This link to the power transition model http://citation.allacademic.com/meta/p_mla_apa_research_citation/0/7/4/2/7/pages74272/p74272-1.php was broken in the previous comment. I discovered this when forwarding the preceding comment to the authorized signatory on the Global Collateral Account containing the world's gold, the NY missions to the UN, the Bretton Woods' Development Committee, the President of the County Executives of America, the Co-Chair of the Council of Governors http://nga.org/cms/CoG, US Sheriffs, and the World Bank Executive Directors.

The real transition is coming with US citizens' demand for release of the uncut US Treasury Dollars that John F. Kennedy printed to replace Federal Reserve Notes  https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/UBS+UNCUT.pdf together with the 170,500 metric tons of gold to underpin the dollar allocated by Wolfgang Struck, the authorized signatory on the Global Collateral Account.https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Wolfgang+Struck.pdf The Jesuits assassinated JFK to prevent implementation of the Green Hilton Agreement,   http://nexusilluminati.blogspot.com/2014/01/top-mafia-figure-tony-gambino.html
The mainstream media is controlled by the banking cartel identified by Stefania Vitali, James B. Glattfelder, and Stefano Battiston: “The network of global corporate control“, ETH Zurich, published September 2011 http://arxiv.org/PS_cache/arxiv/pdf/1107/1107.5728v2.pdf
 But the truth, published by alternate media on the internet, has won out. People no longer believe the mainstream media. http://kahudes.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/press3.pdf
The Jesuits' banking cartel has been overthrown by a coalition working for the rule of law, as predicted by the ‘power transition model’ cited in footnotes 7,8 and 10 of  http://www.larsschall.com/2013/05/08/governance-issues-at-the-world-bank-a-security-risk-to-the-world-order/

“Specifically, a gap between the United States and Germany, the leader of Europe now and into the foreseeable future, generates frictions and dissatisfaction within the Western alliance. This dissatisfaction in turn, raises the potential of a challenge between the US and an emerging giant in Asia. Contrast this structure with the alternative that was emerging after the war in Afghanistan. A German – led EU was coordinating anti-terrorist efforts with the US. Russia, France and Japan seemed to be participating in an expanded NATO/EU/Atlantic Alliance. China was now neutral. Given this structure the potential challenge from a dissatisfied Asian power could be delayed until the end of this century.”

“[T]he forecasts produced by [the model] were shown to be both more specific and more accurate than the results generated by the Directorate of Intelligence…[A]nalysts…have a tendency to look to the future as a projection of the past, while [the model], to the contrary, begins with the assumption that policies are the product of changing political forces that are estimable…[I]t may be noted that it generates forecasts about policy outcomes using information on how stakeholders (i.e., those with both an interest in an issue and an ability to affect its outcome) are positioned on an issue, how important the issue is to them, and how much power each stakeholder has. ..How does the model fare? Quite well, in fact. ..[T]he model was used “to analyze scores of policy issues in over 30 countries” (275). …[T]he model’s rate of accuracy was about 90%, and when the forecasts of the model and CIA analysts differed, the model’s forecast was correct in every case.
Knight of Malta Martin Dempsey ducked my question about military strength and the US dollar at his townhall meeting on December 2, 2013: Here's my question to General Dempsey:
With the Federal Reserve Note weakening against other currencies, 25% of international trade no longer denominated in US dollars, and the US credit rating on the verge of being lowered by the new Universal Credit Rating Group, do you think it is time to accept the offer of the authorized signatory to the Global Collateral Account to release the uncut dollars issued by the US Treasury department and back them with the 170,500 metric tonnes of gold on deposit in the Bank of Hawaii? https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/embennell.docx

A member of the US’ Armed forces has this to say about what is really going on in the military: “[A] concealed foreign enemy and its American minions are on their last legs because…it has two fatal vulnerabilities: its needs for: (i) public invisibility and, (ii) control of the U.S. military to enforce its concealed global schemes…The enemy’s critically important control of the U.S. military is rapidly evaporating. The American, Russian, and Chinese militaries–in concert–have determined the wisdom of bringing to an end the plans for fomenting a World War III and its New World Order pretensions and its murderous existence. Closing with the enemy has already begun.
And they waited for Maj. Jogger Ticketed for Crack-of-Dawn Run!

