There has been no official or unofficial announcement from any agency of government detailing any change or changes to the law. At present it is against the law to tax or target a specific currency for unwarranted taxes, meaning there is no law allowing the theft (sanctioned or unsanctioned) of any moneys' from Dinarians period. There is no way that those who have so massively profited and by that we point directly to those privileged members of government and those of connection to the elite who have exchanged already their huge double dipped stashes, no way will they be allowed to implement any law to the contrary now or retrospectively. To be quite clear it has not and will not happen, no extra ordinary taxes on currency will be levied. These double dipping power mongers having gorged at the trough at our expense, tried unsuccessfully to bring in a substantially lower rate for you and I and were stopped. They were stopped and any attempt to subvert the exchange at an equitable rate with be stopped again, their time has come and gone as a new dawn breaks for the world. They are now silent, watched over and held in check but those elements of justice which can exert the kind of pressure and influence that only they bow to. There is huge change coming and it has started already, soon there will be many publicized resignations, changes in command and arrests. Courts will be filled with orange suited villains, some of their identities will astonish you for truly the world is not and has not been what it seems to be. President Obama's legacy shall be an astounding one, but one that will certainly be the announcement of a new beginning. The Truth Embargo
The Truth Embargo
Those in charge of keeping the Truth Embargo in place for the last 67 years include The U.S. Government in cooperation with many other Countries Governments, U.S. and World Intelligence Agencies, The U.S. Military in cooperation with other military forces, Private Contractors and Scientists willing to reverse engineer crashed Star Ships and provide the Secret Space Program with anything they need, for a cost. The worldwide media is also complicit in holding the Truth Embargo in place. When the internet was invented it made a place to circumvent these blockades as well as creating a new media run by We The People.
Imagine that the United States invented a separate Country which it could give humanitarian aid to, and that aid could be spent by the leaders in the other Country on anything they want. They could spend it on guns, drugs, nuclear weapons, building things which it sells to others for more profits to make more guns, an army, tanks, bombs, scud missiles, Secret Government, Space Programs. Imagine that the reason to invent a separate Country is to launder billions of dollars under the guise of humanitarian aid. Imagine that the powers at be invented this Country under the guise of a religious conflict and started fake wars based on religion. Can you just hear John Lennon singing now? Don’t you think he understood the Illusion we have put ourselves under?
We can end nuclear threat and admit to ourselves that our governments have deceived us on every level. The Cabal is locked into their own program and, even though it will fail, they can not let go of it. They are in the top levels of all the world agencies and control these decisions, but not for long.
Self – Disclosure
When we take the mature view of the problem we realize that not only President Obama, but also Intel, including CIA, FBI, DoD, DIA, and NSA & NASA among others, the Old Guard at the Pentagon and the Military Industrial Complex must all agree together it is time for Disclosure. This is all happening at a time when the United States government is coming apart at the seams. There is a dysfunctional decline of the United States as a world power, the banks are broke and the Congress has the Patriot Act in place for 10 years.
We require the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States to hear the testimony from high ranking Military Commanders, from all branches of the Armed Services with Top Level Clearances to read into the record their interactions on the job with Extraterrestrials. This is the Congressional Hearings Initiative, a project by the Lobbyist on the ET Issue, Stephen Bassett and the Paradigm Research Group. Currently a film is in production for theater distribution called Truth Embargo which will go into depth explaining every side of the 67 year Truth Embargo. President Obama will be the Disclosure President.
When we Awaken to a new reality we realize our old belief system dissolves around our feet. We become awake and aware and feel prompted from within our heart to Be The Change.
The Arrests
