A long-retired first-grade teacher who died a couple of years ago in Simsbury, Conn., lived very simply and wasn't aware of how many riches she had – not until her lawyer discovered she was wealthy. Really, really wealthy. NBC's Harry Smith reports.

Kathleen Magowan lived a frugal life with her twin brother, Robert, in the classic New England town of Simsbury, Conn., until she died in 2011 at age 87, remembered mainly for the 35 years she was a first-grade teacher in the local elementary schools.
But now the town of 23,000 people is buzzing with the news that Magowan had a secret. A big one.
A $6 million one.

Nobody knew Kathleen Magowan was a multimillionaire until her will was finally untangled last month. That's when more than a dozen local institutions discovered they'd been left tens of thousands of dollars — sometimes hundreds of thousands — from her estate.
"Shock. Just shock." That was the reaction of Tara Donohue Willerup, a member of the Simsbury Board of Education, which Magowan left $480,000.
"She's exactly what you'd expect from first grade, you know — she loved the little kids," Willerup said. "That was where she really put her energies, because she built a foundation for them for their education for the rest of their lives."
But almost a half-million dollars' worth?
"She was quiet, and you just couldn't believe that she'd have that kind of money to give," Willerup said.
That could be because Magowan herself probably couldn't believe it. Until the end, "she thought she had at that time approximately $40,000," said Lou George, a lawyer whom she asked to help settle her affairs.
As George looked into Magowan's finaces, he found blue-chip stocks like General Motors and General Electric — stocks that kept growing and growing and growing as her family held on to it for more than 50 years.
He found accounts with multiple financial institutions.
He found life insurance policies.
And he found a Quaker Oats box. It was stuffed with war bonds — mostly for $20 and $50 — dating to the 1940s.
"It did not look like a lot of money," George said. But it had been accumulating interest for more than a half-century — so much interest that the paper in the little Quaker Oats box was worth $183,000.
The Magowan twins' father, William, did very well as chief financial officer for an explosives company. They lived modestly and without dependents — neither ever married — and over the decades, they barely touched their inheritance, which Robert managed. In addition to Kathleen's $6 million estate, Robert left almost $4 million more when he died in 2010 at age 85.
"Money was not a priority to her," George said, and once Magowan learned how much she was worth, she was determined to give back "to the organizations and individuals who had helped her along the way or touched her life in some way."

One of those institutions is St. Mary's Catholic Church, whose priest, the Rev. Frank Matera, assumed the pulpit only last year. He'd never even heard of Kathleen Magowan until he was told his parish was getting $374,000 from her estate.

"When I heard that amount, I was just — I was literally astounded," Matera said. "I've never received a gift that large, and very rarely do parishes get a gift that size."
The bequest was "pure grace," he said: "We have to do some kind of building in the future, and this give us the basic start that we will need."
George said Magowan gave him a handwritten piece of paper with directions to distribute her estate. The University of St. Joseph in West Hartford, where she graduated in 1947, got more than $500,000. Her nursing home got $419,000.
And it might not stop there. Just recently, George found a check from Prudential for an account he hadn't previously known about.
So he called the company. It turns out, he said, that "there's an account out there with stock in it that's valued at over $90,000."

Treasury Chief to Declare Big Gains in Financial Reform

Treasury Secretary Jacob J. Lew will assert on Thursday that the Obamaadministration's vast overhaul of the financial system is close to accomplishing its goal of shielding society from the dangers posed by giant banks.
In a broad policy speech intended to signal the administration's views on financial regulations, Mr. Lew will also make it clear that more measures may be needed to strengthen the global system. In comments that will most likely upset foreign governments, he will call on overseas regulators to make their rules tougher.
"We will press other jurisdictions to match our robust standards — including in Europe and across Asia," Mr. Lew will say, according to a draft of the speech, which he is scheduled to give at the Pew Charitable Trusts office in Washington.
More than three years after the overhaul began, Mr. Lew says that the largest banks are safer today, making it much less likely that taxpayers would have to bail them out in a future crisis.

