There was no letter or note enclosed and there was no return address. Thinking it was a book promotion or some other commercial product for me to review, I gave it a low priority. The CDs remained on a corner of my desk for several weeks until I finally played them. Instead of some commercial video describing the usual topics of "Cosmic Consciousness" or the "Hall of Records in Egypt," the CD had a number of somewhat rough segments containing interviews with some famous individuals. It also had some files containing scans of a variety of documents which were supported by the narratives in the interviews. The topic of the collection was familiar to me -- the assassination of president John Kennedy. But the evidence and conclusion of the data was new to me. As I reviewed the CDs and checked the validity of the documents it became obvious to me that the murderer of JFK was known. Most surprising was the realization that the guilty party had been known for some time, but aggressively supressed. It was Lyndon Baines Johnson! I spent a couple of weeks checking the sources and validity of the facts presented on the CD. Sadly, they are all true. It's a shocking story and a sad one. It reveals not only the evil that once existed, but reminds us of the evil that still exists in our country. It's a story about power, greed, sex and drugs. It's an American story. Here is what it told: The Smoking Gun? When president Kennedy was shot in Dallas, Texas in 1963, police and the FBI stormed the Texas Book Depository and located a rifle near an open window. The so-called "sniper's nest" had been made by arranging several cardboard boxes so as to both hide the shooter from anyone who might have been on the 6th floor at the time and also to support the rifle while the shooter took aim from the window overlooking the president's motorcade. Investigators scoured the scene for fingerprints but the rifle and the boxes had apparently been wiped clean. The only forensic element that could possibly identify the killer was a partial fingerprint that was lifted from one of the cardboard boxes. In an attempt to identify this print, officials took the prints of everyone who worked at the Book Depository, including the main suspect, Lee Harvey Oswald. They also compared this print to police and FBI agents who had access to the crime scene, but the print remained an enigma. The print, as it turns out, belongs to Malcolm Wallace, the long time friend and associate of president Lyndon Baines Johnson. Those unfamiliar with the methods of matching fingerprints may want to quickly review the protocols in a recent viewzone article on the subject. Unlike the visual convergence that is shown on TV shows like CSI [and the image above], most prints are not matched by this method. Fingerprints can become distorted, bent and stretched by the surface of various objects. The science of fingerprint analysis instead examines many unique features found in the fingerprint patterns. It is an exact science. A match is given a score based on the number of elements that are identical on any two sets of prints. A "match" is usually confirmed if there are at least 12 identical elements. The prints from Dallas and Wallace match on 14 unique points. What's more intriguing is that a recent documentary on the subject obtained the analysis of a fingerprint expert who had done this type of work for 35 years. Upon his examination he found a correlation of 34 points. There's no doubt -- it's Wallace. Who exactly is Malcolm Wallace? Malcolm Wallace was born and educated in Texas. He was an intelligent man who graduated from the University of Texas and was quickly recruited by Lyndon Johnson and given a job at the Federal Department of Agriculture. He first came to the attention of authorities when he was arrested in 1951, tried and convicted of killing a professional golfer named John Douglas Kinser. At the time, Kinser was having an affair with Lyndon Johnson's sister, Josefa -- and was also involved with Wallace's wife. Josepha was an alcoholic and drug user. She had a reputation for being promiscuous and, especially when she was high, she disclosed personal information and stories about Lyndon. It was feared that she might have already disclosed some illegal acivities about Johnson to Kinser, specifically certain activities he had engaged in during his race for the Senate. Kinser was gunned down in his golf club. Shortly after, Wallace was arrested and found guilty of First Degree Murder. During his 10 day trial, Wallace was represented by LBJ's own lawyer. Johnson took a room near to the courthouse and had runners keep him updated on the testimony and proceedings. To everyone's surprise, the trial concluded with Wallace receiving a 5 years suspended sentence! Later, in 1961, Wallace again was implicated in another murder for Johnson. This time the victim was Henry Marshall, an official with the local Agriculture Department who had been investigating an illegal source of Johnson's funding. In 1961, State Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation official Henry Marshall was investigating a broad series of fraudulent government subsidies -- amounting to figures in the seven or eight digit range -- allotted to Billie Sol Estes, a close personal friend of Senate Majority Leader then Vice-President Lyndon B. Johnson. Marshall had uncovered a paper trail that was leading him closer and closer to Johnson himself. It is reported that all the guilty parties held a meeting at which Johnson gave the order, "Get rid of him." On June 3, 1961, Mac Wallace knocked Henry Marshall unconscious with a blunt object, fed the unconscious man carbon monoxide from a hose attached to Wallace's pick-up truck, then shot him five times with a bolt-action .22 caliber rifle and dumped him in a remote corner of Marshall's farm near Franklin, Texas. Justice of the Peace Lee Farmer pronounced the death a suicide and ordered Marshall buried without an autopsy -- over the protests of Marshall's widow. Despite this, the local authorities, under the influence of the Johnson gang, declared that he had "committed suicide." Fearing that his sister might pose a threat to his political career, LBJ had more work for Wallace. On December 25, 1961, LBJ's sister, Josefa Johnson, was found dead in bed at her Fredericksburg, Texas home at 3:15 am. The cause of death was stated to be a brain hemorrhage. Josefa Johnson had returned home at 11:45 pm from a Christmas party at Lyndon Johnson's ranch. There was no autopsy and no inquest; the death certificate was executed by a doctor who was not present to examine the deceased. Ms. Johnson was embalmed on Christmas Day and buried on December 26th We'll return to Wallace later in this article. Vatic Note:  What an amazing video.  I swear, I keep saying this, but its oh, so true,"Its amazing what we do not know about our country and its history, given the role International Jewry (Khazars) through Britain, has played for centuries in trying to bring us down".  This won't even sound remotely familiar to you.  I studied history in college and it was  completely alien to what this below explains.  I did study  history enough to know that he is right about what he is saying and what the video depicts since it explains so much that did not make sense before. Its funny how naive we all are sometimes. 

