Five counties in Maryland join forces to secede from the state, citing total lack of representation by out-of-touch state capitol

(NaturalNews) Seems like the deep blue state of Maryland has a few red spots in it after all. And the folks who live in them don't want to be there anymore.

So, they would love to secede from - Maryland.

As Fox News reports, residents living in the state's five western-most counties have been regularly frustrated by the state's largely liberal Democrat leadership. So, many of them have decided that the best thing to do is to seek a peaceable divorce from the rest of the state - just as several other regions around the country are attempting to do.

Per Fox News:

Western Maryland is made up of five counties whose residents largely vote Republican and feel under-represented at the state capitol, run by Democratic Gov. Martin O'Malley and a Democrat-controlled legislature.

The movement began in July as a social-media effort, with activist Scott Strzelczyk starting a Facebook page titled the Western Maryland Initiative.

The movement, however, has since garnered significant media attention, with Strzelczyk talking to everybody from National Public Radio to The Washington Post.

"We are tired of this. We have had enough," Strzelczyk said recently in an interview with the Washington, D.C., area NPR affiliate WAMU.

Gun control, higher taxes, little representation to blame


Strzelczyk went on to say that the biggest issues concerning him and supporters of secession are ever-increasing taxes, as well as the Democrat-controlled state Legislature's gerrymandering with voting districts - so that Maryland's heavy metro areas have the most representation. In addition, tighter gun laws enacted this year were, in his words, "the last straw."

The effort in Maryland is similar to others in areas around the country - areas that include the Upper Peninsula in Michigan, Northern California and a number of conservative counties in Northern Colorado. Surrounding counties in neighboring states have expressed an interest in forming a new state, North Colorado.

That effort "is backed by the Tea Party movement and has gotten the issue put on the November ballot as a non-binding referendum," reported Fox News. "The movement was also driven in large part by state lawmakers passing tighter gun-control legislation this year that was signed by Democratic Gov. John Hickenlooper."

But the intrastate secession movement isn't just limited to the politically "red" counties. Todd Eberly, a political science professor at St. Mary's College in Maryland, notes that politically "blue" Democrats in GOP-heavy states like Florida and Arizona want to break away from their states as well. That is particularly the case in southern Florida and western Arizona (neighboring New Mexico is a Democrat-heavy state).

"This is about folks who just do not believe they are being represented, whether it's Democrats and Republicans," he told WAMU.

There have been groups of Americans who, practically since the nation's founding, have felt from time to time that they are not being "represented." Many people who live in the nation's capital of Washington, D.C., think they are being taxed without representation (they don't like to acknowledge that the Constitution calls for a non-voting, non-represented seat of government which is unlike a regular state).

But the secession movement has grown in recent years, as larger numbers of Americans across a broader swath of demographics feel alienated from their state - and federal - government, as lawmakers at every level seem more and more unresponsive to voters.

That said, many believe the Civil War settled the issue of secession once and for all. Also, as Fox News reports:

[S]ecession will not be easy, for a variety of reasons, including that many of these remote, rural regions rely on money generated in their states' more commercial and populated cities. And secession leaders would need state and federal approval, which seems unlikely considering the last time a region broke off was 1863, when 50 western Virginia counties split to form West Virginia.

Strzelczyk, as well as other secession advocates, realize that their effort is a long shot - but they're willing to make the effort nonetheless. For his part, he and others in his circle plan to begin forming policy committees, reaching out to lawmakers and starting up a 501(c) (4) organization that would be permitted to engage in political activities.

"This is about popular support," he said. "Ultimately, if the people of these five western counties do not support this effort, we're not going to force them to leave."

