There once was a small town in Maryland and only had 10 citizens. One owned a
local general store which sold to the other citizens and to strangers driving by
this small place which was way out of the way of major traffic on the road. One
was a carpenter, one a plumber, one a baker, one a tailor, one an auto
mechanic, one headed the small church there, and the remaining three were
all farmers close by. This was a dreary, dead place basically in
nature small town which had shrunk down to this size from once a larger
local population.
They did poorly and between themselves received weekly in net income $200 each. One of them got a bright idea. Create a local currency equal to the $200 in income each brought in weekly. They had local products and services to back up this locally issued currency. At first, they did not spend much with each other and averaged per month $100 extra in income. But that was basically $900 per month income versus the prior basically $800 per month income. But extra income was extra income, so they spent more often with each other for their products and services. Soon that was an extra basic $400 per month income or $1,200 monthly earned versus $800 per month earned prior to these locally issued community dollars to speed up spending in this community. Since this was backed by local products and services, they spent with each other faster and soon they doubled their weekly income to $400 per week or $1,600 monthly total income. They figured out ways to spend more with each other for products and services. They were now up to $600 weekly or $2,400 monthly for basic income for each. They continued this increased spending and soon were up to $800 weekly and up to $3,200 monthly income for each of the 10 citizens here. They finally pushed their weekly income up to $1,000 and monthly up to $4,000 per month. If they had had local industry for manufacturing, they could have gone even much further in spending with one another, but creating around $52,000 annual income instead of the prior around $10,400 was an improvement over the local economy increased by using just $2,000 in additional local community currency to add all this new economic growth to their local tiny community.

This little example of economics in action taken from our local "twilight
zone" of the nearly wiped out tiny town shows that Wash., D.C. does not
know economics. They try to flood the economy with more stagnant money not
spent effectively and the economy does not grow such as has happened with
America. Back your money with products and services but at fixed prices and let
the people spend until they have bought all they want and prosperity begins to
arise from a dying little community. Add true local manufacturing to this and
as people spend with each other for the new products and services they offer,
the economy can keep growing up to the limit that products and services can
back the money being spent. Increasing the spending rate of money basically
held at stable prices and the economy can keep growing in assets and prosperity
up to the limits of resources and services that can be used to back the
economic system set up for the people covered.
Again, Wash., D.C. does not know how to create velocity to money meaning increasing the spending rate of money so instead lowers the interest rate a little and the results are dismal as usual pattern for America. They poured stimulus money into the American economy and the results did not create an economic boom in America, but at best kept the American economy pretty much stagnant and not growing seriously if at all.

Back the passage of our proposed Omni Law and we know the tactics used before
in history to engineer a much higher velocity factor or spending rate to money
which in turn creates more and more prosperity without need for inflation, more
jobs and more jobs again and again, and more wealth and permanent assets for
society making the people, society, and nation richer and richer in the
process. This has been done 4 times in history with Jesus Money and 4 times
knocked out by bankers not liking the people, businesses, and governments both
local and national getting richer and richer all the time while taxes go down
and down! They had to censor your books in school so you would not know that
there is no reason for unemployment, poverty, or a poor economy in America.
Ignorance of serious economic science is how they have kept you controlled by
them and suffering hard times when the economy should be booming with all the
national assets and land owned by America but not used correctly to skyrocket
the economy of America correctly.
I studied with six of the most brilliant economists of America and Europe including
a German economist endorsed by Albert Einstein as teaching the only true
economic science in the 20th Century. I guess to try and silence me, they
destroyed my economic library of economic reports and books supplied me by
these economists when it was located close to Wash., D.C. They also destroyed
my father's corporation and lab report notes left to me to show all the answers
for his Vatican endorsed food process Pope Pius XII indicated was potentially
the greatest news for mankind since the coming of Christ since it could
potentially solve the twin problems of starvation and malnutrition in the
world.
Harry Truman after leaving the White House told my father that he would have backed my father from the White House but sources within the food industry lied to him about my father. Harry Truman said that he did not think that these sources would have had the nerve to lie to the President of America, but they did as he found out when too late. Fukishima cited as suspected source of increasing threat