We have heard from the King of Swords (KOS) that what we can expect to see is the simultaneous worldwide arrest of 500,000 individuals including the government bankers and those inside the Vatican. Even though Pope Benedict stepped aside, he remains the true Pope and he will be arrested for War Crimes of High Treason. ‘Pope’ Frances is a place holder. We will experience this in the real. It will be broadcast on the radio, television and live stream. There are no dates. The moment will come when Humanity is proven ready.
After we hear the alarm and wake up then we become a sponge for more information based in a new paradigm. At a certain moment we realize we must together with all Humanity create a New Paradigm.
The Announcements
This experience will be so awesome that most will want to stay home from work, school or whatever the next day or three, to process this experience. Since this will coincide with NESARA’s Announcement and more than 36 hours of TV and Radio Broadcasts of Economic, Political and Spiritual information, which will be quite dramatic to most as it has been known but suppressed by the Cabal for aeons of time to keep us in ignorance and separation from our Source Awareness. All will quickly learn that debt is going to be forgiven and that net income will be increased through elimination of the IRS, Income Taxes and Credit Card Debt, and Mortgages will be wiped off the books. With NESARA’s Announcement and all the positive improvements it supports the dissolution of the old system will be complete.
The Enactment of NESARA Law
NESARA Law returns Divine Government to Earth. There are many, many provisions in the law we are unaware of. These will be explained at Announcements. There are a few have have known about for many years. NESARA brings PEACE, WORLDWIDE PROSPERITY and INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC BENEFITS.
As the USA is the bastion of FREEDOM in this world, NESARA has to be implemented there along with Canada, UK and Australia. Other countries will follow in a sequential order. On October 10, 2000, after being passed by Congress, President Bill Clinton signed the National Economic and Security and Reformation Act (NESARA): 180 nations, including Canada, have agreed by treaty at the World Court (International Court of Justice in the Hague) to support these improvements.
This is the beginning of what has been termed the Golden Age, prophesied since biblical times.
Behind the scenes right now it is hectic and the Illuminati are frantic. Alan Greenspan’s 1966 article explained the benefits of a gold-backed currency and this will be welcomed in international financial markets, as business worldwide will receive a tremendous boost from NESARA. Some experts will lecture for about 36 hours on TV explaining NESARA, in detail, once the initial public Announcement has been made.
Until its official Announcement, all government, banking, military, intelligence, Congressional, business, and other personnel and officials who have had to be informed about NESARA due to their professional duties, have been sworn to secrecy and would be charged with treason if they even admit that it exists, on account of sensitive information that could result in the crashing of the stock and commodity markets, and causing massive economic problems worldwide. The Corporate USA is Bankrupt, now. The Republic–We The People–is safe inside NESARA Law. So don’t be concerned about the Criminal Bankers as their bankruptcy will NOT affect NESARA funds or accessing funds after Announcement.
The Announcement has been delayed by the continued antics of the international bankers, who would lose control over the nations of this world when it is introduced, but we are now at the point of its implementation worldwide.
To give you an idea of what is at stake here, here are just some of the NESARA improvements:-
* All banks become TREASURY banks and new currency, backed by precious metals, is issued on a one for one basis.
* American and Canadian BANK DEBTS: your home mortgage, bank car loan, college education and other loans are forgiven if you are an American or Canadian citizen, as part of the compensation program for bank fraud.
* CREDIT CARD balances (again, on American & Canadian banks – and many major department stores or merchants as well) – are zeroed-out immediately, for both American and Canadian citizens and Landed Immigrants.
* CCRA is DISBANDED and all INCOME TAX – both personal and business – (which never did go to any government in Canada or the States) is abolished and compensation for this fraud also paid out. Likewise, the U.S. Federal Reserve and their collection agent, the IRS will be disestablished and replaced by the U.S. Treasury Banks after a bank holiday removes the criminals and any criminal hardware or software…and reopens as U.S.Treasury Banks…perhaps under the same name as before but with ‘new’ management.
