman has said.
Timmerman told Wolf that he had been informed by a member of the Republican Party in the House that Boehner has twice refused to say, when questioned about it, whether he was briefed on arms smuggling through Benghazi into Syria.
Wolfsaid he didn’t know whether Boehner was briefed or not and whether that would be a reason for his opposition to H.Res. 36. “But it really shouldn’t be a reason,” he said.
While the destination of the weapons is a legitimate concern, Wolf said, “most of what we have been trying to find out” goes beyond those matters and involves questions such as who in the administration gave the order to “stand down” and not rescue the Americans under fire from the terrorists. After the attack, Obama flew off to Las Vegas for a political fundraiser.
Another key question, Wolf said, is why the false cover story of the video causing the attack at Benghazi was repeatedly disseminated by the administration, including by Obama himself in a speech to the U.N.
Asked to comment on the possibility that “blackmail material,” as a result of being briefed on the Benghazi operations, could be used against Boehner, Wolf said, “I’m not going to comment on that. I don’t know that. That’s why I’m glad you’re looking at it. That’s why we need a select committee.”
Former CIA officer Kevin Shipp, another speaker at the conference, said it was clear to him that Boehner was “in on it” and is protecting the Obama administration from a major scandal involving potential violations of domestic and international law.
“What an ingenious trap,” Shipp said. “Come here, gang of eight, come here Mr. Boehner. Let me brief you on a program that we think is really going to be something. And they brief them and get their approval and they don’t understand the full scope of what the operation is doing. And then they find out later and it’s like, ‘oh, oh.’ They don’t want this coming out either.”
He added, “Why would Boehner not want this [the select committee] to happen, unless there was some personal or political damage that he will suffer if it does come out?”
Retired Major General Paul E. Vallely told this writer in an interview that he hopes that Boehner “hasn’t been compromised in some way” by the Obama administration because of his reported knowledge of arms transfers through Benghazi.
Another speaker, Retired Admiral James Lyons, said he believes arms smuggling to al Qaeda is an impeachable offense, and that Benghazi may have been part of a larger plot involving the Muslim Brotherhood and the planned release of Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman, known in the United States as “The Blind Sheikh,” from U.S. prison. As part of this alleged conspiracy, Lyons said, U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens was supposed to have been kidnapped, not killed, and then exchanged for Abdel-Rahman, the terrorist mastermind behind the World Trade Center 1993 bombings.
Although most of the speakers wanted to focus on Benghazi exclusively, the subject of Syria kept coming up, as the weapons shipments at the center of the scandal were described as moving into Syria, with the support of such countries as Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Qatar.
In Syria, Timmerman said, the same policy of arming al Qaeda is on display. Obama is arming “the worst of the worst” among the terrorist groups, he said.
He also said he was told by a senior Republican member of Congress who examined the administration’s “intelligence” about an alleged chemical weapons attack by the Assad regime, that it was “manufactured” data, and that U.S. military intelligence agencies had not accepted the claims. The intelligence was “doctored,” he said.
Despite accepting the Russian proposal to dismantle Assad’s chemical weapons program, Obama has not ruled out using military force against Syria.
Timmerman said Christians in Syria fear the overthrow of the Assad regime—which is repressive but at least respects their religious liberties—while another regime might result in their being slaughtered by the jihadists supported by Obama.
“They’re already begun to attack Christian villages and to murder Christians, to behead Christians, to threaten Christians to leave Syria,” he said.
• The AIM conference was attacked in print by Dana Milbank of The Washington Post, who is always on guard against scandals that could sink Obama, and the Media Matters group, which exists to protect the Democratic Party and its leaders from press scrutiny. They insisted that only the lunatic fringe is concerned about the Obama administration secretly arming terrorists and getting Americans killed in the process.

