In a rural area of Asia in part of what used to be in Pakistan lives the people of Hunza. For many ages, they have lived without diseases and the average life span has been typically around 115 years old, some 130 years old, up to 145 years old, and maybe a top of 150 years old! In Georgia which used to be part of Russia some peasants used to live up to 120 years old and a bit older in their rural or mountain areas. This old age factor was even seen in Egypt when part of the Roman Empire. A St. Anthony of Egypt (251-356 A.D.) was the Patriarch of all the Desert Fathers and Monks of early Christianity. He was also known for many Miracles of God healing the sick and dying by praying in the name of Jesus Christ and laying on of hands. From 20 years old until he died at 105, he appeared to be the healthiest citizen in the entire Roman Empire. He was never sick a day in his life for 85 years of constant super health. His teeth did not fall out like others nor his eyesight decline with age. His hair looked younger than others his age. He was written up as radiating such health and good physical appearance in comparison to others as to startle people. And all he ate was one 6 ounce loaf of bread a day he made for himself and ate after dark. Of course he drank water also.
Coming from a milling family, I know what was the secret how he milled and baked his daily bread. I plan to later revive the St. Anthony of Egypt Bread which retained so totally all the nutrition needed by the human body as this bread kept him in perfect health from 20 until he died at 105 years of age. I will use my father's Vatican endorsed milling process to retain all the nutrition of wheat and other grains and make a commercial version of this St. Anthony of Egypt Bread that he made to be sold worldwide. St. Anthony of Egypt though eating this diet for religious reasons scientifically proved that if we provide our body with all the nutrition it needs from natural God-given food, then we can live in perfect health, no sickness, be younger physically all our life, sharper minded, and live far older than other citizens in our nations.
Now in both Hunza and Georgia where the people lived to such old ages and in such good health until they died, certain factors could be identified which contributed heavily to their longevity and good health. Proof that the life style controlled their health and longevity is when some people from Hunza went from there into the modern world and ate our foods and lived our life styles, they soon acquired our Western diseases and ill health. When they would return to their native land of Hunza, soon, they would lose their Western diseases and become perfectly healthy again! So they are telling us by example that we are supposed to be very healthy in life according to the plan of God in nature. And unfortunately in our Western folly, we rebel against the wisdom of God and try to prove that man is smarter than God in human health by what we eat, how we live, and how we govern our society. There is a right way to achieving health or else a wrong way which does not give us the same good results!

All their food was raised in very rich mountain soil loaded with all the nutrients needed to raise very healthy plants which in turn helps to raise very healthy humans in the chain of health when they work with nature instead of against nature like Western society does. They prove the validity of the old position of Dr. George Earp-Thomas before World War II that if you raise healthy plants, they in turn will make healthy the humans eating them! In Georgia, they apparently also ate yogurt which was a popular local food. And in Hunza, strong religious values gave their family and society basic tranquility and lack of stress in daily life. Crime was virtually unknown with their strong local religious values. They did not tolerate stealing or lying in their society, any wrongs were quickly judged, and families were tightly bonded together!
In America and Europe, we have ruined our bread and made it a skeleton food in nutrition by how we process (mill) it. The Catholic Digest, July, 1951 in its article "Our Broken Staff Of Life" reported on tests with rats fed America's modern "enriched" white bread. Rats were used because they react healthwise to food pretty much the same as humans and susceptible to basically the same diseases as humans. The rats fed on "enriched" white bread became sickly and susceptible to every type diseases when this became their main diet.
Back in the 'thirties, Dr. Clive M. McCay, professor of animal nutrition at Ithaca, New York at Cornell University, conducted tests where rodents were fed store-brought bread with butter as their exclusive diet. Their growth was soon stunted and they soon sickened and died. In the Congressional Record, June 13, 1957, Extension Of Remarks of the Hon. John Lesinski of Michigan in the House of Representatives, he cited the records showing how modern "enriched" white bread had failed healthwise to fulfill the purposes for which the "enrichment" program was originally set up. He also announced that a wonder health bread had emerged which restored the nutrition to bread milled from wheat and this would mean a world better nourished in the future once this was used by mankind. He was referring to the great health discovery made by my Father in the milling of wheat and other grains. We publicize this wonder health bread that was endorsed by Pope Pius XII of the Vatican in that same era with words to the effect that this was potentially the greatest news for mankind since the coming of Christ since it could potentially solve the twin problems of starvation and malnutrition in the world. My father claimed this through his health food research, and I had access to later scientific tests that he did not which totally confirm that this position is correct from the standpoint of science. In university tests, this Vatican wonder health bread also created total immunity to disease in tested lab rats and predicted the same likely results for human health as well! In separate university tests, they also predicted based upon tests with rats that the entire human race would soon go extinct on earth like the dinosaurs did if this wonder health food was not added in time to the diet of all nations on earth.
