!!!!! Alert: imperial psychiatric empire is invading the mind,

Posted on by Jean
A federal bill, HR 3717, is being refined in the hope of gaining big support from both sides of the political aisle.
Rep. Tim Murphy (R-Pa.) is the key point man for the American Psychiatric Association.
This bill is playing off of Aurora, Sandy Hook, Boston, and other recent “mass events.”
The propaganda hook is: catch mental illness early, prevent tragedy.
The strategy is: expand mental health services into every cranny and nook of the society, starting with children.
Translation: diagnose mental disorders and drug patients with toxic compounds.
As I’ve demonstrated in many past articles, none of the 300 officially certified mental disorders has any defining diagnostic test. No blood test, no urine test, no brain scan, no genetic assay.
The names and descriptions of all the disorders are outright frauds, packaged to sell harmful drugs.
But that doesn’t stop the juggernaut.
HR 3717 is designed to do the following, as described in a recent article in Psychiatric News, “Comprehensive Mental Health Bill Introduced in House”:
“Among the bill’s provisions is the creation of a new assistant secretary position in the Department of Health and Human Services to coordinate activities within the agency on prevention and treatment of mental health and substance abuse.”
That means far greater clout for the feds in foisting psychiatric treatment on the public.
“…increase funding for crisis-intervention team training for police officers and firefighters…”
This adds a psychiatric component in instances of “crises,” wherein suspects, witnesses and even government workers will receive “mental health” evals and counseling (and drug prescriptions). It’ll be SOP for anyone within shouting distance of a police raid, for example, to experience a brush with the psychiatric system, whenever possible.
“…permit disclosure of information about individuals with mental illness to caregivers or immediate family members under certain circumstances.”
There goes privacy and confidentiality…one leak and cross-reference after another.
“…$40 million a year for the National Institute of Mental Health to fund the Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies (BRAIN) Initiative…or other ‘research on the determinants of self- and other-directed violence in mental illness, including studies directed at reducing the risk of self-harm, suicide, and interpersonal violence.’”
More $$ to study how to control the brain. More fraudulent research aimed at blaming “chemical imbalances” as the cause of crime, which again results in more mental-disorder diagnoses and drugging. Keep in mind that increasing numbers of people are being driven over the edge into committing violence, because psychiatric drugs, such as the SSRI antidepressants, are scrambling their neurotransmitters. This is a self-fulfilling prophecy.
“…adopt a ‘need-for-treatment’ standard for assisted outpatient treatment (AOT), he [Rep. Murphy] said, adding that the current legal standard requiring ‘dangerousness to self or others’ to permit involuntary evaluation and treatment was a bar set too high.
This means the government can order more people to receive psychiatric care and forced drugging, erasing the previous restriction.
Jeffrey Lieberman, president of the American Psychiatric Association: “We need a public-health initiative for mental health care that moves out of clinical settings into the community, whether it’s in primary care, education, the workplace, or faith-based organizations.”
Meaning: tons of new propaganda about the need for psychiatric treatment; the building of community psychiatric centers all across the country; pressure to submit to treatment applied in ordinary doctors’ offices, in schools, in private companies, in churches.
This is a diabolical legislative package.
If it’s fully implemented, you’ll witness a sea-change in society, in the coming decade. Diagnoses of mental disorders and consequent drugging, already widely in effect, will become as common and ordinary as people eating at fast food restaurants.
And the population will eventually forget things were ever different.
“Hey, can I borrow your Valproate? My son took my bottle because he ran out.”
Look for schools to set up monitoring systems, so they can be sure students are taking their psychiatric meds at the proper times during the day.
On their wireless devices, all children will have ID packages that allow them to check into any pharmacy and pick up a prescription refill.
And esoteric concepts like “consciousness?” They’ll fade from view, because “states of mind” will be defined by mental-disorder labels.
This is about more than Pharma profits. It’s also about putting a ceiling on how human beings view themselves.
As exemplified by this bill before Congress, the federal government has set itself up as a legal partner and enforcer of a monopoly of the mind.
Understand that. There are a million ways to explore and understand the inner life of a person. Psychiatry is just one of those. It’s a pseudoscience and a con and a hustle.
But it has the unflinching support of all three branches of government.
Which is why the freedom to refuse treatment must be protected, against any and all attacks.