Local police departments are now receiving a FBI document painting “9/11 truthers” as potential terrorists.
By Andrew Pontbriand

September 19, 2013

The FBI is once again circulating documents to local police departments about Potential Terrorist behaviors. Such infamous documents include ones like the MIAC Report, and the Modern Militia Movement. These documents are called circulars, and the FBI is using them to federalize State, City, and Local Police Departments.
The most recent document, by the Bureau of Justice Assistance and Communities Against Terrorism, is entitled “Possible Indicators of Terrorist Activities Related To Sleepers”. Most of what is listed in this document we have seen before, however, one jumps off the paper and smacks you in the face as alarming. “Conspiracy theories about Westerners (i.e. the CIA arranged for 9/11 to legitimized the invasion of foreign lands)”. This is particularly alarming considering more and more Americans are challenging the official story of 9/11. According to recent national polls, as many as 48% of people don’t believe the official story, or have some doubts.[1]
In recent years, we have seen a larger number of organizations such as the Southern Poverty Law Center, the FBI, DHS, and of course the media, label groups such as We Are Change and Intellihub.com, Constitutionalists, Christians, returning veterans, and now “9/11 Truthers” as potentially being involved in sleeper cells.
Sleeper cells are a term used to describe terrorist organizations in the U.S. that gather intelligence, recruit targets, and plan terrorism.[2]
This rhetoric is extremely dangerous to our 1st amendment rights, this document puts people looking for truth into a category with extremist behavior.
Also take into consideration, more than 2,000 Architects and Engineers have spoken out against the official story of 9/11, and even putting up billboards all over the world. (Most notably in Times Square).[3] The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seems to be behind most of this. Since its inception, the DHS has grown into this sprawling force reaching down to our everyday lives. Warning Americans that Patriot Groups, Christians, and even returning veterans could be terrorists, yet they themselves are violating the constitution every day. We have seen the emergence of TSA checkpoints, federalization of police, illegal wiretapping, illegal checkpoints, stop and frisk policies, and an overwhelming amount of ammo purchases that is enough for multiple bullets for every American. However, in their eyes, someone who pays with cash or stocks-up on food may likely be a threat to their program.

Not many understand that, while the immediate trigger for the decision (coupled with the cancellation of a summit with the US president) was the revelations on NSA spying, the reason why Rousseff can take such a historic step is that the alternative infrastructure: The BRICS cable from Vladivostock, Russia to Shantou, China to Chennai, India to Cape Town, South Africa to Fortaleza, Brazil, is being built and it’s, actually, in its final phase of implementation.
No amount of provocation and attempted “Springs” destabilizations and Color Revolution in the Middle East, Russia or Brazil can stop this process. The huge submerged part of the BRICS plan is not yet known by the broader public.
Nonetheless it is very real and extremely effective. So real that international investors are now jumping with both feet on this unprecedented real economy opportunity. The change… has already happened.
Brazil plans to divorce itself from the U.S.-centric Internet over Washington’s widespread online spying, a move that many experts fear will be a potentially dangerous first step toward politically fracturing a global network built with minimal interference by governments.
President Dilma Rousseff has ordered a series of measures aimed at greater Brazilian online independence and security following revelations that the U.S. National Security Agency intercepted her communications, hacked into the state-owned Petrobras oil company’s network and spied on Brazilians who entrusted their personal data to U.S. tech companies such as Facebook and Google.

Halliburton Pleads Guilty to Destroying Evidence in Gulf Disaster $14 billion company given $200,000 fine for destroyin

Halliburton pleaded guilty in a Louisiana district court on Thursday to charges of intentionally destroying evidence of its role in the worst offshore oil spill in U.S. history—the 2010 BP Deepwater Horizon spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
The Deepwater Horizon oil rig burns in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. (Photo: Gerald Herbert, AP) One of the company's employees was also charged with ordering destruction of evidence.
However, the company's punishment, or lack thereof, is a "travesty," said Public Citizen energy expert Allison Fisher, as it pales in comparison to the crime.
"U.S. District Judge Jane Triche Milazzo in New Orleans accepted the company's guilty plea from Halliburton legal counsel Marc Mukasey, imposed the agreed-upon maximum fine of $200,000 and placed the company on a three-year probation term," Reuters reports.
Following the news, Fisher stated, "It is incomprehensible that the Eastern District of Louisiana district court today accepted a plea deal calling for a $14 billion company to pay just $200,000 for intentionally destroying evidence related to the worst offshore oil spill in our country’s history."
"In failing to punish this criminality," said Fisher, "the court has abdicated its responsibility to protect the public interest."
Halliburton provided cementing services for BP's deepwater Macondo well in the lead-up to the 2010 catastrophe—services that BP and the government contend were at least partially to blame for the well blowout. Halliburton admitted in court that employees erased computer-based simulations of its centralizers, which help seal wells.
"Rather than rubber stamp the plea agreement between Halliburton Energy Services Inc. and the Department of Justice," Fisher stated, "the court should have rejected the bargain–basement deal because it fails to hold the corporation accountable for its criminal acts and will not deter future corporate crime."