Sheriffs and Larry Klayman,

It is NOW coming to the point that Running is PREPARING in anticipation to commit a crime and RUN FROM THE COPS!
Children are BANNED for playing in the school yard as it is Endangerment to the child.
Yet now preparing for the Ironman Triathlon will be ILLEGAL as that makes them better to commit a crime and get away from the Cops.
Well, maybe the Cops better train for the Ironman Triathlon, yet that is an Excessive Cost for Obamacare!

Morning Glory: Jogger Ticketed for Crack-of-Dawn Run Through Central Park

    Here’s my actual summons for running in Central Park this morning “before the park opened.” SMH. http://t.co/cWDRl3Bkoi

    — Peter Shankman (@petershankman) February 27, 2014

Runners have joined jaywalkers on the NYPD’s to-ticket list.

CEO Peter Shankman was issued a summons for running in Central Park too early in the morning, Gothamist reports.

Mr. Shankman, who is an “author, entrepreneur, speaker, and worldwide connector,” and founder of Help a Reporter Out, was stopped by cops around 4:30 a.m. on Thursday near 85th Street on the park’s East Side.

    I just got a SUMMONS for running in Central Park at 430am “before it opened.” ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME NEW YORK CITY?

    — Peter Shankman (@petershankman) February 27, 2014

He said he was training for the Ironman Triathlon and getting his 10 miles in before his morning meeting, Mr. Shankman wrote on Facebook.

But apparently, Central Park is closed between 1am and  6am, making his early morning run a criminal act.

Mr. Shankman claims there were no signs, gates, or traffic cones indicating that the park was closed.

“Note – Running in the park. Not ‘performing sex acts for crack,’ or ‘laying down explosive charges,’ but ‘running.’ Because apparently, a 215 pound man running through Central Park at just over a 9:10 pace is a threat to Manhattan,” he posted on Facebook.

Mr. Shankman wondered why a simple warning was not sufficient, but it was clear to him that the officer’s boss was in the car pressuring him to write the ticket.

The hardened criminal plans to fight what he believes is a bogus charge in court in May.

“And therein lies the irony—I was trying to get in better shape—exactly the point of all the other laws the last 12 years have seen, from no smoking in bars to no big gulps full of sugary sodas,” he told Gothamist.

Next time he should just run faster to lose the cops.

What do you suppose the outcome will be for you and me due to the USA (private criminal corporation) 'government'  unlawful infraction on the Ukraine and Russia?  Every place this criminal organization sends the USA troops, results in uprisings and deaths.  Makes tons of money for their criminal corporations and gets their feet on the ground inside to work toward taking over those nations for their own goals and greed.  Every nation that is rising up against the satanic NWO is being targeted (Libya, Egypt, Syria. et al)

Utilities Desperate to Quash Dissent, Shut Off Activist Leader’s Electricity

On the heels of Northeast Utilities admitting that smart meters are “irrational”, we’re seeing the wheels of reason and logic further come off the centralized energy cart(el).

In what is an illegal and thinly-veiled “psy-op” (psychological operation) attempting to stem the rising tide of awareness of the massive rights violations associated with their ‘smart’ meter deployments, Plumas Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative (PSREC) actually disconnected the electricity from the home of Joshua Hart, a leader in the movement and director of StopSmartMeters.org.

As documented in our boat-rocking film Take Back Your Power, so-called ‘smart’ meter deployments are beleagured on many levels, being linked to in-home surveillance, unjustified billing increases, extortive “opt-out” practices/fees, home and appliance hackability, health symptoms (from pulsed microwave radiation and high-frequency voltage transients), and a rather long list of home fires.

Rachael Rettner
A 4-month-old infant in Maryland may be the first person to have had teeth form in his brain as a result of a specific type of rare brain tumor, according to a new report of the case.

The boy is doing well now that his tumor has been removed, and doctors say the case sheds light on how these rare tumors develop.

