t- I'll answer it w/ another ? - I want to stay out of it, not fair of me telling you,  the dealers tell me that they will be competitive as long as its the market rate, but the rate that we are getting may not be the market rate, it might be the contract rate, and they can't compete with it out the gate, but later on, they would be, later in the month.  Not so in the beginning but it will work out that way,  they want me to tell you that we are doing the contract rate, so we go to the bank and get the oil credits, our Gov. can't get them thru the exchangers, they go somewhere else and they want me to tell you that, and so if you start out, it might change, but at some point the 3.44 that Iraq has will come into play,

t- trying not to say everything, but to answer the question, at some point in the 30 day period of time, may match the rate and the exchangers,  there is a plan A and a plan B, a US rate and an International rate, and we won't care, until they match up and it will be open for everyone.
Not sure if the exchangers can do the contract rate, and they would be losing,  play it by ear,  if I get the info before I go sign the NDA I'll tell you.

Frontline’s most recent program entitled “The Untouchables,” which aired on January 22, outlined how Lanny Breuer, head of the DOJ’s criminal division, and his Deputy were unwilling to prosecute Wall Street bankers in spite of evidence of fraud. Breuer confessed to the New York Bar Association that he was up nights thinking about how his actions potentially may have had tragic ripple effects throughout the economy.

Frontline did a good job in calling out Breuer and the Justice Department. So good that DOJ called “The Untouchables” a “hit piece,” and Lanny Breuer has resigned his position. Still, Frontline failed to point out a vital connection with a key Obama cabinet appointment.

U.S. Treasury Secretary nominee Jack Lew, the current White House Chief of Staff, used to be in charge of the very Citigroup department that was the subject of a Senate hearing. Frontline documented the Citigroup policy of bank underwriters’ approving mortgages that would eventually go into failure, and even showed Senator Carl Levin questioning the chief underwriter of Citigroup. Levin asked him whether he believed the bank he worked for had been running a scam by intentionally granting housing loans destined to fail while at the same time betting heavily against the housing market.

Of course, it was a scam. It conned many people out of their paychecks, their life savings and their retirements. Ultimately, it crushed the economy. One merely needs to look at the jobs market to see how the economy is devastated beyond repair. And Jack Lew, soon to be Secretary of the U.S. Treasury, played a key role in the mismanagement of risk.

All too often the federal government chooses to address a problem with the very same individuals who played roles in creating the problem. This isn’t the “Hope” and “Change” that Obama voters were expecting when they pledged their support for the President in 2008.

According to an officer outside the Alfalfa Club dinner Saturday night, Metropolitan police have yet to negotiate a contract or receive a pay increase in 7 years. Teachers, healthcare workers or any individual who has a job remotely connected to the government stand to lose their jobs after March 27. Had individuals like Jack Lew not created the economic collapse of 2008, more than likely we would not be facing such harsh cuts.

Like Frontline, mainstream media outlets have dropped the ball as well. Few are making the connection between Jack Lew and his former role at Citigroup (contrast this article on Huffington Post), or pointing out the continuing relationship of the U.S. Treasury with firms which received bailout money, such as Lew’s former employer.

What’s more, the mainstream propaganda machine is hard at work validating President Obama’s choice for Treasury Secretary and whitewashing Jack Lew’s involvement in this fraud. Not only are big bankers going unpunished, in the Obama administration they are being rewarded with cabinet appointments. We need a watchdog media that has the courage to say so.

Along with its sandy beaches and quality snorkeling, the Cayman Islands’ reputation as an offshore tax haven for corporations, banks and hedge funds has become so well-known its financial institutions now are featured in travel brochures as yet another tourist attraction.

So as we traveled across the Caribbean this week – including a stretch paralleling the south coast of Cuba past Guantanamo Bay and the Sierra Maestra mountains, where Castro and his revolutionaries once hid out — we made a stop in George Town on Grand Cayman Island. A short walk along the shore took us to 335 South Church Street, a location made famous by Barack Obama a few years ago and more recently, Jack Lew, during his confirmation hearings to become Secretary of the Treasury.