The British, under  Rothschild rule, created the term "Free Trade" and it was all to hide the new institution of slavery which then allowed them to make huge margins on labor, While manufacturing materials cheaply, then forbidding India to grow their own cotton and manufacture their own clothes, so that Britains (Rothschilds') corporations could reap the benefits of the unfair trade with their own colonies.  What a bunch of Nazi's. Truly.  Can you even imagine them running a New World Order and doing this garbage to the entire globe? 

Even the Civil War was a false flag for reasons other than freeing the slaves.  Britain wanted a divided nation, so it would be easier to defeat it and take back control of her previous colony that was growing richer and richer every day and they were not getting any of the wealth from that growth.  I am sure that made Rothschild go crazy to bring us down.

Don't forget Britian used white slaves in the founding of this nation from their debtors prisons set up for Rothschild and his corporations. Obama secretly reversed NSA surveillance restrictions in 2011

(NaturalNews) Maybe you don't remember - after all, it's been about five years now - but once upon a time, Dear Leader Barack Obama promised to have the most transparent, open governmentin U.S. history.

The number of times that Obama has proven this to be a lie is too high to count, but the business of the National Security Agency spying on virtually all Americans' personal electronic communications is only the most recent.

Most Americans already know that the NSA has been involved for years in serial violations of the Fourth Amendment, but what isn't widely known is the fact that Obama and his administration are responsible for it.

Per the Washington Post:

The Obama administration secretly won permission from a surveillance court in 2011 to reverse restrictions on the National Security Agency's use of intercepted phone calls and e-mails, permitting the agency to search deliberately for Americans' communications in its massive databases, according to interviews with government officials and recently declassified material.

Not only that, but the court also extended the length of time the agency is permitted to keep intercepted U.S. communications, from five years to six, "and under more special circumstances," the Post reported, citing the documents - among them a 2011 opinion by U.S. District Judge John D. Bates, at the time chief judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, the body that grants its authority to conduct spying operations domestically.