Doctors first suspected something might be wrong when the child’s head appeared to be growing faster than is typical for children his age. A brain scan revealed a tumor containing structures that looked very similar to teeth normally found in the lower jaw.

Baby's Rare Brain Tumor Had Teeth

The child underwent brain surgery to have the tumor removed, during which doctors found that the tumor contained several fully formed teeth, according to the report. [14 Oddest Medical Cases]

After an analysis of tumor tissue, doctors determined the child had a craniopharyngioma, a rare brain tumor that can grow to be larger than a golf ball, but does not spread.

Researchers had always suspected that these tumors form from the same cells involved in making teeth, but until now, doctors had never seen actual teeth in these tumors, said Dr. Narlin Beaty, a neurosurgeon at the University of Maryland Medical Center, who performed the boy’s surgery along with his colleague, Dr. Edward Ahn, of Johns Hopkins Children’s Center.

“It’s not every day you see teeth in any type of tumor in the brain. In a craniopharyngioma, it’s unheard of,” Beaty said.

Craniopharyngiomas commonly contain calcium deposits, “but when we pulled out a full tooth…I think that’s something slightly different,” Beaty told Live Science.

Teeth have been found in people’s brains before, but only in tumors known as teratomas, which are unique among tumors because they contain all three of the tissue types found in an early-stage human embryo, Beaty said. In contrast, craniopharyngiomas have only one layer of tissue.

The boy’s case provides more evidence that craniopharyngiomas do indeed develop from the cells that make teeth, Beaty said.

These tumors are most often diagnosed in children ages 5 to 14, and are rare in children younger than 2, according to the National Cancer Institute.

The boy is progressing well in his development, the researchers said. However, because craniopharyngiomas are tumors of the pituitary gland — a gland in the brain that releases many important hormones — they often cause hormone problems.

In the boy’s case, the tumor destroyed the normal connections in the brain that would allow certain hormones to be released, Beaty said, so he will need to receive hormone treatments for the rest of his life to replace these hormones, Beaty said.

“He’s doing extremely well, all things considered,” Beaty said. “This was a big tumor right in the center of his brain. Before the modern surgical era this child would not have survived,” Beaty said.

The teeth were sent to a pathologist for further study, Beaty said, and generally, these types of tissue samples are saved for many years in case more investigation is needed.

The report is published in the Feb. 27 issue of the New England Journal of Medicine.

Medicinal ginger for health and garden

Rady Ananda
Activist Post

One of the world’s most potent disease-fighting spices, ginger, is easy to grow and comes in a variety of over a thousand different species.  Medicinal ginger most often used is Zingiber officinale.

The Real Food Channel reminds us, “Pharmaceutical companies would have you believe that their expensive and potentially toxic medications are the way to treat nausea, cold and flu symptoms, migraines, and other illnesses.” But, Ken McCarthy asks, “What if a common food, easily available and inexpensive, could treat all of these conditions and more?”

In the video below, Dr Akilah El presents “The Health Benefits of Ginger,” which has been used for over 5,000 years as a natural remedy for a host of ailments, including:
  • Relieves nausea;
  • Eases arthritis;
  • Aides digestion;
  • Reduces respiratory problems;
  • Prevents motion sickness;
  • Fights ovarian cancer;
  • Lowers cholesterol;
  • Prevents migraines;
  • Prevents blood clots; and
  • Treats cold and flu symptoms.

And, it’s easy to grow indoors or out.  Ginger loves it hot, humid and shady. Think of its natural environment – it’s an understory forb in lowland tropical forests.  That landscape is soggy and well drained.  In a pot, the soil should be damp and well drained.

Different species can grow from 3-15 feet in height and about 3 ft. wide.  While its flowers are exotic, it is the underground stem, the rhizome, that packs the medicinal and flavorful punch.

Herb Gardens advises that you select “a plump, smooth-skinned ginger root” for planting. If it’s skinny and shriveled, “the root has been stored too long and has become old.”

Sara Elliot at The Herb Gardener recommends that you use “large root pieces that are shiny and chubby and have little nubs or horns on them. These are the sections that will sprout.”