"Earlier this year, I said if we could not with a straight face say we ended 'too big to fail,' we would have to look at other options," he says. "Based on the totality of reforms we are putting in place, I believe we will meet that test, but to be clear, there is no precise point at which you can prove with certainty that we have done enough."
Mr. Lew's comments come as regulators are scheduled to meet next week to finally approve the Volcker Rule, a cornerstone of the overhaul that tries to stop banks from speculatively trading with depositors' money and other funds. In recent months, the Treasury Department has pressed the five agencies that worked on the rule to finish it before the end of the year.

The Treasury secretary's comments are likely to add more fuel to the debate over the adequacy of the rules that stem from the Dodd-Frank Act, which Congress passed in 2010.
Critics of the legislation say it does not solve the too-big-to-fail problem, because, they say, it does not directly limit or reduce the size of the nation's largest lenders. To make up for this perceived shortcoming, some Republican and Democratic senators this year introduced two pieces of legislation that they said would be much more likely to constrain the biggest banks.
Against this background, Mr. Lew's speech gives firm backing to the policies that stem from Dodd-Frank, but it also says officials have to remain vigilant to make sure that the rules work effectively. Additional actions may also be necessary, he says. "If, in the future, we need to take further action, we will not hesitate," he says in the draft of the speech.
Mr. Lew is pushing for new measures to reduce the risks posed by money-market mutual funds. In addition, he argues that vulnerabilities still exist in the short-term debt markets that Wall Street firms tap heavily. TheFederal Reserve is expected to propose new measures soon to make these short-term markets more stable. The speech also calls on Congress to provide all regulatory agencies with enough money to enforce the new rules.
Much of the speech, however, was devoted to the progress of financial regulations overseas. Next year, the Treasury expects to focus on working with foreign regulators to devise plans for winding down a large global bank in an orderly way if it gets into trouble.
"The failure to work out such arrangements now could pose a significant future risk to our financial system," Mr. Lew's speech will say.
The Treasury Department also remains concerned about regulatory loopholes in overseas derivatives markets.
Federal regulators, seeking to rein in risky derivatives trading at big banks overseas, have landed in a turf battle with foreign finance ministers who are vying to limit the reach of American authorities. A deal was struck in July for a joint approach to cross-border trades. But on Wednesday, in a move that underscored the continuing challenge of carrying out Dodd-Frank, Wall Street trade groups filed a lawsuit that challenged cross-border guidelines that American regulators had put in place. Mr. Lew's comments also suggested that the Treasury believes that foreign governments may use trade negotiations as a way to weaken financial regulations. "We will not allow these agreements to serve as an opportunity to water down domestic financial regulatory standards," he says.
In reality, much still needs to be done in the United States. Although theVolcker Rule may be soon be finished, several complex and far-reaching requirements that arose from Dodd-Frank still have not been completed. These include crucial rules on derivatives and mortgage lending.
Mr. Lew said very little about efforts to overhaul housing finance in the United States. The taxpayer still backstops nearly every new mortgage, and the Obama administration has taken few steps to move home loans back into the private sector.
"Significant housing finance reform is still needed to add clarity to the market and attract more private capital," Mr. Lew says.

The following report is the testimony of a Queensland Australia police officer who was told to report all vaccine damaged and killed babies as abused by their parents under the "shaken baby syndrome" lie. Why all of a sudden did the shaken baby scam start? Is it not interesting that it corresponds with the explosion in autism?
The shaken baby scam was hatched to cover for the deaths and damage caused by the brain destroying vaccines now being administered to children. These vaccines, which are intended to blunt emotions and intelligence are created by taking stem cell cultures of the same tissues in the brain the elite want removed from the masses, stripping these stem cell cultures of their proteins, and attaching these proteins to pathogens in the vaccines to trick a child's immune system into attacking the "correct" areas of a child's brain. This is being done to create a lesser race which is capable of learning only via training and not very capable of actually thinking. Those who get blunted too much turn into full blown intellectual chimpanzees, which Autism closely mimics.
Before America sent up any astronauts, America sent up a trained chimpanzee to test fly the first space ship before Nasa sent one up with real people. This chimpanzee, dubbed "astrochimp" was able to be trained to carry out all the tasks of the space mission, do the launch and land the capsule safely. But the chimp knew nothing about what was really going on, and acted only on training and impulse. Such intellect is what the "elite" want all non-jewish children to have so that our portion of mankind can never challenge Jewish supremacy, we will exist to serve them and never have any ability to challenge them if they get their way and manage to destroy enough of our children via vaccination programs.
Oh, but I am a nutcase with this, RIGHT? I am just paranoid, RIGHT? no one thinks like that, the Jews are all innocent, RIGHT? Before walking around stifled in ignorance, thinking everything is golden and NO ONE is out to get you, I suggest you read the following quote from an Israeli prime minister:

So if you have ever wondered why I am so difficult to get a hold of, it is because I am by no means a CHIMP and I assert my right to remain as I am, and will die before surrender. All whistleblowers who are genuine and manage to get through to me get posted here. If there is any threat mankind faces that is above all others, it is tainted vaccines, which really will throw our future to the jungle if people do not wake up and realize that we are in a war, where children are being destroyed one shot at a time.

I joined the Queensland Police Service in Queensland Australia in 1989, at the age of 27. In my work as a State Police officer, I would be called to sudden deaths to investigate the circumstances. This included babies and young children.

I attended several, where the baby was found dead by one of the parents in the morning; in Australia, the term "Sudden Infant Death Syndrome" is used to describe this outcome. Notice how the "syndrome" is frequently used - I believe this serves the purpose of mystifying the problem and therefore the cause. Another is "gulf war syndrome", which is clearly caused by the Anthrax vaccine.

I began to dig deeper, whenever I had the opportunity to conduct investigations into the infant deaths. In 1993, I was the first response to a 6 month old baby death. I went to the hospital because the baby had been taken there by ambulance, and at the hospital, I obtained the testimony of the mother. In her statement, she told me that her baby was eating and sleeping normally but, when the baby was vaccinated at the age of 2 months (which was the vaccine policy in Australia) the baby then would not sleep and would not eat properly and suffered frequent convulsions

She went to several doctors trying to find an answer. They gave her a common drug called "Panadol" which did not do anything. The convulsions continued, so she went to another doctor who gave her another drug, which also did not work. The baby continued to convulse and vomit frequently. The little girl would not sleep and the mother was sleep deprived also.

Because the situation was so desperate, the mother went doctor shopping. The other doctors simply gave her more drugs. At the age of about 5 months, the baby died. The QPS then charged the mother for causing the death by using a forensic report, which showed slightly elevated drug levels. Fortunately, in this particular case, the Director of Public Prosecutions did not want to proceed with a murder charge because the mother provided a statement, which outlined normal sleep and eating prior to the vaccine.

Another incident occurred when I saw a father come through the Ipswitch District Watchhouse Q1D on the charges of Manslaughter (similar to 2nd degree murder) of a 5 year old that had suffered a severe reaction to the initial vaccines and was brain damaged. The QPS relied on the false medical premise titled "shaken baby syndrome" - there is that "Syndrome" word again.

The child succumbed to the injuries from the vaccines and the QPS opted to blame the father on the basis of "Shaken Baby Syndrome" but there was no evidence, other than the vaccine, for the cause of the injuries, when the "shaken baby" accusation was applied.

I have seen grieving parents charged with causing the deaths of their babies,

The highest risk period for death by vaccine was at two months, when the babies are given all the vaccines;

When the detectives investigate the death of a baby, they interview each parent separately. If there are any conflicting versions of the story, they use the differences to attack the parents credibility and rely on the flawed "shaken baby syndrome" medical evidence. If there is no conflict, even a minor one in the parent testimony, the police then turn it over to a "medical doctor" who has "experience" with "shaken baby syndrome" and attempt to prosecute from that angle.

