Tony: Good
morning, TNT! Here we are again, another Monday morning, and I’ve
been talking to the crew about how to do this call. I’m trying to
remember what I’m supposed to tell you and not supposed to tell.
Iw ant to start with what
happened over the weekend. Some of you frustrated Pam and mods,
which you really don’t want to do. There were people who
were ruining the whole weekend for the room. Even though I
understand it, looking at the comments there were two basic
threads: You said you want to hear the truth. I always give
you the truth, though I may not give you all the details. That’s what most
people don’t like because they cannot handle the truth. I will give it to you
again, with more details. Where does our twitter campaign come
into this?
The big picture is that
because we have grown so much in the last 90 days, there are a bunch of new
people who really don’t understand what these calls are about, and how we
keep saying that it is here, but then it doesn’t come to
fruition. You have to go through it to get to it. This
IS a process, and has been for ten years. With the exception of
the last three months, we were not part of the process. We wanted
the information and we waited for our payday, but we were not part of the
actual process.
Who Moved My
Cheese? It’s written at a sixth grade level, in big bold type, so
everyone should be able to understand it. Situations change every
day. It’s fluid, it looks like the end of the road, and there is
another curve. What you thought was a straight shot had over
100,000 curves. You thought you were going straight down the road,
but you weren’t. Get the book and read it! It will let
you understand what we’ve gone through.
I have been recommending
that you read Confessions of an Economic Hitman and The
Creature from Jekyll Island. These are in-depth books, might take a while
to understand, but they will change your perception of the world you live
in. Here’s the fear of reading those books: it
makes the Matrix come into view for you, in terms of
understanding reality rather than how you wish it would be. What we are
involved in now is never going to be simple: it includes 200
countries, with many, many people making decisions. It’s a complex
situation, and it gets to me that people don’t understand the magnitude of
what they are involved in, and then they demand to cash out at 3pm on Friday
or whenever. We want this to happen, we plan on this happening,
and when it doesn’t we know that at least they took a good shot at it.
So with all that, there are
things we don’t tell you because some cannot handle the truth. If you ask a
question, I give the answer unless I’ve been asked not to be cause they are
right in the midst of an operation. We have eleven agencies and
seven countries listening to these calls, and what we tell could easily
affect the masses. Right now we have 50,000 people on all four
lines, and those affect maybe ten each, so that is 500K or
more. Not everyone understands what we say! I look on
the boards afterwards, and they are interpreting in ways that I didn’t
say! It gets turned right, left and upside down. I am
speaking English, and it’s always misinterpreted. Listen to the
call again!
Iraq law said there could
be no changes within 60 days of an election, and so we need to get this done
today. Someone interpreted that as there will be a 60 or 90 day
delay! Where did they get that from?! How many times
have they changed deadlines or the law to fit their situation?! I
try to give you information and put the places together. If I knew
there would be a delay for two three months, I would be the first to tell
you! If they told me that, you know that I would tell you, so they
mean you to know that. If you think I know something like that and I didn’t
tell you, then you are 100% wrong. That is NOT what I’m
hearing. We don’t have 90 days; our world is in a
critical situation TODAY.
Going through that with
everything else we do, there are certain things I don’t tell you. They are
scared that you are looking for this at a specific date or
time. They are scared of the idiots who park outside the banks, or
up and down the street so that they can be in line first. They are concerned
about that, and I understand that.
I am not here to protect
the administration or anyone else. I am here to tell you the
truth. It may not be 100% correct, but someone in authority says “This is
what I’ve been told”. I’m not in the boardroom; I think
the IMF and UST should call me, and we can solve this in an
hour. They haven’t done that in the last three years and I don’t
expect them to do it today. All I know is that the information WE
have put together from different agencies, countries, etc., that is what we
present to you. This is what I’m hearing, this is where it came from,
and this is what we are looking for. It’s there for discussion.
This is a real world site, and we will tell you what was happening in the
briefings two hours ago. It could change – I don’t know – but you
are getting the most up-to-date information that they want us to have, so
that we can help with crowd control. They want it to come out bit
by bit so that we can prepare ourselves and not go to the banks in a mad
rush.
So, let’s clear it up that
over the weekend there were 40 people that the Mods want to kick out because
they question if we know the truth and whether we even believe what we are
saying. I read through the comments, and I can see the frustration, while
others are always negative and they are always instigating things on the
boards, and this weekend they came forward so that the Mods could identify
and remove them.