* General SalesTax is replaced with a straight sales tax, on new, non-essential goods and services.
* NESARA Law is the Law of the Land, with sovereign citizenship, restoration of the Constitution; all statutory laws are cancelled; all cases on the books are stopped, judges, attorneys and law enforcement officers must receive 30 days of re-training in Constitutional and Common Law before any more cases are adjudicated. A near total amnesty will be granted to most ones now in jails and prisons and President Obama has ordered a case by case review of all ones incarcerated under statute laws. Most will be released and reparations for unlawful detainment is being considered for those cases that would not have been criminal under Constitutional or Common Law.
* Most of the GOVERNMENT RESIGNS – many members, past and present, charged with Treason. A temporary Prime Minister will be installed in Canada; followed by elections with constitutionally acceptable candidates. In the USA, President Obama and NON-Criminals elected after 10/1/08 may remain as part of the transition government since the U.S. was placed Inside NESARA Law on that date by Lady Master Nada and the King of Swords, by the authority granted by the International Court of Justice (World court) on March 9, 1999. Lady Master Nada was appointed by the World Court as International Special Prosecutor with power to dissolve courts and arrest any International Criminals wherever they may be located on the Planet.
At least 100,000 Cases have been considered by 56 Grand Juries over the last 4 years (since 2005), by Patrick Fitzgerald, in the U.S. There have been many more now. Their Sealed Indictments are ready to be unsealed and made public. These ones will go or have already been taken to the World Court in the Hague for War Crimes Trials and sentencing.
Another condition for Announcement is the disclosure of the Galactic Presence and their Involvement in planetary affairs.
* All Canadian & U.S. military overseas are brought back home as Peace is declared.
All NON-Criminal residents of U.S., UK, Canada & Australia will receive $10 Million within 72 hours of NESARA’s Announcement. If you plan on being away from your residence for an extended period, it is advisable to put in a temporary change of address notice to your local postmaster. Others will receive more. This more will be used for Humanitarian Projects and the money will come from the original 78 programs.
In the late 1980s people all over the world were involved in what is called “War Chest”, a legal term in the U.S. and Internationally. This is an international bank account. Whomever has their name on that account can take that money even if it’s other peoples money and spend it. This makes those people in charge of those war chests very, very very responsible.
That money was adding up to a $100 million dollar note and the original $100 M note began in 1981 and went into the Bourgevain fund. He was a wealthy man and still he had to collect money from people whose names were put in a slot. It was like a huge slot machine, there had to be a person’s name in every position, and each position was worth $100
$100 million divided by $100 means 100, 000 people were involved. There always had to be $100 million dollars to start. The Global Cohesive Economics played the $5000 game which just meant you were part of a bigger puzzle – always needing $100 million.
There were only 78 programs that were considered programs for the lightworkers; the master program was a fund beginning with a D. It is important not to name it. This money was funding all the White Knight operations but the White Knights did not get to do one single thing that was not within NESARA Law. These programs have always been overseen by St Germain.
The real commencement of the military White Knights began when Clinton signed NESARA bill into law on Oct 10, 2000. After that, Oct 28th, 2000, both Bush Jr and Cheney were killed and cloned. The 2000 Presidential Election as decided by the Supreme Court. They knew they were putting non humans into office. That is a violation of the Constitution and is a War Crime of High Treason for which they will be held accountable for under NESARA Law. Humanity will run its governments, not machines. Those who will go to trial and sentencing are some of the most active in keeping We The People under a Truth Embargo.
Full Galactic Disclosure
Earth is being visited by intelligently controlled aircraft. The government has been studying this data and keeping it secret for decades. Representative government is in gridlock, it does not work and we have to make a change. The time is now to lift the veil of secrecy which has shrouded the subject for over 60 years. It no longer works for the Highest Good. In order to Enact NESARA Law it will be required that our elected government representatives reveal their activities with Extraterrestrials.