For incredibly corrupt reasons, years ago Wash., D.C. destroyed all the lab reports, Vatican letters, etc. that my Father had left me and which Wash., D.C. wanted to smash as a pending national industry for America. These documents were in my possession until Wash., D.C. grabbed them and then they "disappeared" forever! A few of the documents I was able to later restore through outside sources, but many documents were lost forever under corrupt Wash., D.C.
My Father's great food discovery was made shortly before World War II and Nazi Germany found a trick way to get ahold of samples of what my Father produced. Nazi scientists tested it and reported to Hitler that this was the greatest food discovery in human history and could make a "Master Race" out of the German people or any other race having this added to their national diet.
The Soviet Union captured the Nazi research papers in Berlin at the end of World War II and then as reported in a Catholic Digest article on this, Stalin tried to buy world rights to my Father's family trade secret food process and informed my Father that the Soviet Union also evaluated that this was the greatest food discovery in human history. Stalin admitted in his communication to my Father that they judged that they could win the world to Communism if they got this secret food process of my family by solving the starvation and malnutrition in Third World countries with this great food discovery. Not thinking like a Westerner, Stalin admitted that they tried to steal the trade secret to this secret family food process, but their engineers and scientists in the Soviet Union could not duplicate it and spies they had sent to spy out where my father had a large mill using this process could not crack how the secret food process worked. And they had at one time effective access to his private office and could not find any files showing how this food process worked! I also mention that when Dr. Clive M. McCay restored basic nutrients to ordinary bread taken out by Western milling, this basic bread with restored natural nutrition to it then gave better health to the tested rats and apparently they could live even twice as long as rats fed on modern white bread and butter as tested by him separately! A strong hint for you the American people if wise!
I have been associated for many years with brilliant people in national health research and know many answers even my own Father never knew about back then! Remove one toxic nutrient from food and man might even live up to 12 to 15 times longer than he does now and pretty much youthful in appearance! Correct one mistake made by diet on earth at this time and then theoretically man might stop aging and live in perfect health for even maybe thousands of years without dying if certain lab tests were correct in tests with one type lab animal to experiment with. Both scientific answers above were suppressed by the scientific sources which by accident found these answers and were scared of their implications for the human race.

The implications of such answers if used are profound in economics and other fields. All this sounds good in the beginning, but when the British textile industry is threatened with collapse due to this and the British economy itself greatly threatened, it becomes a cheering matter when finally the white paper suit finally does fall apart and is worthless after that! One thing I feel safe about so already released it. On my website in the Product section about halfway down is a listing of Tree Of Life seeds. We eat fast foods and other nutritiously deficient foods in our daily diet in America and much of the world. He told me years ago how he attended a C.I.A. meeting where they planned to use this microchip concept of his to set up the most total electronic police state in human history. They had to trick the American people by a "Pearl Harbor" or other means to accept taking these microchips under their skins. After Carl Sanders was gone, they finally came up with Obamacare as the front to get you to take this microchip under your skin so they can spy on you 24 hours a day from Wash., D.C. and you live under the most total police state in human history and set up by perpetual electronic surveillance on you 24 hours a day every day of the week via the original C.I.A. plan for this. Carl Sanders later repented that he ever showed Wash., D.C. how to do this. And he judges that this is the prophesied "Mark of the Beast" prophesied in Revelation. And therefore as these tie in with the federal and worldwide computer systems, these are 666 microchips you are supposed to take from Wash., D.C. Americans are waiting to see if
President Obama will order prosecutions based on the most recent report on CIA
torture. Sections leaked from the least classified portions of the report
outline fraud and incompetence on a massive sale, that and criminal abuses.Americans may well have to wait forever. Even during Obama’s second “lame duck” term, he is unlikely to proceed against those clearly cited as criminals in this most recent report.
Torture advocate John Brennan, Obama’s current CIA Director, would be one of the first arrested.
The few who have seen “the juicy parts,” read of mutilation, death squads, detainees being dragged behind vehicles until their bodies were unrecognizable. Current CIA director, John Brennan, now an “Obama insider,” was very much a part of this process.
Brennan was a major torture supporter during the Bush administration. Brennan, with no military or operational experience in intelligence, rose to his current position through “telling people what they want to hear.”
Americans are deeply concerned that Brennan, very much part of the CIA’s “cult of torture,” will be able to block needed reforms.
You see, torture isn’t the only issue. The CIA, through Bush restructuring, “privatization and compartmentalization,” was recreated and “retasked.” The new CIA works for banks, oil companies, rigs American elections in addition to those “overseas” and is capable of acting as, not only a terrorist organization, as told of in the most recent torture report, but trafficking in drugs, human beings and weapons of mass destruction as well.