You have to understand, we
only became part of this in the last 90 days. They know who we
are, and what we are capable of, but we don’t have a seat at the
table. They know who Tony is, unfortunately. My name is
all around the place, and for some people to think that my name, my team and
family going all round the world and at the water coolers in DC, places it
should not have been… who would want to go through all that? For
what purpose? Nobody is paying me to go through
this! We are not making money off the radio, the free conference
calls or the sites. So what would be the purpose of lying to
you? The whole TNT team, they are not getting anything out of it. We
would so much rather turn it off. But there have been other people
who have used the information, so that they know how to hold onto
this blessing and multiply it. We all feel a sense of commitment to finishing
the job. We are this close, let’s finish the job. We are choosing
to stay engaged, and that is for you.
On the other side, those
same agencies that have given us info and helped us, they are now asking us
to put this out. We can use you as a megaphone. I’m
okay with that, because someone has to be the source of truth and information
that makes sense. In the end, you’ll be able to see it, as opposed
to the other sites that don’t know anything. We are going to get
the information, we are going to give it out, we’ll help you do the best you
can through the exchange process. I’m not going to have a site
afterwards, but I’ve made friends here and we will answer your questions.
There will be a whole lot of resources out there.
I’m not here to protect
banks or corrupt government officials, or to protect others who have already
exchanged. I am here for us to get what we want. The twitter
campaign is successful; we are being told that we will get
double-digit numbers, and we will not get left out. WE did the
twitter campaign against corrupt people in the US. The situation
has changed. WE have been offered and been told we will get what
we wanted.
The reason it didn’t happen
last Friday, last week, over the weekend has been a global situation, NOT
anything to do with the banks. It went back to a global situation that is
going to affect our economy, and a lot of people who do not have dinar yet
still have to eat and pay their bills. The situation hanged, and I
could not talk to you about it last week because if you knew the truth you
might panic. There are some things they don’t want the masses to
know because they don’t know how to react. If you had reacted
negatively, it would have affected more than just us. Sometimes your
light is better when you don’t know. Unfortunately, DC and I and
the team do know some things that we would rather not know! You
get to sleep at night because of the things you don’t know, while we are up
and worrying. It’s not as easy as you think it is.
I always tell you the truth
– you can count on that. I get reasons for why it didn’t happen
that makes sense, then we let the government do what it has to
do. We don’t have a seat at the table; we’re lucky that
we are even being mentioned. At least they acknowledge us, but we
still don’t take part in the decisions. Every day and every time
has a different circumstance they have to deal with, and I understand
that. Right now we are seeing things that DC will discuss about
what is going on in Kiev today. There is a lot in the news about
whether we should get involved. That could affect us in so many different
ways, globally, and if you don’t get that, you don’t know what is really
going on in the world.
DC: Morning,
everybody! Things are changing, who moved my cheese… we are all
pretty plugged in but we get immensely frustrated by this chaos and craziness.
Come on, let’s break out of this crap! We know what is going on,
and it make a better understanding but also more frustration at times.
I was wrong on Friday –
there were great things happening on Friday, and I really, really thought it
was going down then, but four things happened, and I was wrong.
Iraq: everyone
is ready and all the staff is good to go. Maliki is pounding his chest and
thinks he is the best thing since sliced bread because HE brought this
revaluation. Who cares? Let him win! I can’t
say which country, but there is a country that is causing issues with Maliki,
and they have now been separated. M has been told that he has
immunity, but that will be taken away if he doesn’t release the
RV. That is a very powerful statement, so I’ll give the
details. Part of his delays in the past have been about wanting
immunity for certain actions in the past, and he could be tried for a lot of
things that he wants to avoid. Nobody would give him immunity, but
in the last month or so, they said, “If you play ball, then we’ll give you
immunity, but you have to work with us on the RV and security concerns, and
all religious parties.” Now they are saying, “that deal is off the
table and you are up the creek, because we can force this out another way.” M
got the picture, finally, and he is bright enough to bow to the message
delivered this weekend.
They found more oil and
other reserves this weekend as well, especially in the north of Iraq, so
everyone is giddy and happy. CBI is ready, politicians are ready, too.