If the parents tell the investigator they picked up the lifeless baby and shook it to wake it, the police will prosecute even though the baby was already dead. Since "shaken baby syndrome" has no hard evidence, such as bruising or other injury, it's the perfect way to blame parents for damage caused by vaccines.

In October of 2009, a baby died shortly after being vaccinated with the H1N1 vaccine, and to everyone's surprise the state coroner ruled that there was no link to the vaccine.

In my view, the QPS officers are sufficiently brainwashed to not realize the vaccines are causing the injuries and deaths; and when they investigate and prosecute they rely heavily on "medical evidence", which is significantly influenced by big Pharma, and appear to wish to divest responsibility.

Now they give the vaccinations at birth and I speculate that this is so that any damage can be blamed as having the problems since birth.

After giving a parent an article by Dr. Vera Schreibner, which outlined vaccine damage, the hierarchy of the QPS pursued me, so I left on medical grounds. Upon my exit, they tried to get me to take SSRI's but I threw them all in the trash; they would have caused severe problems, as you already know.

Remember, Jewish autism rates remain 1 in 20,000 - the same as they were before the whole "shaken baby" scam was hatched and not 1 in 50 like they are for the rest of us. Not all vaccines are created equal, and being Jewish has it's perks. I find it interesting that the Jewish press so accurately nails future autism rates, years before they actually happen. And WHY ARE THE JEWS NOT AFFLICTED BY THIS? Six months ago, when I published Israel's autism rates, they were 1 in 20,000 but they have been careful and covered it up. Fortunately I saved captures of the web sites that had those stats, but since I am at a cyber cafe right now I cannot post them. I definitely will, they are NOT going to get away with lying about this.

 

 

Israeli "perception management" NAILED

About six months ago I published the autism rates for the Jewish community in Israel, where the Jewish community mysteriously enjoys an ultra low autism rate of 1 in 20,000 Jewish children, and I told people to just google it out.
Now many of the Google results are showing ultra high Israeli autism rates even post dated to up to a decade ago and it's all a BIG FAT LIE. And HA HA, I have PROOF.
For starters - here is an easy one. Though it says autism rates are high, this particular article at least has them 1 in 1,100 and it does not separate the non Jewish community from the Muslim minority in Israel, which is what is dragging Israel's stats up to one in 1,100. Here is another article which shows Israel's overall autism rates for Jews and non Jews combined is 1 in 2,400. If you measured Jews only, it would still be 1 in 20,000.
So don't fall for the new B.S. on the web obviously put out by perception management complete with history as tweaked and edited as the all new not so "wayback" machine at not so archive.org. Hmm,dynamic.archive.org. Someone ought to register that before they do.

Thanks everyone for the requests to get on to the mnt goat email list however as I have said many times before I do not have a mailing list for the general public nor will I ever. So you can kindly stop requesting me to put you on mine.

I do not want to have any accusations later that I am collecting or soliciting for personal information- because I am not! My email news goes out mainly to very close, long time friends and family members whom I can fully trust.

What you receive is a side benefit of this and my friend George is kind enough to post this news from the States for me. I sincerely hope that it has helped over the years. I am not an intel guru.

I decided to post on PTR and then on TNT because I believed in what Tony was (is) doing and his intel seemed genuine since it did, for the most part, align together.

This process is so dynamic and I know what Tony and others go through each day. It is not easy and we get only the satisfaction that we can, maybe even in just a small way, help the newbies and keep some sanity to this currency revaluation process.

 My friend George now posts on TNT for me. Seconds after the post it is disseminated out to many different sites. This is not good. The post is often chopped up, cut and pasted to meet the other sites needs. Not a good thing to do and I discourage this practice.

In sincerely wish whoever is doing this would stop. Normally when they do this they only cut out the portion dealing more aligned with a date and a rate. They miss the other important information needed to truly understand this investment and the process.

This is a huge disservice for everyone and I strongly encourage you to stop reading my posts on these other sites. They are the primary reason for some confusion about my posts and all the TNT emails on questions I receive daily.

My message is not then clearly broadcasted as needed. TNT is the only public forum to which my post is legitimately posted on. All others are fake and there is no guarantee of the content. A shame it has to come down to this!