Judge outraged after drug dealers disappear before guilty verdicts

Judge outraged after drug dealers disappear before guilty verdicts

May 142014

Detroit — Federal agents launched a manhunt Monday for three fez-wearing drug dealers who disappeared before a jury returned guilty verdicts in one of the biggest drug cases in Metro Detroit history.
Drug kingpin Carlos Powell of Washington Township; his brother, Eric Powell of Franklin; and friend Earnest Proge of Detroit, who were free on bond, failed to appear as ordered before the jury returned its verdict about 1 p.m. The verdict followed a nearly two-week trial in federal court; all three face up to life in prison and $10 million fines.
The men’s disappearance outraged U.S. District Judge Stephen Murphy, who ordered the U.S. Marshals Service to find the three.
“No bond. No exceptions,” a red-faced Murphy said, pointing at a deputy U.S. marshal inside a courtroom filled with lawyers, prosecutors and federal agents. “These guys are into the wind. I think it’s outrageous.”
The size, scope and profits of Carlos Powell’s drug ring places him among the most prolific drug dealers in Metro Detroit history. During a years-long investigation, agents seized 66 pounds of heroin, 12 kilograms of cocaine, 1,000 pounds of marijuana and more than $21 million in cash.
Powell’s drug ring allegedly laundered profits and purchased $800,000 worth of jewelry, real estate in Michigan and Georgia and luxury vehicles, including two Bentleys, a Ferrari, a Rolls Royce, and boats. Most have been seized.
Carlos Powell, 39, appeared in court early Monday but cut his ankle tether at 12:33 p.m. — 18 minutes after the jury was supposed to read the verdict, according to courtroom testimony. Eric Powell and Proge could have fled as early as Thursday night, the judge said.
All three should be considered armed and dangerous, prosecutors said. Anyone with information is asked to call the U.S. Marshals Service at (313) 234-5656.
The three men were standing trial in federal court alongside the man prosecutors say helped Carlos Powell hide and spend his millions: former state Rep. Kenneth Daniels, D-Detroit. Daniels, 54, was convicted Monday of a financial crime related to the caseand faces up to five years in prison.
The jury deliberated for about three days before reaching a verdict early Monday on various drug and firearm offenses. Defense lawyers and defendants were supposed to be in court by 12:15 p.m. but only Daniels, defense lawyers and prosecutors appeared.