The big issues is the
Crimea. The pro-Russian president was kicked out of office last
week. He was a friend of the Russian government and specifically
Putin. He’s gone back and said we need this to be resolved. A
pro-western government came in and they are trying to assume the control of
the country. Russia sent in troops to rescue the Crimean
peninsula, because it is strategically important to Russia and to the
Ukraine. There are now Russian troops in the Crimea, and it’s a
problem for Obama because he doesn’t want to allow Russia to usurp another
country’s power, but also doesn’t want to get involved in a
war. The Ukraine currency is dropping like a rock, the Russian
currency is dropping, too, and that is a concern for everyone. The upside is
that everyone is focused on that rather than the RV.
We are in the backseat, in
a good way, as they try to figure out what to do in the
Ukraine. The resistance by some has lightened up, and we are
making progress so that we are in the final stages of the RV,
again. WE have been here before. We got pushed back to
the five yard line, and now we are at the one yard line again, ready to
score. The defense is watching the quarterback more, and
someone will slip in down the side. They are more focused on
bigger things than a one or two day slip on the revaluation.
Tony: So bottom
line is that we were very excited Friday and other the weekend, and we are
more excited today because of some things that have happened. The
reality is, we can be as excited as we want to, but it hasn’t happened and
some things in the world could still bring it to a screeching halt. We don’t
know what will happen in the next three hours. Everyone was saying
“please God, announce the RV before something else happens”. First
it was Syria, then it was Libya, but everyone is saying we are not concerned
with that. It’s back to the poker game, with people bluffing and whatnot.
Other than that, there is
all the good information we are hearing. Everyone in Iraq are giddy, everything
is done at the CBI, nobody trying to mess it up or get in the
way. Maliki is beating his chest because this all came just prior
to elections, so it is maybe falling into place, there. All the
power brokers in all the countries are saying “enough is enough, we’ve done
this dance before, and the music stops playing as of today”. That
is what we are looking at. A lot of people understood that message
today, and I am still expecting this to be the day. That 60 day
thing could change. We’ve heard several times that the GCR is
supposed to go public on the 3rd or 4th, and in
order for that to happen, our wishes have to come true beforehand. I was a
given a time frame and I am not going to say what it is because it might
affect something. WE are planning and being prepared, and so are
they. When we specify the time, bankers in NY or Europe always
seem to take advantage, so we’re not doing that.
We are hearing all good
news, and that you guys should all be calm and prepared. We’re
excited; we are there! However, it is just
information; it’s not guaranteed. The reality is that
we have to grow up and realize that it’s not about US at this moment. We have
got what we wanted: the opportunity to be treated fairly. If it
goes back to being held up so that they get all the money and we
get nothing, then we know what we are capable of. Right now, we
are in a good spot, with good information and support from people I never
thought I’d team up with. It’s not about anything but being a
group that has gone through this together. I do get that people need to put
gas in the car, food on the table, and all the rest of it. I have
been through all this as well. I have worked in the fields, been
there and done that, worked in my father’s business until 2am, and worked
every odd job in between. I’ve gone through the heartaches of owning
businesses, losing them, and everything in between. If you were
Tony, you would have shot yourself in the head by now. It may sound like fun
and games, but there is a lot of pressure. In MLM, I had 13,000
people listening to my every word. Now it’s 50K to 500K, and
everyone is trying to interpret every word I’m saying, especially days like
today. You don’t want to know what’s going on, because they are
scary. After this happens, you are going to be the privileged, and
you will have to make the kind of decisions we have been making all
along: who do you help, who do you educate, who do you involve in
the next opportunity. There is more going on here, before, during
and after the call with things you don’t know about.
A guy we talked to just the
other day got killed on Thursday. This is what you don’t want to
know about. So look a little closer when you are so quick to judge
and accuse because that is what your world says. Look at the
bigger picture; there are other people who are living in a whole
different world, and it’s not easy. So people just don’t have a
clue; I look at the comments, and think “If they only
knew…” That’s what set Pam off over the weekend. She
was still mad on Monday.
I would like to talk to you
guys but once again we cannot get on the site; it’s
frozen. I can’t even get it restarted. Do we have
questions from the chat room?
Pam: your previous call
talked about automated systems. Can you explain more about
this? Has this been stopped? Or is it still rolling out
through the UST system?
DC: Some things
it’s best we don’t address. Going to the last question first, I
understand that the system was paused, not stopped. When it’s
stopped the call center and exchange people go home and the negotiators take
a break. It also releases a lot of holds. My
understanding is that on Friday afternoon/evening, it was put on pause, so
everyone was still running 24-hour ops and on call so that blips got taken
care of, so that it could go back online once the political issue was
resolved. That pause felt like a punch in the gut to a lot of us,
including me.