> How the US Federal Government Deceitfully Gets Jurisdiction Over
> You and Everything You Own. The United States of America.
>
> Take a good look at a map of the united States of America. It
> includes the 50 sovereign and independent states who are joined
> together in a union. It should NOT include the "District of
> Columbia," which was created by the Constitution of the Union as
> the legal home of the "federal" government -- which was intended
> to be a "Servant" to the Union States, not their "Master!"
>
> In order for the Federal Government to tax a Citizen of one of
> the several states, they had to create a contractual nexus. This
> contractual nexus is called "Social Security." The Federal government
> always does everything according to principles of laws.
>
> In 1935, the federal government instituted Social Security. The

> creating a "Federal Area" which covered the several states like
> an overlay.
>
> In 1939, the federal government instituted the "Public Salary Tax
> Act of 1939," which is a municipal law of the District of Columbia,
> taxing all Federal and State government employees and those who
> live and work in any "Federal area."
>
> Now, the government knows it cannot tax those Citizens who live and
> work outside the territorial jurisdiction of Article I, Section 8,
> Clause 17, or Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2. So in 1940, Congress
> passed the "Buck Act" 4 U.S.C.S. 104-113.

> U.S.C.S. section 111, and the rest of the taxing law is in Title 26,
> The Internal Revenue Code. The Social Security Board had already
> created an overlay of a "Federal Area."
>
> As a result, the Federal Government created Federal "States" which
> are exactly like the Sovereign States, occupy the same territory
> and boundaries, but whose names are capitalized versions of the
> Sovereign States. (Remember that Proper Names and Proper Nouns in
> the English language have only the first letter Capitalized.)
>
> For example, the Federal "State" of ILLINOIS is overlaid upon

> etc. If you use a two-letter CAPITALIZED abbreviation, you are
> declaring that the location is under the jurisdiction of the
> "federal" government instead of the powers of the "Sovereign" state.
>
> As a result of creating these "shadow" States, the Federal government
> assumes that every area is a "Federal Area," and that the Citizens

> U.S.C.S. section 110(e). "The term Federal area means any lands or

=====
9-20-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony In Iraq they are still broadcasting on TV that their currency is international and saying it's been posted in the Gazette. There was an announcement in the mosques saying the same thing. China stopped it last night. They had an issue with the way it was being processed but supposedly that's been cleared as of this AM and now it is go again. Bank personnel went in this morning and were told no later than 9:30 ET for this to be done. We know that did not happen so we're waiting for next time frame. We are about to see it. I don't see Iraq putting this info out if we're not at end. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
9-20-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony The rates are unchanged, still double digits and over $3. I'm getting this from banking sources and 3 letter agency sources that these are the current rates and the banks are matching up, same numbers at different banks. Things could change in ME that's why they are pushing to get it done. Getting texts that the rates are back live and waiting to push to the teller screens. Good news coming in - things are moving, things are being processed moving right along without me telling you exactly - banks are excited right at this MOMENT. [post 2 of 2]

9-20-2013 Intel Guru Okie_Oil_Man DID YOU EVER NOTICE HOW A PLACID AND SMOOTH A LAKE CAN BE SOMETIMES? THEN SOMEONE THROWS A ROCK INTO THE WATER AND THE RIPPLE EFFECT SEEMS TO RADIATE IN EVERY DIRECTION? THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED ABOUT 24 HOURS AGO---BUT---THE RIPPLES WASN'T A BAD THING--IT WAS A GOOD THING. I AM SPEAKING IN ESSENCE OF ECONOMICS. THE LONG AWAITED RIPPLE EFFECT FROM EAST TO WEST TOOK PLACE. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
9-20-2013 Intel Guru Okie_Oil_Man THE RIPPLES WASHED UPON SHORE AND REMOVED ALL THE SCUM AND CRUD THAT HAD BEEN PREVENTING US A NICE CLEAN BEACH WALK. WE ARE ONLY A FEW SHORT STEPS FROM WALKING ON A BEACH THAT LOOK'S LIKE PARADISE. I AM VERY ANXIOUS TO TAKE THE FIRST STEP INTO FINANCIAL PARADISE, WHICH, IS ONLY MOMENTS AWAY. [post 2 of 2]

Why is it that Americans will NOT LISTEN to REAL LEADERS - yet some Americans will swear by the swill thrown out by CNN airheads?