There you’ll find Ugland House, a five-story office building that, according to a 2008 report from the US Government Accountability Office (GAO), houses 18,857 corporations, about half of which have billing addresses back in the States. It’s the business world equivalent of one of those circus cars that’s packed with more clowns than you thought possible.  In 2009, Obama said of Ugland House, “either this is the largest building in the world or the largest tax scam in the world.”

In Foreign Policy magazine in January 2012, Joshua Keating wrote that in reality Ugland is neither but, “… the building makes a mockery of the U.S. tax system.”

Keating noted that the Caymans have no direct taxes, it only costs some $600 to set up a company address there – while the company does business around the world — and that  “the Caymans also allow U.S. non-profit entities like pension funds and university endowments to invest in hedge funds without paying the ‘unrelated business income tax,’ which could be as high as 35 percent if those funds were based in the United States.” He also cited “concerns that the complexity and lack of transparency in Cayman Islands transactions can make tax evasion and money laundering easier, though,” he adds, “… the vast majority of Cayman Islands transactions are entirely legal.”  This is what the Internal Revenue Service euphemistically described to the GAO as “the Cayman Islands’ reputation for regulatory sophistication.”

They recently passed a banking bill stating that deposits made in/to a bank are the property of that bank. It would seem that such law will allow the banks to simply claim ALL the proceeds from the currency exchange. Then, there is the ambiguity about tax due on the proceeds of a currency swap. Is it 11% or much higher? There is also the much talked about Non-Disclosure Agreement. Why? Is it so that those whose deposits are stolen by the banks can not take any action in response, due to possible criminal penalties? Why the secrecy involved in an attempt to prevent CNN from divulging information under a court-ordered gag, which we know failed? It appears there are at least 70,000+ Dinarians waiting breathlessly for the RV. What are the chances there would be complete secrecy, even with a gag order in place? As soon as the RV and currency swap are in progress, I suspect the sales of luxury automobiles, property, jewelry and other high dollar items are just going to explode. Is there any chance of keeping that a secret from the rest of the population, and why bother? This is going to be very interesting as it begins to unfold. Knowing the U.S. gov't and their minions as I do, I can't believe this is going to end well for the Dinarians. Unauthorized disclosure may result in prosecution to the full extent of the law.” That is the warning at the bottom of every page of the 217-page confidential Obamacare Navigator training manual sitting online for anyone to come across –and as Watchdog.org reports, that’s exactly what someone did. Tammy Duffy, a radiation health physicist from New Jersey, was talking with Obamacare Navigators one day and asked a question regarding people who are self-employed, in which they could not provide an answer. She then asked for a copy of the manual, which they would not give her since it’s not meant to be available to the public. “I asked the nice ladies for a copy and they said I could not have it because it was a government document not for the public. So I thought maybe there is an outline or shorter version that is for the public. I went to Google and typed in ‘healthcare insurance marketplace Navigator SOP,” Duffy said. Sure enough, a Google search of “Healthcare insurance marketplace Navigator SOP” yields a link back to the “Health Insurance Marketplace Navigator Standard Operating Procedures Manual.” The manual is labeled as “restricted distribution” by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and threatens prosecution to anyone authorized to view it who ultimately disseminates it to unauthorized people — and it’s online for everyone to see. navigators Duffy knew she came across something that should not be online and tried reaching out to the federal government informing them of this. Nothing happened. “I immediately sent an email through the White House web site that these documents are on the web for all to see. I got no response. I also called the White House yesterday and spoke to a volunteer (and said) these restricted documents are on web. I have heard from no one. I also sent it to a friend who works at the Department of Defense and said, ‘Get this taken down.’ It’s still up there.” The document itself does not seem to contain sensitive information or secrets even though it is labeled confidential. While nothing within the manual seems to be out of the ordinary or raise eyebrows, it contains parts instructing Navigators how to interact with people they speak with. It also includes sections on “Identifying Personally Identifiable Information,” “IRS Data Safeguards” and “Preventing Fraud.” However, despite sections on preventing fraud and protecting people’s personal information, Breitbart News obtained an early copy of a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee report on Obamacare Navigators that documents Navigators encouraging fraud. The report titled, Risks of Fraud and Misinformation with ObamaCare Outreach Campaign: How Navigator and Assister Program Mismanagement Endangers Consumers, details how ill-trained the people in charge of signing Americans up for Obamacare actually are. It notes that ”documents call into question the effectiveness of the Navigator program and the Obama administration’s ability to safeguard consumer information” and that “poorly-trained Navigators gave consumers incorrect information about the health care exchanges, violated HHS rules and procedures, and even encouraged applicants to commit tax fraud in some instances.” The Oversight committee found: *Navigators from the Urban League of Dallas were captured on video encouraging applicants to lie on their health insurance application so the applicants could qualify for tax subsidies. Navigators were also recorded advising an applicant to lie about her smoking habits to obtain a lower monthly premium. It was later discovered that two of the so-called Navigators involved in the incident were assisting consumers with their applications even though they had not completed their training and certification requirements. *One self-identified Navigator gave a television interview in which she told viewers blatantly incorrect information—that applicants’ credit scores could impact their eligibility for certain plans. It later came to light that the woman was not a certified Navigator but rather a volunteer with a Navigator organization. *Mountain Project, Inc., a Navigator organization in North Carolina, has been collecting and mailing paper applications on behalf of applicants, in violation of Navigator rules and procedures. Even more worrisome is that Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, previously statedduring a hearing that it’s possible felons could be hired into the Navigator role since it lacks background checks. “Isn’t it true that there is no federal requirement for navigators to undergo a criminal background check,” Sen. I had no intention of doing any posts today , particularly on this site but I'm choosing to do it here because I believe Dinarians need a bit of positive news right about now and many of you know me as "conservative" especially with hopium in particular . I might just add I'm not calling anything just passing on news I just got but it's interesting, at least to me.