'We wanted to be able to do it'

What had not been previously acknowledged is that the court in 2008 imposed an explicit ban - at the government's request - on those kinds of searches, that officials in 2011 got the court to lift the bar and that the search authority has been used.

The change meant that the NSA had new and expanded power in very significant ways, which occurred without any public debate or new congressional authority.

As you might expect, in order to justify increasing the NSA's power, the Obamaadministration's lawyers twisted legal definitions of the term "target" until they no longer gibe with normal usage of the word.

The expanded authority is part of the Obama administration's strategy of spying first and protecting privacy later, if at all.

"The government says, 'We're not targeting U.S. persons,'" Gregory T. Nojeim, senior counsel at the Center for Democracy and Technology, told the Post. "But then they never say, 'We turn around and deliberately search for Americans' records in what we took from the wire.' That, to me, is not so different from targeting Americans at the outset."

The FISA court's decision permitted the NSA "to query the vast majority" of its email and phone databases, using email addresses and phone numbers of Americans and legal residents - and all without a warrant, Bate's opinion states.

The inquiries have to be "reasonably likely to yield foreign intelligence information," he wrote. In addition, the results are subject to the NSA's privacy rules.

'Our founders laid out a roadmap' to protect our privacy

In 2008, at the request of the Bush administration, the court placed a wholesale ban on those kinds of searches, according to Alex Joel, the civil liberties officer at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, or ODNI (remember when then-Sen. Barack Obama blasted the Bush White House for domestic spying by the NSA?).


The government included this restriction "to remain consistent with NSA policies and procedures that NSA applied to other authorized collection activities," he told the Post.

Fast-forward to 2011. ODNI general counsel Robert S. Litt says the Obama administration wanted more access to Americans' private communications, so "we did ask the court" to lift the ban. "We wanted to be able to do it," he said, in reference to poring over citizens' communications without first obtaining a constitutionally required warrant, and meeting the constitutional standard of probable cause.

"Our founders laid out a roadmap where Americans' privacy rights are protected before their communications are seized or searched - not after the fact," U.S. Sen. Mark Udall, D-Colo., told the paper in a statement.

He and fellow Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., have tried to sound the alarm bell over improper NSA spying for years.

Shock poll: 92% of federal workers don't want Obamacare

(NaturalNews) There is a new political cartoon floating around the Internet that shows a beleaguered President Obama sitting at his desk with Russian President Vladimir Putin sticking his head in Obama's office as his secretary asks, "President Putin wants to know if you need help with Obamacare too."

The cartoon is mocking Obama's mishandling of the situation in Syria, but it is prescient in that our president certainly does need some help in "selling" Obamacare to the American people - most of whom continue to oppose it, not understand it, or both.

Add the vast majority of federal workers to that list.

According to a recent survey, as many as 92 percent of federal workers want no part of the president's signature piece of legislation. They, like most other Americans, are well aware that this job-killing turkey is going to destroy our healthcare system as we know it (and maybe that was their plan altogether).

Truth: Most Americans hate this law

From Merrill Matthews over at Forbes:

Who knew that when President Obama promised, "If you like your health care plan, you will be able to keep your health care plan. Period," he was only referring to federal employees ... and himself?

A new survey of 2,500 federal employees and retirees found that 92.3 percent believe federal workers should keep their current health insurance and not be forced into Obamacare. Only 2.9 percent say they should become part of the new health insurance exchanges.

A website for federal employees, FedSmith.com, which reported on the survey, adds:

There is apparently little debate among the federal workforce. Federal employees do not want to be part of the new system. Instead, they prefer to keep their current health plan... Employees who are already retired have a much stronger negative reaction to being moved to a new system. Those with more than 15 years until retirement are not as unanimous in their opposition to moving into the new health care exchanges.
The "exchanges," which are established by the Affordable Care Act, are still not functional in many states. Worse, most people have no idea how they're supposed to work. And finally, the more that Americans find out about how blatantly intrusive and punishing this massive law is, the more they want nothing to do with it.