Think of the
financial/banking system as a wedding cake. Most countries have a two-tier
wedding cake: the central bank and then the commercial banking
system. If you are in Mexico, the people giving credit for the
dollar is the Mexican Central Bank. In some countries, like the
US, it is much more complicated, with more layers to the wedding cakes as
well as lots of connections to other countries, and also Forex. That
is seen by most of the world, Forex is considering the primary currency
exchange system. Then you have a layer on top of all the wedding cakes, which
is the BIS – a huge system that reconciles all the central banks, with
billions of dollars of transactions between countries as major trade
exchanges take place. There are also two systems brought in
specifically for the RV, because they should solve a lot of the problems we
had earlier. They are more accurate and secure and also deal with some
technical issues. These systems are not dependent on each other
and interconnected.
The CBI and the government
of Iraq are saying “we are good to go”. Therefore CBI and the PM
said GO to the IMF and the BIS, that they want to change their currency
values. Realistically, they say “we’ll do it at 10” and everyone
gets spooled up. Then someone says “we didn’t deal with this or
that” and they put it on pause again. That is what the BIS coordinates, all
the details that need to go together at the same time, like a space launch. They
give the IMF and BIS the code, and through their various systems, they send
that GO signal to all the central banks of the world. They
acknowledge that signal, and they are accepting the rate.
Then the central banks sent
it out to their country’s commercial banks. Those banks have to acknowledge
and they are either good to go or not. They have been trying to
coordinate those banks to get it at the same time, but there have been so
many issues that they are ready to say “Hell, let it go anyway!” Sometimes
they really do have to pause and set things right. A lot of this
is about credibility; many economists and central bankers agree
that Iraq can support this higher value, but they also have to show everyone
that they have got their stuff together. There will be a lot more
credibility if it actually works the first time.
Tony: When we
say things are going to happen, things doesn’t always connect. Then
there are people who try to use that pause time to stop the process,
renegotiate, or take advantage. Somebody has already asked to stop it
today. Our understanding is that the process is still going
on. They are still fighting the battle until it gets
done. We say it’s done when we walk out of the bank and it’s in
our accounts! That’s when it’s done, and we hear that time is
coming up quickly.
Jacksonville
caller: What do you think about this 60 days
possibility. Do you think they are trying to push this to the
expiration of the Executive order?
Tony: I didn’t say that
they are looking at 60 days delay. They can change that in Iraq at
any time. We are simply giving you the information and why we
think this will be the perfect day for this to come up. And
I think the Executive Order would be renewed because it is about investing in
Iraq.

caller: There are a lot of people out there in terror that they
are not going to have the RV any time soon. I want them to go to
Kathryn May’s information. You know her, right? Anyway,
where is a website www.healingforascension.com, and you are
mentioned in these calls as an honest person who knows more than anyone
else. I suggest people go to that forum and listen to the call
from last Saturday. The spirit guide says that it’s done, and the
only thing still required is the law of attraction. You attract
what you think, and you cannot’ think you are broke and poor and have this come
about; it doesn’t work like that. So I suggest everyone
go to the site and listen to the call.

Tony: All I know
is that I should be getting 800 numbers in a packet with
instructions. I will give you the best I can, and tell you what I
am going to do. I cannot advise anyone.
Caller: We
believe in you, and we are checking this out, but we want to know what you
think. Blessings to you and to all the mods, too.
503 caller: A
quick comment – I’m with Pam. I am a lurker, and it irritates the
crap out of me when people come into the chat and **** and criticize
you. Get them out of there – they are full of negativity and they
are not doing anyone any good at all. If you cannot say something
positive, don’t say anything!
Tony: Pam and
all the mods said that, and I understand it. SoReadyForIt called
me this morning and said, “I think they are just frustrated, so maybe just a
warning…” Pam and the mods were seeing that negativity over and over again,
and it is frustrating, but when they went back and looked at comments in the
past and those that were all negative… you need to go somewhere
else. The rest, you all need to understand that they are hearing
all you are posting and more. They have a bigger picture, and they
still try to be even-tempered and fair. So I am asking everyone to
listen to what you are saying, think about it again, before you post
anything. Everyone on the site is just as frustrated as you are, and we have
to repeat it because we are hearing some things that we cannot
repeat. We are not getting any benefit out of this, nobody is
getting paid, and we aren’t setting up a roller-coaster just for the fun of
it. There is no one we are doing this for, and we get frustrated.