Vatic Note: Oh this is a MUST READ AND WATCH. What a deep expose this is. Truly in all the work I have done over 3.5 years, I have never come across such deep and comprehensive research as this has been. Good for you STew Webb. The entire Satanic and alien conditon is put into perfect perspective and explains so much and fills in so many gaps. Even RH negs are described in here, only on the bad guys side.
That means we may well have good guys here helping us, but that is just another rabbit hole we need to go down. If I am right about that, then there is much we can do because RH negs outnumber the bad guys by a huge amount. I think that is why they try to track us. Many are RH positive, but are carriers of only one neg gene but have all the same traits. Now all we have to do is find the key to making it work as it does for the bad guys.
I think we are close to an answer on that, but that is for another blog. I have at least reached the level where we can heal ourselves and it holds. I proved that personally on two different medical problems that could not be solved simply by waiting for it to pass. One was teeth infections and the other was debilitating arthritis. Both are still healed after 5 and 6 months respectively. Now we just have to reach the next level where the evil ones are operating.
Bush is also the recipient of the Medal of freedom that Obama awarded him, for his work in bringing down America. He was also baptized "Magog" at the Bohemian Grove, so he has been awarded by both the USA and the NWO satanic Luciferians for his work in destroying our nation which began in seriousness, during his reign as emperor of America in the 80's, when he shipped all our wealth producing industries overseas, like agriculture.
He was President during the Reagan administration after his failed assassination attempt on Ronny Reagan. I think they offered Bush the Presidency de facto to ensure Ronny would continue to live.
We used to feed the world, but now it has been sent over to third world countries where slave labor allows for excessive profits. Because of that our "teens" lost seasonal jobs like picking strawberries in early summer, and apples in the fall, resulting in the highest unemployment for our teens, ever....then our family farms were under attack and many had to sell out to survive. Same thing happened with our manufacturing. I remember when he did it.
In reading this I am beginning to realize just how important the Book of Enoch was in the Bible. It had chapters upon chapters about these fallen angles and the watchers. So, I am going to go back and take another look at all this. This also helps explain what I saw with Daddy Bush back when he lost his cool running for re-election in 1990 against Clinton, when he got mad and shapeshifted right on TV raw live feed. It only lasted a few seconds, but it was the most memorable sight I had ever seen.
Remember during our travels for information and truth, we occasionally ran across how the Illums wanted immortality and were working on achieving that? Well, read below in the interviews why that is. Ask yourselves why Rockefeller is still going strong in his mid 90's, as well as ugly, big, fat butt kissinger and finally Zbig as they are all in their 90's. This below explains it very well.
AS I am reading this, I am beginning to understnd why these guys are afraid of RH neg people, and track them and monitor DNA. I believe, from the evidence I have seen that these Negs also have the same psychic abilities and the same POTENTIAL that the evils ones know about that they use on us. I bet they are afraid of the RH negs discovering the secret to using these powers. Hmmm, an interesting rabbit hole to go down.
I remember a while back I was ruminating in my head, as I am wont to do when my mind is idle, about wanting to live to 150 and all of a sudden a voice said "You are never going to die". I freaked out. lol
I have had voices clearly say things only 3 times in my life and that was one of them. The rest of the time, I get "feelings" and they are always right.
Wait til you read about the alien brain below and how it works in humans taken over by these guys. I do not know if all this is true, but I do know that these times require that we keep an open, yet discerning mind. Shut the door on nothing and question everything.

Commemorating the Birth of the Confederate Battle Flag

"When the Confederate Army of the Shenandoah, under Joseph E. Johnston, and the Confederate Army of the Potomac, under Pierre G. T. Beauregard, met Union forces at the First Battle of Manassas on July 21, 1861, their troops flew an assortment of flags, both state and national. (States' rights was a founding principle of the Confederacy and influenced the attachment many units had to their state flags. Some Virginia and North Carolina soldiers refused to fly anything but their state flags.) The Stars and Bars' resemblance to the U.S. flag, combined with similarities between the two sides' uniforms and the general confusion of battle, contributed to an incident at First Manassas in which Confederate forces fired on a Confederate infantry brigade commanded by Jubal A. Early. Shortly after, Johnston and Beauregard resolved to establish a new, sufficiently distinctive flag for their troops, and they consulted one of Beauregard's aides, the same William Miles who had opposed the original flag in the first place.