And, of course, thanks to Obama, federal workers have been provided an exception, if you will, not an exemption. They still must take part in the new exchanges, but as FedSmith.com notes, their participation will continue to be subsidized by the U.S. taxpayer:

Congress and Congressional staff do not have a choice but won't have to foot the bill of being in the new system. ... In effect, they will be leaving the federal employee health care program and going into the new system but with the federal government still picking up most of the cost just as is done under the federal employee program.

Why does this law still have so much support in Congress?

Add this to the fact that the IRS employees union has already said its members also want nothing to do with Obamacare - ironic, given that the Internal Revenue Service is charged with enforcing provisions of the law, such as ensuring that Americans buy health insurance, as I reported here: naturalnews.com. Ditto for other private-sector unions.

With each passing day - especially as the law's official kickoff date of Oct. 1 draws ever closer - more segments and demographics of American society are loudly proclaiming, "We don't want this law!"

So, why have so many lawmakers in Congress, as well as the president himself, continued to support and back it? Why are efforts to defund this disaster being met by so much resistance in the House and Senate - and the White House?


If your congressman and senator are still supporting Obamacare, maybe you ought to call and ask why.

Farmers' lawsuit against Monsanto headed to U.S. Supreme Court

(NaturalNews) A lawsuit challenging biotech giant Monsanto's genetically modified (GM) seed patents is heading to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The St. Louis-based chemical company, known for its Round-up glyphosate herbicide and the patented GM crops bred to withstand glyphosate use or to create their own pesticides (or both), has already filed more than 130 lawsuits involving some 400 farmers and over 50 small businesses for patent infringement when these seeds have been found contaminating their fields.

Seventy-three organic and conventional family farmers, public advocacy groups and seed companies have joined the lawsuit against Monsanto in an attempt to block the company from suing them when these biotech crop seeds inadvertently contaminate their farms. Monsanto insists the lawsuit has no merit and is creating controversy for no reason; the company has reportedly promised not to sue unless its patented seed technology is used without paying royalties.

While Monsanto is busy making promises not to sue farmers who cannot help it if these seeds contaminate their fields, the company's legacy of broken promises speaks for itself.

More than 300 million acres of Monsanto's GM crops are planted worldwide every year. Even though Monsanto and other biotech companies have promised these new science experiments would offer greater food yields requiring less herbicides, neither has been the case in reality.

GM crops, even those genetically engineered to withstand drought, have not been found to produce higher food yields or the same with fewer input than traditional crops. Further, studies like this one in the peer-reviewed journal Environmental Sciences Europe have shown that so-called herbicide-resistant seed technology has actually led to a more than 500-million-pound increase in herbicide use just in the U.S. alone between 1996 and 2011. Pesticide usage in that time period increased 7% overall and it just keeps climbing.

In the years since GM seed use has spread throughout the world, we have witnessed the rise of superbugs and superweeds - pests and weeds that have grown resistant to Monsanto's agricultural chemicals. Farmers who plant GM crops are actually riding what has been dubbed a "chemical treadmill," as their fields require more and more pesticides and herbicides to yield the same number of crops. These glyphosate-tolerant superweeds have already been identified in 22 states, and according to the Pesticide Action Network, they are spreading at an alarming rate - from 32.6 million acres in 2010 to 61.2 million acres in 2012.

More and more farmers are finding it tough to even grow non-GM crops at this point. With the ubiquitous use of Monsanto's patented seed technology, conventional seed prices are rising. More farmers are reporting their fields becoming contaminated with GM crops. Farmer Rodney Nelson explained how growing non-GM crops became impossible for him: "It was getting down to the point where about 50 percent of our loads were being rejected because of contamination, and we couldn't buy seed that was pure without contamination."

As NaturalNews has previously reported, Monsanto's goal appears to be to convert every farmerto Roundup Ready crops while contaminating all conventional crops and buying out all the non-GM seed companies to ultimately control the global agriculture market.