LaRouche's intelligence sources about world events combined with his ability to forecast political and economic trend give him the edge to speak the truth about what the problems are and what the solutions are that we must act on; if we want to avoid the worst from happening and reorient world leaders to pursue global economic policies to develop the world under the common aims of mankind as cooperative sovereign nation states then we must heed and act on his leadership initiatives.
There are a lot of reasons why the Syrian conflict is escalating ... A distraction to take the Focus off the passage of reinstating the Glass Steagall Act and a move on National Banking will shutdown the house of Rothschild's control over the US government.
·
The problem in America is that the U. S. Government does not operate under its own Constitutional Authority.

The entire American system is governed by Israeli Zionist Agents of the House of Rothschild .
These are the Globalist that Alex Jones keeps harping on.
Everyone seems to know that there is a power elite behind all wars and corrupt governments, but they fail to actually identify the cause steaming from the House of Rothschild through his network of Israeli Zionist Agents.

News Update | On April 3 2013, Chinese officials called for calm in Korea as Washington announced that it would deploy missiles and more troops to East Asia, the island of Guam, Australia and the West coast of the US territory amid a crisis over North Korea's nuclear program.
Washington has been enhancing its military ties and alliances throughout the region to contain and encircle China.
In this sense, the target of the US deployments is not only North Korea but mainly China. In fact, USA Today already mentioned the training shift towards the Asia-Pacific region at Dyess in an article published in August 2012.
The article added that the new strategy, which was announced in January 2012 by President Barack Obama, sought to "counter the rising power of China".
Moreover, during a recent meeting of Obama with Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in Washington, the US president announced the sending of more US warships to the area of the Malacca Strait, a waterway that connects the Indian and Pacific Oceans and is critical to Chinese energy imports and trade.
Warmongering Senator John McCain of Arizona has also used the Korea crisis to attack China.
"Chinese behavior has been very disappointing, whether it be on cyber security, whether it be on confrontation in the South China Sea, or whether it be their failure to rein in North Korea," he said.
For his part, James Hardy, the Asia-Pacific editor for Jane's Defense Weekly - also thinks that Washington
"is using the existence of this crisis as an excuse to ramp up its missile defenses in Asia."
He pointed out that this move is related to Washington's plans for hegemony in the Asia-Pacific region.
For its part, China is logically concerned by the deployment of these military systems near its borders.
Chinese leaders have also seen the deployment of missile defense systems as a threat for their country.
They have openly criticized the US for announcing a large increase in its anti-missile interceptors based in Alaska. Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei warned that "strengthening anti-missile systems will intensify antagonism".
Both China and Russia oppose the US deployment of these systems in Asia and Europe, which are not mainly aimed at Iran and North Korea, as Washington claims, but at undermining Chinese and Russian nuclear capacity.
The ability to destroy missiles would allow the US to launch a "first nuclear strike" against China or Russia while avoiding a retaliation attack against its territory.
As a response, Moscow and Beijing have already started to develop their military capacities, including the manufacture of new state-of-the-art nuclear missiles being capable of overcoming any anti-missile defense system. - http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2013/04/...

Truckers to march on DC Oct 11-13.  Canadian truckers joining in...

(I'm sure lame stream news won't cover it just like they didn't cover the million+ bikers' march on DC 9/11/13)

If you want to show support for our truckers, please prepare your family's needs and don't spend any money on anything those 3 days.  Some folks are even taking their children out of school...

Excerpt:  Many Americans are supporting the 18 wheel drivers rolling to DC by pledging to boycott those three days by staying home and avoiding all money transactions for those days. But, individuals are not the only ones who have come out in support of this endeavor. A few members with Indiana Overpass for Obama's Impeachment are offering to pay for hotel rooms and a meal or two for the truckers.