Just about 11:30 pm Iraqi time my Amigo there left me this very interesting email, it notably speaks of "hurried action" to be addressed by parliament as they have reconvened and are back with the people's business.

Initially couple weeks back some of this dear man's fellow MP's had expressed to him their intentions of extended holidays but evidently someone is cracking the whip, presumably M and pretty much the parliament is in full attendance and many "closed door meetings scheduled".

While he didn't elaborate on particulars he noted some noteworthy laws are being tackled at "GREAT INSISTENCE". He stated that much of the world celebrating Christmas soon this "back to business with vigor" is the kind of gift we should be thankful for.

The rest are all state secrets he says BUT just the fact that he took the time to express "Work in progress" is being carried out I think is interesting to say the least.

I can't read into anything other than "something might be brewing" with this email because usually my amigo is pretty reserved. But I'm just speculating so keep grounded . I wasn't expecting any emails so this is kind of cool.

The only pretty definite type news( yes I know it's all rumors - I agree) that I've reported lately is the currency football implementation timeline seems to have been won by the M camp vs. the economists, MP's, etc. who still want to delay things till after next springs elections. Back room deals and politics reign supreme in 3rd world nations ( probably most all nations) and M seems adamant about implementation sooner than later to win re-election. His (M's) party feels the monetary mechanism will need 90+ days to start taking foothold and having a positive impact throughout the economy. STRONG RUMOR is January ( yes, just rumor) .

Only thing else noteworthy that he left on this email is that announcements via articles, press releases will be out these next few weeks highlighting details of what's going on.

Anyway, they are back to work ---which is great news and I thought I'd just share. Let's see what announcements come out soon.