A private organization that monitors data from thousands of government and other network points for radiation across the United States issued email alerts today for two western U.S. cities, Reno, Nev., and St. George Utah.
The alerts come from the the Nuclear Emergency Tracking Center, which explains its mission is to provide radiation monitoring information from hundreds of sites, including those run by the Environmental Protection Agency, across the United States and Japan.
The warning pinpointed an area “of concern” in St. George, Utah, where it said background radiation levels more than doubled today from the typical reading.
It also named Reno, Nev., for concern, where “the current background radiation level has increased suddenly by more than 200 points from the typical average.”
The report said the “counts per minute” at St. George reach an all-time high of 456, where the average is 222 with a normal deviation of 55.
At Reno, the county suddenly surged quickly, although the CPM was only 462, where the all time high reached 542. There the average is 279 with a deviation of 56.2.
NETC.com founder Harlan Yother told WND that he’s seeing more and more surges of radiation, where levels rise along the West Coast of the United States, then move across the nation from west to east. This always follows by two or three days a rise in monitor levels in Japan, home of the Fukushima nuclear reactor disaster in 2011, he said.
In fact, a previous alert, from Nov. 26, specifically cited the Fukishima, Japan, nuclear disaster, where a power plant was struck first by an earthquake, then by a tidal wave created by the undersea quake.
The organization reports that several of the individual reactors at Fukushima melted down and exploded, releasing massive doses of radiation into the air and water.
Yother said the records show that Seattle, which once was one of the lowest radiation reporting sites in the nation, has been rising ever since the disaster.
“We can tell it has been increasing,” he said.
Officials with the Utah and Nevada offices of emergency management did not immediately respond to WND questions about the readings. Nor did the Department of Homeland Security respond.
The website offered some basic advice for when radiation levels rise:
“You may wish to close windows in your home or office to keep radiation out, and remove shoes upon entering your home, perhaps rinsing them off so as not to track radiation into the home. You may also consider using near-the-door coat racks to hang external coats or jackets you wore outside so as to keep any radiation that may have accumulated upon them, in one location and not have it throughout your home.”
The Fukushima disaster developed in the aftermath of the March 11, 2011, quake. The cooling equipment at the plant failed, allowing the reactors to melt down and creating what officials call the largest nuclear disaster since the Chernobyl meltdown in 1986. It was the second disaster, along with Chernobyl, to measure Level 7 on the International Nuclear Event Scale.
Russia Today reported just yesterday that Tokyo is looking to spent $970 million to store 130,000 tons of contaminated soil dug out from near the crippled power plant.
The government also wants to buy up to five square kilometers of land to build a storage facility.
The plant was designed by General Electric and run by the Tokyo Electric Power Company. And it was revealed that as of last July, the plant was leaking tons of heavily contaminated water into the Pacific.
In addition to the email alert, the NETC.com map revealing four concern points across the western United States, including three in California and one inland a few hundred miles.
These were listed at Radcon 4, only one step from an alert, the map showed.

"The UNITED STATES is a corporation, and Congress is a 'body politic' - both being Roman style incorporations (make-believe ships) under the original creation/ownership of the Pontifex Maximus (Pope) of the (still existent) Holy Roman Empire. All Roman Law documents (so-called constitutions; but, in fact, are 'ship's orders' of make-believe ships), when used as the guide to operate a country under Roman Law, always contain a "notwithstanding" clause (In the US Constitution, it is the 'general welfare' clause).

Tragically, too many believe such fiction without doing a lick of legal research. Constitutional attorney Larry Becraft has penned several responses to this garbage being peddled around the country, i.e.,

The first section of that act is codified at 28 USC 3001, which is posted here.