The real report, if ever released, would cite the CIA as “beyond Al Qaeda.”
Background
A new report by Congress, over 6,000 pages, is quickly being hidden from view. Staffers have been reviewing the report and leaking what they can while the 300 page executive summary has made the facts clear.
The report, in itself, is one in a series, part of a process that began in 2006; four years after the secret concentration camps used as torture centers had opened. During those four years, responsible members of the US government tasked with overseeing these activities had been told nothing.
Over 6 million pages of documents were given investigators. As the shock set in, so did the censorship. Documents given to congress soon disappeared.
As it currently stands, the most prosecutable criminal acts exposed aren’t for torture or CIA “ritual killings” but for a seemingly endless series of cover ups, destroyed documents, perjured congressional testimony and “obstruction.”
Ashcroft and Siljander
We move back in time, back to the 2000 election, most controversial in American history. Bush takes office and nominates John Ashcroft as Attorney General of the United States, a man uniquely unqualified for high office.
Only the legal opinions of one man, John Ashcroft, a former Senator then recently defeated in an election by a dead man, one believed assassinated to assure Ashcroft’s reelection, provided a “legal basis” for acts the Geneva Conventions cite as war crimes.
Ashcroft even had neighbor and longtime friend, Mark Siljander, who served with Ashcroft in Congress, arrested and charged with 52 “terror related” counts that later turned out to be fabricated. As another longtime friend of Siljander, I worked on his case along with former Attorney General Ed Meese and Secretary of State James Baker III, longtime conservatives tied to Presidents Reagan and Bush (41).
Case records reveal that, where there wasn’t overt torture, the Bush administration systematically used blackmail, bribery and perjury to support what had become its own “reign of terror,” not just through America’s Muslim community but anyone in Washington who, like Siljander, spoke against torture or the phony intelligence it produced.
The Bush administration’s purge of every governmental organ of power deeply paralleled Stalin’s purges in Russia during the 1930s. Of course, many Bush advisors were lifelong Bolsheviks, particularly those credited with founding “neocon philosophy.” Bush era torture policy has been revealed as nearly identical to that instituted by Stalin. The parallels are undeniable.
Above the Law
Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Ashcroft and Gonzales instituted a policy of indiscriminate arrest, torture and cruelty unseen since the era of Hitler and Stalin. What is also made clear is that the creation of the mechanism, America’s “Gulag Archipelago” of secret detention centers, had nothing to do with national security and everything to do with fraud, drug dealing and destruction of rule of law on an international scale.
In particular, the report cites that “no actionable intelligence” gained thru torture had aided US efforts against terrorist groups, prevented attacks or led to significant successes.
Classified parts of the report go much further. They indicate that torture was used on a massive scale, hundreds of times more prevalent that previously imagined, torture often leading to mass killings that in fact, was never intended to produce any real intelligence at all.
To some extent, the torture was done “for fun,” a way of playing to the baser instincts of America’s Christian Evangelist community, steeped in “Old Testament” stories of slaughter and debauchery, indoctrinated in Zionist extremism and enthralled to cult figures like John Hagee, peddlers of an unrecognizable form of Christianity that has swept through America.
Polls over the last decade have shown wide support in the Evangelical Christian community for not only torture and wars of aggression but the indiscriminate use of nuclear weapons as well.
The Bush Coup
Those cited by the report, not just “Bush insiders” but a virtual army of handpicked key staffers running the Pentagon, CIA, FBI, NSA, Justice Department, Homeland Security, Drug Enforcement Agency, Federal Courts and key state agencies used phony torture intelligence to create an artificial threat to justify a massive program of domestic spying and a massive militarization of police agencies.
The overt parts of the report cite torture as useless in “finding Bin Laden.” The still classified parts of the report go much further citing the total lack of credible evidence that any worldwide terror organization targeting the US and Israel has ever existed, not an Islamic one at least.
The Bin Laden Fiasco
Stories about the report obsess on one subject above all others, the purported killing of Osama bin Laden and how torture failed to produce any intelligence that led to the version of events many accept as the killing of “the most dangerous man in the world.”
We are now told Bin Laden was shot well over 100 times before his body was flown to the Southern Indian Ocean and slipped into the waters off Antarctica.
These stories keep changing; it is hard to know which one to disbelieve the most.
Stories filling the press claim that CIA torture in no way assisted in the hunt for Bin Laden. Other sources, White House, National Security Council, CIA, ISI (Pakistan), Mossad and more tell an even stranger but far more believable and better documented story.