NSA Astronauts first landed on the Moon in 1961. There are superficial issues which relate to NASA flights and deeper questions which deal with NSA flights which were occurring 8 years before the first NASA Astronauts did arrive.
In fact, those NSA craft & ET crafts were parked there when NASA Astronauts landed. There were both staged and real flights to the Moon. In the 1960s NSA Astronauts made weekly flights to the Moon. Human and ET Earth Bases were established.
However, only the NSA flights, with the help of negative ETs, were allowed to continue. NASA was thrown off the moon by both negative ETs and NSA and told not to come back.
The Secret Space Program NSA uses an academy across the highway, inside a mountain, from the Air Force Academy. It is inside the mountain, it is secret.
The ‘real, NSA astronauts’ fly the ultra top secret TR3B, Aurora and other antigravity equipped craft–like the Shark helicopter used to take out the engines on Flt 1459.
The 4th/5th generation anti-gravity/quantum effects craft make routine flights to the Moon and Mars…as often as weekly. The newest ones have cloaking modes and quantum lifting/descending directly up/down thousands of feet or more, disappearing from the runway and reappearing directly overhead/below within 5 seconds. They have been traveling into deep Space and bringing back payloads worth millions for decades.
The Congressional Hearings on Disclosure
The Citizens Hearing on Disclosure in 2013 was a great success. It was translated and live webcast all over the world. Thirty hours of testimony was heard from witnesses from ten countries. Most of the witnesses are high ranking military officials working for the governments and all with high level top secret clearance. The subject of UFOs is something that should now be accepted in the Main Stream Media (MSM). What we will do next is take all of this to Capital Hill.
In his capacity as a registered Lobbyist, Stephen Bassett will go back to Washington D.C. To begin with Paradigm Research Group will mail 5,353 DVDs containing the full video of The Citizen Hearing testimony to six former Members of Congress to all members of the 113th Congress of the United States. Next We The People will ask this testimony of these witnesses and many others be heard before Congressional and Senate subcommittees. Steve Bassett will be in Washington D.C. having meetings for as long as it takes to schedule the Congressional Hearings. Once those Hearings begin the Truth Embargo is pretty much finished. President Obama will go in front of the American people on a televised event and say to the constituents of the United States of America and to the World: We Are Not Alone In The Universe. There is a whole other world on the other side of what we call The Event of Disclosure.
Divine Government on Earth
We are moving into Unity Consciousness and Equality as the new Paradigm for Earth. As we move through dissolving the old belief system the vibrational density of judgment, ego and ignorance of reality fade. What comes into light is the energy we now operate from goes deeper. We understand that we are instruments or vehicles of Source Energy. We understand we have a responsibility to become the high heart.
Through our hearts we magnetize the changes needed to bring Humanity into alignment with Wholeness. We begin by commanding compassion, appreciation, forgiveness, understanding, humility and courage in our daily lives returning Earth to Wholeness. We align with Source Energy in all our actions. We feel a deep inspiration to become involved in activities which restore love as our currency. We align with the Goddess of Abundance and she helps us bring forth all the necessary changes to accomplish the Divine Governance of Earth.
Extraterrestrial Technologies
After Disclosure it will be revealed what progress the government has made in reengineering and studying the Extraterrestrial technologies. No longer will they be able to hide behind the petrol dollar. Free Energy will be made available to anyone who wants it. They have had this technology in their hands for decades from crashed vehicles. The Energy and Propulsion technologies will solve a lot of Humanity and Earth’s problems. This will change Earth forever. The phasing out of fossil fuels as the main energy source will allow us to clean up the pollution on Earth.
We need people to get involved now. The hard work has been completed. Now our job is to let Congress know it is important to have Hearings on the Extraterrestrial presence engaging our government. An oddly coded name sent the following