Your comments are affecting a lot of people, so think before you post
anything.
Caller: DC said
that the pause on Friday was political…
Tony: Some
people just don’t want this to happen, and they asked for it to be stopped
again. Last week they had a good reason, and it was nothing to do
with us. That’s why we don’t demand that they RV at 3pm, because
you don’t know who this is affecting. When I hear that from
different places, I don’t get upset. The system was not
implemented the way it was originally set up, and there were
problems. Any time it is about taking advantage of US, then I’m willing
to go public. If the pause is about our economy and our future,
then I’m not going public.
Should we be nervous about
the Ukraine? We didn’t do this a couple of months back because
money was in Syria and other places it should not have
been. Russia is a major player in this; they have a lot
of dinar. There are egos involved in this situation, one way or
another. We don’t know the history of what’s going on
there. Could this be used as a bargaining chip? It
could, but this morning they decided it would not be used that way..
Newark
caller: When you get the information packet, and you will put out…
by voice, with a blast? It would be great to have it in writing so
that we can copy and send it to others.
Tony: That’s a
Pam question, as if she doesn’t have enough to do.
Pam: It will be

sites.
Tony: We will
put the numbers on those sites, and the information if we can. WE
don’t want to make them dinar sites or they will make us take them down, too.
Pam: You’re
right.
562 caller: It
seems to me that when the elite got their exchanges, how did they do
it? Did they use the same system they are using now? If
so, it would seem that this same system could be used now,
right? It seems that any little thing could stop this process.
Tony: The system
was supposed to be a flip of the switch that goes round in the world in two
minutes, if they use the automatic system. This is what they were
doing in December, and people were paid late at night, then shut off so the
banks couldn’t use it to pay the regular people. The trillion
dollars was used up paying those people, and we were going to get the
international rate, or nothing. Then another half-trillion was provided, and
they paid their privileged customers. We raised Cain about it, and
it was shut down. Then the bankers gave them SKRs, so they could still be
first in line. We had insiders giving us documents and such so that we could
get retribution if things didn’t change. Then we got a sponsor, a high-up
person who is respected round the world, and this person challenged the whole
situation. Our situation was changed, too. We actually
stopped that automatic system, so they implemented the system
differently. They were 3, 5, or 15 minutes away, and somebody shut
it down again for the whole world. So the world said, “we will do
this differently, country by country”. It’s like taking a vote,
and everybody is ready. They did it manually through each country
until everybody was done except for one country. “You can go with
us or against us, but we’re doing it, and when we flip this switch, your
currency will be a drop in the bucket.” That’s where it is
now. Now the US is saying “don't’ do this”, but they are tired of
the US creating crisis after crisis because they don't’ want this to
happen. The system is 99% done, and now they are saying to the
US: “are you in or are you out? Will you do what you
are supposed to do, or not?”
Caller: We
appreciate your patience, Tony. We have to remember that we are a
byproduct of this process, and we have to prepare and wait. Have a

Tony: God knows
we have been through it. AT this point, it is not about US. It’s
about what the whole world is doing. I wanted this to be the last
call, and I’m looking forward to ONE more call after this.
Denver caller: I
want to support Pam in eradicating the misfits that throw this negative stuff
around. They seem to think you are responsible for all
this! That you are able to hold it back! I’ve been in a
lot of negotiations between two people; expand that to 200
countries and all the people and their issues… this is out of
control! The chances of it happening are slim, yet we all want and
need it. You believe that everyone through the world would do
their revaluation. Has that happened?
Tony: It has not
happened. They are in the system, and the plan is to announce the GCR today
or tomorrow. Some are sophisticated, and some are less
so. They have not done the revaluation yet.
Caller: You said
there would be an international rate and a market rates without NDAs, and two
higher rates with NDA.
Tony: I don’t
know if you will need an NDA with the dong at all. The dong has
three rates, and the IQN has four rates.
Caller; I would
hold you, your team, and your network against anyone in the world.
Tony: You’re
talking about politicians who naturally try to one-up each other, take
advantage of this or that… they go through that all the
time. Every time it pauses, someone says, “Hey, we missed that”.