Miles resurrected what had been his preference for the national flag, a design of his own that featured a blue saltire, or X shape, with a white border and white stars (again, one for each state) on a field of red. The Committee on the Flag and Seal had rejected it the first time, suggesting that it looked "like a pair of suspenders," and now the members rejected it again. Johnston and Beauregard decided to use it anyway, with Beauregard proposing to Johnston two Confederate flags: "a peace or parade flag, and a war flag to be used only on the field of battle." This second flag, the so-called battle flag, would be the one Miles designed, and the two generals and their lieutenants met at Fairfax Court House in September 1861 to work out the details. At Johnston's urging, a square design was adopted, and each branch of the army was assigned a different size: forty-eight inches square for infantry, thirty-six inches square for artillery, and thirty inches square for cavalry." - Encyclopedia Virginia



152 years later, the Virginia Flaggers marked the occasion of the birth of the Confederate Battle Flag, THE SOLDIERS' FLAG, by displaying the 15x15 ANV Battle Flag that will be raised September 28th at the RVA I-95 Flag Site, on the steps of the Virginia State Capitol.

The flag, made especially for the RVA site, and special ordered weeks ago, is a replica of an Army of Northern Virginia, 3rd bunting issue battle flag. I-95 Battle Flag Projects Supporter Sandy Kendall eloquently expressed his feelings about the flag chosen...

"Let me tell you why the ANV Battle Flag is Historically Accurate and what it means to me and my family now living in South Carolina.
In 1647 the seed to my Ancestral Links was Col. William Kendall who was not in the first ship that landed at York Town, Va. , but he was definitely in the second or third ship and after a short stay at York Town moved to Colonial Williamsburg where he became the First Chairman of the Virginia House of Burgess. Here he lived and raised a family. He and his sons and there sons and daughters carved the Colony of Virginia out of the Wilderness. They fought the Indians and the British under George Washington. The family continued to grow and migrated further into Virginia and the Land known as the "Old Dominion" .

Their sons fought the British again with Richard Lee to defend Washington, DC during the war of 1812. The family grew a d migrated again into what was to become North Carolina, Maryland and Pennsylvania. When the Tyrant Lincoln chose to send armed troops into the waters of Charleston, SC and ignored the Constitution by Suspending the Writ of Habias Corpus , implementing Martiall Law, and Nullified the Fist and Second Amendments, the Grandsons of the Virginians revolted and fought with Robert E. Lee. The family had spread throughout the South , to the Carolinas , Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. When the Union invaded Virginia and sent troops to attack Richmond , the Capital of the New Confederacy, her President Jefferson Davis called for troops from every state in the Confederacy. The combined troops under General Beauregard were formed into the Army of Northern Virginia . A new flag was needed for the Battlefield for these soldiers as the First National Flag of the Confederacy looked to much like the Union Flag from a distance . Therefore General Beauregard ordered a new flag that was so brilliant that it stood out and was easily recognized and No one would have any trouble in knowing what soldiers were under this flag.

The flag had to be designed to be resistive to weather conditions so the flag was reduced to a square 4 ft X 4 ft flag with an Inch and a half Border known as Bunting. The flag also bore the cross of St Andrew the Patron Saint of Scotland for reason of his known defiance and stand against Tyranny. The Thirteen stars were added , one for each of the Thirteen States or Territories of the Confederacy. This Flag was to be known as the Soldiers Battle Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia and it represented further the unity of the Confederate States which had all sent their sons to Virginia to defend the Honor of their families unified under this most unique and distinctive Flag.

My family had members from each of those states fighting under this square ANV Battle Flag and many of them died on Virginia Soil to defend it. My ancestors from every Southern State shed their blood into the soil of VIRGINIA. We shall never forget them nor shall we forsake their sacred memory .

In the United States, there are many crime categories which hold no statue of limitations. They are: murder, kidnapping, treason, fraud, forgery, embezzlement, and crimes against humanity. Any and all false flag operations against the U.S. people on U.S. soil is treason. Imposing Martial Law (using a domestic or foreign military force against the US people) is treason - Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason. Obama's assassination orders of U.S. and foreign civilians is murder. The killing of anyone using manufactured biological agents such as the swine flu virus, avian flu virus, and vaccines is muder by poison. All of the CIA renditions are kidnappings and forcible confinement. Guantanamo Bay, still operational even after Obama's 2009 executive order ordering it closed by Jan 2010, is a U.S. government facility that holds kidnapped civilians without due process, tortures them, and subjects them to "cruel and unusual punishment" - crimes against humanity and war crimes. The Birth Certificate, and social security number of Obama are forgeries . The forgeries were used to illegally gain the office of the President of the United States of America. The U.S. debt crisis was orchestrated by Obama and the Federal Reserve bankers to rob $trillions from the U.S. people - fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering. Waging war with Libya, without Congressional approval, and aiding and abetting the terrorists in Syria is treason. Obama can be charged now and anytime after he leaves office for murder, kidnapping, treason, fraud, forgery, embezzlement, and crimes against humanity because there are no statue of limitations for these crimes.