We all know there is a ton of money that is going change hands very shortly and we should all be prepared.

These last 9 years for me have been a roller coaster.

Having been lucky enough to have participated in the Kuwait dinar revaluation I know first hand how walking out of the bank that morning literally changed my life in a second and put your head into a tailspin. I was not ready or prepared. This time I can assure you it will be much different.

 I need to tell you a funny story today. It is about Meine Kinder and how they think sometimes at their age. Today they asked how long till Santa comes. I said you know – its always the same day each year …December 25th.

Well,,,,,,,I have to tell you they were so excited and I had to calm them down. When I asked why this year they were so excited they told me that we all have been waiting for this for many years and now it will shortly come.

I had to correct them and tell them they are mixed up. Christmas is celebrated for the birth of our Lord Jesus. The dinar revaluation is also a blessing but it is the other blessing (Jesus) we truly have been waiting for.

So you see what is about to happen to us as far as our blessing in dinarland is kind of like Christmas. It should be a blessing to us and not a curse but because it is happening in this most blessed holiday season or all seasons it should not distract us from what this season should really be all about .

 It is actually kind of nice that the final activation is landing during this holiday season too but let’s all make this such a nice, blessed, holly Christmas this year as we are now in the Advent season too.

Wow ! Who would have ever thought you would be reading my news letter on December 5th , 2103. This RV should have happened multiple times of the years already but here we sit broken hearted came to the bank and could only …….(you know the rest)…lol…

 As you may remember I got an urgent call from my IMF source Wednesday morning notifying me that this revaluation rollout international was going to happen before the night was over. Now we sit here, its Thursday and still no activation for us to go to the banks.

So what happened?

We have heard many times that there are payouts going on behind the scenes. Well it is still going on but the good news is we are next and I mean next in line. Not months or weeks away!

In fact I believe we are now in a 24-48 hour window.

I can say this with a high level of assurance because of the sudden heightened level of concern in the UST for the general public in the exchange process.

I also read just about every news article I can get my hands on from Iraq as well as talk to my source in the CBI. Sometimes it’s not any one piece of information that helps me understand but when you take the information and cross check it and confirm it over and over again then it makes sense and this is only what I bring out in my news.

Today is Thursday and we are in that wonderful window once again Thurs- Sunday. Will we finally see it this time? 

Yes… I am assured this is all but over and we will finally not make it out of this window this time without activation for the general public.

 Of the recent articles I thought very interesting this week where the articles on the 2014 Iraq budget and how, like every year so far, they attempt to formalize the budget and then find they can’t nail down the revenues because of two factors: 

1) can they fully implement the Tarriffs and at what rate?

2) what the heck will the international rate be on the dinar? - since this is a huge factor in the HCL revenue generating portion.

Well this year they simply postponed the budget process. Why? Did they ever do this before?  No, this is a first since they know it is literally just days if not hours before the rate goes live internationally.

 How does this all effect our activation?

Technically it does not since we will see our activation shortly budget or no budget. I can assure you of that.

This does however give me that warm and fuzzy feeling of assurance that we have peaked and the rice is boiling over already. Time to turn down the heat and take the rice off the stove.

You all do remember my past post analogy of cooking rice to this RV process? I know it was kind of corny at the time but when I was giving cooking lessons to Meine Kinder it seemed so applicable and an easy way to help all understand just where we were in the process. Hope you understand now? 

We are now to sit at the table and eat dinner. The process has been over and we are just now waiting for dinner to be served. Can’t wait too long since the meal will get cold.

This is why they need this activation now so they (meaning Iraq) can finally put a realistic budget together and go forward like a developed nation and the master plan for this country. The 2014 budget will not be like past years. 

There are also the agreements made to the IMF for the qualification to ascend to the World Trade Organization (WTO). A tradable international currency in on the top of the list.

There is a scheduled date of Dec 29th for the final evaluation (or audit). I believe in late December or early January we shall all hear on the local news media that Iraq has in fact joined the WTO.