6 Common excuses for a bad diet
Hi John
I love the reactions I get when people tell me about their health challenges and the first question I ask them is, “How’s your diet?”
I usually get the deer-in-the-headlights look, or they blush or just look down at the floor.
That good, huh?
Now, most people do realize at least to some degree that nutrients are important to your body.
But the problem is that there are sneaky little excuses that may pop up in the back of your mind that prevent you from eating as healthy as you should.
And if these excuses continue to influence your eating habits, it’s not a matter of if but merely when will you suffer the consequences.
Let’s take a look at seven of the most common excuses for a bad diet that may be sneaking into the depths of your gray matter, see how many apply to you, and explore ways to blast through them and get on the road to better health.
6 excuses for a bad diet
Excuse #1: “I don’t have time to cook healthy meals.”
Really?  No time whatsoever?
But you have time to watch your favorite shows, update your status on Facebook and sit in line at the fast food restaurant.
There are 168 hours in a week, which translates to 10,080 minutes.  Many simple healthy meals can be prepared in 30 minutes or less.
Do the math and admit that you have time to make healthy meals.
Excuse #2: “I work out.”
Exercise is a wonderful thing and if you do it on a regular basis, I commend you.
The benefits of regular exercise are enormous and include:
  • Strong heart health and lower blood pressure
  • Lose weight and/or maintain a healthy bodyweight
  • Better sleep
  • Stress reduction
  • Better mental focus and improved mood
  • Fewer joint and muscle aches and pains
  • Elimination of disease-causing toxins
  • More energy
But I have news for you:  Every single one of those benefits can be undone by an unhealthy diet!
Exercise is supposed to be a compliment to a healthy diet—not an excuse to eat garbage and justify it to yourself because you work out.
Excuse #3: “I’m stressed out.”
Yes, it’s true that chronic stress does make us eat more because the repeated secretions of the stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol give you a voracious appetite…especially for refined carbs like cookies, crackers, bread, chips and candy.
And although you might temporarily feel better after eating a sugary or starchy snack, if your level of stress remains high, it will just be a matter of time before you’ll crave refined carbs again.
Regardless of how stressed you are, it’s never a valid excuse for a poor diet.  Deal with your stress instead.
Excuse #4: “My medication will help me along.”
Although their benefits vs. detriments are questionable at best, medications are supposed to help with a given health challenge.
But that doesn’t mean they are a green light to eat whatever you want!
Statins are a perfect example here.
A recent study has found that people who took statins in 2009-2010 consumed more fat and calories than those who took the drugs just 10 years ago.
The researchers concluded that it appears that current users of statins don't feel the urgency to reduce their calorie and fat intake or to lose weight…after all, the drugs will make sure their cholesterol is good, so what’s the problem?
Dig in!
Bottom line: Medications cannot undo the effects of a bad diet.
Excuse #5: “I take my daily multi-vitamin.”
This is similar to number 4 above.
Vitamins are designed to supplement a healthy diet—not to be a replacement for a healthy diet, or worse yet, to somehow undo the effects of an unhealthy diet!
Plus having an unhealthy diet can lead to poor digestion and reduced nutrient absorption—so chances are excellent that you’ll end up deriving very few benefits from your daily multi-vitamin in the long run.
Excuse #6: “I’m not overweight.”
So what’s your point?
There are a great number of thin people in the world who are among the unhealthiest people in the world.
Although a slim bodyweight is desirable because it helps prevent the challenges associated with excess weight, it in no way guarantees that you have a clean bill of health.
Disease strikes thin people too.
No more excuses!
If you saw yourself in any of the excuses above, it’s time to be honest with yourself, admit you’ve been using excuses to avoid a healthy diet…
Then do something about it!
The good news is it’s easy to enjoy a healthy diet that is not only good for you but tastes great, as well as to help undo the effects of a bad diet you may have had in the past.
Here’s all you need to do:
1. Eat REAL foods
At least 80% (and preferably 100%) of what you eat should be real foods.
"Real foods" include fresh fruits, raw or lightly cooked vegetables, lean meats and poultry, fish, whole grains, dairy, eggs and good fats (like olive oil and real butter—never, ever margarine).
Real foods does NOT include anything in a package with a long list of ingredients, many of which you probably can’t even pronounce.
When you eat real foods, your body can get nourished the way it needs to be.
And when you're properly nourished, these great things can be your reality:
  •  You’ll naturally get full faster, end up eating less overall, and stay full longer (which can help make weight problems a thing of the past forever).
  •  You’ll have more consistent energy throughout the day and won’t be tempted to indulge in unhealthy pick-me-ups like soda, coffee or sugary snacks.
  •  All of your body’s systems will be more likely to work the way they’re supposed to, which makes you a much less likely home for disease to flourish.
  •  Your immune system will stay stronger and better able to protect you from viruses, infections and disease.
Now that’s what I call healthy!
2. Make sure your digestion is efficient
If your foods are not being broken down like they should be, you're simply NOT getting the maximum nutrition from them…and that can spell deficiency and disease.
In addition, when your digestion is poor, that leads to waste buildup in your colon which can cause harmful bacteria overgrowth, weaken your immune system and make constipation your regular companion.
Accomplishing efficient digestion isn't difficult--it's just is a matter of eating foods that break down efficiently together, and giving your body a little assistance if needed.
Here’s the scoop on both of those steps.
Step 1- The right combinations of foods:
In the Great Taste No Pain system,
- http://www.greattastenopain.com/great.asp
I'll show you what foods to eat and how to structure your meals so you can enjoy more efficient digestion, have more regular BMs and likely say goodbye to gas and bloating for good!
And Great Taste No Pain really delivers on the great taste promise—you’ll be shocked at how delicious eating for great health can be, and will enjoy making many of the plan’s easy, tasty recipes.
And if gluten is a concern for you, there's also Great Taste No Gluten.
You'll learn the same food pairing principles as in Great Taste No Pain, plus get a collection of outstanding gluten free recipes and guides for staying gluten free no matter where you are.
Step 2- A little digestive assistance:
Many people who have had a typical junk food diet all their lives may be dangerously low in digestive enzymes.  That means poor digestion and an invitation for countless health problems.
Plus some people "fall off the wagon" now and then and eat some foods they know aren't healthy or won't digest well...so they need a little digestive "boost" during moments of weakness.
The help you need is right here--with Digestizol Max.
Digestizol Max helps your body break down all kinds of foods--proteins, fats, carbs, fiber--and conserves your precious enzyme-making capability.
3- Help your gut flora recover
A bad diet is not only detrimental to your overall health, but it’s also murder on your friendly gut flora too!
And considering this is where 70% of your immune system resides, you need to make sure yours is in tip-top shape.
Although a healthy diet can help encourage a good gut flora balance, since so many other factors (like environmental toxins, medications, lack of sleep and stress) can affect your gut microbes, many times diet is not enough.
That's why supplementation with a good multi-strain formula like Super Shield can help SO many people.
One of Super Shield's 13 superior bacteria strains, Bifidobacteria lactis, has been shown to have high adhesion to human mucus.  That means it will stick to your intestinal wall and keep it strong and protective.
In addition, Super Shield also contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus.  This strain has been shown to stimulate antibody production and enhance phagocytosis, one of your body's weapons for destroying pathogens.
It also helps strengthen the gut-barrier function, and can even have beneficial impact on autoimmune diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and allergies!
No more making excuses for you!
It’s time for you to make a commitment to a healthy diet…for life.
And what a sweet life it will be, especially when you help prevent sickness and disease into your golden years.
See for yourself how effective a diet of real foods, efficient digestion and a healthy flora balance can be.
To your health,
Sherry Brescia