Soak it for a few hours and lay it on the soil, then just cover it with more soil. Some folks will add worm castings or other organically rich material to the mixture. Most importantly, the soil must remain moist and drain well.  The best soil pH for ginger is slightly acidic, between 6.0 and 6.8.

Keep it at or above 75 ºF (24 ºC) and 70-90% relative humidity (RH).

It’ll take several months for your plant to reach its full height. Depending on conditions, that can be between 4 and 10 months.

In cold climes, bring the pot indoors. “Allow the foliage to yellow and fade; then trim it off,” says Elliot. “Moisten the soil once a month to keep the roots viable. In the spring, after all threat of frost has passed, place the pot in a warm shady spot and watch for a new set of shoots. Repot plants in Spring every couple of years.”

You can begin harvesting it when you see little nubs at the soil line. Cut off the portions at the edge of the pot, rather than near the center.

Then, like the above video recommends, make your tea or spice your meals with it.

6 Steps to better eye health
Hi John
Here’s a little bit of eyesight humor to start your day:
As an old man was driving down the freeway, his cell phone rang.
Answering, he heard his wife's voice urgently warning him, "Herman, I just heard on the news that there's a car going the wrong way on Route 280. Please be careful!"
"It's not just one car, Betty" said Herman, "It's hundreds of them!"
In all seriousness, I think it’s pretty safe to say that most people would not want to be without their vision.
Now, loss of visual acuity (nearsightedness or farsightedness) is common as we age (and is the subject of many age-related jokes!) but unfortunately, needing stronger glasses is not the only thing that can go wrong with your peepers.
Conditions like glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration can all sneak up on you and severely affect your vision, many times robbing it permanently.
And while the thought of that can scare the you-know-what out of you, the good news is that there are some very effective ways you can take good care of your eyes and help preserve your precious gift of sight.
Here are the...
Six surefire ways to prize your eyes
1)  Gimme shelter
Protecting your eyes from UV radiation can decrease your risk of cataracts, which occur when proteins in the lens of your eye get damaged.
So on bright sunny days, be sure to protect your eyes by wearing sunglasses or a hat.
2)  Stop being a potato
Yup--your eyes are yet another great reason to stop being a couch potato and get some regular exercise.
Recent research has suggested that physical activity can lower your chance of developing cataracts by more than one-third, cut your risk of developing macular degeneration by more than half, and lower the increased eye pressure associated with glaucoma!
So put on the sneakers, grab the weights or racquet, hop on the treadmill, jump in the pool, start pedaling the bike or whatever your activity of choice is and DO IT at least 3-4 days a week.  Just be sure to get your doctor’s OK first, especially if you’ve been a potato for quite some time.
And if you need motivation, just think of it this way—you’ll want good vision so you can see how much nicer your more-toned body will look, especially with spring and summer approaching!  :-)
3)  Tame that sweet tooth
Refined carbohydrates (sugars, white flour, white rice, white bread, cookies, pastries, cakes, bagels, rolls, bakery goods, etc.) all quickly turn to sugar (glucose) once they're broken down by your body.
And having a regular diet of foods like these increases your risk of Type 2 diabetes
You see, eating foods that create a regular onslaught of glucose in your blood day in and day out stresses your pancreas to produce enough insulin so your cells will absorb the excess glucose.  Eventually it either can't keep up, or your cells start ignoring the insulin (known as insulin resistance).
At that point the glucose builds up in your bloodstream and you can develop Type 2 diabetes.
Diabetes can damage your eyes and lead to blindness.  Plus people with Type 2 diabetes have a 72% increased risk of certain types of cataracts and are twice as likely to develop glaucoma as nondiabetics.
4)  Get sources of eye-healthy nutrients
Vitamins A, C, B6, B12 and folic acid are all crucial to eye health, as are zinc and the amino acid glutathione.
Here are some great food sources of each:
Vitamin A:  Leafy greens (especially spinach), bell peppers, sweet potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, asparagus, winter squash and carrots.
Vitamin C: Citrus fruits, tomatoes, bell peppers, strawberries, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, parsley, green beans, leafy greens.
Vitamin B6: Spinach, bell peppers, garlic, tuna, bananas, broccoli, watermelon, celery.
Vitamin B12: Shrimp, scallops, salmon, beef, lamb, cod, eggs, milk, yogurt.