There are lots of federal corporations, and this act applies to the debt collection activities of those corporations, among others. Of this I am certain: there are many �rumor creators� in this movement and you are ripe for the deception if you never do any research to confirm what is alleged."

lady and that this is a sore subject, but have you seen the below? I don't
expect you to drop everything, but it would be nice if, at your convenience,
you could apply your investigative prowess (as a person of
"knowledge in depth" on these issues) to the below and then tell
me what you think about it.
You requested that one
do due diligence and research the viability of the information one finds on the
web. It is in the pursuit of the goal of due diligence to verify whether or not
the US government is a corporation that, I am hunting for answers and have
found this. I also found http://cafr1.com/,
which is a larger description of a GIANT corporate type entity that makes more
money by investment then it does from the (tax) revenues that it takes in.
The further I go down
this rabbit hole, the more it looks like a duck. Of course, the question is,
"What's a duck doing in a rabbit hole?" I think therein lies the
answer; the duck is just that wily, old wabbit in disguise.

The United States is a
corporation. Last week I received an e-mail so typical of the junk being
hawked:
The
British legal system of mixed common and Roman Law has been used to enslave
us!!! Editor�s notes: Apologies to the original author of this treatise. It
came into my possession with author anonymous. "The UNITED STATES is a corporation, and Congress is a 'body politic' - both being Roman style incorporations (make-believe ships) under the original creation/ownership of the Pontifex Maximus (Pope) of the (still existent) Holy Roman Empire. All Roman Law documents (so-called constitutions; but, in fact, are 'ship's orders' of make-believe ships), when used as the guide to operate a country under Roman Law, always contain a "notwithstanding" clause (In the US Constitution, it is the 'general welfare' clause).
This allows the "captain of the ship", the President, or a designated officer (judge or Cabinet member) leave to disregard any provision of such a constitution at his discretion. 'The CAPTAIN may deviate from ANY 'rules or regulations' when he DEEMS it necessary for the GOOD of the ship.' That is a basic maxim of the Law of the Sea, and totally within the 'common sense' realm of operating a ship relative to safety and profitability; however, it is devastating to the unalienable rights of an individual free will man or woman living upon the land.
"Also, it has recently come to light that the court systems operate their admiralty type law within the confines of a 'contract' in all of the British, and former British Empire. The clerk of the court, the prosecuting attorneys, and the judges proffer the contract, and the defendant blindly and ignorantly accepts the offered contract by acquiescence and obedience to court orders and sentences. A defendant convicted and sentenced, even by a jury (in an admiralty/equity court) only need to inform the judge that he/she refuses the offered contract and/or sentence of the judge.
As a contracting party, the defendant does not have to accept a contract by imposition against his/her free will. As has happened, when such a refusal of the contract is made, the judge will use legal trickery and bluster to attempt to get the defendant to accept another contract. The defendant need only to continue with: "I do not accept your sentence." Or, where applicable: "I do not accept your offer of contract." The latter statement may be placed upon served court documents and returned (signed and dated) to the clerk of the court."
Tragically, too many believe such fiction without doing a lick of legal research. Constitutional attorney Larry Becraft has penned several responses to this garbage being peddled around the country, i.e.,

It alleges, �Congress cut a deal with the international banker (specifically Rothschilds of London) to incur a DEBT to said bankers,� but where is the proof beyond mere �say-so� of the author? All this act did was establish a form of govt for DC, which incidentally ended 7 or 8 years later. In my view, Lisa Guliani of Babel Magazine is full of BS. I am particularly angry at the constant reference to 28 USC 3002 as the �proof� of this argument. That section is merely a part of the Federal Debt Collection Procedures Act of 1990, 104 Stat. 4933. The first section of that act is codified at 28 USC 3001, which is posted here.

There are lots of federal corporations, and this act applies to the debt collection activities of those corporations, among others. Wherever the act uses the term �United States,� the definition in 3002 declares that it applies not only to the debt collection activities of the United States, but also the federal corporations. Of this I am certain: there are many �rumor creators� in this movement and you are ripe for the deception if you never do any research to confirm what is alleged."

Contrast that with what we would be separating ourselves from... and thus giving legitimacy to... namely, a rogue, band of royalists sco undrels who have taken our most wholesome offices, and have obfuscated and perverted our laws...
No new Constitutional convention or Continental Congress need to be convened... the Constitution still exists and already provides the means... all we have to do now is wake up enough people, and show them how to use our LAW, to defeat these Bastids!!!!