Giving aid and comfort to an enemy of the U.S.

United States Constitution, Article III Section 3 - Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

Levying war is defined as "to make or begin war; to take arms for attack; to attack." By supporting the foreign terrorist and mercenary groups illegally waging war against the sovereign state of Syria and its people and giving them military aid (U.S. military strikes against Syria will aid the foreign terrorists overthrow the Syrian government) and comfort (US Secretary of State John Kerry has already pledged $60 million in aid - in the form of food and medical supplies - to the terrorists in Syria) is ,according to the United States Constitution, treason. In 2012 the Obama administration formally designated the Syria rebel group in Syria as a terrorist organization. Federal reserve bank shall become a body corporate and as such, and in the name designated in such organization certificate, shall have ... succession after February 25, 1927, until dissolved by Act of Congress or until forfeiture of franchise for violation of law. The Federal Reserve (a subordinate of the Vatican - money laundering and other illegal schemes of hiding the Vatican's illicit wealth) has been found guilty of violation of law by the United States Congress and its franchise forfeited for violation of law.  The non-partisan, investigative arm of Congress,  the Government Accountability Office, investigated the Federal Reserve and determined that the Federal Reserve violated U.S. criminal laws by providing conflict of interest waivers to employees and private contractors so they could keep investments in the same financial institutions and corporations that were given emergency loans. The Federal Reserve knowingly and willingly committed the criminal offenses of fraud and influence peddling when they falsely claimed that their banks were failing in order to influence and gain $trillions from the US governments of both George W Bush and Barack Hussein Obama (legal name is Barry Soetoro).  The GOA findings were published in the the Sanders Report which found the Fed guilty of secretly and illegally doling out $16-trillion in zero interest loans to their own banks and corporations. The Federal Reserve banks and their presidents (including Timothy F. Geithne, Henry Paulson, and Ben Bernanke) can be prosecuted under the RICO Act - Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Under federal RICO, a person who is a member of an enterprise that has committed any two of 35 crimes within in a 10-year period can be charged with racketeering (RICO).

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York (controls the whole United States Federal Reserve) works for the Vatican. The 1980s book "Vatican Billions" revealed; "The Vatican has large investments with the Rothschilds of Britain, France and America, with the Hambros Bank, with the Credit Suisse in London and Zurich. In the United States it has large investments with the Morgan Bank, the Chase-Manhattan Bank, the First National Bank of New York, the Bankers Trust Company, and others." The mainstream media and the federal government will soon have the blood of the world on it's hands.

Radiation from the Fukushima Nuclear Plant disaster in Japan is now actively in the ecosystem all along the North American west coast… even the sea weed is now radiated. The Vancouver Sun reported one year ago that the seaweed tested from waters off the coast of British Columbia were 4 times the amount considered safe. No further test results were released after the initial report.

The governments of the United States and Canada are not conducting tests for radioactivity – at least not to the knowledge of the public. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has agreed to continue purchasing seafood from Japan, despite the fact that the food is not being tested for radioactive contamination. Last November, independent testing in Japan showed 65 per cent of the catches tested positive for cesium (a radioactive material). Instead of refusing to purchase the poisoned fish, food safety agencies in both the United States and Canada have simply raised the "acceptable level of radiation." We can't go offending the Japanese after promising to buy their tainted goods, now can we?

After the North American governments refused to fund testing, oceanographer Ken Buesseler, a senior scientist at the non-profit Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution in Woods Hole, Mass, along with Nicholas Fisher, a marine sciences professor at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and other concerned scientists, managed to secure private funding for a Pacific research voyage. The results?

Cesium levels in the Pacific had initially gone up an astonishing 45 million times above pre-accident levels. The levels then declined rapidly for a while, but after that, they unexpectedly levelled off.