5)  Get Omega-3 essential fatty acids
The Omega-3 essential fatty acids EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) are absolutely vital for proper brain and eye functioning.
Unfortunately, because our food supply has merely a fraction of the Omega-3 EFA it used to have (because of our large dependence on vegetables oils, processed foods and meat from grain-fed animals), most people are severely lacking this critical nutrient.
But that can be easily remedied by eating more fatty fish, as well supplementation with a high-quality fish oil formula like VitalMega-3.

2 capsules a day gives you 2,000 mg of the purest top-quality Omega-3 fish oil available which includes 600 mg. of EPA and 400 mg. of DHA, which is the ratio suggested by many health experts.
According to scientists at the International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids (ISSFAL), the minimum daily intake is 650 mg/day of EPA and DHA combined for health maintenance and to prevent deficiency.
So with a generous 1,000 mg. of EPA and DHA combined, VitalMega-3 helps ensure you're getting what you need for your precious eyes and more!
6)  Consider supplementing with Vitamin B12
Although there are many foods sources of Vitamin B12 like I mentioned above, eating those foods is only half the equation with this nutrient.
Absorbing it is the other half, and that can be tricky for these reasons:
  • First of all, your body's ability to produce the proteins needed for B12 absorption declines with age.  So many people age 50 or over are inherently at a greater risk.
  • Plus digestive conditions such as gastritis, IBS, Crohn's and colitis also affect the absorption and can leave you running low.  And heaven knows, digestive problems are rampant in our society today--it's hard to find someone who DOESN'T have gut issues!
  • And antacids are a culprit too.  Because they neutralize or reduce the acids in your stomach, when you use them you don't have enough acid to "break free" vitamin B12 from the proteins it's attached to.  So it sails on through your digestive tract, unabsorbed.
  • Also, medications for Type 2 diabetes can also hamper B12 absorption, as well as alcohol use.
That's why supplementation (with your doctor’s approval) is helpful so many people.
And for a high quality, absorbable B12 supplement, look no further than Hydroxaden 2.5.

Five sprays daily provides a full 2.5 mg. (2500 mcg.) of B12 to help energize your body and mind, encourage efficient metabolism and...
Support eye health!

PSConnie’s down 5 pounds and her glucose is normal now!

Dear Sherry:
After turning forty, I found my body failing me at every turn. Along with gradually gaining weight, I developed migraines and bone spurs and had to get bifocals.
Then came the high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and hot flashes.
When the biggies arrived--osteoporosis, diverticulitis, and most recently, diabetes--I felt like a chubby poster child for what happens when you think you're healthy but you're not.
This past fall I was still trying desperately to eat "balanced meals" and I was miserable. Eventually my doctor suggested a high protein/low carb diet, leaving out the veggies and fruits which appeared to tear up my digestive system. That worked with green beans as the only vegetable I could tolerate, and bananas as my only fruit.
But at the same time, my glucose levels continued to rise and I was diagnosed with diabetes. Ten days ago I met with a diabetic case worker, started to monitor my glucose levels several times per day, and was told to follow a diabetic diet--which stresses fruits and vegetables.
Medication for the diabetes was forthcoming.
A week ago, trying to accommodate the diverticulitis diet AND the diabetic diet led me to the Internet which in turn led me to Great Taste No Pain. Within the first two days of trying the plan, I was eating salads, vegetables, and fruit again...and feeling great.
I wasn't hungry an hour after eating. I didn't crave sweets. I gave up coffee for tea [still with caffeine but not nearly as acidic]. My digestive system calmed down immediately.
I have now been following the plan for 7 days, I feel great, and have lost about 5 pounds. But here is the best news: My glucose levels are consistently within the normal range! I can't wait to return to the clinic next week and have them see what has happened.
I have never been a big believer in "diets" and have probably never stayed with one for over two days! But GTNP is different. And for me, it has become a whole new way of taking care of myself. My friends are already getting tired of hearing me talk about it, but maybe they too will eventually realize that GTNP makes one heck of a lot of sense!
Thanks!
Connie