But that is coming to an end. I would take my intel team over
anyone. Even those who don’t agree with us, they will realize in
the end who had the right intel. Some people will be utterly
amazed at who gets arrested and who does not. It will be a lesson
for everybody, what meetings you attend, who you go into business
with. You will need to know these things as a multimillionaire,
and you will look back at this an education. I have lost money, and
that was the cost of my education in the school of hard knocks. Nobody can
had you that type of future; you have to go through it, and it’s
not easy.
WA caller: Is
there any truth to the rumor that banks will not exchange you if you haven’t
had an account for at least three month?
Tony: They would
be crazy to let you walk out the door with all that money, so I don’t think
that is true. Pam is telling me to hang up, because the
transcribers are tired. Those transcribers, it’s tough, especially
with DC talking a mile a minute. Pam?

Tony: I am still
expecting it at any moment! Things are looking good, everyone is
happy and excited about. We aren’t hearing anything negative. We
did hear someone wanted to stop it, but that was not allowed. Hopefully
nothing else affects this and we are still on track for PUBLIC announcement
of the GCR, and we should have the RV before that. Make sure you
are prepared, so that when you get those 800 numbers you are ready to
go. Be dressed correctly and go to the bank like the
multimillionaires you are.

Tony: The mods
are not part of the intel team; they usually get the intel the
same time you do, so they cannot explain it to you. They are an
integral part of our site, though, keeping everyone calm and quiet on the
site. I have told them not to answer questions, but to ask Pam and
Ray (who do have the intel). So be nice to the mods, please!

I cannot resist a little pointing guys...
The following article (heavily edited by me here) has actual evidence of events going on behind the veil. In days gone by I would often speak to articles wherein someone was upset, had a gripe because they were on occasion allowing truth to come thru.
This article is one such example.
Tho the man appears to suffer from a common ailment of thinking only in one dimension, unable to allow for a bigger picture he does attempt to redeem himself near the end. :-)

enough, when GWB was president you heard about the military deaths in Iraq and
Afghanistan almost daily. With Obama in the White House, the mainstream media
has been strangely quiet. ---
More than 1,000 American soldiers have lost their lives in
Afghanistan in the last 27 months. This is more than the combined total of the
nine years before. Thirty have died in August. During the last month, over 50
additional NATO and US servicemen have been murdered, inside jobs by those who
are hired to be a force for good in Afghanistan.
The commander in chief is AWOL. Not a peep, although he ordered
the White House flag flown at half-staff for the Sikhs that were killed. There
is a deep disgust, a fury, growing in the ranks of the military against the
indifferent incompetence of this president.
It has taken on a dangerous tone. No one knows what to do about
him, but the anger runs deep as the deaths continue with no strategic end in
sight to the idiocy of this war. Obama has had 4 years to end this futile
insanity, during which time he has vacationed, golfed, campaigned, and
generally ignored the plight of our men and women in uniform. But, there is now
a movement afoot in the armed services to launch a massive get out the vote drive
against this president.
Not just current active duty types, but the National Guard,
Reserves, the retired, and all other prior service members. This is no small
special interest group, but many millions of veterans who can have an enormous
impact on the outcome of the November election if they all
respond.
The one million military retirees in Florida alone could mean an
overwhelming victory in that state if they all show up at the polls. It might
not keep another one hundred U.S. troops from dying between now and November, but
a turn out to vote by the military against this heart breaking lack of
leadership can make a powerful statement that hastens a change to the
indifference of this shallow little man who just lets our soldiers
die.

President Obama owes an explanation to the 11 million small business workers who, according to a previously unpublicized administration report, will see their premiums go up because of the president’s health care law.

WASHINGTON, DC – House Speaker John Boehner released the following statement in response to a previously unpublicized report from the non-partisan Office of the Chief Actuary at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on the impact of Obamacare on employer-sponsored health care. CMS finds that two-thirds of Americans who work at small businesses will see premiums increase under Obamacare, amounting to higher premiums for 11 million people. The report can be found here.
“The Obama administration has finally been forced to disclose what we’ve long feared: the president’s health care law means higher premiums for millions of American workers. For all the promises of lower costs for small businesses, the administration now admits that far more of these workers will pay higher than lower premiums under the law. This broken promise comes in the form of lower take-home pay for some of the hardest-working people in this country. Two-thirds of these Americans – 11 million people – will see more money coming out of their paycheck every month, according to the president’s own actuaries. This is another punch in the gut for Americans already struggling in the president’s economy. Two-thirds of small business employers face higher premiums as well, which is one of the reasons so many are struggling to create jobs under the president’s law.