Gunderson steel is the corp building the railcars with handcuffs etc. I have been by the facility as well as the prison in lancaster palmdale powerplant with railroad tracks running into a barn and the prison at OKC airport. They're real.

My comment

A CIA prison could simply be a semi trailer parked in the desert. Or an attic. Or anything else that can hide in plain sight, such as power stations and airports, wow, this little message pretty much said it ALL. Devens also matches this profile, and I have actually not only seen that one, I have panicked and whipped a tire scratching u-turn over it. The only way I got the photo a couple miles down the road was with a 380 mm lens, that was not the close up it looks like in the photo . . . . . A barn as the entrance to a prison at a power plant . . . . . the same type of deception the NSA uses for their facilities. Top secret is top secret I guess.

And I guess this is a heads up to people - It would be super easy to detain thousands of people on a single floor of the sub structure or in the tunnels at a place like a power plant. After seeing this particular mail, I doubt we are going to see out in the open prison camps like Alex Jones talks about.
All the prisons are already built. Having worked as an EEA in large industrial facilities myself, I can personally state in no uncertain terms that these types of facilities always have, by default, huge totally enclosed concrete areas with tunnels leading to them which can simply be closed off and used as prisons. Usually they are for maintenance and have things like electrical and hydraulics running through them, things which could be re-routed if those chambers suddenly needed to house prisoners.
Such areas are often abandoned during upgrades, ALL old facilities have huge abandoned totally concrete areas that would work GREAT as prisons, with connecting tunnels stretching often for miles connecting many now abandoned chambers. At one facility I called them the catacombs and it was fun to go into them and screw around when there was nothing else to do. They would work GREAT as a prison that was totally off budget and off the books, with no paper trail whatsoever to confirm it exists. No doubt that is how it is at that power station in Lancaster/Palmdale.

Freeing Yourself from the God Matrix

One of my associates, the Silver Legionnaire who has written several kundalini reiki meditations which have been posted to the Facebook, made a very interesting, and important, discovery. There are a number of matrices involved in suppressing this planet (not just one); however, she discovered one in particular that is definitely contributing to the reinforcement of some of the more vicious jailing techniques.

Everyone here has heard of some or another mythological god. All cultures have them, or had them, before various conversions took place to other faiths. I’m talking about gods like the pantheons of the Greeks, Celts, Chinese, etc., all the gods of the world (and there are thousands of names). Additionally, there were legendary figures, like demigods, angels, manitous, saints, etc., all these famous personalities whose legends filtered through our history into our stories and myths and legends. This is, I should think, a basic fact to anyone following my material – these beings are real and many of them have histories on this planet.

Here’s where the fun part begins. Many of these beings incarnated here. Some of these famous names are running around, living human lives – and some of them know who they are. Many don’t discuss it, because no one wants to be made fun of or be accused of being delusional or having a runaway ego because they honestly remember being a god or hero of legend, or have to deal with the unrealistic expectations of others – and it’s pretty damn obvious that being one of those people doesn’t confer any special powers or privileges in this time and place. Others aren’t sure whether to believe their own memories and feelings on the matter. And in an even more confusing-for-Terrans twist, some of these entities have incarnated into multiple separate Terran lives simultaneously – some of whom are aware that there are others, and some of whom are not.

So yes, there are incarnated gods, heroes, angels, saints, demi-gods, etc., people represented to us in myth and legend. Yes, they’re here, no, they don’t get any special powers… and their identities are being used to chain both them and every other human being to this planet. One very tricky thing that has been set up is an identity trap for gods and legendary figures, tied to one of the matrices which keep us bound here. The more attached an individual gets to their own identity, the more that tie tightens around them, and the more it in turn reinforces the matrix it’s attached to. And since so many of these gods and legendary people have multiple names, any one of those identities can be used to bind that entity. Many of these ‘goddess portals’ and other events calling upon the identities of heroes, gods, and legendary people have only served to reinforce these chains by tying those entities even more to this planet.

There is a way to break this. One must consciously reject all ties to one’s identity, break all contracts associated with one’s identity, and make a conscious determination to reject anything attempting to bind or enslave one. This does not mean rejecting the identity itself. But all the things attached to it have to be severed and discarded in order to break these chains.

It’s not necessary for these individuals to out themselves. This severing and breaking of contracts can be done without informing the world of who you are, if you happen to be a famous name.