It is precisely for this reason that more than 800 scientists from all over the world have written an open letter affirming that GM crops are nothing short of a biowar against the global food supply.

 

Monsanto has set aside $10 million annually and a staff of 75 employees for the sole purpose of investigating some 500 farmers a year and prosecuting for patent infringement. WhileMonsanto claims it has no history of suing farmers whose fields are unknowingly contaminated with its GM seeds, the path of financial destruction and bankrupted family farms left in the biotech giant's wake says otherwise.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents recently arrested TSA officer David Alexander Diaz-Torres for "conspiracy to transport illegal aliens within the United States," according to court documents filed by the U.S. District Attorney's office in Puerto Rico. So now, in addition to theft, sexual deviancy, drug use and gross violations of travelers' privacy, we can add human smuggling to the long and growing list of TSA agent legal violations. Time for more spin According to a statement released by the Puerto Rico district attorney's office: On August 7, 2013, Rafael Severino, Eduard Bueno-Beltran, Luis Raul Sierra-Conde, Juan Severino-Basora and Esther Mary Sanchez-Cruz were indicted for participating in a scheme to bring illegal aliens to the United States. On March 24, 2012, a group of Brazilian nationals were smuggled by an unidentified female to New York through the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It is alleged that David A. Diaz-Torres assisted two co-defendants in smuggling the group of Brazilians by allowing them to pass the security checkpoint area without being questioned. The group continued to New York, Boston and Philadelphia on board commercial flights. And, of course, the government is spinning this latest TSA embarrassment, as it has all prior embarrassments. "It is very troubling when law enforcement authorities have to arrest a corrupt federal employee who is alleged to have undermined our nation's security, our overall safety, and the public trust and confidence we place in those chosen to protect and serve," said Rosa Emilia Rodriguez Velez, U.S. Attorney for the District of Puerto Rico. "The Justice Department's commitment to preventing human smuggling, bringing smugglers to justice and assisting victims has never been stronger." "Mr. Torres was placed in a position of trust and employees of the federal government must be held to a higher standard than the general public," added Angel M. Melendez, special agent in charge of HSI San Juan and U.S. Virgin Islands. "Investigative efforts by HSI alongside our federal partners at the TSA, shows the collaborative effort within federal law enforcement to ensure that no one operates above the law." This, from an administration that is, in fact, releasing dangerous criminal illegal aliens. A history of abuses But I digress. In other recent criminal activity regarding TSA and its employees: -- The Los Angeles Times reports that a former TSA agent was arrested in connection with "unspecified threats" that were related to the 9/11 attacks. When he was still a TSA employee, Nna Alpha Onuoha, 29, was involved in a high-profile incident in which he shamed and embarrassed a 15-year-old girl over what she was wearing. The Times reported that Onuoha "was taken into custody in Riverside before midnight after he allegedly made threats against LAX terminals earlier in the day following his resignation from his post as a screener with the Transporation Security Administration. A source familiar with the investigation told The Times that Onuoha is the same agent who was suspended after he criticized the daughter of Mark Frauenfelder, founder of the blog Boing Boing." -- Eight TSA agents from Dallas-Fort Worth were recently arrested for allegedly dealing in stolen parking passes. Authorities say the agents allegedly bought the passes, which they knew were stolen, for $100, so as to avoid paying some $400 a year to park at the DFW International Airport. -- TSA agents at scores of airports around the country are regularly accused - and rightfully so - of fondling the genitals of men, women and even small children. -- In June 2012, In an extremely critical report released in early June, U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn listed 50 crimes that have been committed by TSA agents. "TSA needs to immediately remove themselves from the human resource business. This report details highly disturbing cases where pedophiles and child pornographers wearing federal law enforcement uniforms are not only patting down unsuspecting travelers, but in many cases stealing valuables from their bags," she said. "Enough is enough. It's time for Congress to step in and demand accountability from Administrator (John) Pistole."