“It’s clear why the Administration sought to delay and deemphasize the release of this report. It undermines the central promise of the president’s health care law: affordable coverage. And the only reason this information has come to light is the hard oversight work of House Republicans. These 11 million people who will see their premiums spike are 11 million more reasons to repeal this law and start over with common sense reform that will make care more affordable, not more costly.”
NOTE: The report was demanded by Speaker Boehner as part of the 2011 Budget Control Act and was due 90 days after enactment of that law. The report, two years late, was published by the Obama administration late on Friday, February 21, 2014, with no public announcement.

It is not possible to charge or arrest people for statutory offenses under the common law. The U.S. Corp. is operating under presumed Admiralty – Maritime (pirate) jurisdiction when they arrest “persons” (within 2-letter code followed by 5 number code “pirate jurisdiction”) for statutory offenses. This is considered an “in rem” action against a vessel (action against the thing).
In “Economic Analysis of Property Rights”, Cambridge University Press, 2nd Edition, Barzel observed that, what really matters for an individual is his ability to “use” a given commodity. Under these considerations, it can be seen that the extent to which an individual can enjoy the attributes of his or her property actually defines his rights over that good. To make his point, Barzel stated that “anyone who expects to benefit from an asset, be it a legal owner or a thief, is (at least) a partial owner”. To include this real but informal dimension, Barzel defines property rights to include legal (formal) property rights and economic (informal) property rights.
In the case of human bodies – ideas, labor, tissues, etc. – one can observe that the owners of these “commodities,” have exclusive prerogatives over the benefits that they can provide:
• They can derive income from them in the form of capture at transaction time.
• They can exclude others from using them.
• They can also grant similar advantages to selected others.
Therefore, until such time as a statute-enforcing police officer, magistrate, attorney, judge, sheriff, real estate agent, other public officer or any other agent and other so-called public officers all employees actually legitimize their actions by proving their case in a court of law that a man or woman is guilty of an alleged crime, that man or woman has every Right to “keep the meter running,” so to speak, by putting these people on notice that they have liability pursuant to a Fee Schedule.
If the man or woman has put those impersonating govt. on notice to the effect that a Fee Schedule is in place, and the people acting in their capacities as police, attorneys, etc., fail to challenge this notice within a specified time, then the man or woman is entitled to recovery of remedy for damages in spite of the outcome of any criminal proceeding that the public officers may initiate as a separate action.
Most fundamentally, these rights to own our bodies as “property” and to engage in voluntary exchange are also basic common-law rights, and the two basic principles of voluntary capitalism. These principles are in accordance with the U.S. Constitution as intended by our Founding Fathers. The 5th Amendment states that no one may be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.
“Where rights as secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which will abrogate them.” Miranda v. Ariz., 384 U.S. 436 at 491 (1966).
The spirit of voluntary capitalism was expressed in this famous Supreme Court case, which reads:
“The individual may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited. He owes no such duty [to submit his books and papers for an examination] to the State, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his life and property. His rights are such as existed by the law of the land [Common Law] long antecedent to the organization of the State, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in accordance with the Constitution. Among his rights are a refusal to incriminate himself, and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest or seizure except under a warrant of the law. He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights.” Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 at 47 (1906).
Very few Americans (including lawyers) know that federal legislative and territorial jurisdiction is very limited. It is limited to the ten square miles of Washington District of Columbia, certain military bases where States have ceded jurisdiction, certain territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam, and certain Guano islands.
Therefore, as soon as a man or woman can show that a police officer, magistrate, judge, sheriff, real estate agent, other public officer or any other agent, magistrate, etc., is working for the corporation d/b/a/ the Govt. of the U.S. incorporated in 1871, they have shown that those people do not have jurisdiction over the man or woman on the land in the various states of the union.

Yu Muroga was doing his job making deliveries when the 11
March 2011 earthquake hit in Japan.
Unaware, like many people in the area, of how far inland the Tsunami would travel, he continued to drive and do his job.
The HD camera mounted on his dashboard captured not only the earthquake, but also the moment he and several other drivers
were suddenly engulfed in the Tsunami.
He escaped from the vehicle seconds before it was crushed by other debris and sunk underwater.
His car and the camera have only recently been recovered by the police.
The camera was heavily damaged but a video expert was able to retrieve this footage.