Censoring the Truth about Bin Laden
Bin Laden became important recently for a second reason. A recent story, now proven to have been a hoax, cited what was supposed to be a new American policy to give “Al Qaeda,” the CIA supported terrorist group killing tens of thousands in Syria and Iraq, advanced air defense weapons.
This is an old story, one dating back to the Mujahedeen and their war against Russian forces assisting the Afghan government. It was Osama bin Laden (known in the US as Colonel Tim Osman) who, while working for the CIA, managed inventories of Stinger missiles and reported to his handlers in the White House and ISI (National Intelligence Coordinator Leo Wanta and ISI Director General Hamid Gul).
Confirmed CIA reports, totally in conflict with those given Congress, tell of the decade long operation led by Bin Laden to recover unused Stinger missiles, an operation concurrent with the other “reported” Bin Laden role as leader of “Al Qaeda.” Real CIA reports cite Bin Laden as high ranking operative until his death.
The “new” reports only cite how torture failed to lead to his supposed killing.
While the CIA is still trying to sell their own version of Bin Laden “the terrorist,” highest level sources cite Bin Laden as a continuing CIA asset who regularly visited Washington, an asset still in active employ when legitimate White House, CIA and ISI officials reported his death in 2001.
Conclusion
Where investigations of CIA abuses fail is in their scope is in their unwillingness to accept that torture along with controlled press and false flag terrorism as tools intended to create a narrative in support of a systematic program of global destabilization on behalf of secretive organs of economic and political power whose real agenda is yet to be revealed.
Congress has again discovered that everything it had been told was a lie. The question they will never ask is “why?”

Russia Media: Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 located in Afghanistan

April 1, 2014 — (TRN) — The Russian media outlet MK.ru is reporting today that Malaysia Airlines flight MH-370 made a hard landing on a rural road southeast of Kandahar, Afghanistan, near the Pakistan Border. According to the report, the passengers and crew are alive.
While the Google translation from the original Russian language is not precise, the MK story says that the Pilots of Flight MH370 did not steal the plane; it was hijacked by unknown persons. This information came from a confidential source inside the Russian security services.
Flight MH370 went missing on March 8 with 227 passengers and 12 crew on board.
The MK story claims that the passengers and crew have been “captured” and that the airplane is on a rural road, southeast of Kandahar, Afghanistan, with a broken wing from a hard landing. The plane is said to be located very near the border of Pakistan. The story even contains a map as follows:
The story goes on to report that all the passengers are alive; that they’ve been divided into seven groups living hand-to-mouth in mud huts nearby.
The story also says that “20 Asian Professionals were captured” and bluntly accuses that the hijacking was done “presumably by the Americans” on “someone’s order.”
Member of the Flight Safety Foundation Sergey Melnichenko, pointed out that on “March 21 Thailand, India and Pakistan said that the aircraft was not tracked by air defenses; not that it did not fly over their countries, just that it was not tracked.
This past Sunday, the head of the Intelligence Committee of the U.S. Senate Diane Feinstein, responding to a question from CNN on the probability of a terrorist component in the case of the missing plane, said “At the moment nothing has been found”.
The story goes on to point out that there are two areas in Afghanistan controlled by the Taliban, with two air corridors where MH370 could fly after disappearing from radar. Rather than admit this, Malaysian authorities are merely relying on the Afghan and Pakistan governments saying military radar never tracked the plane.
The story goes on to say that trust may be misplaced since the border area between Pakistan and Afghanistan is semi-abandoned.

Regarding this Poof message… First off, I’ve never spent as much time reading and “working on” any Poof message.Part of that is that this Poofness message is pretty long, and part is because I’ve gone through and “marked up” (in RED) all of Zap’s comments. And part of the reason for THAT (the red markup thing) is because Zap includes the full text of a response to Dave (of Australia, I believe (Thx, Dave… Love yourFIRE!!), which includes the full text of an article from D of RTS. And part of that article from D of RTSincluded ZAP IN ALL CAPS sections (dammit!)!!
So it took me about 60 minutes to just go through and compare notes from this Poof message to that in the article from D of RTS. Whew….
Hopefully this will make it a bit easier to understand when D’s RTS article is talking, and when Zap is responding. (remember, ZAP quoted, by D, in D’s article is in ALL CAPS BLACK, Zap’s responses TO that, are in ALL CAPS RED)…

My investment man called me yesterday to see how it was going. Mind you I have never broched the the subject about what my investment was just that I was going to have a lot to invest and the team that I was going to need. During the talk about money and where we were going to put it , he began to tell me of his partner and how one of there clients had just called earlier and needed him to meet him today April 1 to ficilitate a buy of 15 million in IRAQI bonds that was comming out of new York the deal was going down today. Totally blew me away never expected to here that first time he or I have ever spoken of Iraq I would say something is getting ready to pop for us. Praise God family we are here. |