In July, cesium levels stopped declining and remained stuck at 10,000 times above pre-accident levels.

This means the ocean isn't diluting the radiation as expected. If it had been, cesium levels would have kept falling.

The finding suggests that radiation is still being released into the ocean long after the accident in March, 2011.

Less than two weeks after the tsunami and subsequent nuclear disaster, Michael Kane, an investigative journalist, reported, "In the wake of the continuing nuclear tragedy in Japan, the United States government is still moving quickly to increase the amounts of radiation the population can "safely" absorb by raising the safe zone for exposure to levels designed to protect the government and nuclear industry more than human life."

The radiation has absolutely reached the shores of North America. Water samples from across the continent have tested positive for unsafe levels of radioactivity. The levels exceeded federal drinking water thresholds, known as maximum contaminant levels, or MCL, by as much as 181 times."This means that the complete ecosystem of the Pacific Ocean is now poisoned with radiation and we aren't being warned.

Samples of milk taken across the United States have shown radiation at levels 2000 percent higher than EPA maximums. The reason that milk is so significant is that it it representative of the entire food supply. According to an article published on Natural News, "Cows consume grass and are exposed to the same elements as food crops and water supplies. In other words, when cows' milk starts testing positive for high levels of radioactive elements, this is indicative of radioactive contamination of the entire food supply."

The GMO Food and Drug Pushers Administration and the EnvironmentalDeception Protection Agency, instead of refusing to prohibit the sale of tainted foods and mandatory testing of foods produced and harvested from the Pacific Coast, have simply raised the "acceptable levels" of radioactive material in foods.

Clearly, the "it's-all-for-your-own-good" government will not protect us, or even inform us of the dangers so we can protect ourselves, because it might dip into the pockets of the global elite, the nuclear energy industry, and the food industries. There is big money behind this cover-up. Refusing to purchase and consume their tainted goods is the best way to fight back, while keeping our families safe and healthy.

How can we protect ourselves? First, be aware of what items are likely to be highly tainted.

1.) SEAFOOD: Question the origin of ALL seafood. Fish and crustaceans from the Pacific Ocean should all be considered to be poisoned with radiation.

2.) WATER: The rainfall and snowfall are all radiated. Do not drink any water that has not been filtered. The tap water that flows from your faucet has NOT been treated to rid it of radioactive particles. A recent report from the NY Times stated, "A rooftop water monitoring program managed by UC Berkeley's Department of Nuclear Engineering detected substantial spikes in rain-borne iodine-131 during torrential downpours …

3.) DAIRY PRODUCTS: Milk and milk products from the West Coast states currently have the highest levels of radiation in North America.

4.) PRODUCE: Leafy Vegetables, Wines, Tomatoes, Strawberries….all produce from California or any other West Coast State are also likely to be tainted.

5.) MEAT: If a animal eats any leafy vegetable all along the West Coast, that animal has consumed radiation, and is poisoned. This is any animal from cows, pigs, goats, sheep to wild deer and other game.

If you eat the above foods from areas with high radiation levels, you are eating radiation and feeding it to your children. Slowly the radiation levels within your body will build up. This is PERMANENT.

Infant mortality rates across the United States have increased by more than 35% since the nuclear disaster, according to a court statement by Dr. with independent scientist Leuren Moret, MA, PhD. A study published in The International Journal of Medicine indicates that more than 20,000 deaths right here in North America can be directly attributed to the release of radioactive material from Fukushima.

Radioactive isotopes of the type released from Fukushima have a half life of 30,000 years. This means that we must permanently change the way we prepare our food.

Wash your food with soap and rinse it in filtered water.
Be aware of the origins of your vegetables, fish, game and seafood.
Keep abreast of radiation levels to help monitor where your food is acquired.
Use only filtered water for drinking, cooking and ice.

T - immediately after the RV I will give a history of what's been going on with these boards for the past 3 years. I'll do it after the fact and you can then go back and see how things progressed and see whether or not I've been telling the truth. That will give you a business lesson about who you can trust.