Dear Sherry,
I will be forever grateful for the information you have given me. I bought your Great Taste No Pain plan. I have Crohn’s disease and just had a flare up a few months ago. That is when I discovered your plan, (answer to prayer).
I have followed the program, except for a few slip ups, and my stomach pain has disappeared, and I am finally having no problems with my bowels. Crohn’s is a scary illness, but now I understand what stresses the gut and causes the problems.
Love the side benefit of keeping my weight down without even trying. I can wear clothes I have not been able to for a long time.
Thank you for all the research and hard work putting the book together.
Gratefully,
Patricia W.

Social Security Info

ENTITLEMENT MY ASS

Subject: Social Security Info
SOCIAL SECURITY INFO
Before
reading the information below, I'd like to share an incident that happened
to me a couple months ago at a Walgreens. My husband had a new prescription
that cost over $200. I have the Balance Rewards card from Walgreens, which
honors prescriptions as well
as other purchases. So, I asked for the Balance Rewards for this
prescription to be added to my Rewards account.

The pharmacist said she couldn't because I was paying for it with an
entitlement. I explained that we have never
been on any kind of entitlement program. She stated that Social Security and
Medicare are entitlements. I tried not to come unglued, but told her nicely
that my husband and I had earned our Social Security and Medicare with money
paid into these accounts each and every payday. She said she understood, but
it was now called an entitlement, and I couldn't get the Rewards points. I
could care less about the Rewards points, but was livid that the government
now called Social Security (that we paid into all our lives) an entitlement!

To be fair to Walgreens, the pharmacist said that this was a federal law --
that no one on entitlement can benefit
from those payments in any way...getting reward points. Wow!!!!! The
government has their hands in everything!!!
Anyway, now please read the item below... If you get any Social Security at
all in any manner, you might want to read.
Did you know this? Unfortunately most did not, and I am one of those whose
Social Security funds are direct deposited to my bank, thus, I never see the
checks. Once again, our beloved congressmen are playing fast and loose with
vernacular . What motive did they have for changing the name of our Social
Security? Im sure they
have a plan, and it won't be to our betterment.
Here we go.
JUST REALIZED THAT WITH REQUIRED AUTO DEPOSIT, I NEVER GET TO SEE THE CHECK
....
ALERT EVERYONE YOU KNOW. THIS AFFECTS ALL OF US.*

*Subject:* SOCIAL SECURITY becomes FEDERAL BENEFIT CHECK Have you noticed,
the Social Security check is now referred to as a "Federal Benefit Payment"?

I'll be part of the one percent to forward this. I am forwarding it because
it Touches a nerve in me, and I hope it will in you.