I’m posting a meditation (it’ll be on the Downloaded Transcripts tab of this website), and it will also be available on the Cosmic Voice facebook. This meditation is designed to help individuals free themselves from identity-based chaining. If you feel called to do this meditation, please do it. It’s not mandatory; individuals can devise their own ways to sever these attachments and connections in their own way. Vatic Note:  I am putting this up because this has just happened in my small podunk town without notification they were putting these up and installing them. Sometime around the time they went up, is when I got sick like I never get sick.  Now tonight I am getting shooting pains in my left brain.  If this does not read as it would normally  please tell me so I can adjust my own mind and rewrite this vatic note.

I had not seen this video before hopping down to the utility company and reading the opt out form and filling it out to opt out, and where it said I would pay a fee, I wrote clearly  that "no, I do not under any circumstances agree to pay any fee for something I did not order and refuse to accept.  So I am waiting for them to remove this horror on Monday and will let you know how it goes.

Here is what I think this is all about.   Listen to this man and also keep in mind what we already know about agenda 21 and about a global grid for the controllers (NWO monkeys), for spying universally on us, but as I went back over the past 12 years I realize these people lie all the time, and further they have always done worse than they warned us they were going to do.

Well, they warned it a while back they were going RFID CHIP us all with or without our permission.  With those chips and a global grid, they will have our location every hours of every day, at all times for everyone, everywhere.   Think about it for just a moment and you will see the natural logic of all of this.   First they put the grid in place and only after that, when it is fully finished will they begin the chipping, if they have not already done so to our new born babies. I agree with this man, its time to take a serious stand against these treasonous, criminally indictable utilities companies.

The Gitmo detainees swapped for Bergdahl: Who are they?

Khair Ulla Said Wali Khairkhwa, one of five Guantanamo Bay detainees exchanged Saturday for Bowe Bergdahl, may have been directly associated with Osama bin Laden.

(CNN) -- Together with the announcement that U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was released after nearly five years of captivity came the news that five detainees at Guantanamo Bay were being transferred to Qatar.

A plane carrying the detainees left the U.S. Navy base in Guantanamo, Cuba, after the announcement that Bergdahl, who was captured by the Taliban in Afghanistan in 2009, had been exchanged for the five men.

Saturday's transfer was brokered through the Qatari government, a senior Defense official said. According to senior administration officials, Qatar agreed to take custody of the detainees and provide assurances they would not pose a threat to the United States, including a one-year ban from travel out of Qatar.

Two senior administration officials confirmed the names of the five released detainees as Khair Ulla Said Wali Khairkhwa, Mullah Mohammad Fazl, Mullah Norullah Nori, Abdul Haq Wasiq and Mohammad Nabi Omari.

They were mostly mid- to high-level officials in the Taliban regime and had been detained early in the war in Afghanistan, because of their positions within the Taliban, not because of ties to al Qaeda.

CNN profiled them two years ago, when their names first surfaced as candidates for a transfer as part of talks with the Taliban:

Khair Ulla Said Wali Khairkhwa

Khairkhwa was an early member of the Taliban in 1994 and was interior minister during the Taliban's rule. He hails from the same tribe as Afghan President Hamid Karzai and was captured in January 2002. Khairkhwa's most prominent position was as governor of Herat province from 1999 to 2001, and he was alleged to have been "directly associated" with Osama bin Laden. According to a detainee assessment, Khairkhwa also was probably associated with al Qaeda's now-deceased leader in Iraq, Abu Musab al Zarqawi. He is described as one of the "major opium drug lords in western Afghanistan" and a "friend" of Karzai. He was arrested in Pakistan and was transferred to Guantanamo in May 2002. During questioning, Khairkhwa denied all knowledge of extremist activities

Mullah Mohammad Fazl

Fazl commanded the main force fighting the U.S.-backed Northern Alliance in 2001, and served as chief of army staff under the Taliban regime. He has been accused of war crimes during Afghanistan's civil war in the 1990s. Fazl was detained after surrendering to Abdul Rashid Dostam, the leader of Afghanistan's Uzbek community, in November 2001. He was wanted by the United Nations in connection with the massacre of thousands of Afghan Shiites during the Taliban's rule. "When asked about the murders, he did not express any regret," according to the detainee assessment. He was alleged to have been associated with several militant Islamist groups, including al Qaeda. He was transferred into U.S. custody in December 2001 and was one of the first arrivals at Guantanamo, where he was assessed as having high intelligence value.