T - All day long I've been getting calls from DC and overseas, what's in their news there, etc. are they being told the same things? The answer is YES - they are being told about the change that has occured iin the value of their dinar. We haven't seen it and the CBI hasn't seen it. But they're telling their people that so at some point the change has to happen.

T - If Iraq was in charge we would have seen it already. As far as DC has told me they've been authorized for 2 weeks in a row to make an RV announcement. We know they are putting out the info and it's public.

T - what did we learn today? This morning all the bank people (call centers, cash-out centers) were called in at 6AM and they were told to expect the rate to be live and to be busy. But instead they sat around all day playing cards, waiting.

 T - it didn't happen for a bunch of reasons. We heard it was being used as a political football. We heard it was because of the debt ceiling issue. We heard that the docs from Syria weren't signed and sealed, which is supposed to happen over the weekend.

T - what we do know is that the system is ready. We know the banks are ready. DC folks are upset it didn't happen. It was supposed to start last night and it didn't. It is supposed to start tonight and 24-48 hours past the start we are supposed to see it. It is going, so everybody is calm. They are looking for it - should be here by Monday. The POTUS is making a speech tomorrow about the economy. May or may not be about the RV. After that we should see it - but don't be surprised if you see it before.

T - I have some really good stuff to give you afterwards.

T - We as intel providers have an opportunity to do the best we can for everyone we can. We do a lot of work. What I don't think is for you to be used and abused and lied to. That is crossing the line with me. As long as I've been in this, we all should have enough dinar.

T - Okie called me after the call yesterday and was a little upset and concerned. He said those guys jumped all over him and it upset him. He is 72 years old, by the way. They continue to threaten him so he's going with me to CE and get the highest rates. When he first called me he told me that 2 of his mods met with G64 and made a deal to sign up with them. They were offered a big amount to go this place (WF) for CE

T - For 2 of his own mods to get together with G64 and then threaten Okie if he didn't go along with them they'd make sure he would get the lowest rate or get black-listed.

T - I'm asking the people doing this to put their names out there - not their screen names - tell you who they are and see that they are not rich. See who you're dealing with and who's doing this to a 72-year old man. Nobody cares if you're getting a higher rate, or 3-4 different levels, etc. just don't lie about. Let them reveal who they are so you can see who you're working with. I didn't like the whole thing. If I'm wrong, tell them to tell you their names. If they won't tell you because they say they're under an NDA, tell them you will not call the 800# until they tell you what they deal is.

T - I've answered the questions now about who the 2 groups are. I told Okie he can go with me and he doesn't need to worry about it.

T - This is going to be announced and is coming out of DC. WF, Chase, and BoA will ALL be able to offer you the same rates - just as high as any other bank - group or no group. They said they made that decision based on what's been going on with these boards.

T - First you have to use the correct terminology. You have to ask to exchange the IQN, NOT the IQD. Based on what you say is what you'll get. If you know what the rate it, the highest rate available, they've been instructed to give that rate to you if you ask for it, regardless of whether or not you're in a group.

T - You will know what the highest rate is so that is what you can ask for. When it comes out we'll put it out. So everybody here will have the same opportunities to get the highest rates available. They don't need your zip code and you don't have to be part of a group.

T - there's a chance you might see something in the next 24 hours. Banks are on standby ready to come in. There will be no codes. You can call the 800# you can get yourself (not what someone else gives you). It's your choice.

T - As of today, the trading dollars for all oil credits around the world were changed from the USD to the Yuan. We know why. We talked about it.

T - we know it was supposed to be a 2-year process. This is the start of it. Right now it's for oil credits only. This is the start of that big picture of them becoming the global currency. Remember the 5 regions being setup by the IMF. There is a power player in each of the 5 regions that will change in early 2014.

T - It was easier to tell you this in a call rather than in a blast. Everything is still in motion - whether it's tomorrow or Monday, the system is already started and there's no stopping it now. I want you to know the decision they made about the groups - that you don't need to be part of a group. They're offering it to anybody who knows. I'm not telling you stop doing what you were going to do. As the questions and if they won't tell you who they are, there's a problem. I know who they are and there is an FBI report on them. If it goes the wrong way it could affect you. Does it affect you? That's the key thing to remember. I don't have a group - I have 40 people who are close (family, relatives, Okie). But I'm not putting together a group. I don't want to be responsible for that many people.