Please keep passing it on until everyone in our country has read it.
The government is now referring to our Social Security checks as a Federal
Benefit Payment .
This isn't a benefit . It is earned income! Not only did we all contribute
to Social Security but our employers did too.
It totaled 15% of our income before taxes .
If you averaged $30K per year over your working
life, that's close to $180,000 Invested in Social Security .
If you calculate the future value of your monthly
investment in social security( $375/month, including both your and your
employers contributions) at a meager 1% Interest rate compounded monthly,
after 40 years of working you'd have more than $1.3+ million dollars saved!
This is your personal investment Upon retirement, if you took out only 3%
per year , you'd receive $39,318 per year, or $3,277 per month . That's
almost three times more than today's average Social Security benefit of
$1,230 per month ,according to the Social Security Administration

( Google it - its a fact).

And your retirement fund would last more than 33
years (until you're 98 if you retire at age 65)! I can only imagine how much
better most average-income people could live in retirement if our government
had just invested our money in low-risk interest-earning accounts ..
Instead, the folks in Washington pulled off a
bigger Ponzi scheme than Bernie Madoff ever did.
They took our money and used it elsewhere.
They forgot (Knew) that it was OUR money they were
taking.
They didn't have a referendum to ask us if we wanted to lend the money to
them ..
And they didn't pay interest on the debt they
assumed . And recently, they've told us that the money won't support us for
very much longer .
But is it our fault they misused our investments?
And now, to add insult to injury, they're calling it a benefit , as if we
never worked to earn every penny of it.
Offered by John C. Just because they borrowed the money, doesn't mean that
our investments were a charity !

Let's take a stand ..

We have earned our right to Social Security and Medicare .
Demand that our legislators bring some sense into
our government . Find a way to keep Social Security and Medicare going, for
the sake of that 92% of our population who need it.

*Then call it what it is: Our Earned Retirement Income. *

99% of people won't forward this.
Will you?
*You can bet I WILL !!!*
I THINK WE SHOULD DEMAND THAT THEIR SALARIES AND RETIREMENTS BE CALLED
FEDERAL BENEFIT PAYMENTS. THIS WOULD BE MORE HONEST THAN WHAT THEY HAVE DONE
TO OUR SOCIAL SECURITY.

Did you ever wonder how much it costs a drug company for the active ingredient in prescription medications? Some people think it must cost a lot, since many drugs sell for more than $2.00 per tablet. We did a search of offshore chemical synthesizers that supply the active ingredients found in drugs approved by the FDA. As we have revealed in past issues of Life Extension, a significant percentage of drugs sold in the United State contain active ingredients made in other countries. In our independent investigation of how much profit drug companies really make, we obtained the actual price of active ingredients used in some of the most popular drugs sold in America.

Since the cost of prescription drugs is so outrageous, I thought everyone I knew should know about this. Please read the following and pass it on. It pays to shop around. This helps to solve the mystery as to why they can afford to put a Walgreen's on every corner.

On Monday night, Steve Wilson, an investigative reporter for Channel 7 News in Detroit, did a story on generic drug price gouging by pharmacies. He found in his investigation, that some of these generic drugs were marked up as much as 3,000% or more. Yes, that's not a typo ... three thousand percent! So often, we blame the drug companies for the high cost of drugs, and usually rightfully so. But in this case, the fault clearly lies with the pharmacies themselves. For example, if you had to buy a prescription drug, and bought the name brand, you might pay $100 for 100 pills. The pharmacist might tell you that if you get the generic equivalent, they would only cost $80, making you think you are "saving" $20. What the pharmacist is not telling you is that those 100 generic pills may have only cost him $10!

At the end of the report, one of the anchors asked Mr. Wilson whether or not there were any pharmacies that did not adhere to this practice, and he said that Costco, Sam's Club and other discount volume stores consistently charged little over their cost for the generic drugs. I went to the the discount store's website, where you can look up any drug, and get its online price. It says that the in-store prices are consistent with the online prices. I was appalled. Just to give you one example from my own experience, I had to use the drug, Comparing, which helps prevent nausea in chemo patients. I used the generic equivalent, which cost $54.99 for 60 pills at CVS. I checked the price at Costco, and I could have bought 100 pills for $19..89. For 145 of my pain pills, I paid $72.57. I could have got 150 at another discount store for $28.08. I would like to mention, that although these are a "membership" type store, you do NOT have to be a member to buy prescriptions there, as it is a federally regulated substance. You just tell them at the door that you wish to use the pharmacy, and they will let you in. (This is true, I went there this past Thursday and asked them.)

I am asking each of you to please help me by copying this letter, and passing it into your own email, and send it to everyone you know with an email address.