Mullah Norullah Noori

Noori served as governor of Balkh province in the Taliban regime and played some role in coordinating the fight against the Northern Alliance. Like Fazl, Noori was detained after surrendering to Dostam, the Uzbek leader, in 2001. Noori claimed during interrogation that "he never received any weapons or military training." According to 2008 detainee assessment, Noori "continues to deny his role, importance and level of access to Taliban officials." That same assessment characterized him as high risk and of high intelligence value.

Abdul Haq Wasiq

Wasiq was the deputy chief of the Taliban regime's intelligence service. His cousin was head of the service. An administrative review in 2007 cited a source as saying that Wasiq was also "an al Qaeda intelligence member" and had links with members of another militant Islamist group, Hezb-e-Islami Gulbuddin. Wasiq claimed, according to the review, that he was arrested while trying to help the United States locate senior Taliban figures. He denied any links to militant groups.

Mohammad Nabi Omari

Omari was a minor Taliban official in Khost Province. According to the first administrative review in 2004, he was a member of the Taliban and associated with both al Qaeda and another militant group Hezb-e-Islami Gulbuddin. He was the Taliban's chief of communications and helped al Qaeda members escape from Afghanistan to Pakistan. Omari acknowledged during hearings that he had worked for the Taliban but denied connections with militant groups. He also said that he had worked with a U.S. operative named Mark to try to track down Taliban leader Mullah Omar.

For the newbies: the Chinese Historical Bonds like the Historical Mexican Bonds, and German and Brazilian, (to name a few) are government bonds which were issued in previous years and some even have coupons which have been collected.

These bonds were issued by a sovereign government - one with a CENTRAL BANK - and sold to an entity which might be an individual or a corporation.

The bonds are termed "historical" because some are issued in the early 1800's and others such as Brazilian LTNs (long term notes) are from the 70's.

These bonds, like all paper issued against an asset, freeze that asset until the paper is remitted - "redemption" is the term used. Once the bonds are formally accounted//verified by the third party expert (various companies and at least one in each country, with an acknowledged authority for authenticating such historical paper) they go into the system.

The "system" includes: that country's central bank; the UN, which approves the release of funds against the bond, the BIS; the UST which again confirms the ability to release new paper against a new bond based on the value of hard assets released and supported by the "private monetary system" including several additional entities.

With that explanation is it any wonder that it has taken YEARS to get this process to completion? And YEARS is the right definition. So much "fraud" has been "uncovered" in the process of claiming these bonds. And the word fraud is in quotes because many normal people got caught up in this unknowingly.

Each central bank keeps a ledger of every single bond ever issued and the owner's name is found there. Like all properties ownership is tracked, It's been a challenging situation.

That said, it is my opinion that we have gone past the finish line and bonds are being redeemed and cleared and new government bonds are being issued.

We can surmise that by one single demonstration found last week when the market saw an all-time high in bond sales (I believe it was 10x's more than ever before). This, if nothing else, demonstrates exactly where we are.

We are at KABOOM stage!   Hope that helps your understanding.

I might add that the reason these government bonds are able to be "redeemed" is because a couple of M1 accounts - "Heritage" accounts; were released.

Only after this happened (which was back last October, I believe), could this process begin in earnest, and it did...

More "frozen" accounts are still being held and these are all allocated for various things you have heard about. The legal maneuverings to release these accounts is continuing in earnest.

The very best way for the world to continue without going haywire though, is for the money that will pour through, to humanitarian projects, to pour with graceful and accomplished hands, with skill and wise oversight.