T - This is only going to be an hour call because of east coast people. So I'll take a few questions real quick.

C - will you post the rates for the VND/VNN as well? T - yes, you're doing a currency exchange for the VNN and IQN.

C - Who's the announcement coming from? T - Might be cominig from the POTUS, possibly on the Sunday AM programs. He won't blatantly say it.

Pam - can't they ask for the vietnamese dong and iraqi dinar and not have to remember the initials? T - I was told today to use those terms. They're going to low-ball you so take this info and get the best you can.

C - After the announcement that the rate is "live" what is the procedure for you to let us know? T - once it goes live I'll get a call from DC. I'll take to 3 different bank people who can verify the rates are live. Then I'll send out a text that the rate is "live" and that I'll talk to you in an hour. I will see what the ceiling rate is (right now over $20 and the VNN was over $2). I know if you ask for the $3 rate you'll get it.

C - where will the bank's numbers come from? T - If we can track down the bank's numbers we wil post them. It won't be a big announcement on their websites. It won't be in plain site. Or you can call the bank and ask for the 800# for CE.

C - How do we negotiate for the higher rates? T - they're being told if you ask for and it's a legitmate rate, they're supposed to give it to you. If you tell them you know it's the rate because someone you know cashed out, but they won't give it to you, walk out. Don't be afraid to walk out. You've got 30 days if you don't think you're being dealt with honestly. We'll work it out as a team here.

C - Did you see LeGarde's speech? She mentioned another country coming onboard. Do you know which one it is? T - No I don't. I didn't see the speech.

C - I do already have the WF 800# for Foreign Currency Exchange and Wealth Manager. I can send them to you. When we negotiate (even tho I'm part of the Generals, but I'm not happy with them now), can I go to all four different banks? T - yes, you can spread them out at different banks. Whichever gives you the highest rate you can use as leverage at the others and ask them what they're going to do for you.

C - Will these rates be reflected at CBI and Forex? T - they'll have to be reflected at Forex. CBI will only show their in-country rate. What you'll see is not the "real" rate but a special circumstance rate that will eventually level off closer to the Kuwait rate. When the new rate comes out and you see what the KWD rate is, you'll know it will go within $1 of the KWD.

C - When will the news of the Yuan hit the mainstream news? T - I won't. I was told it would take affect today, because it's been negotiated for the past 30 days. C - any news about taxes? T - no news.

T - You want to do a CURRENCY EXCHANGE FOR THE VNN AND IQN. NOT A CASH-IN!

C - the process, within the next 48 hours, is different. Can you tell us something about the PTB that keeps stopping it? T - I don't know that the process is different. I know the people are saying, as of Friday, that the process is in motion. Before they weren't saying that. And they are happy and confident they'll see it by Monday.

C - When they said it couldn't be stopped, had they said this before? T - no, I didn't say it couldn't be stopped, but at this point it shouldn't be.

C - Don't feel bad. You don't have to apologize for not having a group. Now the playing fields are leveled and the banks will all offer the high rates. Was the Parliament holiday confirmed? T - I don't know. I know somebody's listening who can answer that.

C - will the Chinese Yuan be a good lateral move? T - yes, including Canada, China, Australia, and Brazil post-RV.

C - what's with the 24-48 hours? Still a 72-hour waiting period? T - Don't know about that. All the pairs are done. The rates are at the banks now.

C - Do you want to parse words with Mtn Goat about the dinar being international? T - right now we're not seeing the new rates but they did it thinking on Friday morning this would happen. The Iraqi people have been told the process is complete.

C - Did China stop the process on Friday for Petro dollars? T - I was told they didn't like the process and some of the rates some people were getting.

T - Unfortunately this was a short call. RECAP: Everybody is great. Most people think we should see this by Monday. We were given 3-4 reasons why it didn't go thru but it should go thru now. Listen to the POTUS speech tomorrow for key words that apply. Right before or after (Sunday evening/night) you could see something. The rates were still over $20 for the IQN and came down to $2 for the VNN. You asked about whom I was speaking about regarding Okie: it was Generals64 group that some of his own members went behind his back to join and threatened him even more.
